You had been running around with the group all day

(except Bakugo- he either went to the lazy river or the surfing simulator thignie cause Kaminari said he would wipe out and wanted to prove him wrong)

Everybody else wanted to do everythingggg, from ride the craziest rides to trying all the food the park had

By the end of the day, you were completely beat and just wanted to rest

Mina was sitting beside you in  the cabana (again, thank you radio station for hooking some teens up!), just searching it for snacks the boys hadnt eaten

“Aww cmon, really?! We have chapstick but no food?!”

Your head instantly perked up at the sound- chapstick? God, you could deifnitely use some right now from all that chlorine and sun...

You asked Mina to toss you one, the pink skinned girl throwing you a tube as she grumbled about how “piggy” boys were

Honestly, its hard to fight when your 1) annoyed about loosing and 2) have your hot as hell boyfriend pining you to the ground

But thankfully

He was starting to overheat, his breathe coming out in low pants as  strands  of hair began sticking to his forehead

You felt one of his palms begin to slip ever so slightly near you, and on instinct you knew you had to do something, you finally had an opening-

so you caused a distraction 

Your hands quickly flew to the nape of his neck, pressing his head down to your so you could kiss him square on the lips

MDZS/Hogwarts au Headcanons

This au is a classic, but per usual I have opinions so here we go. (Also let’s pretend we do not see you know who)

All the patronuses are based on the official list and descriptions (I’ll leave the link below).

Wei Wuxian:

Gryffindor

Do I even need to make an arguement for this??

Patronus: Crow or Dolphin (I genuinely can’t decide)

Has friends in all houses and floats around among the tables in the great hall

Has been in all the houses common rooms tho

Probably good at most subjects, but he is amazing at defense against the dark arts

Definitely plays Quidditch, and is definitely the seeker too

Y’know typical over-achiver, star of the show, but without really trying

Steals books from the resticted section, not because he wants to read them, just because he was told they were off limits

He also steals food from the kitchen on his way back from the Hufflepuff common room (visiting Yanli ofc)

Is the kid that looses all of the points for his house, which means he also has most of the names in trophy room memorized (just from the sheer amount of time he’s had to clean them in detention)

Curfew is more of a suggestion, in his opinion nightime is the best time to roam the castle

He’s ended up in the hospital wing so many times that he basically has a bed reserved

Jiang Cheng:

Gryffindor

Between the loyalty, courage, ambition to “attempt the impossible,” and secret heart of gold, he could rival wwx’s Gryffindor spirit

Patronus: Chow Dog

Grumpily follows around during his misadeventures to make sure he doesn’t hurt himself

Or rather he’s the one who drags wwx’s ass to the hospital wing when he does hurt himself

Only one out of the trio (wwx, nhs, jc) who actaully studies

Hates divination, thinks it’s all a hoax, and it bugs the crap out of him that nhs actually belives in it

Is the captain of the Quidditch team, started as a chaser but now he’s the keeper

Was chosen to be a prefect

His favorite perk is the fancy bathtub, which nhs has definitely bribed him to gain access to

Shares his dorm with wwx, and he’s always complaining how he has to drag him out of bed

Lan Wangji:

Ravenclaw

He do be out here being super creative with that Guqin, and also owning our asses with his intelligence

Patronus: Wild Rabbit

I’d estimate that he spent 90% of the first 3 years of school in the library

Insert intense glaring at wwx as he tries to sneak into the restricted section

Somehow missed that wwx played Quidditch until his brother dragged him to a game

Needless to say he never missed a Gryffindor game after that

Somehow he managed to score one point off of a perfect grade on his OWL

Y’all already know he’d be a prefect, do I even need to say it

His favorite place in the castle is the window seat in Ravenclaw tower

Pretends to protest wwx sneaking into his common room

Imagine: Wangxian Hogsmeade dates and wwx trying to get him to wear his Quidditch jersey

Lan Xichen:

Hufflepuff

Although I feel like you could make a strong case for Ravenclaw, but the compassion and open-mindedness wins out

Patronous: White Swan

Professors love him, even Snape manages to tolerate him, probably by his 5th year he’s friends with half his professors

His favorite class is herbology but he’s also really good at charms and transfiguration

Owns an owl that he shares with his brother that he named something dumb like “Harold”

Has the Daily Prophet delievered every morning, and always thanks “Harold”

He grew up in a pure blood family so he is fascinated by muggle culture, and he is constantly asking jgy questions

Once jgy shared music from his ipod (yknow like one of the og ipods) and it blew his mind

Probably tried to help the house elves in the kitchen at some point, but was kicked out because he caused more damage then actual help

Somehow he was made a prefect in his fourth year???

