let me tell you one thing about the sun. wherever you find yourself in the world, you won’t escape it. whether you want it or not, it is bound to share its light, and include you in its orbit in some kind of metaphysical way. it’s comforting, a sign that everything will be okay. that’s angie for me. the sun personified. so of course, every day of mine becomes instantly better when i see her (also we’ve not seen eachother in two years so i missed her a lot).

my absolute favorite thing to do is grab some late night takeout with josh after a match (even though i’m not supposed to with the diet i’m on). && it doesn’t happen often either considering how we’re both on tour and in different countries a lot of the time.

🛡️… definitely evie, sage, sigrid and megan. my main girls now cmon!! i feel like they all embody the courage i lack sometimes (at different degrees), so it’s comforting to know that there’s people who are looking out for me like that. for my part, i can’t help but feel overprotective over carlos. he really doesn’t need me to (elder sister syndrome kicking in…) but knowing how hard he had it back home, i’m ready to throw hands whenever someone tries to play with him.

💌… oooh i love this question!! i’m an open book when it comes to ben and i so here’s our meet cute story for ya: first day at auradon prep. i’m incredibly embarrassed since my parents came with me. they claim it was only to meet with fairy godmother but i knew there was an ulterior motive. after spending two hours hearing 'welcome to auradon prep!' over and over again, i was done.

to get away from it all, i hop into the back of the first limousine i see. then i ask the driver to drive and i hear them hesitating until a voice says i don’t think this is your ride. i look up and i see him. i don’t recognize him right away, so i ask who he is and he tells me he’s the guy i just “hijacked a royal limousine from” (this sassy man apocalypse i swear) & i tell him that it wouldn’t have happened if the doors were locked.

anyway— long story short, i get him and his driver to take me to get something to eat in the city and when we come back to school as we get lectured, i finally figure out who he is (since then we’ve become inseparable)
