Because he's meant to be relieved, right? I mean, fuck, he was the cause for practically all of his friends' deaths. Remus would be relieved - who wouldn't be?

Do you think he remembered Pete, who was one of the first people to be kind to him at Hogwarts? Peter, who shared everything with ease?

Of the Peter that was unabashedly loud in supporting his friends, of the Peter that stayed up late, far later than James or Sirius (who found everything easier) in order to become an animagus, so that he wouldn't let Remus down. Of the Peter that who carried around chocolate when he learnt that it helped with Remus' pains near full moons. Of the Peter that was a fiend at gobstones, and amazing at monopoly, when Lily showed them how to play. Did he think of the Peter that always had his shoelaces untied, the Peter that once snuck into McGonagalls office to steal her secret stash of sherry, the Peter that learnt to sew so that he could help Remus sew up his fraying clothes?

Did he remember the time that Peter nearly choked to death on a pumpkin pasty? Did he think about Peter, choking on his own spit down in Malfoy Manor?

Did he mourn the last marauder?

If our memories didn’t change of how it used to be. How fucked would we all be? Like it seems minor, but it would really screw with sense of direction.

What if she wished to be back with her mother again, and the road granted it to her?

OR

What if she didn't want to save Agatha, but instead she wanted to sacrifice herself for Agatha ???

Because if she made it to the end of the road, she could wish for her mother. But, what if she doesn't want to do that? What if Alice thinks her mother is happier reunited with her family?

What if she wants to reunite herself with her family too, and used the chance to save Agatha???

It’s my first time taking ADHD medication and I just realized The Wizard of Oz still exists in the universe of The Wizard of Oz.

If the books revolved around Baum receiving letters from Dorothy and documenting them, then the books exist in the Oz universe as history books.

This also means most adaptations exist as either documentaries or historical fiction.

If Ozians have tv and computers, the main 4 in book 1 (everyone’s immortal and doesn’t age in the book btw) probably watched the 1939 movie and picked out all the inaccuracies.

They can see everything you’re doing with your adaptations.

They probably even know about the fanfics.

An Oz character could be reading this right now.

I can’t even IMAGINE how bizarre Wicked must have felt to them (even though I love it).
