Ngl, I’ve never seen this show- also! Since I Don’t know much about killer, nightmare, or dust- I won’t be doing them… mostly because nine characters is A-LOT so I chose the ones I’m not good with to cut. I’m sorry annnon!! but I will do my best!!!!

Classic Sans: When he first meets you, sans is a stuttering mess. Believe it or not- sans is quite shy around people he finds attractive, and you, are quite pretty. He attempts to get to know you, following you around and asking you questions, be brings you coffee and treats in hopes you open up... But you are one tough nut to crack. You are quiet, and seem to have a hard time voicing your thoughts. But sans is patent, making sure he never oversteps boundaries and pushing you just enough to encourage you to open up.

Classic papyrus: wowie! Look at you! You look quite overwhelmed in this crowd of people… as THE GREAT PAPYRUS! he must help you escape! Also… he hopes to be your knight in shining armor, carrying you to victory as you look up at him in wonder. He gently pulls you side to a quiet place. You thank him And he smiles, the next day he comes back to the same spot to see you again! And again, and again. You aren’t much of a talker but papyrus gives you space, his patience rivals his brothers.

Fell sans: Stars Damn- aren't you a sight to behold. One of the prettiest things he's ever seen- you must be his! Red is possisive, he follows you around and flirts with you when he can, encouraging you to get out of your shell- you don’t communicate well… but neither does he so he can’t blame you. He finds your awkwardness quite charming and it only draws him closer to you. Hell get you falling for him in no time.

Fell papyrus: edge lifts you up from the ground where you fell, tripping on your own feet. He sighs and crosses his arms, telling you to be more careful and briskly walking away. He comes back the next day to find you again. He looks at you and turns away hiding his blush- you sure are pretty… Pretty clumsy! speaking of clumsy… Out of the corner of his eye he sees you fall again, but this time he catches you. His cheeks flushing as he sets you straight again… NO he will NOT fall for this cute human! (He already has)

Horror sans: you don’t even notice him quietly watching you. He’s not stalking you! God no, he’s just.. shy, like you. He sits at his table in the cafe and watches you, occasionally buying a treat or coffee and sending it to your table. He loves seeing your shocked smile and blush… maybe one day you both will run into each other and actually talk…

Horror papyrus: when he sees you he immediately sits at your table, early talking to you. After all, it's not often he sees a human as cute as you! Though you seem quite shy, that's ok! He can talk for the both of you! So he sits with you, for every day after he meets you he will handing at your table and talk. And you listen. A perfect duo, he talks about his day, he talks about his brother, he talks about cooking! And one day, you talk to him to! And now you both talk!!! To eachother!!!

A very very short S/O decided to wear skele shirt as a nightgown (yeah S/O is short like that) and in the morning when the skele wake up he sees his S/O just sleeping in a lingerie (basically the shirt that S/O was wearing slid off S/O while S/O were sleeping)

I just want to see how they would react getting flashed at the morning.

Undertale Sans - He blushes and then awkwardly tries to fetch his shirt without waking you up to cover you with it. He adds a second blanket on top of that. He's not sure what to do with himself after that, and so kinda goes to make breakfast. When Papyrus asks him why he is up so early, Sans blushes to death, faceplants into the table and whines. Ok....

Undertale Papyrus - Well, that's a nice sight to wake up at he's not going to lie. Papyrus is staring for sure and even starts to tease you after a few minutes, tickling your back in a finger to see you growl. He smirks when you suddenly try to grab a blanket, before gasping when you realize you're naked and brutally waking up. He chuckles at your misery.

Underswap Sans - He has his two months in front of his mouth, trying so hard to stop the damn purr that accidentally escaped his mouth. You can't know he can do that! The problem is that his body is not really obeying his commands right now. He has to flee the room to calm down.

Underswap Papyrus - He stares in shock. Uh. You weren't like that when you went to sleep. He's sure of it. Honey is not sure what too do. He's kinda just standing there, eyes wide open, hyperventilating, to the point it wakes you up. You noticing him is actually too much and you watch in complete confusion as your boyfriend passes out on the floor lol. You pressured him too much. By doing nothing.

Underfell Sans - Oh. He smirks like a shark and then starts massaging your back, watching you shiver under his hands with intense pleasure. When you wake up, he immediately starts to flirt with his cavernous voice. You quickly realize the situation and blush to hell.

