Can I just say that Luz’ Titan form she received from the spirit of King’s dad during her final battle against Belos was absolutely badass!

Like no joke, it honestly reminded me of Naruto Uzumaki’s Six Paths Sage Mode form that he obtained when both he and Sasuke Uchiha (who similarly just awakened the Rinnegan in his left eye) received new powers from the spirit of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, the Sage of the Six Paths (the very first ninja in the Naruto universe) while on the verge of death in order to defeat both Madara Uchiha & Kaguya Ōtsutsuki during the manga’s final chapters!

I can’t help but wonder if Dana Terrace was partially inspired by Naruto when writing the series finale of The Owl House.

Because if so, I love it!

[if this post is about Obito's taste in literature then why is he asleep, and it's Kakashi doing the reading, you might ask? Well, i believe Obito's reading habits are healthy, while our boy Kakashi here can't simply put his smut down in the dead of night. Also, Obito might be woken up soon by... y'know]

Anyway, i was typing a reply to @hairybeardtongue 's idea about what books Obito would enjoy reading and got inspired ٩(｡•́‿•̀｡)۶ (my personal post-war Obito headcanons below the cut)

Definitely! I can see Tobito going a full-blown Machiavelli mode. He must've read it in his villain era (that would explain some of his evil-but-proficient management choices).

But if we speak post-war, Obito will have to find his place again in the ninja world (which is still a mess despite Kakashi's impeccable hokageing). He'll need to catch up on all those years of denying the reality, break the delusions and prejudice he's been fostering all his adult life. I like to believe that he'll find solace in the written word and try to challenge the existing dogma. He might've lost his chakra privilege, but his mind is as sharp as ever, so why not have Kakashi deliver all the books and scrolls he requires to figure out the world he chose to save. In one of my post-war obkk aus Obito becomes a philosopher and provides valuable theoretical basis for Kakashi's and Naruto's executive hokage decisions. What if the guy who almost destroyed it all found a way to end the war-is-all-you-need dictatorship peacefully? (that would make more sense than brutally killing him for the second time, Kishi!)

As for leisure reading ("Pleasure reading!" Kakashi, please don't interrupt), I believe Obito'd enjoy stories about a wanderer who is always on the move and contemplates the world in all its beauty and messiness. (i'm thinking about Mushishi somehow xD) If the Sage of Six Paths published an autobiography, Obito would want to read it too probably. He might even enjoy Jiraya's Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi! Can you imagine how happy Kakashi'd be to learn that Obito finally decided to read his favorite author?! (he is this close to making him read the Icha-Icha series, who knows, maybe one day...)

Another curious aspect is Obito's seal-free heart, from now on vulnerable and open to compassion and strong emotions. Would that prompt him to read tragic novels to experience the catharsis of vicariously reliving grief, sadness, desperation, or hope? I think he might ("Return of the Crybaby!" dude, please). And whenever he's overwhelmed with his ideas destined to fix the society or sheds too many tears over some dramatic fiction, there's always Kakashi to lean on and rest while those nimble fingers massage his head so very soothingly.

I love glazing Naruto so I'd like to share something with those who say Sakura is physically the strongest in team 7

Naruto managed to send Sasuke flying into a wall while heavily fatigued with nonexistent chakra , most of Sakura's attacks need chakra

So base Naruto>Sakura in power skill and literally anything else , the gap between Sasuke Naruto and the rest of K11 (and Naruto verse expect Juubidara Kaguya and Hagoromo) is too massive it's not funny

Probably one punch from Naruto sweeps them all

I've seen some Sakura tards get too confident with her non existent abilities, she ain't got shit on mr golden boy

He's the strongest (stronger than Sasuke even without Kurama he still has Spsm and we saw what a Rasenshuriken from that did to Juubidara)

I know anyone who says Sakura is the strongest physically has no clue how her CES works. Like base Naruto is physically one of the strongest without chakra, Sakura without CES doesn't stand a chance as where with chakra Naruto still beats her with Sage mode, KCM and Six Paths.

