Hey GP! What do you think about Jonathan Roxmouth's voice? I've seen a bunch of skyhigh praise for him but I don't think his voice is the most Phantom-esque imho? Just curious for your professional opinion, tyyy!

I don't really have much of an opinion on how Phantom-esque his voice is, because it's not something I really care about, and also because I'm pretty open-minded when it comes to Phantom voices: I'm fine with tenors or baritones, I don't care if their voice is lighter or darker, I like both the operatic Phantoms and the ones with a more modern sensibility. Generally what I care about with the Phantom's voice is if they can sing the score adequately and emotionally.

The main thing I remember about Jonathan Roxmouth (from the last time I listened to him, which was several years ago) was that I liked his voice better in his first run. It felt, I don't know, maybe a bit smoother and had more of that rock-and-roll feel, I think? I think when he returned for the revival he sang more conventionally, and since he's older, possibly in a way that's healthier for his voice overall, which is ultimately better. But I did miss how he sang before.

I also recall hearing some reviewers saying that he struggled with the score on some nights. I have a vague recollection of noticing that at some points, but like I said, it's been a while.

That's about it, to be honest. Roxmouth's voice was also not really a focus for me the last time I viewed him, as I'd heard him before; what I was really looking at was his acting, because that was new for me. So that also tilted me towards not really examining his voice in great detail.

Street Fighter 6 DLC character Rashid launches July 24

Street Fighter 6 downloadable content character Rashid will launch on July 24, Capcom announced. Rashid will be unlocked for owners of the Deluxe Edition, Ultimate Edition, or Year 1 Character Pass. Players can also try out Rashid for free for one hour with one Rental Fighter ticket, obtainable via the in-game Fighting Pass.

Rashid of the Turbulent Wind drops in from high above and makes his whirlwind debut. Players will be able to experience high-flying Rashid content across all three game modes, including:

World Tour – Meet Rashid in the all-new Street Fighter 6 story mode to learn and apply his moves to your custom avatar’s move set, discover more about his background, and increase your bond with this newest Master.

Fighting Ground – Rashid hops onto the scene as the 19th playable character, with new and unique moves for players to master.

Battle Hub – Players can grab Rashid-related gear, emotes, and more through this month’s “Rashid Arrives!” Fighting Pass.

Rashid storms onto the scene with new and classic moves characterized by parkour and lightning quick movements, including:

Arabian Cyclone – A new special move that performs a spinning kick and conjures up a whirlwind; can be used as a standalone blow, or transitioned into Rolling Assault or Wing Stroke.

Arabian Skyhigh – A new double jump move that keeps opponents guessing on where Rashid will land from the air.

Super Rashid Kick – Level 1 Super Art that unloads a devastating kick while soaring forward and up through the air.

Ysaar – Previously Rashid’s V-Trigger move in Street Fighter V, this Level 2 Super Art summons a slow-moving whirlwind projectile that can be used to pressure opponents.

Altair – Rashid’s Level 3 Super Art calls forth a tempest that lifts opponents before he rains down on them with a monsoon of powerful blows.

Street Fighter 6 is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.

Hi there! I'm getting tired of being crypto and I want to make a radfem account but I'm scared of getting doxed or my main termed. Do you use a vpn or anything like that with your account?

Nope, I've never been careful. I even post on the Facebook my mom made for me when I was 12 (So it has all my extended family and friends from over the years) I've never even had any vpns.

But so far nothing bad has happened to me at all due to my radfem views. I'd say if you just make an alt without making it obvious who you are, the worse you'll get is some anon hate. The first few times might be annoying but it quickly becomes easy to ignore them.
