I'm an overworked person who can't keep up with the awesome simmers I love so... Let's chat! Tell me three things you did this week with your ocs/sims that you'd like to share!

Arcana!!! Hi!!!! I hope you're doing well, and that life outside of simblr is treating you okay!

I haven't really done much sims stuff this week, unfortunately. But here's what I have done:

Spent 4-5 hours on redoing the Royal Gardens, and am still nowhere near done.

Today I'm going to be making a sim (or two) for @panicsimss gameplay.

Not sims related, but I bought a new hooded blanket, and it's so big and soft and I love it.

Also not sims related, but I watched Critical Role for the first time in ages.

And today I'm going to an Italian restaurant, which is awesome, because I haven't had Italian food in months, even though it's my favorite kind of food. (Italian food and Mexican food are the superior cultural foods.)

💞: Do they treat sex casually or do they view it as something with a lot of emotional weight?

To Morgyn, (casual) sex is nothing but a fun passtime that happens to be physically gratifying for both their partner and themselves. They don't feel the need for emotional attachment in order to agree to it and would honestly prefer if there was none of that after the deed is done. Doing it with a significant other is a whole different story though. The stronger they feel, the more intense it becomes. Heck, they might even shed a tear or two in the process (WOWZA). Bottom line is, sex with a stranger feels miles different from sex with an SO, and so Morgyn sees them as different activities with different end-goals. The first scratches the itch and the former caresses the heart.

💌: How would they plan a romantic evening for a significant other?

Plain and simple. They don't. Morgyn does not make plans, they live in the moment and consequences be damned. Romantic evenings are treated no differently and end up being randomly announced in the middle of brushing their teeth or something like that. They deliver every single time, though.

"What-Now? But...songbird, my favorite cooking show is on!"

😍 : What does your OC find irresistible in others?

Physically speaking, Morgyn is incredibly into defined collarbones and a soothing, yet deep voice. Physical traits aside, they can go a little crazy at the sight of their SO interacting with and caring for children like a father would. The effect it has is so powerful it temporarily alters their brain chemistry and makes them want to have kids of their own. For like an hour or so. Basically until they realize it's a stupid idea and that their body would most likely not be able to handle it. All of this is exclusive to their SO though. Seeing random dads in similar situations does nothing for them.

32%. If the character could remove one emotion from their life, which would they choose?

Love. It's not something that Isaac would like to admit. Is Isaac even capable of feeling love? Many would wonder. For a man so full of rage and spite, you wouldn't think so. But the truth is, it terrifies him because when he feels love, he feels it deeply.

For starters, Isaac had a loving family. Two doting parents who he thought loved him as much as he loved them, a loving Grandma who made the best treats, and his loving, compassionate, older brother who he was very close with. But love never lasts, does it? At the age of 9, Isaac's parents had left to go somewhere and never returned. When he was 12, his older brother, Emilio, was rushed into hospital where he was later diagnosed with heart failure. As Isaac grew older, his relationship with is Grandma grew strained, and he is convinced that she has since given up on him.

It doesn't end there, because even his love life would end in heartbreak and betrayal - which Isaac absolutely refuses to admit to everyone.

So if he had to choose one emotion to get rid of, it would be love. That way he wouldn't need to worry about growing attached to a person, only to end up being abandoned later on down the line.

I wanted to write a growing up and Family Dynamic story. The story is based around how different their lives are growing up and the many challenges they will face not just as teens but as adults. No one is perfect and that is the way of life.

Thank you for the ask, Arcana! I wasn't planning on doing story characters, and Hermes is only mine by adoption, but fuck it, I'll answer this for him.

79%. Does your character feel guilty about anything in the past?

I'd say generally, no. He's not really done a lot of "bad" things in his own mind. He's been arrested a handful of times, but it never lasted long, and it was usually worth it. And besides, that's not something he'd feel guilty about. In terms of social stuff, he usually keeps everyone at arm's length to keep up his reputation and appearances, so no one ever really gets close enough for him to hurt them. Overall, Hermes is a pretty confident guy, and he owns up to his actions, at least to himself. So not a lot of guilt going on in there.
