sims 4 crystal legacy challenge

hello! here is a legacy challenge i created while playing the Garden Legacy challenge. i didn’t want to finish on my tenth gen and decided to create my own challenge, based on crystals. this challenge can be continued from a previous save or started in a new one! i also tried to implement base game options for those who don’t own all the packs! some gens do need packs but if you don’t have them, they may be skipped.

general rules ❥ you do not have to live on the same lot for all 10 generations if you wish. ❥ mods and cc are allowed! ❥ no money cheats ! ❥ i’ve assigned a colour to each gen so you may play with berry sims if you wish!  ❥ i’ve decided that in each generation you may roll for offspring (rolling a dice or using a random number generator to decide how many children) unless stated otherwise in the rules.

I have taken a break from sims 3 and while I am still working on my lepacy, I sometimes need a break and so look for more challenges. @tomatosoupcat posted a Boba challenge and didn't see a TS3 version so decided to covert it. Dead by Daylight Legacy Challenge: Survivor Edition

General Rules:

Complete all goals for each Survivor before moving to the next generation.

You obviously don't have to name your sims after the characters or play AS the characters, these are just the themes for each gen! But you can if you'd like to!

You may move on once all goals are met, or maintain them until the next heir becomes a Young Adult.

Each heir must embody the traits and roles of their corresponding Survivor, but there’s room for interpretation.

Heirs can pursue careers or hobbies that fit their Survivor's lore or personality.

Generation 1: Sable – The Survivor

Sable is resilient, resourceful, and thrives under pressure. They are the foundation of the legacy, with a natural ability to endure tough situations.

So I came up with this new sims legacy challenge, i call it Wild apple tree. It consists of 10 generation and each gen has specifics to complete before moving forward. I haven't come up with the storyline between each generation just yet but other then that I think it's done. I feel i might have gotten a bit carried away and if i add more to each generation it might be a little to much but at the same time I feel it has room for improvement and new ideas so if anyone have any input please feel free to comment and let me know what you think.

Basic Rules

- Each generation must have an apple tree. It may be the founders tree and gets carried thru each generation or it can be a new tree but the new tree must grow from an apple off the last generations tree.

Biography: Milan was born in San Myshuno to a single father who had a little oopsie when hooking up with a woman one night… However, he wasn’t the only oopsie. Milan has an older half-brother, named Amias, who is only 6 months older than him because he too was an oopsie after a hook-up. His father moved him and his brother out to Oasis Springs when they were toddlers, and it was here that Milan discovered his love for the desert and horses. He has loved horses since he was a child and has always wanted to own his own country home in the desert with lots of land so he can ride into the sunset every day. Eventually Milan and his family moved into a smaller home in coastal San Sequoia, where he spent his teen years. During this time he missed the desert of Oasis Springs and was impatient to return, but as if it was destiny, his father met horse trainer Sienna Grove and began dating her. The two became exclusive and after Amias moved out, his father and Milan moved to Sienna’s residence in Chestnut Ridge, where he currently resides. His father is now currently engaged and Milan is close to his future step-mother for their similar interests and the fact that he gets to live with her horse Flapjack.

Personality: Besides being a horse-lover, Milan is a goofball. He loves jokes of any kind, even mischief, and this stems from growing up in a lax boys-only family. In-game they all of the jokesters family dynamic with each other. However, Milan is the introverted one of the family (loner) and likes to primarily stick with people he knows, which makes it hard for him to branch out and meet new people. His preference for horses over people also tie into this, but with his family members busy building families of their own (his father marrying Sienna and his brother Amias just having his first child with his new wife), it may be time for Milan to meet someone new.

Fun facts:

He has a very diverse ancestry. He can trace his ancestry to Europe, Africa, India, Asia, and Latin America.

Since they’re only 6 months apart, he and Amias are close enough in age to have been apart of the same year in school, but their father kept them a grade apart so they could be separated and be allowed to make other friends besides each other

He’s a Sagittarius

As a horse guy, he'd totally obsess over Derby

His brother Amias is a famous actor, so Milan has a little notoriety for being his brother

Milan comes from my legacy family (that I don’t share on simblr bc I like having a family to play privately). He is a spare and is from generation 5 (Amias is the heir). As such, he is related to other sims I’ve submitted to people. He is the grandson of Marcella Vinca and the great nephew of Cylene Vinca (both seen here with Marcella on left and Cylene on right)

Once again, he is not named after the city in Italy. He has the Slavic name. He has this name because the Vinca’s have a naming convention in which the heir’s children’s names correspond to that heir’s generational theme. For example, his father (the gen 4 heir) was a serial romantic and dated a lot of people, so Milan’s name and his brother’s name each have meanings related to love.

