haiiiiiii some renewed designs from my saiki mlp au :P alr so to begin off terusibs........... was ranting to my gf about it earlier but basically when makoto was born, he was born with his wings rot away and they had to be amputated- kokomi being born an alicorn however, he became obsessed with this idea that if he can't have them, he can worship someone who has.. although, he doesnt remember the 'had to be amputated' part. for the longest time he had a crisis wether it was an extension of his cutie mark, making him unworthy of such addition. also kokomi isnt his real sister- as a baby, she was swapped with a changeling, thus why their cutie mark is the same- copied from ''her'' older brother. also!!!!!!!reita . i didnt like his prev design so have that also fun fact, his cutie mark represents how many ghosts currently occupy his body, also able to travel around his body(leg. another thing with kuusuke............................i wanna take upon an infection au so fkn bad with him i just know hed be perfect for that

In this au Rainbow Dash is swapped with Scootaloo. She's a young pegasus who's slowly adjusting to being on the ground. With her trusty scooter this young filly can be found racing around town or she can be found trying different tricks from tapes of Wonderbolt performances. She's a stunt pony who'll stand up for her friends no matter what. Rainbow was being bullied for being a late bloomer when it comes to flight. Rainbow is also learning not to be a harsh judge of others and to not get a big head when she gets praised by teachers and other ponies, her friends thankfully are quick to give her a reality check when she does.

Fluttershy would take a more unique role in this au while she takes Cyan Skies role with bringing a gift to a party for a classmate, Fluttershy is a quarter batpony since one of her grandparents was one. Fluttershy was horrifically bullied for her appearance and her struggle with flying. She feels a lot more safe on the ground. Fluttershy is happy to have her friend Rainbow Dash around. Fluttershy is slowly coming out of her shell. Fluttershy also really loves animals and is starting to learn more about them. She is also a very kind young pony despite the bullying she went through, her friends are helping her be assertive.

Applejack is the youngest of the Apple family and takes Applebloom's role in this au. Applejack is a stubborn young filly who's in a rush to grow up and find her cutie mark. She tries her best to be an honest filly but can accidentally get in over her head. She's prone to some anxiety but won't hesitate to stand up for herself or for others. She has a friendly rivalry with Rainbow Dash. Her friends help remind her that it's ok to need help every now and again.

Pinkie Pie is swapped with Twist in this au. Pinkie is the youngest of the Pie family and is one of Applejack's best friends especially since they're distant cousins. Pinkie is a bright and cheerful earth pony making her the sorta black sheep of her family so to speak. Pinkie's family has some distant zebra genes which express themselves in the youngest Pie child. Pinkie is an extrovert down to the letter. She's a very empathic pony and is learning to take a step back and approach things in a more calm manner thanks to her friends.

Rarity Belle is swapped with Sweetie Belle in this au. Rarity loves to hear stories from when her family lived in Cantorlot, she was born in Ponyville. She's in love with the glitz and glam of nobility. She's an ambitious young filly who wants to make her mark on the world even if that means unintentionally making things hard for her sister. Rarity has gotten really into theater and costume design. Rarity tends to be over generous so her friends often help her say no when she's already too busy.

Twilight Sparkle is swapped with Dinky Hooves in this au. Twilight is the youngest of the Sparkle family and is rather introverted filly. She's originally from Cantorlot. She's a very smart unicorn but is a late bloomer magic wise. This fact and Twilight's struggle to make friends prompted the family to move away from Cantorlot and from all the rumors that the adults were spreading about the Sparkle family. Shining Armor visits from his post in the Crystal Empire with his wife Cadance whenever possible. Twilight is still a bit shy but her friends pulled her into their group fairly quickly. Twilight is learning much more about friendship than any books can teach her. Twilight is a lot happier in Ponyville than in Cantorlot.

Dr. Twilight Sparkle is the head researcher and astrophysicist at the Canterlot School of Science and Magic at only 26 years old! Wow!

