I was team PeachesxLouis all the way, but got mad when they paired her up with this Julian dork.

Now that I think about it, there ARE no interspecies relationships within the main cast of Ice Age. At least let Peaches and Louis adopt a baby if she wants a child. It would expand on the theme of found family that this franchise has established!

It’s exactly like the Sing franchise that lets background characters go the interspecies route, but not for the protagonists. If they pair Buster up with another koala (who I believe would have originally been his sister, or at least a rival) for Sing 3, I’m gonna give up!

“okay,” he nods. he leans in to press a kiss against your cheek, only to be met with air. “hey,” heeseung whines. your lips quirk into a mischievous smile as you dodge his lips once again; this time ducking behind the couch and successfully escaping his hold. “y/n.” 

“catch me if you can,” you taunt. 

heeseung rolls his eyes but smiles nonetheless. your socks glide against your hardwood floors as you slide past him once again. you stand in front of heeseung on opposite sides of the couch ready to bolt at any moment like a feral animal.

“you know i’m gonna catch you eventually,” he smirks. 

“are you?” you quip. heeseung’s hand ghosting against your arm spurs you into running faster until you’ve circled around your entire apartment. a laugh escapes you when heeseung catches your waist, pulling you down to the couch with him once again. his body hovers on top of yours as he leans down, finally catching your lips against his in a sweet kiss. he pulls away far too soon, smiling down at you. “i win,” he whispers.

you rub the lingering tiredness from your eyes as you stumble your way into the kitchen. the sweet smell of freshly made pancakes and eggs welcomes you. you lean back against the wall, softly smiling at the sight of jay standing in your kitchen. 

his hair is slightly disheveled from sleep. a thin pair of glasses perfectly frames his face. “morning jay,” you smile as you walk over to greet him.

“good morning love,” he smiles. “i love you,” jay murmurs. he raises an eyebrow when you simply hum in response. “i love you,” he repeats.

“i know.”

jay wraps his arms around your waist, effectively trapping you between his chest and the counter. his hand slips underneath the thin fabric of your t-shirt so it rests against your bare skin. goosebumps raise along your skin with each touch.

jay leans in so close that his breath just barely ghosts against your lips. his lips curl into a smirk at your flustered state. he finally leans in to pull you into a sweet kiss - molding your bodies together in a familiar dance. 

you’re nearly panting by the time he pulls away, still smirking down at you. “i love you, y/n.”

“i love you too, jay,” you smile.

⋆｡°✩ jake - wiping his kisses away

“i love you,” jake sings. 

he leans in to softly press a kiss against your cheek. you raise a hand to your face before swiping your knuckles against the same patch of skin. his jaw drops in disbelief before he leans in, pressing another peck against your skin - this time landing just above your cheekbone. you ignore him as you wipe it off once again in favour of continuing to scroll through your phone.

“y/n,” jake whines. he wraps his arms around your shoulders before shifting to sit in your lap. his knees press against either side of your hips; his face mere centimeters away from your own. 

your phone falls forgotten to the ground as your own arms awkwardly wrap around his waist. jake smirks at how flustered you are. a soft gasp escapes your lips as he pushes you down against the soft carpet on your floor. 

jake leans in to pull you into a quick peck. as soon as his lips leave yours, he presses another against your cheek; then nose; then forehead; then neck. 

“jake!” you laugh at the ticklish feeling, squirming underneath him. “okay, i’m sorry!”

he smiles as he presses a final peck against yours once again.

⋆｡°✩ sunghoon - calling him by his full name

“sunghoon.”

said man freezes as soon as the word leaves your lips. despite having known him for years, it had become a rarity to hear his full name from you - those moments usually reserved for heightened emotions: exasperation after the fatigue of an ongoing argument; despair when you had broken down in his arms after a long day; slight disappointment after getting caught up in his work and skipping one too many meals. 

sunghoon stares at you with wide eyes as you approach. you slide into the chair across from him. a few seconds of silence pass before you cock your head at him in confusion. “sunghoon?”

“are you mad at me?” he asks.

“no.” you chuckle, wandering around the table to sit down in his lap. his arm wraps around your waist almost instinctively. 

“then why are you calling me sunghoon?” his lips form into a small pout. one of his hands slips underneath your shirt to rub small shapes against your bare skin. “you only call me that when you’re upset.”

you laugh, shaking your head as if to wave off his concerns. “i’m sorry, hoon,” you snicker. “i just wanted to catch your attention.”

“you always have my attention.”

⋆｡°✩ sunoo - not saying "i love you" back

sunoo’s head rests in your lap as you softly rake your fingers through his hair. the dark locks pool around your thighs like a puddle of water. a soft sigh escapes his lips at the pleasurable feeling of your nails massaging his scalp. his eyes slowly begin to flutter shut in content.  

“i love you,” sunoo murmurs. you smile down at him when he sleepily nuzzles himself even closer to your touch. 

a smirk tugs at the edges of your lips as you remain silent - instead continuing to twist his hair between your fingers. you nearly have to force yourself to stifle the chuckle that threatens to escape your lips when sunoo’s eyes flutter open once again. 

he shifts slightly to look up at you through tired eyes. “jagi.”

“hm?”

“i love you,” he repeats.

“i know you do.” 

sunoo’s plump lips form a small pout as he shifts to look up at you. he studies you from below as you brush his fringe away from his forehead. you lean down to press a quick kiss against the crown of his head, making a light flush spread across his skin. “jagi,” he whines. “i love you.”

“i love you too,” you finally chuckle.

moonlight shining in through your open windows welcomes jungwon as he sleepily stumbles into your shared bedroom. your silhouette is just barely visible in the darkness. his steps are careful as he makes his way towards the side of your bed before silently sliding into the spot beside you. 

“hi honey,” he sighs. you pull back when he leans in, preventing his attempt at pressing a kiss against your lips. 

“hi wonie,” you greet. 

he furrows his eyebrows slightly as he repeats the action once again to the same response. “y/n,” jungwon whines. his shoulders fall as he sulks beside you. 

you stifle a chuckle at his dejection before finally reaching over to pull him into a sweet kiss. his flushed cheeks feel warm to the touch. you smile against his lips before he pulls away. his lips quirk upwards into a soft smile of his own. 

