Every time I see someone earnestly say that Carver hates Hawke, I have to exercise such restraint to not scream.
Every day I get closer to writing a deep dive about him because that's my guy. He's so interesting. He feels so much. He tries so hard when talking to the other companions and some of the dynamics he has with them are so good. He can be so fucking funny and sweet and awkward. He so badly wants to be wanted and appreciated and to protect everyone he loves.
Carver Hawke, they could never make me hate you.

leah williamson 🫶
reader saying i like you instead of i love you to leah and leah getting annoyed
Tumblr media
the bet II l.williamson
"do you want anything love?" your girlfriend murmured quietly where she was squished in beside you, about to get up to grab a drink where you were sat down for a movie night with some of your friends.
"another slice of pizza? please." you smiled hopefully which the blonde returned. "course, anything for you." she mumbled pecking your lips a few times sweetly causing your cheeks to warm.
"i love you." you sighed happily, both of you staring into one anothers equally as lovesick eyes. "i love you." leah whispered back kissing your nose. "i love you more." you grinned kissing her cheek. "i love you more." leah retaliated with a cheeky smile, pecking your lips.
"oh would ya give it a rest! shut up man." katie moaned from the floor, a pillow smacking the two of you in the head as the irish woman launched it your way.
"i love you most, end of." leah warned with a playful glare, kissing you softly again before grabbing the pillow and standing, swinging it with much more force than katie had as it thwacked her in the side of the head causing her to nearly topple over.
"oi!" you rolled your eyes with a snicker as the older girl shot up to her feet and chased your girlfriend out of the room, the sounds of their squabble echoing from the kitchen.
"you are down so bad." laura shook her from beside you as you gave her a strange look. "who taught you that? shut up!" you laughed quietly, knocking your shoulder into hers. "she's not lying. disgustingly in love!" beth fake gagged from on the other lounge.
"you're one to talk bethany!" you scoffed at the girls own neediness. "i do not shove my tongue down my girlfriends throat or feel the need to tell her i love her every thirty seconds!" beth defended herself, movie now forgotten.
"leave them be they are very sweet." lia chuckled as you sent her an appreciative smile before turning a frown on beth again. "i am not needy! and we don't do that." you huffed at the accusation.
"you do. i bet ya couldn't go one full training session without telling leah you love her or lockin lips!" beth challenged as your eyes narrowed and laura oohed beside you as again you shoved her.
"i could too! you're on mead, tomorrow." you accepted, beth settling back into the lounge with a satisfied grin as viv rolled her eyes at the theatrics.
~
"do you want a tea for the meeting babe?" leah asked sweetly as you played with her fingers where they were interlocked with your own under the table, everyone finishing up breakfast as todays session was an earlier one.
"yes please." you smiled appreciatively, leaning in to peck her lips but with a subtle kick to your ankle you turned your head to glare at beth as leahs lips fell to your cheek instead.
"forgetting something are we?" beth smirked as your girlfriend left and you remembered the bet from last night, sighing tiredly and shaking your head. "no! starts from now." you huffed, shoveling the last mouthful of your fruit salad into your mouth.
"you won't even last the first hour." beth teased with a smug smile as you ignored her and engaged lia in conversation instead. "here you go gorgeous." leah dropped back down in the seat to your other side with a smile, placing down the takeaway cup of tea in front of you.
"thanks baby." you hummed appreciatively, everyone starting to make a move for the meeting room. "i love you." leah smiled softly, tucking a loose strand of hair behind your ear. "i appreciate you." you returned her smile, booping her nose with your finger.
~
"stop!" you whispered with a grin, shoving away leahs hand which wandered higher and higher up your thigh, the blonde giving you a cheeky smile seemingly in quite the mood today.
"no." leah whispered back, hand darting out to pinch you as you smacked her, the two of you resorting to playing footsies as the meeting continued.
"do you want to go for dinner tonight? i can call and book us in somewhere after this." leah asked quietly, arm now draped across the back of your shoulders as your hand rested on her knee, finger tracing absent minded shapes.
"yeah that sounds nice." you agreed, kissing her cheek quickly and turning back toward the staff at the front of the room. "i love you." leah whispered, finger dipping just below the collar of your training top.
"we could go to that new italian place that just opened? i'm sure they have a childrens menu for you baby." you teased, leah rolling her eyes playfully as you both paid closer attention once the defensive tactics came out.
~
"looking good number twelve." leah whistled as she wandered past where you were squatting, steph shooing her away as to not distract you as the two of you were partnered up to spot one another.
"away with you!" steph warned as leah sent you a wink and a wolfish grin over the australians shoulder and returned to her own program where kim was waiting for her.
but of course considering the mood leah was in it wasn't long before she was hovering nearby again, everyone now having broken off individually to stretch and cool down.
"hello sexy." leah dragged her mat over and sat right beside you where you were rolling out some tension in your hamstrings. "hi." you smiled, not missing the way her eyes roamed your legs as your free foot shot out to kick her.
"eyes to yourself thanks we're in a work environment." you teased, switching over to the other leg and exhaling as the knot you were working on slowly started to dissipate.
"not illegal to look now is it? don't think i could bare to exist in a world where i couldn't stare at you." leah cheesed with a charming smile, laid down on her mat.
"stop perving on me and start stretching williamson." you flicked her with your towel as her grin only grew but she focused a little more on her stretches. "i love you." your girlfriend sang out with a wink, grabbing her roller and starting to work on her calves.
"i love me too, so glad we have so much in common." you teased, well aware of beths eyes on you from the other side of the room as you gave her a sarcastic wave.
"i love you." leah repeated, a slight frown growing when you pretended not to hear her, turning to work on your other leg as you chatted away to laia who was on your other side.
"i love you." you felt your girlfriend poke at your shoulder and you could practically hear the pout in her voice as again you pretended not to hear. "ow! leah." you felt a sharp pinch to the back of your leg and glared at her over your shoulder.
"i love you. say it back!" the blonde scowled as you rolled your eyes. "don't pinch me when you don't get what you want, you're not a five year old." you warned, finishing your stretches and getting to your feet leaving her behind with a bewildered look.
~
"thats good thats good! now press in tighter leah, block off any options of them getting it in the air lotte." jonas called out, arms crossed as you sat on the sideline with your water bottle, the team split into four as a series of small 6 on 6 games were being played as a cool down.
"so, how are you surviving without all your love and affection?" beth slung an arm round you from where she sat beside you making you roll your eyes. "perfectly fine! see i told you i could do it." you smiled victoriously.
"do what exactly?" alessia asked curiously from your other side with a raised eyebrow. "beth bet me i couldn't go all of training without kissing or telling leah i love her." you rolled your eyes as alessia hummed and beth made kissy noises at you.
"well that makes sense then." the blonde shrugged as you gave her a curious look. "what makes sense?" you questioned as beth finally left you be to annoy poor stina instead. "you haven't picked up on it?" alessia asked surprised as you shook your head.
"picked up on what?" "on leah!" "what about leah?" "how she's acting." "less i would appreciate it if you stopped speaking in riddles and explained yourself please."
"she's been grumpy all afternoon. even asked me if you'd said anything about being upset with her, and you've been avoiding her all training." alessia pointed out, taking a large scull of her water.
"well yeah because she looks like a kicked puppy every time she says she loves me and i don't say it back!" you groaned quietly as alessia smiled. "only proving my point that you are both disgustingly in love. its only been a few hours!" beth chimed in as you sent her a glare.
"less! don't encourage her." you smacked your friends knee as she grinned at beths words, the whistles blowing to end the session as everyone gathered around listening as the water bottles were passed around.
you could feel your girlfriends eyes burn a hole in the side of your head and it took every ounce of your self restraint not to turn to meet her gaze, skin prickling under the intensity of her stare as everyone was dismissed.
"now remember training doesn't officially end until you leave colney. no cheeky change room kisses!" beth warned with a wag of her finger and a grin as you pushed her off you with a huff and headed away back toward the training center.
"oi!" you heard the familiar accent call after you but pretended not to hear, walking a little faster as leah ran to catch up with you. "are your ears blocked today?" you skidded to a halt as leah popped up in front of you, arms crossed over her chest and scowl embedded into her features.
"maybe a little, hot shower might help." you tried to duck past her but had no luck as your body thumped into hers. "you're being weird. why are you being weird?" leah questioned, and you shot beth a glare over her shoulder as she waved at you happily.
"i'm not being weird. i'm just...tired." you lied with a small smile, patting her shoulder and stepping around her as her steps fell in line with yours easily, legs longer considering she was taller as again she stepped in front of you.
"okay. when we get home i'll run you a bath and give you a massage and we can take it easy babe, we can go for dinner another night." her hands gently fell either side of your face, eyes bright with concern as your stomach dropped with guilt.
"sounds good." you nodded with a smile, ducking as she leaned in to kiss you, her lips meeting thin air as you pried her hands off and hurried toward the training centre.
"babe!" leah huffed after you with a confused frown, concern melting into annoyance at your odd behavior as you spared her a glance over your shoulder and practically sprinted off away from her.
it didn't take long before she cornered you again, towering over you at your cubby. "are you mad at me? did i do something? say something?" leah asked, eyebrows knitted together as you shook your head.
"then why are you being so weird! you won't kiss me, you won't tell me you love me, anytime i try to speak to you you run away?" leah threw her hands up with a deep exhale and yet another signature scowl.
"yeah, you are being pretty weird! why is that?" beth decided to chime in, false concern written on her face as leah agreed and set her glare down onto you. "baby. i'll explain when we get home, promise." you stood and squeezed her bicep.
"kiss me." leah demanded, tapping her lips expectantly. "leah!" you blushed, well aware of more of the girls tuning into your conversation. "what? you don't normally care unless we're in the middle of a game or a session. so, kiss me." your girlfriend demanded again as beth grinned and wiggled her eyebrows.
"i can't. i've got a...a cold sore. so we should get home!" you grabbed your bag and tried to leave but the taller girl moved to be in the way. "you didn't complain about a cold sore this morning." leahs eyes narrowed suspiciously.
"its only come up today." you lied, clutching your jaw with a fake wince of pain as alessia shook her head from behind leah at the display. "fine. i love you." leah spoke, raising an eyebrow.
"i value you." you replied with a soft smile which did nothing to melt the annoyed frown in her features. "i love you." she repeated again, tapping her foot impatiently.
"i appreciate you." "i love you." "i really like being with you." "i love you." "i really like you." "i. love. you." leahs jaw clenched as beth watched on with delight at your obvious struggle as the changing rooms started to empty, viv and alessia watching on with a wince at the awkward exchange.
