i go crazy every time i rewatch SAF and remind myself that Curt intentionally didn’t tell Tatiana that the compound she destroyed wasn’t the only one, and Chimera was still active and still had her information that could get her whole family killed. Owen said there was more and Curt decides he’s going to take them down, but he still passes off the passports to Tatiana and lets her believe she is free…

i don't think I've seen anyone talk about this so I'm gonna flex my half russian ass and have a yap

Tatiana's last name is Sloznho which directly translates to Сложно [slo-jno] which means difficult or complex, ie not simple.

I think this is such an interesting choice for her last name as she is an incredibly complex, unpredictable character, stabbing her boss in the back to work with Mega.

But to get nitpicky, this surname wouldn't be grammatically correct for Tatiana to have as in Russian, surnames are adapated depending on what gender the person is.

Take the surname Иванович [Ivanovich]

For a man, it would remain the same, as male surnames typically end in a consonant.

For a woman, it would be changed to Ивановна [Ivanovna] as female surnames typically end in a vowel, specifically А or Я [ah or ya]

So to make it grammatically correct, Tatiana's full name could be

Татьяна Сложна [Tatiana Slozhna]

or

Татьяна Сложная [Tatiana Slozhnaya]

To go back to the original surname, Сложно [Slozhno] ends in an O which would be classified as a gender neutral ending, which are О, Е or Ё [oh, yea or yeo]

So either the Tin Can Bros didn't know that they had made a grammatical error when they created the character, or