They don't understand that Sakura's strength has never been physical its always been done with chakra. Honestly blame the fillers from the anime which gave Sakura super strength before she got CES cause the manga was already on part 2 at the time.

This is a continuation of the last post if you want to read it here it is. Last time I got to the 5 kage summit in explaning why sakura is useless. And now I'll cover the arc she gets too much credit for, the war arc.

"Sakura was very useful in the war, she healed half of the shinobi alliance by herself!"

That's just wrong on so many levels. First, Sakura didn't heal half of the shinobi alliance because 3/4 is already DEAD

40000+20000= 60000 which is more than the half by a long shot. Second, Sakura didn't heal all of the rest by herself , she was with multiple medical teams and anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot.

"Well, Sakura saved naruto!"

She didn't, it was obito and hagoromo who saved him. Obito saved him by giving him nine tails chakra and hagoromo by giving him six paths sage mode.

I hope this explains why sakura is ultimately the most useless character in naruto, all the people who defend her take the smallest thing she had done and make a big deal about it.

One of many problems with boruto is the many designs of Naruto's six paths sage chakra modes from the movie, anime and manga like why?? Is Naruto now so boring to most fans that kishimoto and Ikemoto decide to under utilize and nerf naruto so fans would forget how cool he is and potentially he could have been after shippuden? Like seriously they couldn't have gave Naruto Uzumaki the original main character of the manga/series that has his name in it? the Daniel Larusso treatment similar to Cobra Kai like keep him relevant and important to the new generation of characters after him???

It is probably a Kurama clone and not the real one but I personally think it could be him, but he “nerfed” himself and lost his memory or/and powers in the process?

I don’t know what a kid is going to do with him like he should have come back earlier for Himawari and him to train together because she is just going to become a target for the other Isshiki and Sasuke like, what is the point to give her this power now, how is she going to control her and the kyubi’s chakra and why Momoshiki didn’t notice the Kurama’s residual chakra in her? Is Boruto going to take her and bring her to Jiraya’s clone and she is going to train with Koji? Sage mode? Six paths? Or something more powerful? Maybe neither?

I really love Himawari better for Kishimoto to start explaining himself… Although I have to say that it has being foreshadowed before but I wasn’t expecting it to be like this, it turned out quite messy but I will wait and I hope Kishimoto will give a good explanation of what happened and why…

Would love a fic where Naruto is on the verge of death with no chance of surviving (cause reasons or maybe as an alternative to the consequence of the baryon mode) so with the last bit of strength he has, he releases the seal on his stomach completely to set Kurama free. Like the seal was never locked in the first place (after they become besties) and Kurama could have left if he wanted to. It was just to allow Naruto to be able to make himself a carrier. Opening the seal completely is basically him pushing Kurama out. So Kurama is kicking and screaming in their shared mind space, refusing to leave and still insisting he can do something to save Naruto and also because separating a tailed beast from a jinchuriki (even willingly) comes with a death warrant anyway. And Naruto is looking at Kurama with loving eyes he saves for the ones who are important to him. Looks at him the way 2 best friends would because Kurama is one of his best friends. And Naruto telling Kurama it’s ok and asking him to look after his family and friends. Touching Kurama one last time before he gives his final goodbye.

And the next second Kurama is standing over Naruto’s dead body in his natural form. Paralyzed with grief from losing the one of the few person he’s ever cared about since the sage of the six paths and just feeling lost because ‘what now?’. He’s been with a jinchuriki for so long that being free feels strange. Sure a large portion of his captivity had been against his will, but he’d spent the past few years with someone he actually cared about from choice and he’s just gone

I would love to see Kurama struggle with his grief. Like he’s one the most powerful beings to ever live and he’s been around longer than any human ever will but this is still something that manages to break him apart. He’d always assumed they’d die together. He’s also wrecked with misery at having ‘failed’ to save Naruto when really there was nothing he could have done. Just give me more moments of Kurama showing his love for Naruto and vice versa. I want it to hurt.