"thank you?" you tried every way you could to get around it, though that last response seemed to be the final nail in the coffin as the vein in your girlfriends neck looked ready to pop.
"really? you can walk home then!" leah spun around on heel, having driven the two of you today, and started to storm towards the exit as alessia shoved you from behind and gestured toward leah.
"wait!" you called after her, the blonde pausing but not turning around as you chanced a glance to beth whose smile almost looked like it was hurting her it was so wide.
"i made a bet with beth." you sighed, leah spinning around and eyes narrowing as she strode on back toward you. "you what?" the older girl stopped once again chest to chest with you.
"beth wouldn't stop teasing me about how affectionate we are and calling me needy, so she bet me that i couldn't go one training session without saying i loved you or kissing you." you admitted, the defender scoffing.
you prepared yourself for her to rant and rave, to yell and scold, to drive home without you and for a night to be filled with grovelling.
what you didn't prepare for was for leah to look right over your head, glare directed not at you but at beth who paled at the sight. "beth." leah dropped her bag to the floor and gently moved you aside, fists balled by her side.
"five, four, three-" leah started to count down, beths eyes widening as she looked around the room, jumping to her feet and running off as leah took off after her. "leah!" you called after her with a groan, hearing them start to argue outside.
"huh, that was not what i expected." alessia pondered as you sighed, grabbing both your bag and your girlfriends and hurried off. "really?" you stepped out of the change rooms to find leah had beth in a headlock yelling at her, the shorter girl fighting to throw her off.
"leah!" you called out, both of them stopping at your words, beth still locked up in your girlfriends arms. "i love you very very very much. can we go home now please? and i'll show you." you spoke calmly, your girlfriend instantly perking up at your words as beth groaned in disgust at the not so hidden intent behind them.
"oi!" the girl yelled as leah let go but not before pushing her to the floor, ignoring the colorful language hauled her way as viv appeared and helped her up, a smile of amusement painted on her lips having already tried to warn beth against meddling between the two of you.
"hey you lost the bet!" beth yelled after you in reminder as leah grabbed her bag and slung an arm over your shoulder steering you toward the exit. "yeah i did. but we didn't actually bet anything for if i lost beffy, have a nice night!" you grinned at her as her jaw dropped in realization.
"come here." leahs soft voice commanded your attention, her hand grabbing your jaw and tilting your head to the side, her lips ravishing yours as whistles sounded after the two of you at the display.
"leah." you pulled away with a slight blush as her tongue swirled the inside of your mouth and she sucked on your bottom lip before dragging her teeth down to release it with a slight pop, smirk present in her features.
"what? you've got a lot of making up to do baby girl."

August, finally. Summer, at last. The book snapped shut with a quiet _click_, and I slipped it into my bag. A glance at the darkening sky confirmed my decision. Time to go.
The beach was deserted now, save for the distant sound of laughter from a party I hadn’t been invited to. No hard feelings, no bad blood. It wasn’t that they disliked me—they simply didn’t see me.
I was an outsider to that world, a solitary figure on the periphery. No invitations had been extended, no longing glances cast my way. It was as though I existed in a silent film, a mere extra in the grand spectacle of life.
The sky, a masterpiece of blue, held me captive. In that moment, I was adrift, a solitary vessel on a boundless ocean. There was no turmoil, no drama, just the gentle sway of existence.
As I drove away from the beach, a flash of movement caught my eye. I slowed the car, looking out the window. There, on a bench under the pale glow of a streetlamp, was a figure slumped over. A bottle dangled precariously from one hand, and his face was streaked with what looked like red liquid. My heart skipped a beat as I recognized him—Mattheo Riddle, the infamous troublemaker.
I pulled over and got out of the car, the gravel crunching under my feet as I approached him. He was asleep, his dark hair falling over his eyes, his usually sharp features softened by unconsciousness.
I carefully took the bottle from his hand, the alcohol’s pungent smell mixing with the salt air. He stirred, and in an instant, his hand shot out, catching mine.
He sat up abruptly, blinking rapidly, clearly disoriented. “What the—” he muttered, his voice thick with sleep and alcohol. “Betty? Bethany? Is that you?”
"No," I replied, my tone firm yet gentle. "It's Y/n."
He sat up abruptly, blinking against the night. The world seemed to tilt for him, and I extended a steady hand. His fingers, calloused and strong, closed around mine. A wave of dizziness washed over him, his eyes glazing over.
"Y/n Y/L/n," he mumbled, as if testing the syllables on his tongue. "Y/N Y/L/N... I know who you are."
"You do?" I asked, a bit surprised.
"Oh, I know," he said, attempting to stand. He wobbled, and I reached out to steady him.
"You want me to help you get back home?"
He attempted to stand, wobbling on his feet, and I instinctively reached out to steady him.
"Easy there," I murmured, helping him to his feet.
"Thank you, love,"
"It's Y/N," I corrected.
"But 'love' fits you quite fine," he replied, a flirtatious glint in his eyes.
I rolled my eyes. "Let me drive you home."
"Yeah, that'd be nice."He nodded, still leaning on me for support.
"Are you staying with Enzo at the Berkshire house?" I asked.
"Yeah," he mumbled, his head lolling slightly.
With some effort, I guided him to the car and helped him into the passenger seat. As I started the engine, he looked over at me, his expression softening.
"You’re so kind, love," he mumbled. "Why are you so kind to me?"
"Because you need help," I replied simply. "Just doing the right thing,"
He laughed softly, a drunken, endearing sound. "You’re too good for this world, Y/N." he mumbled, "Always thought you were pretty."
"Thank you, Mattheo," I replied, trying to keep my focus on the road.
"I’ve noticed you before, you know. Always so quiet, so calm. I like that," he continued, his voice softening.
"That's sweet of you to say."
He leaned back in the seat, his eyes closing again. "Yeah, love. Sweet."
I pulled up to the Berkshire house and helped him out of the car. "Let’s get you inside."
As we walked to the door, he leaned heavily on me, his steps unsteady. "You’re my angel, love," he whispered.
"It's Y/N, and you’re drunk" I reminded him gently. "And you have a girlfriend,"
"Oh, not anymore," he slurred, his expression turning somber.
I looked at him, confused. "What do you mean?"
"It’s over. She doesn’t want me anymore," he mumbled, swaying slightly.
We reached the front door, and I knocked, but no one answered. Enzo must still be at the party.
"Do you have a key?" I asked.
"Yeah, somewhere," he replied, patting his pockets aimlessly.
"I need more than ‘somewhere,’ Mattheo. Can you please tell me where your key is?"
After a moment of fumbling, he pulled it out and handed it to me with a smile. I opened the door and helped him inside, guiding him to the couch. He collapsed onto it with a groan.
"No one's here," I said, glancing around.
"Are you trying to get me all alone, Y/N?"
"What? No, I just wanted someone to be here so you won’t do anything stupid," I retorted, feeling a blush creep up my cheeks.
But he was already drifting off, too drunk to do much of anything. I walked to the kitchen to get a water bottle. It felt wrong to walk around someone else's house like this, but then I spotted a bottle of aspirin on the table. Maybe these boys get drunk a lot; why else would it be there?
I returned to the living room, placing the water and aspirin on the table. I noticed Mattheo struggling to get his jacket off, one arm stuck in the sleeve. Gently, I helped him remove it and set it aside.
"Thanks, Betty," he murmured in his sleep, making my heart sink.
I blinked, fighting the urge to correct him, "You're welcome, Riddle," I whispered, knowing he wouldn’t hear it. He thought I was someone else. I was his Betty I doubted he even knew who I really was all that time.
As I get back to the car I noticed the bottle of red wine on the seat and couldn't help but smile.
The next day, the familiar sound of my parents arguing filled the house, so I grabbed my keys and headed to the beach for some peace.
When I got there, I saw him again. He was sitting on the sand, his hair damp, and his shirt clinging to his wet body. He must have just come out of the ocean. I tried to turn away, but it was too late—he had already noticed me.
"Going to ignore me?" he asked, walking towards me.
"No, of course not," I lied.
He smiled, "Liar." Then he looked at me seriously. "Thank you for last night. I'm sorry if I said anything that offended you. I don't remember much, but I appreciate what you did."
I was surprised he remembered at all and I wondered if he recalled calling me Betty too. "It's okay, you didn't. You just had a bad day, I guess."
He nodded. “I can leave if you want.”
“No, it’s okay,” I said, sitting down on the sand and pulling out my book.
“Little Women,” he remarked, eyeing the cover.
I nodded. He asked, “Who's your favorite character?”
Suddenly nervous, I struggled to form a coherent sentence. “Uh, Amy,” I finally managed.
“Oh, wow. Amy?” He raised an eyebrow.
I rolled my eyes.
“What was that for?” he asked, smiling.
“You’re just going to bully her, probably.”
“No, I would never do such a thing.”
I nodded, turning my gaze to the blue water. “It’s just... she’s not—”
“She’s not what?” I interrupted, defensive. “Amy is passionate and driven. She knows what she wants and goes after it. She’s not afraid to dream big.”
Mattheo was looking at me, truly listening. I blinked and looked away.
He grinned, teasing, “You’re quite the defender.”
I felt his eyes on me, making it impossible to focus on my book. I looked up and met his gaze. “You’re staring,” I said.
“I’m staring,” he replied, unashamed.
I laughed and closed the book. “What do you want?”
“I want to listen to you.”
“Listen to me?”
“Yeah, just like when you were defending Amy with your life a minute ago.”
“I don’t have anything interesting to talk about.”
He sat closer, leaning on his arm. “Then tell me something about yourself, something that no one knows.”
I laughed nervously. “No one knows anything about me, Mattheo.”
“Mysterious, are we?”
“More invisible, are we.”
His expression softened. “You are not invisible. Not to me, not anymore.”
I looked away. “Fine. I can’t swim.”
“You what?”
“I can’t swim. Tried too many times but failed.”
He looked shocked. “I can teach you.”
“Oh no, thanks."
“Come on, that’s the least I can do after last night.”
“No, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to do that.”
He nodded, sensing there was more to it. “You’re not getting away from it, but we’ll drop it for now. Tell me, what can I do for you?”
“Nothing. You don’t have to.”
“But I want to.”
Blushing, I tried to say something, anything to distract from his gaze. “You can get me ice cream.”
He laughed. “That’s it? Just ice cream?”
I smiled. “Yes.”
“Fine, you get this.” He stood up and offered me his hand. Nervously, I took it, and he helped me up.
As we walked, a comfortable silence settled between us. I broke it, almost without thinking. “Wanna play something?”
