dark, brooding, and rude to everyone except 8 -> scared. after oe, they feel weak, and the effects of the sanitization aren't any better, making things a bit of a turmoil. thus, they try and turn themselves into the cool, brooding, awesome superhero they wanted to be since day 1. they're that on the outside, but a scribble on the inside.

agent 4

the (annoyingly) funny wingman -> the comedian of the group. it's not the same. they've had a pretty bad home life and feel alone in inkopolis as well. but the world cant see that. like 3, they don a mask that isn't them: the funny one. they love to crack jokes, but aside from callie sometimes, no one ever laughs. three has to live with them, so whenever they say/do something over-the-top or funny, they're met with crushing silence.

agent 8

the naive smol bean who needs protecting -> total loner. incredibly serious. fearsome in battles but rarely plays them. hates the idea of pity and thinks she doesn't need help. incredibly aloof as a defense mechanism. mostly speaks octarian and doesn't care for inklings. however, the things she's witness haunt her; they're the only things that can even dent her spirit—more than that. because of her inner torment, she tends to lash out at people then feel immense guilt about it later. eight thinks that she herself is a constant back-and-forth, and it's beginning to tear her apart. lives with off the hook because she can't buy an apartment yet.

5. RE: BJD Divaz

I’ve been a customer of BJD Divaz since they first started, when it was only run by Chart3rline. I even contacted other BJD companies trying to persuade them to work with Divaz as their US representative. Most declined because they didnt like D's commission fee, but I was able to persuade a few of them.

I asked them to purchase a doll off DOA because I couldnt afford the asking price, and while they did, I found out later that instead of agreeing to purchase the seller's price, they negotiated the price to be lower. This significantly cheaper price was not passed down to me. I paid the full price +the commission fee based on that full price. I am disappointed I was not told this. This is when I stopped viewing them as a "friend" and instead, as a business. I dont hold this against them, it’s context to what Im going to say later.

I’ve stopped purchasing from D after my recent order from them. This company usually takes 3 or less months to make a doll. I’ve ordered the doll from D and it took 11 months. They let me know it arrived to them in March and that it will be shipped soon, except it only shipped on July, and only after I sent them several "reminder" emails. Before people in the comments try to put the blame on me for not sending a reminder soon, please keep in mind that I acknowledged the email in March and confirmed everything and they keep stressing to not send them emails because they are busy, I’ve emailed once every month since. I’ve since switched to ACBJD and Ive been happy with communication and the dolls ordered. I imagine ACBJD gets the same amount of emails, but they dont berate their customers if they email more than once.

I regret when people wanted a D0llshe, but not deal with him, I always recommended D. I would warn people of ordering directly and instead go through D. They assured buyers they would be handling communication and all the efforts so they wouldnt worry, except they didn’t. A person that I’ve recommended D to, who surpassed 2 years, keeps messaging me for help because D wouldnt reply to their emails. She is respectful, sweet and a timid person, not a Karen. This person, emailed D without a reply so would email a week later, only to be told that their email would be pushed down to the bottom if emailed again. No response, so she goes to FB and IG, who both tell her to email because they arent the person running orders. Finally got a response that they would get their refund, after D0llshe sends D's payment, but minus the PP fees. 3 months later and theres no refund, only a promise of them getting it later. Why is the customer missing out on fees when they have no doll? Customer emails d0llshe and he says he cant offer refund, because they didn’t order through them, which is understandable, but when all options are out for a customer, do you blame them for chargebacks?

If anyone files a chargeback, D will be blacklisting them from every company they rep, as in blacklisting you from buying direct from those companies. I urge everyone who has negative experiences with D to email the companies they rep instead of venting on confession blogs, and writing your experiences on social media. Make it count and send letters to the companies they represent, and please provide proof because they will try to make you out to be a liar.

Speaking of, they made vague posts on cl0ver singing for charging paypal fees, and that they offer guarantees as an official dealer, except when offering refunds, to non delivered products I might add, they are keeping the fees, and offered no help with d0llshe, even before they ended their dealership with them. Someone on DOA was told to not email them unless the wait time surpassed 1.5 years. They are even so petty that they post screenshots with the full name and address (dox) of the customer on purpose and then delete it out a day later as if they just realized their "mistake".

Before you try to make excuses for them about the fires, keep in mind, I am dealing with a business. The lower price negotiation with the DOA sale, I am in no way obligated to give them a pass or treat them as a friend when they made it clear that our relationship is strictly business. Their issues, are not my issues. D0lk got dragged for not shipping in time, others, including artisans, got dragged for being so late with communication and sending back refunds for cancelled orders. Why does D get to be exempt?

The supporters are the worst part of this, because of instead of being honest so D can improve, they support them for being "real". For example, look how micemage words it, to make it seem like this criticism is from one person, when there are people on addicts who didn’t have good experience. Check the bjd dealers tag here, you will see the supporters in the comments going off on any and all criticism of D. Some have sane comments, but the majority are cult like and try to identify the person venting as if it’s one person. Addicts deletes threads with criticism asking people to instead direct it to their feedback group; which lets be honest, no one is going to do because its "not that bad", and most dont want to join a new group, which is mostly dead.

This is my first and last confession on D, I’ve emailed each company they rep and told them my experience as well as contacting the 3 month wait company, with screenshots of my order, how they handled it, and the excuse they used to put blame on the company for being so late (package arrived march to D, 4 months to be shipped is on D, not the company). I’m not using company or order details because I know they are petty enough to try to identify me and publicly shame me like they have to others. This and the threat of suing is why not many people like to go public with their experience. They just keep feedback neutral, move on and never deal with again.

6. Listen, I can't take you seriously in regards to BJD!vas because you're posting on a confession blog. If you were serious, you would have posted in buyer beware groups, DoA reviews or the board to get things resolved, or you would have made a complaint to the BBB. And your language makes you come off more as someone with an agenda rather than someone who is trying to warn people. If shipping is the issue, stop buying with standard shipping and pay the extra price for express shipping. I saw one of you complain that it sat with them for 20 days; that's probably because you're not the only one and they more than likely have a queue to check and then ship out. Do mistakes happen? Yes, because we're human. I've been in this hobby for a few years now and it seems like most people know you're going to have to wait, sometimes even outside the expected wait time. And shipping something as big as a doll is a timely endeavor. I shouldn't have to say that.

My point is simply to stop complaining on an confession board and either take it to the places previously mentioned. Posting here behind the anonymous mask makes you sound like a petulant child who didn't get their way right away.

7.My only issue with BJD Divaz is how I never get any updates. Every email, they tell me to join their facebook page for status updates. I dont have a FB and I dont want to create one. I bought my doll through their website, updates should be posted on their website, or they could send me an email. That isnt asking much.

8. Since there seems to be a lot of either "completely negative everything sucks" or "everything was sunshine and rainbows" confessions about bjd!vaz I thought I'd chime in with a neutral review.

PROS

-They were always polite and professional in their emails, and gave me very detailed answers to my questions.

-I got exactly what I ordered, so no mix ups or missing parts or anything like that.

-I think them being forthcoming about personal issues (only one person on staff, illness, the flooding isue etc.) on social media is good, since it keeps customers updated as to why there might be delays.

-If you live in the US their shipping is very reasonable.

CONS

-Reply times were varied. Sometimes it could take over a week, sometimes a couple hours.

-My order took about 10mo which, when comparing to other people who ordered through the same company around the same time, was about 3x as long as if I bought it direct and 2x as long if I had gone through a different dealer. I get some of the waiting time is out of their control, but it was kind of ridiculous.

-They dont necessarily ship the same day they send you a tracking number. I wish they said something like, "Here's your tracking number, our pickup is Xday so it should start moving after that" just so I could be aware.

All in all no major complaints. I got my doll and all that. Their lone employee is clearly overwhelmed. I hope they hire another person, if only to give the one a break.

Truthfully, I most likely won't buy through them again. I'd rather pay the international shipping and go direct, than deal with the extensive wait time. I'd still recommend them to someone looking for a very long layaway, though. I paid in full, but if I had a 12mo layaway I would've never known they weren't ready to ship my doll until month 10.

Ok second half of this; this is just like. non-students who i Actually have thought about HJBAFV not at all a comprehensive list. ok lets start this off with Aizawa. I think....... hes another one who's rlly unlabelled, doesnt super care to think it through and define it, but calls himself gay bc his interest in women is very, very rare and it's just way easier to say than explain all that. Definitely do buy into the idea that he had a crush on Oboro in hs but i do NOT buy into the easermic agenda sorry. Definitely not someone who goes looking for dates, but doesn't say no if someone asks him and hes interested (also im not gonna give her a whole section but i saw a hc a while back that the Ms. Joke stuff is literally that shes a lesbian and hes gay and shes fucking with him and i love that so much i just wanted to put it out there)

on the topic of the erasermic agenda: Hizashi's pan and knew it before HS, had a sudden & intense crush on Aizawa for the first month they knew each other and then immediately got over it in favor of a similar sudden, intense, and then immediately fading crush on Midnight. Hizashi and Aizawa r just rlly good friends imo; maybe they messed around for a bit in their twenties but it never went anywhere serious. He dates around a lot, not even necessarily to settle down just to have some fun

Midnight is aro/ace but does get in qprs & gravitates towards women wrt that. Most people dont read vigilantes but theres a woman in that, Kazuho, who i imagine she's been in a long-term qpr with; her relationship with aizawa and hizashi leans a little more towards a qpr than a normal friendship, too, but it's not rlly defined that way

All Might is married to justice queer but v much not interested in relationships. He and that one guy from the first movie are ABSOLUTELY exes and i won't hear otherwise; it's the only relationship he's ever had, and they broke up bc he had to go back to japan. He was heartbroken but did eventually get over him; his lack of romance afterwards is from genuine disinterest and not being hung up on his past. I can see him finding someone else in his later years, after he's retired. Definitely feels like he's not worthy of it tho