Floral Sims Legacy Challenge

Welcome!

Welcome to my sims legacy challenge! I know a few challenges have been made around floriograhphy but hey, I wanted to give it a go too! All the sims are based around an aspect of nature within the sims - some more obvious than others. The most important thing is enjoying this challenge - don’t worry if things go awry and you don’t complete it all! A flower can lose a petal and still flourish, as can you with this challenge! 

Some general rules here, no big deal if you bend them a little

Cheats can be used, just not excessively

If you have an extra traits mod, spouses can have more traits but please keep to just 3 with the heirs!

The heir can be any gender unless stated otherwise

With each gen, start with 20,000 - spend as much as you want building/furnishing a house or move into a premade starter and save your simoleons

Please use the lot traits if specified however if none are you can use any! If there are traits specified feel free to use any more around it, but give priority slots to specified ones!

However, you could never deny the beauty of seeing all the flowers blooming during the summer. Now you’ve moved to a near by town and are living in the heart of the city. Times might be difficult but you always have your friends to care for you.

Your parents were always very popular, growing the most beautiful flowers. This inspired you to want to center all decor and rooms within your home around beautiful plants. Now, you have the opportunity to bring the joy and beauty of flowers and plants into the lives of many sims.

  Traits: Maker, Art lover, and Vegetarian

  Aspiration: Master Maker

  Career: Interior Decorator

  Rules:

Max fabrication, floral arrangement and photography skill

Always live in an apartment with a balcony - grow flowers on the balcony

Have lots of floral prints

Make floral arrangements with your parent every sunday whilst still living at home

Fall in love with your childhood sweetheart and get promised whilst a teen

Use candles as your main source of lighting within the bedroom and living room

Attend the romance festival everytime it is on (unless impossible eg on holiday, a death etc)

Hint: The romance festival is in the fashion district - living here might make it easier to visit

 Flower meaning: Everlasting friendship

Colours: Bright Orange, Bright purple

Ahh, the city. What an inspiring place. Full of people who really grind your gears, but hey! At least you can always trust your little cat and dog friends to be there for you. But seeing them hurt? Now your heart is set, it's calling you… you need to be a vet. You set off with a little cash to set up your own vet clinic, but now you seem to be gaining a good reputation with the animals, because they keep showing up at your home…

  Traits: Animal enthusiast, Vegetarian, and Hot-headed 

  Aspiration: Friend of the animals

In a burst of anger at your lack of gardening talent, you go to the nearest water bank, and see a fish. This lights a spark in you, and now you seem to always be fishing!

Now, you’ve gotten a fresh start - its time to relax in the fresh seas of Sulani and befriend the natives! Hey, maybe you might even discover something about yourself whilst you’re there too…

He finds it difficult to balance his criminal career and raising his child, but he won’t let anything keep him from being the next big boss.

Anxiety basically raised herself while her father pursued a life of crime. With Dad always working and never knowing Mom, she turned to animals for friends. But growing up with friends that have four legs and fur, left her with less than desirable social skills. As a young adult she decides she wants to make an honest name for herself, but the outside world is just so scary. However, talking to a camera, what a perfect alternative!!

As soon as his children are born he falls instantly in love and quickly forms the strongest of bonds with them. He wants to break the cycle of parental distancing and let his children know they will always be loved.

Aspiration: Friend of The World Career: Doctor

Colors: Yellow, Blue, Green

This generation should begin with a tiny home. Then as you move up in career, you can add more to the home. This Ge:n can marry, but must marry someone good/cheerful. Must have at least 2 kids.

Gen 2: Sadness Traits: gloomy, bookworm, geek

Aspiration: Nerd Brain Career: Writer Color: Blue

This gen cannot marry until aspiration and career are at max. This gen has relationships until then that just never seem to work, which is part of the reason for sadness. Cannot have more then 1 child.

Gen 3: You can have a werewolf for this gen if you would like to. Of Course, the gen still has to be an heir from Sadness. This generation represents anger.
