It definitely seems to be! Perhaps an important meeting? It could be a significant partner or meeting someone that will be important for your growth as a person in the future! Since it aspects Vertex & the 6th house. Libra does come off as a romantic relationship, but it's not always the case! (It could also be a close friend or a strong platonic relationship).

Either way, this person will be very significant in your life going forward!

ok I'm just gonna elaborate on my opinion that the remake of "Cloudy…with a chance of murder" is The Most Evil And Fucked Up Thing Psych Creators Could Ever Do Because Of The Bike Scene Removal y'all remember the "I've been thinking about getting a car" speech right. But let's take a step back and talk about the bike.

The bike symbolizes Shawn's freedom, independence, and in the "Cloudy…" it is implicitly taken by his own father ( which I'm letting go. for now), and in the end a bunch of people prepared to get it back for Shawn, but who gets there first? Lassiter. And it would be SO easy to play it off by having Lassie say something like "I got you your bike back so you could drive the fuck away from my police station", or "you helped me out before so I feel obligated to repay you, now we're even", but no. Lassie's reaction is genuine embarrassment when people found out he got the bike, because it was purely a nice gesture. A nice gesture for Shawn, whom he "hates". So what I'm saying is. metaphorically. Lassiter gives Shawn back all the independence and freedom, because despite all Shawn's antics, he sees him and accepts him for who he is, with all his bullshit, doesn't fall for his lies and literally embraces the deception and rolls with it for eight more seasons, with occasional Gotta Call Him On His Bullshit To Keep Him In Shape. This scene encapsulates the progress of the dynamic between Lassie and Shawn and it's the foundation for their future relationship, where they know they can trust and rely on each other, despite everything. So again, removing it in the remake was a literal crime against humanity and me specifically because it basically erases part of Lassie's character

And so it’s goofy to me that his graduation photo only kind of looks like him (yeah I get it, his hair is different bc it’s picture day SHHH LET ME COOK) but he looks like Inukawa with Reigen’s eyebrows

Reigen has an older sister that’s never talked about in the show but it was in one of those Q&A things (sorry for the blurry image, it’s the only version I have and I got it from Chatter HAHA)

I haven’t shown my face around them in years, but it seems like we have some misunderstandings, so I’m thinking of going home once a year from now on.

SO HEAR ME OUT I made a joke that Inukawa and Reigen were actually related bc of the photo similarity and also bc during my telepathy arc rewatch, I was working on a project for my brother, and so I was looking down a lot and not at the screen. And I kept somehow mixing up Reigen and Inukawa’s voice lines because I didn’t realize how similar they sounded until they were in a place together?

And since Reigen has that older sister, what if Inukawa is actually her kid, meaning he’s Reigen’s nephew but neither of them know that because Reigen’s sister doesn’t talk to him and thinks he’s a criminal. (And the two of them never made the connections between the family names)

Hey so this is probably nothing, just a totally weird coincidence, hardly worth bringing up, but it seems like all of those things all boil down to sitting on your ass at home and not doing anything that would involve actual effort or make you talk to another human being.

I don't want to sound crazy here but what if instead of trying to make inaction sound revolutionary, we tried - and again, this is going to sound insane - what if we tried actually organizing the people in our direct communities by running for school boards, attending and speaking out at city council meetings, and identifying and campaigning for progressive politicians?

ace's first on screen presence has him wearing both a jacket and a black hat, making him both the most clothed we ever see him and also demonstrating that he clearly has different colours of the same hat for different occasions. realistically this choice was deliberate by the animation studio to make him look more mysterious, giving him a recognisable motif whilst simultaneously building intrigue and not spoiling the whole fire power thing but. what's the in-universe explanation. he doesn't know there's an audience. this leads me to believe that he donned this outfit in a deliberate attempt to screw with Luffy and be all mysterious and psych Luffy out by pretending there's some guy following him (except it didn't work because he'd already left Drum). first of all - peak older siblingism. second of all he's sooo extra I'm surprised he didn't wear that same black hat when confronting Blackbeard to set the mood better. third of all do you think it's actually a different hat or did he spend the time between alabasta and drum painstakingly peeling paint off of the orange one. much to think about...

