been having such wild dreams lately (rarely remember them so the fact that i can recall them so clearly them is rare). so two nights ago i dreamt entirely in french??? like?? i rarely speak french anymore but the dream was exclusively in french (?) and then last night i dreamt that i was literally angela bower because i was the head of an advertising agency and lived in a bougie neighbourhood like ?
#and i’m not really doing anything in the day-to-day that would merit this change so like#i don’t get it#but it’s interesting that’s for sure

Could the body achieve, or the mind, subtly mingling in the intricate passages of the brain? or the heart? Could loving, as people called it, make her and Mrs. Ramsay one? for it was not knowledge but unity that she desired, not inscriptions on tablets, nothing that could be written in any language known to men, but intimacy itself, which is knowledge, she had thought, leaning her head on Mrs. Ramsay's knee.
To the lighthouse, Virginia Woolf
