hiiii well I was watching "boyfriend spa" tikoks and I was wondering if I could order something similar for the boys: kei, kanata, kenta and allen, their mc fem offers them to play spa and mc does a lot of relaxing things for them and pampers them with affection like in the video so they can relax uvu

It's not necessarily unusual for you to do things for Allen. His obsessive tendencies of getting caught up in writing lyrics meant you took care of him from time-to-time anyway, making sure he ate regularly and was at least changing his clothes. He doesn't know what to think about when you're pampering him, a little flustered at the extra attention but finding he doesn't entirely dislike it.

Kanata Yatonokami:

This isn’t anything Kanata’s used to and while he appreciated the thought, he can’t help but squirm when you’re doing everything for him. A massage is fine but there’s something inherently embarrassing about having another wash your hair or back for you, though since you were dating it wasn’t unusual for you to casually shower together. He’d much rather turn the tables and be the one giving you the extra special attention, but that’s also so incredibly embarrassing he can’t help but get overwhelmed just considering it.

Kei Miyama:

Kei had once been on the receiving end of countless adoring fans who showered him with compliments and gifts, even then finding it hard to enjoy. With you, his lovely partner, his solace, his safe haven, it felt even more sacrilegious to accept your worship since your stubbornness rivaled that of a bull. He gives in, unable to control the fact he wished the positions were reversed. He’d try to return the favor later with a spa treatment of his own for you, but for the time being he was more focused on being present in the moment with you.

Kenta simply does not trust like that. He’s wary of your intent from the very moment you mention the ‘boyfriend spa’, a trend he can do a quick search on and finds stupid. He thought you must’ve finally bonked your head and lost it. He talked big by calling fans worms and telling them to bow down yet he acted so awkwardly when you offered to pamper him like a king. He won’t turn down the affection, of course, but he hoped you don’t expect him to become a brand-new man because of this.

Favorite thing about him

PFT uh, everything? Honestly? If I had to pick one thing though—in the interest of preventing this from becoming a whole 50 page essay—I just love the complexity of his character. I also love the sass he has, as well as all his jokes and witticisms haha. I do love me a man with wit and a sense of humor.

He fidgets, like, a lot. Whether it be by tapping his fingers on the desk, bouncing his leg, messing with his cloak, adjusting his scarf—he’s like a taut bowstring ready to release at any moment. This is mainly due to his restlessness caused by being stuck in the Tower for so long aha. The only time he doesn’t fidget is when he’s playing poker.

Unpopular Opinion(s)

He is the tallest member of the Vanguard and you CANNOT convince me otherwise. Also, he has an extremely hard time forming new attachments, both platonically and romantically, due to his fear of loss. Because, in opening himself up to those kinds of relationships, he also opens himself up to more pain when he inevitably loses this person in one way or another, “Which is why I work alone.”

Despite how much of a hopeless romantic he is in spirit, he doesn’t actually let himself indulge in falling in love very often.

🖤 Itachi is a mature and collected person, so I'd think it'd be unlikely for him to just grow obsessed at once. Itachi would have to come across Y/N many times before releasing he's in love.

🖤 The way he'd meet Y/N would be when he'd be scouting an area for a particular enemy. He'd happen to come across her, who interacted with him a little but nothing interesting happened. Overtime, the two would see each other here and there, until eventually everyday.

🖤 When his enemy he was looking for had been eliminated, he said his goodbyes to Y/N before leaving. He expected to move on, but his mind would wonder back to her no matter how hard he tried.

🖤 Eventually, Itachi would see Y/N whenever he had free time. He'd make room in his day to spend hours together; they'd go out to eat, participate in festivals, talk, and more.

🖤 On Y/N's side, it didn't take long before she started to feel romantic interest. Afterall, Itachi was calm, collected, smart, strong, fun to be around, and seemed genuinely interested in her. She was definitely in love before he was.

🖤 Around the time Itachi would visit the Leaf Village to find Naruto, he strangely started to worry a lot about Y/N learning about who he was and fear him. He couldn't help but want to shield her from the truth, and if the people around them learned that the man Y/N was with was wanted, it would end bad for them.

🖤 Itachi was inevitably worrying a little too much about the possibility of her finding out. He went to see her and did his best to distract her from any gossip or drama whatsoever to ensure she'd never hear about the Akatsuki. His time spent with her increased from a few hours to half the day.

🖤 Itachi wouldn't ever want to kidnap or drag people into his life. He hates killing, he hates being "evil", he hates everything about his dark lifestyle. The decision to either abandon someone he began to care for or to take her away was a very hard one.

🖤 Itachi realized something in the process of thinking of a solution. He loved Y/N; he loved her to the point where the thought of her hating or fearing him scared him so badly. Even with Sasuke, the thought of him having him was terrifying but something he could live with.

🖤 It was releasing to learn about his own true feelings. He was desperately in love with Y/N, to the point where she was like air, or food, or water. Like in order to live, she had to be around.

