Gotta say, I've been out as a lesbian for 3 years and nonbinary for a year and a half. And I've noticed something.
Just because someone *always* gets your name and pronous correct, and angrily calls out anyone who forgets, doesn't necessarily mean they support you.
Conversely, just because someone struggles to remember your name and pronouns, or can't wrap their head around gender neutral/neo pronouns at all, doesn't necessarily mean they DON'T support you.
This is applicable to any situation really not just queer shit. Watch what people do, not just what they say, and you will find your friends. Someone might shower you with compliments and have common interests with you, but what happens when you tell them no? Do they get angry when they are corrected? Do they have kind things to say about other people?
My colleagues wouldn't know a gender-neutral pronoun if one hit them in the face with a dictionary, but they make sure I've had a lunch break and get home safely. They have my back if I have a difficult patient. They defend me against other staff members who like to create drama and bitch about people as if they're still in the school playground. If someone has something to say about me being a big ol' queer, they make it known that discrimination has no place in our unit.
My best friend in the whole entire world forgets my name and pronouns every day. When the organisers of her therapy group changed "men and women" to "people" and "he/she" to "they" in order to be more inclusive, there was outcry. Everything from the "it just doesn't sound right" grammar-policing nonsense to the "f*cking special snowflakes are offended by everything". She came down on them like a ton of bricks. She said if the organisers hadn't told them that it was changing, that they wouldn't have noticed. She told them they obviously haven't loved someone outside of the gender binary and they were missing out. She then told them how she had seen me grow and develop since I came out, and how in awe she was of the person I had become. No, she doesn't understand it at all, but why should that mean that she can't be there for me and appreciate how happy I am to be able to be me? Why should that mean, because you lot don't understand it, that someone with the same issues as the rest of the therapy group feels unsafe and unwelcome and doesn't get their issues resolved? As a result, a few of them changed their minds, INCLUDING HER OWN FATHER, and the rest at least shut the hell up about it.
ON THE FLIP SIDE...
A queer person who used my correct name and pronouns delighted in making me walk on eggshells, inventing reasons to be angry with me, convinced me I was a terrible person and even went as far as to try and turn me against my own therapist. They tried to tell me that my therapist only said I was a good person because she was paid to, and that because they themselves had a psychology degree that they could tell I had all these complexes and needed to work hard to be a good person, and it was unlikely I'd never get there. (I chose to listen to my therapist and stop being friends with this person).
A queer person who used my correct name and pronouns continued to do things that made me uncomfortable when I asked them to stop. Never said in as many words "you're not allowed to hang out with your friends" but conveniently had an emergency every time I had plans, and accused me of being uncaring if I needed my own space. They knew I had difficulty asking for help, but still got angry with me when I asked because I didn't ask "soon enough".
A queer person who used my correct name and pronouns told me they would look after me and they didnt. .
A queer person threatened to misgender me MORE when I corrected them.
I'm just saying, that if you choose to yeet everyone who doesn't get your name and pronouns right... that doesn't necessarily make you safe. We live in a very binary world. As much as we want that to change, it won't if we ignore or shout at the bits we don't like. (Believe me, I've tried).

⤷ ✧ 𝐊𝐚𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝!!
order 82 | one-shot | Jade | Gender Neutral
❀ NOTE: Initially it was going to be headcanons but this works fine too.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You were in your own world. You happily kicked your feet and quietly giggled as you read your little book. No one else was around to judge you for it! You never liked to admit it but those awfully corny romance shojou mangas are just too good. Call it a guilty pleasure.
You stared intensely at every line and every word on every page. Their relationship is perfect. The book must’ve casted a spell on you because you can’t stop reading.
“I’m sorry, did you hit your head, love?” Aoi asked with deep concern.
“You… what are you doing?!” Dia shook her head in annoyance. Dia tried to slip away only for Aoi to block her with his arm.
“Before that, I need to ask why you want to see him so badly. You won’t even look me in the eye and you’re running away… to see him?” He has tears in his eyes as he said that.
Without you realizing, a shadow loomed over you. The new presence was dangerous yet you kept on reading each page. It wasn’t until you felt a large hand on your shoulder. You froze, you didn’t even scream or move, you just froze in fear of who it was behind you.
“What’s this ya got here?” It was Floyd— the worst person ever! Out of all people that caught you reading corny romance manga— it was him?!
“Floyd, so why are you here out of all places?” You went to the most empty spot you could find which was the forest near the botanical gardens. No one ever goes there even for educational purposes.
Floyd brushed off the question and pointed to the book in your hand. “You came here to read comics? I thought you’d read history books or 18th century novels or something.” He smiled politely.
You shyly close it and slide it under your leg. You tried to think of something to distract from the fact you were caught red handed.
“You’re an eel right? You don’t belong in a forest.” You scoffed while crossing your arms. With that attitude, Floyd knew he caught you doing something that was supposed to be a secret.
“You’re so rude… Don’t discriminate against me because I’m from the ocean. I just wanted to play…” He sniffled and frowned. He kneeled down in front of you to make proper eye contact with you.
You shook your head, “Okay but what are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be helping out at Mostro?”
“My whole life doesn’t revolve around that place. It was too boring and empty so I went searching elsewhere.”
You half heartedly smiled at him as he grinned back at you. But he began asking questions again. You sighed, grabbing your bag and standing up quickly. You gave a small careless excuse and apology before leaving with haste.
I guess I’ll just have to read another time.
