Random Yandere Headcanons: Do they actually call their darling “darling”?

Morisuke Yaku: 

He would probably just call them by their name but as time goes on or in softer moments (or when they’ve been good) he will use more simple pet names such as dear or other simple nicknames. 

Kenjiro Shirabu: 

90% of the time he just calls them by their name. Any other time he will just use a very simple nickname, most likely one they already have. 

Misaki Yata: 

He would stick to their name as much as he can unless they specifically told him that they could use a nickname that they either already have or ones that they are ok with and even in harsh moments he would really only say their name and not any other name. 

Sharyu (Misaki Yuuki): 

She doesn’t use cutesy names, but they aren’t simple either and there will be quite a few of them that she uses. dear, honey and sweetheart are some examples of what she will use. 

Mafuyu Sato: 

He will stick with their name because he likes saying their name, but he will use any nicknames if they want him to/ suggest any.

Goshiki would always ask the rest of the team to have lunch together, all starry-eyed in contrast with the way he tried to look chill. So when he stopped asking, Semi definitely noticed.

The setter looked around with a keen eye after picking up his tray, leaning around the corners to try and find the younger volleyball player.

He spotted him over by the windows, at the end of a table sitting opposite of you.

The two of you were laughing and talking, leaning towards each other with eagerness at whatever topic you were discussing.

Goshiki’s ankles were locked together under his chair and you were quietly tapping your feet. The innocent infatuation was so obvious it made Semi smile softly.

“Did Goshiki get a girlfriend?” he asked the other third-years as he sat down.

“Mom of the group and you haven’t noticed Goshiki gushing about his new girlfriend?” Tendo asked, cackling loudly and making others turn with dirty looks.

Semi rolled his eyes. “Washijo made me train with Shirabu this week,” he argued.

“Well, our dear youngest starting player has gotten himself an adorable little girlfriend.”

Goshiki followed you to your club after school, holding your hand with a spring in his step while you walked and then hugging you before leaving. The second he rounded the corner out of your sight, he took off in a sprint towards the gym. He barely made it on time, blending in with the others just as Washijo blew the whistle, telling everyone to gather around.

They walked onto the court in teams of three, and Semi patted Goshiki hard on the shoulder. “Kiki, congrats on getting a girlfriend!”

Goshiki’s cheeks heated up and he nodded proudly. “Thank you. She’s so cute, I think I love her.”

Semi whistled and Taichi scoffed at what he heard. “Have you kissed?” he teased, watching as Goshiki’s pride broke down in two seconds.

“K-kissed?”

After your clubs finished, Goshiki waited for you outside, taking your hand so you could walk together towards the dorms. As you got to where the girls and boys were split to each half of the building, you slowed to a stop.

He turned to you and took in a sharp breath, hand feeling clammy in yours but still holding on.

You smiled at him with that sweet smile he liked so much, and he almost forgot what he was going to say, smiling back at you instead with a soft laugh. “How was club?”

“Really good! I think this will get me a huge boost for college admissions,” you answered, then told him about your latest project while he listened. However, his eyes drifted slightly downwards now and then.

“That’s great, I hope I can see it when you’re done,” he said. There was a slight pause as he stepped a little closer, blinking nervously.

“Tsutomu?” you whispered.

“Can we kiss?”

You took a sharp breath, trying to contain your smile to seem a little cool about it and suddenly worrying immensely about your breath. “Yes.”

He leaned closer in intervals, a little at a time, the other hand resting on your waist because he wasn’t sure where else to put it. You put your free hand on his shoulder, slowly trailing up to the nape of his neck as his puckered lips finally met yours.

They were slightly dry, you thought, but the butterflies that took over your stomach didn’t let you dwindle much on that fact. It was just a small kiss, but you were both giggling with happy smiles as you pulled away.

“Goodnight then,” he giggled, leaning in to once again peck your lips before turning around and walking to his dorm.

“Goodnight, Tsuto!”

Come morning, the team had early practice before classes started and Goshiki skipped out of the locker room. Semi raised an eyebrow, Tendo smirked knowingly, and Ushijima spoke up about it. “You seem happy.”