He just roots for the under dog in Quidditch games, which often leads to a friendly competition between he and his brother (Gryffindor is never the underdog, not with wwx and jc on the team)

Nie Huaisang:

Slytherin

Again do I even need to make a case for this???

Patronus: Sparrow

Doesn’t even try and hide the fact that he let’s wwx and jc into the Slytherin common room

Often sits at the Gryffindor table because he wants to sit with wwx and jc

Instead of studying, he is constantly trying to find ways to cheat by designing bewitched items

By his 7th year he has his own business selling his cheats

His favorite class is divination, everyone assumes it’s because he’s a believer, but in reality he finds the subject hilarious and he’s amazed how a scam can go so far as to have a full educational class dedicated to it

Forged his brother’s signature on the Hogsmeade form, because Mingjue told him he wasn’t allowed to go if he was failing a class

Can’t fly a broom for the life of him

Barely passed his OWLS

In general he’s far more concerned with gossip and playing match-maker then doing any of this school work (who do you think told lxc to bring lwj to a Gryffinsor Quidditch game??)

(My monkey Xiyao controled brain likes to think that he’s been trying to set the two of them up for years, but that might just be me)

Jin Guangyao:

Slytherin

AGAIN do I really need to explain my thought process on this??? He’s cunning and manipulative, case closed, I do not take critism

Patronus: Grass Snake

Struggles in conjouring magic, but makes up for it in written work and testing

In general he works very hard and is most likely top of his class, despite the lack of natural ability

His favorite class is potions, because it’s simply a matter of following directions

The first friend he made was lxc after realizing as first years that they had really similar class schedules and decided to study together

His mother was a muggle, and thus he was raised in the muggle world, so there’s a lot of prejudice from his housemates

Every once in awhile he’ll quietly ask lxc to explain something about the wizarding world

To the annoyance of his house, he was made a prefect

Somewhere along the way he befriended nhs

The relationship dynamic is as follows: jgy forces nhs to study, while nhs forces him to come with him to Hogsmeade (mainly so that he doesn’t have to pay for his own food)

Jiang Yanli:

Hufflepuff

She’s just so sweet, compassionate, and kind not to be a Hufflepuff

Patronus: Doe

Her favorite classes are Herbology and Care for Magical Creatures

She’s really good with animals

She read that you were allowed to bring an animal and immediately went out to buy a cat

Buys wwx snacks on the Hogwarts Express, even though she made him lunch

She brought a phonograph and a collection of records from home, and set it up in the common room

No one knows where it came from, but people started to slowly add to the collection of records

Now the common room is just constantly filled with music

Lxc knows it was her, but he didn’t see the harm in letting it stay, so he let it be (plus he also enjoys music)

She goes to Quidditch games and roots for Gryffindor despite... not being in Gryffindor (she’s a supportive sister)

Spent most of her 4th year stopping wwx from fighting Jin Zixuan (the year before she started dating him)

She really do be living the cliche dream of the Hufflepuff/Slytherin relationship

Jin Zixuan:

Slytherin

He’s the typical pompous, preppy, asshole, that people assiociate with Slytherins

Patronus: Peacock

The first thing he did when he got to Hogwarts was set up his side of the dorm room to make it more up to his “standards”

His dad tried to convince him to play Quidditch, but he refused

Basically ignores jgy’s existence.... even though they’re in the same house

Loathes herbology because it requires getting his hands dirty

Is racist(?) towards muggleborns

He always has a mob of girls surrounding him at all times, yet doesn’t know how to properly process his own feelings for Yanli

I’d say he’s trying his best but that would be a lie, he thinks he’s doing the most though

He takes school very seriously, and he scored pretty well on his OWLS

One time in potions something went wrong and his potion blew up in his face quite literally, and wwx hasn’t let him live that down

Xue Yang:

Slytherin

He is bad man grrrrrr and a sly bastard, so ofc he’s the house of snek

Patronus: Weasel

Everyone hates him, his professors, his housemates, even the ghosts avoid him

Except Peeves, in fact Peeves love him

Probably because he’s constantly messing with people

He’s the only person to rival wwx’s detention record

He is fantastic at defense against the dark arts

He likes to mess with Trelawney by purposely making death omens in his readings

He just doesn’t do assignments, yet does really well on exams and passes???

