What would people actually like to see from my Patreon? I've hit a bit of a wall IRL and want to implement more incentives for folks to join, but I also don't want to offer something that no one's interested in.

I'm mostly doing my own thing, and have considered selling merch, but there's also that anxiety associated with interest/cost of production. I have decent skill in ceramic work, so if I had geographically convenient access to a kiln, I'd be able to do more with that. I miss working with clay and could never get into the polymer stuff.

This isn't like a life or death situation: I'm not exactly well off financially, but the straits aren't horrifically dire yet. I have a decent living situation: the folks here are great. Patreon and Ko-fi are mostly something I do on the side at the moment, but if y'all have any suggestions, I'll look into providing it.

Okay okay hear me out. Hc that growing up in the house that she did and with so many siblings Lucy never really celebrated her birthday. To the point that she kind of almost forgets about it. And being Lucy it’s not like when she does remember she’d ever bring it up. She was conditioned to believe she was an inconvenience growing up and just celebrating her for the sake of celebrating? Without earning it? Out of the question in her mind.

After Lucy joins the agency hers is the first birthday out of the three so between cases and everything none of them are thinking of birthdays or think to ask her when hers is.

It’s not until they’re finishing up a case and Barnes is there to get paperwork for deprac and he’s talking with lockwood looking over the paperwork and everything and as he’s doing his final look over between their agent profiles and the forms and he suddenly flips between the two then looks up at lockwood and casually says, “Oh, and tell Miss Carlyle happy birthday for me.” Before walking away that he realizes.

Lockwood is appalled at the thought of missing Lucy’s birthday and then makes it his mission to surprise Lucy with a birthday breakfast and even makes George wake up early to make her a cake. Him and George get her presents. She’s so touched and thanks them and admits she completely forgot it was her birthday.

Lockwood silently vows to make sure she never forgets again.