“finally,” he murmurs in satisfaction. you laugh as he dramatically collapses back onto your pillows. jungwon wraps his arm around your waist, tugging you against his chest. 

you lean up to press another kiss against his jawline. “i love you.”

jungwon pecks the crown of your head before tucking his chin over your head. “i love you too.”

you bite your lip as your small car passes niki’s character once again, ignoring his complaints. your body tenses as you both grow closer to the finish line; your eyes fixated on the small map in the corner of the screen. 

“hey! nishimura riki!” a gasp escapes your lips when niki playfully pushes you; momentarily knocking you off course. the screen lights up with a familiar animation - defeat. 

niki collapses into a fit of laughter beside you. your lips quirk into unconscious smile as you reach over to playfully push him. 

niki’s chuckles fade out like the end of a movie. you find yourself lost in the darkness of his eyes; still smiling at each other despite the “betrayal.”

“i can’t believe you,” you finally laugh. 

“i’m sorry, love.” he reaches up to wrap his arms around your shoulders before tugging you down until you’re just barely hovering above him. your gaze falls down to his plump lips almost instinctively - something niki doesn’t fail to notice. 

he shifts even closer to pull you into a sweet kiss. your bodies mold together in a familiar dance before he pulls away, much to your disappointment. “forgive me?” he whispers.

you playfully roll your eyes. “only because you’re so cute.”

The audience for the second show in Sydney was incredible. The energy beaming from the crowd and towards Harry was almost overwhelming, hard to believe in. People were jumping and having the time of their lives. And so did Harry. Especially because of one of the audience members that was very special to Harry for the past few weeks.

"Okay, guys! Now is the moment for some talk, isn't it?" Harry screamed into the mic and smiled when the arena was filled with screams and whistles. He loved the love he was receiving. "Today was incredible whether, did you guys catch some sunlight, took a walk, swim maybe? You guys know how to swim, right?"

Once more, people around Harry screamed from the top of their lungs, but he got his eyes on that one person. Just her.

"What is it, that the person that swims the best in this room screams so quietly, huh?"

He took a few steps forward to get closer to where YN was standing with her best friend. She just shrugged at his question and grinned at him, eyes shining.

"She's shrugging. Well, what do I need to do to make you scream more, goldie?"

And that was the moment when Harry really regretted the question he had just posed. Or maybe regretted wasn't the best word to describe it. Let's say he wished he asked that in a more private setting. Though he didn't mind the loudness that the question had caused.

"A few things, really!"

Harry was surprised that YN was able to be heard but smiled at the response, giving her a thumb up.

Well, maybe there really was something growing between them.

Joker Out between dreams and reality (Val 202: Music 202) - Part 1: Bojan and Jan

Today, 3.08.2023, Slovenian national radio station Val 202 broadcasted a recent interview with Joker Out members Bojan Cvjetićanin and Jan Peteh. Below is the translation of the interview, which you can listen in the audio file above, or on this direct link.

Interviewer: Joker Out, the five-man band that sent Slovenia into a frenzy and is well on their way to sending Europe into a frenzy too. After their Eurovision performance in Liverpool, a lot of doors opened to Bojan, Kris, Jan, Nace and Jure. And Joker Out are stepping through all of them with decisive steps. Massive crowds at their concerts at home and abroad, concerts until the end of the year in Serbia, Croatia, Poland, Scandinavia that sold out in minutes, and crowds of dedicated fans around the world who seem to know all the lyrics by heart, even though Slovenian is far from familiar to them. I talked about all that with Bojan Cvjetićanin and Jan Peteh, two of the founding members of Joker Out. To start with, I asked them whether they’re living their dreams.

Jan: Fortunately, we're living more than our dreams, we’re living our lives. Bur what’s happening right now was still a dream not so long ago, yeah.

Bojan: I passed the Museum of Modern Art yesterday and saw that they currently have an exhibition called “Don’t dream your dreams”, so… it’s better to live them.

How are you absorbing everything that’s happening right now? A Slovenian band that’s, let’s say, more “midstream”, has never managed to do what you’re doing right now. Are you watching that with excitement, wonder, maybe even fear?

Bojan: Yeah, it all definitely caught us a little unawares. It’s true that everything that’s happening now was absolutely our aspiration when we decided that we wanted to go to Eurovision this year. And what we secretly and not-so-secretly wanted really came true. But I’d say that you cannot be prepared for all that to really happen. It’s truly crazy to follow these moments when we announce a concert abroad in some city, often in cities we’ve never even been to, and before we can even all post “juhuhu”, it’s sometimes already sold out, so… I mean, damn.

Jan: Never in my life could I have imagined that I’d see a full venue in Glasgow or London sing our songs in Slovenian, so moments like that are definitely the highlight of every week and month. But then there’s a big contrast when you come from that somewhat surrealistic experience into the quiet of your own home, and you’re at home for a few hours. Because you don’t know if this is real life or just a dream, or if you’re shifting between them. So it’s unusual, but… I’m enjoying it immensely.

Jan has pointed out that even abroad, fans sing Joker Out songs in Slovenian. After one of their recent concerts in the UK, I saw a comment on social media that went something like this: “I didn’t understand a word, but that was the best concert in my life.”

Jan: That’s what Bojan says at the start of every concert, “prepare to not understand a word for the next hour and a half.” But people are screaming, enjoying themselves. And some even pretend to understand the songs, even though they probably don’t.

Bojan: Well, that’s the main point of music, right? Music is special exactly because you don’t have to understand it, you just have to feel it. But it is weird for us because we’re not used to this happening with Slovenian language. Especially because… really from the moment we started making music, everyone was telling us that first of all, with Slovenian you can’t even make it in Slovenia, second of all, absolutely no way you could make it in the Balkans, and we’re not even going to talk about breaking into other foreign countries.

Bojan says that even with the upcoming songs, and hence with the new third album, they will not forget their mother tongue. Especially because they recognise you can achieve a lot even if you don't sing exclusively in English. Their ambition to tell an even bigger story, to expand to larger venues and to have a new, larger fan base is turning things around.

