If you make a modern AU of Pokemon Legends Arceus does that count as a Diamond/Pearl AU
#toastshark rambles#Pokemon#pokemon legends arceus#pokemon gen 4#since modern Hisui is just Sinnoh#this has nothing to do with the previous post#just read smth while browsing a tag#because like. aren’t half the cast of legends ancestors of Mainline characters?#does that even qualify as a Legends AU then#or does it automatically beocme a crossover

Could I maybe get a Hisuian!Reader who came to Paldea through a space time rift? They remember everything, they still have all their old Pokemon, they like to share stories of their adventures (anything from taking on Volo to "Oh yeah, I caught this alpha garchomp after a half-hour standoff, here's her gigaton ball lol."), they've got little scars here and there from accidentally standing too close to Pokemon attacks or taking fall damage, and they give descendants of their Hisuian Pokemon to their blueberry friends (BBE4, Carmine, and Kieran) during their trades. To make things even more interesting, I wonder what that reader would think about bloodmoon ursaluna, Perrin, and modern Sinnoh - seeing their dear friend Adaman in someone alive today and seeing just how much things have changed over the years
The PLA fixation is real so YESSSIR I finally got around to this one. I separated the headcanons by region and their respective characters
.............
Paldea (Arven, Penny, Nemona)
After finishing your mission in Hisui, you decided to confront Arceus, being satisfied with everything you've done for the Survey Corps and the good people of Jubilife Village.
You fully finished the pokedex, fulfilling Professor Laventon's dreams, and were ready to return home.
After some reluctance, Arceus agreed and ensured you wouldn't lose any of your memories, as you didn't want all your feats in Hisui become lost to history.
It warned you that you'll never get to see Rei/Akari, Professor Laventon, the Wardens...or anyone else ever again.
But you've said your goodbyes and were ready to go back.
One warp through a space-time rift later, you were dropped off in Paldea-
Right where Arven, Penny, and Nemona were discussing whether to call off the search for you or not.
As it turns out, you've been missing for months, not long after the Area Zero adventure, and so it's a rather tearful reunion when they realize the person in the old fashioned clothing was you.
You looked tired, scarred, battle-hardened...and yet you smiled as you joked about being "back from the past".
Since then, easing back into modern life was..trickier than you expected.
You still had the habit of crafting pokeballs and potions as you were taught, rather than spend money buying them in bulk (even though you had boatloads because of your champion status).
You tried getting the trio to follow your directions, but they kept fumbling with the tumblestones and didn't know where to attach the iron chunks that made up the clasps.
When you start talking about feather, wing, leaden, and gigaton pokeballs they stare at you in confusion until you realize "oh shit those are outdated".
Nemona is VERY curious about the gigaton ball, however, and so you show it to her--revealing your Alpha Garchomp branded with the "Former Alpha" mark. She got to keep her height.
"Oh yeah, she was a real feisty one. We had a half-hour standoff on a slippery ice mountain slope but I showed her who's boss haha." You laugh as you share the story of how you encountered and tamed her.
Your fellow champion now thinks you're 10x cooler for actually facing a Pokémon head-on....while poor Arven and Penny are shook(TM) and wondered how you made it back alive.
Especially when they discover your scars are from falling and vicious Pokemon attacks
Introducing your Hisuian starter to your Paldean starter was...a little awkward. One recently became a champion's Pokémon and the other faced Giratina itself.
But they eventually shake hands and become besties, becoming members of your party whenever you wanna battle Arven, Penny, or Nemona again.
You keep accidentally calling out agile/strong style in your commands (ie "Avalugg, make an Agile Avalanche!"), but your Pokémon like to pretend they still know them.
Kitakami (Perrin & Bloodmoon Ursaluna)
Returning to Kitakami felt most familiar..and quite comforting considering how traditional everything is.
Festival of the Masks came back around, and while you didn't get to spend it with Kieran nor Carmine this time...you did wind up spending it with somebody else...
Perrin, who you were drawn to after seeing her Hisuian Growlithe getting into trouble with an Arbok and trying to stand up for itself.
Reminds you of a certain late lord's son..
She expresses her thanks for rescuing her buddy, and mentions how you got there "right on time".
You just look into her eyes and see Adaman: the Diamond Clan leader, the kind man who gave you the celestica flute and came to your aid when you got exiled from the village.
He may be gone now, but time didn't allow him to be forgotten.
Because he lives on in somebody else.
Perrin gets concerned when she sees how emotional you're getting, but you just wipe your eyes and say she just reminds you of an "old friend".
When you show her your other Hisuian Pokémon, she's THRILLED and wants to take all of their pictures, delighted to have proof that these creatures existed.
That leads her to ask how you acquired them, and you start talking about your adventures in the very region she's been studying...including the fact you met her ancestor who used to worship Dialga and had an easygoing attitude like her.
Girl is taking notes fr.
Together you seek out the "Bloodmoon Beast", only to discover that it was an Ursaluna who travelled alllll the way to Kitakami from Hisui, the environment causing it to change appearances and abilities.
You were fascinated, wondering what Lord Ursaluna or Calaba would think of him, and made him a member of your team after quelling his rage.
While going on more casual photoshoots with Perrin, you ask her about what Sinnoh is like now or if anyone there knew about Hisui.
She mentions how the elderly folk talk of it, and how the subway battle system was being run by one conductor due to the other going missing...
You find yourself holding your breath---until she says "oh but apparently he came back like yesterday" and you were SO relieved.
'Ingo made it back home, too. Thank you Arceus.'
She plans to invite you to Sinnoh someday, seeing as you're so curious about what it all looks like now.
BB Academy (BBE4, Carmine, & Kieran)
When you got to study abroad at BB Academy, you...sorta forgot all the beef you had with Kieran until you saw him berating a student out in the terarium.
A year later, you're Paldea's champion AND the one who saved Hisui, but you couldn't exactly tell him the latter.
But now you understood why everyone back then calling you a "hero" made you a little uncomfortable.
Ogerpon (who was worried sick about where you've gone all this time), was SO happy to see you were back and got to meet your Hisuian Lilligant. Two plant gals just vibing together.
You find a Kleavor in the canyon biome and become a bit sentimental, happy to see a descendant of the Lord of the Woods had survived to this very day.
He must've known you were the one who helped his ancestor (albeit not without receiving some scars from flying wood chips), as he bowed and began walking alongside you, loyal to a tee.
Least to say, he became a valuable ally when you finally battled Kieran in the championship.
He sees that you've definitely changed a lot, too. You look tougher and he was concerned about where that scar across your eye came from....
But he's still obsessed with winning, and his attitude when talking about Terapagos afterwards reminds you of...well...Volo.
It's such an extreme comparison, and you hate how your brain immediately jumped to that considering that was a legitimate monster of a man who betrayed you.
Yet it feels like such a similar situation when Kieran pits the turtle against you in the Underdepths, obsessed with power and wanting nothing more than to be recognized as "worthy".
At least he wasn't planning on ending the world, just yours.
After you both reconcile, you spill the beans about where you've gone for the past year, expecting him to laugh or shun you again for keeping such a big secret from him.
Instead..he has this star-eyed look and wanted to know MORE.
So during your next visit to Kitakami, you tell him and Carmine some stories of your Hisuian adventures, showing off Kleavor and your Alpha Garchomp.
Seeing that you still liked to make authentic pokeballs and potions made Kieran appreciate you a lot more. Kitakami used to have a lot of those apricorns, tumblestones, and leeks before everything became mass-produced.
Like him, you really became out-of-touch with today's technology, so while he's learning it, you're re-learning it along with him.
Eventually you tell those same stories to the BB E4, who are all just as shocked, amazed, and bewildered as the twins were.
And when they all came to offer up a trade, you knew what to do:
For Drayton, you gave him a Goomy, insisting that he trains it fully, not wanting to spoil the "surprise".
As lazy as he is, he does so and is stunned when Sliggoo is revealed to be chilling in its own shell, and Goodra had its whole shell on its tail, capable of withdrawing into it anytime
Ngl it makes him wish he had his own shell to withdraw into just to escape situations.
For someone like Kieran who likes old-fashioned stuff, you figured a Hisuian Voltorb would suit him best.
Its appearance reminds you of the olden ways pokeballs were made, and he got the hang of crafting a few himself after a little trial and error!
He gets nervous about it exploding like Kantonian Voltorbs at the slightest touch, but is happy to find out it's super friendly and discharges just to spook humans.
As for Carmine, the sharpness in her golden eyes reminds you of a certain ghost type's...and thus you believed giving her a Hisuian Zorua was ideal. You had a feeling she'd love its evolved form.
When she does evolve it, she's stunned that it has reddish highlights like she does, jokingly asking if this is her in "another life".
Least to say, she loves it indeed.
While you were adamant about giving Amarys your Kleavor, you ended up trading her a Scyther and give her a black augurite afterwards, explaining how it's the secret to its other evolution.
She mentioned deposits of that mineral existing within the canyon biome, but it couldn't actually evolve the surrounding Scyther population due to being simulated.
But thanks to you, she gets to witness that in-action because you held onto an authentic piece of it, and she gives you her thanks.
As for Crispin, well, you believed a Hisuian Growlithe was perfect for him. It was energetic, loyal, and full of fire..just like him.
He got teary-eyed at the story you told of the late Lord Arcanine, his son, how you quelled his frenzy, etc..and feels inspired to train the pup you've given him into something incredible.
One thing Kantonian and Hisuian Arcanines have in common? They love spicy foods.
For Lacey, you trade her a Hisuian-born Petili, encouraging her to use the sun stone right away.
She does and is delighted to see Lilligant as such a graceful dancer..who really packs a punch when it counts!
She'll definitely doll her up and ensure she knew Charm (the only fairy move Hisuian Lilligant could know, alas).