🖤 As word spread about two strange people walking around Konoha and that Orochimaru took the last Uchiha, it was inevitable that Y/N would learn about the info. The next time she saw Itachi, she brought it up to him and expressed her discomfort in the fact that she could be among evil people.

🖤 He was scared. So scared that she would hate him for his lifestyle after finding out about who he really is. So that was it; his mind was made. He took Y/N away that night.

🖤 When word about the Akatsuki in Konoha, he received a lot more looks when he was in public than normal. He'd usually have a normal kimono on and have his hair in a different, though similar, style in order to appear normal. But he knew deep down in his heart that people are bound to start suspecting him of being an Akatsuki. And overhearing someone talk about an S class Uchiha member is what did it.

🖤 "You've been asking about where I live for a whole now. Would you like see my home?" Itachi asked. Y/N happily agreed to go, and sorta expected his home to be outside of her village. But the further she traveled, she grew a bit nervous and wanted to return home (as you would if you were led outside of your village into deep woods)

🖤 Itachi wasn't escorting Y/N alone. Of course, the Akatsuki is bound to learn about that girl Itachi insisted on bringing up in most of his little amounts of conversations. It was obvious he was obsessed with her, as much as he would try to hid it, but he just couldn't get her off his mind. So the night where he choose to bring her home, Kisame was watching the two frkm afar in case something happened.

🖤 Before that day, Itachi had mentioned that he wanted to protect Y/N. Over the three months Itachi spent with Y/N, he had plenty of time to talk about her enough to where the other members basically knew her.

🖤 Itachi actually got a few of the members (ex. Kisame, Deidara) were interested in Y/N as well. How could someone as "heartless" as Itachi Uchiha fall in love, and in such a dramatic way at that? They were sorta curious to see what was so special about her.

🖤 Anyway, you can imagine how Itachi convinced Y/N to go far enough into the woods to go to a small little cottage. Was it part of the Akatsuki hideout? No. Itachi would never trust the Akatsuki members with Y/N alone, and she needs her freedom to walk around a house.

🖤 The inside was sorta minimalistic, but not completely empty. To the far right was a kitchen was a small dining table with two chairs, and on the opposite side was two rooms. In one room was a single bed with a closet in it, and in the other room was a bathroom. Between the kitchen and two rooms was a small living room with a couch, coffee table, and more. There were bored games in a little dresser in the living room, along with a full bookshelf with books of all genres.

🖤 "Care for dinner?" Itachi had asked. He wanted to tell Y/N why she's there over a dinner he made and had prepared in advance. It turns out he was amazing at cooking.

🖤 It wasn't very easy, but Itachi managed to explain his feelings towards Y/N. Of course, Y/N happily excepted and was quick to hug and express her feelings towards him. He returned the hug and spoke about how he loved her very much, however he had so much more to say to her.

🖤 Justifyingly so, Y/N was frozen in shock when Itachi told his story. He killed everyone in his clan aside from his brother, the well-known Uchiha. How he fled his clan after committing the murders and joined an infamous group; The Akatsuki.

🖤 While displaying himself as calm, he was so overwhelmed and scared within his mind. He knew he'd have to tell her why she's staying at the house and why, from now one, she'll never leave. But he was smart enough to know she wouldn't simply except living here out of love. He would have to be a bit manipulative to keep Y/N.

���� Y/N was mortified and didn't notice the tears pouring out of her eyes. She fell desperately in love with a murderer. She felt so sick, so scared. She stood up, begging to go home so desperately, trembling over her own words. She was so scared for her life now, and what Itachi's intentions were. Truly, Itachi's heart broke at this.

🖤 "Y/N, darling," Itachi spoke, his words laced with love as she softly grabbed Y/N wrists and leaned close. "I had to take you away. I couldn't let them take you from me."

🖤 He was very delicate with Y/N as he calmed her down, as if she was glass. His heart ached at her pain, but he truly believed it was for the best. In a way it really was; people saw Y/N with the tall raven boy many times in public, and her parents and friends had met him too. Once they find out that boy is the Itachi, Y/N could be killed if they think she was aiding him.

🖤 Itachi did his best to show her around and make her feel comfortable. But no matter what he did, Y/N felt so broken, so empty, so confused. There's no way that sweet Itachi she loves is a killer. He has to be lying.

🖤 Over the course of a few days, Y/N learned to except the fact she's held at that small home. She tried to think on the good side; she could decorate it how she wants, has more freetime, can focus on her hobbies and learn to cook new things, and more! Even if she's never allowed to leave the house, Itachi let's her do basically anything around the home.

🖤 Y/N still loves him. As months go by of being alone for a few days without Itachi, some days with him for a little bit, and some full days with him, she still couldn't help but appreciate him just as much as before. No, she appreciates him more even. She just can't help but love him, and he loves her too.

🖤 Itachi felt much more relaxed around Y/N and tried to spend every second he could with her. He was so shameful of keeping her from her home, but it was for the best wasn't it?

🖤 Most of Itachi's emotions about keeping her was all because he lived her and never wanted to see her with anyone else. But he had always found an excuse as to why it's for the best that she's never with anyone else.