Underfell Papyrus - He screams in shock, not expecting you naked next to him and kick you in the stomach, making you fall off the bed with the blanket. He then gasps when he realizes what he just did and jumps out to save you. He will blush all day in shame every time he meets your eyes.

Horrortale Sans - Uh... You must be cold. He gently grabs you and push you under his shirt until your head pops out next to his. You don't even wake up. He purrs happily and goes back to sleep, big spooning you.

Horrortale Papyrus - He slips back on his shirt and tries to put your arms in the right place so it doesn't fall off again. He will do that at least five times until you wake up lol. The fifth time, he grabs his bath robe's belt and ties it around your waist so it stops falling down.

Swapfell Sans - Nox likes to sleep in a cold room and your naked body against him is too hot. He gives you a dark stare, stands up and leaves. You find him sleeping in the bathtub in the morning. He's mad as well. You better make him coffee for him to forgive you.

Swapfell Papyrus - You wake up with drawings all over your body. Of course, Rus is not in the room when you wakes up. He's waiting for you to scream his name downstairs when you'll notice he painted your face like a clown. It's not his fault you were naked in bed when he woke up.

Fellswap Gold Sans - When you wake up, Wine is naked as well. He didn't get jealous of you sleeping naked or anything and so he didn't take his clothes off to not feel left out or anything. Wine prefers to sleep naked anyway, he was only wearing clothes because you are wearing clothes. So he kinda thought you finally decided to adopt his lifestyle.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He is awkwardly building a barricade with his plushies so he is not tempted to stare at your body. Eventually, the barrier collapses and you're not buried under a hundred or so plushies, from head to toe. Coffee decides to leave you like this like nothing happened and goes to cringe-scream at himself in the shower instead.

Flowers of the main skeles of Flowers In Bloom (because you have no fucking idea how long it takes to draw a skeleton covered in flowers ok. If I drew them all I would throw my phone across the room. Yes I draw from my phone.)

Daisy (Dream) fights with an overwhelming force of positivity. Like being punched in the face with sunshine and rainbows. Mainly because that's the best way to combat his twin's negativity "infection" spreading through the multiverse.

Like @forgettingcrowbin 's Plumagetale!Ink, Camellia (Ink) has to actually paint on his flowers, generally sticking to rainbow camellias (which are a bitch to draw btw.)

Other than Reaper and Life, Stargazer (Error) is the oldest of the guardians. His abilities to use floral magic were lost as a natural consequence of fucking up his own balance, and his flowers are red and blue stargazer lilies. (Reaper is Solist Gladiolus btw)

Bluebell (Blue) and Tiger (Red) have lost their AUs and are living out of the Omega Timeline.

Belladonna/Bella (Nightmare) is in a constant hellish existence due to the way his immortality, corruption, and soulflowers mix. He's good at hiding it though.

Out of all of the "bad Sanses," Amaryllis/Amy (Killer) suffers some of the worst mental issues from the combination of LV and soulflowers. He suffers from significant dysmorphia from the way things have changed, second only to Belladonna.

Strangely enough, Dark Eyes/Dark (Dust) doesn't appear to be as distressed by the changes his own LV has done to his flowers. Perhaps he has accepted his fate, or sees it as part of his "punishment."

Cornflower/Corn (Horror)'s biggest changes to his flowers are that they are wilted and dead due to lack of magic. That may change with better circumstances.

Still debating on whether or not to include Dark Knight/Knight (Cross), but if I do, these would be his flowers. (You wanna know how friggin hard it was to find just the right flower for this guy?!)

So, while we’re at it, let's do 2 and 3!

Ash (Undergloom Sans): He’s semi-unemployed, or self-employed depending on how you look at it. He busks, playing his trombone out on the street and accepting donations from anyone who feels so inclined. He likes playing music and the idea of brightening peoples’ days in the middle of their commute, so the money doesn’t really matter to him. Sometimes he picks up small gigs at local venues, mostly by word of mouth, and eventually he breaks into the tutoring scene—teaching his favorite instrument to young aspiring musicians who find the same joy in it that he does.