Maybe the clan could call themselves the “Subway clan” or the “Station clan” or something like that just to try to either jog Ingo’s memories and/or just use something familiar. They would also call Ingo “Boss ingo” or “subway boss ingo” and all the other people would be super confused like : “ What in sinnohs name is a subway and why is that clan obsessed with them?”
Just some silly ideas, I REALLY like this AU, Super bravo!! Excellent!!
I feel like since Ingo is the only boss around, they'll just call him Boss or Sir, as opposed to Boss Ingo or the mouthful that is his full title. Plus, they do at some point realize that attempting to get Ingo to remember is actively hurting him because of the pressure, so they're careful to just... act normal around him, and don't make attempts unless he specifically asks for it. The medic on the team won't have them giving Ingo any stress, ESPECIALLY with how injured he was.
Anyways, I'd like to think that at least one of the depot agents is probably a sci-fi nerd. Meaning that they're hyper-aware that fucking with the timeline is uhhh Bad. I imagine at some point they would panic and come up with a wild cover story about them being from a totally different world altogether.
Which would OBVIOUSLY fuck with Historians in the future even MORE. Did the existence of modern day trains come from the schematics from another world? Just how advanced was the otherworld train that had crashed in Hisui, in comparison to modern trains? How advanced was their society? WHY DID THEY REFUSE TO HAVE THEIR PICTURES TAKEN—
Basically it's a "were trains invented by aliens" debate bc One Person panicked and came up with the worst story imaginable. It's like how people think the Pyramids were made by aliens.

DxP Ask - Mizumi & Time Travel
NOTE: this has minor spoilers about one of the main characters of DxP REWRITE if you haven’t read up to the most recent comic - if you’re caught up (or don’t care lol), go on ahead!
bca_private from Instagram asked:
Something I’ve been wondering about Mizumi: I understand that she’s Ansy’s ancestor, but she was also from the future and brought to Hisui by Arceus, right? From when is she? Was she born in the same era as Ansy (making it a paradox), or was she from an earlier time regardless?
Mizumi was a modern girl from Sinnoh - just a normal 15-year-old girl who went to a certain school in Jubilife City until a fateful trip up Mt. Coronet, where she got isekai’ed to Hisui about 150 years in the past. Legends Arceus happens, & eventually she restarts her family line to become Ansy’s great-great-grandmother.
She was born when Ansy was about 19 & living in Unova (while the rest of her family lived either in Kanto, Unova, & Alola). Meanwhile, Ansy’s paternal side of the family is living in Kalos around the time of Legends Arceus (already planning for Legends ZA lol) before they immigrated to Unova. All to say that no one in Ansy’s family apart from Mizumi & her family live/lived in Sinnoh.
So yeah - not a grandfather paradox (none of that), but still paradoxical as Ansy was technically born before her ancestor was.
However, two rules of time travel that exist in at least Ansy’s tiny corner of the Pokéverse are this: self-repairing timeline & multiverse theory. I imagine one of Dialga’s roles as the deity of time is sorting through time paradoxes: seeing which ones are “canon” with Arceus, correcting the flow of time to accommodate it, & for the ones that aren’t, create another spacetime together with Palkia for it (like we saw in Scarlet x Violet, & a few of the games themselves)
As I’d recently added to Ansy’s profile page, apart from me just wanting to play as Ansy’s maternal ancestor, it actually does seem to be the canon that isekai’ed Rei / Akari IS Lucas / Dawn’s ancestor. My biggest evidence for this is if you have a completed save in Legends Arceus (aka you befriended Arceus), & then start a save in BDSP, you’ll find the Azure Flute in your room at the very beginning of the game, like it’s a family heirloom that’s made it’s way down to you.
In the SxV Epilogue leading into DxP REWRITE, Mizumi passed the Azure Flute down to Ansy in a slightly different way lol, but same principle.
One last little note to wrap this all up: as of the events of Paldea (the first time either of them really encountered space-time travel), Ansy & Ikrit have shared notes about the rules that exist for them. Ikrit, being a student of Professor Cozmo & astrophysics, goes more in depth while Ansy can follow well enough when numbers aren’t involved lol.
So far their notes include: AU’s (multiverse theory), self-repairing timelines, converging timelines (& memory correction), & what I’m just gonna call “uninterrupted time” because I can’t find an official name of this theory / principle anywhere lol (time moves in either points of the timeline at the same pace since the time traveler left the present - Mizumi spent 2 years in Hisui, 2 years have gone by in the present, same for Ingo’s 7 years).
That’s it for me geeking out about time travel for now. Later! 🌧️
#pokemon#fancomic#OC#lore#time travel#wibbly wobbly timey wimey#time travel can be very cool if done right#trying my best lol#legends arceus#scarlet and violet#BDSP#hidden Ingo#can you find him?

