The killer would stalk and harass their victims (primarily young women) over the phone before killing them in their dorms, or walking home alone at night.  Now this wasn't the first string of killings in Hell's Gate, nor would it be the last. But what disturbed the residents was the killer's penchant for feeding on their victims. A sick feeling of unease rippled through the campus that year, creating an environment of fear, distrust, and justified paranoia. Our story begins a week before Halloween night…"

I finally was able to turn on my laptop after a long fight with the broken charger so here’s a snippet of a WIP for Haki’s ref sheet I’m working on

With the last loser Grant ask you just answered you said about Jason thinking it’s a prank and telling Grant to back off because he doesn’t want to get involved in his feud with Dick. How would Grant go about trying to convince Jason that he’s serious?

There's two paths here, the path where Grant goes off the rails immediately and the one where he goes off the rails AFTER trying to do things the moral way.

On the "he tries" path he gets more elaborate and creative with his methods of declaring his love and at first Jason brushes it off but then he gets creeped out/pissed off and tells Grant off completely.

Either way it's going to end with those hinges snapping. Suddenly we've taken a swan dive into genuine stalker territory. Jason is waking up to cryptic letters taped to his window, his toothbrush and underwear keeps going missing, Eddie is getting death threats from an unknown number. This has turned into a lifetime movie/Pretty Little Liars au I fear.

For this, I'm doing my still unnamed DEMON SLASHER from my also unnamed HALLOWEEN MONSTERFUCKER STORY

AITA for having a crush on a human guy? So I'm [ageless, M] a demon, right? The last time I was summoned was around 1953, I think? And I had a ton of fun. Everyone was screaming and crying and there was blood everywhere and people threw books and polished sticks at me like it'd do something, it was awesome! But I also learned it's not good for human guys to like other human guys then. Big bummer. I really wanted to drag the guy who sent me back to the Big Night with me but he seemed freaked out at the idea. I thought it was just me, because, y'know, the jack o lantern thing? But that's just a mask! I mean it's also my face when I wear it but it's... never mind, that's off topic. So I got summoned back this year, yay! I got to harass a bunch of fuckers in a hayride! Then I ran into... him. He was older than me, physically I mean, and damn. Daaaaaamn. He made the hollow of my heart skip a few times. But I have a job to do, and I know humans don't like it when guys like guys... except after he ran off, I saw two guys kissing? And I got really jealous, which NEVER happens to me and... Okay long story short: Turns out this guy is a professor at a local university and he's pissed off about the whole me threatening his students thing. Which i guess I can understand...? But I think he's just territorial. That's something human guys are, right? I'm on his turf so he's gotta protect it. But I don't know why we can't just share it! Or I can take him back home and make him a demon too. I mean I'd like that... Look, I don't think I can take him getting upset at me if I tell him the truth. Maybe I'm overthinking it? I mean, he doesn't have the typical set of sex parts I see human guys with (don't ask how I know that) so maybe it'll be okay...? I'm not the asshole, am I? EDIT: Shush about the homicide thing. Meta Ghosface isn't your run-of-the-mill social media influencer. He's an absolute menace with unrestricted access to the web.

When he's not killing, Ghosface spends his time on social media instead of getting the much needed rest (and therapy) he requires to function.

He's not scrolling through tiktok looking at thirst traps, but rather dabbling in pinterest to find inspiration for his next kill. He's got a whole board dedicated to outfits based on his favorite killers, and another used solely for pictures of knives and weapons.

He's definitely the type to argue a lot online, getting pissed at the slightest misconception of his favorite horror movies, especially if the movie is niche and old.

You ticked him off? Just wait for that little notification of him sending you your exact IP address. Wait a little longer, and you might get a cute little picture of your house.

"This your crib?" Is nonchalantly captioned over the image of your home, a knife in his hand as he uses it to point at your door.

Ghostface likes to get out of hand, posting pictures of his victims on his socials, whether it be birthday pictures he found through stalking their parent's friend's uncle's Facebook page, or pictures of them tied up, using only their eyes to beg for what little life they have left in then after watching Ghostface murder off all their friends.