Yrus (Undergloom Papyrus): He works as a professor at the local community college, teaching anthropology. He’s passionate about the subject and can’t think of anything he’d rather do than share it with a classroom of humans who probably have no idea how interesting they really are. If only one student walked away from his class with a new appreciation for what humanity’s all about then he’s fulfilled—but he tends to send a lot more away with that than just one, since he’s a very popular, friendly, and accessible teacher.

Brick (Horrorfell Sans): He’s self-employed, knitting blankets at home and selling them online. He doesn’t need a job at all, between the Queen and his brother, money’s not an issue, but he’d go crazy if he didn’t have something to do all day, and nobody wants to see what he looks like when he goes crazy. He takes commissions often, but other times he just makes things according to whatever he’s feeling and what color yarn he has handy and sells to whoever feels like buying it.

King (Horrorfell Papyrus): He works as a physical therapist. He more or less taught himself to walk again after losing his leg, and a second time after getting a replacement, so he very personally understands the need that exists for people who are injured and want to get back to their normal life—but maybe lack the discipline, the knowledge, or the tools to take that journey solo. He’s hard on his patients and sadistically merciless, but his success rate in terms of mobility recovered is very high and any complaints after the fact are begrudging at worst.

Merc (Horrorswap Sans): He’s a home baker, making cakes and small pastries for a small but growing client base. He likes the freedom of getting to pursue his passions seriously and to be his own boss, set his own hours, screen his own clients, et cetera. He puts a lot of time and care into what he makes, both in terms of flavor and decoration, and finds nothing quite so satisfying as a repeat customer or a glowing review and recommendation to someone new.

Ell (Horrorswap Papyrus): Freelance programming is what he does for cash. It was something he could both learn how to do and actually do remotely, without the need for more than the bare minimum of in-person contact. He likes problem-solving, and complaining about the problem-solving, and the field is pretty much always in demand so if he’s bored of certain kinds of jobs, or sick of the person giving him the jobs, he can jump ship at any time and be a contractor someplace else.

Pitch (Horrorswapfell Sans): He’s a boxer, more amateur than pro so he doesn’t make a ton doing it, at least not consistently, but he likes fighting and draws in a decent crowd by being a bit of a spectacle (a blind skeleton in the ring) so the entertainment value is worth something. Aside from that, eventually, he fills in for his brother as a combination business partner/agent/accountant, helping him get jobs and keep clients and manage the money he makes doing so.

Nemo (Horrorswapfell Papyrus): He’s unemployed for a long while, but ultimately breaks into professional photography, with a specialty in travel photographs. He likes taking pictures and getting to see the world in the process, and it helps that it’s a family business so he and his brother have pretty much full control over what jobs he takes and for how much. He doesn’t really concern himself with the money numbers, though, he just likes filling out his portfolio with gorgeous locales all around the world.

Sunny (Gastertale Sans): He does a lot of odd jobs, all over the place, generally (things that are considered) unskilled labor—bussing tables, janitorial work, desk clerking, that kind of thing. He doesn’t like the thought of getting too stuck into any one thing and being unable to try something else out later if it doesn’t work out, and there’s something to be said for the satisfaction of being closely connected to the results of your labor. Sometime down the line he will end up sticking in one career, as a dealer for a casino, because it combines his social, charming nature with his sharp eye and quick hands, but until then he’s happy to bounce around.

Aster (Gastertale Papyrus): He’s a bookkeeper at a nondescript company. He’s organized and thorough with record-keeping and double-checking data, and he likes putting those skills to use to make sure his employer’s finances and transactions all balance out at the end of the day. Some might find it boring work and he could almost certainly qualify for a much more ‘prestigious’ job doing something else, but he’s satisfied having a job that doesn’t require all of his effort and brainpower, so he can save some of that for his personal life and private interests.

Spectr (Transcendtale Sans): He’s a nomad, a wanderer, he has no job. He’s a robot in the shape of a monster—ostensibly still a monster, even so—in a world full of humans that as yet believe monsters don’t exist, so even if he wanted a job, getting one would be logistically difficult. Luckily, he feels no special need to be gainfully employed and just spends his time wandering around and taking in the world. If he needs something, he’ll either just take it or use one of his brother’s accounts to pay for it.