“It’s nothing,” he shrugged, sitting down to do some stretches before they began.

Semi tsk-ed and leaned on his shoulders, forcing him into a bigger stretch. “Come on, you can tell us.”

Goshiki winced and controlled his breathing as his muscles warmed up. “We… kissed.”

And while the second-years watched in disgust, all the third-years exploded into whoops and cheers while the first-year flushed at the attention.

“Whatever guys, it’s not that big of a deal,” he said, acting coy, but it was obvious to everyone that this was a big deal for him.

Now he needs to figure out the best time to tell you he loves you.

Undoing Their Belts One-Handed

These guys are by far the best at it. From the first time they did it, they were fucking legends at it-- and they know it. They're almost too proud of it. Now they just wear belts because they know that them removing the leather bond with a single hand fucks with your head. It's horrifying how skilled they are at it, and it's even more frightening that they stop at nothing to torment you with it.

Kageyama - Classical. I feel like he'd like classical music and listen to it frequently but I bet you he listen's to Mitsiki and Marina secretly while crying.

Sugawara - I feel like he'd like hip hop and Techno I feel like he would unexpectedly listen to the songs with a couple (ALOT) of curse words in them. If someone points it out, he'd just smile and nod.

Asahi - Pop just like Hinata but he would also vibe to lofi music. Seems like a guy that would listen rio romeo with Kiyoko and talk about her songs

Daichi - Seem's like someone who's into jazz (Extra headcannon he was a band kid in middle school)

Tanaka - I have no clue why I think of this but I think he'd listen to Intros and endings from romance dramas while daydreaming about dating Kiyoko and crying with scenarios he created in his head. Kiyoko - There’s not one type of genre she would listen to it all and would be open to her choices would Listen to Rio Romeo and Ado Yachi - Defiantly listens to Indi Pop and Indi Rock, if someone would ask her who are here top artists on her playlist Rio Romeo, Marina, Melanie Martinez and Mitsiki will be the top.

Nishinoya - I think he'd like EDM. Or just party music he would vibe to it and sing along. A side headcannon he remembers Eminems Song word for word escpeially rap god so he will flex on it and Tanaka would cheer him on.

Yamaguchi - Lofi Hip hop but I also get a vibe that secretly he wouldn't mind listening to Metal Just My opinion though.

When They Find Out You’re Sick 〜 🤧

You hear a voice from downstairs in your house, it’s muffled but from the sounds of it they’re talking really fast. You hear booming from the stairs leading up to your room and a loud whack. There’s a rustling noise and suddenly your door handle starts to move. In all honesty, you’re a bit scared because it feels like one of those scenes in a horror movie before someone gets killed. The anticipation builds and then they blast through your door, “THE ONE TIME I CAN’T OPEN DOORS YOU’RE DYING!!” You jump, maybe a scream a bit before you realise it’s them.

Honestly you feel kind of judged by how thoroughly your room is getting cleaned. It was like one minute you’re lying in bed sneezing, coughing but they could have brought in a whole S.W.A.T team and the CIA to arrest the germs and bacteria. Despite that, there seems to be this underlying sense of judgement about the single speck of dust on your bookshelf. Besides they don’t wanna admit that they do care about you and they’d rather say they have better things to do or talk about other stuff. You feel a little inclined for intruding in on their “tight schedule” but with a huff and a dust of your shelves they say “it’s fine, just do get sick again I’ll be alone at school”

You message him saying you’re not coming to school because you’re sick. Z e r o shits are given. His reply back is dry af like it’s just a “k” or “cool” ….or so you thought. You lie back down, a bit disappointed there wasn’t more to the bare text but you know it’s not a big deal. However, it was to him now. Sitting in class, he thinks and slowly worry begins eating away at him little by little. Maths, English, Science as each period goes by he thinks more about it. “My message wasn’t that bad but…”, “she knows I care right? …right?”, “No…wait…no I can’t be that bad surely not but what if **incoherent mumbling**”. It finally gets to the last period and the thought of his text to you has consumed his thoughts. He rushes to grab his phone but not too quickly as someone might notice. He’s not embarrassed about it…at all. He texts you back heaps of messages and/or a paragraph that mentions a offering of pudding.

