One of the AU changes is revealed, folks! Yeah.. this is... A sad change.. haha..

Shuichi Saihara is dead in this AU, he died when the kids were still really young. Forcing his 3 children had to grow up without their own Dad in their life.

But since Shuichi's death, Momota's family also "interferes" in their lives so they grew up like blood related siblings.

Not only Shuichi, but Ayame also left her little siblings behind.... Even so, The Saihara Family keeps supporting each other to move forward..

Nah, this isn't for Shuichi's birthday. This is just a stress doodle? I guess?? I was so stressed and poured it all into this art piece but unexpectedly it turned out really good??

And yup, here's their Signature/Iconic Pokemon or you can call it.. their Ace Pokemon which is of course it will be included in their competitive pokemon team. ((Idk when will I reveal their team though, since I'll be busy from this week))

Had to give Shinki and Yuno a shiny pokemon to match their color palette haha.

I hope Gamefreak will announce something great on this day, looking forward to it :3

Sounds interesting! Ok, this will be a little sneak peek of my fankids team! Because, just like in the game. Each character would give the player a pokemon based on their team so....

Shinki would give you a shiny Shinx in LV. 15 with Jolly Nature and also with the following movesets..

Since you changed the facts where only Kaima who knew about his mother's real identity meanwhile his younger siblings didn't know. But what about the other kids?

All of the older kids know, including Ayame. Both Shinki and Ayame were told directly meanwhile Shokichi figured out by himself way before Kaima, Shinki, and Ayame knew the real truth about Maki.

Meanwhile the other kids aside of them, doesn't know anything regarding to Maki's past, but Yuno who is sensitive to people's aura.. actually have sense something so dark from Maki, which is she interpreted it as "black aura". But she kept the fact to herself and haven't tell anyone about it

KOHARU MAI WAIFUUU AAAAAAAAA btw it's kinda funny if you take attention to Saiharas siblings eye lashes. Ayame has one while Shinki has 3 and Koharu has 2.

I thought their eyelashes deciding the order of the saimatsu children oldest to youngest hahaha

Well about the eyelashes thing.. You know, the kids got so many redesigns so.. their looks (you can say) were totally different back then. If you want to know more you can check my instagram.

Back in 2020, when I started this AU. Shinki was the only one who has the eyelashes while Ayame and Koharu not.

When I added the eyelashes to Ayame and Koharu. I actually realized it, the fact you said it. And I've thought of changing it but.. I've accustomed to Shinki having 3 eyelashes just like his father so I just let it be haha 😅

Can you tell us the kids final semester rankings in their school?

Ayame Saihara :

She always get 10th top ranking at school since in elementary, and never attempted remidy

Shinki Saihara :

Rank 3rd-5th, he's the ambitious one. So he determined to get the great results whether in music or academic. Same as Ayame, he never attempted remidy

Koharu Saihara :

As a person who take a totally different path from her older siblings and managed to get into law elementary school through her mentor, Koharu got so much blasphemy for taking a different path from her siblings also labelled as "cheater" for getting to law school through her mentor. So Koharu worked hard more and managed to stay in 1st Rank at her school back then.

You know, the burden of having talented, popular siblings and taking different path aren't things that not everyone can burden.

Kaima Momota :

Rank 6th-8th, even though he's the one who always do houseworks and replaced his parents to become a parent figure for his siblings. He also good at studying and often to help Keiji to do his homework

Keiji Momota :

Overall just like Kaima, but actually Keiji is the type who everyone hates the most. Because Keiji is actually isn't as smart as Kaima or Mako, he disliked studying and often fell asleep in class. But his high luck skill saved his grades from failing but it doesn't applied to the subject he hated the most, math.

Makiko Momota :

Always get Top 10th at her school, the reasons are not much different from previous answers but.. the "Muscle gal" nickname made her annoyed so she proved that she's also smart. One more thing, actually Mako is the smartest among her siblings but on other side, Kokichi always reminded her that as a member of secret organization, she can't attract attention. So Mako hold herself back even though she can get 1st Rank at her school, it'll make her stand out. She thought.

Shokichi Ouma :

Managed to stay in the first rankings at school even since kindergarten ((well... idk if there's ranking system in kindergarten, but that's the fact)) yup, he's gifted with 180++ IQ after all, so it's not that surprising. Whatever he doing in class, he still get awesome grades.

Yuno Ouma :

Much like her brother, Yuno is gifted with (it can be said) high intelligence so she never get ranking that below 5th. Yeah she disliked being stand out but apparently it doesn't attract attention that much. Her classmates knew that well so it's not surprising for them.