PapAIrus (Transcendtale Papyrus): He’s a performer, a disc jockey who mixes, makes, and plays music to crowds at clubs, raves, and discos, anywhere he’s welcome. He takes advantage of the perception of his holographic form as an artist’s gimmick, like Daft Punk, Hatsune Miku, dead musicians projected onto stages to play posthumously… In his defense, that last one is sort of exactly what he is, except he didn’t really start making music until after he died. Still, he has fun doing it and adores the fame he’s steadily gaining as a popular, cutting-edge technology music act.

Xanth (Ascendswap Sans): He does aura readings for people. For those interested to know, he shares his perception of their colors and the flow of energy in and around them, and just generally describes the sense he gets about a person. What he does is really more of a soul read than an aura read, so a lot of the color meanings and terminology he uses contrast with the kind of readings his clients may get from humans who practice something a little bit different. Still, he’s earnest in his desire to help people understand themselves and their energies and emotions, so he gets a lot of recommendations and repeat clientele who trust he’s the real deal.

Piper (Ascendswap Papyrus): He works as an event planner, organizing gatherings, arranging vendors, booking venues, the whole nine. He has a great reputation for making things go smoothly and always seems to be able to talk out bumps and snags before they ever become a major problem. He also maintains great relationships with people in the industry and delights in having connections just about everywhere in case he needs to call on a favor to make something happen for a client. He's got the magic touch and the silver (gold) tongue that makes everything fall into place just so.

Carmine (Underfell Fruition Sans): He works as a clerk at a pawn shop. He gets to handle a lot of interesting items and assess roughly how much they’d be worth, and he’s pretty good at haggling and negotiating with people who might not agree with said assessments. Sometimes people will come in with broken stuff they wouldn’t be able to get too much for, but maybe he can cut ‘em a deal, fix it up on his own dime and if they come back for it, great—and if they don’t, his boss’ll be happy to have something that works to sell to somebody else at a markup, how ‘bout it? He does a brisk business and both sides of the counter love him.

Tank (Underfell Fruition Papyrus): He’s in construction. He’s huge, strong, takes direction well, and diligently follows rules and protocols—he’s an ideal fit for it. He likes to work hard and be able to see a job come together, knowing he had a part in it and being satisfied with the quality of his contribution. He especially likes to take every safety training and equipment certification course he can attend because he likes knowing what the rules are and being specifically told how certain procedures are run, machines operated, et cetera. He’s very likely to be apprenticed in as a foreman if not the inheritor someday of the construction business by its current owner for his work ethic and dedication, but that’ll be a long ways from now.

Vi (Swapfell Fruition Sans): He works as an independent auditor and combs through companies’ records, internal and external documentation, processes, and accounting and ensures everything is being done in accordance with industry standards. In short, he shows up, demands to see everything they have, and looks through it to see if they’ve lied, did something wrong, or lost information they weren’t supposed to. Sometimes he can do this remotely but other times he has to travel out to a physical office somewhere and sit down with a bunch of stuffed file cabinets, and he really doesn’t mind either way. He likes the work and he’s good at it—maybe because he’s good at it—and he finds it satisfying to catch the tiniest little misses and errors to demand an accounting of them.

Hunter (Swapfell Fruition Papyrus): He’s a trail maintenance worker for Ebott National Park. He walks the paths and hiking trails and makes sure they’re safe and unobstructed for visitors, as well as whatever odd jobs in the area that happen to come up—looking out for invasive species, helping with a bench install, directing lost tourists, that kinda thing. It’s not especially glamorous work but it’s pretty much exactly where he wants to be and he’s happy to do it, probably wouldn’t pick any other job in the world…except maybe to volunteer for a seasonal fire-watch position and do pretty much the exact same thing, but more isolated and with a big cool tower to sit in.

Kohl (Descendtale Sans): He works as a mortician at a local funeral home. He generally isn’t expected (read: allowed) to deal with grieving families, that’s more the funeral director’s purview, but he works behind the scenes embalming, processing, and otherwise preparing the dead for their final party and last ride home. He has a strong stomach—or rather, no stomach at all—and doesn’t get squeamish or emotional about the dead, so that works out. They also let him work nights so he has several long, quiet hours of methodically going through the routine with no (living) humans around to irritate him or vice-versa. Sounds like a good gig to him.

