My other favorite flavor of riteru is Teruki trying his best, his absolute damnedest to woo Ritsu, flirting, flowers, not-so-subtle date offers, chocolates, compliments, until he just gets so fed up with Ritsu's obliviousness that he just comes out and SAYS it, full confession style, flowers and everything—

and Ritsu immediately locks up and goes, "Oh, I see how it is. Now that you know you can't have nii-san, you'll just go for the next best thing, right? The better Kageyama rejects you so you go for the second-place one instead!"

And Hanazawa, meanwhile, just: "...Otouto-kun, what the fuck are you even talking about"

Can we have some Shen facts 👉🏾👈🏾

● While most members of his species have tails, he doesn’t due to a birth defect.

● Easily the best singer out of the Rangers, hands down.

● Doesn’t eat any kind of cephalopod on principle.

● Prior to him realizing Birdie had the potential to be a Ranger, he was very protective of her since she was essentially the only family he had after Theodore’s death.

● Refuses to answer whether he and Cassius dated or not, especially after he learned about his involvement in Theodore’s death.

● Along with Neil, he’s probably the scariest Ranger when he’s angry. It took a lot of willpower not to threaten Themis with his rifle.

● Had a lot of artistic talent, even as a kid. He loves mashing form with function when it comes to his inventions.

● A lot of his jokes about him being old mostly stem from the fact that stress has aged him a lot since becoming the leader of the Revolution.

● Still celebrates Theodore’s birthday every year without fail, as a way of keeping his memory alive.

● Considers Neil and Arthur to be the best things to happen to him since Theodore’s death. He’s incredibly proud they consider themselves to be his sons.

● Definitely going to legally adopt the two of them once the Empire’s dealt with, and be a sort of a stay at home dad while he works on that book of galactic myths that Theodore told him about when he was younger.

● LOVES Studio Ghibli movies after Neil introduced him to them, Princess Mononoke being his favorite.

● Just effortlessly good with really hard video games, Arthur could be having trouble with a boss in Cuphead or something and he’d just beat it first try.

i was doing a quizz earlier and while the results didn't satisfy my insanity- the concept of "guard dog of the friend group" is sooo on point for Shou. Protective & unsettling scary & loyal, no one gets away with hurting someone he cares abt in any way ever. Shou may or may not end up being "the strongest" in a friend group, but what makes him an absolute threat is how he's 100% ready to bite back and break and hurt without an ounce of hesitation. He's so confrontational and direct and absolutely brutal, both verbally and physically.

just letting you know if you do write that almei fic about al being absolutely not impressed by scar's shovel talk _please_ ping me about it I would love to read that %) we need more of al being a snarky little shit who faced god and won. he has as much rage in him as ed he's just more polite about it

now I definitely need to write it!! that'll be the next thing I write I think :]c it's tricky because i don't write shovel talks very often, but I will do it so that al can be as snarky as he deserves. al is NOT meek or a pushover, that kid knows how to stand his ground and he absolutely contains just as much rage as his brother. the difference is ed's fuse is so short (like the rest of him) and his anger tends to be rather explosive and dramatic, but tbh al's anger is more intimidating to me because you know you've really gone too far when he's pissed off, and his anger is more subtle and scarier than ed's