Snape would vouch for him, that’s the vibe I get

He plays as a beater on his Quidditch team, and he’s known for knocking people out

Xiao Xingchen:

Hufflepuff

He’s kind, selfless, and is always trying to see the good in people, which screams Hufflepuff

Patronus: Dragonfly

Is really good with charms

Even though he’s of age, he hates appariting and will do a lot to avoid it

Runs group study sessions, with the help of sl

A big activist in freeing house elves working for old families

Stops to have full conversations with the paintings

Is the only person in the school that tries to be friendly to Xue Yang

Song Lan:

Ravenclaw

He seems to have that very principled and intelligent nature of a Ravenclaw

Patronus: Dun Stallion

He doesn’t really have a lot of friends outside of xxc, but he doesn’t seem to mind

He’s that one person who actually enjoys professor Binns’ History of Magic class

He lets xxc drag him to Hogsmeade, even though the crowded shops make him uncomfortable

Shh it’s a secret but he also has a major sweet tooth and he will buy a shit ton of candy

Because of his scary amount of knowledge of Hogwarts and its history, he managed to find the room of requirement

So he and xxc end up moving their study sessions there when their group size outgrows the library

Masae/Emile

They've been friends since year one, that truly explained the closeness of the two. The first year of highschool was a year that could be considered significant to both of them! For her, it was the year that she finally entered her dream school--- which she loved so dearly. For him, it was the year which he gained so many friends--- who he kept in his heart. With that alone, ot was easy to tell that this year was significant to both of them. As second year came, the closeness stayed in between them. They continued caring for one another, beliving in one another... But there was something that broke the two--- They didn't break apart, but they broke as a person--- there was something that ruined them. She couldn't smile that easily with a pained look on her face. He wasn't able to strum the strings of his guitar with glee.

They couldn't continue being themselves if the current events broke their hearts in half... and that was when the idea of Central took over majority of the school. The school had to follow the recipe as given, their uniqueness quietly leaving the school. The school had some of their precious research societies shut down. The school went through a big amount of change, and anyone who spoke against them had the chance of expulsion... But there was something more that was able to add to the pain... It was nothing but the missing pieces inside their group. People actually went to the side to accept this change... Some were their closest friends. It was absolutely painful... To see the group split into half.

A male was seen in the room, his eyes looking red, but this was most likely because of his crying. He had to take in the pain of the people closest to him ending up on the other side, when he already knew that the change that was promised by the new headmaster was something that could never be fulfilled. Equality was impossible, and he was someone who knew that realith the hard way. He did like the idea of it, but he also knew it was not possible to achieve. He thought that one of his friends from all people would know that... He thought the promises Azami made wouldn't be able to satisfy his cooking partner... He did not expect one of his closest friends would join Central without any words. He didn't know this would happen, and this was what hurt him most.

He began wiping the tears off his face as it only continously poured out--- but he tried his hardest to stop once he noticed someone opening the door... He couldn't even look at their face, in worry that they would take note of his crying face. He turned to another direction, guitar in his arms as he started strumming random tunes he could to try and show that he was okay--- but no note was coming out right. He felt a bit of relief that it wasn't his cooking partner because he might not have been able to handle the burst of emotions he'd feel since he only knew about him joining the Central side recently... "Emile?" A very familiar voice... One of the people he considered closest, and even one of his first true friends in Totsuki. "You're here..."

The feeling he had felt horrible... He was upset, and he felt as if he may have been too emotional during these times... But---

"Amiga..." He felt his words hitched under his own breath. "Mi amiga, Masae..." He repeated, saying her name as he called her his friend. She didn't look at her best either. The lack of sleep was evident with her eyebags, and how tired her eyes seemed... It didn't match the eyes that sparked in excitement on the first day he met her. "Are you okay?" He noticed how she took some steps closer to him, carefully placing her hands on his face, and even placing some of his hair away from his heas. As she expected, he didn't look at his best either, and she definitely could understand the reason behind that. "What's wrong?" He tried to hide the fact that he felt his heart throb as she did that.

--- She made sure that his feelings were valid.

"All I can say is that I'm worried about you... You feel heavy about everything that is going on right now, and that's okay." She pulled his head close, making her forehead touch his. "What you feel right now is valid, and it is okay to feel thay way... I understand, and you don't need to hide it from me! I want to help you because I care. I do care... I do care about you a lot..." She repeated herself a couple of times, but she wanted to emphasize it to make sure that he knew. "With that, I can also confirm that I'l be there for you." She felt the need to cry about the situation because of what was going on, but she wanted to make sure that she could be strong for now. Anything for her friend. "I'll be there for you, always."

Emile placed his guitar away for a bit before he wrapped his arms around her, giving her a tight hug. He didn't know how much he needed reassurance until now... And from that, everything just poured out. His tears, his mutters, the hiccups he tried to hide because of crying... He just let it all out as the girl hugged him back- as tight as he hugged her. "Thank you, mi amiga... But I hope you know I'm there for you too..." He decides to remind her that he also wanted to show her the same amount of care... Because he truly did care about her, and nothing was going to change that. She began to bury her head on his shoulder, finally breaking her own strong atmosphere.