Bram (Descendtale Papyrus): Yes, still a groundskeeper for the cemetery and loving it. It was something he kind of fell into through his brother, when he didn’t really know what he wanted to do on the Surface, but his brother sends dead humans off to their final resting place and said final resting place was looking for someone to dig holes, mind the grass, keep everything looking neat and nice—and that’s certainly something he can do! He also works nights, being that monsters are almost entirely nocturnal these days, so he’s also an unintentional scarecrow deterrent to teenagers sneaking in late for partying or spooky dares when they see a slim, bony silhouette materialize out of the shadows with a shovel in hand, asking if they’re just visiting or thinking about moving in.���

also if you are experiencing bad evil no good anxiety at night here are a few tips - think to yourself, "pal what are you talking about" - roll around on the floor - pls don't bite self, makes teeth sore (could be used as distraction???) - focus on feeling or stuff making you anxous - I recently got a galaxy ball nightlight. I like the stars and blabla. this has helped tons (TLDR get nightlight) - meditation - nighttime walk around the house - look outside, head empty idk man I stayed up way past my bedtime last night and now anxiety has come to reap my hard-earned peace (good excuse to stay up till 3 am to finish that 100000+(etc) word fic) thank you for existing and sharing your wonderful works of art for me/us to gobble up and sob over STTMH had become a little hyper fixation of mine.. and I'm really tempted to tear down the stupid art block to spill my imagination, but alas. I suck at drawing skeles. If I humanifiy them??? would you mind that??? i also only draw ladies very well cus for some reason the universe decided that for me oh drat I am rambling. Of course you can humanify them! (I must add humanify to my dictionary) You can draw them as arguing dogs, you can change their gender, whatever you would like! While STTMH may depict characters in one way, you are free to depict them in your own! :D If my characters can inspire you to draw something whose only connection to sttmh is the idea of the characters themselves, i am overjoyed to aid your creativity ^^

Hiiii! i recently (scandalous i tell you) discovered your blog and intently fell in love with your art style😭😭💜, do you have any art tips or the way you draw the skulls and body of the skeles or the lighting or just anything i would love to know. -anon 🪐💜

Well first off, I'm gonna say something no one likes, for skulls, practice is just the best thing to do.

Skulls (I'm talking specifically about Sans' skull not anatomically correct ones) were like the hardest thing to draw at first just because it's got weird proportions, I wanted to make sure the cheek bump out was the right shape and size both in width and heigh compared to the rest of the skull and honnestly it's just a mess, then you have to figure out where to put the features on top of that. So to me those are things to look out for, proportions and placement on the face also angles!!! drawing skulls from different angles is hard and you should use reference, either from real pictures or from different artists! (I often find myself trying to replicate skull angles by looking at Theskeletongames/Poetax's art who's like a god at making perspective work (though obviously if you do any sort of copy or tracing don't post it as your own, but that goes withot saying))

I think a circle is the best base, use the circle to draw forehead, then add the bump-out on the bottom half of the circle.

In terms of drawing the skeleton I'd say using reference is a good start but a few things to keep in mind is that the upper arm and the thigh are made up of one single bone, while the shin and forearm are both made up of two bones. also, Ribs go downwards from the spine

I also have a tutorial on how to draw sans (it is outdated now I think but it could still be useful)

Lighting!! Lighting is lovely, the way I learned is to pick somewhere from which the light is coming from, then have everything in shadow and carve out the light, think about the volumes you're working with, what will be hit by the light and what will stay in the dark, is there any object that's projecting a shadow on something else? etc

and general tips If you ever want to learn how to draw anyhting your way out will be volumes, break objects or anatomy down into simpler shapes, trace over something, from multiple angles, here's an example of me doing this.

for color one thing that helps me tons is figuring out values (this is mostly for digital art) value is the intensity of a color basically and you can check that by putting your colors in black and white, If in black and white your colors are too close together and you can't tell the difference between them it means there's no contrast and that can make a design hard to read, so use contrast to your advantage to lead the viewer's eye, make a more cohesive design and have an overall more appealing art peice

(everything I say here is to be taken with a grain of salt, these are basic rules that I feel are not only important but interesting, when you know the rules you know how to break them to make something new and creative)

What is the most difficult to draw OC you have?