I wasn’t sure why I asked, maybe to feel what it’s like to have a conversation, to play with a friend. Wait—a friend? No, we’re not friends.
He interrupted my thoughts. “Yes, of course. What is it?”
“I spy with my little eye...” I said, feeling a bit silly. He laughed, and I knew why. It was childish, very childish. But this was new to me. I hadn’t experienced much of this in my childhood.
“Fine with me. Wanna start?” he asked, grinning.
I nodded. “I spy with my little eye, something... blue.”
He looked around, squinting playfully. “The ocean?”
“Too easy. Your turn,” I said, smiling.
“I spy with my little eye, something... red,” he said, his eyes twinkling mischievously.
I scanned the surroundings. “That towel over there?”
“Nope,” he replied, smirking.
“Give me a hint?”
He leaned closer, his voice dropping to a flirtatious whisper. “It’s closer than you think.”
I frowned, looking around us. Then I realized—my swimsuit strap, peeking out from under my shirt. “Oh. My swimsuit?”
“Got it,” he said, his grin widening.
We continued like this, the game bridging the gaps between our words. He was better at it than I expected.
“I spy with my little eye, something... brown,” I said, feeling more relaxed.
“My hair,” he guessed quickly, ruffling it for emphasis.
“Right again.”
“I spy with my little eye, something... beautiful,” he said, looking directly at me.
I blushed. “Mattheo...”
“What? You’re wearing it. That necklace,” he said, pointing to the small pendant I always wore.
“So, what’s your favorite flavor?” I asked, trying to steer the conversation back to safer grounds.
“Mint chocolate chip. Yours?”
“Strawberry.”
He raised an eyebrow. “Sweet and classic. Fits you.”
I rolled my eyes playfully.
“Just being honest.”
We arrived at the ice cream booth, still caught up in our game. “Two cones, please,” he ordered, handing me one.
“Thank you,” I said, taking a bite.
“Anytime, love,” he replied, winking.
I felt his eyes on me again, the way they made me feel seen. It was unsettling and exhilarating at the same time.
Then we continued our game.
"I spy with my little eye, something... on your face," he said, a teasing smile playing on his lips.
I frowned, confused. "What? Where?"
He stepped closer, his eyes locking onto mine. "Right here," he said softly, pointing to the corner of my mouth. "You’ve got a bit of ice cream."
I tried to wipe it away, but missed. “Did I get it?”
“Here, let me help.” He reached out, wiping the spot with his finger, brushing my lips. My breath hitched at the contact.
Just then, a cat darted out from the bushes, startling me. Instinctively, I grabbed Mattheo. My ice cream went flying, splattering all over his shirt.
“Oh my god, I’m so sorry!” I started to panic, my apologies tumbling out in a rush. “I didn’t mean to—I didn’t see the cat—”
“Trying to get me naked already, Y/N? If you wanted me to take my shirt off, you should have just asked, love.”
But my mind was elsewhere, trapped in a darker place. I kept apologizing, my breathing becoming erratic. Memories of my father’s anger flashed in my mind, and I couldn’t see Mattheo standing there.
“Y/N, it’s okay. It’s just a shirt,” he said, trying to calm me. But I couldn’t stop, the panic rising within me.
“Hey, hey, Y/N, look at me, baby,” he said, more urgently. I didn’t respond until he cupped my face, forcing me to meet his eyes. “It’s just a shirt. It’s okay.”
I nodded, still trembling. He wiped away the tears I hadn’t realized were falling. “I’m sorry,” I whispered.
“There’s nothing to apologize for, love,” he said, shaking his head.
“You’re not mad?”
“Of course I’m not mad,” he assured me. “If anything, you’ve given me an excuse to show off.” He grinned, his flirtatious tone returning. “I bet you’re wondering how someone can look this good, even with ice cream all over them.”
I laughed softly, feeling the tension ease a bit. “Maybe a little.”
“See? Just a shirt and a bit of ice cream. No big deal,” he said, his hands still gently holding my face. “Now, let’s get you another ice cream.”
For the next weeks, we were inseparable. Mattheo and I met at the beach every day, talking, playing, and even reading a book together. His relentless flirting always left my cheeks as red as blood and made breathing a challenging task.
Today, as I parked the car and got out, I saw him playing football with a little boy.
"Who is that?" I asked, curious.
He looked up at me and smiled. "Found him here. He’s adorable—might just adopt him."
I laughed. "You can’t just adopt a kid you found on the beach, Mattheo."
I knelt down to the boy's level. "Hi."
"Hi," he responded, smiling.
"Where are your parents?" I asked.
"Over there," he said, pointing to a small family who waved at us once they noticed we were looking at them.
I looked up at Mattheo. He smiled. "What? You look adorable when you’re confused. I’d never miss a chance to see that expression on your face."
I sat on the back of my car, watching them. He continued to play with the boy for a little while until his family called him to leave. I waved goodbye to the little boy and then turned my attention to Mattheo.
"I never knew you were that good with kids," I said as he walked over to me, placing his hands on either side of me.
"Yeah?" he asked, and I nodded.
"Let me wonder why," he said, smiling. "Maybe because my father who probably wants to end the world died and left me fatherless?"
My eyes widened. "No, no, Mattheo, I didn’t mean that."
He chuckled. "I’m just teasing you, my love."
I blinked, noticing the subtle difference—"my love," not just "love."
"Go ahead, ask it," he said.
"Ask what?" I replied, feigning ignorance.
"I can see you thinking. You probably want to ask something but are afraid to," he said.
I shook my head, but he insisted. "It’s okay, you can ask me anything, and I will answer it."
I smiled, about to speak, but he cut me off. "With one condition."
"What? What is it?" I asked, curious and a bit apprehensive.
"Come with me," he said, glancing at the ocean. "You don’t have to swim or learn, just a little in. I’ll be there and will help you and answer all your questions too."
I felt a wave of nervousness and fear, but he noticed, touching my cheeks gently. "Hey, hey, look at me, love. Forget about it, okay? If you’re not—"
"No, no, I want to," I cut him off, nodding. "Are you sure?" he whispered, and I smiled, saying, "Never had I ever before."
I got off the car, and despite not wearing a bikini, I shyly took off my shirt, revealing my one-piece swimsuit. He smiled, taking off his shirt as well, and grabbed my hands. His touch was reassuring, and as we walked towards the ocean, I felt a mix of excitement and anxiety.
He led me into the water, just a step ahead of me, watching carefully as I looked down, watching my feet touch the water.
"Up, eyes on me, my love," he said softly. I did as he asked, meeting his gaze. He smiled at me and said, "Now, ask your questions."
I knew what he was doing—distracting me from my fear. I smiled nervously. "Okay, it’s personal and-," I began, but he cut me off.
"It’s over," he said, my eyes widening that he already knew what I was going to ask. "Come on, love, I was waiting for you to ask it. You didn’t think I knew? Yeah, me and Bethany—it’s over since that night."
I nodded, feeling a bit relieved. He took his turn. "Tell me, why are you afraid of it?" he asked gently, his fingers tracing circles on my hands.
"My father—my father, he threw me into the ocean once. I thought I was going to die, but then he pulled me out at the last moment," I said, my voice trembling. He stopped walking, squeezing my hands gently.
"Why would he do that? How could he do that?" he asked, his eyes darkening with concern.
"He’s very religious. He doesn’t tolerate... mistakes. I was ten. It was a birthday party for a daughter of one of my mother’s friends. We the kids were playing—a silly game. Seven minutes in heaven. Nothing happened, we just stayed in the closet. But my father didn’t believe me, or maybe he did and was just angry that I agreed to such a ‘shameless game’ as he called it. My mother bore the brunt of his anger after that," I explained.
He listened intently, his face a mix of anger and empathy. I was too afraid to look at him directly, but then I realized the water was up to my chest. I panicked, and he immediately wrapped his arms around my waist.
"I got you," he said, and I clung to him.
"Did your parents divorce?" he asked softly.
"Oh, worse," I said bitterly. "They stayed together for the kid—me. Can’t you see how happy I am now, thanks to them?" I laughed, but he didn't. Instead, he tightened his hold on me.
"You asked too many questions. You cheated," i said, he smiled tucking a strand of my hair behind my ear while still holding me.
"I don’t follow rules, my love," he said, and I smiled. "But you’re right. Ask away."
"Will you—will you still talk to me when we go back to school?" I asked, finally looking him in the eyes. There was nothing under my feet now; I was deep in the ocean. But it wasn't that which made me nervous—it was his answer.
"Why would you think I wouldn’t?" he asked, smiling and touching my hair, then my cheeks.
"I don’t know. I just thought..." I struggled to express my fear.
"You thought wrong, my love," he said, and despite being in the water, I clung to him even more. "Of course I will," he whispered in my ear. I nodded, resting my head on his shoulder, afraid to look at him, afraid to see a look of uncertainty in his beautiful eyes, or worse, something more—a desire I had long craved but thought was a fantasy, a dream people like me couldn’t have.
"Now, my turn. Why do you always hide?" he asked, and I looked at him, confused.
"Hide?"
"Yes, hide from everyone. You’re one of the smartest witches in our year. You have too—"
"I don’t want that," I interrupted.
"Don’t want what?"
"It’s just—I—" I tried to explain. "I don’t want to be noticed. I thought I did, but I don’t. It’s... ugh, Merlin, this is hard to explain. I just want to be happy."
"Happy?" he asked, his tone gentle.
"Yes, happy. Just happy and loved. I want love. I want to see the beauty in everything, but people always ruin that, don’t they? I want peace and happiness and love—a lot of love. And just because I don’t want to be a fighter or always know what to say, always fighting for things, always proving and proving—I’m so tired of always having to prove that I deserve to live, to be part of this world. I don’t want power or everything. I just want a little something, a little love. And I’m not weak, but I can’t explain that without sounding like a weak person, a scared girl. I’m not. I’m stronger than they all think," I yelled the last part.
"I know," he said gently, his hands in my hair.
"I was just trying to survive," I said, and he nodded.
I looked into his eyes and regretted it. The sun made them even more beautiful, and the thoughts I had would make my father get a priest to cleanse my soul. Sadly, I realized how close we were, his hands on my skin, our faces too close.
I didn’t realize I was looking at his lips until I looked up and saw his smirk.
My heart racing as his smile softened into something more tender, more intimate. The sun glinted off the water, casting a golden light over his face. His hand was warm against my skin, the other still wrapped securely around my waist.
"Don’t let go," I whispered, my voice trembling. "I don’t want to die."