"I know..." She began clutching him slightly, but not enough to give him pain. "I know, Emile... You've always been the kind of friend who truly cared about everyone else... And I love you for that." She allowed her vision to get blurred by her own tears, but of course she knew- it was fine to show him... Just like how he showed his tears to her. "Let's stay strong together, okay? I know we can get through this together!" She tried to stay optimistic despite what was going on, and it sort of worked... Her friend only smiled and nodded his head

"We can get through this together!"

"Mhmm! Definitely! So for now, let's do our best, okay?"

"Okay...!"

After few moments, they shared some of their thoughts together, and even cried on each other's shoulder... Even if the whole concept of Central was able to hinder some relationships, it was still nice knowing that some people would always stay by their side.

End of the World Trio

Of course this would happen again. This happened almost every day and there was no surprise. It may have been considered the norm by now because of how common it was to see these three together--- a screaming muppet, a sweet cash vampire and a a garbage delinquent. Despite sharing last names, all of their mothers were different... Knowing you have siblings from different mothers was surely... a new way to get skme friends...? Were they friends? Do the people who constantly have some bickers actually... friends? Well, no matter how people would describe them, they were a trio nonetheless.

When people looked at them, it was either they were struck in fear because of their family name being Eizan, scared of them because they know what they can do, hate them with their entire being, be indifferent to them or the least--- actually like them for who they are. It was quite a mix of reactions and feelings towards them. However, some feelings changed the moment one of them yelled. For whatever reason, people did enjoy seeing the well know muppet--- correction--- the well known Elite Ten member getting angry and see his ability to set things on fire on the spot. How this was possible? No one could pinpoint the logical reason on how this happens, but some people do find it enjoyable...

An example? It was no other than someone who was in the trio. The Godfather, the snake, the vampire, whatever you want to call him--- his name was still Shigeo Eizan.

He truly did enjoy the sight of someone setting himself on fire yet not burning up. It surely was an interesting scenario to watch. Chaotic? Yes. Amusing? Most deinitely. It was easy to rile him up and he took this to his advantage. All he needed was to bring up and insult, give it a minute and boom-! He becomes a walking torch that caused fires and entainment... and slme holes on walls. Currently, this was just about to happen. Shigeo had his arms crossed, a slight smirk on his face as he continued to look at the man who twitched in anger. "Ichiro, do you have anything else to say?" He chuckled, turning all his attention to the person he named instead of his thoughts.

"You piece of shit." Ichiro mumbled under his breath, his body still twitching in anger. "Can you fucking stop that?!" He began throwing some yells and the only thing that was stopping him from going straight up to Shigeo was Naoki... who had to be between the two. Naoki never really sided with anyone, he enjoyed watching everything burn down as he stayed on the side lines. Shigeo only grinned at his reaction and this made him even more livid. Goddamn it, that fucking grin on his face made his so pissed off. Now, Shigeo only brought up his hand and began imitating someone who wore a sock puppet to let Ichiro know he wasn't going to let this down. "STOP FUCKING COMPARING ME WITH A FUCKING FROG!"

Naoki blinked, listening to the conversation of the two as he continued to drink his coffee from the can that came from his right hand. He didn't exactly know why she randomly tossed him one, but at least it was free. "You need to calm down, Ichiro. If you burn up, you might be melting my can." He stated before smirking a bit... Okay no, he did not side with anyone, but he may have enjoyed this quite a bit. He joined in to have some fun, so what was the pain in that? Ichiro got his can of coffee and began glaring at the male who brought that up. "Are you getting angrier, already? I was being polite."

"I'M ALLOWED TO BE ANGRY!" Boom. Clap. The sound of some Can... melting as this random person lit up on fire. "POLITE?! MAKE ME LAUGH, YOU'RE NO DIFFERENT FROM THIS FUCKING BITCH!" He began pointing at Shigeo who only laughed, but it was obviously sinister and not close to a genuine laugh at all. "YOU TWO ARE JUST PIECES OF SHIT THAT HIGHLY DEPEND ON MONEY!" He began to throw some insults that could partly be reality. "AT LEAST I DON'T FUCKING NEED SOME LACKEYS, DEPENDENT FUCKERS!" He surely was pissed and he absolutely hated how this two would never understand.

"It's not that I am dependent. I only give them jobs for them to get what they want. If something..." Shigeo cleared his throat. "They're the dependent ones. In fact, they're desparate and they depend on me. They should be rather thankful that I could help them." He began smirking, showing a sense of pride in him. Sure, people may have seen him as someone who is evil... His title was Godfather, after all--- something releated to the mafia. "They owe me their loyalty, I am only giving them commands for them to repay me. Now isn't that kind of me?"