cw: fluff, short, Volo in modern world (but not modern Volo)
pairing: Volo/Reader
He had barely changed since being forced here into the future from his place in Hisui.
Just as Volo had promised you, his ambitions to unravel all of Hisui's – Now, Modern Sinnoh – mysteries remained unchanged. A goal of forcing Arceus out before him to claim its power as his own would never leave him, not entirely.
No one but you (and Giratina) seemed aware of his more malicious intent. He easily fell back into his friendly persona that nearly masked his real self. Those piercing, stormy eyes of madness that had stared you down as he planned to use Giratina to end your life for daring to oppose him we no where to be seen among the people who spoke to him.
Well, perhaps that was him losing himself in that moment, as before he had truly been kind to you. Granted, most of it had been for his benefit, but still, you felt a certain closeness that no other in the wild lands of Hisui had to him.
You clutched a gift bag in your hands carefully. It was foolish to meet him alone, but you desperately needed to speak with him once again. Like most people considered an antagonistic type, and just as he was back in his time, it was difficult to find him. His avoidance of public spaces heavily apparent to anyone.
But, you knew him well.
Better than anyone else on this artificial island could ever hope to.
His hand on your shoulder from behind no longer scared you. It was expected. “Are you simply stupid or do you have a death wish?” he whispered, using his towering height to loom over you. You took in a shaky breath. He was terrifying. A madman with the will to bring about his perfect world, no matter the cost of life or pain involved. Yet, Volo was still not some inhuman monster. His friendly mask was not entirely a separate person. Rather, a glimpse into what he could have been.
You turned around to face him, stunned to see him still donning his merchant attire. The bag in your hands was gripped tighter. You stood up straight. “Neither,” you smiled at him, “Well, maybe a little dumb, but I got you a gift.” The bag was held out to him. It had a familiar red, blue, and white pattern on it. His expression was instantly filled with suspicion, yet he still took it from your hands.
Volo carefully pulled away the gift paper as he reached his hand into the bag. Out came a plush toy. The Togepi plush sat cutely in his hand as it stared up at him with a cute face. The blond bit his tongue. “I thought you might like it,” you told him sweetly, “A welcoming gift to this modern era. There's a lot more merchandise themed around Togepi and its evolution line, too.”
Volo shot a harsh look at you before tucking the plush toy into his bag. “Is that really the only reason you sought me out?” he hissed at you, clearly not wanting to admit he liked the gift out loud. You shrugged. His fondness for the Spike Ball pokemon was something that was shamelessly apparent. All the work to go through in evolving it simply meant he had to care for the fairy types.
“... I also wanted to talk,” you stepped closer to him, only a few centimetres away from the blond, “I… I know we may never see eye to eye, but I did truly mean it when I said I loved you.” Volo closed his eyes. It was obvious he was in some form of torment. Yet, before you had time to question his emotional state, cool hands came to cup your cheeks. Volo's grey eyes meeting yours with a strange grin on his lips.
“And I, too, genuinely meant it when I returned the words,” you felt breathless as his face hovered close to yours, “You really were foolish to come here.” His lips met yours for a kiss that held too many conflicting emotions.
“I'm never letting you go again,” he threatened when the affection broke.
It was hard to tell who was the real fool between you both.

Chimecho Facts
(Art by @witbik )
-The scientific name for Chimecho is "Sonus canus" which roughly translates to "Chime sound"
-The Chimeco line is related to the Bronzong line
-Chimeco breeding became very popular 1930s Sinnoh, where people would try and breed the most exquisite Chimeco. This has led to many Chimeco variants and crossbreeds
-In the wild, Chimecho live in forests, mountains, fields, and cemeteries
-Because they are commonly found on cemeteries, many people associate them with death. It's an old tradition to bring Chimecho to funerals on Sinnoh
-The inside of its body is hollow. Most of its organs are under a thin layer of muscle and skin surrounding the hollowness
-The thin metal surrounding them works like an exoskeleton
-The top of Chimecho's head has little suction cups, which they use to cling to branches or cliffs in order to sleep. They also do this in strong winds to prevent flying off
(Art by Naoyo Kimura)
-The tails Chimecho have have small muscles around them, making it able to slightly move around
-Baby Mobiles made to resemble Chingling/Chimecho are very common around the world
-The Chimecho line is entirely herbivores
-Just like people, Chimecho's voice varies between each one
-In Hisui, and even in modern times, Chimecho have often been used as doorbells or warning bells for homes since they scream very loudly whenever something unknown approaches
-While wind chimes were inspired by Chimecho, they didn't always resemble wind chimes this much, and only started developing a more mellow appearance to blend in with human societies easier
-Researchers theorize that Chimecho might have their own language, being that they communicate using a variety of different cries when communicating with one another. These cries and calls can vary between regions and even groups. Chimecho who were raised away from other Chimecho often have trouble communicating with them

More ZA talk, this time just talking about how a single city can work for a game.
I've seen a lot of poketubers talk about how they "have to" expand outside of Lumiose because it's so small, but- as the rare Pokemon player that's actually played a game BESIDES Pokemon (apparently we're a rare species)- I can assure you it is indeed possible to make an entire city work for a single game- Saints Row 3 and 4, GTAV, Infamous 1 and 2, Spider-Man PS4, *Detective Pikachu???* did we forgor that already? All of those take place in a city, and in some cases are bigger than Kanto, Galar, Hisui, and Paldea individually.
The entire game can take place in Lumiose- just probably not the SAME Lumiose from XY on the 3ds. Look at Hisui- that's old Sinnoh, but there's a lot of liberties taken in regards to certain area placements that wouldn't make sense (Obsidian Fieldlands is a good example, having Mesprit's lake to the northwest of what we assume to be future locations for Floaroma Town, as is the coast lands if we look at Giratina's location).
So, again, having played other games where you're basically in a big city, and having myself lived in a real city with more ground to cover than some entire Pokemon games, it can work, you just have to open your mind to the possibilities.
Yes, even in old Paris circa 1850s and especially modern Paris.
In fact, even though the game was shit for being a buggy and unfinished mess (not to mention a French ripoff of 2, imo), Assassin's Creed Unity takes place in Paris during the French Revolution- only a few decades older than the proposed 1850s setting- and AC games tend to be pretty thorough when it comes to historical accuracy of cities in their games (in fact, when the Cathedral of Notre Dame burned down, they gave data of the church to help in repairs since they mapped it out so well for their game). Bar some obvious inaccuracies, i point that out to give you some idea of the scope of an area size we could explore. It's a huge map with lots of ground to cover.
The main thing to understand is that it may be a different game than most expect. The first trailer for ZA talks about rebuilding Lumiose for city planning purposes- not quite the rugged, untamed wilderness (well, kinda tamed by the Diamond, Pearl, and Celestica clans, but mostly untouched) of Hisui.
So what kind of game could it be? That, I'm unsure of, but I'm sure there's plenty to work with in terms of exploration in a Pokemon game, just not the way you expect.
Here's what I'm picturing: streets, alleys, rivers, old buildings (inside, the roof, the walls, etc), factories, barns, the sky, sewer adjacent tunnels, ponds, rail road tracks and rail road tunnels, catacombs (and or an underground samctuary type place), and perhaps a reinvisioning of the 5 plazas for specific biomes.
Let's look at the map shown in the trailer
Idk about yall, but that's not the same Lumiose from the 3ds, and 3ds Lumiose is still the biggest city we've ever had. Take a look at all of those alleys and buildings and streets- assume this isn't like SV and we can actually go INSIDE places, and suddenly this place looks about 12 times bigger than imagined.
Now this is most likely a modern map of Lumiose, but you can still get an idea of the size of the area we have to work with. It's a big place- maybe we're not going to have a huge varied world to explore like usual, but imagine having missions and story that takes place in particular areas here. That's how many games work with singular cities- go to John Street to meet with Bert and do his bidding, go to the docks to meet with Hans to talk about shipments, go talk to Frank at his house on 123 Street, investigate the factories near city hall- it's not a usual Pokemon game, but it can work in that style of missions and progressions because many games DO work in that style.
Does that make sense? Open some minds here?
They're not gonna sell you a game you're gonna beat in 30 minutes or 2 hours- it's gotta tide you over til the next game, and Nintendo would absolutely rip John Game Freak's testicles out of their collective bodies through their goddamn kneecaps with TONGS if they had to refund games completed that quickly or because they made the audience that mad (i mean, theyve shown they can get away with selling unfinished games, but you know, at least they weren't short-). If it were really that small, they'd just tack it onto SV as DLC. They're not gonna try and make a city the size of Mezagoza City from Paldea into a game, make sense?
You'll probably have a hub or home base and explore the city, and portions of story take place in particular areas of the map- probably doled out to you by handlers, re go to 123 street to talk to Frank as mentioned above. Handlers being important to give an open sandbox and open progression system. Yes, you may be sort of all over the place, maybe coming back to areas you've been, being sent from one side of town to another- that can actually be fun if you have proper transport or modes of travel- something like Spider-Man or cars in some games, but in our case probably Pokemon (maybe a Kalosian Ariados evolution with web slinging lol). Remember, we're not here for badges, we're here for a specific purpose.
So what I'm picturing is that you get started and are told to go places for plot purposes with a minimap to guide you. You can find something like a Pidgey on a lamp post and throw a ball at it to catch it or start a fight with it in the street. Catch it, get on a Gogoat to run through the streets, go past an alleyway- whoa there's a shiny Gengar in there, go there and fight it and catch it- okay back to the objective.
In this sense, I think the trailer is actually a decent example of how Pokemon placement could work, not to mention city layout with multiple layers of urban exploration.
It's an "ambitious" game, like how Arceus was, so just go in with the expectation that it'll be very different compared to what we're used to. We likely won't hear anything about it for a while- I'll say August at the earliest for Worlds, then another drought. Maybe by then we can have a few eggs for this omelet.