Hawks is bi but unfortunately didn't get to figure that out until like Now in the timeline...... if youll let my dabihawks history shine through i think dabi was the reason JHBASFGJHB he was basically brainwashed by the commission to become a hero so he didnt have time to Figure That Shit Out; he knew he was into women bc that was easy & what the commission expected from him but then he started this undercover assignment and met dabi and realized Oh...... Fuck. Hawks is hard tbh, bc i think between the control that the commission has over him and his own convictions as a hero he doesn't pursue any romance (tho he does get crushes or find people attractive) and most of his flings are done to keep up his prettyboy act, not out of genuine interest in being a fuckboy. Can't imagine him having a relationship until well after canon but I do see him being interested eventually

Onto the villains, Shigaraki is unlabelled but probably would call himself queer if asked. Definitely admires women more but isn't very interested in romance; AFO actively encourages him to pursue the things interested in so imo if he were he'd talk abt it more lmfao. I kinda see him as demi as well, not the type to fall immediately but requiring a friendship beforehand; tho unlike Bakugo as i said in my last post I dont think it happens suddenly but rather slowly. Y'all know im a big fan of shigaraki being absolutely whipped for his s/o so i do thing hes a big piner, tho he's also pretty bold and unashamed of his affections. I'm a big fan of him falling for a member of the league or a civilian; definitely can't see him falling for a hero unless the hero was already halfway to turning sides already. I think he's also attracted to intelligence and someone who pushes him to think more abt his ideology...... maybe im just projecting at this point JSHDFBVAJKSHD but my point is that the gender of his partner is definitely the least of what he considers/notices

Dabi is bi and, here's my bold take, demisexual; not interested in sex unless its with someone he loves. Absolutely doesn't even think abt romance for most of the years where he's on his own. He's got revenge to plan. By the time he joins the league that hasn't changed much, and he's demi so he's not interested in sleeping around, plus he rlly denies any attachment to people at all. As I said in that other ask tho I do rlly like the idea of him with Magne, so I think they have a fling for a bit before her death :( it's one of the things that leads him to isolate himself further, unfortunately, even from Jin and the other League members with whom his relationships aren't romantic. I can see him dating someone post-canon bc i think hes gonna be redeemed lol. It could be someone he knew before but they probably didnt date again bc he was v guarded; i think magne was rlly the only person he dated

Magne is pan and heres the kicker: I think shes t4t, which led to a little moment just before she and dabi got together where he was like "she wouldnt be into me :/" but she was into him anyway so all was good. She got around in her circles, mostly casual stuff tho she yearned for something more serious.

Spinner's bi & trends towards women but does occasionally get things for men and they're almost always intense. He thought he was straight for a while even once he joined the league and then suddenly got a crush on Shigaraki (around the time of MVA) and realized otherwise LMFAO he's definitely a hopeless romantic type, the whole mutant prejudice thing makes it rlly hard for him and i can see him being rlly happy with another mutant-type; i feel like as he matures he starts to gravitate towards them

Toga is canonically pan to my understanding, iirc her interest in Uraraka and Deku is the same (and romantic) in canon tho i might be wrong. Poor girl just needs therapy. I like the idea of the two of them becoming her friends over her being involved with them but i totally can get behind her having a thing with Uraraka (and maybe Tsu) at some point post-canon (presuming she gets redeemed), tho I think a qpr between the two/three of them would be longer lasting. And again presuming she gets therapy i can see her settling down with someone, gender irrelevant

Jin is unlabelled bc he hasn't much thought abt it, definitely had a thing for dabi and for hawks which does make me sad on both counts. I think he likes women slightly more abstractly/aesthetically and gets crushes more on men,. The dabi thing fades as they get closer and start to view each other as brothers. In his later years he doesn't rlly care about romance, I think he enjoys the experience of crushing but doesnt like dating people; his found family in the League is far more important to him. But i can see him falling head-over-heels for someone quite suddenly and having a bit of a whirlwind romance. Also someone for whom gender isn't much of a factor

Mr Compress is also queer and also hasn't rlly thought abt it. Definitely leans more towards women; he's like 30 but i like to think he also goes for older partners, 10 or 15 years his senior KJBADSJFHB idk he just has that Vibe with the way he calls himself an old man etc. A lot of the league i cant see sleeping or dating around much, i feel like they prioritize each other, but I do think mr compress gets around more than the others. i can see him having a bit of a fuckbuddy who he catches feelings for

Kurogiri is fun; as Oboro I do think Aizawa's crush was reciprocated, tho he wasn't around long enough for them to act on it :( he's bi, tho kurogiri isn't supposed to have personal interests. I like to imagine the brainwashing isnt as good as AFO wants it to be tho so I like the idea of him falling for someone anyway. I also like the idea of the heroes managing to undo the nomufication and I 100% can see him, aizawa, and someone else (someone he was involved with as Kurogiri) ending up in a triad as a result of aizawa and the third partner helping him through the aftermath of all that shit

Lady Nagant is a manga-only minor character but im in love with her so imma talk abt it. Shes bi and leans VERY heavily towards women, probably spent years questioning whether she was rlly bi or a lesbian before finally having a fling with a guy that she genuinely enjoyed. Has only ever been in long-term relationships with women and I v much think she has a gf at home who stayed even when she was arrested 🥺

Finally imma talk abt Natsuo bc i love that boy. He's one of the few unmarried chars with a love interest and he canonically has a gf. I do see him as IDing straight in canon ngl, but the kind of straight where he might actually be bi but his preference leans so heavily towards women and he grew up in a bad home so he just doesnt rlly think abt it bc hes v happy with women anyway. In shiganatsu thoughts shigaraki is the first man he has a thing for; i rlly can see the two of them in a triad with a woman specifically, who helps the two of them find each other and is the one who initiates bc its definitely a weird situation for natsuo

House of Mouse: “Goofy’s Valentine’s Date” Review

Come on in mouskeeteers! It’s Valentine’s Season here on popculturebuffet, and while I may be single, I do love a good romance story. I find them sweet, sometimes hilaroius, and endearing when done right. And the bane of my existance when done wrong, but we’ll be getting to smidgen of that too. Point is I may not be getting any romantic love this season but I can sure celebrate it. So for the next two weeks we’ll be diving deep first into some ending with one heck of a closer. 

So for our opening act since i’ve been going on in to the House of Mouse a lot lately, and since I NEARLY missed this one if not for Kevin, we’re going to be looking in on my boy Goofy as he grapples with being lonely and Daisy misguidedly tries to help him. Blind dates with a manquin and Mortimer hitting on women to predictable and justified results insues under the cut. 

So as usual for house of mouse we’re chunking this up by segment. Let’s go. 

Donald’s Valentine’s Dollar: Easily the segment of the night and the best House of Mouse short i’ve seen in a rewatch so far. The short is simple but awesome: Donald has only a dollar to spend for V-Day, and wants to buy daisy a tiny but sweet box of chocolates, but his dollar blows away in the wind and he chases after it. And that’s.. it that’s our premise. But it leads into fast paced looney tunes style shenanigans with donald zipping up and down kites and later taking goofy’s broken one and putting it on like wings Arthur Everest styles and taking after it. Also the nephews show up and dick around with their kites because their douchebags in some shorts. Also donald tries to punch a whale.. well a whale kite but still let it be said there’s a short where donald tries to punch what he thinks is a sky whale. And that is wonderful.  The climax is also really sweet, as Donald gets the dolalr, after another briliant sequence where they play hide and seek in the clouds, only to find it sold out and himself dejected waiting for her thinking she’ll be mad.. only for her to present him with the very gift he was going to give her and the two to share a look. 

It’s cute enough on it’s own but after SEVEAL weeks of having to put up with the  three cabs version it’s NICE to have a Daisy back whose not an overly demanding monster from some stygian hole in the sky. Not much else to say about this one. I’ts just REALLY good and I could easily recommend checking it out on it’s own. 

Mickey Saves Minnie: The Stairs This is one of those short segments from Mouseworks that lasts about a minute and is off a simple recurring premise, in this case Mickey saving Minnie from some sort of bizzare fortress of pete’s.. in this case THE STAIRS!

I said STAIRS. In this case Gimmicked stairs with all kinds of traps: boxing gloves, giant balls...

And giant slinkies. I knew one day they’d grow big and kill us all but they all laughed at me.. well whose laughing now.. well still them because Mickey gets past them easily. Pete turns the stairs into a slide but mickey rebounds by pure luck via slinky and uses one of the boxing gloves to win, minnie kisses him and this was real fun. Nothing really deep to go into just a fun few minutes of my life i’m glad i’m not getting back. Speaking of wishing I had minutes of my life back....

Pluto’s Arrow Error: Well this one’s messed up. Look Love Potion plots genuinely ONLY work when the writer knows that giving someone something to make you fall in love with them is inehrently messed up. It worked in Buffy because Xander did so for vengance after Cordellia broke up with him, which granted she did REALLY hurt him but it’s still a bit of overkill. However while it ends up backfiing and making every OTHER girl in school into him, and psyotically so as the episode goes on, he never indulges, as he KNOWS it’s wrong and not under their power or choice. Basically it was one long deconstuction of this nonsense. 

My point is unless it’s used to deconstruct this type of plot or for some shenanigans, Love Potion plots are inherently creepy at best and rapey at worst. So naturally we get one with Pluto trying to make a dog who dosen’t know him love him instead of trying to woo her, and accidently making her bodyguard/boyfirend I guess chase after him for 2 minutes while he’s tinted pink. And yes i know he’s a dog, but he’s an intellegent dog who should knwo this is bad and never gets called out on it and his punshiment.. is one long gay joke. 

