THE BUG!! THE LOCUST HIMSELF

This is an oc-ified version of the third band member in SF (named Locust) that me and many others believed would have been a third member of SF had the show actually been picked up!

I went pretty loose with this, given he only appears for like 10 seconds and says 2 sentences.

Under is a description:

Lucas Bukowski - The Shred Force drummer and sound guy. A chill, quiet fella who's just trying to enjoy his funny little interest. Actively avoids conflict because he doesn't want to cause trouble. Sometimes the louder members of his team annoy him, but he just bears with it. He really appreciates the company. Oldest out of the gang, he feels the need to be the “responsible and sensible one”. People usually overlook him and find him weird for his niche interests, but he has grown used to it. He doesn't care tho, he's just vibing. He's used to the feeling of not belonging…

Most rational out of the bunch and tends to reel them in when they're getting too much, but not above having just as much fun with them. Tends to get overwhelmed a lot, but he's not a coward. He'll stand his ground, albeit stuttering and bumbling his way through it. The only one with any classical music training, knows a fair amount of instruments actually. He's also very interested in the technical side of music

He doesn't want his admiration for Shred Force to get in the way of being a hero. He's been a fan for so long, it feels almost unreal to fight alongside them. And it turns out they're actually his friends too? That totally rules. Takes the whole hero thing most seriously, almost to a comical degree. People actually think he's cool now, he's got a reputation to uphold! He's been coddled all his life and it feels refreshing to hang out with his friends. A mama’s boy. She can be overprotective and overbearing at times but she means well.

He met Hank and Ronnie through an ad (Yes those two idiots actually put an ad looking for a drummer). He was the only one who applied

some wonderful Shred Force news for you!!! in response to all of the hype around Shred Force (and especially Nordic Bunny), creator Matt Maiellaro, producer/director Matty Danner, and Nordic Bunny voice actor Dana Snyder have all been stoked by the attention!! we believe they're looking into who owns the rights for the pilot as of now, and there's tonnes of fantastic fanart, headcanons, vids, etc. it's a great little fandom and i suspect this isn't the last we've heard of Shred Force 🥰 (and, dear Dana was kind enough to respond to my request for a Cameo of him as Nordic Bunny...absolute legend!)

Really?? THAT'S SO COOL TO HEAR!!!! Hopefully that works out because this is art that deserves to see the light of day! Thanks for letting me know

Aw man, Shred Force would’ve been such a cool cartoon! As a Tumblr Sexyman Connoisseur, you know I had to check out Nordic Bunny. The pilot got some good laughs out of me. The style and animation is really interesting too! I miss 2d animation so much these days. I like how they incorporated the 3D elements as well.

But yeah, I really liked the pilot. There’s just one addition I’d make that can be summed up in 2 words. Crab Rave. 🦀

NORDIC BUNNY YOU DAMAGED LITTLE FREAK WHAT IS YOUR DEAL 😭😭😭🤘🔥 omfg okay so i'm gonna give some background after digging for a bit for the uninitiated who will read this...the above clip is of the villain Nordic Bunny from the unreleased 2010s Disney pilot Shred Force!!! it was created by Matt Maiellaro, co-creator of Adult Swim shows like Perfect Hair Forever and Aqua Teen Hunger Force. which you can really feel - it's giving severe Venture Bros. and Kick Buttowski vibes, and it feels like Metalocalypse for kids!!! 🙈💖

the animation is astonishingly gorgeous, especially for a pilot...my brain can't work out how they've done it!! reminds me of the movements from Storm Hawks 🤩 oh, and that marvellous voice work from the iconic Dana Snyder (Gazpacho from Chowder) as Nordic Bunny...and is that Danny Cooksey (Jack Spicer from Xiaolin Showdown) as Hank?! this kicks so much ass i am HERE for it 😭😭😭 and you're so right, we were robbed. everything is so fun in this pilot but the stand-out is that mental design for Nordic Bunny. what is he?!?! a sentient catboy guitar?!?! is he wearing lipstick and underpants on the outside of his...armour? or is that his body? the TAIL?!?! PLEASE!!! and oh my god he's so pathetic and whiny and crazy. i want an entire season of this right now just to see the deranged exploits he gets up to 😂 dude thank you so much for sending this pilot my way - i can see it's popped off severely on Twitter over the last day or so!!! all that lovely fanart 🥰 and the producer/director Matt Danner has been giving a lot of amazing background information on the show!!! who knows, maybe Disney would be willing to give it another shot...👀

Now I had the privilege of watching Shred Force which was a pilot for Disney, as I laid my eyes on Hank (the blonde guy with unibrows), his voice, hair, face and arrogance kinda reminded me of Buddy boy over here, it's not helping that they belong to Disney and Pixar LOL and since I'll go off grid this will be inactive for atleast three days.

... I jokingly headcanon them as cousins, you can't convince me otherwise.
