oh trust i will be staying in the fandom ‼️ i cannot think of one interest i have ever had that has 100% died except harry potter

i love rambling about niche fandoms, slime rancher for such a loved game has such a small/inactive fandom and i’m trying to get that boosted a little, though sadly that study grind has me captive atm 💔

skylanders academy reminds me of sixth grade when me and the other outcast kid in the sporty-kids group would talk about skylanders and whatnot. we traded one of my giants for his cynder, i still have it 6 years later despite not having access to the games anymore (also i feel you on the online classes, they were actually ass i did so bad during them)

Actually watched it while I had dinner tonight haha, and a few weeks ago me and my roommate even had a nap to it haha its a household thing now so I've won (Unfortunately for my roommates I'm not allowed to watch Bojack and WOY isn't available anywhere except YouTube so I won on household media, we are a Glumshanks house)

But I dont plan on disappearing anytime soon! Its nice to see how important skylanders is to people, despite how niche it's become..

Y’know seeing your Magolor becomes a skylander au made me remember that Skylanders tv show on Netflix

Ohhhh I could go on a RANT on how I much dislike the series~ (🌸 = =)>🍷

But.... I didn't watch it enough to have a 100% clear opinion. The first few episodes were a real turn off, and when I heard about the "eon is kaos' dad" shit I JUST LOST MY SHIT AND WANTED TO THROW A TABLE!!

The only thing that I kinda liked about it was Dark Spyro. I only saw a few clips of him, and he was pretty good character. Also I like that he was voiced by Jason Ritter (the same guy who voiced Dipper Pines from Gravity Falls!) And the parking lot joke during his first appearance was actually kinda funny (which is saying something, cuz everything else in show wasn't funny at all)

Apologies to those who actually like the show, but Skylanders Academy is just... not for me. At all.

You know, I'm surprised given that both are pretty prominent on your blog, but hear me out.

A Skylanders and Poppy Playtime crossover, where the toys stumble upon the Skylanders in their figurine forms but somehow;before the hour of joy; accidentally release them from it. Causing the skylanders to think the toys are young portal masters being tortured by mad mages

You don't know how mad the Skylanders would be upon waking up and seeing the toys' situation. Even with the case of mistaken identity being resolved, they're still protective towards their new wards. Skylanders do help people in need after all.

Traumatized children who were turned into toys is just one example out of many. Skylands would be a much better place for them to stay anyway. There are all sorts of races living there so no one would bat an eye at living toys.

Jet - Vac - Between 45 - 50 years old, Old Old man, and he's already very accepting of it

PopFizz - Not far behind, 40 - 45 !

Eon - Dead to me but at least Thousands of years old, he's a Wizard he should age like one

Kaossandra - Same as Eon, and she served while doing so

Hugo - just a little guy... 36. A nice, Green number.

Kaos - I have ABSOLUTELY no clue and it drives me insane

Glumshanks - 37 - 42 at least

ARE TRIGGER HAPPY AND POP FIZZ HOMIES??

Actually, yes, sort of! Pop doesn't have a problem with Triggerhappy since the younger monster eats mainly clams and shellfish, so he doesn't see him as competition for food. Triggerhappy recognizes Pop as a much stranger version of his species, so he treats him like he would a member of his own pod! They also both have a nack for collecting shiny objects to decorate their dins with, that they go hunt for together.

Hello sorry to bother you with this all of sudden ,and this might be coming out of nowhere, and I’m not trying to force you or be pushy but I m trying to get more people into this show with great potential. If your not interested it’s fine but Have you heard of or watched moon girl and devil dinosaur? Season 2 comes out February 2. 

The main character i love she gives me autistic vibes I’m autistic. The show has interesting characters, action ,great music, and animation ,good themes and representation, Anime references, it even has an eyecatch season 2 is going to be more story driven if you find that interesting. 

It be good if you watch the first 2 season 2 episode when they air so the ratings will be higher. And watch the other season 2 episodes when they air.

I think Disney might be trying to sabotage the show with them probably dropping 14 episodes on Disney + on February 3. They did similar with season 1 and the ratings where low ,please watch season 2 episodes when they air on. But more importantly also watch it on Disney + on feb 3 and when they air it on YouTube. Unfortunately they are dropping 14 episodes on Disney + so watch them all in one day but also when they air the first time.

I’m not just saying only cable just also. I’m saying please support this show. Despite that it still won 5 Emmys. Also if it’s no trouble could if it alright with you spread the word about this show to others you know like either online or irl. Time is limited!