He feels so awkward because in truth he doesn’t know how to ask if you’re okay even though it sounds so simple. He either feels mostly shy or just out of place doing it. He’s noticed that’s been pretty inconsiderate of him and he does feel a bit guilty to say the least. One day the two of you were heading up class and he mustered up the courage to ask. He can’t even look you in the eye and he stutters a bit which is a pleasant surprise to you considering all you’ve seen is his confident exterior. Eventually, he manages a “Hey are you feeling okay?” You’re very happy that he asked this because he’s showing a softer side to himself. You smile and nod which makes him sigh with relief because he knows you’re fine. Although, he also seems to smile at how your mask looks too big for your face.

He just sits beside you in bed and you insist he leaves you be because you might pass it on but this just causes him to go off about how “some germs aren’t strong enough to beat him”. He jokes about how he’s better than every little germ that’s causing your cold and that if he could, he’d personally fight them. He leans in for small kisses on the cheek from time to time but back out to tease and say “what a shame I can’t catch your cold!” ….he caught it anyways.

“Huh? You’re sick okay I’m coming over, see you soon” he hangs up before you can say anymore. You didn’t want him to come over because you’d definitely pass it on to him but when he walked through the door you felt so much better. Knowing which blankets you find softest and the pillows you find the comfiest, he makes it his “duty” that they’re all with you. He’s hardworking presence that’s focused and determined on caring for you makes you smile more than anything else. “You sure about this? You might get sick,” you ask worriedly he nods, “Mm I’m sure! I just want you to feel better!”

A is for Affection: How do they show their affection for their darling? How often do they show it?

💖Shirabu is not good at expressing his affection. He wants to be, but he’s just not.

💖He likes to play with your hair and stroke the top of your head a lot, but that’s pretty much the extent of it.

💖He’s inadvertently tsundere a lot of the time, so that probably adds to the issue of affection.

B is for Blood: How messy are they willing to get for their darling? Why?

🔪Shirabu prefers to use other methods, such as blackmail and threats. But he will stoop to murder if necessary.

🔪It would be a quick, efficient kill with very little mess and very well-covered tracks.

🔪He would get away with murder. He’s smart enough to and very careful at covering his tracks.

C is for Care or Cruelty: How would they treat their darling when they kidnap them? Would they mock them?

💔He’s mainly kind, in a way. Kind of tsundere about it somehow.

💔But a little mocking. More like teasing, but sometimes he goes too far. He’ll feel bad if you start to cry or something.

D is for Delusion: How delusional are they when it comes to their darling? Do they believe their darling loves them?

💭He’s not delusional at all. He’s extremely aware of everything and remains that way.

💭He’s often disgusted by his own actions, but he finds them necessary and worth it in the end.

E is for Expose: How much of their heart do they bear to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling? How much time will it take to trust them?

💧He builds up pretty tall walls for everyone, including you. It’ll be hard to break them down, but you’re the most capable of doing so.

💧He doesn’t want to share any of his heart with anyone, because it makes him feel weak and powerless.

💧He may never trust you, depending on how you behave, but there is a possibility. He’s still very careful, even when trusting you.

F is for Fight: How would they react if their darling fought back?

👊He would be surprised at first, because he expected tears, not punches.

👊I think he’d get super pissed after the shock wears off though and skip immediately to punishment time.

G is for Guilt: What would it take for them to feel guilty about their actions? Or do they feel guilty from the start?

😔Like I said, Shirabu sees all of his actions as worth it in the end, so he doesn’t really feel guilt. 

😔The only time he feels guilt is when he acts impulsively and hurts you (emotionally or physically), because he knows he messed up and did something stupid for no reason.

H is for Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?

🔥Making Shirabu angry is not pretty, to be honest. He rages pretty badly and loses his temper easily.

🔥He might accidentally grab you hard enough to leave bruises or say things that make you cry. He’ll apologize eventually, but only when he cools down.

I is for Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

👩‍❤️‍👨Shirabu doesn’t entirely care about things like getting married or having kids, his end goal is simply being with you. 

👩‍❤️‍👨If he had to choose more than that, he’d at least get married. He doesn’t particularly love children, but if you wanted them, he’d be fine with one or two.

