I bowed as deep as I was able, the blood loss and head injuries making even the slight tilt I managed, dangerous. I swallowed the mouthful of blood and saliva in my mouth before responding. "Og coursh loord, layfy, wes haad ashreat time."(Of course Lord,Lady, we had a great time.) My head pounded like an orcish drum. The Shadow Elementals presence was like a hot iron to the back of my skull. The ritual was nearly complete, I must complete it, or I would bleed out in the dirt. I swallowed again and looked down at the one holding my hand. It was not even to my hip, and looking at it only felt like a needle in my neck. The hand holding my little finger was my own. The right one sacrificed to the elemnyal so it could feel for a day. The poorly cautorized stump still dripped blood but was only obviously painful when I concentrated its existence.

The young Shadow elemental gestured wildly with its other appendage. The smokey psuedopod gesturing and presenting a small doll of leather and cloth shaped like a turtle. After a moment, it pulled the doll to what I would generously call a head. It had what I used to have in my head. My right eye, just off center and less than a finger's breadth from my missing teeth. The right half as well, luckily, it knew nothing of human anatomy, or it may have ripped out the jaw along with the teeth. The young Shadow Elemental had not been gentle, likely due to inexperience and exloration. I could see it had formed a small lump next to my eye, a grim facsimile of the swelling my face underwent when it took my eye.

I bowed again, and nearly fell again. "Hi shill ahwaysh sherve."(I shall always serve.) I couldn't keep the blood from pouring out of my mouth. I dropped to one knee, unrestrained by tension, I slammed to the ground. It seems I was lucky, and that was close enough to the correct solemn kneel that i had completed the ritual as I lost consciousness.

I woke later. Pain free, aside from the rock I seemed to be laying on when I woke. I was alive, that would be listed as at least a partial success by the cult. My hand was gone, but the stump was coated in fresh pink skin, and I could feel it. The exchange had been successful. My hand past the wrist for a sheaf of shadowy pseudopods. They were invisible in the light, but I could feel them, existing. I raised my hand to my mouth. My teeth were still gone. I would have to check later if that exchange had been successful, an all devouring blackness for my teeth. Lastly, my eye, also still gone. The wound was gone and the socket too. Flesh covered bone where once dwelt my eye. This exchange was also successful, my eye that sees light, for one that sees only darkness.

It was the least known of the exchanges. All reports said that one could see the in the shadows and dark places like it was noon on the solstice. It was true, I could see in and through the dark. That wasn't the end of the sight though. I could see through the sky, into the darkness of night. I couldn't describe what it was like to see forever expanding beyond the edge of the sky. To know there is more beyond the realm is one thing, to seek to touch the moon was another, but to know there are things and places higher than the moon in the sky and beyond the stars is another. I learned quickly not to spend much time looking up. There is a reason why the masters with this exchange are often mad.

How To Make Icons Online without Photoshop

This tutorial is for those who don’t have access to Photoshop or prefer not to use it and still want to make Icons for free.

You will need:

Internet

Few seconds of your time

「 STEP 1 」So First, pick a photo of a character you want to use (for the sake of the tutorial, I’ll be using this image of Izuku Midoriya from Boku no Hero Academia) .

「 STEP 2 」Next upload your image to sherv. Your settings look should look like this: 

You want to have the default “Display Picture/Avatar” setting checked. Then, just drag the box’s handles and size it the way you want, saving it when you’re finished.

「 FINISHED 」And wal-ah! You have an icon!

So uh... how do you get the icons to be like.. small? Whenever I try to upload icons, they get all big? So I don't know how to do it... Kind of new to tumblr and wanting to get into RP, lol.

So there are several things that could be off in your quest to get a character on board to the angst fluff ship train extravaganza. First lets go over the basics. You got your icons. Whether be screen caped and isolated from various media. You can do this by either screen capping the traditional way or you can use helpful little things like Gyazo. Who just let you screen cap the particular part you want. Like that sultry look that tom hiddleston has in any of the thor movies. You know the one. That you spent 15 minutes scrubbing the movie for that particular emotion. But the image is too big for you still you say. Well you can go about this several different ways. Edit the image to 100 x 100 or 96 x 96 by creating a template and putting the picture down to size. Which you are free to filter to your hearts content. Giving that personal quality that makes you unique to the rest of the ed sheeran fc you see around for your fan character. You can use photoshop, clip studio, hell even paint. Krita or whatever free bootleg art program you can use. Or if you are a lazy ass like me who has access to these programs...But the WORK is dumb. You can go online and find things like SHERV or other icon making websites. You are the master of your creative tomato. Do what you think is simple. Save and done. 

Now basics are done. Lets get to uploading it.If you are making a post yourself. DO NOT go into UPLOAD PICTURES. It will probably blow up the pictures and having that precious 100 x 100 icon at 72 dpi will be a godly mess of horror that no one wants to see. No no no. You want to is upload a text and then if done right. you will see the plus mark. 

Upload your picture now and it should be the smaller size version you lovingly crafted.  If you dont see it Hit Enter and force that sucker to appear because you paid good money for this tumblr. 

And now you know! Some other helpful things to know is to invest in XKIT on your journey. NOTE: If you are on mobile...it will automatically try to big your images. Because mobile tumblr is dumb and no one has yet to fix that monstrosity. So just answer your threads via txt. We understand. NOW GO. SHOW THE WORLD YOUR FACE CLAIM.

look, i dont care what directors say in behind-the-scenes or interviews, if they dont present that information in the film, they are bad story tellers. like, we had to assume everyone attended your comiccon panel? like? no. you are bad at story telling. if a character appears with zero context, it is confusing. i am not saying spoon feed the audience, but goddamn, there are plot devices that should be there to explain why that character showed up. not just information from your twitter. i shouldnt have to absorb five layers of media for your film to make sense
