How To Use

Make sure you cycle through the correct category to get the poses. Meaning, if these selfies say they are in Sad or Angry make sure you're in that section. If you cycle through only on random, you might see these poses (you may not). You never know what the game will randomly choose for you.

Pixicat shoes for elder females

I initially wanted to divide this in several parts, but then figured — what the hell, let's just throw everything in there. These are 21 shoes by Pixicat, converted for elder females. You'll find previews of the presets and masks in the archive.

Next up are shoe conversions for elder males.

You can find my other Pixicat conversions here.

⚠️These shoes are pretty high poly compared to EA's! See under the cut for every item's polycount.

⚠️ The bone assignments on some of the heels and platforms aren't the best! These shoes are pretty weird in terms of vertices, so they may look deformed in certain poses. Normal sim movement should be fine, though.

For elder females. The shoes are enabled for various categories that make sense (e.g., the heels aren't enabled for Athletic!), but NOT enabled for random.

Most have 3 channels; almost all shoes also had inactive channels enabled, so I disabled those because they did nothing. The presets are identical to Pixicat's. For the sake of consistency between ages, I didn't change images (except replacing one-channel masks with smaller versions, to reduce filesize).

YA versions not required.

Hello everyone!!!! How are you today??!!!

Today we start November and with it, I bring you my simblreen gifts for this year.

This time I wanted to focus on bringing at least one pose pack from each official occult we have in the game, but I've started the pose round with a small pack for ordinary human sims, with a touch of curiosity for the unknown.

I made these poses thinking of characters exploring a haunted or abandoned house, old and rundown... they can also be used for those occasions when a sim is investigating a mystery or something more important... maybe your sim is a renowned detective... or maybe they don't have much experience... it's up to you to use your imagination and give it new meanings... there are also a couple of duo poses to give a little fun and laughter to the moment.

I hope this first simblreen gift is useful for you and that you like it... and stay tuned because I will be publishing a pose pack every day for the whole week until I deliver all the gifts I gave this year.

And by the way, for all those who managed to participate, I am extremely grateful. These have not been easy times for me, I was about to give up this year with simblreen because I was (and still am) super behind on creating poses... but in the end I was able to make some packs and your participation in my little dynamic filled my heart with joy. I hope that next year will be much better and I can bring all the packs I couldn't bring this year and some more...

Trois femmes aux ombrelles

And we're back at the regular 1880's fashion with this set which inludes bustle skirts in 3 lenghts, 2 skirt overlays, 3 flower accessories, a parasol and an umbrella !

As referenced in the title, this set was inspired by Marie Bracquemont’s painting : Trois femmes aux ombrelles ou Les Trois grâces / Three Ladies with Parasols or Three Graces, 1880.

Once again, these skirts have a slight bustle shape which would best fit for the natural form era : roughly 1875 - 1883 ; (well actually, the size of the bustle is dependant on the size of the sim’s butt so do with that what you will). They are more ornate than my Cueillette skirts featuring some gathered layers and trims typical of the period, so they would be better suited for higher class people or more dressed up occasions.

And as always I give you 3 versions with each a different lenght to have more teen options and worker friendly options . The short one end mid calf, the medium one is ankle lenght and the long is full lenght.

These two overlays will allow to respectively change the gathered layers and the trim swatches in order to channel the trim crazy period that were the 1880's.

To properly channel Marie Bracquemond's painting I needed a bunch of flower accessories so you will find 3 accessories in this set : a hair flower, a collar flower and a boutonnière. In my opinion these are pretty timeless and can suit a wide array of looks as portrayed in the pictures below.

These are all edits of @the-melancholy-maiden's Hair Flowers Through the Ages Part 2 thanks to her very open TOU.

none of these are compatible with hats

the collar flower and the boutonnière are in the necklace section

I made both an umbrella and a lacey parasol (using Javi's texture). These are rather timeless too I think, they are definetely suited for late victorian and edwardian eras.

These are both edits of @javitrulovesims's Meiji Komorebi Accessory Parasol, thank you Javi !

NOT compatible with necklaces, earrings, piercings or anything using the same UVmap (such as kijiko's lashes unfortunatly)

neroli - a skin blend for TS3

Ok no more group pics because I got sick of posing all my sims together.

This skin is a mix of Ephemera's Freckle R skin, Realistic skin, Fresh skin, Buffy's V4 skin (used as the base), and a hint of Noodlesim's Apple Cider Vinegar V2 skin. Yeah, a real concoction, I know.

It favours a more realistic sunkissed look, and has freckle details on the teen, adult and elder faces. Male textures have very subtle freckles on the face and some light hair on the body; female textures have stronger freckles on the face and the standard smooth Ephemera body texture.

It reminds me of a carefree day spent in the sun...

I think Ephemera's realistic skins are gorgeous but I found it hard to make them work for my sim style. So this blend is my way of adapting those realistic details for my own aesthetics. Personally I love how it came out.

Thank you @sim-songs for encouraging me to finish this up and get it ready for general use, because after I finished the adult stages I was ready to leave it hanging in forever-wip-purgatory. And thank you to @tau1tvec @descendantdragfi for testing an early version of this skin blend many months ago - it's finally done now. 🤪