His smile widened, and he leaned in closer, his breath warm against my cheek. "I would never," he murmured, his voice steady and reassuring.
He reached out, his right hand cupping my chin, gently guiding my face until I was forced to meet his gaze. His other arm remained securely around my waist, holding me close. “Don’t look away from me now,” he said, his voice a soft command that sent shivers down my spine.
I wanted to tell him that I couldn’t, that I didn’t want to look away, but the feelings swirling inside me terrified me. I inched even closer to him, our bodies nearly flush against each other. I could feel his breath on my face, warm and intoxicating, and without thinking—or maybe because I didn’t want to think—I leaned in and kissed his cheek.
The moment my lips touched his skin, I felt a jolt of surprise, as if I had crossed a line I didn’t even know existed. He looked just as surprised, his eyes widening slightly.
“Was this a sin?” I asked, my voice barely above a whisper, filled with a mix of curiosity and guilt.
He smiled, his lips curving into a playful grin. “I don’t think so.”
I closed my eyes, feeling his breath tickle my lips as he leaned in closer. Without hesitation, I kissed his other cheek, the warmth of his skin searing against my lips.
I opened my eyes, meeting his gaze once more, and then, almost without thinking, I placed another kiss on his jaw. He let out a soft, appreciative hum that sent a thrill through me.
“Definitely not a sin,” he murmured, his voice low and thick with desire.
I couldn’t help but smile at his words. He tilted his head, brushing his lips over mine, teasing, tasting, but not quite kissing me fully.
And then he kissed me.
His lips met mine with a hunger that took my breath away, his arms tightening around me, pulling me even closer. His kiss was searing, demanding, as if he was pouring all of his unspoken desires, all of his pent-up emotions, into this one moment.
I melted into him, my hands clutching at his shoulders, desperate to keep him close. His fingers tangled in my hair, tugging gently as he deepened the kiss, his tongue sliding against mine in a dance that left me dizzy, craving more.
"You taste like strawberries,” he whispered against my lips.
“And you taste like trouble,” I replied, my breath hitching as his mouth moved to my neck, placing slow, deliberate kisses.
“Good trouble?” he asked, his tongue tracing a path up to my ear.
“The best kind,” I breathed, my fingers tangling in his hair, then his lips were on mine again.
His hand moved from my waist to my lower back, pulling me flush against him, the force of his kiss making my head spin. I melted into him, my hands gripping his shoulders as I kissed him back just as fiercely, my body responding to him in a way that felt both foreign and completely natural.
He broke the kiss for a brief moment, his lips hovering just above mine as he whispered, “You feel this too, don’t you?”
His words sent heat pooling low in my belly, and I gasped as he nipped at my bottom lip, his hands sliding down to grip my hips, pulling me flush against him. I could feel the hard length of him pressed against me, a tangible reminder of just how much he wanted this, wanted me.
I nodded, too breathless to speak, my eyes half-closed as I leaned in to kiss him again. He didn’t hesitate, capturing my lips in another heated kiss, his hands roaming up my back, holding me so close that I could feel every beat of his heart.
His lips moved to my neck, kissing and nipping at the sensitive skin there, and I gasped, the sound swallowed by the crashing waves. He pulled back just enough to look at me, his eyes dark and filled with a desire that mirrored my own.
“Say my name,” he whispered, his breath hot against my ear as he nipped at the lobe. “Say it, love.”
“Mattheo,” I gasped, my voice barely recognizable as my own, filled with a longing I could no longer deny.
He kissed me again, his lips crashing against mine with a fervor that made my knees weak. His hands gripped my hips tighter, pulling me closer as he deepened the kiss, his tongue slipping past my lips to tangle with mine in a dance of want and need.
I was lost in him, in the sensation of his body pressed against mine, his lips claiming me in a way that felt both dangerous and exhilarating. I knew there would be no going back from this, that whatever we were doing, whatever was happening between us, it was irreversible.
A distant sound broke through the haze of our moment. I froze, my ears straining to identify it. Voices—young, excited, and getting closer. I turned my head, my eyes scanning the shoreline, and spotted a group of boys arriving at the beach, their laughter carried on the wind.
“We should probably get out,” I whispered, my heart still racing from our kiss but now tinged with the awareness of being seen.
He nodded, pressing one last, lingering kiss to my lips before we reluctantly pulled apart. The water felt cooler as we waded back to shore, the spell of our private world slowly dissipating with each step.
Once we were out of the water, I sat on the towel, feeling the rough fabric beneath me as I tried to steady my breath. He reached for another towel and draped it over my shoulders, his touch still warm, comforting.
He stood there for a moment, his eyes lingering on me before he sat down. I looked at him, taking in the way the sunlight caught in his hair, the way his skin glistened with droplets of water. He was beautiful, devilishly beautiful, with the kind of allure that made it hard to look away. My eyes traced the lines of his back, the muscles shifting under his skin, and I found myself wishing I could write my name on it, claim him in some small, secret way.
He turned to sit down beside me, his movement breaking the spell of my thoughts. I smiled at him, feeling the heat rise to my cheeks, still flushed from both the water and what had just transpired between us.
Without thinking, I leaned my head on his shoulder, seeking the comfort of his presence. He didn’t hesitate, his arm wrapping around me as he held my hand in his. His fingers traced gentle circles on the back of my hand, the touch sending soothing waves through my body, calming the lingering adrenaline.
He leaned down, pressing a tender kiss to my forehead, his lips soft against my skin. I closed my eyes, letting myself sink into the moment, feeling safe and cherished in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time.
It had been a week since that day on the beach, and I had never felt so alive, so completely consumed by happiness. Every thought, every breath, seemed to revolve around him. The world felt brighter, more vibrant, as if everything had been infused with color. I was caught in a whirlwind of emotions, and I didn’t want it to stop.
I was lying on my bed, staring at the ceiling, lost in thoughts of him, when my mother knocked softly on the door. She poked her head in, smiling.
“You’re coming, right?” she asked, her eyes warm with expectation.
I knew what she meant. I was supposed to go with her to visit her best friend, a plan that had been made long before all of this. But the thought of missing a call from Mattheo, of not seeing him today, was unbearable. I felt like I’d lose my mind if I didn’t see him, if I didn’t feel his arms around me, even for just a moment.
I sat up, giving her an apologetic smile. “No, Mom, I’m sorry. I don’t think I can. Maybe I’ll just take a nap,” I said, hoping she wouldn’t press the issue.
She looked at me for a moment, then leaned down and kissed my forehead. “Alright, sweetheart. Get some rest,” she said softly, before leaving the room.
I watched the door close behind her and sighed, sinking back onto my bed. Only half an hour had passed when my phone buzzed, and I scrambled to grab it. His name lit up the screen, and my heart skipped a beat.
“Hey, do you want to go out?” Mattheo’s voice was smooth, teasing, and I couldn’t help the smile that spread across my face.
“Of course,” I said, trying to keep the excitement out of my voice.
For the past week, we had spent almost every day together, usually at the beach. It was our place, where the world seemed to fall away, leaving just the two of us. But today, I felt a need for something different, something more.
“Can I come to your house instead?” I asked, trying to sound casual. “I can’t risk my father seeing your car… and then we can go wherever you want.”
There was a pause on the other end of the line before he answered. “Sure, wait for me at the front door.”
I didn’t question it, didn’t think much of it until I reached his house and texted him that I had arrived. As I waited, I heard voices inside—Enzo’s voice, unmistakable, and loud enough to carry through the walls. I couldn’t make out all of what he was saying, but one sentence rang out clearly: “This is a mistake, brother. This poor girl doesn’t deserve that.”
I frowned, my heart tightening with unease. But before I could process what I’d heard, Mattheo appeared, slipping into the passenger seat of my car. He leaned over, kissing me, his smile bright but somehow not reaching his eyes.
“Is everything okay?” I asked, searching his face.
“Of course, my love,” he said, brushing off my concern.
I hesitated, wanting to believe him, wanting to chase away the shadow that had settled in my chest. “Can we go to the new mall? I heard—”
He cut me off with a smile that felt forced. “I don’t like it. Too crowded. How about the beach?”
I tried to return his smile, but it didn’t come as easily as before. “We always go to the beach,” I said, watching him carefully. His eyes were distant, like his mind was somewhere else entirely.
“Hey, what’s wrong?” I asked, my voice softening.
He blinked, as if pulling himself back to the present. “Oh, nothing,” he said, his smile returning, though it still didn’t reach his eyes.
“The beach sounds good,”I said something hoping that it will make him smile as well.
he nodded, even though I knew something was off. I didn’t push it, not yet. Instead, I drove us to the beach, the familiar route doing little to ease the tension between us.
Once we arrived, the wind was soft against my skin, and the waves lapped at the shore, but the usual magic of the place felt dimmed by whatever was weighing on him. We walked in silence for a bit, the sand cool beneath our feet, until I finally couldn’t take it anymore. I stopped, turning to face him, reaching out to touch his arm.
“Mattheo,” I said, my voice a mix of concern and affection. “You know you can tell me anything, right?”
He looked down at me, his eyes searching mine as if trying to decide whether to let me in or keep me at a distance. But before he could answer, I rose onto my toes, pressing my lips to his in a kiss that was meant to chase away the darkness I saw in him.
His arms came around me, pulling me closer, and for a moment, everything else faded away. His kiss was slow, intense, as if he was trying to pour all of his unspoken thoughts into that one gesture. I felt the tension in his body, the way he held onto me like I was his anchor, keeping him from drifting into whatever storm was brewing inside him.
When we finally pulled apart, I rested my forehead against his, my breath coming in soft gasps. “I care about you,” I whispered, my fingers tracing the line of his jaw. “Whatever it is, we can face it together.”
He looked at me, his gaze softer now, though still shadowed by something I couldn’t quite name.
As I looked up, I heard a sound—a bottle hitting the ground. Both Mattheo and I turned to see Inez, a fellow Hogwarts student, standing a few feet away. She seemed startled, her eyes wide with confusion and shock as she stared at us. I wasn't close to her, but I knew she was Betty's best friend. Mattheo's reaction caught my attention; he looked tense, a mix of anger, confusion, and nervousness flashing across his face. They exchanged a look, something unspoken passing between them, before she hurried away without a word.
"Was this Inez?" I asked, breaking the silence. Mattheo nodded, still staring at the spot where she had been standing.
After that, it felt like he was with me physically, but his mind was somewhere else. The rest of the day passed in a haze, and the following day he didn’t call or text. He wasn’t at the beach, our usual spot. Worry gnawed at me, and I sent him a message.
"Hey, are you okay?" I texted, hoping for a quick response. But it went on delivered, a silent mockery of my concern.
