Alright I'm absolutely in love with your art haha, and I love your drawings of Sebastian so so much!! I've got to ask you though, your art with Sam in it made me wonder if you've got any other drawings of him? I adore him and I'd love to see more of how he'd look in your style!! I've looked over your profile but I haven't found much, other than the art of him with Abigail and Seb when Seb is getting a tattoo haha. Which is why I'm asking, because it's 100% like me to miss something. You have such a unique take on each character I've seen you draw from Stardew, especially with how like. Detailed your art is for these pixel characters lol. and it kinda makes me wonder how you interpret him/details you headcanon and stuff if you've got any haha. I hope you are doing well!! Feel free to ignore this ask if it's bothersome!!!! No pressure at all to respond, I'm just curious is all :D

2025 Firsts

Thank you to @crispyanonart, @wrightingdungeon, @snailmail444, and @studentinpursuitofclouds for tagging me in this little NYs game.

First bit of arts n crafts: I painted a few clear ornaments baby pink for our Valentine's day tree. My little brother wanted to keep the christmas tree up for the whole year, so I have to find ways to make it relevant to the calendar :')

First movie I watched: I rewatched Brave! Me and my mom felt like crying together 💀

First song I listened to: Oof, I listen to so much music it's hard to remember everything BUT I think the first song I listened to this year was De Selby (Part 2) by Hozier. I was working on Harvey smut.

First TV show watched: One Piece!

First book read: A Court of Mist and Fury by Sara J. Maas. Don't judge me.

First fanfic read: Pitch Black by @iybms. So fucking good. I cried like four times. Also it's a klance fic. For those who don't know what that means, good for you lmfao

First dinner I ate: My mom made The Soup™. Parsnips, onions, turnips, potatoes, celery, chicken, noodles (duh) and a fuckton of seasoning. Fucking delicious. I also made biscuits and fuck me I loved those too. I'm so hungry hang on I need more immediately

First food I ate: Chick-fil-a fries. Thankfully it wasn't purchased with my own money but mmMMmm their fries are so fucking good ugh I wish the company wasn't Like That.

Hi!! I've been scrolling through your blog looking in total awe at your art, the way you draw is such eye candy to me, and I gotta ask - how'd you get started with anatomy? How about coloring?

That is so so sweet!! Thank you!! Im sorry for the late reply, I'm trying to be better at these. But I'm here to answer your questions!

2020, I chose to follow the Michael Hampton Figure Drawing book, page by page. Took about 8 months but what I got from it is; GESTURE DRAWING. So from 2021 and forward (even now) I just do actual human studies. Very quick 10 second drawings over and over. Example below: 2021 vs. 2024

Coloring? Oh man, I don't even think I'm very good at this but what FORCED me to color more was actually background studies. Backgrounds force you to pay attention to lighting and light creates color! I won't go too into since I don't believe I have the experience but color to me gives mood and tone. I copied lots of ghibli and other professional background artist and I think that gave me the best understanding of color. I did take a perspective class back in college and the retained knowledge has helped immensely, even with anatomy! :3