🖤 Kisame had met Y/N a few times. She was never comfortable with him however and was typically holding onto Itachi's sleeve, or leaning on him when he's around. However Kisame would be around when Itachi wasn't sometimes to keep watch.

🖤 As long as Itachi or Kisame was present, Y/N is allowed to go outside and visit close villages other than the one Y/N is from. She would be allowed to buy anything she wanted and could afford from these places, but she had to go home eventually.

🖤 At the end of the day, Y/N had quite a lot of freedom and eventually, she was happy. She was happy to be living with Itachi and was perfectly happy calling him her husband.

🖤 Itachi never wanted a marriage though. He was going blind and he planned to be murdered by his brother and he never dared to make her a young widow. When Izumi had died, he felt so distraught and he knew Y/N is bound to feel the same, but even worse if they got married.

🖤 When Itachi died, as said, Y/N was distraught. No, she was mortified. Absolutely mortified. Even if she was free, she had lost the last person she had a connection with. And she carried that sorrow to her grave.

I almost went with Zolf on this one, but y'know what? Sasha........... just Sasha. Again with the "tried so hard" vibe. She went through so much shit and still came out shockingly kind-hearted under all that awkwardness, and she stood by her friends, and she deserved every mote of happiness and contentment that ever came to her. I would kill for her. [Grizzop voice] Please ask me to kill for her.

9. Dave Lister - Red Dwarf

You know what? You know what????? He's a gross little scumbag, and he's the last human being alive, and he's suffered so much at the hands of Sitcom Syndrome, but god, give him any chance to be remarkably kind and he will be. Man has had multiple chances to let Arnold Judas Motherfucking Rimmer die, and he still refuses to, because not even Rimmer deserves that shit. Radical empathy. Ratbag. Not exactly my best recomendation seeing I kind of dropped reading it but I still go back from time to time. Main character is currently on her 3rd re incarnation and set on being a surgeon and making use of all her knowledge on earth. It's actually really interesting! Reason I dropped is more related to the romance, but that is simply out of my own personal preference and I don't consider it bad at all.

Prepare for frustration directly related to strong mysoginy though.

Came for the isekai, stayed for the female lead's obsession with tea to the point you could make memes about it. Poor male lead losing his position to TEA. It's in all honestly one of my all time favorites and though it is very focused on tea, it's very entertaining as it deals with other subjects too. It's so amazing how some problems were actually solved with tea. Very recomended.

It was the set of footsteps that first got your attention. You couldn’t pinpoint the exact location of where they’re coming from, the fog so dense and thick that you likened it to a whiteout. It’s like you’re floating in the sky. Weightless...and numb to the world. You even wondered if you’re somehow kept within this strangle bubble that keeps you away from reality; if it weren’t for the fact that there had been people walking about, you would have been convinced of that thought.

It should have frightened you...as should these footsteps yet you felt nothing but calm. 

It’s almost like you’re anticipating the arrival of who or whatever this was. Despite the fact that there are little to no noises that would prove to you that yes, this is indeed reality and you’re experiencing nothing but a strange, yet explainable weather phenomena ( you can recall the night when it rained quite heavily )...you are holding your breath. Where is this person...or whatever it’s to be? 

That’s when you also heard something strange -- a clicking noise. At first, your thoughts turned to some abominable monstrosity that had clicking mandibles or a giant insect awaiting its next meal. You hurriedly cast that absurd thought away the more you heard it. 

It’s rhythmic… Almost mechanical in a way. 

...A camera?

Who would be taking pictures in the middle of a dense fog? Unless you are completely blind to your surroundings, there shouldn’t be any reason to take candid photos of...anything, really. Even the grand, preposterous landmarks in this quiet town have been swallowed by the mist. You can remember there being a lake but...that wouldn’t be visible either. 

You nervously wet your lips, thinking that it’s nearing time to actually announce your presence. If that’s to be a camera, then surely it’s someone of flesh and blood? Someone that can help you find your sense of direction ( you’re glad that it’s in the middle of the day )! You let out a hesitant, “Hello..?” and the clicking stopped. Your brows knitted together in slight confusion. So...it is someone taking pictures? How odd. 

You started forward. Your feet are aching from previous strolls but this rush prompted you to not care or notice. Each step forward is bringing you closer until you see a vague silhouette. It appeared to be a person -- a man? It looked like one so with that, you grew bolder as you continued. “Excuse me! Can you let me know where I am? I got lost...even though I know this place like the back of my hand…” A chuckle, whether nervous or sheepish, echoed around the area as you scratched the back of your head. 

“I didn’t expect it to be...this foggy. I know it’s weird...but…” 

You trailed off when you noticed that the person didn’t turn nor did they give any indication that they even heard you. You wondered if this is simply an object that’s vaguely shaped like a human. A soft sigh came from your lips as you thought that. You must have been exhausted! Here you are, not only hearing things but talking to...a literal damn object. It wasn’t like you’re overworking yourself or anything! 

It’s just… 

...Ah, perhaps it would have been a better idea to stay at home instead of walking around like a fool. 