All we need to know is what will happen to Sakura since she's in the middle of this pandemonium? They haven't been paying attention to her for nearly 4 years it's sickening and disrespectful. Team 7 are in a dilemma but Sakura is in the middle and they don't address the elephant in the room. I'm starting to believe the Byakugou link with Karma will be passed down to Sarada and skip Sakura. Such a big name such as Sakura purposefully ignored...

In a 2020 interview Ikemoto was asked why a popular character like Kakashi didn't appear yet and he led on onto something important he will do in the future. We all believed he will resume village leadership because Konoha didn't carve Shikamaru's face in the monument.

I also expect to much of Sakura. Trees in the village, I want the Head medic to start the investigations she should have started in relation to Karma but plot didn't allow her. Konohamaru said they will save Moegi with their allies and Sakura must have entered the battlefield because medics are the first thing to appear after an attack, she's the most important person in Konoha after the Hokage. Should have drawn similarities between her own seal and Karma, the regeneration, the history with the Six Paths, etc. The author really hates her.

Expecting her and Hanabi to have trained Himawari. Sakura trained Sarada too I hope. Hanabi Head of the Hyuga clan soon too.

About Ino, since the cohabitation mission the team with their chakra communication device helmets (used since the 4th War) have been communicating with Shikamaru, Kawaki and some people, monitoring on Amado and tracking infiltrators without her. What I mean is, they're doing what they used to with Ino showing up but without her and her sensing isn't very good (no feats in Naruto but brainwash a bird to find Akatsuki) so Naruto had to replace her with Sage Mode to track Boruto and Kawaki. So they can replace her, they have better people and they (and Ino) have been following Hokage's orders since the start so people say she has been demoted. I believe so too because her replacement and equal working efficiency is evident.

I wouldn't really consider this as disrespectful. Sakura is not a main character anymore and people are really gonna have to start acknowledging what that means. Let's just wait to see what happens with the Byakugou Seal/Karma plot point before jumping to conclusions about it.

Yeah but Hiruzen didn't have a Shikamaru figure like Naruto does, he didn't have a right hand man to help him in his daily responsibilities. He had the Council, but that wasn't the same.

Again, Sakura is not a main character, so can we please stop with this whole "the author hates her" stuff. Just because Sakura doesn't appear as much as you want her to appear, doesn't mean that the author hates her. I want to see her more involved on the plot too, but we shouldn't equate her lack of panel time to author hatred.

You're downplaying Ino's sensory abilities if you think that she had no feats in the original manga other than mind controlling a bird. I mean, think about all the sensory feats and Yamanaka clan abilities she displayed during the 4th Ninja War, The Last movie and during Boruto. To say that her sensory ability isn't good, just isn't right.

Some things I'd add to Anko Mitarashi

Give her more screentime and story arcs.

Show Hiruzen & Jiraiya studying and trying to remove her curse mark.

Have her befriend Naruto, with her kunai cutting his cheek then licking the cut being like her unique way of saying she missed him.

Have her master Sage mode.

More displays of her skillset, abilities and true power against villains without plot armour, prior history with her or an in depth knowledge of her abilities, since two of her most notable battles were against her former Sensei Orochimaru of the Sannin who's a Kage level opponent, and then Snake Sage Kabuto who claimed his powers rivalled the Sage of Six Paths.

Show her using her katar onscreen since she uses one in the manga.

Promote her to a full Jonin or an Anbu Captain instead of just Tokubetsu Jonin.

Not have her sidelined during the 4th shinobi war.

Some spin-off novels with her as the protagonist.

Have her sometimes work with team 8 since she's Kurenai's friend, and it'd be a good opportunity to show their dynamic.