Bojan: As you mentioned in the beginning, we are a mainstream band. In mainstream music it is always a good idea to include the masses and make your music easily accessible to them. We have witnessed an initial push of interest after Eurovision, with some fans genuinely drawn to us as musicians. They're really, really committed to learning the material, because they want to come to the gigs and enjoy themselves. They're taking it to the max and that's phenomenal. And it's also our aspiration to grow. After all, writing songs in different languages is, by definition, a kind of musical experiment.

Bojan: Yes, absolutely a challenge. We're not setting off to write the third album as an English only album, of course. We've decided that we want to do a multilingual album, it will absolutely include Slovene, Serbian and English, and hopefully include some Spanish and French language as well. That is something we want to play with.

Not only Slovenian and English, the other languages represent a challenge as well, say Joker Out. Speaking of the third album, it's already, let's say, marinating, in the making. Joker Out is also a band that has not suffered the so-called curse of the second album. It was, dare I say it, was even better than the debut. Are you concerned about the possible third album curse?

Jan: Our Demons have obviously defeated the curse of the second album. As for the progress of the third album, we recently had our first really creative rehearsals since December, when we were working on Carpe Diem in Hamburg. From then on, we've accumulated so much creative potential, that it simply poured out of us during those few rehearsals. Now each time we get to our rehearsal space, our need to create becomes so intense that I think if we keep this up, we won't have to worry about the demons of the third album either.

As Jan points out, they are not lacking in creative inspiration. Bojan agrees, adding that in recent months they have often been 'emotionally shocked'. This means that emotions have boiled up and things that they were not used to before have been happening, which made it difficult to process certain situations. Last week, Joker Out parted ways with one of the members of their core team, who found himself under an avalanche of criticism, especially on social media, for inappropriate behaviour. The news of the termination of the collaboration was followed by many thanks from fans that the band members had not only heard the message, but had also taken action about it.

Bojan: Yes. We have really had a very, very complex situation that we have always hoped would never happen to us, but as we said in the statement, we hope and believe that it will never happen again. What has happened was that one of our team members has created an unpleasant atmosphere with our fans, with our listeners, in a repetitive, how shall I say... Pattern. He often chose the wrong words, and this in turn led to many feeling, I would say, unpleasant, uncomfortable. Both at our concerts and on social media. And that is something that is absolutely unacceptable for us. We have always tried to put 1000% positive energy out at our concerts and share it with people, and the people also gave that energy back to us, so any disruption of that process is, as I said, unacceptable to us. And we absolutely had to say goodbye to this member.

The singer of Joker Out says it was the right decision and the band stands by it, adding that they have learned a lot from this experience. If nothing else, they have realized the true power of social media. They have learnt that it can bring a lot of good things, but there are also a lot of bad things that you can't be prepared for.

Bojan: I have to say that, yes, I've withdrawn from social media now, because I want to make this album under positive influences, not negative influences, and really, on social media I feel like I'm trapped in a world that I don't really want to be trapped in. So, yeah, for example, let's say two days ago, I was really negatively shocked, or affected by a moment when... We had a concert in Ptuj, which was a really specific experience, because I was having a panic attack on stage for an hour and a half, and I was just thinking about whether or not I was going to faint or not. I don't know why, whether it was the air, whether it was too much coffee, or what happened, but it really wasn't a pleasant concert for me, so within 20 minutes after the show I was rushing home, right. But on Twitter there was this post, some girl who said that I... that some security guard or somebody on my behalf invited her backstage after the concert. Which, whoever was there, including the organiser, knows wasn't even remotely true, because as soon as I got out of the shower, hands shaking, I got into the van and went home, sitting next to Nace, bag in hand, so as not to throw up right there in the car. So, there are some things we are not prepared for. There are dimensions that are a whole new world for us.

In the second part of the interview with Joker Out on "Val 202" (name of the radio station, "Wave 202"), we're sticking to departures and leaving. Joker Out is a group where two band members were replaced in the past seven years. The drummer Matic was replaced with Jure and the bassist Martin with Nace. That's why I am interested in how replacements influence the group or rather the ahmosphere in the group. A music group has to breathe as one. Jan says that each member brings a different energy to the team. He's convinced that one half of the first album and the whole second album would have sounded totally different if the drummer Jure hadn't joined them.

Jan: At this point, I'm simply happy that it happened, and it goes for Nace as well. Because now, I can hardly imagine two better persons for this band or better friends.

Jure (in the background): Awww!

Bojan: The fact is, members leaving a band is definitely a very difficult thing. We've had five members in the band since its creation. And as Jan said, when the energy changes, the balance that was there gets disrupted. Now there are only two possible scenarios. One is that the new energy is less suitable for the collective and the whole balance is brought down. Or that it is more positive and elevates the whole thing. I believe the universe helped us somehow; in both cases the energies that joined us, pushed us into new realms of creativity, positivity, literally everything in a very short time. So, I know that everything happened here just the way it had to happen. Even if you ask Martin, who just left the band, because he wanted to pursue another path in his life. You can ask him now, I know, because I live with him, because we are roommates. He is the luckiest man because, in the same short time that we have started branching out in new directions, his personal spheres have taken off in the best possible way, and he is, as we say, kicking ass. We can say that by 2023, everything that went on has happened as it should have.

Everything happened like it was supposed to happen, says Bojan. Also in Liverpool on the Eurovision stage. Barely three months later, Joker Out are living the life they could have only dreamed about. Masses of fans, sold out concerts and a feeling that only the sky is the limit. Is the current success partly or solely due to Eurovision, that's our next topic.

Bojan: It's absolutely not just a consequence of what happened in Liverpool because that was just one big catalyst for everything that we've been doing as a band since the beginning. (It also has to do with) how we dealt with Liverpool. Because what is happening today, as I said, was planned. We didn't know to what extent it was going to be realized, but it was a plan. Liverpool has made a difference for us in a way that no other night in this world can make because it has literally brought us, in one night, bizarre numbers of new audiences that we could not have imagined before. So, in one sense, yes, that is what Eurovision did for us; we cannot deny it. But on the other hand, it was us who did it.

Together forever. Behind the group Joker Out is 7 years of creating. For the very end, a question, where do they see themselves in 7 years.

