Day 14: wearing something from my culture!
I decided to go with two of the most known, and one i personally woulld love to use one day
Also i hate so much that i cant had colours! The vivid contrast between white, red, black and gold really makes the clothes stand up
Tumblr media
Up first we have camisolas povoeiras, originárias da região de Póvoa de Varzim
Associated with a traditional dance (i dont remenber the name right now) here are the male and female variations!
Tumblr media
I hated drawing this thing, it has so many details!!
This is roupa de festa tradicionais, from minho and every region around
And finally
Tumblr media
A capa de honras! From miranda do douro, its a very thick cape sheferds use in the winter
Colour wise, its dark brown with black acents
Insolated, termic, woven with a specific part of the wool, theres only 3 artisans left who can do this type of clothing, unfortunatly