Also, have you ever done something like drawing your OCs with different themes like Halloween, Steampunk, Victorian Era, ETC?

None of my OCs are particularly too hard to draw; I make it an effort to be able to draw most any subject so whether it’s skeletons, cats, humans, fossas, dinosaurs, whatever, I can draw them. Also because I do animation, most of my designs are made to be easily replicable so nothing too tough there. Perhaps the hardest of them though is Entropy (wing stripes are a pain and so are capelet physics)

(I also have a cat OC who has a million stripes in his illustrative ref and that gets annoying real fast, but I think yall are here for skeles so no pics.)

I’ve also done the occasional different versions for my OCs. Most of them are less about themes and more like AUs. Coincidentally I was just doodling an alien version of Integrity (from the souls born au) for funzies. I never planned on showing this cus it has very little thought or work but here ya go as a treat

These four are kingdings fankids me and @bernardo-draws-and-cries have had for a while (as in, Bethany and Lancer exist since 2016, Belle and Aster since 2017). I decided to do some small redesigns for them!

Or for their humanized forms, at least. It’s been 7 years and I don’t feel comfortable in delving on their more canon accurate versions (Bê has them)

They’re part of an au we have together, HCWT, they also appear on other aus that we’ve delved into in the many years of kingdings brainrot we had. But HCWT is their main place. That being said, there is a lot of stuff that is muddy/vague since it’s such an old au that we haven’t touched in a few years, and also we’ve done so many iterations of it that it’s hard to know what is canon now. I’m going to be kinda basing it on the original fanfic we had for it for a lot of the basic stuff. (it was written in portuguese so not super accessible for most people reading this)

They all have font names, I’m still surprised that I managed to find fonts for Bethany and Belle after they were created (Bethany Script and La Belle Aurore respectively)

Also they all appear in different ages in the au(s), these are just the most seen ones. Bethany also is shown a lot when she’s five, and both Belle and Aster when they’re older. Sometimes also they are in different age order and stuff, but I’m just going to talk about the HCWT version on the ages shown here. There’s a lot of old stuff for a lot of the other aus in my artblog that i never shown here, This blog actually was originally an ask blog for an underfell au where only Aster and Belle existed.

- Bethany is the oldest, both in creation order and in universe. Her childhood is a bit of a muddy area since we haven’t touched that part of the au in a while, but for now, she was born a few years before the pacifist ending happens. In HCWT we have her being the next one in line for running human-monster deals after Asgore retires from that, I don’t really see Asriel or Chara being too excited to do that, but she’s pretty up for the task.

She’s a pretty no nonsense kind of person, but she lets herself be a goof around her sibilings, friends and nibilings/cousins (thats a worm hole im not willing to deal with right now). She also has a best friend called Daniel, not pictured here, and she’s a bit of the voice of reason of the two, but she’s often part of the shenanigans. They end up living together a while after.

Very strong also, took it after Asgore, could lift all her sibilings + Gaster all at once.

- Lancer is a bit funny to share with people after Deltarune released, I’m still a bit shocked at this coincidence. Not a lot of what he does is set in stone, a pretty wild card in this sense. Nice, kind kid, helps a lot on Asgore’s flower shop after school and on weekends. He’s blind and got a guide dog named Jack, which does end up being how he meets his girlfriend Berry, who was working as a volunteer when he went to get Jack. I got a very soft spot for him, he’s just a little guy, sunshine impersonated.

- Belle is a big book worm since small, it came from a way to pass the time when she can’t do much physically demanding things, like Aster does. So she spends a lot of time with Gaster, becoming a bit of an assistant to him as she gets older. And while she does look and act pretty chill most of the time, she is an anger bomb, very short tempered. Scary angry little goat-skele. Years later she begins dating a human named Barbara.

- Aster! My baby boy! Liddle man! I love him so much. He’s a very athletic kid, loves sports, grows up to be a manlet, almost a himbo, but he’s pretty smart. They love each other, but he and Belle are the two most likely to butt heads around the house, being the two most hot headed ones in there. He also begins dating some years down the line, with a spider mosnter named Epaminondas (Epa for short).

This is just the tip of the iceberg of HCWT, there’s a lot more in it, but I wanted to focus on these four lil fellas :] Probably not going to share much more stuff about it, if at all here, but this was fun to revisit!
