First bit of arts n crafts: I painted a few clear ornaments baby pink for our Valentine's day tree. My little brother wanted to keep the christmas tree up for the whole year, so I have to find ways to make it relevant to the calendar :')

First movie I watched: I rewatched Brave! Me and my mom felt like crying together 💀

First song I listened to: Oof, I listen to so much music it's hard to remember everything BUT I think the first song I listened to this year was De Selby (Part 2) by Hozier. I was working on Harvey smut.

First TV show watched: One Piece!

First book read: A Court of Mist and Fury by Sara J. Maas. Don't judge me.

First fanfic read: Pitch Black by @iybms. So fucking good. I cried like four times. Also it's a klance fic. For those who don't know what that means, good for you lmfao

First dinner I ate: My mom made The Soup™. Parsnips, onions, turnips, potatoes, celery, chicken, noodles (duh) and a fuckton of seasoning. Fucking delicious. I also made biscuits and fuck me I loved those too. I'm so hungry hang on I need more immediately

First food I ate: Chick-fil-a fries. Thankfully it wasn't purchased with my own money but mmMMmm their fries are so fucking good ugh I wish the company wasn't Like That.

hii, i just realized i didn't say anything about eris hair *gasp* it's hard to explain but i don't see him with really long hair but i wouldn't say it's as short as like rhys'

so like if there was a scale it'd be lucien with hair down to his ass basically and rhys who has pretty short hair at the ends, cassian is kind of like the middle because it's what? shoulder length? around that. so i think eris' is definitely longer than rhys but not as long as cassian's and azriel is between eris and cass but his hair is a little curlier and it falls more in his eyes. eris's hair is always perfect. (idk if im going off the books or simply vibes but that's what i always imagined) - 🧶

I agree, Lucien’s hair is definitely the longest, then Cass has shoulder-length hair, Rhys probably has the shortest and Az’s is a tiny bit messier? Not messier, but looser? Longer? I haven’t really thought particularly about texture? I’ve seen fanart with both straight and slightly curlier and he looks absolutely lovely in either, and it’s the same with Cass 🫠

Anyway, I think shoulder length suits Eris because it’s long enough to do things with while also able to be tied up and out of the way if he needs to :)

Side note: how long do people picture Tamlin’s hair? I’m pretty sure we’re actually told it’s shoulder length but i’ve seen some fanart with it being closer to the top of his back, which again was very pretty 😶‍🌫️

My favourite activities include reading, writing, sewing, and basically consuming different kinds of media, as well as working out. I practice witchcraft, I love tattoos and now piercings as well. I’m of average height, also kind of average build. Red hair, blue eyes. I hate snow and cold and all that. Love to have a good conversation, learning new things. Idk sending things about myself for ships has always been difficult - I do not have a gender preference :)

since mercy devil is going to be poly could we get a rhys series even if it's short? when you have the time of course, i know you have a couple fics on going but i love your writing and i just realized there aren't many rhys series. maybe a arranged marriage? or something like that would be cool. or a vampire rhys but in a different universe. or demon rhys but that would also be in a different universe than teeth and talons but also there are so many versions of what a demon could be like. ooh maybe a ghost? like reader moves in to a new house and rhys is stuck there? maybe that's kind of a dumb idea actually lol. but maybe just in the normal acotar universe (well except he didnt end up w feyre ig) and like arranged marriage or something would be fun. maybe rhys agrees to marry a princess or something from a country from the continent to have them as allies or something happens with that country and they have to do it for political reasons and then reader and rhys both get married reluctantly and try to get to know each other and make it work

Literally perfect timing because I just started reading @whisperingmidnights Heart of Velaris series and it is absolutely immaculate (what I’ve read so far) The level of beautiful description is just insane and pure wonder—she’s incredible with words so I would eagerly recommend it if it’s something you haven’t come across!