Mmmh, I wonder... why did Arceus choose Akari/Kiki and no one else....
Oh! It could be like a paradox! Something like: Dialga (god of time) knew that Akari wasn't from this period but didn't know why they were here. Then, centuries later, he see a copy of his trainer/friend/buddy and goes "oooooh, hey Arceus could you quickly put this child in the past, you'll understand why :D". It's actually a time loop!
Or it could go as if Arceus knew that something was happening in the past and quickly needed someone to fix it. And then see this kid who is going to be BLASTED by a turtle and goes "You're my favorite now, we're having soft tacos in Hisui :D"
Hehehe, these are just theories that went trough my mind when I tought about your AU xD
It’s pretty much the second one LOL. So Arceus noticed something up with the space time rifts in the past that was messing with the timeline. In my AU a space time rift in the subway sent Ingo to the past and he lost his memories to Uxie. Arceus knew what was up with Volo since it is all knowing and all seeing and needed someone with modern knowledge to put a stop to it, like someone with battle knowledge. Since Ingo was there it hoped that would be enough of a change but Ingo masked real hard and adapted a little too well so Arceus needed a plan b.
It couldn’t just yoink someone willynilly like it needed to get someone that technically brushed it’s realm to truey affect the outcome of where they went, and the terapagos blast kind of did that. It’s powerful enough to rip a hole into space and time and Kieran was caught in the middle. Arceus knows all it’s people therefore it knew Kieran who technically was a strong trainer and when he wasn’t having a mental breakdown, could be very driven and loved Pokemon. So it was a “free real estate” moment where Arceus kind of just yoinked Kieran and was like here you go and deposited him in ancient Sinnoh. Only thing is that seeing the face of god scrambled Kieran’s brain a bit. Arceus really went oops sorry but I got you the latest iPhone as an apology.
Arceus did kind of want Dawn to go back but couldn’t mess with the timeline to that extent, Kieran was convenient. But Arceus grew very fond of Kieran/Akari so now Arceus has two favorites.
#ask#legends arceus au#Pokémon legends arceus#Kieran#why does the almighty sinnoh get TWO favorites that’s not fair!#cry about it giritina#literally Arceus needed to fix a problem and saw oooooo shiny STRONG TRAINER#yoink

Streamer AU! So they did memes and established dabbing as part of history, but now comes the Jojo references! This time is unintentional, but nevertheless referencing Jojo!
So, the Streamer is just wandering around Husky with their Pokémon, chatting to the stream and hanging out their Pokémon when they witnessed a mean guy, not really Volo, just a random bad person, kicking a poor sweet and innocent baby Pokemon. Obviously this should be a job for the Streamer’s angered and protective Pokemon tk step in, right? Well, you’re half-right; Streamer steps forward and allows their Pokémon to care for the poor kicked Pokémon…before proceeding to beat up the Pokémon abuser.
Stream watches as the Streamer is beating up the Pokémon abuser with ease, kicking him Abacchio-style and unleashing the Jojo kick meme onto the abuser until he’s begging for mercy. Some of the chat are worried that the Streamer might get arrested for assault even if in defense when they return home. Others? Happily cheering on the Streamer!
You were hardened on your days alone in the wild. You hd taken olenty hits, and knew how to give them.
So just beating up a guy JoJo style is icing on the cake.
Thankfully, given that you were in Hisui, and not modern Sinnoh, modern law does not technically apply to you, since modern law did not exist, and most laws in settlements typically require you to be on specific land and in said settlements i Imagine.
You have plenty of Lawyers at least typing that up as we speak, ready to go to your defense.
Though it would probably be funny if your account got banned for the violence, only for it to be lifted 4 hours later with a public apology from the streaming service.
Too many people in powerful positions were not gonna let that slide, even if you beat a man near to death like in JJBA
You’ll happily do more JoJo memes though since the chat seemed to enjoy most of it.
…So long as you hopefully don’t have to beat up anyone in the future.

...Ah~! Here we are...
It's been a while since I've used one of these.
Ahem.
Hello, you may call me Vee~ I've moved fairly recently to Castelia City for a bit of a fresh start. I'm a bit...new to "social media" so do extend some patience, aha~
I'm rather fond of history, more specifically mythology, and am constantly in search of more knowledge.
It seems to be popular to include more information regarding yourself down below.
He/him and they/them are my pronouns and I'm currently 29 years old. I'm fairly tall, I believe around 190cm last I checked.
Originally from... Sinnoh.
My current team consists of:
Spiritomb ♂ - Seneca
Roserade ♂ - Amnon
Togekiss ♀ - Eden
Hisuian Arcanine ♀ - Eris
Lucario ♂ - Malachi
Garchomp ♂ - Ramiel
Eevee ♀ - Bliss
((OOC NOTE: Please read before interacting!!
Hey hey! Welcome to my Pokémon rp blog. On this blog I will be pretending as if the world of Pokémon is 100% real. This being said, I will be including pkmn rp tags in each post that fits that description as a warning.
Friendly reminder that if you try to engage a plot with me or any kind of offscreen rp experience without at least discussing it with me first, then I will likely not respond. Even if you do approach me with something in mind, there is no guarantee I will engage. Also I tend not to interact or engage in any big events. They tend to become overwhelming for me and you’ll most likely never find me becoming a part of them. Please don’t send in asks regarding big events.
If you are looking to interact with my muse, and your muse is tied to some potentially triggering topics, I would prefer if you discussed potential interactions with me first. This is for my own comfort, so please keep this in mind.
That being said, this blog will likely contain some triggering topics, such as religion, religious guilt/trauma, paranoia, dissociation and other things of this nature.
Admin is an adult! If this makes you uncomfortable then move along.
This is an RP blog, however this specific version of Volo is CANON DIVERGENT and based off an au of mine. For more information regarding this specific au please read the brief summary below:
Volo is a time traveler who's recently fled from Hisuian era Sinnoh not long after the events of PLA. He ran away via space time distortion, which sent him to modern day Unova. He's adopted the alias of "Vee" and will deny any sort of relation to "Volo" or Cynthia.
Volo is not originally from Hisui and has spent a majority of his life jumping through timelines, so he's fairly familiar with the modern day. However he's spent quite a while in Hisui, so there will be a bit of a culture shock. His grasp on current events may be a bit dated as well.
He labels himself as a historian who specializes in mythology, however his intent is to learn more about Arceus and other Pokemon deities. He carefully hides any malintent behind a slightly unsettling mask of friendliness and sociability.
ONCE AGAIN this blog will contain some POTENTIALLY TRIGGERING TOPICS such as religion, religious guilt/trauma, paranoia, dissociation, and other topics that relate to Volo's experience as a religious man with an unhealthy obsession with "god" who also deals with paranoia and other mental issues.
Please be aware that when I am talking as Vee (Volo), he may appear unsettling or not in touch with reality. If you are uncomfortable with this, it may be in your best interest to move along. If something ever comes off as rude/mean, it does not reflect how I actually feel and is just how I believe Vee (Volo) would react.
This blog is SFW, save for vaguely suggestive topics. Anything that is deemed as explicitly NSFW will be deleted on sight.
Another warning. This blog may often be involved in long RP threads. I won’t be using any programs to cut my long posts short. If this bothers you, I would recommend skipping this blog or blocking the tag “long post” or “rp thread”.
Also! I follow and like from @ripoff-robbie-rotten.
HERE IS A REFERENCE I MADE FOR MY VERSION OF VOLO.