You were about to turn on your heel to return back from when you came from...before you heard it. A scuffle along the pavement. The front of a shoe turning on the concrete as you saw the figure moving. Their head… You swallowed once before you got closer to see it for yourself.

That’s when you saw it.

Or rather...him.

It’s a man, holding some object in his hand. His hands were poised to use it, in front of his face, but his head isn’t focused on that. You can finally make out features. Brown hair… Styled casually that nearly covered one eye -- of which they are to be a deep green ( wonder if they appear lovely in the sunlight… ). They are also downturned in a way to convey a...weariness? You can’t help but feel pity when you see just how exhausted he looked like he hadn’t had a good night’s sleep in weeks or months. However, there is a certain level of kindness to them that nearly took your breath away. 

Not to say they’re practically illuminating, but there’s a shine there that is not yet snuffed away by stress or misery… 

His pink lips are turned down in bewilderment before he’s to look away. You blinked once. Twice. “Uh, sorry…” you began as you held up your hands. “I didn’t mean to startle you or anything! I didn’t see you because of all of this fog. I uh… See, I haven’t been resting lately so I must look like an idiot or some weirdo, huh?” 

In spite of you rambling, you saw him listening quite intently. His gaze...is a strange one. Not like he’s distracted or faraway, but… You just can’t explain it. 

You also can’t explain why he just feels...familiar, for some odd reason. You did live in an apartment, which isn’t far away if you remembered the usual paths you’ve taken, so perhaps he is a neighbor there and you just hadn’t noticed? Well, it could happen since everyone’s to be so wrapped up with their own lives -- it isn’t like you’re to notice and take into great detail of every single person you come across! 

The man would then lower his camera, now appearing...shy? No, embarrassed? What was there to be embarrassed about? You saw his bottom lip being bitten then moved to form words...except, whatever is being said is either mumbled or he’s just forming words for the hell of it. Could he not speak? Is he having difficulty? 

“I’m...I’m sorry, but can you repeat that?” you asked as you stepped towards him to hear better. That’s prompted him to move away. At least two steps that’s taking him further into the dense fog. “H-Hey, man, I’m just wanting to hear what you said! Is...something wrong?” He didn’t look frightened, but there’s something about him that compels you somehow. 

You wonder if you’re the one that’s making him feel unsettled. Why wouldn’t he be? That’s when you realized that you are making yourself look just as strange -- this is merely fog that’s covering you both! All you needed to do is stay calm, find a familiar pathway to take you home, and completely forget that you’re here wandering around aimlessly like a lost puppy. Just approaching random strangers like they’re old friends that knew of your predicament. Now, how embarrassing is that!? 

“Uh...look, man, I…” 

However, just as you started to apologize, the man suddenly turned and walked off into the fog. Great, you frightened him away, but… 

“Hey, wait!” Why? Why are you even acting like this? You can’t wrap your head around it as you followed after him. Perhaps it’s to see if he’s truly alright. What if he’s attempting to hide from someone? 

What if he’s thinking...some very unpleasant thoughts and is only taking pictures because it’s the only means to ground him? 

These strange ideas aren’t registered to you as you continue to follow after him. How did he even gain that much distance away from you within minutes? Where did he go? “Wait! I know this looks weird and all, but..! Just wait!” you cried out, seeing his figure slowly becoming fainter until all you could hear are his footsteps. Even then, they are growing further away. You ran by what looked to be structures of a playground and that’s when you remembered. 

Oh, you’re at the park! 

That’s right, you’ve been wanting a quick stroll through here and you hadn’t taken account of how thick this fog would be. 

Judging by the placement of those structures, you aren’t that far from the entrance -- only about ten more minutes of walking. So whoever that man was, he could be seen if he crossed the street. However, as you finally reached the entrance, the sound of a car horn startled you. You jumped then watched as headlights shined down the road and the car itself drove on by. The driver hadn’t been him, though. 

In fact, that’s when you realized that people are now seen walking by you, a few of them giving you a look like you’re out of your mind just standing there, looking like a clueless idiot. You muttered an apology as you got out of their way, turning your gaze this way and that way to find the man…

He’s disappeared. Where did he go? 

You couldn’t possibly be that tired that you practically hallucinated the entire encounter. That’s just not plausible! 

Maybe you should just go back home and forget this ever happened, you sighed to yourself. It’s just another one of those days.

my first impression of your muse: Since I've met you through Varis, Imma go with him - & let me just gush about how much you put into his portrayal as well as the history in which you built around him, his family issues, & how it all ultimately shaped him to be the man he is - all in which was learned very early on upon the first following. Your Varis & my Zenos feels as though they click in the way they should between two different roleplayers ultimately using the members of a very messed up family! While our interactions have thus far remained small with no "real" threads (aka long-going roleplays), I genuinely enjoy them! And there was that memorable one involving the ship verse with @bastard-son-aymeric's Aymeric which LOL, oh man the drama that went with it!

