The Niji-iro Siblings

A work in progress.

Hanami Sakura and Niji-iro Tetsu were married in Kasai, the Minkai Empire, in the year 4698 AR. Together, they had eleven children.

The bombing of the Minkan Embassy in Absalom separated Midori from the others. With news reports announcing that there were no survivors from the terrorist attack, Midori believed that her siblings had perished, and her siblings believed the same about her.

However, all of the siblings actually did survive to the current day.

The First Litter

The triplets were born in 4700, making them currently 22 years old.

so... about the middle ruinene au . its something me and my friend created based after the line "Hi, Nene. What's Up" that was in beta chapter 6 wonder halloween (its kind of like a meme going around the ruinene fandom)

it's basically about how present nene is having nightmares/dreams about the scene stated above but its different every time (hence, the 3 ruis)

this basically explains the ruis who appear more frequently in the dreams ; we refer to the first one as kurui (kuro + rui), the second one shirui (shiro + rui) ← not in reference to his last name, but the color white in japanese

the third one is refered to as kiirui (kiiro + rui) CREDITS TO MY FRIEND FOR CREATING HIM 🥺🥺🥺🥺💖💖💖💖

he is a mix of the two / he appears less frequently.

he also differs in appearance as well, an extra blue streaks and fully yellow eyes (although not pictured here because i didn't color it lol)

his line is "Long time no see, Nene."

Refining the Shitennou civilian name in my fanfiction because now that I know even just a smidgen of Japanese, I realize how lazy the original names I've given them were... It's one thing to play with puns, it's another thing when I didn't bother with research and end up giving them FAMILY NAMES for first names. LMAO (I feel so embarrassed once I realized this I want to smack my old self so hard on the head.)

Here's what I've landed on for the new names. I'm keeping the live-action actor's family name for Shitennou's family name. But the first names are now changed. It would still play on their hair colour pronunciation-wise (kuro - black, shiro - white, aka - red, kiiro - yellow), but the new first names will go beyond that and their Kanji will actually be meaningful.

Kunzite: 窪寺玄翔 (Kobodera Kuroto)

玄 (kuro) - Black color. Black with a reddish tinge. Dark. The color of heaven. Deep. Distant. Far away.

翔 (to) - Fly. Spread your wings and fly. To fly high in the sky.

I could've just land with "Kurou", but I looked up Kuroto and saw the meaning of "翔". Coupled with "玄" meaning the colour of heavan and "far away", I wanted to use this name as a tribute to Kobodera Akira. :'(

Zoisite: 遠藤志郎 (Endou Shirou)

志 (shi) - Aspiration. To aim to be. Where the mind aims. Compassion. Sign. To remember. To record. A gift for thanks or appreciation.

郎 (rou) - Male. Men. Young men. A word that refers broadly to boys. A retainer

I felt choosing "志" fits Zoisite's character given the compassion he showed for Mamoru and Usagi at the end in PGSM, and he's the one most focused on remembering the past life.

Nephrite: 松本赤人 (Matsumoto Akato)

赤 (aka) - Red color. Nothing. Bare. Sincerity. The equator. Communism.

人 (to) - People. Human beings. Humanity. Every single person. People. Grown-ups. Adults. Personality. Character. A word used to count people.

I wanted to use the word "人" in Nephrite's name to referencing that Nephrite was the only Shitennou to be given a civilian identity in PGSM and had a character arc in his human form. As well, combined with "赤" meaning sincerity and bare, it worked well with how I see Nephrite in this second life - an honest and candid man not afraid to speak his mind and share his feelings (especially with Ami)

(Also I find it funny it literally can also mean "red man" hahahahah)

Jadeite: 増尾輝狼 (Masuo Kirou)

輝 (ki) - Shining. Glittering. Brilliant. Splendid.

狼 (rou) - Wolf. A mammal of the canine family. A metaphor for something as ferocious as a wolf. To be frightened. To be dismayed.

I chose "輝" for "ki" because of what I want to achive with Jadeite's character in Echoes of Time. "狼" (wolf) being canine to me attributes to his undying loyalty as we see in PGSM, and his ferocity when defending his comrade and those he chooses to dedicate himself to protect.