So yeah while not the worst love potion plot i’ve probably seen, or love magic or what have you, I could make a list of those and might some day, it is still pretty uncomfortable and easily a dead spot in an otherwise pretty enjoyable episode. 

Goofy’s Valentine’s Date: And fitting it’s accompanying shorts, the good ones anyway, this is a simple plot with funny gags. It’s valentin’es day at the house of mouse and Mickey encourages everyone to kiss their sweeties. So we get Aladdin and Jasmine, AWWWW always shipped those two so adorable, a toy soldier and some other toy from a work im unfamiliar iwth and Timon turns down Pumba. Come on man, who are you trying to kid me or the censors? 

But Goofy’s depressed since he dosent have a sweetie and Daisy feels bad for the poor guy while Minnie tells her “not to meddle”. 

Minnie from a buisness standpoint, he’s crying while reading the menu and clealry not in great mental shape. Setting him up with someone or even just talking to him will help with that. And from a human being standpoint... your being a cruel ass to NOT help him in any way shape or form. The guys a fucking widower. He’s probably been lonely for some time and more focused on raising max. And since no one knows where Peg is he dosen’t have a lot options now he is ready to date again. It’s not MEDDLING to help a clearly lonely person whose gotten over his grief move on, it’s just called basic human decency. I expect that from cablleros daisy Min not you. 

So Daisy does end up meddling, in part because she thinks it’s shuffling around coins, and sets him up with a secret admirer.. without actually getting him one. 

So Minnie does agree to help and they.. put him in a blindfold and have him date a manquin. In front of the entire restraunt. I have no words.. since this is pretty funny and Goofy’s shenanigans while blindfolded, because it’s a BLIND date.

Also sidebar it’s very weird that she DID set Lincoln up with a blind date once but didn’t pull this gag. Point is it’s some funny stuff including Gus, in his first apperance on this blog seriously how’d it take so long, eating the shakes he orders since Goofy can’t see. 

Tying into the resolution to this is Moritmer, who spends the episode as you’d expect.. hitting on various characters. He hits on the wicked step sisters, whose cat attacks him, he hits on the lady gargoyle from huncback and her two friends rightfully beat his ass, he hits on madam mim who set shim on fire and he hits on the queen of hearts who somehow DOSEN’T cut off his head, and you know is married, and does launch him into goofy spoiling the ruse. Honestly I found this funny both because Moritmer is objectively hilarious and because the show DIDN’T take his side at all or give him anyone, and he suffered consequences for sleazly hitting on women. He also called himself a wonder man. No sir the only wonder men are these guys. 

And if your wondering about the secod one there was a whole song about it. 

Your welcome. So Goofy’s dejected until after Pluto’s cartoon where it turns out he had a secret admirer after all. it’s clarabelle! Awww.. and Daisy says “Well it’s better than a manquin” what a supportive friend you are. And she’s STILL better than cabs Daisy. Point is happy ending pulled sorta out of their ass, as she showed up earlier but sitll it woudl’ve been easy to have Clarabelle chime in during their scheme or something and have Minnie set them up to fix it. Or Donald or Mickey. Donald was absent outside of the short. That’s not fair. But overall not a bad wraparound, ending is a huge copout and feels like not much, but i’m starting to think that’s usual for season 1. Halloween Book Recommendations!👻☠️🎃....Part 1

Hello, my loves!! If you saw my last post, then you know what’s coming. If not, let me tell you....I wanted to do a Halloween Book Recommendation post (long one) in the beginning of the month since it’s pre Halloween month-as I call it for right now. That didn’t happen for the last couple days because I was busy. But here we are! Now...be amazed of allllll the choices you got and even if some may not be your genre or type, that is okay!

📖 The Diviners Trilogy by Libba Bray

This series is one of my favorites...sadly I haven’t finished reading the 2nd book (Lair of Dreams), but with my Halloween binge I am planning on rereading and finishing it. This is 1920’s New York...nuff said. But anyways, we have different persoectives told in 3rd person (I have no idea which 3rd, cuz those I can’t remember for the life of me), who has abilities to see ghosts/future, etc... aka Diviners. Basically physics in other words. In the first one, they battle out this evil monster dude (which is creepy...the monster dude). Lair of Dreams deals with this mystery illness...I can’t say much for this one since I haven’t finished it yet. Before the Devil Breaks You is the 3rd and final book and I don’t know what that one is about.

The audiobooks-y’all do them-I have no comments. I read The Diviners physically (I didn’t really get into audiobooks till recently this year). I did try and listen to Lair of Dreams, but it wasn’t for me. i may give it another try, so no promises on this though. I have heard that they are really good, so hopefully they are as well for you.

📖Stalking Jack the Ripper Series by Kerri Maniscalco

This series is one of my favorites! I’m gonna say that for so many here, but I love this one to pieces to where I preordered the 3rd book (Escaping From Houdini) and also the 4th and final one (Capturing the Devil. CTD is being shipped on the 10th this month (6 DAYS) from my Barnes and Noble location, so I don’t know if it will arrive that day or not.

Anyways, this series follows Audrey Rose Wadsworth in the late 1800s dealing with the Ripper murders. The second involves Dracula, third is Houdini, and the fourth is H.H Holmes. Yes, America’s first serial killer! Sorry, I’m very excited about that. Being a girl in the 1800s/1900s, you’re not really have much to live for. Audrey rather do things that guys can do (forensics in this case), then being at tea parties. I don’t blame you, girl! Then, Thomas Cressworth comes in as well and they both solves these crimes together with the help of Audrey’s uncle (a mortician). If that doesn’t get your interest, then Idk what will.

📖Confessions Series by James Patterson

This series is more mystery than horror. I personally love James Patterson and he has always been one of my favorite authors. This one follows the Angel siblings after their parents’ mystery death (that mystery is the center of the first one (Confessions of a Murder Suspect). These siblings aren’t necessarily ordinary in some since. I don’t want to give away anything, but meds has the reason for that.

Tandy Angel (main character here) solves these murders/crimes throughout the books. The second one contains school murders (not shootings, thankfully) (Confessions: The Private School Murders). The third (Confessions: The Paris Mysteries) takes place in Paris, France. I have not read this one nor the 4th one (Confessions: The Murder of an Angel) so I don’t have any opinions on these ones. It is really good and if you’re a sucker for mysteries and James Patterson boos, then here you go!

📖The Women’s Murder Club by James Patterson

Another Patterson series...I’m a sucker for them. At first, I had called this the Number series because I didn’t know what the series was called and the only thing I knew was that they have numbers in the title.

Meet Lindsay Boxer (main character), homicide inspector for San Fran; Claire Washburn, medical examiner; Jill Bernhardt, assistant D.A.; and Cindy Thomas, San Fran Chronicle writer. 4 amazing chicks who kick butt, form the Women’s Murder Club to solve these murders. Freakin girl power! The chapters are quite short, sometimes longer, but usually short, which if you’re good with that, then cool, if not, that’s okay! I’m pretty sure the latest book of the series published is the 17th one...maybe 18th....one of those two. These are the ones I currently have.

📖The Merciless Series by Danielle Vega

If you love horror, possesion, all that stuff, you’ll love this series. I first discovered it on Facebook when the book trailer popped up. It was a interesting trailer and caught my tention. Couple years later, my senior year of high school, the book fair came (appears twice a year, this was the first appearance) and I had to buy it. It was $8 bucks, originally $10.99. If you are very religious, then maybe not this series. Lots of said people said its Mean Girls and the Craft mixed together.

The first two books follows Sophoa Flores as the main character. Sophia, being the new girl, befriends the 3 populare chicks (Plastics), who they want her to befriend this outsider (Brooklynn). Mean Girls basically but little bit reveresed. Then things happen. Spoilers, so I can’t really clarify it. Second is and it’s what the 2nd is also called....The Excorsim of Sophia Flores...DUN DUN DUNNNN. The third (Origins of Evil) is where Brooklynns story begins, so we know how Brooklynn became and what not. The 4th and final (The Last Rites) features a little bit of Sophia, but this main character is Berkley Hubbard, fresh out of rehab. Honestly, these books do scare me, but not like how when I watched the Conjuring the first time. Perfect read for Halloween season!

📖Mrs. Peregrine Series by Ransom Riggs

Now, I have not been able to finish the dang first book, so Idk. From what I have read and remeber, it is really good! It’s kind of horro...I don’t particularly think it is, but others do. This has mixed media, mainly pictures, but fascinating ones! The four books follows Jacob Portman and his friends of peculiar aka they have abilities and their adventures they have. If you’ve seen the movis, then you understand what I mean. Ransom’s writing is one of my favorites and having pictures/media in them makes me happy. I am a visual person, so the pictures help me a lot.

Anways, the first book is where Jacob is in the peculiar world where the peculiars live in this never ending time loop of the same day, but they rewind time before bombs happen aka Poland in WW 2. I’ve heard so many amazing things of this series! Jesse the Reader (booktuber) LOVES this series and he will recommend it to the end of time.

📖Visions Trilogy by Lisa McMann

These three books involve visions. If you have seen Medium (with Patricia...I cant remember her last name), then you will love Visions. They don’t involve any ghosts, so that’s a difference from Medium.

Here we have (Crash) Jules Demarco, who is seeing visions of this explosion everywhere. She realizes this explosion will happen very soon and she has to stop it before it happens. Not much, I know, but the next one (Bang) (sadly deals with a school shooting), her crush gets the visions this time. The third one (Gasp) has this random character who the two save last book ends up getting the visions then. This vision is a boat accident...a ferry to be precise, but nothing like Titanic...at least I don’t think so. This was a good series and really liked them. Easy to read in 1 day...unless y’all are busy and or a slow reader like me.