Spike, age 17, is Dr. Sparkle's only apprentice and closest confidant

Dr. Sparkle's relationship with her parents is messy, but she's very close to her brother, Shining Armor (who is a diplomat)

Twilight got her degree at only 19 due to how genius she was at such a young age

Twilight is the only member of the Canterlot School who speaks with and hears from Queen Celestia on a regular basis

Spike's family used to live in the Dragon lands but moved to Canterlot when he was a baby

Spike is very proficient at magic, hence why he is allowed to be Twilight's apprentice

Apple Jack is the sheriff of Ponyville and main apple cider brewer in town

AJ and Pinkie's moms are cousins

AJ is a heavy drinker and most nights can be found in the town's combined bakery and bar drinking her woes away

Rainbow Dash is the deputy sheriff of Ponyville and local daredevil

RD used to want to be part of the Wonderbolts performers and the Wonderbolts search and rescue team but later found that being a police officer works better for her

RD is usually the officer who bails Scootaloo out of trouble because she is the only one Scoots listens to

Gloomy and I were talking about the xxray figure lines and it reminded me I don't think I ever posted these? I obtained these at an con swap meet 2 years ago, at the time I had NEVER seen anything like them, the trader had the full mane 6 set but I was most interested in my two fav ponies. I had no idea these were rare and valuable or else I would have kept offering for the rest of the set dnjfkdgkdf I don't even remember what what traded .. maybe some of my sister's old mlp toys she was getting rid of?? Upset at myself I kinda just threw them in my box of random toys and such that I don't have space to display where I am rn.. so I scuffed them a tiny bit but maybe I can clean them ;; (again I didn't know these were worth anything dhdjfnsnf, and they were obtained loose with no boxes)

So a while ago (like before Trolls 3 was even announced), I created my own AU for what a third part would be like. And it’s crazy, because the idea I had also included a troll named Viva, a long-lost sibling, crazy troll hair, crochet, etc. I decided to share some stuff about it before the Band Together movie comes out!

Above is an edit on who my new troll would be. I’m lazy and am probably never going to update her clothing so it’s the same as canon Viva’s.

Originally my new troll (nicknamed Vi) was going to be Poppy’s sister. Here’s her original design:

Orange skin for Peppy, purple hair for their mom (who had pink skin and purple hair, the skin color passed down to Poppy). I wanted Poppy’s mom and Poppy’s sister to have similar names, like how Poppy and Peppy do. Their mom was named Viva, short for vivacious, which basically means happy (but in women). And her sister’s name was Vi, short for violet. When the Poppy was still an egg and the tree was first taken by the Bergens, there was an escape plan prior to the movie. That’s why the tunnels were already there. Viva, who held VI’s egg, got separated by fallen rubble after the Bergens tried to shovel up the escaping trolls, and they were presumed dead.

Cue the events of the first movie, the trolls and Bergens come together, and the second movie with the rest of the music trolls happen.

Then, twenty-five years thought to be dead, when a mysterious troll arrives in Pop village.

This is where I decided to change Vi’s character and design a bit. Here’s her final color look:

I changed Vi to Branch’s old friend. I kept the prior escape attempt, but this time, like, three-year-old Vi (not Poppy’s sister anymore) saved Branch’s mom with her hair in that hair-turns-into-protective-spheres-around-the-troll way. Also, in this one, the old Bergens were using blowtorches instead of shovels.

Vi and Branch’s parents, alongside half of the trolls, were considered dead and charbroiled. That’s why Branch was raised by his grandma and took it so hard when she died, thinking now his entire family was lost to the Bergens.

First movie, second movie, enter Vi again.

I wanted something different than what we’ve seen before. Trolls rely on their hair a lot, for stairs, rope, protection. But Vi’s hair was singed short after little her saved Branch’s mom from a blowtorch. She’s had to rely on her wit and ingenuity to survive this long. I originally designed something close to canon Viva’s cape, but bigger and with a hood, so Vi could still camouflage herself pretending to be a little tuft of grass when she huddled up and pulled the hood over her singed hair.

The plot of the third movie would be, basically, Vi arrives in Pop Village and says she needs Poppy’s help. The Lost Pop Trolls have been in hiding all this time, first from the Bergens, second from the Hard Rock Trolls, but now the threat is over and Vi can talk to Queen Poppy.

There’s something brewing in the troll kingdoms. It’s called the Colorless, and it’s sucking out all emotion from Trolls and Bergens alike. And no song can bring it back.

It started in Pop City, where Vi was from. Their queen, Viva (Branch’s mom) has it, and the only cure is something called the Heartsong flower. She came to ask for Poppy’s help, and then saw Branch.

Another thing I wanted to be different was Poppy and Branch’s dynamic. Don’t get me wrong, I ADORE the sunshine/ grumpy ship. But what I won’t like is seeing the man completely WHIPPED and the woman acting like she could care less, especially if they’re supposed to be in a relationship. And let’s be honest, Poppy could treat Branch a little better.