A new Bomberman AU?

It's called 'Heroes Rule All', where anyone that gets a Bom-Crystal can become a 'Bomberman Hero'... or a 'Bomberwoman Hero' if they are a woman. Or just 'Bomber Hero' for anyone else.

It's basically a humanization AU where the humans become Bombers using their own Bom-Crystal that they are bonded to. They also receive a Bomberband that can speak to the bonded user and their friends, and anyone without a Bom-Crystal and Bomberband cannot hear them.

The main character is, of course, the one with the Shirobom Crystal. His name is Touki Shiro, a Freshman at the Chuukaku (Core) Academy. He's a go-getter who's quick to get into trouble! And he's not the best at PE, but he's trying his best. He also has a crush on Kyoku Pinku (aka the owner of the Pretty Crystal).

Others including the aforementioned Kyoku Pinku, who's a member of the K. Midnights, a popular girl-band that's motif is welll... I haven't decided it yet, but she has the heart motif. She's a Sophomore, and her bomber form has a mixture of Pretty Bomber's classic attire and Karaoke Bomber's attire from SBR.

There is also Kurai Max and Joou Mizuiro. And a rival group who sometimes teams up with the main group of four, with leader Kuro, and other members Midori Laimu, Nensho Aka, Yasashii Ao, and Akarui Kiiro.

Not much plot. Aside from the one below.

But below is in case you are interested in the AU, and wanted to make your own Bomber Hero! I'm doubtful because there is just crumbs with this AU.

Heroes ^ Knights ^ Bombers ^ Normals

In short, there's a hierarchy system in this Bomberman AU. One where the Heroes are praised, and the Normals want to fight to get a Bom-Crystal of their own.

The main character is a kid named Touki Shiro (White Winter), who gets bullied a lot due to his dad being apart of the core Heroes. His only friends are a group of students also in his class, Kyoku Pinku (Pink Song), Kurai Max (Max Dark), and Joou Mizuiro (Aqua Queen). They go to Chuukaku (Core) Academy, where the hierarchy affects the students the most.

Along the way, they suddenly get Bom-Crystal's after bonding with them during an attack on the city (an attack from mysterious cloaked figures with Bom-Crystal's of their own…). Realizing they must become the true heroes their city needs most, they set out to simultaneously stop the cloaked figures from causing havoc AND destroy the hierarchy system from the inside! Will they succeed? Who knows.

So you see these two things? When a Bom-Crystal detects that their hero is needed, they become the heroes Bom-Key (which is the USB looking thing). The device that goes around their wrists is the Bomberband that I just went over above.

You insert the key into the Bomberband as shown here, and the eyes glow and activate the transformation. The Bomberband vanishes, but becomes the belt that binds the Normal and Bomber together.

Dark Crystals are what Normals who were tricked into buying them by the cloaked villain use to become Dark Bomber's. Villains that use the power of the Bom-Crystals for evil. And the Normal isn't even aware that this is happening, as the darkness in the crystal takes over the Normals mind!

The Niji-iro Family

Niji-iro Tetsu and Niji-iro Sakura were diplomats from the Minkai Empire on the continent of Tian Xia on Golarion. They spent most of their time traveling around the globe for work with their children in tow.

Tetsu and Sakura had eleven juvenile children.

Haiiro was the self-appointed defender of the family.

Kuro and Shiro both wanted to help defend the family like Haiiro would. They spent a good portion of their free time sparring with their wooden bokken swords.

Chairo, however, preferred archery.

Kiiro also liked roughhousing like her brothers, oftentimes swinging off of chandeliers and ropes to join in the fray.

...which sometimes led to Mizuiro grabbing a medical kit to come to the rescue of her siblings.

The other siblings were more low-key.

Orenji liked to take care of the plants.

Murasaki spent time in the kitchen coming up with new concoctions.

Akane liked to shoot the breeze with everyone.

Pinku just worried about everybody in general.

And, in all of the chaos, Midori would sneak cookies from the cookie jar when nobody was looking.

They had a happy life together.

Until the Absalom incident.