The next day came and went, and still, there was nothing. I tried again.
"Is everything alright? Did something happen?" I sent, my anxiety growing with each unanswered message.
Another day passed, and desperation seeped into my words.
"Did I do something wrong?" I typed, my fingers trembling slightly. "Please, just let me know."
By the end of the week, my heart felt heavy with worry and fear. I sat on my bed, tears stinging my eyes as I typed out another message.
"I miss you, Mattheo. I'm afraid... Please talk to me."
As I pressed send, a sob escaped my lips, and I felt the hot tears roll down my cheeks. The silence was deafening, crushing me with its weight. I started to type again, my breath coming in shaky gasps.
"Are you ghosting me?" I wrote, my vision blurring with tears. The thought of being abandoned, of him leaving without a word, tore at my heart.
Then, it happened. I watched in horror as all my messages changed to "Seen." He had read them—every single one. But there was no response, no explanation. Just the cold, stark confirmation that he was ignoring me.
I couldn’t breathe. My chest tightened, and my vision swam. Panic surged through me, and I clutched at my throat, gasping for air. The room spun, and I felt like I was drowning in a sea of despair. My body shook as I tried to steady my breathing, but the panic was overwhelming.
Tears streamed down my face, mixing with the raw, suffocating fear that gripped me. I curled into myself, feeling utterly alone and broken. The world felt like it was collapsing around me, the silence between Mattheo and me a chasm that threatened to swallow me whole.
Something had changed. I could feel it in the air, a shift that made my skin prickle with unease. It wasn't just paranoia; there was a new intensity in the way people looked at me. Their eyes followed me, but not in a nice way. They whispered, heads bent together, glancing at me with something close to disgust. I had no idea why.
I hadn’t left the house since that day, too wrapped up in my own misery to face the world. But today, my father had insisted I go out, needing me to pick up something for my mother. Reluctantly, I agreed, knowing I couldn’t hide forever.
As I walked, a group of girls passed by, one of them, no more than fourteen, muttering just loud enough for me to hear, "A slut." My eyes widened in shock, and I turned to confront her, but she was already walking away. Why would she call me that?
Stunned, I got into my car, my hands shaking slightly. I couldn’t shake the feeling of being watched, judged. Instead of heading home, I found myself driving towards the beach, seeking the familiar comfort of the waves and sand.
When I arrived, I parked the car and stepped out, the salty air filling my lungs. I knew he wouldn’t be here, but still, I felt a pull towards our place. As I walked, I noticed groups of people scattered along the shore. And then, it started again—the whispers, the sideways glances, the expressions of disdain.
“What are you doing here, Y/N? Searching for someone else's man to steal?” Martha Grey, one of my classmates, called out, sarcasm dripping from her voice. She clung to her boyfriend’s arm protectively, her eyes narrowed at me.
“What?” I asked, bewildered. The accusation hit me like a slap, leaving me reeling.
“Would you fuck single boys, Y/N, or just the taken ones?” a boy sneered, stepping so close that I almost stumbled back.
“She’s shameless,” another girl muttered, loud enough for me to hear.
“Homewrecker,” someone else hissed.
“A whore with no shame.”
“Slut.”
“Ugly bitch.”
“You really have the nerve to show your face after what you did?”
“Cheap.”
“Who does she think she is? I mean, look at her and look at Betty. Did Mattheo lose his mind?”
“Trash.”
“Did you think you could just get away with it?”
“Desperate for attention, aren’t you?”
“I guess she’ll do anything for a bit of male attention.”
“Pathetic.”
“She’s just a desperate little thing.”
“Doesn’t she have any self-respect?”
“She’ll never be as good as Betty.”
“I heard she practically threw herself at him.”
“Mattheo probably just felt sorry for her.”
“She’s disgusting.”
I stood there, frozen, as the insults kept coming, each one slicing through me like a blade. My ears rang with their harsh words, my vision blurring with unshed tears. I wanted to scream, to run, to hide. But my legs felt like they were glued to the ground, and all I could do was stand there and take it.
Why were they saying these things? What had I done to deserve this? The pain in my chest tightened, making it hard to breathe. I felt like I was being suffocated, drowning in their hatred and contempt. All I wanted was to disappear, to escape the nightmare that my life had suddenly become.
"Can't believe she had the nerve to come here."
"She probably thinks she's some sort of seductress."
"More like a desperate wannabe."
"Does she really think she stands a chance against Betty?"
"Mattheo's way out of her league, it's embarrassing."
"Honestly, it's pathetic."
"She should just disappear, no one wants her around."
My heart sank with each word, each cruel remark cutting deeper than the last. The weight of their scorn was suffocating, and I felt tears pricking at my eyes. I had no idea what they were talking about or why they were so angry with me. The confusion and hurt were overwhelming, and I could feel a panic attack rising in my chest, the world spinning around me.
Someone's voice broke through the barrage of insults. “I’m glad Betty forgave him and didn’t let this ugly slut destroy what they have.”
With that, I walked away, the words still echoing in my ears. Their taunts didn't stop even as I put my hands over my ears, trying to block them out. They always said I was too sensitive, too weak. I was used to those words, but this wasn't something I felt like I could handle. Their attention, their eyes on me, their words—those words.
I walked faster to my car, closing the doors and windows before bursting into tears. How I managed to drive, almost crashing several times, I didn’t know. My body felt cold, shaking, and numb as I finally reached his house. The way to the door felt like forever.
With a shaking hand, I knocked weakly, hoping someone would hear it. The door opened, and even through my tears, I could see it was Enzo.
“Y/N, oh Merlin,” he said, trying to comfort me, but I flinched.
“It’s okay,” he said gently, stepping aside to let me in.
I walked in and saw Mattheo sitting on the couch. His eyes widened as he stood up quickly.
“You said you broke up,” I said, my voice trembling. No, he said it was over, nothing about a breakup, I corrected myself. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
“We were on a break,” he said, his expression a mix of guilt and confusion.
“You said you broke up with her,” I repeated, more to myself than him.
“We were on a break,” he said again.
“That’s not the same thing,” I said, taking a deep breath. “Not the same thing,” I repeated.
“You lied to me, you ghosted me, and you... you went and—and—” I didn't even know how to finish the sentence.
“I didn’t mean to hurt you,” he said, his voice softer.
I felt like passing out, but I blinked the tears away and asked, “You didn’t?”
“No, Y/N, I didn’t mean for any of this to happen,” he said. Was it me? Did I really throw myself at him? No, no, no, I didn’t— You kissed him first, my mind said. But on the cheek, I argued back. Keep telling yourself that, it sneered. No, he did.
I was losing my mind.
“Chase two girls, lose the one, right?” I said, tears falling heavily. “And it wasn’t even me. I’m not the one It wasn’t even my story.”
“Y/N,” he tried, but I cut him off.
“Please don’t say my name. Please don’t try to explain anything,” I said, feeling like I was about to collapse if not for Enzo’s hands supporting me.
“You did that. I had no idea it was you, but no one is pointing their fingers at you. No one is calling you the things they are calling me. No one is saying it was your fault or calling you an ugly bitch. No one is calling you a homewrecker, so don’t—don’t explain anything,” I said, and they were looking at me. I wanted to scream at him, they were looking at me now because of you.
Mattheo stepped closer, but Enzo shook his head at him.
“Everything is back to its place now. August is already over,” I said. Yes, everything is back to its place except for me. Nothing is the same, nothing will ever be the same.
I pulled away from Enzo and walked to the door, stepping out of the house.
“Y/N, wait,” Enzo called, but I ignored him and walked to my car.
“Let me drive you home, please. You can’t go like that,” he said, and I shook my head.
“Y/N, please,” he pleaded, but I kept shaking my head.
I got into my car, closing the doors. He looked at me with sympathy, and I felt bad for shutting him out like that. But I should feel bad for myself, for what his brother did to me, for what he knew was happening but didn’t tell me.
I saw him get into his car. My hands were shaking, my vision blurred as I started to drive. Enzo’s car followed behind, making sure I made it home.
I got out of the car once I reached my house, not even looking back, not having the energy.
I stepped into my house, the quiet enveloping me like a shroud. I walked to my room, but stopped short when I saw my parents standing inside. They turned to look at me, and my father’s eyes were filled with a cold anger.
"What is this?" he demanded, holding the red wine bottle in his hand.
The sight of it brought more tears to my eyes. If that night hadn’t happened, if I hadn’t found Mattheo, if I hadn’t helped him...
"What is it?" my father repeated, his voice rising. "Shame, shame on you."
"Give it back to me," I said, trying to take the bottle from his hands. My mother, knowing better, tried to step between us, but he pushed her away.
"I said, give it back!" I yelled, and then I felt it—pain, sharp and hot, as his hand struck my cheek. He hit me again.
I screamed and lunged at him, trying to wrest the bottle from his grip. He struggled, but didn’t fall.
"Give it back, give it back, give it back to me!" I cried, hitting his chest, my nails scratching at his hands, anything I could reach. He grabbed my hair, and something inside me snapped.
Enough—enough. I’ve had enough.
I started hitting him in the chest, my nails digging into his skin. He was shocked, and I didn’t stop.
"Get out! Get out! We hate you! We don’t want you! Get out!" I screamed.
My nails raked his hands again, trying to get the bottle.
"Don’t you dare put your hands on me or Mother again! I will use my wand. I will cast a spell on you to torture you. I don’t care! I don’t care about the consequences! Get out!" I screamed, and finally, he released his grip. The bottle fell to the ground, shattering into pieces.
He stumbled out of the room, then out of the house. I fell to my knees, touching the broken shards, crying hard.
My mother knelt down, trying to pull me away. "No, no," I said.
"It’s okay, sweetheart. I’ll clean it up," she said, but I panicked.
"You can’t. You can’t, please, no," I said, my fingers bleeding as I touched the pieces.
"It wasn’t mine," I said, though I knew I wasn’t just talking about the bottle.
"It wasn’t mine, Mother. It wasn’t mine," I repeated, crying even harder. "It wasn’t mine to lose. It wasn’t mine to lose."
She finally managed to pull my bleeding hands away and hugged me tightly. I cried into her arms, sobbing for Mattheo, for myself, for everything that had gone wrong.
The rest of the summer passed in a blur of anguish and solitude. I found myself on the Hogwarts Express, not knowing how I was going to face the coming year. It didn't stop—the whispers, the sidelong glances, the barely concealed disdain. They had finally notified me that there was no coming back from this. Their eyes found me, and they whispered, not caring whether their words were good or bad. I was sure they were bad.
