Top 5 Reasons to Pursue an Online GST Certification in Mumbai
In the ever-evolving landscape of Indian taxation, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) stands as one of the most significant reforms. For professionals in Mumbai, understanding GST is not just an option but a necessity. If you're contemplating advancing your career in finance, taxation, or accounting, here are the top five reasons why pursuing an online GST certification in Mumbai is a smart move.
1. High Demand for GST Experts
Since the implementation of GST, there has been a surge in demand for professionals who are well-versed in its intricacies. Businesses, both large and small, need experts who can navigate the complexities of GST compliance, filing, and returns. By obtaining an online GST certification, you position yourself as a valuable asset in the job market. Companies are actively seeking skilled GST professionals, and having a certification can give you an edge over your competitors.
2. Flexible Learning Options

DECISION MAKING AND SUCCESSFUL PROJECT MANAGEMENT: TIPS TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITH DECISION MAKING IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Tumblr media
DECISION MAKING AND SUCCESSFUL PROJECT MANAGEMENT: TIPS TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITH DECISION MAKING IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Decision-making is a crucial part of any business.  The question is ‘how is a good decision made?  One part of the answer is good information, and expertise in interpreting information.  Well organized data helps in retrieving more specific and valid information to make sound business decisions.
A leader might be the one to make decision but consultation by seeking the views and expertise of team members.  There are various aids to decision-making, as well as techniques which help to make information clearer and better analyzed.  The technological revolution has brought multiple tools to add numerical and objective precision to decision-making to reduce the amount of subjectivity.
Decision-making increasingly happens at all levels of a business.  The Board of Directors may make the grand strategic decisions about investment and direction of future growth.  Managers may make more tactical decisions about how their own department may contribute most effectively to the overall business objectives.  But quite ordinary employees are increasingly expected to make decisions about the conduct of their own tasks, responses to customers and improvements to business practice.
Types of Business Decisions
Programmed Decisions: These are the standard decisions which follow the same pattern.   As such, these can be written down into a series of fixed steps which anyone can follow.  It could even be written as computer program
Non-Programmed Decisions:  These are non-standard and non-routine.  Each decision is not quite the same as any previous decision
Strategic Decisions:  These affect the long-term direction of a business.   It is something like too take over Company A or Company B, and go on
Tactical Decisions:  These are medium-term decisions about how to implement strategy – type of marketing activities, or recruitment need etc
Operational Decisions:   These are short-term decisions (also called administrative decisions) about how to implement the tactics
It is common to use spread-sheets for ‘what if’ simulations type decisions.  A very large spread-sheet can be used to hold all the known information about, say, pricing and the effects of pricing on profits.  The spreadsheet models help to explore maximizing or minimizing constraints and one can program a computer with information that establishes parameters for minimizing costs subject to certain situations and information about those situations.  But, computer does not take decisions; managers do, it helps managers to have quick and reliable quantitative information about the business as it is and the business as it might be in different sets of circumstances.
The tools as defined in Smart Admin helps not only to collect and store the relevant information in organized structure but also makes it easier to retrieve the right information to make better decisions.  The availability of all the required data connected with a set of tasks helps the management to take quicker and accurate decision which saves lots of time in decision making.

Green Grid provides rewarding career opportunities in the Solar Industry as per the policies of Modi government
The boost to the Solar Industry:
The BJP (Bhartiya Janata Party) under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi has come to power for the second term after the recent Lok Sabha elections. This has electrified the stakeholders in India’s renewable energy sector. In the previous term, the NDA government had showcased its intention to implement various transformational policy reforms like IBC, GST, and UDAY for the power sector. The solar power sector had reached a state of hiatus while the elections were underway. But now, the solar industry sectors are exuberant with election results as the solar energy proposals and the policies targeted back in 2014 have gained impetus now.
Tumblr media
ZP schools set to receive solar power:
As per the reports by the Economic times, over 300 Zilla Parishad schools (ZP) in Nagpur, will run on solar power and become self-reliant before Diwali this year. Schools are reported to get somewhere between 1 KV to 1.5 KV solar panels installed to generate power in the off-grid system. Chintaman Wanjari, district education officer, has confirmed that the tender for this project has already been awarded and that the work will be concluded in a couple of months. TOI had also confirmed this solar power plan in May, last year. As per the IDC (Integrated Digital Classroom) The project, the ZP schools are all set to have the digital classrooms and get solar power for the same. While several NGOs helped many ZP schools with digital classrooms, power supply posed a problem to be solved. Power minister, also Nagpur’s Guardian minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule along with district collectorate and ZP have now firmed up plans to make schools ‘power independent’. The future of the renewable energy sector is shining bright in Nagpur.

Principles and values of Academic Integrity:
Academic integrity is defined in terms of the commitment to the values of honesty, trust, fairness, respect, responsibility, legality and dissemination. Research integrity requires not only that reported conclusions are based on accurately recorded data or observations but that all relevant observations are reported. It is considered a breach of research integrity to fail to report data that contradict or merely fail to support the reported conclusions, including the purposeful withholding of information about confounding factors.
Honesty
An academic community should advance the quest for truth, knowledge, scholarship and understanding by requiring intellectual and personal honesty in learning, teaching and research.
Fairness
An academic community should seek to ensure fairness in institutional standards, practices and procedures as well as fairness in interactions between members of the community

Use and Misuse of Data
If some data should be disregarded for a stated reason, confirmed by an approved statistical test for neglecting outliers, the reason should be stated in the published accounts. A large background of negative results must be reported. Any intentional or reckless disregard for the truth in reporting observations may be considered to be an act of research misconduct
Self-citations
In citing one’s own unpublished work, an author must be careful not to imply an unwarranted status of a manuscript. A paper should not be listed as submitted, in anticipation of expected submission. A paper should not be listed as accepted for publication or in press unless the author has received galley proof or page proof or has received a letter from an editor or publisher stating that publication has been approved, subject perhaps only to copy-editing.