my first impression of you: Oh man, I was nervous? I thought you to be high-tier roleplayer with little time for me. But no, I learned that you're just as much of a nervous dork as I am, asdflkja!! right now i recently replayed sly 1 and... yea the racing missions suck. i’m sorry but they’re really terrible.  i dont have much problems with RC stuff so far in sly 2 and i’ll see when i get to the sly 3 replay if the underwater segment or the little RC car is as problematic as it was when i was little (shoutout to that one mission with penelope and murray, YOU KNOW THE ONE.), but so far in sly 2 i can say FUCK the tank, its too confusing and its stupid and i HATED IT and im glad that iirc i dont have to deal with that nonsense again

I'm afraid that this romance was only possible because Bai Lin, the homophobic gay, intervened to make impossible for himself to be together with Jidu, since he was so much in love with Bai Lin, that he would have never spared a single glance in Xi Xuan's direction, even when he believed that Bai Lin didn't returned his romantic feelings and only wanted to be friends, just like what happened to Ruo Yu because Xiao Yinhua was too infatuated with Sifeng to notice Ruo Yu. Jidu would only have developed feelings for Xi Xuan if Bai Lin simply never existed. But I agree that, if Sifeng managed to convince Jidu to come back home with him, Sifeng would have happily rode that Moran sized devil dick for the rest of his life unlike that coward who was too up his own ass to entertain the idea of a romantic relationship with Jidu. Even when he was the god of war and a woman, Bai Lin still married a goddess but put a red string of fate in her life pillar and gifted her his flower of blessed love, so she would not feel too lonely, funny that this flower was used to save Sifeng's life after he got stabbed by Ruo Yu and Bai Lin lost his mind consumed by jealousy when he saw Xuanji giving his flower to Sifeng lmao

ok so. while luohuo jidu Was infatuated with bai lin by Heaps. I did rewatch the ep 56 scene where bai lin and luohuo jidu talk about the war, right before lhjd drinks the wine. And from what they said (now that i’m calm and not mid watching the whole thing and burning up wanting bai lin to croak) - bai lin is the one who went and made friends with luohuo jidu. presumably who tried to start up their relationship/friendship. (Then apparently also the douche who friendzoned lhjd because he’s??? what a devil?? but bai lin friendzones god of war too so?? - then keeps lhjd/god of war as a possession basically and keeps trying when god of war finally snaps and has to do reincarnations). 

Anyway from a rewatch of the scene.

bai lin was interested first and started the friendship (my guess is either he thought lhjd HOT/heroic/charming who wouldn’t, and/or he thought having a general for a friend might be valuable then couldn’t believe how much he ended up in awe of lhjd)

bai lin ‘fixes’ the issue and gets who he wants

bai lin either can’t accept god of war is Still ultimately that devil and/or that he hurt this person he wanted so badly so he can’t bear responding to god of war’s feelings (that’s the nicer potential interpretation assuming he has any remorse in his evil body)

bai lin may or may not be aware he maybe ‘wants’ xuanji like lover wants. even if he’s still insisting he just wants control (which i mean - he wants control more cause he has not ever shown a loving action). im assuming on some level he’s been refusing to act on the desire to be lhjd/xuanji’s lover all these years because. he is 1. STILL hung up on the idea devils/gods cant be friends or lovers (and he reinforces that belief by telling the human realm to imprison star of mosha bottle for so long). 2. he might be guilty on some very subconcious level that he Betrayed lhjd, sweet lhjd, all that time ago, and made him into a not-devil immortal puppet, and still kinda thinks he shouldn’t take lhjd/xuanji as a lover if he’s already done enough harm (i Wish and would like to Hope he has this last tiny crumb of decency left, but given he’s willing to marry xuanji in the final life i suspect he finally let go of this smidge of potential decency still given to lhjd after all the shit that happened)

sifeng is with xuanji and SUCK ON THAT bai lin. who knew. letting xuanji have her own fucking agency. and being a GOOD fucking person. was all it took. well and being attractive to her. but bai lin had that going too with lhjd and still fucked it up. 

xuanji gets the lhjd piece back that bai lin cut up, god of war re-emerges to push the now fully integrated 3-part xuanji to go and kill bai lin’s ass. bai lin at this point is Fully committed to his delusion that devils Must Always be evil, that he must always be good, and that everything he did to xuanji/lhjd/god of war was justified since apparently she’s a ‘world ending monster.’ 

bai lin is wrong and literally everyone who matters calls his ass out. all because bai lin couldn’t just. fucking appreciate and respect lhjd as a Person. god. god i hate bai lin. (i mean i love him as a character hes a Great Villain, love Liu xueyi, just bai lin u gotta hate ToT)

*still haven’t seen novel so. idk if bai lin being the person who initially pursued luohuo jidu is also true in there or not. 

to be honest i do think luohuo jidu would’ve had a CHANCE to fall in love with xi xuan in a slightly altered timeline, IF he’d met the 2 at the same time. But you are right that once he met bai lin first, he was basically bound to be trusting and loyal until bai lin betrayed him. Because lhjd is good and kind and trusting and hopeful, and all the things sifeng is as He ends up doing much of the same grace for xuanji’s lifetimes.

