cuz it's turning into an hyperfixation and i need to let these out.

1. — she has a thousand different ideas before sleep, and because of it (and the amount of caffeine she drinks) she barely sleeps.

2. — she has shaky handwritting, and anger does NOT have the patience to decipher it.

3. — she self-harms as a way to calm down herself, things like scratching or hair pulling.

4. — she can NOT stand still for more than 1 minute unless she's sleeping.