Rant/ Spoilers for Pokémon SV DLC: The Teal Mask!! I’ll also add a Sona drawing of my Legends AU and the Paldea one below! I know the style is different. This is my inconsistent style arc LMAO 🫶
Just quick description of why I have 2 Sona Designs! So the first one is the one everyone has seen on this account which is the one that Simps for Adaman and gets taken to Hisui. The other, is the Paldea/Present Storyline (and she simps for Perrin). They both have almost the same backstory (with some minor timeline changes) but one progresses like normal in life while the other gets stuck in the past in the end.
I drew my Typhlosion that way because I thought it would be a cool idea for it to evolve in Sinnoh/ The Distortion World as my Sona somewhat takes over the role of Dawn/Lucas for the Platnuim storyline! And since Hisui and Sinnoh are the same and the Dex entry for Hisuian Typhlosion is:
“…I believe its form has been influenced by the energy of the sacred mountain towering at Hisui’s center.”
And would you look at that? The sacred mountain is Mt. coronet
So since Sinnoh is the Hisui region, it could be cool that the distortion world caused the a mutation of its dormant Hisuian genes to influence its Johtoian/modern day evolution.
- In the distortion world, time doesn’t flow properly and or it doesn’t follow the laws of physics so that could also be a cool loop hole. I get that it wouldn’t make sense for a Pokémon to evolve if time doesn’t flow, but in game, an eevee could still evolve into an umbreon or espeon so I’ll take it LMAO
So it can learn Inferno Parade and some Ghost type moves and it’s Tera Type is Ghost, hehe!
Anyways I’m rambling so move on!
Okay, so all of you know that I’m a fan of Legends Arceus so you can tell that I’m just going to mainly gush over the Perrin Storyline. I think that’s pretty much a given but just know its just me giving a play by play and my reactions so this might not be interesting!
Spoilers, officially starts here!
Okay so seeing Perrin for the first time in game, I literally screamed. Like hello?? You can’t blame me like seriously. She’s kinda my way for coping with the lack of Adaman content and Legends Content but she’s also so prettyyyyyy. So when Kieran literally started saying like, “I’ll meet you there” to progress the main story, I ran up to her trying to progress her story first before anything.
God, they did her justice when they translated her from the official art to the game! I wish to see Adaman in SV rendering style gahhh!!
- I do wish they explained why Hisuian Pokémon are around and not extinct, but that might just be like, “some were bred out of existence”, “they’re rare”, or something of the sort. Either way, due to them bringing back Hisuian Pokémon, im sure they’re might be an explanation in the future!
- I do also wish she explained why she had a Hisuian Growlith in the first place, or our player character mentions “what Pokémon is that?” Or something cause I would assume that Hisuian Variants are rare. Then again, it could be a thing that they talked about them in class. After all, Professor Laventon was on screen in Raifort’s Board
- But Perrin having Growlith just could be a hint that Adaman and Irida got together because she does give you her second Growlith at the end of her story. You know, cause one of the Pearl Clan’s nobles being Arcanine and the whole Colbat Coastline story in Arceus.
- It could mean Adaman and Irida got together, Their clans Merged and or disbanded, or it could literally just be a reference that pokemon did and I’m reading too much into it LMAO
Anyways! As someone who doesn’t do the Dex in Pokémon games, you can imagine me when I heard Perrin mention the requirement of 150 Pokémon for the Kitakami dex. I got like weird Legends Deja-vu and started “sobbing” to my friend, @deflatedrock, over the fact that I have to do the Dex for DLC.
- Also got Deja-vu over the fact that she called me “Kiddo” (yes, I was a Sans simp in my early days…)
- As someone who is not a minor I was like “Perrin please!! I’m not a kid!!” But yes, i understand that the protags in these games are all kids HAHA
- I just imagine my Sona (on the right) just trying to say how she’s not a kid with slight annoyance and embarrassment.
But Did I do it? Yes I got 150 Pokémon under 24 hours, what of it? And that was also including the story and the fact that was under leveled at the beginning of it LMAO
Imagine me screaming when the cutscene of her starts when she challenges me. I love the smile she has and it makes me wish that the switch was a more powerful console! Also Leafeon being her Second pokemon absolutely made me smile and it was super adorable the fact that she was taking pictures of us whenever she battled! Like :((((((((
The story starts after I beat her and she accepts me on taking on the job of helping snap a picture of a hard to find pokemon. I absolutely, am giggling over the “Partner” title I received from her. I was over the moon, on cloud nine LMAO !!
If you saw the direct/played the game, she wants to take a picture of Ursaluna with a unique marking on it’s head and the vague Hisui mentions throughout the story absolutely made me lose my shit. Small bits and pieces that Ursalunas used to be common back in the day or how mentions about her homeland.
Small mentions of Hisui/ Legends make me think of a high possibility of another Legends game could be in the future.
- I am hoping Johto but I do say it would be reasonable for it to be Unova or Kalos. But main reason I want it to be Johto is due to me never playing BW/BW2 or XY. I do plan to play them but the Grind for Unova is rough since DS game and XY i havent gotten the motivation to buy it and play it on 3DS (i know excuses HAHA)
- But I do hope that every region eventually gets its own Legends remake but with actual effort put into it like how Legends did. Legends with it’s music that is a call back to the Diamond, Pearl and Platinum games and a unique take on a pokemon game with Dex being the main priority rather than battles made it that much enjoyable. I do wish they didn’t put out BDSP and focused more time into Legends rather than releasing both.
- obviously not every region needs it, but I would be cool to live through the war or something that was mentioned in Kalos, or live through the events during the Sprout Tower. (I don’t know anything about Unova but *insert something a Unova fan wants from a Unova Legends game*)
But Im rambling so let us continue!
We make our way to the Timeless Woods, the location where the Ursaluna is often spotted and at the time, I didn’t really think much of it. I just thought, “Oh cute! ‘Timeless’ because this story is Hisui coded with Perrin and Ursaluna!”
But love the cute interaction moments:
- Whenever Perrin spoke to the polliwhirl and just calling it a “cutie pie” and speaking to it like anyone would do with their pet. Should’ve been me.
- Her getting embarrassed that the player might’ve tuned in with her pet names to the wild pokemon
- The fact that we saved her from a wild pokemon that came out of nowhere
- The cute camp setup! I will eventually draw her and my Sona sleeping in the tent together as we wait for the fog
- or just any time she would take a photo of us and calling us heroic and such
But before anything Ursaluna related, we must survey the area to see the different species living here. So I go up to her and click “A” to progress the story and we wait for the fog to come in at night…
I didn’t expect much going into it. Literally just thought, Pokémon snap but in SV. Once the survey starts and we officially load in im standing in the woods. The first note plays in the background and I am stunned. My eyes start to well up as the music continues. Heartwoods plays in the background and I had to put down my switch for a moment. I let out an excited squeal as I couldn’t help but just say “oh my god, stop…” with a chuckle. I sat there on my bed just listening to it and letting everything sink in. I couldn’t help but imagine the idea of my Sona possibly getting Deja-vu or her tearing up alongside me.
I stayed in the woods longer than I should have. Taking my sweet time snapping photos of the Pokémon in the area, even though it won’t even matter how good they were as long as the Pokémon were recognizable. I realized I never even screen-recorded anything during this part of the game. I was too immersed to even remember to do that. Perhaps it’s a biased towards Legends but this by far was one of my favorite DLC storylines in a Pokémon game at this point.
But of course, I wanted to progress in the story so I took the photo of the Duskull, completing the side quest. I was absolutely smiling and tearing up over this and my brain making the connection “Eterna” and “Timeless”, the names of the two areas that had this song placed in. Man, this just made me so happy.
Progressing, we learn about Perrin’s creativity problems with her being a burnt out prodigy and all. Focusing on how others want it and how she could get the most points from judges rather than what she thinks looks good.
Telling her that we take photos how we want the Pokémon to turn out makes her think and gets back into her usual mood.
- Her arc in this is great. It’s relatable and I think expands her character her more. I was afraid that she would be just a pretty face that Pokemon won’t do much with other than take photos and be a Legends homage.
We eventually hear stomping off in the Distance that interrupts the moment. We come to the conclusion that it is the Blood-moon Beast and head towards said direction and can I say, THIS GUY LOOKS FUCKING SICK!!
First off I love the fact that it looks like a very old Ursaluna as that as lived through the years and seen the world change along side it. The fact that is stands on 2 rather than 4 legs, the Fur being more Ursaring colored and whatever the gray stuff is growing around it? Perhaps more gray fur to represent it’a age?
I just absolutely love how it looks, I was expecting a regular Ursaluna with a red moon instead of the yellow one it has but this absolutely blew me away. It reminds me of the Crystal Onix that was in the anime! A cool super rare variant that looks like that due to the conditions it was in.
- Don’t count this Ursaluna as a regional variant until it’s confirmed that it is.
I also noticed how it didn’t seem to attack either of us until Perrin accidentally snapped a photo with auto flash. It more or less attacked us by us startling it than Anything.
AND DONT GET ME STARTED WITH THE MUSIC!!!
Like gahhhh!! Like there’s no such thing as a Alpha Pokémon in Present day Pokémon but using the alpha theme to express the tension and idea that this is no ordinary Ursaluna is so good !!
And when you get into the battle with it- LIKE OMG!! The Wild Pokémon battle music used for this just made me scream. And it’s blood moon move One-shorting some of my Pokémon, I was terrified of losing LMAO
- I loved the occasional times that Perrin motives you and cheers you on, I just enjoy the small cutscenes that’s main/ significant characters do that!
But we catch the Ursaluna and the main story part ends. I do enjoy the cute mentions of her taking photos of us while we battled and how they’re her favorite. She wants me fr fr.
She talks about needing to develop them right away and tells us a family saying and We eventually decided to meet back at Mossui.
Again, the call backs/references to Adaman and her being a descendant of the Diamond Clan is just so good! As you can assume, I was just screaming like “Adaman Reference!” And bouncing off the walls. I was at an all time high at this point.
As an Adaman and Legends fan, I was being fed!! With these small details. She also mentioned her dad and how he used the Shaymin Tent but im not sure if we’ll ever see her father. And if he were to be shown, don’t be surprised if I start simping for him too.
- Also can we mention the pose she does whenever she is idol sometimes? The fact that she puts her hand in her pockets like Adaman? Like I can’t be reading too much into it, that’s clearly a Adaman reference, right? IDK IM HAPPY ABOUT THIS
But the rest of the dialogue is her completing her arc of taking photos of how she wants it and now focusing on perfection and the photography standards. I also think it’s cute that she didn’t know the player’s name until now and does a endearing reintroduction with pride. She then gives you a Hisuian Growlith that enjoys battling and talks about how Growliths “like these” tend to come in pairs but even when separated they’re paths will surely cross again. She just confessed to me guys, don’t worry you’re all invited to our wedding, not delusional I swear.
-but guess the Growliths are still around but not often seen based on how she’s referring to them idk
But she leaves and that’s pretty much the end of the story! I do hope we see her again in either a different title or in the next wave but I don’t see her being in the next one. If I remember correctly, it will take place in Blueberry Academy and it’s in the middle of the ocean or something LMAO
Okay but overall: 10/10 experience for the Perrin Storyline!
I am super easy to please but I think it’s such a good story! Did wish it was longer or we had the opportunity to have her stay and have her have like a few more small quests/surveys like that are photo related after the main story? Kinda like how Mai was where you just had to catch Pokémon during the Massive Mass Outbreaks DLC.
My brain is starting to power down but I do wish for Pokémon to do more stories where you get cool unique Pokémon variants that are not shown. Again I hope it’s not a region variant for Ursaluna cause that would make it a whole lot cooler. He’s definitely going on my team.
Im very satisfied with the DLC and i hope we can get more Legends Content in the future. RIP Ingo, Unova Legends could be a good way to some how bring him back is all I’m saying *wink wink nudge nudge*
If you made it this far, thanks! You should comment your thoughts just saying if not then that’s cool too I’m just here to let me brainrot juices out!