Like I’ve stated before, Kimbley doesn’t really “love” people in a way that non-psychopathic love people. Whatever affection he feels for people is warped by the idea that there are those to be deemed “important,” and those that are “unimportant,” the former of which he’s willing to invest his time, and the latter… well. They’re just disposable to him.

So that out of the way, there’s really only one person that had what could be considered the most “genuine” form of Kimbley’s affection, and that is his now-deceased father. Call it some foolish familial connection, but there exists in Kimbley still a respect and---in some sense---actual disappointment that events could not have gone differently.

Kimbley’s father was a mild-mannered but hard-working man of the earth, who stuck to his convictions and, even though he was by no means a super genius, was intelligent and perceptive in his own ways. Like most others in the town of Youswell, he knew ultimately that his fate was to become a coal miner, and he took to the job with skill and ease. There was, of course, a melancholy that had settled over his demeanor after the death of Kimbley’s mother, and that contributed later to how intensely he encouraged Kimbley’s personal studies in the way of learning alchemy, as he viewed his son as far too gifted to simply fall into the life of hard labor.

Kimbley is very picky about what he keeps in his pockets at a single time, and always has them organized in a manner that he can very quickly produce whatever he needs without a second thought. Typically, at a single time, he’ll probably have on his person:

His wallet, which would contain multiple fake IDs, in case he’s asked for one to identify himself, and a sensible amount of money

Any receipts / orders for his various “jobs”---in the form of shopping lists for a floral shop (going in line with how his alchemical research notes are taken), and that will be properly filed away once he’s back at his home base at the Nest

Random notes and reminders to himself---again, in innocent code, if he believes the information to be sensitive enough

Sometimes a small Red Stone in his default verse---for good luck uvu

he doesn’t have any, yet in someway he does! let me explain this: to him, every vampire is family, he tries to keep an eye on them when discovered, tries to keep them under his wing, protect them when needed, yet one shouldn’t be fooled by this; yes, he has a code for family, but he is not ready to let anyone step on him even if they were family, they will be disciplined if they try to do so, or even be unintentionally disrespectful

3. What is their relationship like with their parents or siblings? Is there a reason for it being that way?

let’s start with his mother: it is a bit complicated; she died giving birth to him, her blood and soul sucked by him, a fact he is aware of later, it makes him feel guilty sometimes even though he will never admit it, not so easily at least, he actually loves her, yet he waved off those feelings so it is not very clear to him that he is actually attached to her without realizing, his feelings for her confuse him

now to his father: the man doesn’t even recognize him as a son, hates him for taking their wife from them, which leads in abandoning him, simply throwing him away, leaving him to die, but he is lucky enough to be picked and raised by a witch, he grows up and becomes one of the most successful men with his guns and hotels, but when his father figures that this abomination is still alive, they inform some biological companies about the uniqueness of his blood and whole being, something arden wouldn’t forgive, family or not, and that’s why he kills them with the coldest of blood, not even blinking; they are not his family to begin with, right? their decision

My love, the Lady Amalthea! // here’s two links to bits from her canon just for fun. the intro of her movie, and her song!

I default to her human route more often than her main, but the Lady Amalthea is actually a Unicorn. She’s ancient, she’s immortal, and she’s an avatar of purity and grace — as unicorns are symbolized to be. Incorruptible, completely unswayed by evil, and in my headcanon gently twisted with actual folklore, a natural guardian for good maidens young and old. Those who do not believe in her kind will never see her horn - they will only see a beautiful white mare.

In terms of personality, she is, as noted, incorruptible; she will never tell a lie, she will never be deceitful. She is kind, but due to her honest nature, she is very unguarding when telling the truth, so she can come off as quite harsh, or cruel, when laying down the brutality of it all with no softening. She tells it like it is with no filter regardless of being a Unicorn or being Human.

She’s very poised, and very cool-leveled. Her intentions are true, and she will never harbor ill-intent for anyone or anything, although there is one man who has earned her ire, and he has seen his own grim downfall for trifling with her and her kind. And while she’s peaceful, she can be incredibly protective over anyone who has earned her kinship -- and even those who have not. She is not one to simply stand back and watch as cruelty is committed to a sweet soul before her eyes; she has a guardian personality and has stepped in on the behalf of a victimized party before as a human. 

Graceful and wise, but also sharp like a diamond. Radiating purity. This is the only human Claudia would ever bend her knee and bow to, and Hades stands within a distance, but never up close regardless of form. Animals have a natural likeness for her, and I’ll explain why beneath the readmore - as well as other tidbits!

In her world, Unicorns guard forests! These forests are magical, eternally Spring, and humans who attempt to hunt will always come up empty-handed. Animals are not harmed under their loving watch, and they are loyal to their guardians. The Unicorn here is no exception - her world is her forest and the woodland critters within.

However, the story unfolds when one hunter calls out a sorrowful warning to her; Stay where you are, poor beast! This is no world for you! Stay in your forest and keep your trees green, and your friends protected. And good luck to you! For you are the last!