Last LC :

The reasons are almost the same as Koharu who burdens something that very heavy. So he worked hard to get Top 3 rank at his school.

What if, Shinki, Kaima, and Shokichi have a mega pokemon?

Oh, nice. Actually i've been thinking about it.

Shinki would be : Mega Ampharos

Why? Because they're both cute and yellow haha

Kaima would be : Mega Houndoom or Mega Garchomp

I really want to give him a badass mega pokemon, but im confused to choose between these two...

And lastly, Shokichi would be : Mega Sableye or Mega Metagross

((Haha yeah, idk why but i think shiny mega metagross would suit him more))

It said Metagross has 4 brains. Combined, the four brains can breeze through difficult calculations faster than a supercomputer. which it suits Shokichi as a genius character but Sableye would also be a good pair to him due to their personality. Uuh.. Now im confused as well.

Yeah, so my inner pokemon went "woooshhh!" once again and i've thought of the rest of fankids battle music..

The boys, Shinki, Kaima, and Shokichi's battle theme wil be The Alola Elite Four

It's reflects their dynamic. Whenever there's a people or some of them trying to make them mad.. Kaima and Shokichi always put themselves in the front line. Kaima will threaten them physically meanwhile Shokichi will threaten them mentally. Shinki who often to be calm also can be scary too sometimes but not as barbaric as Kaima and Shokichi, so this elite four theme will suit their characteristics because this ost always gave me murder vibes and it's challenging?? (If you compare it to the kalos one)

Meanwhile, Koharu, Keiji, and Yuno's theme will be The BB Academy Elite 4

Idk, it's just fits them somehow. Also Lacey and Crispin's relationship somehow similar with Keiji and Yuno's to me. And this theme sounds dangerous but i can hear this theme is also reflects teenagers and schoolers energy so think it's fits them. Ths theme also fits their brothers but i prefer The Alola one

Ayame would got a multiple theme just like Kieran in the game, but not as much as him

her first theme will be Paldean Gym Leader Theme

This theme gives me such a bop and a fun vibe for me, it really describes Ayame's energy

But her second theme will be Kieran and and Terapagos theme

Such an opposite energy compared to the first one, right? Well, actually it's a spoiler for her arc but i can give you the hint.. This theme reflects Ayame's whole life experiences...

Lastly, Ryuuta's (Its the Last Fankid) theme will be Kieran's Champion theme

Seriously, I never expected that Ryuuta and Kieran's character arc would be really similar to each other??? You can call me copycat, or whatever you want.

But I'll say one thing here.. I already planned Ryuuta's character arc since i started this AU which is it's almost 4 years ago, way before Kieran was introduced to the Pokemon Franchise..

How about fankids battle theme?

But, you know what? I actually thought of lil' momota baby which is Mako's theme

It will be Kieran's first battle theme, considering Mako is still a sweet lil' gal no matter how much mature she can be in her age. She's still a child, which is a 9 years old and this battle theme perfectly reflects her character.

But honestly im kinda afraid that her pokemon maybe would "destroy" this sweet battle theme of hers. I mean if she send out a scary and big pokemon just like Giratina..... you know.....

Who named the kids? Their mother? Or their father? Which one?

Saihara Family

Both Ayame and Shinki were named by Kaede. Because I have a head canon where between Shuichi and Kaede, Kaede will be the one who (already) had a list of names inside her brain that she'll give to their baby. Shuichi just sweatdropped at her 😅

Meanwhile Koharu was named by Shuichi, since Kaede was the one who persuaded him, yeah. She named their 2 children so Shuichi must be the one who named their youngest children! ....She thought

Momota Family

Kaito was the one who named all of his and Maki's children. Though before he do so, he always asked Maki's opinion first. I think Maki is the type who disagree first at name that kinda weird in her opinion, such as at the moment when they named Kaima and Mako.

But Kaito just "Kaima means Kaito and Maki's child! Meaning our child! Maki roll! Our C H I L D !!"

Or "Makiko suits her! Cuz I think our daughter will really looks like you, Maki!" And turns out, Kaito was right all along, Mako did really resembles Maki.

....And so, Maki just decided to agree with her husband.

Ouma Family

Himiko, Himiko was the one who named Shokichi and Yuno. Because when they discussed about what name that they'll give to their baby.

"What about Monkey D. Sasuke Uchiha Kurosaki Ouma? I think it'll be so cool!!"

"....Why do I fell in love and decided to married you, Kokichi?"

That leads her to discuss with her mother instead. Not forgetting Kokichi who was scolded by his mother in law