"Bullshit." Ichiro replied even before Naoki could give his side of reasoning. "That's such fucking bullshit!" The flames only got wilder and this gave a signal to Naoki to back away from what was errupting. "Repay you?! All you do is sit on your ass and do nothing to help them! You're taking advantage of them, you piece of shit!" He threw the melted can down before placing his hands in his pockets. "You're only having them because you can't do shit yourself, I want you to fucking try me. You can't fucking beat me without those stupid lackeys of yours." He rolled his eyes before facing another direction. "Tch. Whatever. I don't fucking care even if you stay this useless."

"You're no different, Kermit."

"I DID NOT ASK FOR YOUR FUCKING OPINION, YOU BITCH!"

I'm not asking you because I disagree with you rather you have a good point that fans from both sides(you know which "sides" I'm talking about) belive it to be true. Just what is it about the Berserk manga that makes it necessarily "unadaptable"? Is it the subtext that producers consistently dodge? Is it the themes that didn't age well with the times(like rape every goddamn panel). Or is it something else?

Hm I’m not sure what post you’re referring to, but I do think that like… idk if Berserk is entirely unadaptable (did I say that somewhere? genuine q because I very well may have but I don’t remember lol), but each adaption definitely does a good job of fucking up certain aspects, and any adaption I’d like is probably an adaption most fans would hate lol, I think it would be impossible to please everyone.

Also like, a straight adaption is only going to be as good as the source, so you’d be stuck with pretty immense flaws - like the Eclipse rape is a major one. You can maybe improve it slightly

(eg I think the 3rd ova added a nice touch when they gave Casca a perspective shot of Femto that called back to her flashback of being sexually assaulted by the nobleman. It was a good way of grounding the audience in Casca’s point of view for a moment instead of purely objectifying her and illustrating what the assault means for Casca in a way the manga entirely failed to do. Then of course the ova immediately ruined that by making the scene super long, objectifying Casca anyway, and adding that ridiculous soundtrack, but welp)

but ultimately you’re still stuck with the worst example of fridging a female character for the sake of manpain I’ve ever seen. You can’t get rid of that fridging either because like half of Berserk is about Guts rescuing Casca and taking her to Elfhelm. Casca being a non-entity is fundamental to the plot.

But if you do start really changing the story you’re going to piss fans off.

Also yeah I think that like… the subtext makes adapting the story extra difficult, and I don’t just mean the gay subtext (to be fair the ovas embraced it to an extent) though that’s def part of it, but the fact that Berserk is actually a pretty subtle story in a lot of ways. Like the reason I was able to write 15k words basically just explaining my understanding of Griffith’s narrative lol is because 90% of his story is actually subtext, and again not just gay subtext. The fact that he’s driven by guilt is technically subtext, the reason he becomes emotionally dependent on Guts is subtext, the reason he’s obsessed with his dream is subtext, how he wants to change the world is subtext, the reason he has a breakdown when Guts leaves is subtext, his self-loathing is subtext, the reason he makes the sacrifice is subtext, etc etc.

It makes for a very engaging and rich story and it’s the reason I’ve had so much fun picking it apart for ages, but it also means there are going to be differing interpretations of it, even when the subtext is really really obvious. Like it’s very clear to me that the people who adapted the 97 anime didn’t really understand some of the story lol, even while they were adapting it nearly shot for shot most of the time, and you can see that lack of understanding in mistakes like turning Griffith’s scratch marks into a giant scar in the scene after he sleeps with Charlotte. They went with what the image looks like at first glance in the manga without giving any thought to whether it actually makes sense or means anything.

so differing interpretations of the story are def going to mean that an adaption can’t please everyone because like… even if you’re as true to the source material as humanly possible, you have to make choices when you’re filming it, from directing voice actors to music cues to how long to linger on a shot to the tone evoked by a colour palette, to just interpreting what we’re seeing in a panel, etc. Your own understanding of the source is always going to shine through.

another good example is the way the anime adds guts’ theme to the scene where he asks casca to leave with him. the manga’s tone was surprisingly casual and bordered on ominous with the way it immediately transitioned to snake man and the behelit making their ways to the scene of the eclipse. but the anime’s music choice turns it into a signficant moment of character growth and uncomplicated romance. But then if I adapted it and added the underlying sense of ominousness and highlighted Guts’ non-committal phrasing and his general attitude as negative, that would frustrate a lot of fans.

Anyway all that said, I don’t think it’s unadaptable because ngl I can envision an adaption I’d personally love, but it’s definitely impossible to make an adaption that every fan would agree is great, probably moreso for Berserk than most stories. The 97 anime comes closest, but even the acclaim it gets is hardly universal.

