Summary:

Hello! I've noticed when you draw Mai that you draw her a lot with two marks on her cheeks/ just below her eyes. I love this little character design detail, but I was wondering if there was anything cultural or historical that you based it off of? I've tried searching for it myself but the most I've found was traditional Korean bridal make up and some references to Mongolian make up. (Mostly queen amidala over and over again)

Hi!! short answer, not really i just think it’s cool. Longer answer there are a few instances where i saw these similar dots painted on the cheeks. other than the ones you mentioned i think the closest it gets in the “traditional” make up is during the Wei Jin northern and southern dynasties in china but i didn’t find that many sources for it, i saw it more often in modern hanfu looks, but anyway its cool she deserves it

For those wondering, the reason Worm's weakened form looks so much like Glitch is because after his defeat he absorbed the chunk of Glitch's code that he took from her (which you might recall is why she died and fused with Red Doomguy to create Antivirus) so he could survive his injuries. Chip, Bandwidth, Dave and Antivirus will not be happy when they find out.

Mysterious lil bastard. Just kinda popped up one day and no one knows what she is or how she got there. Spends most of her time being nosy and stalking other people for her own amusement. Not much of a threat on her own, since she doesnt really want to cause any chaos. Shes just curious.

Yoku's most prized informant and lil hackerman. Shes generally pretty chill, but has a tendency to get into some,, , ,,, bad situations, through her teasing attitude, often running back to Yoku for defence. Sees him as a close friend, and although he may conciously deny it, it is indeed mutual.

Big fan of fuzzy fluffy spiders. Her lil hideout is full of them. I would never step foot in there.

ciphor is to let go off partner's shoulders, all but pecking her very cheek, before strides already carry him along to his destination in getting them drinks. ‘ - the usual, rai? ’ inquiry passes, before cobalt orb caught gaze of fellow steed, who raises his hand in a dismissive gesture. yet the grin, tugs wide.

‘ no offense ciphor, but I really don't trust you with drinks after hearing about your recent escapades. ’‘ oh wow, I got snitched on it seems. ’

--- Kurai had not had too many interactions with Lykos; Conquest's steed was not quite so inherently tied into their...clique, given the tension between him and Oleander. Or so she'd heard. That said, Kurai had very much also heard that Lykos was rather high energy and his partners...were not. To that end, she and Ciphor both had proposed the equine come out with them on a usual outing to the club. Music was already blaring by the time they drew close, clothing choices fairly standard for the night life.

--- Tengu was in little more than dynamic, neon splattered bra and a pair of short shorts, perfect for dancing with the high top Converse upon feet. A grin paints features at the others nearly huff of a query. ' Don't listen to him. You definitely looked desperate- like you needed some excitement! To let loose! ' she beamed, one arm curled around Ciphor's waist, jerked just slightly as the taller bumped into...taller, yet. Eyes rolled with a wide grin before they entered the club, boisterous and filled with people.

--- Partner is quick to press affection to cheek until sauntering off, leaving her with the taller for a moment. ' Yeah, free of poison, hm? Don't think I don't remember the Esyn business... ' she wrinkled her nose playfully before laughing at Lykos' own response to the offer. Laughter bursts forth, before she's half doubled over and clutching at her stomach after a moment, waving the other off. ' You can't blame him! You have a petty streak, baby girl~. ' she teases the other with a hum.

--- The moment Ciphor is gone from sight though to obtain the alcohol, she spins to face first coming's steed with an eager grin. ' Well, party boy? Wanna dance while he's off flirting at the bar? ' she hummed out affectionately. Naturally flirtatious and easygoing, there was nothing but genuine friendship to be extended to the other- despite the fact that dancing close would likely look like more to the untrained, unknowing eye.

--- Pulling at darker flesh, tangled fingers, she's bringing Lykos to the dance floor and leaning close to companion. Close, but not too close. ' Get a couple drinks in you, stop being such a stiff, golden boy. Maybe Ciphor really will spit in it, just so you loosen up. You can put on the serious pants when you go back home. ' she teased, reaching up to flick him on the forehead before spinning around and leaning her shoulders against the others chest, invitingly beckoning Ciphor over as well before sipping at the drink while swaying.
