I dreamt of travelling a world that was a cross between Trigun and Fallout New Vegas. I explored an expansive sewer system, but no one could enter because of the radiation. Only twins had a mysterious power to survive it.

In another dream, I think I was travelling with Solid Snake (as Plisken) and someone else. I was suddenly given powers. They began to manifest spontaneously one after the other and I struggled to control them. The world was hostile to people with powers, so I had to get to cover while I figured it out. I staggered into the toilet and closed the door. I suddenly shrank into an SD version of me about the size of a hamster. People were following me in, so I took the chance to skirt out undetected. When I reached Snake, he was concerned about the alarm, but I reassured him that given the state of me earlier, they would be looking for someone different.

Higgs's makeup almost looked "plastic" in certain scenes or fake. I don't know if it's cause of the current rendering or not, but that and the creepy way he carried himself when addressing Sam reminded me of the Surgeon General when he went about observing and commenting on Snake Pliskens appearance.
