Hey sorry for the late answer, I wanted to upload some new stuff of Niewe so that will be up in a couple of minutes but then I got real busy this weekend whoops! Stay tuned, may write what lil backstory he has as well

Next on his list- Mister Andrei! He admittedly didn’t talk with the man much after the candy game, but still!! Despite everything he was very nice to Ewan, so now was the perfect chance to pay it back! It took a bit longer to find him, but when he did, Ewan immediately ran up to him with an excited smile. "Hiya!! Mister Andrei!!" He waved at him.

"Happy Winter Festival! So glad I could find you here!" He rummaged through his bag for a moment, before pulling out a longer, thin present. Inside were three things: one of them was a bundle of arrows, but something was different about them. The arrow tip was as glowing slightly red. The second was as vial with a red liquid that seemed to sparkle in the light. The third was a bag of small sugar candies.

“They’re fire arrows! I read that archers generally struggle against armor. But with these babies that won’t be a problem! Just let one fly, and these arrows will target their resistance against magic instead! Oh but- you don’t need to be a mage to use them! Don’t worry about that!” He explained with an excited grin. He just knew that it was the perfect present for any archer friends he might’ve had! “Oh and with the vial, just dip an arrow in them and they’ll become fire arrows! They’re a little less potent, but they should still be effective!”

Then, were he to look at the very bottom of the box, there was a little drawing. It featured one short red haired figure and a tall long haired figure, both of them having big smiles.

Andrei had not expected to see much of Ewan again after their brief meeting during the game. Even as he'd made the choice to end the game on a positive note between them, their circumstances within the walls of the monastery were not the same, and they share few areas of expertise or interest that would be conducive to furthering any kind of relationship, friendly or otherwise.

As such, the surprise at the other's consideration renders Andrei silent and still as Ewan approaches with the gifts, his explanation showing the thought he'd put into the present. The arrows themselves were of a good make, the extra mechanism a novelty, but not without its uses.

"...You truly believe in the best of others, do you not?" he asks, though there is no disapproval in his tone, merely something between bewilderment and wonder. That this had been specially prepared, that the fragile bonds of temporary camaraderie formed over the course of a short conversation had mattered enough to Ewan for him to do this...

Andrei reaches into the bag of sugar candies, withdrawing three and holding them out to the other, the same gesture he had offered at the end of the game. The boy seems to be of the stance that joy is to be shared, and Andrei would not deny him this, on this day. "Your portion," he says, the briefest twitch of a smile on his lips.

"Happy Winter Festival, Ewan," he echoes the boy's earlier greeting, "I'm grateful for the gift."

(And he keeps the drawing, setting it among his modest pile of personal belongings in his area of the dormitory in the Abyss. Perhaps it is simply another mark of weakness, to indulge in such foolish sentiments... but he cannot deny it is a warm feeling, nevertheless.)

Neptune grunted and snuffled, then gave a reptilian whine as the stranger patted his nose. He began to lift his tail and thump it against the sandy ground, repeatedly and rhythmically. Yes, he liked the attention. He liked the attention a lot. And he liked the green-haired woman quite a lot, too, even though he could not put a finger on why (or a claw, rather).

Dachsbun? What is that? His Rider had shown him what a 'bun' is, a usually sweet and doughy ball-thing put into a hot place, and also really tasty. There was 'bun' in the name... Maybe 'Dachsbun' is some kind of food. Maybe even tasty food! Neptune began to salivate at the thought. He could use a snack right about now.

As a matter of fact...

Neptune hoisted himself back onto all his limbs, then energetically shook himself to clear himself of any dust and sand that may have accumulated on his rugged shell and tough scales. He lifted his frame up on his winged legs, now tall enough to make a Gyarados look small, and raised his nose to give it a good and proper sniffing. Then, at a speed that no creature his size should be logically permitted to go, he ran off in the direction of...

Cascarrafa. Oh, dear.