(All we got when Branch got rock-zombified was a “branch!” and WE KNOW Beanch would’ve been screaming Poppy’s name if the roles were swapped)

In this movie I wanted Poppy to be the jealous one. Branch and Vi would bond through their protectiveness (I assume Vi would be a sort of guard for Pop City), their ingenuity (Vi crafts stuff to help her get around without hair, such as a grappling hook or stuff. Branch uses Gary— I want to see his boy introduced into movie canon— and Poppy can get jealous over that).

Anyways, Poppy’s at first SO WELCOMING of Vi and convinces a wary Branch to join her on their quest to find the Heartsong flower. Branch is distrusting at first, as the last new troll to enter Pop Village was Barb and she almost caused the end of all music, but on the adventure he and Vi bond over old childhood memories and Vi telling Branch about his mom.

POPPY gets jealous, and this time COMMUNICATES to Branch when he asks how she feels because they’re a HEALTHY couple who loves each other (they’re totally dating btw I’ve been waiting TWO MOVIES AND TWO TV SERIES FOR THEM TO DATE)

Vi x Branch is totally platonic btw

The movie would be about Branch, Poppy, and Vi going on a quest to find the Heartsong flower, which was actually in season by the Northern Troll Tree. Aka where the Old Bergens lived.

(After the first escape attempt with half the trolls pressured dead, the Bergens kicked out those appointed with protecting the Troll Tree, like they did to Chef during the second attempt. The Old Bergens moved up north, where they started a new tree and fed on any stray troll crazy enough to wander up there.)

I guess the moral of the story can be that even though someone is from an older generation, it doesn’t mean they’re incapable of understanding equality is still needed. I’d like it if it could be perceived as an LGBTQ metaphor, like just how people are old doesn’t mean they can’t get that everyone can live in harmony, harmony, harmonyyyyyyyy

(IDK HOW TO GIF OK BUT IT’S THAT MOMENT IN THE SERIES WHERE BRANCH TELLS POPPY HE HATES IT WHEN SHE MAKES HER POINTS THROUGH SONG AJDISIENFJDKS)

At the end Ofc I want a Broppy proposal. You know that scrapped song at the end of Frozen II where Kristoff fumbled through his proposal and Anna ends up proposing to him? Yeah that’s what I want

(And maybe we see Vi at the end talking to DJ Suki or whatever saying dinner would be nice OK I’M PROJECTING I JUST WANT SOME GAY AND THE TROLLS ARE FMNCKNG RAINBOW)

Though that could turn off a lot of adult audiences (old Bergens lmao) so maybe just some quiet background stuff hard to catch, like Gwen’s “Protect Trans Kids” flag in AtSv.

My Best Friend, Jocelyn rant

Mostly that stuff happens in my school computer but sadly they banned Google hangouts so I don't have the screenshot of it but I do remember all the stuff that she say and it still stick in my mind for years

I always vent Abt me and Jocelyn, who use to be my best friend and my first female crush but as I got older and realized that the things that she did in the roleplay wasn't okay, we were both minors at the time so...

It's will be a long one so I might separate the story of it...

How did we meet?

So we met in March middle school, I met a girl (which I forgot but I will called her savy) that introduced me to her friends, Alexander, Jackson, angel, Madison and Jocelyn, they have the same interest as me, like FNAF, drawings and internet stuff which I finally met my people

Until that faithful day.....I was walk out the locker room and Jocelyn approached me and show me her drawing (is actually her sister's drawing), it's was a drawing of...gaster sans...and i had to be a dumbass...so i said "its that's sans?" And she replied yes and she was happy about it and show more drawings of undertale which mix with her sister and her drawing

And we started to bond together about...undertale...only undertale...not FNAF ..which I just lost interest on FNAF and our school give us laptops of our own, so most of the website aren't banned, same with Google hangouts

So we have an idea that we can use Google hangouts to chat and RP, which is ruined my innocence

The Roleplay that we did

So after we got our laptop and we gotta go home, so I don't have wifi at home but I do have hotspot for it and I started to chat with Jocelyn, we chat and all that stuff...until we ..RP...

So she rp as fell! Sans and I was RP as swap! Sans, we RP them and until...she replied with ....

Fell! Sans: your belly is getting big...

