Could you write a familial fic of Andrew hanging out with a younger sibling reader if he ditched the Ratri clan and got therapy to deal with that ordealio and they reunited post-Neverland? I'm thinking maybe them just watching a few episodes of a show they chose and, after a character really resonates with him(for example, Jacob Stone from The Librarians), he just... opens up a bit on why he was always so distant and silent all the time, why he never really felt... okay to feel anything in his line of work.
