@snailfen reblogged a post at some point about outsiders making rain world illustrations and I loved their designs so much I got out of art block so here we go!

I’ve never played rain world and I’ve only read some of the lore from the wiki + random tumblr bits but I love them

Now I’ve seen a lot of people mention the whole ‘Macaque ate one of Wukong’s grandchildren’ and I have to digress that-

Even though it is canon that Demons are cannibals in LMK, it’s only directed at humans. Per say.

I don’t think that it’s canon that Macaque ate one of the monkeys. Especially since LMK has been rewriting HALF OF JTTW SINCE SEASON 2.

Rather I think that in LMK, demons only eat humans. Which is why MK and Mei have to disguise as demons as not to get eaten.

And again if you don’t like that rewrite.

Then you have to acknowledge every other rewrite the characters have. Like say I don’t know, THE FUCKING PILGRIMS??

As much as we like to diss on Tripitaka, know that for a fact he was only stern around Wukong- THE REST OF THE TIME THE GUY IS JUST A WIMP- A SAD PATHETIC WET CAT. WHO’S ONLY CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT WAS THAT HE DIDNT FALL OFF HIS HORSE, NOT SOME TWILIGHT SPARKLE WANNA-BE.

And let’s not forget the absolute Womanizing Pervert Zhu Bajie was but LMK decided to change that because that was too ‘adult’ for kids to handle. So instead of seeing the kidnapped wife we get to see that the Pilgrims met Bajie and ate some of his food. (Yes, if you rewatch the episode where Subodhi was training the Monkie Kids, when Subodhi was talking to Pigsy you can see a flashback with Zhu Bajie, Ao Lie, Tripitaka and Wukong)

Played some multi-player tonight with @ladyeglantine and we made it to the tiefling party

One thing about multi-player is that whoever hosts, gets most of the approval points. Lady E is hosting, so most of the companions love her while they barely tolerate poor Thalia

Well, Thalia decided she needed to shoot her shot at the party. The original plan was to romance Karlach, but approval was pretty low. I tried it anyway

Sure, okay. Let's move on to Astarion. Who made it clear that he's down to clown, just not with her

Maybe Shadowheart? Who would prefer to drink her bottle of wine by herself

Certainly Lae'zel... Nope. Lae'zel talks in detail on what my gal is gonna miss

Gale is off limits because of the 'Harvey rule' that Lady E and I have evoked. And her character is romancing Wyll

So my gal goes up to Halsin, fully ready to flirt, but then she decides he reminds her so much of her father that she can't go through with it

Which means she goes to bed alone. Alas