He likes to mess with people, sending them anonymous asks with only information they would have, leaving them be after he gets a reaction. Killing isn't all the fun.

He's definitely got his accounts banned a couple of times, having to either explain his way into getting it back, or just moving on to one of his many backups. It's why he keeps so many flash drives. He can lose the accounts, but God forbid he loses his data.

He doesn't shy from calling people named either. He ain't Homophobic, but the word fag is types into his keyboard way more than required.

He's pretty open with the mental bastards he calls followers, answering any questions that won't direct back to him.

I. conversations at the cemetery line -

Leon chuckled. “Well, who else is there, champ? Your brother,” he said quietly. “We all heard he’s a scrapper, when he needs to be. But it’s been a while, and his daddy ain’t around to beg anyone to go easy on him anymore.”

“First of all, Hex is my cousin, and second of all, he can hold his own just fine,” Maxi snapped, his eyes red as a fresh wound.

“Sure, sure. But can the Belle of the Ball?” Leon asked, tilting his head with a smile showing too-long teeth. “Word is she’s up giving pretty boy a run for his money still. That would mean she’s fair game, too.”

“Ask your employers,” Maxi said flatly. “She ruined their whole party, you were there.”

“You Lifers, you really let being born into this make you think you know shit about shit.” Leon closed the distance between them so they were eye to eye, what little gray there was seeming to drain from his irises and pupil to leave only a ghastly white. “Did you really think you all could get out of this unscathed, boy?” His voice changed drastically, like gravel had scraped his vocal chords. “Show them up in their own house and go home to laugh about it?”

“Who’s laughin’?” Maxi said, his voice lowering to near a growl of his own.

“You’re gonna get yourselves killed, kid. Did you really think They’ll stop at just you? You think they won’t come for that little friend of yours once they chew through your family line? That they won’t come for everyone who ever laid eyes on you, and everyone you ever called a friend? They make ghost towns. I’ve seen ‘em do it.”

II. an indecent proposal --

Silence stretched like skin over an abscess, tight and uncomfortable. Maxi and Rora met each other’s eyes, before he and Hector seemed to have a long, oddly tense shared stare. Finally, when something between them was wordlessly settled, they both looked back to Rora.

Rora paused, her glass halfway to her mouth again. “…What. Why’re y’all lookin’ at me.” She looked between the two of them, irritated now. “Why am I the one makin’ the call?”

“It was your suggestion,” Maxi drawled, with not a small bit of snark. “Figured it’s only fair.”

“Plus you’re the one who knew what moon we needed,” Hex added. “And all that stuff.”

“Because it’s common sense, if you thought about it for even a half a second,” Rora sighed, putting her glass down to pinch the bridge of her nose. “And if either of you ever bothered to study—“

“I didn’t!” Hector said, throwing his hands in the air. “I didn’t, we both know I didn’t, why do you keep talking to me like I’m suddenly gonna wake up and want to memorize all the esoteric bullshit our dads never made me learn!”

“Because if you want the title at all, and don’t want to be an embarrassment to the entire lineage,” Rora turned to Hector, sounding like she was revving up on an ongoing argument. “You need to know your shit outside just ‘Ghost go poof’.”

“You know what, puta,” Hector turned, pointing an accusing finger at her. “You always wanna talk shit about the Veil, but you’re just mad you could never—“

“Oh puh-lease, Hector, tell me what I don’t know about the goddamn Veil, since I’m the one that’s actually been there—“

“Jesus Christ, not this again,” Maxi sighed, rubbing his temples. “Y’all, leave it alone, c’mon.“

“Butt out, Maxi, you abdicated.” Rora glared at her brother.

“Yeah, no one asked,” Hector agreed over Rora’s shoulder.

Maxi’s hands fell to the kitchen table, eyes dark. “That don’t mean I can’t fuse both y’all’s lips closed right now—“

You weren’t sure if it was the tequila that made you knock twice on the table, or made you ask, loudly: “Are you guys fucking me tonight or what?”
