can you explain the name origin behind the rangers names, there species name, there plant names, and there finishers, some seem obvious to me well others confuse me
Character names are here.
Species names come from planets they’re from.
Serket: named after Egyptian scorpion goddess
Fenrisulfr: Proper name of Fenrir from Norse mythology.
Iustitia: Latin for justice
Crete: Named after the island that housed the Minotaur in Greek myth.
Gorgonia: Named after Greek mythology’s Gorgons.
Tokage: Japanese for lizard, with kage also being the Japanese word for shadow.
Bahamut: A colossal creature in Arabic myth usually depicted as a fish.
Ladon: A dragon from Greek mythology and what the Draco constellation used to be referred to as.
Finishers are named after the brightest star from their respective system.