📖The Asylum Series by Madeleine Roux

Horror, ghosts, random past lives stuff! I only have the first two books (Asylum and Sanctum), but I think there is a third and one or two novellas. I love these guys! You get some pictures and letters in the books, so cool!

Here is Dan Crawford, who is spending the summe at the New Hampshire College Prep program. Abby Valdez and Jordan (no last name was given) are his new found friends at the program. The catch of all this, the newly built dorms is where the Brookline Asylum used to be. The three friends uncover secrets of their pasts and families and such. It’s such a good series.

📖The Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer

The infamous Twilight books. Y’all may have expected this or may not have. I do not have an opinion on this series just yet. I recently read Twilight for the first time and really liked it. That said, hopefully I will get to the other books and see where my opinions lie.

Everyone knows what this series is about, but if not, come to me. Isabella (Bella) Swan moves from the heat of Arizona (I feel you Bella) to the rainy world of Forks, Washington. There, she meets the Cullen siblings...mainly Edward...who happens to be vampires. Bella and Edward get closer and start dating and what not. Ah yes, the infamous woods scene where Edward is like “Say it!” to Bella, it actually happens in the car so casually. This series contains a love triangle of a human, vampire, and a werewolf.

📖The Chronicles of Vladmir Tod by Heather Brewer...okay it’s formerly Heather, but it is now Zac Brewer

I love this series...even though I only read the first two books and a little bit of the 3rd one. If you love vampires...well half human half vampire then yessss! Half human, Half Titan....Half human, half ghoul....if y’all watch anime, then you probably get the two references. Okay...onto the synopsis!

Vladmir Tod is the equivalent of...dang it what is the word....ahhh disgrace cuz he is half human and half vampire. In the vampire world, humans and vamps dont go together. He is raised by his Aunt Nelly, who of course knows he is half vampire. His best friend, Henry also knows. Throughout 8th Grade to 12th Grade, he’s gotta deal with bullies and vampire slayers. What a hard knock life for this dude.

How to enter a fandom - RPC

Hey guys, time for a friendly PSA from yours truely~

So I’ve been in and out of a lot of fandoms, made friends, enemies, frenemies, grave mistakes and happy accidents. I also see a lot of people come in other fandoms. Most of yall do great but I see some people carry in this weird sort of self deprecating attitude that can immediately turn rpers away from them, which results in; more of that self deprecation. So Im here to hopefully help out with the best ways to enter a fandom or an rpc, make your presence known and make lots of wonderful friends.

Now the first, and most important thing, and I notice a ton of people struggle with it is:

General attitude. 

Let me give two examples of some first time posts.

“Hey! I’m new to the fandom. I know my bio and my theme sucks but would anyone like to rp? Maybe?”

VS.

“Hey! I’m new to the fandom. My bio and rules are located here, though they’re still under construction I’m really eager to develop them with interactions!”

Now I know the first one is tempting for a lot of reasons. You might not even feel like its all that bad, but up next to the second one it actually sounds a little...depressing, monotone, dry. Even though they start the same, one ends with me feeling like: this person really doesn’t put effort into things, they dont even really want to be here. All my threads with them are going to be lazily written or probably written with half baked enthusiasm.

The second person is happy to be here, eager to interact, admits that since they’re a new blog not everything is perfect. Yet, they don’t talk down on themselves or make it seem like anyone who talks to them will only be taking pity on them.

This is actually a big problem I see in the rpc. Making people take pity on you for interactions and the rule with that is simple:

don’t make people feel like they have to take pity on you. 

It’s a knee jerk reaction, I know. We’re all awkward humans on the internet who want to play up our faults. Who wants to say “My stuff is SO awesome! It’s the best”??? 

Well. You do. You’re new to a fandom. People already have established relationships, character arks, possibly with another version of the muse youre playing. Backstories so detailed it’ll make your head spin. You are literally selling yourself to these other rpers. Don’t sell them “A vacuum cleaner that sucks. No, not sucks up the dirt, it just sucks. Like me, Im trash and dont even have a working vacuum” No one wants to buy a vacuum cleaner that sucks.

Hate to break it to you, but when you say you suck, or your stuff sucks; people are gunna believe you. Or they’re just gunna pity you. And thats not great either. 

Heck you might think; why not? So long as they rp with me, whats wrong with that? 

Well... lots of things but mostly; pity isn’t a good feeling. Nobody wants to feel guilted into rping with you. Imagine seeing someone on your dash constantly posting about how no one likes them, their character or interacting with them. How they wanna die because they never get asks, no one likes their starters. (Sound extreme? I’ve seen it.) It makes you feel bad right? It makes you wanna like them but like- where do you even start??? They don’t even like them?? What common ground do you have?? “Hey, I see you hate yourself... uh... I hate you too?” Not great. Actually bad. You don’t know how to approach this person without becoming an emotional crutch, and you know they’ll latch on to you and suck every positive emotion out of your body so how do you win?

So lesson one is; People don’t want to be forced to feel so bad that they rp with you, they want to feel inspired to. Inspire some dudes! (or non-dude identifying people)

Presentation!

I can’t stress enough how important attitude is because I’ve had both a shitty attitude and a great one in the RPC and let me tell you, nothing kills a blog faster than a shitty attitude. Wanna make a self deprecating posts about that meme that you got 0 asks for? NUH UH. Think again. PITY = BAD, SHORT LASTING FRIENDSHIPS. INSPIRED = SUPER AWESOME HAPPY FUN TIMES FOREVER.

Yo, present yourself in a way that makes people wanna approach you. Get them interested, say something wacky or edgy or if your character is self deprecating then self deprecate through them but DO IT IN A FUN WAY. The people who care about icons and fancy promos usually aren’t worth lasting friendships either. Sometimes they literally spend more time formatting than writings something worth while for you. (some of you really balance it and just love formatting but u know im not talking about u Im talking about those that literally wont talk to us that dont)

So present yourself well and be genuine.

The internet is a playground because you can trick people into believing whatever you want about yourself. YEP even good things!!! You don’t have to wear your flaws on your sleeve, and you certainly don’t have to wear them like a full body cast that prevents you from doing anything fun in your life.

Take the cast off, take a risk. You literally have nothing to lose. Especially if no one interacts with you as is anyways.

Be mindful

This is more of a trick I use to make myself feel better. I don’t follow a lot of people so my dash is pretty slow. It’s fairly easy to tell when people are and aren’t active/online so I literally have to trick myself sometimes but;

If you reblog a meme and get nothing, step back and ask yourself; am I sure anyone even saw it? and are the people who did maybe to shy to send anything? Or maybe nothing in that meme applies to their character.

As a mute character I am VERY restricted to what memes I reply to. As a character who speaks VERY LITTLE I am VERY restricted to what dialogues I can send at all. This means I’m required to edit memes a little (this is allowed by most meme creators btw) or I need a very good relationship with a character in order to say/sign that many words at them.

And worse case scenario, queue it and reblog it again/later. Its no biggie, some memes don’t make it.

Self reflect

Check out people on the dash. Do they have interactions? What are they like? Is their character more welcoming? Maybe you’re character is more intimidating. You might need to actually seek out interaction.

Tumblr has this huge enigma where everyone wants asks but no one wants to send them. Curious anons come from someone, magic anons come from your peers, followers, friends. Some of them are pretty obvious. Want asks? Send them. We really need to get the ball rolling with this because its honestly a problem. Show some initiative and reach out. It actually feels pretty good seeing someone react to your outrageous anon. And its a lot of stress relief if you play an otherwise very serious character to get to branch out and be silly.

So you send asks, you like starter calls- why isn’t it working?

Well, a stranger knocks on your door and tries to get to know you. Its a little awkward- it can work sure in some cases. But in most you’ll probably close the door and phone the police.

The RPC isn’t as strange as that but what’s easier? Talking to a muse you’ve never met from a blog you’ve never seen before? Or writing a thread with your best bud, throwing in inside jokes and references to your favourite shows- teasing each other about that one embarrassing thing that happened to your muse- yeah. Yeah you get it.

If you have history or at least an idea what someone is like, you will want to interact with them more. I don’t know if you’re some mean... meanie pants whos gunna smack my muse because he offered you a cookie. And maybe you are, but if I don’t know you, or know that your muse is deeply traumatized by cookies, I might take that as you saying “Ew no get away I never wanna rp with you”.

It sounds harsh, but I KNOW it happens. It STILL happens to me, even with people I’m friends with. Even if someone has multiple blogs and I get on fine with one muse, if the other hates me I might get uneasy about sending in asks cause I feel like I’m directly bothering the mun (who I love on this blog but WHAT IF THEY START HATING ME THERE TOO???)

Separation is tricky. We all get jealous or feel neglected when our partners focus on another thread/ship or send mean angsty replies which is why its important to check yourself remind yourself you have value, mun =/= muse and that it’s all in good fun.

Have Rules

UGH no!!! Not rules I hate rules, I dont want to restrict anyone!

Listen. I get it. I was a rule-less blog for a long time. But you know what? You need them. Not just for you, but for the people who wanna interact. I still feel the need to ask people who have rules what they are and aren’t comfortable with. You might not realize it but shit can go down in rps especially in certain fandoms. Even if its just the basics. Write them. They matter.

Unless you’re fine with someone literally controlling your character, or a blog you dont even follow who RPs David Letterman tags you in a smutty thread where your muse and him are married and he’s heavily pregnant with 4 narwal baby’s I- I think you can see where I’m going.

If its just the basics, thats fine, everyone loves seeing that. No god modding, not forced shipping, ect- great. Less for me to remember. Add to it if you need to. Everyone experiences rp different. Make your experience a comfortable one.

Step away.

