So, I'm Currently Watching Lawmen: Bass Reeves...

I'm giving it a chance but... It has well over 30 minutes of enslavement two-facing for surviving the enslaver in the opening, before we move on... and I honestly feel David Oyelowo, though a good actor, is TOTALLY miscast in this part. He's a short man (he's even sitting in the promo photo above) who usually gives a very soft gentleman's energy. Bass Reeves was 6'2 in an era when the average man's height was 5'7. He was known for being so intimidating, that a fugitive turned himself in upon learning that Bass Reeves was after him. He is said to have captured over 3000 fugitives in his career. He was calculating, shrewd, dogged in his pursuits, and was known for both his guile and physical prowess... And so far... David Oyelowo just isn't giving that. I've been skeptical, since it is by the Yellowstone guy... and *sigh* I'm doing my best to give this a chance since Bass Reeves is one of my favorite historical figures. But... So far, he's written VERY DIFFERENTLY from the reality of his story. Much less...

I get where ur coming from, ive had a high metabolism and a small appetite my whole life and I hate when doctors tell me to just eat more… like u think I haven’t tried that? Going to the doctor and expecting ur weight to be higher and finding out it’s lower is so fucking humiliating and frustrating.

Either way, I hope you find something that works for you whether is going on medication or not
