“I’m quite shy, if I may say so myself… but somehow, nobody cares about me wearing a mask, not even the teachers…! As long as nobody touches my mask, it’s alright, of course.

Everyone knows me as ‘the masked performer’ (duh!), as I’ve been born and raised in a quite well-known circus family, and have always been interested in doing ‘circus-y’ things, mainly juggling, ever since pre-school. That being confirmed, my parents officially accepted me as a true circus person, and I’ve been doing all sorts of tricks for years to be part of many shows as well. I’ve officially started performing along with my parents and four siblings ever since the summer break in between 3rd and 4th grade, and ever since, I’ve gained quite some iconicity and popularity as the masked performer, who mainly specialises in juggling on a unicycle and doing mime.

Some ‘hurdles' I still have to jump over are fire and anything with knives and other sharp objects, as they’ve always somewhat scared me for my entire life, yet I’m somehow still eager to also include fire-breathing, knife throwing, and magic with the saw and wooden box in my series of acts and specialties someday.

With the announcement of a remake of Bowser's Inside Story and the successful remake for Superstar Saga, one must think how odd it was to skip Partner's in Time. Personally, it wasn't a very good game, but it was enjoyable. They made the Mushroom kingdom much more lively creative than just "Grassland, Desert, Iceland, Bowser". It had creative npcs, a good story, and the enemies were really good. SPEAKING off, you wanna talk of a very interesting line of similar foes? The Shroobs were it. Each one was particularly different and still had an overall similar design. This extends to some of the other bosses and Shroobified foes, but the branching designs of the Shroobs were pretty interesting. But yeah, the game doesn't hold up.

I love them so much they're so silly .

Basically they're all like , those silly character you randomly meet once or twice through the game as npcs or just cameos but they become important after the main story is over .

Hey, Shrooba Diver. I’ve got a question for you. As far as I’m aware, Sharkbones are only native to Gwarhar Lagoon, an area that’s in the Beanbean Kingdom. So how is it that you managed to find some in Gritzy Desert?

Shrooba Diver: (You mean Sand Cheeps, my curious friend? Well, according to some records written by the Mushroom Kingdom inhabitants, while Sand Cheeps are native and thrive in the waters of Gwarhar Lagoon of the Beanbean Kingdom, they are extremely rare in the Mushroom Kingdom and can only be found deep within the sands of Gritzi Deset. It was believed to have been an invasive species a long time ago until action was taken and their numbers dropped drastically, with only very few remaining and barely seen. As to how they arrived in Gritzi Desert, its a mystery... And fun fact, they make fantastic hurling weapons! Haha!)

“Hi, I’m Sean (pronounced ‘Shawn’), and this is my seap… just kidding, I’m here to introduce myself, aren’t I?

I am a wizardry geek who often plays this role while selling candy at the hotel’s candy stand. Unlike many others of my age, I actually like my job, and everyone keeps on coming back because of the flattery I seemingly give out to other geeks. Yup, as a child, I even ‘infected’ my younger sister with it, but as a result, we did become polar opposites regarding our geekiness.

If I’m not in charge of the candy shop, my sister is, and I’m mostly to be found at wizardry conventions to get to know more Shroobs with the same interests and mindset as me. Perhaps I could once practise sorcery to repel humans from us, rather than using one of those lame old laser guns? Because I happen to know someone whose classmates are ninjas, and also use shurikens and a katana rather than those guns. All of my wizardry convention friends were stunned upon hearing this, and we’re now all working on learning sorcery as real wizards someday.”

“Before Pierce came into my life, I was a professional performer at the Rainbow Circus, which has been disbanded shortly before Paris was born, but my sister has made sure to still be part of a circus group, namely the one with her husband and five children named Circus Connors.

I did not give up on performing, though, despite marrying Pierce, having Paris and adopting my nibling Mars after their parents’ horrific demise in a UFO explosion shortly after their birth. Indeed, I’m the Kunichinmi Hotel’s primary performer whose shows especially involve trapezes and ribbon dancing, and yes, I still got it after all those years, since it’s always been in my (family’s) blood anyway. My audience varies, but fortunately, most of the spectators love me (not literally) and my performances, and for all they care, they’d watch my performances every single day.

“I’m Pierce, the elder brother of Marcia’s late father, Wally. He was just a bit crazy, but overall, a good little brother to have, too. His youngest child has also turned into an amazing someone throughout the years, and they love me and Melony to the fullest as well, of which, of course, we also approve to the fullest.

Melony and I also have a biological daughter named Paris, who is eager to take over my position as head of the Kunichinmi Hotel once I retire, and thus, is about to become the vice-president once she reaches the age of 21.

Despite the fact that I have a function that asks for a lot of pressure, I still have some free time, in which I like to play games like darts along with my family members. Indeed, before I even became the head of the Kunichinmi Hotel, I used to be a professional darts player, and even partook in the Olympics of the late 80s, where I mostly became first and second place because of my amazing effort, or so the coaches and others always told me.

After somewhat giving up darts to first start the family hotel, it immediately gained tons of popularity, as I turned out to be one of the few ones with such a deluxe hotel among the Shroobs. One year later, Melony also came into my life. Originally a performer at a well-known circus group, she went out of the group to become the hotel’s primary trapeze and ribbon dance performer… and, eventually, to fall in love with me, marry me soon after, and give life to our Paris, of course.

Nowadays, life is absolutely fine, and I don’t think I need to change anything about it anymore.”

Haven’t posted in ages because I, the admin, have been working on this comic on an on-and-off basis, partly because I replayed Mario & Luigi: Partners In Time recently, and finished it for the first ever time, too! :)

This comic is based on this well-known meme, but the lines are slightly altered, as is a cuss word at the end replaced with Shroob language because why not? ;)

Also, this comic finally shows Bridget’s big brother Sean while not wearing his hood! And it proves that some Shroobs do wear clothes on occasion if they’re not one of the princesses. ;p

3rd comic overall, as well as the 1st ever one made on my new PC.

This one is partly based on the lines of Seam from Deltarune, on whom Sean is partly based, too. Also, is it common to draw Shroobs that wear (hooded) cloaks? Because Sean the wannabe wizard always wears it, even when running the hotel’s candy counter.

This comic also introduces Shikao, one of my sona’s classmates who has a lisp, hence the occasional th replacing an ‘s’ or ‘sh’ in a typed sentence, and, occasionally, a ‘t’ as well. (And tbh I suck at drawing Dr. Shroobs lol)
