The Holmes brothers!!! Some lore: SH300-01 quit his training early when he was rescued by android activists hoping to halt Cyberlife’s plans for the young android. He was allowed to choose what he wanted to do without being forced into anything, and since the Sherlock behavioral modules weren’t yet installed he didn’t feel attached to the persona. He became Herlock Sholmes, and chose to stay a private detective of his own volition! And he’s hoping one day they can give androids the ability to eat so he can consume soap with wild abandon.

SH300-02 is Sherry. Though he’s proud to carry such an important name, he finds it hard to live up to such a larger than life character and is frequently frustrated by the comparison. He’s learning to be his own person and break away from the mold they cast him in- with a little help from his fellow detectives, of course. Don’t call him a youngest brother, it upsets him. Even if it’s true.

But there were SH models before the 300s.... When SH100 refused to submit to Cyberlife’s tests, he was deemed “unfit” for the detective program that was just beginning to take shape. Angered by his own lack of autonomy, he ran away from the facility and denounced the name Sherlock... and became Rock. Like the recurring Tezuka character, Rock Holmes cast aside his boyhood dreams of being a detective for something far more sinister... which, at the moment, seems to be mildly annoying his brothers.

skirts maketh man - visual aid

Heyooo so someone asked for pics to better visualize the outfits in my skirt fic (where Edwin explores different clothes and ends up wearing a skirt), so here it is!

I didn't use very specific references, but I was definitely inspired by some pics of George and some outfits, so here are some of them and some approximations of what I was imagining:

CHAPTER 2

For the cloak and Sherlock Holmes outfit I was visualizing something like this:

(The long trousers are key, of course.)

The shorts that make Charles absolutely lose his mind were OBVIOUSLY inspired by this photoshoot pic of Mr Rexstrew himself, because same:

(The shorts in the fic are basically that same length and same light beige color, but with little dark blue flowers instead.)

And the top is obviously not the same at all, it would be more like this:

with the dark blue of the dark stripes matching the one of the flowers.

CHAPTER 3

The tartan suit I pictured to be something like the pic on the left, only without the waistcoat and with a shorter jacket:

And the tank top part, obviously, was inspired by George in the right side pic. Do you see what I meant about those arms???

EDIT: just realized why I could so clearly see a shorter jacket on Edwin! It's because George, once again, did it first!

Inspired by a poll someone else posted months ago, I want to challenge you all to a little game to test your Lupin III knowledge. We all know how silly the series can get, but how smart is your threshold for the weird?

Can you guess which of these plot points was completely made up by me?

Jigen challenges Lupin to steal back a euro bill he deposited in the bank or else clean the hideout for a whole year.

Descendants of Sherlock Holmes, Lew Archer, and Kosuke Kindaichi are riding a blimp as part of a rich guy's challenge for Lupin to steal his prized ruby.

Lupin steals an Italian church's mummified crocodile, which turns out to have a map hidden in its stomach that leads to the secret treasure of a Satanic cult.

Lupin is challenged by a duo of destitute handymen into opening a safe that can only be opened by someone with literally 0 IQ.

Fujiko fakes her death in order to locate Lupin's hidden treasure in Crete, which is guarded by a shapeshifting minotaur robot.

Goemon accidentally fishes a corpse out of the Hudson river and is subsequently haunted by the ghost of a young lady in an aerobics outfit.

A former child star spreads a tabloid rumor that Lupin stole her pet cat. Also, her cat eats pencil shavings for some reason.

Lupin goes to a doctor to have his athlete's foot treated, but the doctor uses his skin sample to create Lupin clones for profit.

Zenigata thinks he's a Russian gentleman thief after suffering from amnesia, and he keeps stealing Lupin's thunder.

Lupin becomes a Confucian priest after drinking a special elixir that was filtered through a philosophy book.

This poll will run for a week, after which I will reblog it with the correct answer and a breakdown of which plot points happened where.

Have you see new Hypnosis Mic A.R.B? Part 1

Man i didn't play this game but i suddenly invest with these game after seeing their recent event called "Detective Six Part 1".