Unicorns mean everything to one another, even when they are not in regular contact. Discovering she may be the last, The Unicorn set out on her journey to discover if this was the truth, and if was not, to find where they had all gone.

Her story winds with her being spellbound into the mortal coil of a human as an act of protection, to which horrifies her. She delivers one of the rawest lines I’ve ever heard regarding anything immortal v mortality; “I can feel this body dying all around me!!”

Amalthea is, honestly, one of my favorite muses. Her human verse, in which she stayed human, she is a fun depiction of an immortal being bound to mortality, and all the affects that come with it. She’s wiser than anything, mystical, radiating purity, but she is old, and she is completely melancholic. She is prone to forgetfulness of very important details if she does not have someone there to remind her of who she is, a dangerous trait - to become an enigma to herself, and all that knowledge and wiseness of the ages locked away in her mind. It’s something I don’t see done often at all!

But on a lighter note, being mortal has touched her with the undeniable traits you might find in colder, crankier elders. She can be very sarcastic and grouchy, and I‌ often joke she’s the female version of Park and Recreation’s Ron Swanson bc they share the same vibe lol. You don’t boss or push her around, you don’t tell her what to do, and you certainly don’t touch her! Also she knows more than you. 

I could see Her and Azrael having a potential in a unique sort of friendship, both main verse where she is her unicorn self if he ever veers off towards the older sections of England, or her mortal form. They’re both old, they’re both wise, and they could have some seriously deep conversations. They’ve both seen ages pass, and how humanity has evolved with time. They both have the same bittersweet emotion of what it feels like to become attached to humans, knowing they’ll be lost to time and beyond their grasp. They’d have their clashes too; he’s a very dark character and she’s very light, but I think it’d be neat to see how they’d play out if you’re ever interested in writing with her. 

And of course, I can see her bonding naturally with Foghar, too. They’re a wicked thing, but they’re immortal, and even with something naturally cruel like Harpies, she has a kinship for immortals no matter the alignment. There’s already this sort of set middle ground with her that allows the entryway for communication and bonding. We’re both going to be here until the end of time, why not communicate?

I could also see her hitting it off with Lyth but that’s another story. uvu

I of course have a lot of hcs for all of em so I’ll go section by section uvu

Michael

He wanted to be a carpenter before he done got possessed

He gets anxious when it’s too quiet, and will often make noises himself to fill the silence (snapping fingers, clicking tongue, humming loudly, etc)

He uses a noise machine to sleep

He doesn’t really talk much unless spoken to, he’ll only really hold long conversations with Kirstie and Owen

Speaking of Kirstie and Owen, I should really talk about them more since y’all only know them as ‘the ghost friends’

The three of them have known each other since they were kids

Owen was and still is the baby brother of the group

Kirstie is basically the mom friend. She was always a very positive and supportive person, and probably the smartest one too lol

Kirstie had two dads

Owen was never super talkative, but when it’s a topic he likes he can talk a lot

Michael is very uncomfortable with letting other people have control of his body because of trauma (obviously), but Kirstie sometimes forcibly takes control when Michael won’t take care of himself

Owen only really gets control when Ben invites him to play videogames

Owen can get really into games, they’re one of the few things that can make him angry or excited

Kirstie LOVES sports. She used to play volleyball when she was alive

When she gets control everyone just has to deal with Michael, the quiet guy who lives in the basement, suddenly being peppy and friendly

Michael doesn’t eat much, especially not desserts, but he has a soft spot for ice cream.

His room is FULL of empty bottles and cans. Man stays hydrated. He drinks ridiculous amounts of la croix because he has no will to live

Slendra

She is simply BABY

She took Sally’s place as the baby of the family LOL

Her love for bow ties is INTENSE. She likes bows just- in general, but you’d never catch her dead without a bowtie on. She collects them, much like how Slender collects ties.

She loves striped patterns

She loves singing and music of any kind. She plays piano and accordion, and is trying to learn the harmonica and ukulele

She has the tiniest smidge of Jack’s accent and occasionally uses cockney slang

Slender dies inside every time he hears Slendra call the mansion ‘’th’ gaf.’’

She’s oddly maternal towards some of her siblings. She takes after Slender and is often the only braincell of the group.

She loves doing cartwheels and things. Jack taught her all his tricks

She’s oddly protective of Jeff specifically. She’s protective of everyone but Jeff she’s just- big sister. Even though he’s 12 years older than her.

Ok this isnt a hc but I wanted to talk about why I went with the ‘demons age twice as fast as humans’ aspect of her character.

When making her I couldn’t decide if Slendra should be responsible older sister figure with a good sense of humour and love for comedy or if she should be a young girl who’s scared of her powers and always sticking by Slender’s side, with Jack trying to teach her confidence.

I eventually decided to blend both, making Slendra physically a teen but mentally closer to a child. I wanted this to represent that she’s innocent, but forced to grow up faster than she should’ve because of Zalgo being- well- her dad.