the house of wind was given to nesta and cassian at the end of acosf as a mating gift so they're definitely living there post acosf! i thought reader was in the townhouse and azriel ended moving there too not to be in nesta and cass's way (also probably so he can sleep lol). i was just more curious since i knew that reader would spend so much time in the library and it looks like she tends to avoid nesta at all costs so i wondered if she just stole whole shelves at a time and then ran to the townhouse lol

i don't think that's that important though but if you want to mention that in this story nesta has another house and reader stayed at the house of wind at any point so people don't get confused? honestly it would kind of make sense bc how does sjm expect nesta to live in a house she cant winnow into? is she supposed to always call for a batboy or try the stairs? they'd have to break the wards or something - 🧶

Maybe it was more of a kind gesture rather than a thoughtful present? Meant to be representative of what Nesta overcame while she was up there rather than a place for her to stay, because that is a bit odd 😭

just read your answer and just wanted to say i love when you answer everyone and never thought you sounded mean or anything. i usually send those in right after reading the chapter so i think i just tend to rant for too long lol but i completely understand that you're not really answering most things because yeah it could be a spoiler

also i didn't really take into consideration that reader is so attached to her books that she'd obviously think she could fix everything by researching it. i still stand by that she should ask for help but i also don't see her doing it before the 2 weeks or she actually hurts herself or makes a mess (how funny would it he if she just blew a hole into rhysand's house or something lol) also maybe i read it and forgot but is reader living in the house of wind or townhouse? i thought since we never see cass or nesta she wasn't in the house of wind but since the library is there i thought it could also work

also i didn't remember i went in on the ic like that but i kind of stand by it because i still think that no matter how much a person isolates themselves when their family or friends don't still reach out it's on them too. but also one of the best parts of acotar is the ic for me (found family is just the best) so i wish we could see reader be part of the family, especially if she's supposed to stay there. and i'm so excited for the ic to see her actual personality because im tired of her only being herself with people that don't matter, well not don't matter but that aren't her family. i think this is also why so many people are on team eris because apart from actually listening and treating her better than azriel, usually the relationship with the ic and the night court wouldn't be amazing if she was going to leave and since they barely even know who she is it feels like we're there. also i'm kind of scared to see her relationship with nesta actually because with nesta's tendency to hit where it hurts and hurt people when she's hurt mixing it with the reader's so low self esteem and constant feeling like a burden can't be good but the fact that they both love their books, it's just that their books are completely different, seems kind of fun.

also (last also promise) i can't wait for the inevitable moment when ic finds out about eris and try to tell her he's dangerous or manipulating her and i hope she throws a "would you even care" or something back at them

Especially after the panic in chapter 7, but I suppose she’s not thinking particularly clearly at the moment 😬

Reader generally stays up in the House of Wind, but occasionally heads down to the River House for a night or two (used to, it’s currently slightly ambiguous) when there were dinners.

I like to think that (massive acosf spoilers—directed at that one anon 🙉) after Cass and Nesta got together, and Rhys was happily showering her in gifts for saving Feyre, that they got a place of their own, so reader mostly has the House of Wind to herself! Save for Azriel who also stays up there pretty infrequently—and pretty far away, too.

However, when Nesta was occupying the HoW, reader was between the Townhouse and the River House, so she was pretty happy to be able to go back :)

This is something I’ve been enjoying so much about being given the chance to write CBMTHY!! Thinking about the dynamic between reader and her sisters growing up? Like who was her favourite? Who did she feel the most distant with? Who did she have the most in common? It’s so fun!!

Anyway, I like to think that after her reformation in acosf, she won’t say anything intentionally hurtful, since she’s no longer set on keeping people away from herself. However, they have grown up together, so their relationship will naturally be different from how she is around Feyre or Elain :)

I mean, hoping she’ll be able to stand up for herself if it gets to that point, otherwise she’ll just internalise the disappointment and I don’t think she could take that 😬

Like she already has kind of convinced herself she’s a burden, so to then be confronted with indisputable evidence that so many people are upset/angry at her… 🫣🫣🫣 let’s hope Eris’ combative nature has rubbed off on her enough by that point!!