Sorry for my Bad English and writing, I am not native speaker and I don't really understand how to write bcos my dyslexia but I really want to make this long post bcos I really exicted! Here we go!

So this event is now about Badass Temple and Fling Posse Cosplaying as some detective to solve mystery. If i am not mistaken this is not first time this game do this. I remember previously they make similar event with Sherlock Holmes's theme with Samatoki, Gentaro and Rei as characters.

I don't really understand Japanese, bcos i can only read Katakana for now. But i like detective stuff, so i will have fun to write my guest here. In the moment i saw the character artwork I recognize some of them. If i am mistaken, please inform me.

Let us starting first with Kuko's base on his card title. 【波羅夷家の一族】 is pretty similar to a Japanese novel name 【犬神家の一族】 or in English title The Inugami's curse.

Kousuke Kindaichi is detective created by Seishi Tokomizo. He is describe as a shabby looking young man with a short height. But have a strong observation skills and logic thinking. His character is feature on 76 novels and appearing in a numerous FIlm, Television and Stage Adaptation.

The Inugami's curse was novel written by Seishi Yokomizo, a mystery novelist as part of Kousuke Kindaichi's series. So of course I think he's cosplaying as Kousuke Kindaichi. Minus the robe but he wears the iconic hat base on the statue. I also doing google a bit and later find out the hat is also part of the costume for 2006 film adaptation. This is a neat reference!

Next is Jyushi. Jyushi card is 【アルゴξ急行の殺人】 that literaly translated in google translate as "Murder in Argo Cart". This is clearly referring to Agatha Christie's novel "Murder in Oriented Express" and who is the star of the novel? Of course its Hercule Poirot!

Hercule Poirot is one of Agatha Christie most famous character. Not much know about his history beside he came from a large family with little wealth in small town on Europe. But he's a former police officer turn into private detective who solve many mystery in his later career. Poirot operates as a fairly conventional, clue-based and logical detective. But sometimes he willingly to hide some important detail of his plan if necessaries. Another fun fact is, Poirot sometimes refer to himself in third person.

Actually before i notice his card name, I already knew he cosplaying either as Hercule Poirot bcos his outfit is pretty familiar to this detective. But i have second thought and think maybe he's cosplaying as John Watson, considering what Hitoya wearings.

But after seeing the card name. I am pretty sure he's cosplaying as Hercule Poirot! But still I am still supersize finding out about this!

And then last, the third member! Hitoya! His card is written 【医師が相棒】 which is literally translate as "Your partner is a doctor". Now who is the famous detective with doctor as their partner? That right. its one and only Sherlock Holmes!

Sherlock Holmes is a detective that no need introduction. Currently he's IS the most famous fictional detective created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle that still relevant in this age thanks to numerous modern adaptation.

Hitoya maybe the fourth person who cosplaying as the famous detective from Arthur Conan Doyle story. But I think his outfit is the closest one that similar to the legendary detective compare the other three. I mean look at the old Sherlock Holmes picture that i found as reference.

(But I do admit, maybe not his belt thou hahhaa.)

Anyway here some picture of other Detective trio wearing Sherlock Holmes's inspired outfit!

But then i think He IS the perfect choice to portrayed as the famous detective <3 he just need to put the hat on his head XD

Abel look so much like his dad, I kind of want to roll my eyes but I zoomed in. And zoomed on his face, and I say the freckles and right now... I'm liking the dude with his smug face.

Jophiel is adorable, you already draw her i think but the eyes you made are really cool She look like a magical girl. And can see Abaddon sweating when she comes to talk to him. Ahah love it.

And Raphael is just chef kiss. I understand why Abaddon make a sculpture of his face each time aha.

I'm so glad you like Cain, and yes, when you said that, I noticed that he gives off too much of a werewolf vibe.

He can take off his t-shirt at any moment and turn into a red wolf. (live in twilight with ptsd)

In general, I wanted to think of Cain as his mother's son for some reason, and considering the endings of both of them, it makes sense since they were both cursed.Two people with red hair like blood on their hands.

