What is Yellowfang/Snakefang’s relationship with Fire in this

Sootbite knew of a pair of kittypets joining the Vigil of Thunder, but didn't think much of it. She thought, "good, that rat-tailed Vigil finally is getting away from their horrid heritage from the Oakbranch Laws," and left it at that.

However, when she left and took on her new name, she made her way to where the town is. She didn't get that far, having been injured in her chase from the Vigil of Shadow's territory. She twisted her leg when the mud slipped from beneath her. She says it was from a warrior though. She knows when to say that she was bested by what was once her homeland.

She is found by Wildpaw and Crowpaw. Crowpaw suggests killing her, using what his mentor taught him, and Wildpaw objects, saying that Prairieclaw is a brute and that she was once a bishop. Crowpaw pales and apologizes, and offers to take her to camp.

She is barely conscious, infecting having found the joint, and limps to the Vigil of Thunder camp.

She is grateful for Wildpaw, and silently vowed to repay that grace. He saved her life, because although he didn't seem to think that Crowpaw could do it, she knew how Prairieclaw functioned at Gatherings, and she knew that Crowpaw would have.

She tries to get to know the boy, to love him as she loves Wildpaw, but it's in vain. She focuses on Wildpaw, and she knows shes doing wrong. She wants to help this kid.

Snakefang doesn't.

Except when it really matters. She sees a scavenger do it's job, and she helps. Crowtongue will grow into a fine young cat, she thinks, but it's all...

Its all burned.

Dr. Amaryllis first joined the foundation in [DATE REDACTED], after graduating from [REDACTED] with a major in Biology, along with a minor in Zoology. He first joined under the Department of Parazoology, as a containment specialist. While making his way to a section of the Foundation he was called to, an incident (later named incident [REDACTED]) resulted in his blood spilling over a cursed amulet - binding him to it. While it wasn't a killing blow - it was enough to require intensive hospitalization. Through a series of testing, it's discovered that Dr. Amaryllis - later dubbed SCP-963-B - is bound to the amulet - later dubbed SCP-963-A. Of course, being so closely tied to the SCP like this, he's demoted down from their position into being an SCP. Through years of effort, from peers and him alike, they've managed to work their way up back into a very similar position - this time under a different department. Rejoining the workforce under the Department of Cryptozoology, this time as an Investigator. and that's basically it! the scpverse page adds more on personality, and the like TRIVIA: (because who doesnt love trivia?) - the gemstone in the middle of the amulet is based off of the "most cursed gemstone in the world" - the delhi sapphire - the amulet's protrusions on the top and bottom are meant to represent snakefangs - the plating representing scales of a snake! - the whole 963 gimmick this time around is ouroboros based - endless cycle, death and rebirth... etc - avid interest in animals, hence the biology/zoology degree! - also interested deeply in bugs - has about 27 different bug pinups in their office alone - he is not immune to fun patterns. (will wear a fun patterned sweater if given the chance)
