This is how my day starts everyday! Premier Protein (usually just one but I am starving this morning), coffee and my vitamins! I take one supplement/vitamin/mineral per hour to give my body time to absorb it and concentrate on only one thing at a time. It also helps to not mix certain vitamins that counteract each other!