If you’re feeling negative, just step away. Do not make a big post about it alerting everyone who follows you because they might not all respond well. If you have close friends in then fandom you can go to, talk to them, vent a little, or just remove yourself and get those feelings out. But remember that no one here is equipped to be your therapist, and we cant all be expected to take the burden from you. It is up to you to regulate your emotions. Use coping skills but please don’t make the fandom or your blog a toxic place to be.

You don’t feel good, and no one reading your posts feels good, and building friendships on not feeling good is just... completely not good.

Im not saying you must be sunshine and rainbows all the time, but feeling bad feels bad and even though rping is just a hobby and a past time you are still reaching into other peoples lives. Leave a good impact, try to be someone you would want to meet in the rpc. Make it a better place.

Penny normally would never go against what Ruby said, but she trusted Ironwood as much as she trusted her friend and calculated that he might be more mature.

"Thats okay Genny! Can we take Neo back with us? I dont think she is safe here..."

General Ironwood thought about it. "If you keep her handcuffed throughout the trip, and dont let her hand off of her the whole time until she is secured, we can on one condition..."

"Yes?"

"Dont call me Genny ever again. Its General Ironwood. Or just Ironwood. Or just General. Not. Genny."

"Okay! Can we take RUBY too?"

General Ironwood smiled and shook his head. "I know you love her, but she has to stay here at Beacon."

He totally shipped them. And not on one of those small ships either. One of the big Atlas battlecruisers.

After cuffing Neo properly, Penny led her inside the Atlas ship as they were about to leave. Penny felt a little bad about disobeying Ruby and getting the authorities involved but she calculated it was the best course of action. Besides, what was Ruby going to do? They were girlfriends, and Penny didnt have to always do what she said!

Meanwhile, Neo was amazed by the interior of the ship. It was so big and open! There was a fountain and palm trees! Beautiful Atlas people were all over the place! There was a massive picture of a womans head sticking up out of a boot! There were bridges overhead leading to various doors, with pillars and chains holding the bridges up. On the ground floor she could even see small shops selling various foods and luxery items!

"General Ironwood! Can you buy me one of those please??" Penny begged while pointing with her free hand at a shop selling t-shirts. One type they were selling were Ruby T-shirts.

He said no, though. He bought her a Ruby popsicle last time and she just ate it. He didnt want to buy her a shirt just to have her eat it.

Neo expected the inside of the ship to be boring but it was actually very nice. There were of course soldiers and robots everywhere, as it was a military ship. But since it so rarely got in a fight, most people just seemed to be having a good time.

"General Ironwood can we go to the pool?"

"Do you have any damage on your synthetics?"

"No sir!"

He looked at Neo. "She cant swim. Shes handcuffed. So unless you want to stay in the wading area while holding onto her, I suggest you just go to your room."

"Awe... Okay.."

Penny led Neo to her room, not that Neo really had a choice where they went. She was again surprised. There was a large aquarium full of fish and crabs that wall filled with decor, a plexiglass window that took up the whole wall (during fights the metal hull would close over it though) and a bed that was literally just a pile of hay. Ruby posters and art covered the wall the hay was up against, and a communications station sat by the giant window. There was also a small bookshelf containing the entirety of the Monster Prom series and My Little Pony and The Real World™

(the last series was one only Ironwood liked, really. But he thought it was educational and interesting so he gave it to Penny, who like most readers thought the 2016 election ending was unrealistic and stopped reading after that.)

Penny flopped onto the hay, dragging Neo with her.

Neo wanted to ask why her bed was just hay, but Penny was explaining it already. "Doesnt laying on this hay instead of an industrial robot transport box make you feel like a real girl, Neo? It seems so natural! I feel like I am a real creature when laying here!"

Neo always felt like a real creature but she nodded anyway.

"We are going to have lots of fun, dont look so sad! Just wait until tomorrow! Im sorry you have to be locked up all the time..." Penny tried to cheer her up and kissed her on the cheek like Ruby. Neo blushed and suddenly there was ice cream.

"Neo! This bed takes forever to clean, dont make that here!" Penny said, not really mad but making Neo blush more anyway. As cute as Penny was, she missed Roman Torchwick an awful lot.

What do you guys think about the names Dustin and Darcy for my protagonists in Let's Go?

Cos i really wanted to play the co op mode thing by myself, just so i can pretend this role in the plot is filled by two siblings and have a bit of fun roleplaying that. But i dunno yet how the co-op works and whether you'd be able to customize the avatar of the second player or if its just the default trainer? Or can you only play co-op if you have two separate games? Im planning to buy the other version anyway once i get more money, so it could be fun to play my first version with sibling one and then the second playthru is sibling two's turn to shine!

Oh and the whole reason i wanted to do this is cos i wanna try out the customization features to make some ocs now that there's no competitive online stuff unless you pay a subscription fee (LOL NO THANKS). Like..i always felt like i HAD to make my character me in xy/sumo/usum, otherwise its like lying online? But of course i cant actually make me because theres no nonbinary option or even remotely ambiguous outfits for either gender. And you cant have wild hair colours while i dye my hair 24/7 irl lol. Its silly cos like 95% of the gym leaders and other characters ingame have anime hair colours yet the player has to be normal? So yeah i cpuldnt really enjoy making this innacurate defanged version of myself yet i didnt feel like i was allowed to just make up a new character either. Closest i could do was give myself white hair like my old trainersona when i was 12, lol. I mean i guess thats my 'real hair colour' underneath the dye right now, if you think about it that way?

Yeah! I think sibling trainers could be a good and unique way to handle a rival! Like having them be your sibling already establishes that rivalry. But it can be a soft and nice rivalry! I wanna go with that fun version rather than the full on angry exaggerated sibling rivalries you often see in kids media. Like i know that some people legit dont get on with their siblings and some people can even have a very gary esque full on rivalry thats sorta 'love to hate' or like..tsundere pretending you hate them. But personally i never had experience with that, i can never relate to those 'tfw u hate ur sibling and theyre always an asshole but lolll u love them anyway' posts. I only got to live with my little sister for a little while due to the catastrophe of abusive parenthood that was my childhood, and i lost contact with her forever when she was very young so i doubt she'd even remember me. *sigh* But like i don't think i only love her so much because i miss her! People say newborns and toddlers are the most bratty so like you'd think if i was gonna ever find her 'annoying' i would have done it back then. I was always just mega proud of her and whenever she'd be 'bratty' i'd be cheering her on and trying to protect her from mom. And when she'd try and pull pranks on me or practise play-fighting or whatever i was just like 'lol thats legit funny' and taking play-falls so she felt better about herself. Like we didnt have much power in that household so i felt like encouraging her pretending to be a wrestler would help her feel like she had some sort of control in some part of her life i guess? And just i wished i was allowed to roughhouse and run around and be all 'unladylike' and just enjoy BEING A KID when i was a kid, yknow? I always had legit fun being with her and legit enjoyed it and was legit proud and legit never annoyed. I just dont understand 'yeah she's annoying but i love her anyway'. I was only ever her rival as a play-rival to help encourage her to like.. Enjoy the things she enjoyed. Feel like someone else cared. I only ever acted like 'ha ha baby stuff yeah sure i hate hanging out with my sister" cos i thought i was SUPPOSED TO. I always felt so guilty doing it and so dissappointed cos id rather hang out with her than be a boring stereotypical teen tbh. I dunno, maybe this isnt typical for siblings and its just a sign of how badly we were raised? I was just real fuckin lonely and absolutely loved having a family member who loved me for the first time since my grandma died. Same reason i always used to act all 'i am too cool i totally am not soft for my lil sister' around my lil sister's dad. I really wanted him to love me too! I used to say swear words at him cos i thougjt he would thibk i was Cool And Adult?? I have soooo many cringe moments from that phase of my childhood. Man it hurts to think that i never actually did get to become that positive influence that protected my sister from my mum and let her know she was loved. Cos i was sent to live with my dad when she was like 5ish? And never saw her again and now im too scared to try and reach out to her again because 1: she probably doesnt even remember me, 2: theres a chance she believes my mum saying i was some horrible asshole who abandoned the family, 3: even bigger chance that contacting her could mean my mum finding me again and big fuckin risk of further abuse. Plus the awkwardness of introducing my trans self when she'd remember me as her sister and all. Sigh! All i can do is hope that her cool dad eventually got custody of her, and that he didnt turn out to be a secret bastard like when i met my own dad. He seemed good, but then again i was just a lil kid and my dad seemed good at first. Sighhhhhh...

Anyway the point is that whenever i write siblings i'd rather write 100% unapologetic super loving love cos its wish fullfillment for me. This is also why in/cest shipping is a massive beserk button for me, good wholesome family relationships are REAL FUCKIN IMPORTANT and how DARE you corrupt that shit! Some people would fuckin KILL to have that wholesome family!!

Anyway lol thats why i'd like a Wholesome Rivalry for these sibling ocs! Like they challenge each other to contests along the way just for fun, and they react all 'wow my sis is the BEST' when you beat them, so hard feelings at all. And you dont JUST do rival stuff but also sometimes just hang out and have fun cos you missed each other. And if anyone threatens your sibling then THAT is the only time you see the Serious Sibling Power! Rival moments: ha ha lol bet ya cant beat me ooo im a scary villain LOL I CANT KEEP A STRAIGHT FACE HAHA! Giovanni punches your brother: *stony cold death glare from hell as tricksy prank sis turns into an unstoppable vengeance engine* Oh, but also the only other time they'd be serious is in their final battle together! Like most of the 'rivalry' is just competing to make the adventure fun and to help each other get stronger. But if sis/bro ever actually legit said they really want to fight to find out who's the best, and its like..important to help their self confidence, then i think bro/sis would respect that and go all out. Taking a fall and letting them win would be the most disrespectful thing of all! Oh, but i do think there would be one kind of battle like that during the story? Like in one of the more low stakes faux-rival fights the sibling actually does try and let you win, and the challenge is to try and lose against all odds. High stakes super failure battle!!! Imagine the evil team in the background like 'wtf' as these two run the most aggressively slow race of all time! XD

Oh and i kinda thought about different personalities for the two of them based on who you pick? Like i did like that aspect about brendan/may in RSE compared to other 'unpicked option becomes rival' characters in later games that didnt even have one personality let alone two. It just sucks that the personalities they decided to give them were 'female rival is super self concious and thinks youre better than her because youre a boy' and 'male rival is super ego and thinks he's better than you because he's a boy'. Boooo!