Angel wings au)Last Chapter:The rest of the story
A lot of things have happened since then.
(⚠️Caution⚠️)
I used a translator
This is the Fan fiction
It’s different from the original
Pokemon doesn’t appear(Except for one)
All Trainers have angel wings
This AU includes discrimination
Hisui is modern in this au
A lot has changed in the meantime. Now the people of Hisui can go outside as much as they want, Smartphones are now available in Hisui Above all, Rei and Akari became completely guardian angels! BRAVO!
Plus, Skyla woke up again! I apologized as soon as she woke up!
And the most important thing is… We're back to Subway Boss!
—————————————
Adaman and Irida, who subsequently came to check on Ingo's condition, saw Ingo and Emmet sleeping on a hospital bed hugging each other. Alder, seeing the reaction of these leaders, spoke to Adaman and Irida.
"Oh, you guys came just in time. Do you feel anything from this?"
Surprisingly, Irida answered before Adaman (Exactly, she intercepted Adam's words.)
"As expected, the rule that you shouldn't leave Hisui without the leader's permission was a stupid rule." We need to get rid of that rule right now! Why on earth did our grandfathers… former guardian angel leaders come up with these rules with any idea?" "Hey! That's what I was going to say!"
In response, Adaman shouted that he would build a transmission tower in Hisui for quick communication.
"Then I will set up the transmission towers in Hisui! With the aim of getting in touch faster and faster!" "But… do you know what transmission tower is?" "Hey! Do you think I live in the countryside?! Well, this is countryside, so it's not wrong.. But I know what a transmission tower is! These are the pylons we saw when we went to Unova before! The smartphone works well because of the pylons! Shouldn't we build pylons all over Hisui like that?" "How are we going to set them up?" "Well, it'll work out somehow!"
And Adam's pledge was eventually realized in the near future, with several engineers coming from Sinnoh.
Anyway, back to the point, Hisui's angels are finally able to get out of Hisui without permission. Which meant that guardian angels from regions other than Hisui, like Rei and Ingo, can now go home at will.
"It's really good for you, Rei! Now you can go back to your hometown as you please!"
However, Rei reacted indifferently.
"Well, I don't really want to go back to my hometown…" "What do you mean?" "Where I used to live, I was an orphan with no presence… "I want to use Hisui's Jubilife Village as my hometown rather than living in a hometown that doesn't feel like my hometown." "You were banished from Jubilife Village once.. are you okay?"
Rei smiled at Akari and said.
"It was because of Team Plasma, Commander Kamado and Cyllene were forced to give me those orders to protect the villagers, right? I understand them now. And I accepted their apology a few days ago."
And in the near future, Rei and Akari, who were trained in Galaxies as Apprenticeships, were finally officially recognized as guardian angels.
Unusually, however, they decided to stay in Galaxies and teach Apprenticeships, not belong to Diamonds or Pearls.
"I want to teach Apprenticeships like Ingo. Heh heh…" "And since we've been a part of Galaxies for a long time, we're attached to it."
Fortunately, Adaman and Irida allowed this.
Just to add, Volo is still working part-time at the Ginkgo Convenience Store.
"Haam~! I want the monster to show up and strike down it all.. especially this boring convenience store.. But if that monster strikes down everything, the residents will ask me to compensate for everything.. Ugh! Just thinking about it makes me dizzy! This is why monsters exist only in imagination..!"
But if there's a difference from the old days, he's no longer hiding his black wings. (Ginter, the manager, doesn't seem to care much about it.)
"Volo!" "Huh? Rei! Long time no see! And Ingo and his twin brother!"
So what is the situation outside Hisui?
First of all, according to N's comment, Ghetsis left for the distance with Shadow Triads. He left to break into Hisui, the headquarters of the guardian angels, to avenge himself and other guardian angels who obstructed Team Plasma
'Disgusting guardian angels…! I'll definitely get my revenge…!!!'
But even if Ghetsis were to break into Hisui, Ghetsis's revenge would not succeed Rather, he will be immediately overpowered by the guardian angels and his revenge will end in vain.
Hilda, who was caught up in the Black Angel raid several times, resumed her journey alone shortly after the incident. Bianca and Cheren began to study for their dreams, and Hilda went on a journey alone.
"I'd travel all over Unova on my own! Even for Bianca and Cheren!"
Hilda, who was traveling again like that, met a green-haired black angel in front of a Ferris wheel in Nimbasa City one day
"Is that a black angel..?!"
When the black angel saw Hilda, he smiled and talked to her.
"Hi. Nice to meet you. My name is N. I'm going on a trip to find out the truth I don't know. You're going on a trip like me, aren't you?"
And when N reached out to Hilda, she panicked for a moment and then grabbed N's hand.
"I'm Hilda. And yes, I'm also going on a trip."
Since then, N and Hilda have more frequent encounters with each other, and that's how they became close friends.
Skyla, who had been unconscious for a long time, finally opened her eyes.
"….." "Skyla!!!!!" "Skyla!!!" "Elesa… Ingo… and…."
What Skyla saw was Elesa and Ingo And it was Emmet, holding a bouquet full of purple hyacinths that meant sorry.
"………" "Emmet…"
Emmet said to Skyla, holding out a bouquet of flowers
"Skyla… I was so sorry… I was the one who attacked you delivering… So Skyla… I'm really, really sorry… You know, Skyla, you don't have to forgive me… Because I was the one who hurt you so much…"
Skyla replied to Emmet with a smile.
"Don't worry Emmet… I'm okay now."
Rumors have it that Emmet has turned himself in to the police.
"Are you sure you're okay?" "Yup… I think it would be comfortable for me to admit my guilt and be punished…" "We could break up again! And maybe we'll never see each other forever!" "Then you can come to visit me every day Now you can go outside Hisui as you please." "Emmet…"
And he was put on trial, and no matter how much Emmet turned himself in, all of the misdeeds he had committed as Team Plasma were not absent, so his conviction was inevitable, and as a result of the trial, Emmet went to prison.
"You come to visit me every day? You promised me!" "Yes! I will come to see you every day!" "sniff… then I'll be back! Ingo…" "sniff.. .See you again! Emmet…"
Fortunately, Emmett was released early as a model prisoner for showing genuine remorse throughout his time in prison.
Also, Ingo's old and small toy train went back to Emmet just like the day they first met in basement as a child.
"This is… what I gave you back before…" "No Emmet. This toy train is yours. I'm here to return it to commemorate your release from prison." "Ingo…Thank you very much…! sniff.."
And finally, Gear Station has two Subway Bosses back.
"I am the Guardian angel and Subway Boss Ingo. And this is my twin brother, Emmet!" "I am Emmet. I am a also Subway Boss."
However, the angels' eyes on the black angels are not good yet, especially because of Team Plasma, the perception of the black angels is even worse, and Emmet's heart, who barely returned, will be hurt again
"Emmet! I will surely protect you!" "Ingo… you're really going to protect me this time, right?" "Of cours Emmet! Because I am your guardian angel!" "Ingo! Thank you so much!" "You're welcome, Emmet."
This time, obviously, Ingo is playing Emmet's guardian angel well, so it didn't happen that Emmet's heart was hurt.
So Ingo and Emmet returned to their happy daily lives.