The journey to Hogwarts felt faster than ever, though I knew it wasn't. It was just that I dreaded every moment, and that dread made time fly. When the train finally stopped, I got out, trying to stay out of sight as much as possible.
As we reached the castle, I saw her—Betty. She stood there, as pretty as always. Unlike the others, her eyes held sympathy, and I hated that. I wanted Betty to give me a reason to hate her, but she couldn't. She was like an angel on earth, everything I wasn’t and could never be.
I walked inside, ignoring everything around me. I didn’t care which house the first years were going to be sorted into, even though I had always loved that part. Not this time. This time, I just wanted to hide.
Then I saw him—Mattheo. Our eyes met for a brief second before he looked away, walking past me as if I didn’t exist. Maybe I didn’t anymore, at least not for him. I didn’t have to look back to see where he was going; I already knew. So, I just walked to my dorm, feeling more invisible than ever.

"We aren't a family, sir!"
Tumblr media
"We aren't a family, sir! You are the boss! We are the employees!"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media
"Who's that?"
"Oh, her? That's just Loona. What a nightmare. Serious attitude problems... She'll be out of our hair next month when she ages out. Good riddance, if you ask me. She'll never amount to anything much."
Tumblr media
"Fuck, Blitzo! Why can't you stay out of my face for, like, five minutes?!"
"Because, I adopted you! And that should mean something!"
"Oh, what does it matter?! You're not my real dad! I was almost eighteen!"
"It still counts!"
"Well, it shouldn't! I didn't need you then, asshole! I don't, now!"
Tumblr media
"I love you, dad."
Tumblr media
"Okay, not much of a talker, are you? I'm Blitzo, the "o" is silent. I'm sure we're going to get along just fine. So, what's your deal? What'd you do? Who'd you diddle? You look like someone good with a gun. You look like someone who could shoot up an office-"
Tumblr media
"I'm just worried about Millie. She'll be on her way by now, I'm sure!"
"Ugh, she'll be fine, Moxxie. It would take a roided-up hippo to take down that woman when she's upset."
"We've never dealt with the human government before! She's in danger!"
"Do you ever honestly shut up about Millie?! It's always "Oh, how's Millie?" "I can't tonight. I'm hangin' with Millie!" "I'm so worried about Millie!" And she's ALWAYS... FIVE FUCKIN' FEET away from you! It's pathetic!"
Tumblr media
"Do you remember what you said to me after my first day with the company?"
"Not really..."
"I remember. You told me I did a good job and that you were proud to work with me. I feel like you wanted to say something more judgmental, but... you said that because I needed it... And it helped."
"Look, I'm hard on you, because I know what you're capable of, Mox. You care too much about what everyone thinks except for... me, because, y'know, my opinion is correct, but just... keep doing a good job. 'Kay? You shoot 'n kill good, you escape things easy... you can be strategic and cold-blooded when you need to, aaaand don't expect any more compliments; I'm maxed out."
"Thank you, sir."
Tumblr media
"Who the fuck are you?"
"Someone with an eye for potential. Now you wanna keep working for peanuts, or do you want to shake things up?"
Tumblr media
"I'm done. I don't wanna play ghost hunter with you, and I-"
"Uh, it's ghost-fuckers"
"I wasn't done! You know, I always love to have fun with you, and I ain't said boo to you moping around like a sad sack for weeks. But we have bills to pay... So look, you can go be pathetic and play sex ghosts, if that's what you need to do, but I gotta get this job done!"
"Fine! Who needs you anyway!? Bethany Ghost-Fucker works ALONE!"
Tumblr media
"We're just Wrathians, Blitz. Muscle. It's all we're good for, all I'm good for. It's why you hired me. Any demon good at making a buck is welcome in Lust or Greed, but here? Demons like us ain't cut out for this."
"Uh... fuck you!"
"What?"
"Millie, I have spent too much of my time, energy, and holes into setting this up for us to entertain your bullshit. I brought you into this company for a reason, okay? You're tougher, smarter, and frankly more capable than anyone I've ever met in any ring..."
Tumblr media
"Look. What I said earlier, you've just always been so unbothered by everything. Almost bulletproof and, I guess I never realized how much I depended on that. I didn't know how to react to you being reduced to…Bethany. But I should've respected you like you always do for me. I'm sorry."
Tumblr media
"NO! Not them, Your Highness! It was me, it was all me, okay? Y-you can't expect to teach anyone a lesson by killing all of us!"
"You dare try to tell me how to PUNISH!?"
"Look, all that Hell is gonna see is you executing imps who are just trying to do their job! I'm the rogue here, not them!"
Tumblr media
"Blitz, what are you doing?"
Tumblr media
"Your Highness, please. Blitz just--"
"Moxxie, stop."
"Blitz, I can't let you-"
"This big red bitch never planned on hearing us out... Just... just take care of Loona for me."

cheerleader II Grace Clinton x Reader
Tumblr media
masterlist I word count: 1882
a/n: inspired by the request if we write for Grace Clinton, enjoy. 🤍
“Hurry up, Celin, I don’t want to be too late for the match.”, Grace Clinton told the fellow football player impatiently, the arms crossed over her chest. The rest of the friend’s group had already been ready to leave fifteen minutes ago.
The Norwegian meanwhile took a final glance at her bathroom mirror, checking if the curls she just made fell right, before announcing:” I’m coming.”
“Finally.”, Grace sighed relived.
Eyerolling Celin padded the shoulder of her friend: “Don’t be annoying. We’ll be on time.”
“Someone can’t wait to be the personal cheerleader of her girlfriend today.”, Khiara Keating teased the fellow Lionesses teammate with a huge grin on her face.
When the goalkeeper mentioned you Grace cheeks turned immediately red which Charli Grant couldn’t help but to point out in a swooning voice:” I think it’s adorable. Look at how much she’s blushing!”
“Oh, shut up!”, your girlfriend begged annoyed who felt her face becoming even hotter than before.
Amused Celin commented: “Disgustingly cute.”
“Celin!”, she yelled at her.
The Norwegian looked innocently at her teammate:” What?”
“Stop it. No one said it was disgustingly cute when you got engaged.”, Grace reminded the woman who was only two years older than her.
Smiling at the memory Celin admitted: “ No, that’s true. Bethany was really annoying about it though like a mum. She asked me if I was sure about it? And that we’re still in the puppy love phase, blab la bla.”
“She just doesn’t want you to make a mistake.”, your girlfriend replied softly.
Dramatically the midfielder groaned:” Yes, and that’s sweet of her but she really needs to stop using dog metaphors all the time.”
The smile on Grace’s lips grew even bigger as she thought of Beth Englands golden retrievers who were adorable in her eyes and made her wish that you both would eventually get a puppy together, maybe the summer would be the perfect time for it:”  Everyone loves dogs though.”
“And her golden retrievers are so cute.”, Charli added in a tone she usually reserved for Harper.
The youngest of the four, Khiara was looking alarmed at the time on her phone:” Girls now we really got to hurry up!”
“Tell that to Celin.”, Grace scoffed.
She pouted: “It wasn’t my fault!”
“Yes, it was.”, your girlfriend laughed.
As they stepped out Charli was putting an arm on each of the best friends, while reminding them why they were heading out today: “Come on, girls. It’s time to watch some grassroots football, now.”
Your teammate Ava bumped her shoulder against yours as you walked out on the pitch together. With a smirk she commented: “Y/n, havd you spotted your cheerleader already?”
“Not yet. I fear they run a little late. She's bringing some friends with her today.”, you replied, your gaze wandering towards the entrance of the football pitch. But there was still no sign of Grace.
Avas eyes widened: “There's even more of them coming?!”
You nodded patiently: “Yeah, Celin, Charli and Khiara are coming as well.”
“Holy F-…”, Ava replied, stopping herself before your coach could hear her.
Your goalkeeper, Max, joined your conversation, lifting their eyebrow at you; “But you warned them that we do this just for fun and that we are not really good in our league, right?!”
Grimacing, you looked at your two teammates; “Uhm…”
“What the hell, y/n? We're totally going to embarrass ourselves in front of them!”, Ava yelled out, her voice rising with anxiety. She exchanged a panicked look with Max.
“Girls, calm down…”, you started, fighting back a smile.
The defender shook her head, her blonde ponytail swinging: “How?!”
You rolled your eyes with fondness: “You guys know Grace already and you never had a problem playing in front of her.”
“That’s different!”, Max interrupted you but the corners of their mouth curved into slight grin.
“Yeah, she’s only there to look at you with heart eyes during the match.”, Ava agreed, giggling.
You could feel your cheeks heat up: “Oh come on…”
Max shrugged nonchalantly: “She’s got a point.”
“Her friends are very nice, you’ll see.”, you promised them while you caught yourself looking for your girlfriend again.
Ava raised her eyebrows: “Let's hope so.”
“I guess we should start warming up.”, Max changed the topic and started to jog across the grass.
Ava clapped her hands: “Yes, let’s go.”
Max looked back over their shoulder towards you: “Come on!”
Laughing, you followed them: “I’m coming, children!”
“Children? You’re the child here!”, the goalkeeper laughed.
“Since she got into uni she thinks she’s an adult.”, Ava continued to tease.
“Hey!”, you protested. You were not even the youngest player on your team.
Max deliberately ignored you: “She wishes.”
Before you could reply, you were almost knocked off balance by someone jumping on your back and wrapping their hands around your shoulders.
“She’s still our baby!”, Rileys voice shouted right next to your ear.
You shook the redheaded midfielder off: “Ugh, stop it. I’m not.”
“Yeah, you are.”, Max countered smugly.
“At least I’m faster than you!”, you grinned and increased your pace, switching from a fast jog into a sprint.
The goalkeepers jaw dropped: “Without stretching! If we’d do that, we could go home right now.”
“Honestly, some things you can only do when you’re young.”, Ava shook her head.
Riley laughed: “My knees hurt from only watching her.”
“You sound like Lucy Bronze, Riley.”, you chuckled, remembering the phone call you had with Grace when she was away with the lionesses in Spain. Your girlfriend was happy about the fact that the English defender put her under her wings.
Even though the knee of the Barcelona player was hurting after she ran against Grace in training the older woman was still joking around with her like the pain was nothing.
Dropping the name of the famous lionesses Riley’s mouth dropped wide open: “Excuse me?!”
“Yeah, it’s true but Luce wouldn’t just sat by and chat when she has to warm up.”, Khiara joined the conversation with a teasing smile on her lips.
Your teammate pouted, begging not all too serious: “Never ever bring your girlfriend and her friends again.”