So instead of that the personalities i was thinking for these two would be less sexist lol. Male sibling Dustin is basically Wally so far? I need to develop him a bit more to make him a bit distinct, i mean its not like every single shy dude is identical. I'm thinking maybe mix him with all the wasted potential in Brendan? Like in the game they slightly hint at him having the ONE non stereotypical trait of liking cute teddy bears, and that made me think about how much better his whole plot would have been if it actually criticized his sexism and said that he only behaves that way cos he's overcompensating for being bullied for being 'feminine', yknow? And then in the manga they actually DO write him as super feminine, and even as a contest star who loves fashion and dressing up his pokemon! But then GAHHH they present it as some sort of fuckin 'character flaw', like he's shown to be selfish and superficial because of it. And the backstory is that him and the female protagonist used to be 'normal' until a traumatic event. Brendan was a Natural Fighting Prodigy until he saved his female friend from a wild pokemon and was so traumatized that he never wanted to fight again, while she wanted to learn to fight so she'd never need to be protected again. But this is not only presented as Wrong Ways To Be Gender but also like.. Fighting their natural instinct which still comes through?? Like male protag hasnt fought in YEARS yet whenever he's forced to fight he's just magically better at it than female protag who's been practising all these years to become his equal. Ha ha silly girl you can never achieve that! All you get is this patronizing 'well if you just tryyyyy girly things im sure you'll like it' plot and then you get rescued by him in the end because OF COURSE you do. Sigh! I cant believe they made me hate that pairing even more than the games did! So yeah i dont really wanna write Dustin as a jerkass who's secretly got synpathetic motives of internalized homophobia/sexism, cos i feel thats a plot very specific to my perceptuons of Brendan and id basically just have to make Dustin a clone of him and he wouldnt be able to shine on his own merits. Instead i'm just thinking of writing him as a 100% sensitive soul, and he still faces predjudice for not being that bigoted idea of an 'ideal man' but really the fact he doesnt bow down to their demands proves that he's the bravest person here.

And then I'm thinking maybe the female sibling Darcy is the older one and is a bit "gary ish"? Like eitjer way you still have a friendly and loving siblingness, but she's a bit more of a sass who is tsundere about admitting she loves her bro. But i dont think she's the cold or grumpy sort of tsundere, more like a trickstery tomboy? Bombastic loki jock sis! She can only be a bit abrasive with her bro cos she wants to teach him to be tough even when she's not there to protect him. But sometimes she can mess it up and make him feel like he has to change his personality in order to be tough, rather than letting him know she supports him in being "unmasculine" and just wants to help him find the confidence to stand up to people who bully him for it. Like she feels like she is 'weaker' than him in the sense that she worries too much about what people will think if she expresses her real emotions, yknow? Like theyre both suffering from toxic masculinity! He's suffering from the standard form where men who are too 'soft' are beaten down into that mould. Ans she's suffering from the problem where 'masculine' girls feel like they have to be '100% masculine' in order to be allowed to be themselves at all. Like back when i was a kid and before i came out as trans i always used to try and pretend to like sports ans like..cliche macho shit where you Cant Admit You Care About Your Friends and also i wasnt allowed to like ANY feminine things at all. I had to either follow the stereotype of femininity entirely or follow the opposite stereotype, i wasnt allowed to just reject stereotypes and like what i actually like. So yeah me realizing i wasnt really a girl has led to me embracing more 'girly' things than back when i thought i was one! So i think Darcy would have a similar arc but like..the cis equivelant? Just finds people who arent such judgmental pricks and stops having to conform to either of those stereotypes in order to keep fake friends who dont really give a shit about her. She can have a plot about both forced feminine and masculine stereotypes being equally limiting, rather than that shitty 'being masculine is a prison uwu every woman will be happier embracing her love of makeup' shit. That dominant narrative just made me feel like i was somehow wrong about myself whenever i didnt like 100% Of Sports All The Time, i must be somehow girly if i liked even ONE girly thing yet i needed hundreds of proofs if i wanted to be masculine. And like i wasnt just allowed to be neither! I wasnt allowed to like parts of both! I wasnt allowed to BE GODDAMN TRANS!!! So yeah i dunno if i'd go whole hog and make this character a trans man or a nonbinary person tho? I think she's just actually a cis girl who happens to be sporty and brash and likes a lot of 'masculine' fashion and hobbies. And she's just been made to feel self concious about it, as if she cant possibly REALLY be that unless she likes Every Single Boy Thing and wins at Every Single Challenge. Does anyone else remember that shit too? The girls have to win Every sports game against the boys in order to be 'one of the boys' but if you lose even one of them it somehow proves that you're inferior. Even though the boys lost 50 billion games to you and that doesnt prove theyre inferior! Like man she has sooooo many 'gary rivals' in her school life, thats why she loves going on this adventure with a kind brother rival who actually respects her! So her resolution would just be her staying the same but being more confident about it and saying fuk u to those fake friends. Same as her brother's plot, just they both face different specifics to the way this sexism affects them, yknow?

Oh but yeah when i did finally learn about LGBT stuff and realize i was trans it was Big Amazing cos even in the rare stories about Its Okay To Be Yourself it still left me feeling weirdly empty when the girl decides that yes she does wanna be a girl in the end. So i get that these plots might come off as queerbaiting if i write them badly? I need to make sure to make it clear that these characters 100% want to be seen as this gender and its just other people being fuckfaces and trying to define what their gender has to mean. I think maybe i'll try and mitigate this potential misunderstanding by adding different sorts of lgbt content. And, well, also cos i just want lgbt content in all of my stories because i am lgbt, of course! I'm 100% sure that Darcy is gay, and i think also maybe possibly Dustin is trans? Like, his plot is about being mocked for being a 'feminine' boy, but its also even more personal for him because he's a trans boy and he feels like he needs to change his personality in order to pass/he isnt really real because his personality doesnt fit the stereotypical image of a man. Like if you'd looked at the two of them back when they were identical twins, you probably would have expected Darcy to end up being trans if you were the sort of person who believes those basic ass stereotypes about 'boys who play with barbies and girls who play with trucks'. Or i mean maybe its the other way around and Darcy is a trans girl who still has a 'masculine' personality according to stereotypes? Or even both of them are trans and both face being told that they arent real because they dont fit the perfect stereotype of a trans person according to cis perceptions? Or maybe i'm overcomplicating things with all of this and it'd just muddy the message i guess. I might just keep it to them both being cis but also both of them like girls. And i can always apply my trans and other LGBT headcanons to other characters along their adventure.

@rocknghorss: Daewoong is such a frustrating man-child!!! I get that Miho is.. screwing up his game with noona but why can't he treat her more nicely?

@dramajib: I think he's being plenty nice as it is actually. Like he could just ditch her entirely, but he's put up with her (until now anyway). Mostly out of fear, but still. It's not just noona she's screwing up for him, basically since he met her he's got no money, can't go home for (misguided) fear of her eating his family, he's discovered that most of his friends were fake friends..

That whole ship thing at the end of episode 3 took me by surprise though, I was like... Dae Woong is a selfish manchild, sure, but he hasn't been MEAN up to this point. And that was really mean

rocknghorss: it was! He'd had a pretty disappointing day, but still, that was downright mean.  I guess from his point of view, everything was Miho's fault. So why not? Especially since as far as he knows, the water can't actually hurt her.

dramajib: It's awful. I hope he gets very contrite and fixes it somehow. Preferably NOT by diving in the water and swimming after the boat and getting pneumonia

rocknghorss: Oh. I'm glad you remembered, b/c I was completely lost.  That said, I was quite amused just how EXTRA they both are. The soft lit sunset behind elevator man as he was (I guess) wallowing in despair was ridiculous and I loved it.

But when she pulled the dress thing, when she KNEW she wasn't wearing that dress, and she let him lose his chance at auditioning, she lost me as a fan cos that's just cruel. You know this is the big break he's been working towards, and if you really cared about him you wouldn't sabotage that just to throw shade on your competition

The two waited there for several months before they were pushed out by raiders. Arden thought the next step would be to head to where her parents were, so they started venturing.    As the years pasted, both Arden and Eliana started loosing hope that they would ever find her parents. Eventually, Eliana gave up looking for her parents after around 40-50 years due to her accepting that they were either dead or had forgotten about her by now, but she continued traveling anyway. She realized she loves exploring, and finding things other people may find "useless". She started selling the various Pre-war knick knacks she came upon, even though she barely gets any business its better than not having any caps. She also started repairing Arden whenever he started breaking down or whenever he was damaged.    Now she travels from town to town, selling many various useless items to whoever is interested in looking at the past.   "You're killing me with the suspense, just tell me, who do you like?" Veronica begged, and Betty giggled, sitting more comfortably on the bed. Y/N grabbed Bettys leg and shook it slightly, as to silently beg Betty to just spill the beans already.

    "You guys are so impatient." She teased, and the two girls rolled their eyes, laughing slightly.

    "Well we want to know! My bad." Y/N joked, and Betty finally gave in.