Warden ingo x trans masc hcs? 👉👈 maybe plus-sized masc readerq
Warden Ingo x Tranmasc Plus Sized Reader
Well. This is certainly not how you imagined yourself on a Sunday morning. At the very least you're in your timeline and not in Hisui.
Warden Ingo was brought back from Hisui, but can't seem to remember how and even remembers much less of who he was in Unova!
You came across his limp body in a hiking trail and with your Pokemon, guided him back to safety to the Pokemon Center.
When Ingo wakes up, he doesn't have very clear memories of who he is other than his name. You can tell straight from the start that this man had been through a lot, so you visit him frequently as he's recovering so he isn't alone.
You spend about every day with him for a few days. Talking about Hisui and modern day Sinnoh. He has...a very interesting story to tell!
When Ingo eventually recovers well, he's unsure of what to do, so you decide to offer that he could come along with you on your own Pokemon journey. Though he's just met you, he exudes gratitude from the tone of his voice.
He does find is strange but nothing wrong when he learns about your body, never having known trans people could exist before. Expect some odd questions pertaining to your anatomy, but he always asks respectfully!
As a former mountain man and Warden, Ingo is stronger than you. His hands are calloused from all the rock climbing and his knowledge of wild flora helps you make meals together since he knows what to not forage.
The day that Ingo gets bold, he asks very kindly if he could touch your scars. His fingertips ghost and trace the scars on your chest, as his hands caress your stretchmarks. He's excited but curious, acting oddly in this first moment of intimacy.

My handwavey reason for why Lucas goes by Rei in Hisui despite having his memories is he saw that “Rei” was the name that had been inputted for him in the Arc Phone Arceus gives him in that very first intro cutscene. Since he's going with the idea this is a mission he needs to complete for Arceus, he assumes that’s the name he should go by. If that’s what PokeGod is presumably suggesting he do, there must be a good reason for it. Maybe to avoid a potential time paradox or something. Lucas doesn’t know the reason but he assumes it’s important (in truth, there likely is no significant reason for the name change).
But it sticks and by the time he’s close enough to anybody he considers revealing his true name, it feels like too much time has passed. Would just create confusion so why bother bringing it up. Too little too late. Plus, in theory, being in Hisui is temporary anyway. So why not just embrace being “Rei” while he’s here.
But I think it would drain on him after a while. Once he starts realizing this situation is perhaps permanent, he second guesses telling someone. Trying to hold on to what little remains of his old life, and his name is one of those things he could, in theory, hold onto. I’m pretty iffy on if he would reveal it to Volo once the two are sleeping together and Lucas has pretty much embraced trying to build a life with this man. Since it’s something he would want to reveal. Values honestly, so would feel like he’s needs to reveal his full, true self, to Volo. But he's still second guessing if revealing it would be a mistake. Still grasping on to the idea Arceus had a good reason for all of this.
Even if he does tell Volo (I think it would be during pillow talk since Lucas would want it to be during a "hidden" moment) he still ultimately continues to go by Rei. He just...wanted Volo to know. No need to call him by a different name. Lucas was who he use to be. But in Hisui, he can be Volo's "Rei" (this double life thing kinda fucks him up when he gets back to modern day Sinnoh, but that's another topic)
As for Volo, he doesn't feel very strongly about it one way or the other. But Volo is always curious to hear about anything "Rei" reveals about where he's from since he's pretty hush hush about things normally. And Volo does like to gather information! So would make note of it, but more in the sense of it being just another fact about Rei/if it's something he can use to win favor if needed. Since sure, his little omega says to keep calling him "Rei," but if he’s bothered to reveal his real name, maybe it's because he does want to be called "Lucas" sometimes.
It’s hit or miss if Volo would remember his real name years and years later when he first becomes aware of the younger Lucas, the up and coming trainer who's taking the Sinnoh region by storm. Volo pretty solidly thinks of Lucas as "Rei," and while I think he would initially assume Lucas is some kind of descendant/distant relative of Rei's, if he does remember his real name, that would be what first clues him in on the uncanny resemblance being more than just a coincidence (if he doesn't remember the name, it's seeing how Lucas’ mannerisms in Championship battles match the Rei he remembers).
I kind of like that one theory about a specific hiker actually being Volo (or at least easy to retcon that into being the case), so were I to do something with that, it would be because he does remember that Lucas was Rei's real name. Knows that in some sense, this still isn't "his Rei," but can't keep himself from wanting to see whatever version of him he has access to. Even if it’s just a brief glimpse.
#Lucas#Volo#VoloRei#ChosenMerchantShipping#for real started this post with the intention of just mentioning my reasoning for the name thing but then the VoloRei took over