J is for Jealousy: How easily do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

💢He’s a “happy” medium. He doesn’t get jealous too easily but it does upset him. 

💢He 100% lashes out, and he may say something he doesn’t mean.

K is for Kidnap: How would they go about kidnapping their darling? How much do they plan it out?

🔒He prefers to have a happy relationship simply because it’s simpler, but he will resort to kidnapping if he thinks it’s necessary.

🔒If he does, it’s planned to a T. Mistakes just simply won’t happen with how prepared he is. No chance of escape at all.

L is for Love Letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

💌He’s a tsundere and a bit shy when it comes to love, so he’d probably be very bad at it. That’s why he may resort to threats, blackmail, or kidnapping to force a relationship.

💌He finds most “romantic gestures” too sappy, so he’s probably not going to win your heart through traditional ways at all. Probably just a blunt “go out with me?”

M is for Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they acted before?

🎭He can get kind of blushy and shy/embarrassed around you, in a way he’s not with any other girl. His teammates would definitely notice this change if you come around, even if it’s not obvious to others.

🎭He also shows off more, especially in volleyball. He usually doesn’t care if he’s noticed while setting, but if you’re there? You sure as hell better notice him.

N is for Naughty: How would they punish their darling?

🚓Isolation is a go-to for sure, but so is screaming in your face about how stupid and ungrateful you are. You’ll probably be in tears by the time he’s done with you.

🚓If he’s especially pissed, he may physically lash out at the time, but he will seriously regret that later.

O is for Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling? What rights can be earned with time and trust?

📜Shirabu is somewhat controlling, but only to make sure you can’t run away from him. He’s a lot more lax with rules when he has a way to make sure you can’t escape.

📜He’s very strict with his existing rules, however, and can kind of flip out when some are broken.

P is for Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

🕊️Not very much at all. At first, while you’re settling in, he forces himself to be calm and gentle with you, but after a while he’ll lose that initial patience.

Q is for Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

🏃‍♀️Shirabu would be a shell of his former self, to be honest. He’d go on living, if you can call it that, but he’d miss you every day and never truly move on.

🏃‍♀️If you escape, he’ll be both terrified and furious. Terrified that you’ll turn him in and all his careful planning will go to waste, and furious that you dared to leave him.

R is for Rage: How do they act when angry? How do they calm down?

👿He yells. A lot. He can get pretty insulting with his words to the point of breaking you down to tears.

👿He isn’t usually physically violent, but he can lash out when extremely angry and can accidentally grip you too hard.

S is for Soulmate: What made them fall in love with their darling? How did they first meet? When did they realize they loved their darling?

💍Shirabu probably met you during either school or work. It’s during those settings, where he’s serious and concentrating, that he truly notices when something is distracting him. 

💍He goes into denial for quite a while, not over how he feels but over how deeply he feels it. He tries to bury these feelings deep down but they keep resurfacing until he can’t ignore them any longer.

��When he accepts those feelings, he immediately starts pursuing you, which might be confusing. He goes from “I don’t care about you” to “okay maybe I really, really like you” in a snap.

T is for Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

😭If he’s angry, he’ll feel like you deserve it. If he’s not, he’ll feel like garbage and apologize.

he will also find out what foods can lessen the pain and if you two go grocery shopping together he’ll grab the stuff; if he’s too busy to go do groceries with you he forwards you the list of foods 

oh, he also refrains from picking fights if you’re especially moody, he gives in even though he still thinks he’s the one who’s right in the argument 

I guess he just pulls up his tolerance level higher when you’re on your period? yeah 

you can probably get away with things that you normally can’t, e.g watch that show on his laptop with netflix even though you both know he hates that show

"Y/N, I swear to God, you better come here or--" As a rule, you were usually a very obedient partner. It came with having a sadistic boyfriend, you supposed. About the first time he'd tied you up and made you sob for his cock, you'd fallen in line.

Today, though, you'd been feeling brave.

He'd fallen asleep on the couch after pulling yet another all nighter, offering you zero attention whatsoever. Again. You loved how dedicated he was to what he wanted, and his education was so important; you were just feeling needy.