    "Okay, okay! I'll tell you two." She said, and the girls bounced with joy and anticipation. "You know how I still have feelings for Archie, I don't think I'll ever get rid of them, unfortunately." She started, and the two girls nodded. "But I also have new feelings for Jughead." She said smiling. Veronica and Betty squealed, Veronica grabbing her hands, but Y/N just sat there awkwardly. She had been dating Jughead for about six months now, but nobody in the group knew. They decided it would be best to keep it a secret from them for awhile, they weren't on a need to know basis and they would just freak out over the whole thing. For the longest time, the whole group knew that the two were practically smitten for each other, and they all shipped them hardcore, so finally, one night Jughead got tired of hiding his feelings. One night almost 6 months ago, Archie, Betty, Veronica and Kevin had left Pops after relentlessly asking if the two were together, Jughead grabbed Y/N by the face and kissed her. Thus, their relationship blossomed, and it had been the best 6 months of her life.

    "Y/N!" Betty called, and Y/N snapped out of her trance.

    "Sorry, what?" she shook her head slightly and looked over to the two girls.

    "Are you okay?" Veronica asked. "You look upset." Y/N gave the best fake laugh she could and smiled big.

   "I'm good." She said, and the two girls nodded.

    "Anyways, you know how Jughead and I have been spending a lot of time together? I guess that's when I started having feelings for him. I first noticed I felt differently about him when we were working together on the Blue and Golds Newspaper. I was having a hard time writing an article on the newest developments on the Jason Blossom case and he saw I was struggling, so he came and sat by me, reading what I wrote. He was sitting so close guys, so close! He took the laptop from me for a second and he edited my article a bit, and when he pushed it back to me our hands brushed. I looked up at him and smiled and he smiled back, and just looking in his eyes and seeing his beautiful smile-ugh! I practically melted, and I felt the butterflies in my stomach." Betty gushed, earning more squeals from Veronica.

    "That's so cute!" Veronica exclaimed, and Y/N continued to just sit. "Do you guys do cute things at all?"

    "Last week, we were both stuffed in that stupid office for what felt like forever, so he closed my laptop and shoved it in my bag. He took me to Pops and bought me a milkshake, and we just talked for what felt like hours until he realized he had to leave. He had to help a friend with a project or something." Y/Ns eyes widened, realizing Betty was talking about her.

    Last week she needed his help with an English project, and he had promised to lend a hand. She waited two hours at her house for him, calling and texting but she didn't get an answer. When he finally showed up, he said he had lost track of time at Pops with a friend but it was too late, she had already finished it. Jealousy bubbled up in her stomach, but she did her best to push it down.

    "Oh my god, you guys went out on a date?" Veronica asked, excitedly and Betty shook her head.

    "No, I don't think it was a date, unfortunately. You have to be an official 'thing' for it to be a date, but it was so nice." She swooned, and Y/N couldn't help as she let out a huff. Betty turned to her and looked at her confused. "Are you okay Y/N?" she asked, and Y/N looked down at the sheets, playing with them in her hands. She didn't know how to handle this situation, she didn't want to come across as jealous although she had a valid reason to be, because that would make Betty upset. But she also didn't want to out her and Jugheads relationship, it had been nice not having anyone know except for the two of them. Their own private, secret thing.

    "I'm fine." Y/N mumbled, and Veronicas eyes widened.

    "Oh my god, this isn't making you upset because you also like Jughead, is it?" she asked, and Y/N tensed. Bettys face fell at the realization, she had totally forgotten how smitten Y/N was for the boy.

    "I'm so sorry Y/N. I didn't mean to brag." Betty said quickly, and Y/N scoffed to herself, but it didn't go unnoticed by the two other girls in the room. They gave each other a confused look.

    "I'm not jealous, Betty." Y/N said as kindly as she could, and Betty shook her head.

    "Well then, do I have your blessing to go for it?" she asked, and Y/Ns eyes widened and she stood from the bed.

    "I-I don't know Betty." she stuttered, internally kicking herself for being too chicken to come right out and say no.

    "Oh come on Y/N, just because you don't have much of a chance with him doesn't mean you have to ruin it for Betty." Veronica said somewhat bitterly, and Y/Ns eyes widened and her jaw dropped.

    "Veronica!" Betty exclaimed, looking over to the raven-haired girl and hitting her lightly on the arm.

    "What? She's being jealous over the fact that Jughead likes you and not her, and she's being difficult and not giving you her blessing. She should be happy for you, and grateful that you even asked for it at all." Veronica stated bluntly, and Betty hung her head low.

    "It would have been nice for you to be happy for me." Betty said quietly, and Y/N finally unfroze.

    "I can't be happy for someone who is trying to go after my boyfriend." Y/N scoffed, earning looks of disbelief from the two girls.

    "You're dating Jughead?" Veronica asked, and Y/N nodded her head proudly, smiling to herself. "uh huh, sure. And why didn't we know this before?"

    "We wanted to keep it a secret." Y/N said, and the two girls slowly nodded their heads.

    "How do I know you aren't just saying that so I'll back off?" Betty asked unsurely. "I mean, we're your best friends, you would have told us. And you two don't ever act like a couple."

    "Two awkward crush-smitten people who are too scared to tell each other maybe, but not like an actual couple." Veronica added. Y/N stood from the bed and stared at the two girls in shock.

    "Are you calling me a liar?" she shot, and the two girls sunk low on the bed, looking at each other and then back at Y/N. Neither of them answered, and she rolled her eyes and pulled out her phone, ringing for Jughead and putting it on speaker.

    "Hey princess, how are you?" Jugheads voice called from the other side of the phone, and Y/N smiled at his voice.

    "Hey Jug, I'm fine. How are you?" she asked.

    "I'm okay. Why fine though, you never say fine unless your pissed off, and I know I haven't done anything... have I?" he asked, earning a giggle from Y/N.

    "Like I said, its all fine. Anyways, our 6 month anniversary is coming up and I wanted to know what movie you wanted to go see, I'm buying the tickets." She said, smiling over to the girls and winking.

    "Our 6 month anniversary is coming up, isn't it? Hmm, I'll let you decide, but I'm taking you to Pops after, I've got a surprise." Y/N smiled even bigger and smugly at the two girls, but it faded as she saw Bettys face fall. She immediately felt like the biggest bitch to ever live, and that was saying something because Cheryl Blossom existed, granted that Cheryl has excuses to be a bitch but whatever.

    "Uh, um yeah. I'll get those and I'll call you back, okay?" she stuttered.

    "Okay. Y/N are you sure you're okay? You don't sound like it." He asked again.

    "Yeah, I'll talk to you later Juggie."

    "Alright." He said, but anyone could tell he was skeptical. "I'll talk to you later princess."

    "Bye babe." She said, ending the call. A tear rolled down Bettys face and Y/N quickly made her way over to the blonde, pulling her into a hug.

    "I'm sorry for doubting you." Betty said, and Y/N shook her head.

    "Don't be, I'm sorry for not telling you earlier. I was a bitch about the whole thing too, I guess I could have handled it better." Y/N admitted, and Betty chuckled slightly in Y/Ns arms.

    "I agree." She giggled, and Y/N and Veronica laughed.

    "You were a major bitch." Veronica said, making the three of them laugh even harder.

    "Just doing what I do best." Y/N said, flipping her hair in a very dramatic way, and rolling her eyes. The two others nodded their heads, their giggling residing.

    "Betty, you will find someone soon who isn't taken, or Riverdales very own Troy Bolton, and when that time comes, I bet you'll be so happy. I have no doubt in my mind that whoever takes you to be their girlfriend will be the luckiest boy-or girl to ever walk on this earth." Y/N said, and Betty smiled.

    "Got anyone in mind?" she asked playfully, and Y/N smirked.

    "Yeah, Veronica." Y/N said, and Veronica and Betty tensed up. "You two gave me shit about the flirting I do with Jughead, but you should see you two, its nauseating." Y/N teased. Betty and Veronica looked at each other and laughed nervously, and Y/N caught on.

    "Oh my god, are you two actually crushing on each other, because I was just joking!" Y/N exclaimed, and the two girls shrugged it off.

    "Anyways ladies, what are we going to do now? Movies or manis?" Veronica asked, and Y/N rolled her eyes at her friend trying to change the subject.

    "Manis." Betty said, and Y/N nodded her head.

again, xander lmao.. he’s probably the most jealous person ever  &  i fucking hate him for that … like the only reason why he’d be so bothered by some guy chatting sage up, is bc he feels like sage is HIS ??? even though they’re not together anymore. and his jealous ass is also the type to ask around their friend group like … u know if sage has a new guy ... like he’s impossible. even when they were together, he probably like never left sage’s side when they were out for the night  &  having a few drinks with friends ,,,, just bc he’s possessive and jealous  &  can’t have anyone trying to steal his boy away from him :////

they’re both protective in their own way like xander’s the type to square up to fight anyone who’s even a little mean to sage ?? but then they’re also protective in a way like.. getting upset when they hear that the other hasn’t eaten all day? reminding each other to eat and do things that are bASIC HUMAN NEEDS ( tho not anymore bc that’d .. lowkey be weird like just randomly texting each other like “hey have u eaten today ? if not, go have some ok thanks !” ) lmaooo.

ok honestly… i think xander. realistically speaking i don’t think he would but if he would, that’d only be because he’d freak out at how serious things were getting  &  it’d be like.. the only way he could think of that’d make sage?? RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION?? like he’d only do it a) bc he’s scared and b) bc he’d be trying to push sage away bc god knows that no other way could do it.

um… sage always booty calls xander… so him? ok honestly i think xander sometimes calls him for a booty call late at night when he’s downed one too many drinks and his bed feels too cold and too empty to be sleeping in alone. but mostly sage initiates them i think?

ok so probably ? xander ? idk how sage feels about pda but xander definitely doesn’t like overly excessive, annoying and grossing everyone out- type of pda. like hugging, holding hands, little kisses and little touches are fine but unless you’re heavily making out at some bar bathroom, pls don’t be all over him bc that’ll annoy the shit out of him  &  make him push them away. bUT LUCKILY they don’t have that problem bc i feel like the only time they ever do pda these days, are when they’re at the same party / club / bar and they’re making out in some corner or in the bathroom tbh.