Jan: Now I've had a couple of people ask me recently how do you handle it when there's so much going on. To me, it seems like a primary school experience, where every year, the new grade is a little bit harder, but you're also evolving from the previous years. So, if we were thrown from zero to where we are now, we wouldn't even know where to begin. We have quite a bit of experience behind us now. It's a very steep road, exponentially growing, mathematically speaking, and I'm glad that we are at a point where nobody is confining us to a certain determined path that we should follow, but it's all up to our own volition. Whatever we decide to do, we will do, and I think that we can be very happy about this kind of artistic freedom. So, I'm also very excited and eagerly awaiting to see where this will take us.

Bojan: Here, Jure is suggesting that in 7 years we'll be doing Wembley. There was an idea that we should book Wembley now for the year 2030 and we release the tickets today. It would be the first concert in the world, where the tickets would be sold 7 years in advance. Then we'll wait and see what happens. If something will happen, it'll happen; if not ... it will get canceled due to illness.

I have wanted to draw this pose ever since I saw the movie. This was the perfect opportunity. I really wanted to draw something that made me feel calm and happy. This is the result.

Soft heels pad across a midnight-cast rooftop, the loud boisterous sounds of the party fading into the background like sun setting below the horizon.

The air is moist and thick with spring-time mildew. It sticks to the ground, making everything wet, and layering the world in a slight chill.

The pair sit down on the edge of the rooftop and the taller of the two smiles. "Thanks for stepping away from your own party for me," he says, fingers playing with a brightly colored gift in his lap.

A wave of a hand and a snort, "You know I never mind Shige. Besides," he leans foreword, eyeing the gift with sparkling blue eyes, "I see you have something for me~?"

Shigeo nods and passes the gift over, the corner of his eyes crinkling in amusement, but barely visible in the dark blue of midnight. "I do. Happy Birthday, Teru," he leans over, giving him a soft kiss on the cheek.

Teru (even after all these years) blushes, waving his hands up and down as he takes the gift. "Ahh stop it you!" He places the gift in his lap, blue eyes softening. He stares down at it and then tilts his head up, looking out at the night sky in front of them.

After a few more seconds of pause, he finally says, "You know. If it's okay... can I open it later?"

"Of course. You probably know what it is anyway, you did give me a list."

A boisterous laugh escapes his lips, which then slides like melting ice into a soft smile. He sets the gift to the side and scoots closer, intertwining their hands as he nestles his head on his husbands shoulder. "Honestly... I love parties, but I love just sitting here with you just as much. It's a really beautiful night."

Shigeo tilts his head down, rubbing his face into blonde hair. "Mmm. I like it too."

A breeze picks up, ruffling their clothes, the scent of wet concrete tickling their noses. Cars drive past below, rumbling in and out of sight.

Even deep in the city, the sounds of crickets in a nearby park float aimlessly through the breeze, filling the edges of the sounds.

The tranquility is broken by thumping footsteps and a door swinging open loudly, startling to two as they turn towards the sound.

"Birthday Boy!!" Shou yells, "Stop smooching and get down here for you cake!!"

Teru glares, "Shou, I was just enjoying a moment, how do you always know when to ruin it..."

A shrug, "Eh, I just have amazing timing like that."

Ritsu also pops his head out the door, hand already on Shou's collar, "I can give you guys 10 minutes, but if you don't come down by then this," he shakes Shou, "is going to eat your cake."

Shigeo lets out a breathy laugh, "Thanks Ritsu. We'll be back down soon."

Ritsu nods, pulling Shou away as the other yelps in frustration.

Teru tries to keep on his annoyed face but it dissolves into a cracked smile as he leans back into Shigeo's shoulder. "He's such a dork."

Shigeo answers with a hum, pressing close.

Even in the city, the stars are visible, dancing above them in a quiet hum. A far off symphony that they cannot hear but the light sings like strings reverberating through the night. Mixing with the low drone of the city, an ambient tranquility that rests light on their shoulders.

Shigeo squeezes their intertwined fingers. "Happy Birthday, Teru."

Ugh, aside from me liking to think Izaack and Mia have known each other since their service durring WWII, I also like to think that they met when Izaack moves into the appartment complex.

Mia is very vocal about how she feels about a person, whether it's admiration to disgust.

Durring her lunch break, she was sitting in the break room with several other female teachers, talking about this and that. The radio hummed white noise before speaking, "...Good afternoon, this Izaack Gauss reporting live from-" Mia groans and flips the radio off, "Ugh, I can't stand that guy..." The other teachers gasp, "Mia, girl, how can you not like Gauss?!" one spoke up, taken aback, "Yeah! His voice is like pure sex! Ugh, don't get me started on his eyes too!" Another pipes up. Mia rolls her eyes and takes a sip of coffee from her mug, "Every damn time I wanna listen to the news he's always on! He's all I hear my female neighbors and students gush about, about his goddamn eyes and his goddamn voice-"

"Stone, what did we say about using the Lord's name in vain?"

Mia sneered, exhaling, "...Sorry. Anyways, everything about that man is phony. I reckon he's a good for nothing, womanizing, pig like rest of them men you see everwhere."

The other teachers look at her in disgusted ways, clutching their pearls, covering their mouths. Mia calmly sits her mug down and points to an almost empty tray of cookies on the table, "Any one gonna eat that?"

Several weeks pass from Mia's tirade and she just got buzzed in into her apartment. She noted how the door person looked more irrate than usual, but she brushed it off as 'business as usual'. She took the stairs up today, feeling like getting some extra steps in, but something felt... off. When she turned the corner to ascend up the flight of stairs to the second floor, she heard seveal of her female neighbors chattering and giggling. She made it up the flight and her eyes widen.

Lo and behold, Izaack Gauss was standing outfront of what used to be the vacant 202 appartment, surrounded by the likes of Lois, Margrette, and Rafttellyn, all talking with him, singing their praises to him and offering him some welcoming treats. Izaack notices Mia and calls out, "Ah! Good afternoon, ma'am!" Mia sneers at him, scrunching her face up, and hurries off up stairs, muttering to herself, "You have GOT to be kidding me!" Lois, hating seeing any of her neighbors so mad, asks Rafttellyn to follow her up, but Izaack piped up, "Oh, no, my dear allow me!" Rafttellyn felt her heart skip a beat, "Well... um... shes the first door, Mr. Gauss!" Izaack smiles and heads up stairs to see what he did wrong.