“Riley, you got compared to Lucy Bronze that’s a compliment., you tried to cheer the older woman up before you turned around to kiss your girlfriend who was standing next to the Mancity goalkeeper, hi babe, glad you could make it.”
You were willing to ignore Celins fake gagging noises unlike Grace. She scolded the Norwegian for her reaction:” Celin!”
“Ignore her, Grace. Have fun watching the game, girls.”, you told her softly.
“We’ll.”
“Good luck.”, Khiara shouted after you, widely grinning.
Grateful for her support you mouthed: “Thank you, Khi.”
“You’re welcome.”, she replied.
During the match, Celin bit her lip, looking worried at what was happening in front of them:” Oh god, their team is bad.”
“Don’t be mean.”, Grace immediately defended you and your team.
With a mischievous grin Khiara reminded the Tottenham players:” You guys were bad too when we won against you 7:0.”
“You said you wouldn’t remind us anymore.”, your girlfriend whined.
The mancity goalkeeper countered: “At least it stopped Celin from being mean.”
“Grace, your girl scored!”, Celin excitedly interrupted them.
Proudly Grace said:” Not too bad, right?”
“It was a really nice goal.”, Charli admitted.
When Max celebrated your goal with you, she pulled you close to hum into your ear:” Little one tell your girlfriend she needs to come more often if her presence makes you score such bangers.”
“Oh, but you know she’s a busy girl.”, you answered grinning.
Confidently she shook her head:” Doesn’t matter. We need some wins.”
After the match, Ava announced to your girlfriend:” Grace, we need you to attend more games it works wonders on y/n’s performance.”
“I’ll try to come more often. But my weekends are pretty booked.”, Grace promised.
In a reassuring tone you responded:” You don’t have too.”
“No, I want to come more often. I really enjoyed watching.”, your girlfriend looked at you lovingly.
“To be fair I enjoy watching you play too.”, you confessed sweetly.
She smirked while suggesting:” I think we could make a deal out of it.”
“Yes, we’ll try to see each other’s games as often as we can.”, you nodded eagerly.
The promise was sealed with a kiss from her on your lips:” That sounds fair.”
Two weeks later, the roles were reversed and you watched Grace and her team play against Manchester City in the FA Women’s Cup.
It was a suspenseful game that eventually went into a penalty shootout. You held your breath as Amy Turner converted the final penalty for Tottenham. You could not hide your joy for your girlfriends team while you watched them run towards each other and celebrate their win.
“Becky, you were amazing!“, Grace yelled at their goalkeeper who was able to save two of Manchester penalties.
Beth England pulled her two teammates into a hug: “I’m so proud of you, girls!“
“You really saved us with your goal in the last minute of stoppage time!“, Grace yelled happily at the striker. Her cheeks were still red from the game as her gaze drifted over the crowd of people applauding the win.
Beth shrugged with one shoulder: “They had to make a mistake at some point. She’s over there by the way if you’re looking for her.“
A new bright red flashed across Graces face: “Yes, I was searching for her.“
“Come on. Go to her, get your winners kiss and then we can celebrate together.“, Becky laughed and pushed the younger player in your direction.
Beth called after her: “Hurry up!“
“Trust me, I’m running as fast as I can.“, Grace laughed back at her as she made her way across the pitch.
She stopped right in front of you, a huge grin on her face.
“Hi, love. I’m so proud of you and your team.“, you greeted her and pulled her into a tight hug.
“Thanks. I’m glad you could be here.“, she replied.
As you pulled out of the hug, you held up your phone and presented your girlfriend your text messages: “Ava, Max and the whole team congratulate you and forgive me for missing training today.“
“That’s so sweet of them.“, Grace smiled, visibly moved by the thoughtfulness of your football team.
You nodded: “Yes, they are the best.“
“They are.“
“Go and celebrate with your team, babe, you deserve it.“, you laughed and gave her gentle push.
Grace held out her hand for you: “Join us.“
“Are you sure?“
“Absolutely.“
“Okay, I’m coming with you.“, you finally agreed and followed your girlfriend onto the grass.
Grace carefully took your hand in hers: “Good. The girls will be happy to see you.“
As soon as you reached the celebrating football players, you smiled: “Hi, girls.“
Charli beamed at you: “You’re here!“
“Gracies' lucky charm!“, Celin yelled with a slight tease in her voice.
“So that’s why we won.“, Charli concluded with a grin.
Grace pressed a kiss to your cheek: “Oh yes.“
Celin shot her a sceptical look: “Sure. It was probably her.“
Grace turned towards you, searching for your eyes: “Ignore the sceptic Celin. Love you, y/n.“
“I love you too.“, you replied and kissed her passionately.

CONFISCATED - PART 3
Tumblr media
*POP*
Blowing a big wet bubble from her slutty pink lips, Loren giggled and watched the timer on her phone counting down. She still had nearly a whole day yet. It was still only moments since she had transformed.
It really was lucky that Brat App had a refund option, lucky that she could return to her male form anytime she wanted. After all - that was what she wanted... right?
This was just wish fulfillment. A chance to see how it felt to live as a slutty, mean, teenage bitch. Loren wasn't planning to stay this way for much longer. She'd have to go back to being Lawrence, being a responsible adult eventually. Wouldn't she?
Glancing out of the window, Loren's lips twitched into a smile as she watched Bethany riding big dick, her massive tits bouncing with every thrust.
Then again, it looked like Loren's new Mommy was enjoying her transformation. Maybe when Loren changed back into Lawrence she could somehow arrange for Bethany to stay the way she was now.
But right now, she had things to do and she still had plenty of time to enjoy herself.
Like finally having some fun with Bella. After all, it was the other girls fault that this had all happened in the first place and Loren was curious to have a little heart to heart with her 'sister'.
Admiring her sexy nails, Loren tossed back her silky blonde hair and standing up admired her perfect body. She was slender and toned, curvy in all the right places. Her clothing was tight and flirty, her makeup bold and bubblegum pink. She smelt of vanilla and when she moved she jangled with jewellery. She was every inch a pink, popular princess.
You are such a toxic fucking bitch and you love it.
Loren couldn't disagree with the gloating voice in her head. After all, it was right and it made her wet and horny to think about how evil she now was.
That's right bitch. You can do whatever you want because when you activate the refund everything will go back to normal and no one will remember what you did.
Loren's eyes widened as she considered this. That's right. She could be totally evil and give into every depraved whim she wanted, no one would ever know.
Yessssss, you wanna be bad Loren. You wanna be soooo fucking evil that you can't stop cumming your little bitchy panties. You know what would be really hot? To bully and destroy Bella. She's such a little brat, but you can cut her down to size. Won't it feel good to make the little loser suffer?
Loren groaned. She blew a big wet bubble, her manicured hands rubbing her crotch where a wet patch had appeared.
It was so wrong but the thought of bullying and destroying Bella was making Loren horny. After all in this new reality Bella wasn't Loren's daughter - she was her pathetic sister. She could do what she wanted to her.
And best of all you'll earn more brat points to use in the app. Being mean and toxic earns sooooo many points. You can make more changes to your status, your personality. You can become more evil and bratty. Wouldn't that feel good?
Loren groaned, her panties soaked now as the voice in her head sank poision deeper into her thoughts. Yessss, she needed to replenish her brat points. There was still so much she could do with the power. So much she could BECOME.
"I'm going to destroy that fucking loser," she gasped her eyes fluttering in orgasmic pleasure. "I need it... I need to be bad."
Good girl. You're so close now. So fucking close.
Loren began to cum...
***
Tumblr media
Bella screamed.
Squeezing her eyes tight shut, she opened them again but the hideous image that she had just seen returned. The image of a loser. The image of who she used to be.
"No, this can't be happening," she panted.
A few months ago Bella had downloaded a magical app to her phone. Brat App. She had always wanted to be more popular, more beautiful and the app had given her what she wanted. She had begun using the app, spending the initial free points to make herself a little more bitchy and attractive.
With the upgrades to her personality, she'd been able to earn more brat points. Slowly, month by month she'd made gradual improvements to her appearance, status and personality. She had become more and more the hot, spoiled, brat she longed to be.
Eventually Bella had become tired of the gradual changes. She'd decided to save up all the points she would need and then transform in one fell swoop. She had been so close. So close to becoming a hot mega-bitch, and then her Dad had confiscated her phone.
And now... now all of her points had been removed. It was as if she had never had the app in the first place. She didn't understand.
*CRASH*
The door to Bella's bedroom crashed open and Bella's mouth fell open as a blonde Goddess walked in with a smirk on her face.
At first she had no idea who this bitch was, but as she laid eyes on the girl, she suddenly knew who she was. Loren... her sister.
"Wh... what the hell?" gasped Bella as a slew of memories she knew were not real flooded her mind. Loren... Loren was her sister. Her popular, beautiful, more talented and attractive sister. The sister she admired and was jealous of. The sister who bullied her and made her feel inferior.
"N..nooooo," she groaned grabbing her head.
"Like, ohhhh yeah," purred Loren as she watched Bella fighting the memories. "Don't worry loser, I used the app to safeguard your original memories as well as give you new ones. Until I decide otherwise you'll remember the way things used to be as well as the way they are now."
"W..who are you?" gasped Bella her head throbbing painfully. "N... nooo, Dad?"
Loren laughed with glee. "That's right you dumb little bitch. I spent ALL your brat points giving myself this tight little body and all the popularity you ever craved. Mmmmh and I'm sooooo not done yet. I want more and I want to make you fucking suffer too."
Bella gawped at the triumphant blonde bitch in front of her.
"B...but why? I'm your daughter."
"Hahah not anymore you pathetic reject. I'm your hot bitchy sister now and I fucking despise you. I don't know why, but it's just soooo fucking hot to bully you. The more I do it, the more addictive it feels. And best of all it earns shit loads of brat points. I need to recharge the app and get more points so I can change more stuff."
She pulled out her phone and waved it casually around as she smirked triumphantly. It was the only opening Bella needed.
Bella suddenly rushed at Loren and grabbed the phone off the surprised looking girl. She could end this now with a few pushes of a...
The screen was locked and Loren was laughing.
"Haha, I knew you'd try that. The phone is locked to MY biometrics you dumb bitch AND I added a PIN number to Brat App. You can't access the app without my permission and of course I'm not going to give it."
Loren grabbed her phone back with an almost inhumanely fast reaction and pushed Bella hard. She staggered back and crashed into a table, falling to the floor. Loren towered over her.
"Oh and by the way, if you DO ever try that again, I'll fucking really hurt you. I'm stronger, faster and more powerful than you now."
