I tried to finish this earlier, in time for his birthday, but I was busy attending a Melanie Martinez concert so my priorities were a little bit elsewhere for a while. It was beautiful by the way.

The DaiyaMondo brothers have had me by the balls for a good long while now and I can't stand it. I've scrounged for every bit of media where these 2 interact and I'm beginning to scrape the bottom of the barrel. Pretty please send me anything containing these 2, I'm getting desperate.

Down below are the shaded versions of this drawing plus an old Daiya piece I found where I drew him for the first time ever. It's a little blurry because I had to transfer it from my drive instead of taking it straight from my drawing app, but it's good if you ignore the pixels.

today, february 28th, is mine and gentaros 3rd anniversary !!!!! yay !!!!!!!!!!! i’m so excited to celebrate… i’ve never celebrated a f/o anniversary before so todays the day i can be super lovey dovey about my silly ! :o)

I WROTE SOMETHING…… Please keep in mind i’m not writer and i do this for fun and games………… So (runs away)

“Do you think… we’re together in every universe?” She stutters out, averting her gaze immediately to avoid making eye contact with him. “Hm?” Gentaro turns his head away from the book he’s reading to look at a flustered Ticky, a little surprised by the question asked. “Cuz… I think so.” Her cheeks are bright red.

There was a short pause.

“Well, I…” he was quickly interrupted. “YOU DON’T HAVE TO ANSWER. Thatwassuchadumbquestion i really put you on the spot i am sooo sorry I-“ Gentaro puts his hand on top of hers to soothe her which causes her rambles to stop abruptly. He looks down at the ground. “I think it’s possible.”

“Really?” She looks down at their hands, now connecting, and then back up at him.

“Why of course.” He sits up and his voice suddenly switches from a soft tone to cartoonishly bold and confident. “in another world, we could be royals! a fair maiden betrothed to the other kingdom's heir to the throne. At first, they may bicker and try to break out of the arrangement. But soon enough, they see another side to one another and slowly but surely, they fall in love. Or maybe we’re-?!“ He jumps as Ticky giggles and puts a finger up to his lips to shush him.

“Pffft, okay! I get it, I get it!” She loved his stories. They always cheered her up not matter how nonsensical they could be sometimes. “But…are you telling the truth?” Ticky then looks up at him a slightly serious expression.

A slight blush appears onto gentaros cheeks. “…That was a little exaggerated, I admit. but yes. I believe we’d eventually find ourselves in each others arms, no matter the world we’re living in. That… is not a lie.” He managed to crack a sheepish smile. She knew that smile. That came straight from his heart. The heart he had the tendency to lock up and hide away from others. Ticky’s lips quivered to form a smile and her eyes began to go watery.

“D’aww, I love you!” She throws herself onto him and wraps her arms around for a tight hug. "Thanks, Gentaro.” He had definitely gotten used to the big hugs by now. But was taken aback to hear her call him by his full first name. “It’s quite alright dear. I love you too.” He leaned in closer and gives her a kiss on the head.