I mean...at first i thought it's was like a feeding fetish but he got pregnant....and randomly change his gender to a girl...which i was like okay

So he give birth to a pretty girl wow! And a son, then happy family, went to a movie theater to see the MLP movie (which is I actually went to the movie theater and hot topic lmao) then go to hot topic and then...she send me a drawing of fell! Sans, super close, sticking his nasty red tongue and looking.... aroused....you can look this shit up which I'm not going to...

In the RP, he got horny at hot topic which is made me super confused and as I continue it-

Fell! Sans R4p3 his daughter....she was like ..I guess....6 or 7 and she run away from her then tell her brother about it but his brother was like

forgot his name: well...*push her outta his room* have fun! *Close the door*

She got extremely scared and R4P3 her again and then....she fuxking like it...(Remember that me and Jocelyn are minors...which I wanna beat the shit outta her) And blah blah blah...until she got pregnant and have kids! MOTHERFUXKING KIDS AT A YOUNG AGE

And Jocelyn always loves to turn make characters into women, I don't know why...I just realized that she fetishize transgender so they can make babies....which is doesn't work ...

So, we keep doing more InC3st shit and turn fell! Sans into a girl then his bro turn into a girl and I did ship fell! Papyrus with my oc named star (which she a minor as well....plz kill me) then I try to do a wlw moment but...she said

Which it did got me mad and I did tell her in the next day, why she doesn't want wlw rp and response

Also she also into straight and yaoi ships (but mostly yaoi ships) so ofc she's a Fujoshi fan and make, so we keep doing gross shit RP and I started to draw nsfw art....on paper ..not on the phone...ON PAPER WHILE IM LIVING WITH MY PARENTS

And my mom found my nsfw art and then got mad and all that shit...which I wish i should stopped but my stupid 12 year old self won't

Then we continues the RP and until this...shit happened...so we add nightmare! Sans with my oc (who's is a baby ..) then Jocelyn just forced my baby oc onto his...lap and then...he got a ....fuxking BONER...AND ITS WAS A CP SHIT

She always do this shit , it's not me! It's Jocelyn, I feel like it's was a forced, it's not fuxking okay to do that shit! Working on the Treasured Friends AU

A big part of MLP Swap AUs is determining who the Mane 6 will be. Chromatic Bloom will be the Element of Magic, of course, but the others are still a work in progress. I have an idea for the Element of Honesty though: Applebloom(Apply and Chroma will bond over sharing part of their name). Now, because the Elements take the form of Cutie Marks when ponies have them, I'll have it so the Apple sister that has a Cutie Mark and the one that doesn't are reversed. However, their ages aren't reversed.

The “Switcharoo” Trope

I thought of this as I was going to sleep and the thoughts were too much for my brain to handle on its own, so I physically had to write all this down. It’s 3:42am it’s been an hour

Switcharoo episodes can be an amazing way of bonding between two or more characters while also giving them -and us- insight into a characters personal struggles

But they are incredibly infuriating when done wrong. I have 4 examples of Switcharoo episodes I can recall; “Switched” S1E07 from Teen Titans, “A Royal Problem” S7E10 from MLP: FiM, “The Cutie Mark Mix Up” S1E05 from MLP: A New Generation, and lastly “Once Upon a Swap” S1E08 from The Owl House. I will go in the order I listed them.

In “Switched” the puppet king stole the boy’s souls and almost got the girl’s too but Raven casted a spell that was supposed to counter it but ended up putting their souls in each other bodies, throughout the episode Starfire and Raven have to work together in each others bodies to save the boys before it’s too late. This is the best example of a switcharoo episode I can think of for multiple reasons. First, the set up makes sense, it didn’t feel rushed or too coincidental which is great considering this was the 7th episode of TT overall. Second, the way they handled Raven and Starfire switching was amazing. Both of their powers are based on emotions, but Starfire needs to let go to access hers while Raven must hold back or risks hurting people or herself. They’re both completely out of their element and even argue for a moment about their differences before Starfire suggests that Raven tells her about herself so she can get a better understanding of how Raven controls her powers. I really enjoyed how it was easier for Starfire to use Ravens powers than it was for Raven to use Starfires, it makes SO much sense that a person who normally holds back has trouble letting go while a person who’s always letting go can just tone it down a bit. My only single complaint abt this episode was that we never got to see Raven apologize for saying to Starfire that her happy thought was her not talking; as someone who kins Starfire that made my heart physically hurt. But this isn’t abt me, 9.9/10.