Mia slams the door behind her, throwing her purse onto the couch, almost hitting W, who's reading the paper. He places his newspaper down, "Oh no, who do I gotta make dissappear now?" Mia stomps to the couch and flops on it, "Izaack motherfucking Gauss moved into the goddamn building." W hums, "Oh? The reporter off of Channel 42? Interesting, his reports are... inquisitive." She holds her fiancé's face, squishing him, "Babe, no, he's a phony." W chuckles, "Are all people you not like phony?" Mia huffs and sits up, "You don't get it like I do, there's something about him that makes him ugly to me."

There was a knock at the door, Mia gets up and answerers it. She opens the door, Izaack smiles his signature smile, "Hell-" Mia slams the door in his face. She looks at W, frowning, "..." "...Well? What did we say about manners? Remember when you slammed the door on Mosses?" Mia shutters thinking about that creep, she reopens the door, eyebrows scrunched and still frowning, "...Can I help you?"

Izaack recomposed himself, feeling a bit uneasy, "Um, well, I just wanted to properly introduce myself as it seems like we got off on the wrong foot- I'm Izaack Gauss, I just moved in and I wanted to make your acquaintance!" He flashes a smile and sticks a hand out, Mia crossed her arms, blowing a stand of dirty gold hair out from her face, "Mia Stone... and I don't shake hands with strangers." Izaack retracts his hand, "Heh, noted!" Mia takes a look at him up and down, he towers over her, she notices his hands fidgeting. She cocks her head and her eyes stop at the belt to his trench coat, she uncrossed her arms. She raised her left hand and poked at his stomach, "Huh, you're pudgier in person, Gauss."

Izaack felt his heart and smile drop as she made her comment and poked him. They both heard a pair of shoes hit the ground and aproach them, W pulling Mia inside by her shoulder rather harshly, he puts on a tooth smile, feeling his heart in his throat and extends a hand, "Hi! Dr. W Afton! Big fan!" Izaack wearily shakes his hand, feeling W's sweat, W chuckles, "Heheh, don't mind my fiancé, it's eh... that time of the month y'know?!" He shoots Mia a glance and elbows Izaack in the arm before laughing hysterically, Izaack getting the feeling that these two are legitimately crazy, "HAHAH!!! Y'know how they get!" W wheezes and Izaack cracks a smile, feeling like his safety is in danger, "Ah hah... yes... well, it's uh getting rather later and I gotta get some more things unpacked..." W blinks, "Oh- Ah! Yes, yes don't lemme keep you hanging, hahah! Have a good night, Mr. Gauss! Sorry for the trouble!" He gives a curtsy and slams the door.

Izaack didn't know whether to feel insulted or scared, he just frowns and heads down stairs rethinking if this shithole is where he wanted to live... this whole thing makes him feel nauseous...

W holds the door closed, sweating, he looks to Mia, who's starting to pack up to move, "...Sweetie... Mia... the love of my life... WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT TO SOMEONE?!" Mia throws a bra at him, "TELL ME THAT IM LYING!" He throws it back at her, "Ooooh my GOD." He cups his face, groaning, heading to the kitched to pour himself and his fiancé a drink, "And babe, we're NOT moving because of him moving in!" Mia groans and sits at their breakfast bar, grabbing a glass of whisky he poured, "Listen, when we decide to have a baby, I'M deciding on where we live next!" W takes a seat next to her, "Okay... breathe in..." They both inhale, "...And out..." They exhale and repeat this for a minuet until they're calmer. W speaks up, "Now, Mia, tell me why you don't like this Gauss character." Mia sighs, "There's just... something about him that's just... y'know... phony. Like, why would a high profile individual move into some crappy little apartment that's full of criminals and those who can't afford better!" W hums and it hits him, "... What if he's here to get some information about The Project...?"

They both sit in silence and laugh hysterically, they clink their glasses and drink...

In appartment 202, Izaack wipes the corner of his mouth and downs a glass of water, clearing his throat as he sat down on his matress with a thick binder. He opens it up and flips through pages and pages of nearly incoherent scribbles and cut out bits and pieces of news paper tapped and clipped. He clicks a pen and writes on a new piece of paper, "... Dr. W Afton... gotchya now... room 301... jittery little man... and Mia Stone, room 301... irrate and short tempered..." He clicks his pen a few times, bitting on the inside of his mouth, scribbling, "...Nither of which seem approachable... will attempt to get Stone to talk..." He hums and clears his throat, "I don't give a shit if it'll kill me, I will solve this mess..."

La Cigale, plus ancien symbole de la Chine signifie beaucoup de choses dans les cultures et la tradition chinoise. Symbolique de renaissance et d’immortalité, elle à toujours fasciné et fut admiré par la population chinoise. Une légende raconte qu’un certain Lao Zi se transforma en immortel sous ses termes là : “En laissant sa dépouille comme le ferait une cigale.” A l’instar de nombreux animaux tels que le lion, le cheval ou le singe. La Cigale tient une place importante tout le long de l’histoire de la culture et des traditions chinoises. Il se pourrait même que sa place soit la plus importante au vue des utilisations et des croyances populaires qui entourent cet animal.

C’est entre -500 et -1000 ans av. J.-C qu’on retrouve des cigales en décoration sur des vases de bronzes ou des poteries de couleurs blanches. Durant la période de la dynastie Shang, les cigales furent dessinées sous plusieurs angles, dans des styles aussi variés que possible et bien souvent représentés en compagnie d'autres animaux tels que le tigre ou le dragon. Avec la naissance du bouddhisme vers 500 ans av. J.-C, on retrouve la symbolique de la cigale sur divers objets du quotidien comme des spatules ou des os sculptés. Sa véritable signification lors de cette période est assez floue, les représentations laissant parfois penser qu’elle servait marquer une autre symbole que celle de la renaissance et de l’immortalité. Certaines personnes s'accordent sur une symbole de “Temps de la récolte” ou encore de “la fertilité et l’abondance”. Considéré comme symbole sacré pendant longtemps, notamment sous la dynastie des Hans (-202 à 220) avec notamment des cigales en jades qui sont apparues vers cette époque et qui furent plus précisément des éléments incontournables dans les “inhumations funéraires”. Elle est placée dans la bouche du défunt et sa taille, ainsi que sa couleur et son style peuvent varier en fonction du rang social du défunt.