Home Again
cw: fluff, post-cyrus in hisui, epilogue of sorts to this fic
pairing: Cyrus/Reader
You crashed against the couch, nearly exhausted from the day. Cyrus had followed in closely behind you, careful to lock the door and take a look around the apartment. How long had it been since you last felt the familiar comfort of this home? You were suddenly taken one night in your sleep by Arceus, and everything was almost exactly as you had left it.
It had been even longer since the blue-haired man had been home. All the food in the fridge that was not some kind of preserved was a horrifying abomination to peer in at, while a load of laundry still rested in the dryer, the air was still OK summer temperatures despite the drop down to autumn climate outside, and the bed was still made on one side.
Cleaning would come, yes, but not right now. Not after having fallen from a portal yet again to a different place in both time and space and the stress of a certain red-headed woman crying about the return of the Galactic Boss. She literally began to call the other two commanders, to which Cyrus had to stop her by stating he would like to do it himself. You were just standing there in your Galaxy Team uniform, trying not to wonder why she was bringing flowers up to the top of Mt. Coronet. Thankfully, you both soon managed to depart and make the arduous journey home from the middle of Sinnoh to Veilstone.
You watched as he found his laptop from where you had hidden it away. He took a seat at the table and instantly found himself buried in whatever he had saved to it. You lifted your head with a slight curious glance at him. Well, you suppose he did suffer the most out of the two of you when forced away from technology. Hisui had next to none. You were thankfully for the random Rotom catalogue pieces that fell through the portals, as those at least kept him entertained (as did the Rotom you captured for him).
But, now, it hit you.
You really were back home.
What must have been a year spent away in Hisui going through what felt trial after trial after trial, then to be given your boyfriend by pure chance and have to help him adapt to the strange world you were both stuck in was now centuries into the past. You were back in modern Sinnoh. A train had been ridden home. You both had stopped in a convenience store for a ready-made meal. Gazing out the window, you could see the twinkling of electric lights. Your clothing suddenly felt odd. Cyrus had already changed while he searched for the laptop.
You pulled a picture out from your jacket and gazed at it. Before you had departed back to the modern era, you had demanded a picture be taken of you, Cyllene and Cyrus. A memento to not forget the time you had spent together. It was strange to think she was gone now. You could never speak to her again or witness her funny little quirks or how she would secretly dote on her Abra and subordinates. Her legacy was all that remained.
And it sat at your table, hopefully not trying to pick up where it left its plans off.
You brought the picture to him and broke his attention from the screen. “Hey, do you think you could scan this, just in case we somehow lose it?” you asked him. Cyrus stared at it for a moment, clearly at a loss for words. Perhaps it was difficult for him to truly view himself as her descendant within the same era as her, but now it was plainly obvious. Where his parents had failed to show him the love of a family, she had succeeded. Not once had she made the same harsh rejection he had come to expect from his parents.
“Of course,” he agreed, “It is a precious artefact.” You smiled at him and decided to sit with him at the table. The picture now safely in his possession. You frowned at the emblem printed on the back of his laptop. Team Galactic… You had no idea what had become of it. It had already been falling apart after Charon had tried taking it over, but you knew it would almost certainly come back together with the Cyrus back at the helm.
“… Mmm, we'll need to groceries… Do you think your bank account still works?” you asked, breaking the silence between his ceaseless typing.
“It's as I left it,” he replied, “I did leave Saturn in charge of everything. It appears he barely touched anything.” Food was secured at the very least. Where would he go from here? He technically still had companies that he was in charge of if Saturn had taken care of what Cyrus had left to him. “… I am not planning to attempt my plans with the Red Chain again, please calm down,” he suddenly closed the laptop to look at you, “My goals to complete spirit must be possible… I will have to search elsewhere for it, but you may be rest easy that I have moved away from my previous plans.”
You felt your shoulders drop in relief. His eyes reflected the genuineness in his words. It seemed like everything was truly over with that spoken. Maybe you could dare even let your guard drop again and live a normal life. “Arceus – I was terrified you were going to end up like Volo,” you sighed. Cyrus's face grew dark.
“… Even when that child stood opposed to me, I never intended to harm her,” his gaze met yours, “Furthermore, I would never harm you specifically. I know that I would have to deal with you being an obstruction should I try again, too. And seeing as you are willing to risk your life…” Cyrus's gaze broke from yours. You felt a laugh nearly leave you. Oh, so the line was drawn when you might end up dying. That was certainly interesting.
“Yeah, yeah, I don't want you to die either, Cy,” you smiled and brought your hand to hold his, “… Well, as long as you know that if you try to pull anything insane again, I will stop you, let's just forget it. I'd rather figure out what's going to happen now.” He nodded. The world may not forgive him, but he was at least aware that he could work to change himself.
“Then, tomorrow, let's go grocery shopping,” Cyrus gave a rare soft smile, “We have countless things to get caught up on…” His eyes darted back to his laptop.
Yes, there were many, many things for you two to follow what happened in your absence.
Not to mention that laundry really needed to be folded.
You began to get up to do just that when you heard a loud banging on your door and sobbing. Cyrus seemed to ignore it as he opened the laptop again. You stepped towards the apartment door and peered out the peephole.
“Maaasterrrrr Cyyyyyyruuussss,” a familiar dark-blue haired man cried on the other side, clawing at the door like an upset Meowth.
“Saturn's here!”
“Don't let him in.”

Since Raifort’s board has references to Legends I think it would be interesting for a Raifort x Reader. Unsure if there’s a class that teaches training directly but let’s say you’re that teacher who outside the school grounds you teach students how to battle and not just the fundamentals. Though let’s say you’re actually one of the great, great, great, something, something descendant of one of the Survey Corps members from the Hisuian region. What is more special about you is that you actually have some Pokémon from that time. You’re family painstakingly kept them in those forms as they didn’t want to see such species go extinct.
Oooh Raifort would be verrrry interested!!
🍓🍓🍓
Ever since you joined the staff at the academy as the Battle Studies teacher, Raifort has found herself studying you. From your resume, which she had the privilege of seeing, she knows you are a very distant relative of the Professor Layton that created the first Sinnoh, then Hisui, Pokédex. So already Raifort is introducing herself and picking your brain about what you know about your ancestor.
But you do her one better. You take her out into the courtyard and let out you Pokémon. Raifort is struck speechless as a Sneasler stands over her, smirking, while a Kleavor waves its axes towards a fiery Braviary that pecks at its arms. Her eyes are wide, mouth agape as she takes in the living history before her.
After that day, Raifort becomes your shadow, almost. She constantly requests time with you, with your Pokémon. She wants to know everything you know, and wants to know all about you. How do you feel for your Pokémon? How do you care for them, how do you play with them, feed them?
It's a romantic movie, almost, with you showing her how to interact with your living legends while she awes and marvels your knowledge. She takes so many notes, and you find yourself admiring her interest and focus and determination to learn about what she doesn't fully understand. She, in turn, admires your patience and dedication to your team, as out of place as they are in modern time.
Your battles together are wonderful, fierce and full of flare and displays of strength. And they come to an end with Raifort suggesting you come to get dinner with her, to discuss things further. And things move further during this dinner, with a kiss and a plan to make the future as mystifying as the past
🍓🍓🍓
i hope this is something like you were thinking!! raifort is verrrrry pretty and i love her and her jean jacket