Okay so I had this idea for a Skylanders Fanfic that came from a dream I had (Which is weird, didn't know dreams could do that) a while back but I didn't share it for three reasons:

my ass can't write fanfiction

it felt mean spirited towards Skylanders Academy (which is weird cause I didn't hate show)

The main character was an Imaginator OC (I believe it was mine when I first played Imaginators but i'm not sure)

It's too meta and cringe

But fuck it, I'm gonna share it now, I'll even give you permission to write it

The main characters of this fic are: The Imaginator, Kaos and Glumshanks

The Imaginator looked like the Sir Hoodington mascot except he had bat ears and wings and had a purple and black color scheme

his personality was that he was loyal to the Portal Master and admired the Skylanders, he also didn't dislike Kaos despite him being on evil side, he just viewed him as a fun challenger, he also thinks Glumshanks is a "cool dude"

The fic started after the ending of Imaginators, with the main difference was Kaos and Glumshanks were freed from the jar and Kaos once again became the Academy's Ultimate Evil Consultant of Ultimate Evil, until he got a new home (Also one thing to note is that Kaos Clone does not exist in this fic)

Then suddenly a universe reset happens somehow and the game universe becomes the Academy Universe

The Imaginator wakes up after the events of Season 3, after they wakes up in the new universe, they begin wandering, wondering what happened, when he encounters the Skylanders, he has a dislike towards them (Except Pop Fizz and Jet Vac), when he asks about the Portal Master, the Skylanders don't know what he's talking about, this causes him to leave

The Imaginator doesn't like this new world and wants to revert it but doesn't know how, he knows the Skylanders wouldn't want to revert things so he goes to the one person who probably can help him, Kaos

He ends up breaking Kaos and Glumshanks out of his prison, (I think the Glumshanks clones also break out and transform into Troll henchmen at one point)

He explains his deal to Kaos and oddily enough he agrees, (Mainly because he likes the idea of the Academy belonging to him) wanting to conquer the Real Skylands

During this fic, Kaos and Glumshanks transition into their game counterparts, and I think Dark Spyro appears at one point, being revealed to survived after the episode, Split

My headcanons for what Kaos does after Superchargers is that he gets into art. Like he’s just got some shit to work out and he kinda goes around to different people in a montage asking how they express themselves and after going “no” and walking away after his adhd having ass got bored, he finally finds paint and starts painting shit.

He like makes a mural that shows what Skylands would look like if he was in charge and while it’s a little… out of taste, he eventually finds better inspirations. Never really stops saying DOOM though. Every single painting’s name contains the word doom somewhere.

“Flowery meadow OF DOOM” and such.

Eventually people would start painting with him while Kaos was painting the Academy campus. This would eventually lead to Kaos holding informal painting classes.

Idk what it is, but Kaos standing on a box painting in the middle of a campus plaza with a dozen or so other students behind him as he spouts on about “Unleashing your inner DOOM!” Into a piece.

Zap: after being adopted by eels after as a young child got swept away from his family eon got noted of him and invited him to attend at Skylanders academy. Zap is a very mischievous cadet always having some sort of trick up his scales and is besties with bash often giving him advice that's questionable for asking flashwing out.

Bash: as a young dragon bash was extremely insecure about his wingless appearance he tried everything from tapping feathers onto his back to praying to the Ancients for a pair but one day he does something that's just a horrible idea. He leaps off a cliff. Now normally a dragon that weighs as much as bash would come crashing down but instead mid air he forms a ball and rolls down the ledge from that day bash realized that perhaps wings aren't everything and mastered his skil. As a cadet he's a hard worker basically the Academy's Jock but isn't necessarily the brightest but one night while coming back from sheep-ball practice he sees a falling star that crashes in a feild nerby then a figure rose up. Flashwing the rock dragon immediately fell head over heels for her.

Maple: Maple is the result of food fight snooping around and hex's and roller brawl's bedroom while they were out thinking it would be funny as a prank he grabs her spell book and does a amateur level spell which would summon 100 rabbits of course hex got wind of this and slowly but surely sent the rabbits to a local animal shelter but food fight having grown a soft spot for one kept a particularly creepy looking bunny and for days he kept it hidden in his room under his bed and even gave her a name. Maple but one night while trigger happy was staying the night he wakes up to see her sniffing him of course trigger happy was surprised but not necessarily worried but hex soon found out and food fight practically begged her to not get rid of her after some back and forth hex agreed that Maple can stay just as long as food fight can provide for her which he did.

Blades: Blades is what they call the Academy's ego head. Only slightly better than spyro's ego Blades is a show off pulling stunts and sword tricks. Obviously jet vac wasn't thrilled considering that this is behavior is distracting and somewhat dangerous. But blades does have a soft spot for theater much to everyone's shock,they all thought he would be more into sheep-ball.