Suite à la fouille de tombeaux chinois ayant été datés de l’Antiquité, il est démontré que l’insecte et les objets qui représentent l’insecte fut très souvent présent et retrouvé. Il serait selon les historiens et les chercheurs, l’équivalent du Scarabée Sacré chez les Antique Égyptien et laissant supposé ainsi à une symbolique d’immortalité et de renaissance de la cigale chez les Chinois. Il est à noter que le rituel en lien avec la cigale ou les objets représentant cette dernière n’a pas perduré dans le temps, comme ce fut le cas pour le scarabée sacré égyptien. Les rêves de jeunesse éternelle et d’immortalité sont courants chez les chinois, point commun qu’ils avaient avec l’Occident. Certains chinois présents dans la Chine ancienne s'essayent à l’alchimie en expérimentant des techniques et des expériences sur les cigales. Toutefois, cette théorie ne pourrait reposer sur qu’un seul écrit officiel ou témoignage, celui d’un moine de la Dynastie Chin du nom de Shang Tao-Khai qui suite à des expériences où il fit ingéré des pilules à une cigale, il réussi à provoquer sa mue. Cette croyance serait devenue comme ça du fait de la mue des nymphes avant qu’elles ne deviennent une cigale. Cette transformation découverte, spectaculaire pour l’époque est certainement obtenue grâce à une minutieuse observation de la nature et des comportements des animaux et insectes. Pour l’époque, ils ont ainsi pensé que la mue représenterait la mort qui n’est qu’un état passager pendant lequel, les chinois de cette époque considéraient que le défunt se débarrassait de son corps comme si elle n’était qu’une mue pour obtenir un autre corps. Ainsi, pour eux elle a été la symbolique de la résurrection. Cette croyance est devenue populaire et la croyance en cette résurrection à entraîné chez les Chinois de cette époque, diverses habitudes comme la fabrication de nombreuses amulettes en forme de cigales, des pendentifs et des boucles de ceintures dans la forme de l’insecte.

Nous sommes tous bien conscients du fait que les différentes parties du monde possèdent différents types de cultures et que chacune est différente l’une de l’autre. L’or est un métal qui a une grande importance dans plusieurs cultures du monde. Les Chinois sont une des plus anciennes civilisations du monde. Ceci est quelque chose qui rend la culture chinoise relativement plus complexe que le reste des cultures. Considérant que la civilisation chinoise est très ancienne, elle a vu de nombreux dirigeants et des différentes formes de gouvernements. Depuis l’Antiquité, l’or est associé à la chance et est considéré comme la couleur des empereurs. Comme l’or a été considéré comme un signe de chance, les empereurs l’on utilisés pour porter des vêtements de la couleur de l’or et également utilisés pour porter sur eux des accessoires qui avaient de l’or ou étaient de couleur dorée. La signification de l’or a rendu la couleur dorée très importante dans la culture chinoise. L’Or, ainsi que la couleur dorée a toujours été considéré comme un symbole de la prodigalité dans la culture chinoise. Cela a une association avec les empereurs en utilisant l’or et la couleur dorée. Les personnes ayant un statut élevé ont tendance à utiliser plus d’or; et les objets en or sont considérés comme un beau cadeau. Dans la culture chinoise, la couleur dorée, ainsi que l’or sont considérés comme un élément terrestre et sont une représentation de la richesse dans les quatre piliers chinois de la destinée. La complexité de la culture chinoise révèle également que la couleur dorée à une sorte de double sens et elle est la couleur du deuil utilisée par les bouddhistes chinois. Outre ce fait, le fait demeure que l’or est une partie importante dans tous les festivals importants de la culture chinoise. La fête du printemps qui a lieu en Chine au début de la nouvelle année chinoise est l’un des moments où la demande d’or en Chine est très élevée, ainsi que les ventes de bijoux en or augmentent de manière significative. Ceci est le moment où les gens achètent de l’or pour eux-mêmes, et aussi pour leurs proches comme cadeaux. Les dragons sont un symbole mythologique important qui est fort répandu dans la culture chinoise. L’or est également utilisé dans la fabrication de ces dragons. La Couleur de l’or est utilisée en abondance et il y a aussi d’autres petits morceaux d’or utilisés sur ces dragons à des fins décoratives. La broderie est également faite en utilisant un genre de fil spécial qui est plaqué d’or pour la fabrication de ces dragons sur les tentures murales. La signification culturelle de l’or est évidente du fait que l’or a été une partie très importante de la monnaie chinoise.  Il est également une partie très importante de l’art chinois. Une société d'État a été créée en Chine en 1987, qui fabriquait et distribuait des pièces commémoratives faites en or. Ces pièces sont fabriquées dans différents modèles à différentes occasions avec une représentation d’un événement particulier sur la pièce. Ceci est une partie très importante de l’art et de la culture chinoise.

The "normal" day in Valigma quickly starts to get weirder.

Some houses in Valigma are completely vandalized, with ferns inside and outside.

While tending to his base, Choke hears Julia's voice out of nowhere. The voice is stranger and darker than usual.

After this event, Choke begins to be observed by the Intern, that disappears as soon as it is noticed. Soon after the sounds, voices coming from a werewolf are also heard, followed by lightning.

Moments later, while walking near City Hall, Choke sees the sky change color to red, panicking enough for her to text other specialists. Looking for answers, she goes to the Big Tree That Sings and asks the tree about Bia. The tree says that Bia traveled in search of Lankyas and would return tomorrow.

After the sky has returned to normal, Choke receives a visit from Bagi, Quel and Maethe asking about the red sky.

As they talk, Bagi receives a book from Hugo, saying that he regrets not getting in touch with Bagi as much and says that he got help from a forum to decrypt various information. At the end of the book there is a link to a photo on Imigur and Hugo says that he hopes "this crap" helps her.