Q11. who kills the spider ?

again, idk how sage feels about spiders and bugs in general or like if he’s afraid of them / just doesn’t like to kill them but xander always kills all  &  any bugs, including spiders, bc he doesn’t like them. they’re too tiny and look odd and they make him uncomfortable ok, he might be 6′4′’ ft tall and be as muscular as he is bUT BOI does he hate bugs lmao. they make him UNEASY so he kills all and any bugs he sees !!

Q12. who asks the the other to marry them ?

hold on hold on ……. these two have trouble even aDMITTING THAT THEY LOVE EACH OTHER / HAVE CAUGHT FEELS …. and u want me to talk about them getting married … me: ok Sure why not ! dfkfkldg ok but hypothetically speaking if they were ever to get married, i feel like xander would be the one to get on one knee bc he’d rather propose to someone than be proposed to tbh.

OK SO ……. i think xander used to buy these cute lil gifts for sage?? like just random things that made him think of his fav boy or things that he’s certain that he’d like? just cute lil things like that to show his appreciation for him. AND FLOWERS !!! flowers for sure, which would be kind of ironic bc sage is a florist himself but like.. watch xander bring him flowers??? like his fave ones if he knows what they are. but then again, idk but like sage seems like the person who would ?? also maybe bring xander flowers ?? idk it’s a cute thought ok :(

this one goes into the same category as the marriage one …… they cant even !!!! admit that they love each other !!!! let alone bring up having kids !!! the fuck !!!! but again, for the sake of this meme.. hypothetically speaking, it’d have to be sage bc xander is scared of parenting honestly like… he’d Not have children if his partner didn’t suggest them / it didn’t just happen, like that man would Not suggest it himself so it’d have to be sage who’d bring it up.

sage was, for sure !!! ok xander was kind of nervous as well bc he’s never met his partner’s parents / guardians before ( this bitch has !! never !! had a real relationship before !! ) but he’s also very charming and comes along with most people so he wouldn’t be like ~too worried~ or nervous. but we TALKED ABOUT THIS ONCE and i think u said sage was more nervous to meet xander’s family ?? so i’m gonna say him.

Q16. who sleeps on the couch when the other is angry ?

lmao NEITHER… they just storm out right away bc they don’t live together / have no reason to stick around for the night. or at least xander would storm out and bang the doors after himself lmao. idk if sage would be that extra but i’m pretty sure they both would just leave.

Q17. who tries to make up first after arguments ?

ok i think that it depends? like the one who started the argument / was wrong / made the other upset etc, would be the one to come crawling back  &  try to make up for the fight? like they should tbh, i know that xander sure as hell wouldn’t go and try to make up if sage was the one who’d started the argument in the first place.

Usagi & Relationships.

this is a post that’s been on my mind ALL FREAKING DAY. 

i obviously have A LOT of thoughts and feels on usagi and her various relationships with her senshi so i wanted to condense (lol) and compile them into one general post. because i can. 

so here we go.

please feel free to reblog & add your own thoughts and interpretations! remember, we all perceive things differently, so i’d love to hear other thoughts! you can also drop them in my ask box!! :)

 Usagi & Ami: this relationship is really special because it was first, usagi’s first comrade as a senshi, and ami’s first real friend. ami is so sweet and quiet and good natured, i feel like they never ever everrrr fight. ami will be quick to put usagi in her place when it comes to things like studies (and in the future, she will be the voice of reason when usagi wants to skip out on her royal duties.) but she will ALWAYS have a soft spot for her. ami can really never be mad at her, no matter what she does or says. they tease each other (esp usagi to ami) and ami will always be there to help usagi along the way, no matter what the situation is. 

Usagi & Rei: these girls together... oh man. these two together are a beautiful friendship that is so many things: its passionate, it’s loving, its a storm. Rei will never let usagi hear the end of something when she’s wrong & most of the time she’s never gonna let her get away with stupid stuff. but sometimes, like she is with minako, rei can’t help but to let her think she is. There’s no one in the world Rei loves more, aside from Minako, but even she falls below Usagi. Rei would die for Usagi at any given moment. They might fight sometimes but they have a bond that is tender and loving and strong. Rei will always put her in her place & keep her grounded. I also firmly believe that Mars was the one Princess Serenity was the closest to during the silver millennium. That bond transcends time and death and brings us to the present, where these two girls were brought back together. usagi would NEVER pick favorites and would NEVER say one of the girls was her best friend, but rei is definitely near the top of her list, if she had one that was. 

Usagi & Makoto: Mako-chan is the motherly type & this is how I see their relationship- Mako-chan is the one to ensure Usagi is NEVER hungry, she’s always warm/dry/comfortable/whatever. Mako is the one Usagi cries to when she’s upset by Rei or Mamoru because Mako always sides with her and pats her on the head and says she’s right. Mako will NEVER SAY NO! Not ever!! Unless it’s in battle and Usagi is trying to be the hero, Mako wont let her put herself into harm necessarily. Mako is the one who when Usagi absently says she’s hungry for something, she bakes it for her. She’s the one that when Usagi wistfully wishes for a pretty dress in a store window, she goes to the store to buy the fabric and sews her one that’s even better than the original.  Mako does everything in her power to ensure Usagi is 10000% happy. 

Usagi & Minako: first of all, these two bang. i’m sorry, i cant explain it, but these two 100000000% hook up. their relationship is not necessarily deeper than friendship, because usagi obviously is in love with mamoru and i’m a hardcore reinako shipper, but i just see these two together AT SOME POINT. In all honesty, i really can see the two of them bringing rei into things too. it happens more than once, maybe a few times a year. anyways. THESE TWO GIRLSSSSS man oh man. i feel like i could even argue they’re closer than usagi & rei are. they understand one another far beyond comrades, far beyond princess and protector. around usagi, minako can be her true self- silly and loving, a natural prankster. together they play pranks on anyone they can (looking at you, rei) they’re regulars at the local karaoke bar, and they drag the others shopping as often as they can. as adults, they’re out on the town together, dressed to the nines and giggling behind their hands every time a boy wants to dance with them. they love to drink and have a good time together. like rei, minako would die for usagi. in truth, she’d die for any one of her friends, but usagi... she’d do anything for usagi, and usagi would do anything for her. their bond is strong and true and wow do i love these two girls so fucking much.

Usagi & Haruka: unless you’re new to my blog, you know i have ALL THE HARUSA FEELS. i love the bond these two share. usagi is the one who makes haruka question EVERYTHING. Usagi is everything to haruka, nothing is more important than her well being. they understand each other- especially usagi. she knows the truth in haruka’s heart, even if haruka always doesnt. their bond is different because their past selves never knew one another- but haruka’s desire to protect her princess transcended time to now, where its stronger than ever before because now she KNOWS her. she loves to see usagi smile & will take her out for spins in her nice cars & lets be real, spoils the shit out of her. if usagi wants it, haruka gets it for her. i can see them actually hooking up as well (polyamorous usagi, ftw) but not nearly as often as usagi and minako do. maybe once. i firmly ship harumichi, obviously, and i cant even say they HOOK UP so much as once in a while they might share a kiss. hook up is the wrong phrase, for sure, i dont think they ever go all the way. but i can see them going out on many “dates’ and share a few kisses down the road. after a certain point, those stop though, and their adult relationship is a bit more mature. when usagi is crowned queen, haruka constantly drops to a knee before her and usagi always tries to get her to stop, but she never will. 

Usagi & Michiru: Michiru is Usagi’s idol, her inspiration to be a real lady someday. Usagi follows Michiru around like a puppy- to fancy parties and classical concerts and plays galore. Michiru lives a lavish lifestyle and Usagi loves being a part of that. She likes to rub elbows with the elite and through Michiru she gets to meet various famous people. michiru is also her favorite person to shop with- michiru has expensive but amazing taste and always helps usagi piece together fantastic outfits. as adults, usagi always wants michiru to plan everything for her: birthdays, parties, ect. as queen, usagi puts michiru in charge of the royal planning too. 

Usagi & Setsuna: these two aren’t as close as usagi is with the rest of the senshi- they have a relationship yes, but it doesn’t go far beyond princess and protector. setsuna cares for usagi obviously, but their relationship just isn’t the same as it is with all of the other girls. however, usagi does love to shop with setsuna because her style is trendy and chic. it’s when usagi is pregnant with chibiusa that their relationship deepens- it is then that setsuna shares stories with usagi of her past, of her mother queen serenity. when chibiusa is born, they become all the closer, spending hours together in the nursery, fawning over the princess they loved so much. 

Usagi & Hotaru: Usagi cares soooo much for hotaru- she always has, since before they ever even knew she was saturn. usagi cares for her like she might a sweet, younger sister. Usagi would take her and chibiusa out to do various things- amusement parks, shopping, ect. she helps remind hotaru to laugh and smile, to not take life quite so seriously. once she’s reborn, her seriousness is not as pronounced as it was before, but she still had her moments. usagi was one of the only people who could always immediately cheer her up, no matter how badly she felt inside. and when it was time for chibiusa to become a senshi in her own right, with her own team, it’s saturn that she instructs to lead her team, like venus had once done for hers. she puts her daughter’s life into hotaru’s hands because she knows she will always protect her, just as her senshi had always protected her.
