I’m not sure it really counts as a headcanon but I need to yell about it because I never see anyone ever mention it

The reason Hootsie seemingly didn’t age during her time in the Feywild despite the potential decades or so that have past while the Krew was at the carnival is because she was held captive in Granny Nightshade’s factory in Loomlurch where *children don’t age* (even non-humanoids)

How she got to Downfall I’m not sure but my guess is:

A) she escaped and somehow got to hither then Downfall where she was captured and then freed by Morgo (is that how you spell it?) and Wigglewog

or B) she was given to Bavlorna as a gift (maybe for a future taxidermy project) by Scabatha, where she was kept with Sir Talavar (who would maybe have been used for a taxidermy project as well) but was freed by Morgo and Wigglewog shortly after

Yeah I've been a bit confused on how they never bring up her age even though Torbek clearly aged in his short period of time. I thought possibly it had something to do with her just being a small baby and she was just full grown already, but this makes more sense.

The thought of her becoming a taxidermy project is breaking my heart. She's literally just a tiny gal 😭