During more conversations, discoveries and theories, Guaxinim appears to talk too.

Suddenly, an advertisement saying "Whoever finds Meiaum will win J$1,000.00" and all the specialists start the hunt for the hidden specialist.

In the end, no one can find Meiaum, making him automatically win the game and receive the reward.

After losing, Guaxinim, Bagi, Choke, Quel and Maethe meet again to talk and theorize. Suddenly a message appears in everyone's vision ("The moon calls for Guaxinim") and the sky turns red again.

As soon as the sky turns red and the full moon is fully visible, Guaxinim transforms into a werewolf and starts attacking everyone nearby.

Before he can cause more chaos, the werewolf quickly leaves the place. The group finds him again, now locked in a room already transformed into a human again, and he says he is very sick and in pain because of what happened.

After Guaxinim recovers, everyone goes to the room to talk and one of the entities, known as Bala Laika, appears a few times very quickly.

Bagi talks to Guaxinim about the strange conversation she had with Wuant about Hugo and they start a conversation about the new file Bagi received and the theory of Araldo being the Great Thief.

She finishes sharing her information (Saying goodbye to the group before leaving) and quickly exchanges ideas with Himaru about some of the things that happened, with he telling Bagi the real name of “Mr. plant”: Samir.

They head to Pac's house to analyze what could be the reason his house was destroyed and full of ferns and they find some heads of Dryads (Creatures very connected with Samir). He had implied that if someone killed them there would be consequences. Bagi and Himaru come to the conclusion that all the houses that were destroyed are the houses of people who killed some Dryads.

Bagi, Himaru and Guaxinim get together and talk about Wuant acting strange and Araldo's plans.

After an bunch of messages between Guaxinim and Wuant, the trio go after Wuant on the island of Apuapu/Old Dome Island, more specifically, on the Captain's boat. They revisit the boat and the island's factory/laboratory, and inside they find several ferns again.

Heading to the island's Giant Tree, Bagi and Himaru take a look at Moah's house and decide to leave him a letter. They write a letter saying they need help to understand Valigma, that they don't agree with anyone and that they want to help him.

Guaxinim returns from his little exploration while the two were writing the letter and the trio starts talking again. They return to Valigma again and pass by the place where Amora was found, then going to Geraldo's house (The former owner of Júlia's store). They go back to Guaxinim's house to talk.

(Bagi talks about his distrust in Geraldo, theorizing about him and Araldo being the same person.)

Himaru then tells the three about Mayor Jota's house and they all go there.

While exploring the surroundings of the house, the trio find a building protected by a large dome (This appears to be the temple that Choke now protects), with Bagi wasting no time in trying to get through the dome by exploding a nuclear bomb under the place.

Mona appears and helps Bagi detonate another bomb.

Himaru spots Bia or Choke inside the building and Bagi goes to the surface to investigate the place, but they end up finding neither of them.

(Choke sees Himaru and Bagi outside the dome and tries not to be seen, texting them that she is on a exploration with JVNQ).

DAY 52 — 22/10/2024

The day in Valigma begins with Pac doing a little trolling using a fake mask and a voice modulator to pretend he has a real mask.

He meets with Febatista, who tells him that the other day he was teleported to Araldo's office and the two talked in his new factory far from Valigma. He also claims to have received several items from Araldo, as well as a base on the Moon.

Apparently, AuAu will also run for mayor.

ValNews finally has its first edition released!

Febatista puts some books in the mail chest at the ValNews studio telling about Gabepeixe's (non-existent) passion for Araldo. Good old fake news.

Guaxinim transforms back into a werewolf and attacks Choke, who is saved by Guhzera.

Choke calls Pac at her house to tell him about Bia taking her somewhere and says there was a book there that Pac was interested in. She is unable to give her the book as Maethe suddenly appears.

After Julia started talking more, Quel and Guaxinim try to make Coreano lose his fear of talking to her.

Ratomanu appears to Pac and says that it was Maethe and Gnomeu who vandalized his house, helping Pac get revenge by placing cheese in Maethe's house.

In search of gossip for the newspaper, Pac is interrogated by Guaxinim, who asks him about (the level of) his relationship with Mayor Jota. After a bout of jealousy, Raccoon gives Pac a kiss and leaves.

Pac and Guhzera start a war of vandalism at each other's houses.

After Gabepeixe questions Choke about the Bibliotekanya/The Temple, she reveals that it was possibly the place where they trained her. Choke breaks down the dome barriers so others can enter the place, following the rules of not stealing, not exploding and not bringing pets (Choke explains that she didn't bring Gabepeixe to the temple before because of the insecurity she has about Gabe's decisions throughout his journey so far).

The place is full of books and the specialists don't waste time reading each one of them. Suddenly Bia appears, demanding respect for the place.

After much interrogation, one of the specialists tells him about Moah being alive and Bia wants to know where he is. Guaxinim then gives her a pão de queijo, saying that it was Moah who gave it to him.

After a lot of conversation, Bia and Coreano make an agreement.

At his Senpai's dojo, Gabepeixe discovers that an Obstinate is approaching. He asks his Senpai about Bia and he responds that he respects her too much.

Okay, so I don't actually have any playlists of my own; I entirely use playlists made by other people/generated by Spotify/actual albums, so I had to improvise. I stuck all six Spotify "Daily Mixes", my top 100 songs of 2021, 2022, and 202; my "On Repeat" playlist, and my "Repeat Rewind" playlist into a brand new playlist that contains 563 songs. I'm not good about favoriting songs, so I thought this was the fairest system. Some songs I don't actually know may come out of the Daily Mixes, so if that happens, I'll listen to it for the first time. Okay, cool.

1. Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran do a cover of the "Thriller/Heads Will Roll" Glee mashup.

Well, Taylor and Ed are two people, and this is a duet, so that's a good start. However, that's as far as my enthusiasm goes. Taylor has a *good* voice, however, she's not really a belter, which is all the "Heads Will Roll" part is. And Ed Sheeran covering Michael Jackson is not something that needs to happen.

2. The Warblers from Glee cover "I Feel Pretty/Unpretty"...also from Glee.

This is a song a female insecurity (arguably with lesbian undertones). I do not want an all male a cappella group involving themselves. Terrible idea.