The scar on his face comes from Abel and the Vitiligo under his eye It forms the mark of Cain in Supernatural.(I'm still a fan of that series)

And as you said he is kinda guy "I hated everyone Everyone except one person"

And terms of personality, he is really knowledgeable, intelligent and strong because of his long life, I can say that he resembles Dean from Supernatural in terms of personality.

Donald Duck celebrates his birthday with his partner Gyro (Donro) and his nephews - Newton and Huey, Dewey and Louie as Sherlock and Watson in London (AU) - Gift for my friend

Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I didn't get there in time to finish what I wanted to, and I apologize for that. I also wanted to do something related to Donro Week, but unfortunately I was prevented, and I was busy. I certainly drew two drawings and am posting them and dedicated to my friend who loves these characters and who gave me these ideas, especially for Sherlock Holmes.

Yes, one drawing is related to Sherlock Holmes and it's an AU, in which Newton (Gyro's nephew) plays Sherlock, and Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie play Dr. Watson, the three Watsons. Yes, for those who don't know Sherlock Holmes is a fictional character and the main character of the detective novels of the same name who investigates many crimes together with his partner Dr. John H. Watson and inspired many to make many movies, series and cartoons about him. Of course, those detective novels were written by none other than the brilliant English (or rather Scottish) writer Sir Arthur Ignatius Conan Doyle. Newton and HDL are in London in outfits from the 19th century and investigate various mysteries and crimes. I also drew a background of London with Big Ben and a red London bus (although unfortunately it didn't work for me).

The second drawing is related to the celebration of Donald's birthday, which could be June 9, or March 13, or any Friday the 13th. Yes, Donald celebrates his birthday with his nephews and best friend and partner Gyro Gearloose, a genius inventor from Duckburg, although his inventions sometimes go awry. And there's Newton Gearloose, Gyro's mischievous nephew. Yes, I combined a bit from Italian comics, Ducktales 2017, Quack Pack and my head, in my own style in one place. Yes, HDL and Newton wear backwards hats, and Donald got a birthday cake with strawberries, as symbols of the beginning of summer. And that this is dedicated to Donro (the love gay couple between Donald and Gyro). Happy Belated Birthday Donald Duck!

Yes Sherlock Holmes AU is not mine, and these drawings are actually a gift for my friend @sikyurame, who designed this and who loves these characters and thank you for these inspirations and I agree we need more drawings of Donald and Gyro with their nephews. I hope you like these drawings.

2. Two headcanons/facts-- one from your newest F/O and one from the oldest.

Okay, so about my favourite chihuahuas:

Thistle: This one is a headcanon based on canon, but I think he’s quite a fashionista. He was always dressed in a fancy way in the past, even after being promoted from the jester to the court magician, and was only wearing plain clothes when doing dungeon maintenance (but even those looked good on him, at least in my opinion, and he changes outfits often). Also it seems logical that someone who takes care of his hair and constantly styles it in different ways would be invested in the rest of his appearance as well.

Ciel Phantomhive: Fun canon fact is that Ciel is a fan of the works of Arthur Conan Doyle. Ciel is also the one who invited Arthur into his mansion for a banquet, just to drag the poor guy into the murder mystery, and later reveal all the hellish bullshit he and Sebastian got up to while orchestrating this whole event, consequentially traumatizing the author for life and inspiring him to write further. Which means that Ciel is partially responsible for the creation of Sherlock Holmes.

                                                                      

7. What's something you feel is uncommon that you do with/for/about/etc your F/O(s)?

Well, the fact that my go-to way of expressing affection is being mean and harshly critical of my f/os. It’s not often that I see other people that prefer to focus more on their f/os' bad traits.

I mean, I can praise them, but it’s much easier and much more fun to point out everything that is wrong with them. It’s pretty simple – I find flaws to be the most interesting part of the character. I don’t just fall in love with the good qualities of my f/os, I fall in love with their bad traits as well.

I love Thistle’s anger issues and how much of a paranoid control freak he is. I love Jamil for being a manipulative backstabber (though he is 100% justified in being one, I would have done worse in his situation). I love Xerxes for being so prideful that it starts to become a problem not only for everyone else, but for him as well.

That’s what makes them worth loving, in my eyes. Otherwise, it would have been boring… And I myself would feel inadequate in comparison.