As if to prove it, she knelt down and pinned Bella's arms behind her back. Bella struggled but it was like being held in metal cuffs. She couldn't even move. Loren giggled as she blew a big wet bubble and then taking her gum pushed it deep into Bella's hair so it tangled and caught in her brown locks.
"This is just the beginning loser. I'm going to take everything from you. No one will even remember the original reality, except you and me. I want you to suffer and making you live in a world that I have created and you can't escape from is gonna be so hot. In fact, lets get started."
Tumblr media
Standing up, Loren looked down at the sobbing Bella, her hair sticky with bubblegum and her eyes streaming with tears. "Fuck it makes my pussy so fucking wet to see you cry. I LOVE it," she grinned, her nipples as hard as bullets.
Opening Brat App, she smiled as she saw her points total had risen considerably. But she still needed more and she knew how to get it.
"One way to get points is to reduce another persons attributes into the negative. So if I like open you in the app and for instance reduce your breast size to zero, I'll get some points to spend."
Bella screamed as her chest suddenly ached. Her B cup tits weren't that big anyway. but now they were shrinking! She groaned as she became as flat as a washboard and completely boyish looking.
"And if we drain your ass and hips too, you'll look SOOO much better," gloated Loren as she watched with glee as her sister groaned and lost her womanly curves.
"Hmmm and what's this? A popularity slider? How about we slide you over into the negative. Make you into a complete dork that everyone hates."
"Noooo please don't," screamed Bella but it was too late.
Her body burned and she felt her eyesight blur. Thick bottle top glasses popped over the bridge of her nose as spots broke out all over her once clear skin. Her eyebrows joined in a mono-brow as her hair became greasy and her teeth became wonky and jutting out like a hamster. Her hair became an embarrasing bowl cut with a dorky fringe. She looked like a total loser now.
"Oh my fucking God," laughed Loren, her breathing heavy. She was obviously aroused and towering over her sister she seemed almost orgasmic in her pleasure.
"Fuck yessss, you're pathetic. Look at you, such a fucking dork. Hahahah this is so hawt, I love it. I'm fucking hot and popular and you're a nobody. A FUCKING NOBODY! HAHAHAHA!"
"Mmmmh, I haven't even got started properly yet 'Sis'. This is just the beginning. Get some rest. Tomorrow is a school day and I'm going to have SO much fun in my new body and seeing just how pathetic your life is now."
Bella began to cry even harder and Loren groaned as she got even wetter...
"Fuckkk I could almost cum right now seeing you crawl around on the floor, a pathetic broken dork. Be thankful I haven't made any more changes yet. I could do SO much to ruin your body, but one thing at a time."
"Pleeeease haven't you done enough?" groaned Bella. "Please Loren, have mercy."
Loren giggled.
Bella sobbed. Worse? How could things get worse than this?
Laughing Loren swayed out of the room leaving Bella a broken mess on the floor.
"I can't wait to make things even worse for you LOSER."
Bella didn't know it, but Loren had plenty of ideas how... and she couldn't wait to try them.

AAAAUHG.. so many things come to mind so i will start with... i like to imagine he and Fenris are the same height :') (5'11"). This got a bit long but i'm always happy to talk about this guy!!!!!!!!! @trebuchet151
he's got a big garnet signet ring with the Amell family crest carved in it, and that's about the only recognizable thing that denotes his lineage... he has always liked stamping wax seals on letters with it!!! he's a ring guy generally, he likes mixing and matching stones and metal.
his hands are very scarred and rough from reckless casting, and especially casting fire magic without a staff (in a pinch).
He has a heart tattooed on his ring finger for Fenris :') their wedding was very. Andraste as the witness, on the road, impulsive. Vows for themselves, nothing legally binding. Fenris has a plain gold band on a red cord somewhere on his person at all times.
his testosterone is taken via oral tincture, some kind of oil solution he takes drops of daily. like a mild and highly personalized potion recipe! it's the only reason he sometimes needs a home base or shop to set up in, to prepare a big batch. He stores it in little glass vials he collects from trinket shops. Malcolm found the recipe for him after he came out in his tweens.
Bethany is kind of sainted in his mind, when he's exasperated or stunned he might utter an "oh Bethany" (in the tone of "are you seeing this shit") rather than an "oh Maker"
He struggles a lot with empathy, in that he frequently can logically recognize when he should feel for another person's situation, and yet finds himself unmoved. He will deliberately go out of his way to care for others, sometimes more than is needed, to try to make up for what he perceives as a personal flaw. This is how he ended up like a wrung out mouldy rag, emotionally, by the end of DA2.
His spell class is fucking terrifying, he has a lot of mana and not much hp, but is really reckless about his reserves. He combines force magic with fire magic, trapping foes and incinerating them, and sometimes leaving himself winded in the wake of too much magical exertion at once.
he's pretty spry and strong but doesn't have a great constitution. He tires out quickly in fights, hence trying to end them explosively and quickly.
Was briefly stalked by a sloth demon, perhaps around Act 2, and passed a very "get off my doorstep" homebrew harrowing as a result. Burnt it out of his shadow and got some spring back in his step, around roughly the same time he recognized his feelings for Fenris, settled into his role as Hawke within Kirkwall, etc. He Killed Dysphoria, Forever!!!
His love for Merrill makes him very "blood magic is okay", he loves her worldview and wisdom about its use, but his upbringing prevents him from extending that grace to himself. He was forced to use blood magic in his duel against the Arishok in order to survive it!!! Angst. Hates himself quite badly for this. Until Merrill is like "why are you special" and he's like ooohh. I get it
We all kno Hawke goes thru hell but I love reflecting on Orson's arc from early family life to Now/post-DA:I, he found closure among his friends and family and was able to fully remove himself from a public leadership role and is doing much better for it. He's a bit of an anarchist i guess, jack of all trades with a pretty rigid set of personal morals that sometimes forces him to act outside the law. He's very grey market, hard to contact, arrive in the nick of time.
He and Fenris do not ever shut up around each other. Two dudes who talk about fuck all, very intelligently. If you see Fenris in the wild, Orson is probably around, too. They love hunting Venatori and only sometimes get in the way of other spy/subterfuge activities.
he smells like BRITTLE sun-baked wood, with a hint of oily herbal medicine.

“i think i’m gonna do it..” she giggled, sipping her drink as she eyed him from across the bar. “are you crazy? that’s rafe cameron! he’s a fucking psycho!” her friend argued, glaring at the girl who sat opposite her.
“don’t be ridiculous, you know everything about him was just a rumour, right?” y/n huffed, scoffing at her friend’s judgmental behaviour. “they weren’t rumours y/n, why do you think he disappeared for so long? it wasn’t just because he wanted a break!” she snapped, exasperated.
“just because you listen to every little thing anyone tells you, doesn’t mean it’s true bethany!” y/n spat back, falling back into her seat in disappointment. “and so what if he did some bad shit! people get second chances!”
“people don’t get second chances for murder, y/n” her friend replies flatly, rolling her eyes. “oh shut up, rafe cameron is not a murderer! we went to school with him!” y/n retorted in a hushed tone, quickly becoming aware that he might’ve heard the whole thing.
“sure, okay. do what you want, it’s your funeral..” bethany muttered, quickly gulping down her drink as if the argument had exhausted her. holding her head high, y/n pushed away from the table as she narrowed her eyes at her friend.
weaving through the numerous tables surrounded by people, y/n quickly readjusted her hair as she walked up to his table, quickly counting the heads crowding it. fortunately for her, it seemed to be only rafe and barry at the same bar tonight, unlike the majority of the time when he’s surrounded by people desperate for drugs.
stepping up to the table, she cleared her throat, swiftly drawing the pairs attention away from what looked like a rather serious conversation.
“oh hey, uhh y/n? isn’t it?” rafe asked politely, turning to face the girl who began to crumble under his stare. “yeah, y/n. we went to school together..” she spoke sheepishly, hopefully jogging his memory. “shit! yeah of course, i remember you, always hanging out with that other girl, um, bethany?” he exclaimed, nodding at barry as if to clue him in.
both rafe and y/n turned to glance at y/n’s now empty seat, earning a sour look from her friend, who rolled her eyes once more before turning away. “yeah, that’s bethany..” y/n replied, let down by her friends actions.
“anyways..” she started, looking down at rafe, who leant back in his chair arrogantly. “i was wondering if i could buy you a drink? i noticed yours was a little empty..” she mumbled, her previous confidence suddenly fading away.
both rafe’s and barry’s eyebrows lifted, a shocked expression settling on their faces. “ooo! you got girls fallin’ at your feet now country club!” barry hollered obnoxiously.
“fuck off man- uh, yeah of course” rafe grinned charmingly, pushing himself from his seat. “great!” y/n beamed, stepping away slightly to give him space.
he held his arm out around her waist, yet never touched her, simply guiding her through the bodies queuing at the bar. making room for her, his eyes inspected her timid frame as she slipped through to a sudden gap along the bar stand, letting herself be caged in between his veiny arms.
“how about, i buy you a drink?” he offered, smirking down at her. “that wasn’t the deal!” she squeaked, smiling up at him sweetly. “nah, it wasn’t, but it could be?” he suggested again, tilting his head in amusement.
“hmm, what if…i let you buy me a drink, and you give me your number?” she asked, bowing her head quickly. “but then you get two things, and i get no things?” he laughed, closing the space between them quickly as a few drunken bodies passed behind him.
sucking in a harsh breath as the sudden closeness, she pulled her lip between her teeth nervously as her cheeks began to flush.
“you were the one who suggested you buy me a drink instead!” she exclaimed, swatting at his chest playfully. “plus, you could always just get a date with me to make up for it?” she teased, resting her back against the bar counter.
“you know how to negotiate huh? got a smart one here..” he mocked, chuckling slightly. “but uh, yeah, sounds good. so i give you my number, and you call me..let’s say, tomorrow?”
“tomorrow it is!” she giggled, watching as his attention diverted to the bartender coming their way.
“perfect, now, what are you drink darlin’?”

Being on the AceSpec is super funny as a person with sexual trauma, because as soon as I tell someone that I’m Ace and I was also hurt in the past- They immediately assume I just “need to be fixed” or that “it’s a problem due to my past”.
Last I checked- that caused my fear of physical touch unless I give permission not my fucking sexual attraction??
Like Bethany, shut the fuck up about fixing me, I’m just not like you other whores that wanna fuck the first cute guy that walks into a room, I wanna be fucking courted like it’s the 1600’s and you gotta win my heart, not just send me “Wsp” at 1 am.
(We need “Im a slut but not for you” as a tag on this site)