3. Johnny Cash covers "Girl on Fire". Specifically the Glee arrangement.

This is so stupid that I love it. Johnny "Ring-Of-Fire" Cash covering a 2010s pop song about a woman being metaphorically on fire is hilarious to me. And the Glee arrangement is the icing on the cake.

4. Johnny Cash covers "champagne problems" by Taylor Swift.

Interesting that I got Johnny Cash twice in a row. Anyways, I think this just might work. I can't explain why. But it would.

5. Brittany from Glee covers "Million Reasons" by Lady Gaga.

Brittany can only really pull off heavily produced dance pop, and this song is a belting-heavy ballad. Sorry, Britt, but it's a no for me.

6. Simon & Garfunkel cover "obsessed" by Olivia Rodrigo.

I can't * f a t h o m * how this would sound. I am intrigued to hear it, but I sense it would be terrible. But, then again, Paul Simon is a musical genius and I could listen to Art Garfunkel sing anything.

7. Natasha Bedingfeld covers "Last Kiss" by Taylor Swift.

Natasha Bedingfeld is one of the never-heard-of-this-person-before-in-my-life musicians I warned you might appear on this playlist. Having heard one song, she's a generic pop artist. Sort of a Beyoncé vibe. I'm sure she'd do just fine covering Taylor.

8. Avril Lavigne covers "Operator" by Jim Croce.

Avril is another person I don't actually listen to (I actually know who she is this time). Uhh.. this cover would be wack, but I'm not sure if it's wack in a good or bad way.

9. Darren Criss covers "Talkin' Bout a Revolution" by Tracy Chapman.

(Yes, this was a DC original song, not a Glee cover.) Okay, so, having been on Glee, Darren knows how to do a killer cover, and I'm sure this would be no different. Kind of a tone deaf song selection on his part, however.

10. Olivia Rodrigo covers "Heaven Is A Place on Earth" by Belinda Carlisle.

I do know this song, and it's not *out* of my taste range, but I don't think I've ever listened to it on Spotify before, so. Anyways, I think this is the best combination I've gotten! I really want to hear this now! Best for last!

Well, Sina, and these the crazy combinations you expected from me? Very Glee heavy and most of the combinations would be horrid, which seems in character.

daily reminder day 200 (AHH!!): eddie k-tozier is alive and well and right now he and richie are at a karaoke bar and singing the Piña Colada song on stage. neither of them can sing worth shit, but that’s never stopped them before.

daily reminder day 201: eddie k-tozier is alive and well and right now he’s shaking his ass to the music he has playing while he makes margaritas. he’s in a pair of track shorts and one of richie’s oversized hawaiian shirts with all the buttons undone, sweating bullets because it’s apparently the hottest day of the year according to the news. as you all already know, he hates the damn heat. but at least he has margaritas.

daily reminder day 202: eddie k-tozier is alive and well and right now he and richie are enjoying their sunday out by their pool. eddie tanning with a book and richie cannon-balling into the pool close enough to eddie to splash him enough times to unapologetically piss him off. it’s kinda worth it because richie absolutely adores the vein that pops out eddie’s forehead and the wrinkle of his nose he has when he’s bitching at richie. it’s worth it, especially when eddie jumps into the pool and chased him around until they inevitably ended up kissing by the edge. eddie can never stay actually pissed at him.

daily reminder day 203: eddie k-tozier is alive and well and right now he and richie are at an event for richie’s job. they’re mingling, richie talking to his manager by the bar while eddie is across the crowded room talking to…somebody. he doesn’t know who it is, hes barely listening as he sips his wine, his eyes always finding their way back to richie. richie meets his gaze almost every time, and there’s a moment when it feels like it’s just them. though not even being close to each other to talk, they still manage to have a silent convo, something theyve always been able to do after being together for so long. they don’t even need words to know exactly what the other is saying. and eddie’s cheeks warm as he understands what the look richie gives him means. in other words, it’s time to get ready to leave.

daily reminder day 204: eddie k-tozier is alive and well and right now he’s washing his car. he would go to a car wash but they never gets it clean like he knows he can when he cleans it himself. not only that but it’s the perfect time to be a fucking tease to richie, who he knows is watching from the window of their house. cause why tf not, right? he’s killing two birds with one stone.

daily reminder day 205: eddie k-tozier is alive and well and right now he’s just thinking about how much he loves his husband. he’s staring at richie with his chin in the palm of his hand as richie tries to lick some mustard off to the corner of his mouth away. he looks like a dumbass but he’s /eddie’s/ dumbass and that’s all that matters. eddie ends up wiping away the mustard away for richie before kissing him with an affectionate smile.

"Indie rocker Ethel Cain performed an alluring set at IHG to an immense Lollapalooza crowd on Saturday.

... Where in the studio version of “Preacher’s Daughter,” the instrumentation provides a graceful accompaniment, the drums and guitar manage to overpower Cain’s voice on the set.

Her voice was extremely faint throughout the first few songs, making it very difficult to hear what she was singing besides a few mumbles, and frustrating people in the crowd.

The attendees livened up as the eerie strum of the guitar signaled the beginning of “House in Nebraska,” one of her most popular songs off of “Preacher’s Daughter.”

The opening of the song sounded like Cain was merely muttering into the microphone, but her voice finally amplified as she started on the chorus.

“And I still call home,” she sang, as she held out her microphone to the crowd encouraging them to sing along. “That house in Nebraska.”"

United Universes Tour 2024! Dont Stop Believin!

After that HE came out! DODGER and went into the center of the arena where a piano was set up he then sat down at it and started to play the cords for dont stop believin!! A surprise was coming there way!! :3 doors opened up from all aroud the rink and what rised up from them were stadium seatings!!!! :3 ALL AROUND!! One side had the original 101 dalmatians!!! :3 And down in front were of course Lucky Rowley and Cadpig and Spot!

the other side had the 101 Dalmatian street Dalmatians with Dylan and Dolly leading the way!! ;3

All the primary characters made there way to the center as the bleachers orbited around the rink!!!

Which was about 30 pups!! and 4 parents :3!

The crowd was in awe as they skated!! The pups around them were keeping the beat!!

It was then it began!!! :3