She believes herself to be above humans and animals but birds? Birds are the one creature she respects

She believes herself to be a chosen one, in a way, because of Zalgo ‘choosing her’

She thinks she’s above other people but is completely subservient to Zalgo

Zalgo often calls her ‘my little lamb’ because of her last name which literally means ‘lamb of god’, the fact that she’s child sized and- y’know- Zalgo is a god.

She often paints her nails :) Nat and Jane let her join their girl’s nights (Zero is there too but only sometimes)

I haven’t decided if this is fully 100% canon yet but I like the idea of her being age-locked by Zalgo much like Nat and Jason are. I haven’t decided how old she is exactly, but I like the idea that she’s been around a while

It was rare for survivors and hunters alike to get day offs. Or just a simple day without any matches on their schedule, in general.

Especially on the first week for the new survivors, like the novelist herself.

She was just checking the pages in her scriptbook, sighing in relief to see that none was torn off. She had to do it to summon her portals with the coordinates written (those being the groups of the spawn points, cipher points, and even on dungeons and basements). Her first few matches were forgiving... For now, anyways.

Still, it doesn't mean she didn't gave the hunters a hard time. In fact, she may have a bit too much fun taking everything in and staying back to explore the map in all of its entirety, only to get chased off by hunters.

Her footsteps pattered towards the direction of the library, and she grabbed the handle of the door to push it open. With force, she opened the heavy doors and went inside the grand room.

There were books upon books in shelves, all sorted in genres and authors. There's so many books that were made in years— some even from decades and centuries ago!

However, that was not why she was here. She was in the library to get some peace and quiet to mull over her discoveries in the matches.

She had only got into 5 matches, mostly on three maps: Arms Factory, Lakeside Village, and Sacred Heart Hospital. Her next one would be in Leo's Memory— but as to who, she doesn't know.

The novelist sat down on the plush couches, setting her papers down and picking up her journal from her pockets. With a pen in hand, she grabbed a few pages of papers she had written on with the maps and began to plot out where the groups are in the matches she's been on.

While she was busy, the door had creaked open, and in came the waiter—

Calix Muirgen.

He had finished his match, so to see that the library was empty suited his taste. Some quiet time alone would be—

Wait.

He's not alone.

His ruby red eyes seemed to have noticed the lone survivor in the couches just at the far end of the room, busy writing and flipping pages upon pages on the desk. Her eyes were focused on the work at hand. Beside it was a few books, but certainly they haven't been moved yet.

With a raised eyebrow, the man went over. It's a surprise to see someone new to the manor... Did he miss seeing her? Maybe. She did came late in the night, but...

... How odd...

His working right bunny ear twitched as he heard her murmurs. It was faint, but he can make out the words from her tone and volume of her voice. Who wouldn't knew that his heightened hearing would be so useful?

Anyways... Her words... Hm...

“So group three is... This, huh... Sacred Heart has a massive building in the middle, and the hunters had been avoiding that...

... Wait, so why would Michiko go there in my matches? This doesn't make sense...”

He closed his eyes for a moment, before going over to her quietly.

Albeit, that failed quite quickly.

The floorboards creaked, and that snapped Adalyn out of her stupor. She turned her head immediately to the noise before Calix can move away.

They made eye contact.

“...”

“...”

Shit.

The two had a moment of silence. Although, it's awkward, since the girl had caught him red handed in watching her.

“... Are you here to read a book?”

He stared quietly at her in response. She didn't look disturbed for his appearance. Rather... She looked confused. Almost as if she didn't knew why he was around in the library.

Though, despite being alone she kept talking as quietly as possible. She didn't want to break the forbidden rule in the library, anyways.

Calix took a moment to reply, albeit it's blunt and not as nice to some—

“Not really. Just thought I can rest for a bit on my own.”

He looked unamused, but Adalyn simply nodded and returned back to her work.

This woman...!

Despite the cold tone, she didn't bother talking to Calix. He must be having a bad day, she mused. Some time alone would be good for him.

Minutes passed... Then she felt the side of the couch she's sitting on sink slightly.

Her eyes blinked twice, and her head turned to this matter. In response, she and Calix made eye contact. Again.

“... Yes?”

Now she felt a bit uncomfortable. She didn't knew what the man is up to, but he didn't seem snarky this time. Instead, he gazed at her with an unreadable gaze, before turning to her papers.

“Are you trying to memorize the maps?”

She nodded. He let out a sigh, and took a few pages from the desk.

“Here, let me help you.”

Now he caught her off guard. Wasn't he wanting some time alone? She couldn't understand him...

... But the help was good for the novelist. The two talked about the maps and such after his offer, and it shifted to a different topic— which was about the books and genres.

It was some sort of common ground for the two of them, but with the two of them talking and genuinely having fun with the topic was something anyone would like to see.

Even if it meant abandoning her notes, Calix did manage to persuade her into reading some books with him until it's time for their matches...

... Though, what they didn't knew was that their matches would be on tomorrow. Albeit with them reading like this in silence, some passing chatter and tea was nice. Even if they're inside the library for the day.

Well, as nice as that would ever be in the chaotic manor.