In “A Royal Problem” Starlight Glimmer is sent to Canterlot’s Castle (home to the two ruling sisters Celestia and Luna) to find and fix a friendship problem. She finds out that Celestia and Luna are actually the cause of the problem and that because they have a sort of lack of empathy and misunderstanding for each others jobs they end up being under-appreciative towards eachother. Starlight, in the moment, casts a spell to switch their cutie marks/magic for 24 hours and they have to live as each other. My problem with this episode is that it misunderstands what a switcharoo episode is meant to do, like I said earlier it’s meant to give us and the characters insight on another characters troubles. It’s definitely NOT supposed to be a way to say “oh you have a problem and I have a problem” in an equal way, Celestia comments on how her list of daily tasks is 3x as long as Lunas. Lunas actual sole responsibility, besides controlling the moon but that’s basic, is to help ponies in trouble in their DREAMS. We’ve seen her do this before it’s not very complex, especially when you’ve had practice at finding the issue and talking it out with someone. Celestia is effectively ruling the entire kingdom on her own, Luna may be there to assist but in the end it’s Celestias job alone it’s all on her list. Believe it or not keeping a civilization running is harder than talking ponies through their nightmares. Celestias only problem with Lunas job is that she had to do it alone, which I find absurd. We did not see Luna getting any help from anyone besides Starlight, who would not normally be there, so I don’t know what “help” Celestia is getting but they should’ve shown that. Their jobs are not equal and I wish that was addressed. 7/10, I would rate it a 5/10 but it gets some extra points for being semi-Celestia-oriented and having loads of editable clips

In “The Cutie Mark Mix Up” Sunny and Hitch get into a conflict about who’s job is harder which is already annoying me because OBVIOUSLY Hitch’s job is, like this isn’t even abt two ppl who have a similar task but have to do it differently. They’re just two completely separate occupations. Sunny was talking abt her making smoothies and then started bringing up how she’s the alicorn of Maritime Bay as if the other ponies even cared except for that one episode where they suddenly cared (Sidenote I hate it when shows pick and choose when to have logical scenes for their characters, if your MC is an alicorn or some other special person then they SHOULD have some kind of paparazzi or fan club. They did it right with Rainbow Dash, she was special enough to deserve a fan club but didn’t necessarily need cameras around her all the time like Twilight or another princess would, but I’m getting off topic). Sunny was mixing up her job, and her responsibility. She has the job of making smoothies but decided to take it upon herself to be a good role model as an alicorn, if you’re talking just from an employed job standpoint then Hitch has the harder one. Hitch’s problem with being a smoothie maker was that the ponies were too picky, asking for your smoothie to be chunkier is fine; but asking for “the usual” when it’s obviously not the usual person working and therefore they wouldn’t know what tf ur asking for is stupid. Being upset that someone would rather not chat while making a smoothie isn’t a valid complaint these ponies are just spoiled w/ Sunny’s treatmeant. For some reason they also switch personalities which is a cool twist ig but the episode just wasn’t that memorable to me. 7/10, unlike g4 I don’t expect as much from g5

In “Once Upon a Swap” Luz, Eda, and King all have misconceptions about each others lives. Unlike the previous examples, this doesn’t center the idea that someone has it easier (although that is what Eda thinks of King but that’s just one out of the three) King doesn’t understand why Luz doesn’t stand up for herself when she’s bullied by Boscha, Luz doesn’t understand why Eda is cautious abt breaking the law bc she thinks Eda can just use magic to solve her problems, and Eda doesn’t understand why King doesn’t like always being pampered like a baby. So they swap bodies while making a bet on whoever has the easiest day, loser has to wash hooty. I honestly don’t have much anything to say about this, it wasn’t memorable for me, it was a filler episode in a story driven series which I wasn’t very interested in, idk. I will say that these all feel pretty realistic for their characters though and I can appreciate that. Luz is a 14 yr old girl caught up in her witch fantasy and has barely scraped the surface of the true horrors in the Boiling Isles, of course she thinks Eda can just magic away her problems she’s done it before to save them. Eda has had it rough all her life and has to survive while being actively hunted to go to the conformitorium (is that how you spell it??) of course when she looks at King she sees a life of pampering and comfort she PROVIDED that for him, and King has taken advantage of his cuteness and it’s affect on people before. King is overconfident because of his cuteness and sees Luz as a cool older sister figure, of course he thinks she should just be able to stick up to her bullies and make friends with the cool kids easily he’s seen her stick up to the Warden who was in charge of the guards that hunted Eda. 6/10, basic but not bad characterization I suppose