Dick wanted nothing more than to get home. Ever since he’d woke up this morning with out you beside him he knew it’d be a bad day. Which it had been.

You didn’t answer any of his messages leaving him to worry until about 4:00pm when you’d sent him a simple text saying ‘I’m alive’ which he would have found suspicious had you not sent a ‘Dont get your pantyhose in a wad bird boy’ after that.

Recognizing your normal sass he let it slide. Still without you around to give your normal kisses, that he absolutely loved, his day had been shit. Not to mention all of his brothers were acting like they’d had multiple sticks shoved up their ass.

Which in turn made Bruce ten times more pissy than usual. That made his day get ALOT better.

That was sarcasm.

Then, just as patrol was about to end, The Joker decided to throw another tantrum. It’s been a couple weeks now since Harely Quinn left him. Ever since he’s been on this war path.

Mostly his hostility as towards Bruce since he was the one to ultimately get Harley to switch sides. He even paid for a million and one therapists for the Ex-Clown princess.

She was almost normal but to Dicks dismay she also befriended you. He never saw it coming but you had started talking to her when running into her as she was leaving her therapy appointment.

You’d been there for her through a lot now. Always there to catch her when she had almost returned to the Joker. Now, sadly, Dick couldn’t separate the two of you.

Dick sighed shaking his head trying to clear it as he hopped from rooftop to rooftop. He hated it but it’s not like he’s ever been able to control you. He only hoped that the Joker would never find out about you.

As he neared your apartment he saw the lights on and smiled. He was so glad you were home. It meant he’d definitely be getting some love tonight. Something he was in desperate need of after his less than stellar day.

When he finally got to the bedroom window he opened it and flung himself in. Quietly, he shut it again and then began to peal his NightWing suit off.

He contemplated just leaving it off but went against it and threw on his pj pants not bothering with a shirt. Then he went off in search of you.

He heard banging in the kitchen and a wide smile took over his face.

“You won’t belive the day I had babe.” He said walking through the kitchen door. He headed straight for the refrigerator opening it up and grabbing a water.

“Aw does Dicky poo need a Wambulance?” You snarky voice brought a look of peace over his face as he leaned back and slammed the door shut. He opened his water and turned to you taking a quick swig.

“No but what I do need is you with no...“ Dick stopped short choking a bit as his eyes finally come into contact with you.

You looked normal with your favorite outfit on leaning against the counter. A wide mischievous smirk was plastered on your face but that wasn’t what Dick noticed.

No it was your hair.

Your very Pink and Blue hair. In the same twin tails as Harley, no less. Dick closed his eyes and raised his hand pinching the bridge of his nose. After a minute like that he took a deep breath and opened his eyes to stare at you.

He couldn’t decide if he liked it or not and decided to just go with it.

“So Y/N, I see you spent the day with Harley.” He said calmly trying his best not to piss you off. After his day that was the last thing he needed.

“Yeah, yeah I did. So do you like it?” You questioned intentionally pushing his buttons. You knew he hated it, l so it was a good thing you didn’t care.

Seeing him all worked up though...was a major turn on. You did it every chance you got carful to not go to far. He loved your natural H/C so you knew it’d annoy him to dye it. You also knew that your friendship with Harley annoyed him as well.

So double points.

“I-I love it honey.” He said gritting his teeth.

You smiled widely in triumph and walked towards him snaking your arms around his neck. You brought your lips to his in a slow and loving kiss

Pulling away you decided you’d tortured him enough.

“It’s temporary dye it’ll come out the first wash.” You beamed at him as he let out a relived sigh.

“Thank you!” He said dramatically putting his hands together in a prayer. You smacked him while laughing then grabbed his hand while beginning to walk backward toward your shared bedroom.

“Now what was it you were saying about me with no...?” He smirked and followed you walking into the bedroom slamming the door behind him.

Dick had to admit.

He loved the Twin Tails.

Unexpected Chapter Two

I slammed the door behind me running down the hall wiping the tears that can down my face. I was suddenly stopped by the tall guy in front of me. Not realizing it who it was before i heard that British accent speak.

“Hey Y/n is everything okay?” Jared said, i looked up and saw concern in those big brown eyes. 

“ Yeah I’m fine just being emotional i guess.” 

“ Come on Y/N i know your lying please just tell me what’s wrong maybe i can help.” 

i shake my head not wanting to deal with the issues and i definitely didn’t want anyone to know. I couldn’t deal with the judgement of people looking down on me and thinking what Neil thought i was just another whore. Suddenly i felt two hands snake across my waist pulling me into his chest. The hug felt really nice i didn’t realize how much i needed it. I just let the tears fall and let Jared guide me into the on call room that was right behind us. 