I'm not exactly sure how I want to phrase this yet, but I think a lot of the utterly weird takes I see sometimes float by me on our cursed blue hellsite (esp when it comes to mdzscql fandom) is coming from a refusal to meet the genre where it's at.

Like, why are we trying to interrogate classism in MDZS society, MDZS is a romance, the societal worldbuilding is just enough to support some general big ideas and the provide context for the romance. We can't get ANY kind of read on general classim/sexism/anything else from. this source material. if you think you can get granular when your sample size of characters from various social and gender strata are so small and we don't know how the vast majority of people in here live you are making stuff up.

Like, meet the story where it's at: it's a romance novel.

like till this day i do not understand the significance of her meeting damon first bc damon wasn't the one who respected her choices. damon wasn't the one who helped her get over her parents' death. damon wasn't the one who stood by her and supported her unconditionally.

but damon was the person who shamed her for caring about stefan (after stelena broke up). he was the person who killed jeremy- the only family elena had left bc katherine rejected him. he was the person who sa'd and used caroline as a human bloodbag. he was the one who terrorised bonnie to open a tomb full of ancient bloodthirsty vampires. he was the one who turned vicky (and to an extent was the reason vicky was killed) all bc he was "bored". like i can sit here and talk abt this all day people.

damon is a bad and poorly written character. sure he's funny but that really doesn't cancel out all the things he did to other people. "meeting first" proves nothing if the person you're meeting is a monster.

okay since @whiskygoldwings left some comments on the idea of a hurt/comfort Fox/Mace AU... this is the hurt before the comfort :3

Fox writhes against the chains when something touches him, a sob breaking in the back of his throat. No, please. What more can you do to me? Please, stop.

Hands touch him, too many hands, more than one person. Panic shoots through him. He tries kicking, but that's when the agony fills him, and he arches off the floor, a whine escaping.

The karking Sith helmet comes off, and the world floods back in. It's overwhelming. Tears streak down his face at the assault on his senses, too loud and too bright, overstimulation shredding away what little is left of him. He trembles under their hands, breath rasping in his chest. He needs to run. He needs to be anywhere but here. But the only time he tried to leave...

Terror.

He moans, body shuddering, the pain of the past stronger, for a moment, than anything the present has to offer. Palpatine had brutalised him. That was the only word for it.

"Easy, easy," Thire murmurs, fiddling with the cuff around Fox's left wrist. "We're here. We're here and we're going to bring you home."

No, Fox wants to say. No, Thire, please, stars, run. Run. Run or you'll be trapped here with me.

But when he tries to speak, his throat won't form the words. From dehydration, he remembers vaguely. Something in survival training about the consequences of not stopping for water. The cracks in his lips had started bleeding- he isn't sure, but it must have been days ago.

They're so determined to save him. Why? Why can't they see that there's nothing here but evil?

Something knocks into his leg, and finally, he screams, a rasping horror wrenched from his throat as shards of bone grate against each other.

"Kriff, what'd you do?" someone demands.

"I don't know! I'm sorry! Commander, please, we- Fox, Fox, please, we're here to help you."

"Step aside, troopers," a different voice says.

Fox flinches, because different means painful. They only could have made it this far because Palpatine allowed it. Because this is some trap that will only bring more pain to all of them.

He closes his eyes so he doesn't have to see it coming.

A cool hand cups his face, and Fox shudders with fear, frozen in place despite every instinct demanding he flees.

The pain begins to fade. That only makes him more terrified. There's no reason for him to be spared. So why? Why do this to him? What purpose does it solve in Palpatine's plan?

"You're safe now, trooper," the same, different voice says.

Fox's eyes flicker open. Dark skin, darker eyes, beige robes. He has no idea who that is, but they look distinctly calm, in this whole situation. If they're not some trick, if they're really like that, then they're far too good a person to be here. To be touching a thing like him.

He stares at the far wall as they touch him. Move him. Try to heal him. He doesn't feel a thing, and hopes that he never will again.
