After seeing the ask @alxandergoth received about drawing inspiration from their Sims, I can't stop thinking about the simmer who made a sim inspired by my infamous BC contestant Merlyn Kendrick. That memory made me smile the entire afternoon.

This is what Parenthood should have been from day one. So that means they could have done the same as Spa Day, a simple pack update

We're going to pay, once again, to get basic stuff we should have from the start

I’m going to try to catch up on everyone soon. Since I’m somewhat finally straightened out with my sleeping schedule. I think....I’ve been working on prepping for Vera and Caleb’s wedding today. I got the venue placed. Now I’m working on finding the poses I need.

Why do people who are offended at all the sexuality additions in sims 4 act like sims haven’t always been bi? literally when i played sims 2 whenever i played the pleasant family I had daniel and mary sue both sleep with the maid… the default on sims is bi if you exit cas without adjusting it, it stays on the default and sims like both…i don’t get how some people think.

Sorry for the ramble, but honestly I can't wait until this semester ends and I can actually sit down and organise things. (Got a while to go).

The plan is to have a bit of a blog redesign and start up a new challenge/story (some of you will know what).

Yeah, I restructured my hair families.  There’s nine now, and six (binned but not familied) greys instead of four.  The unnaturals remain the same, I’ve included them here for convenience.

Greys: Still not completely happy with these - Ice and Mail Bomb are too close for comfort - but I don’t currently have the energy to fix things right now.  That will have to wait for a later date.

Get to know this terminology:

Custom Content: This is the addition of player-made clothing or objects to the game. Sometimes just referred to in The Sims community as “CC”. For example: new hair, new clothing, new furniture, etc.

Game Mods: These are Mods that add features or change the functionalities of the game. These Mods may include script code, but not always. For example: a new trait, new console cheats, objects with new functionality, new UI functionality, etc.

Mods: A blanket term referring to any player-made content for the game. This includes both Custom Content and Game Mods.

Coffee Thoughts

If you don't want to adhere to page-long requirements for a BC contestant or have your Sim's look changed, why not host a BC yourself? What's the worst case that could happen? Getting no contestants? Canceling it before it even begins? Abandoning it after a few posts? Beating yourself up for failing at a project again? Letting others down? Wanna join me on the thought carousel like we lovingly call overthinking here? Whee!

Videos with real me?

Anybody would like to see some not Simsrelated videos from me, like some videos with real me? I did such a video a while ago together with an friend (The cellar: https://youtu.be/CRA9RDo8Okk) and I want to do some more videos in this direction :) I even made myself some kinda greenscreen for that xD (with coated paper) I will probably just testing stuff and do some very short videos with not that much of a story at all, maybe nothing that exciting though...