He sat me down on the bed at i cried into his chest his hands rubbing circles into my back. Me and Jared had been friends scene medical school. We had become really close and it really was a blessing to work in the same hospital. I tried to decide in my head if i wanted to tell Jared the truth i mean if he knew everything he probably wouldn’t even think about his actions and play hero and track Neil down and do something he would regret. I signed lifting my head up. 

I looked up and Jared and told him that i was in fact pregnant which i initially   regretted it because i was bombarded with so many questions. 

“ What OMG are you serious ?! By who ? Not by that douche “Brad” ( AKA Neil which was code when talking to Jared) Please don’t tell me it’s him.” 

I sat there stunned i couldn’t come up with a lie fast enough and Jared seemed to get the hint because he had a bunch of different emotions that came across his face and it was hard to read. Mostly shock, confusion and a little disappointment. 

I felt disappointment fill my whole body too knowing i let the one person in this world who actually cares about me.I stared down at my hands and saw the black tear drops from my eye liner. 

“Y/N listen to me it’s going to be okay you’re not alone i’m going to be there every step of the way i promise you.” He smiled at me with those kind brown eyes i have grown to love. 

“ Jared thank you i don’t know what i would do without you.” I smiled kissing his cheek. I gave him a quick hug. Our moment was broken up when i heard the door open and saw Shaun standing there. 

“One of the nurses said they saw you in here Dr Melendez needs us for a case. He’s on the 3rd floor follow me.” Shaun said before leaving the room and me and Jared got up and  I felt my stomach sick i wonder what’s going to happen is Neil going to say something? I felt weak in my knees when we got closer to where he was. Finally what seemed like an entirety we reached the 3rd floor and i saw him standing there reading a tablet which was most likely a patient chart. We reached him and Shaun proudly announced we were there along side Claire who had just joined us.  Neil Looked up at us before his eyes scanned mine and sat there which had a hint of emotion that i couldn’t read. 

“Y/N can you come with for a minute i have something we need to discuss before we get started.” I didn’t say anything and just followed him feeling eyes staring a whole into my back. I just ignored the graze and followed Neil into his office which was only a few feet away. We got into the room and I looked at him feeling myself about to cry all over again, I heard him shut the door and he touched my shoulder i looked into his brown eyes which showed a softness i could now read and a look of regret. 

“ Y/N i have to right to say this but i truly am sorry i was just shocked what i said it wasn’t me and you had every right to do what you did. Please forgive me.” 

I sat there with my mouth slightly open before i felt his hand caress my cheek then he started leaning in which i felt my body too and suddenly our lips crashed moving in sync with each other. We was broken up when we heard the door come open followed by a voice that boomed 

“ What the hell ?!?”

I looked up and shock came through my body to see the person standing at the door was none other than Jared. I quickly got up and so did Neil. 

“ Dr Melendez i just came to tell you we just got a call from Mercy they have a liver for chuck.” He stated. Then Neil got up and said thank you before making a quick exit. I got up walking over towards him he slowly walked away from me shaking his head. 

“ Jared please I should have said something before. But i didn’t it was never nothing serious at least that’s what i thought he wanted i still don’t know what he want’s.” I said trying to at least get him stop walking away. 

“ And what about this Bloody Brad person ? He wasn’t ever real was he? It was all Neil this whole time wasn’t it. He’s engaged for crying out loud? Are you really that stupid to think he is gonna leave his fiance for someone like you?” 

Those words stung hard even more so coming from Jared the person who was supposed to be my best friend. I couldn’t understand why everyone has this hatred towards me all of a sudden first Neil now him. I looked up and i think he realized what he said because his whole body language changed. He walked over to me.

“ Screw you, You don’t know anything like your secret sex sessions with Claire  are so secret. You can’t tell me your nothing more than a piece of ass of her’s to screw and when ever shes done it’s over.” I said without thinking what i was saying. I really didn’t mean what i said just as i’m sure he didn’t mean what he said to me but it didn’t hurt any less. I walked around the corner and went into the elevator i was going down to the ER just to be away from everyone else. I didn’t care that i was going to scut work it was anything to keep me busy. I walked down and what i saw wasn’t even a distraction at all. What the hell was Jessica doing down here before i saw Neil smiling at her. I turned the corner listening into their conversation. 

“ I heard Chuck got his liver good work babe i knew it would happen for you just have to keep the faith.” She smiled 

“ Faith i don’t belive it just happen to be a luck of chance and finally we can get comfort to this family.” Neil said as he leaned over and pecked her cheek. 

“ I gotta go prep but i’ll see you at home babe. We can celebrate tonight.” Neil said. It felt like what Jared was said was true he was never gonna leave her for me and i was nothing ever special. That kiss in his office it was probably his way of keeping his side piece close when ever he wanted a change. I took a deep long breath before walking into the ER and getting on with my day. I Couldn’t let him take over my life he wasn’t going to take my Career away from me not what i worked so hard for. Neil wasn’t worth it or so i would like to think.

Episode 6: “Survivor turned into HGTV and we are flipping this house” - Sammy

#FuckMichael Anyway here we are at this new tribe and immediately I'm pissed because I just remembered the name of the last crop of hoes but I'm going to adjust and live with it! Initially I'm excited to see Nick again because I felt like I developed a bond with him. Jared and I have always been cordial but never in a game together so I was excited to see him as well - in addition to Ashley, a familiar face from my previous tribe. Other than that it was mostly meh. Didn't know Pat or Dylan really and Sammy was kind of aloof with me while we were together in Guyana SO. But we won! I went for immunity because I knew my score would suck regardless so let me throw out a cute little 5k to my team total. I deserved to get carried because I was the backbone of prior immunity challenges honestly and my lower back was about to cave in. I think the merge is coming soon and I honestly don't have a plan but lets go with the flow! I hope not too many people are going to try to come after ME but if they do I guess I'm going to have to go out swinging. I feel like I have enough seeds planted throughout that people will want me kept around. But I have a sneaking suspicion somebody has their bitch ass Caucasian ass Sniper target set on my fine ass and I'm ready for it BITCH.

This round has been so crazy. Pat wanted ashley out from the get go and there was a situation that happened w an “alliance” which made pat and Eve weary. However I really like ashley and I don’t want her to go so I feel like I’ve been a crucial element in helping her get the vote changed which is crazy in my opinion that we managed to do this. So ashley called me earlier and we talked for a good bit which i came to the conclusion that ashley leaving would not be good for my game. At the beginning of the day tho everyone seemed to be pretty set on her. However now I think majority is on Aidan. I’ve got pat to talk to ashley. I’ve managed to talk to Dylan and nick and show that I don’t think ashley leaving would be best. Jared has basically made promises and deals to everyone but nick and ashley which scares me and he said he promised not to vote Aidan. So I’m just like...where does your loyalty actually lie?? So I think we managed to flip the script tonight. Survivor turned into hgtv and we are flipping this house. 

I really feel like merge might be soon but I honestly don’t know. There’s probably gonna be some kinda buy back shit as well and I just? No thank u. Do not. Who knows? Maybe we have another little quick swapsie before merge. I’d absolutely hate that with a passion. I’m happy and I am COMFORTABLE WHERE I AM. Let’s not change anything and just crown me the winner already. 

Where do i even fucking start? This week has been a shit show. First, someone decided to fuck us over and send us to tribal by spending all the money..Then everyone ignores me for like a day but then i find out pat is targeting me. SO i start to scramble and find out that isaac told pat about our alliance with eve and austin in our old tribe I DONT EVEN LIKE ISAAC WTF. I legit was fine with Pat im so pissed. Anyway my ass isnt going out without a fight. This has been the messiest round BUT I THINK I SAVED MYSELF. Aidan will be using this vote canceler and my hope is that jared goes. The issue is that adians hates sammy. So hopefully im safe tonight xoxo

At first I was sad that we swapped because my alliance with jared and sammy and my girl ashley were all on other tribe, along with Aidan who I was just getting to know... PLUS jared and sammy got dylan to side with them HOIWEVER LMAOOO LAST NIGHT??? Eve suggested an alliance of me, her, chloe, and Isaac, and I hurried to make it a real thing. I really love this group, but to be honest, I think for as crazy as we all are, we're all kind of snakes and it's not going to last forever.... I definitely would prefer if Xander stays, because I have connection to him from before and he'll tell me what he's hearing. But I didn't want that to come across too obvious to my new tribe... so i was ecstatic when eve came in with some random thing about vi being weird or rude to her LOL i really do not belive that what vi did was rude???? but hey, all of a sudden eve was pushing vi instead of xander and im not gonna complain about that! but then the real messy jumped out and we flipped a coin and decided on vi over xander LOL luck is on my side today I guess? but not on hers....oop! This is setting me up really well for a merge coming soon. But I'm making the mistake I always fucking do and collecting too many allies along the way. when it comes down to it, i'm gonna have jared/sammy over there, ashley over there, and eve/chloe/isaac.... it's gonna be a lot. and it'll be complicated too because ashley and isaac i dont think get along but im assuming isaac and jared do, but at the end of the day I want to be closest to jared, chloe, and ashley, so all those people are gonna be spread all over the place and it's gonna succccck.