Floyd stood up to chase after you but looked down underneath where you were sitting. You must’ve been rushing to get away if you forgot your book. Not thinking much of it, he let you go but picked up your book for a quick read.
Floyd sat down on his bed, taking off his school blazer. Jade walked in and smiled at his brother. “You finally came back.”
Floyd shrugged, “I wasn’t gone for that long.” It seemed he was still bored, maybe even more bored than before he left. Jade took off his hat and placed it on his desk, though he noticed he may have placed it on top of something else.
He picked up the colorful manga and looked at the front then back. “Is this yours?” Floyd looked over and shook his head.
“Nope, that’s Shrimpy’s. I found them reading that book but they ran away. That book is nothing like I’ve ever seen!”
“Did you steal this from them?”
“Actually no, when they ran away they left it there. I was gonna give it back to them tomorrow.”
Jade turned to the backside of the book and read the summary out loud. “Dia is an over achieving honor student, top of her class her first year of high school. But she pushes away anyone who attempts to get too close, making her a loner. Her life takes a turn when her old childhood best friend, who had moved away nine years ago, moves back into town. Aoi attempts to reach out and reconnect with Dia only for her to refuse. And the pursuit continues.”
Floyd laughs and lays down on his back, staring over at Jade. “I never would’ve guess MC would’ve read this sort of literature…”
“That’s what I’m sayin! They were really into it too.” He laughed.
Jade flipped back to the front, with an intrigued look. “Floyd, do you mind if I give this a read?”
“I don’t care. Actually, how about you give it back to them tomorrow?” He flipped on his side. Jade gave his brother a stare, though he was staring in the other direction, he could sense his twin’s displeasure. “You’re the one who touched it last!”
You had been a mess all day. Everyone could tell just by the way you stared at the floor with a melancholy expression that you were not okay. Despite nearly everyone asking, “What happened?” “Are you alright?” “Cheer up!”
You could feel no better.
After all, you were left on a major cliffhanger. Then again maybe it was your fault since you lost the book. You swear you had put it back in your bag!
You went back to the tree after realizing it was gone, but it wasn’t there.
Maybe Floyd took it… You thought with a scowl on your face.
“Damn, what did the floor do to you?” Ace laughed, but he didn’t have a smile.
“You’ve been glaring at the ground for almost the entire lunch.” Deuce said in concern.
Epel pressed a cold drink against your cheek.
“Ah, thank you.” You thanked out of obligation. You took it into your hands but didn’t move to open it.
“Ya better be. Now, are ya finally ready to tell us why yer all glum like a plum.”
The three of them sat besides you. You raised your head and glanced at the three of them. Though you only smiled at Epel’s words. “Glum like a plum? What does that even mean..?” You looked at your drink and he had even gotten you something plum flavored.
Epel held back his words only because he knew you were upset.
There’s no way you could tell them why you were so depressed. “I’m really sad because I was reading this really good manga but I was left on a cliffhanger because I stupidly lost the book and cannot find it”— They’d most likely get mad for worrying them that much over something so minor.
Deuce took the drink from your hands and opened it up for you, handing it back. “Drink something. Maybe it’ll make you feel better?”
You thanked him and took a sip, still wondering if Floyd stole it. That thought was killing you. At that point it was all you could think about. The cliffhanger wasn’t your biggest concern. FLOYD HAS THE BOOK? What if he destroys it? Or maybe he read it and now your image as a sophisticated, mature student is ruined in his eyes?! Or what if he tells other people and your reputation is ruined?
Before you knew it, you had found yourself stomping into Mostro Lounge. Though it was surprisingly empty. There was only one person as far as you saw. You got closer and it turned out to be Jade Leech. Not quite the one you needed to see.
Nonetheless you approached him with a slightly nervous smile. “Hello Jade, do you happen to know where Floyd is?”
He gave you an unreadable stare, “Why are you here? Today is a maintenance day for Mostro Lounge.”
“Is that so…? Well pardon the intrusion but I must know where Floyd is.”
As expected of the Vice Housewarden of Octavinelle, he accommodated your needs. In fact he offered to escort you there.
God bless him! He walked beside you, having a small conversation, just idle chit chat.
“How come you need to see Floyd so badly?”
“It’s just… something’s between us and I think he took something he wasn’t supposed to. Which is why I must go see him!”
You sped up and walked ahead of him. Which was the moment Jade chose to strike. His hand grabbed your wrist and swung you backwards into the wall. It was all very fast, you nearly hit your head.
You blinked as Jade stared down at you. You wanted to ask him what he’s doing but the words just wouldn’t come out.
“I’m sorry. Did you hit your head, love?”
What? Did he just… You must’ve misheard him. But that look on his face. He never looked at you that way before…
“No I didn’t…” You said under your breath. You realized how close he was when he got closer.
“What was that? I didn’t hear you, speak up.” He took his hand that was holding to wrist and moved it to you chin.
“I didn’t hit my head thankfully! Will you take me to Floyd now please?!” You began to slip to the side slowly, trying to get away.
Your heart jumped out of your chest, your eyes widened and you looked to the side to where Jade slammed his hand. You felt the wall shake. You looked back at him slowly but only one word inside your head.
Kaebedon!!
“Before that, I need to ask why you want to see Floyd so badly. You won’t even look me in the eye and you’re running away… to see him?” Jade has that same smile and hint of mischief in his voice. as always.
“I believe he has something that belongs to me so I was going to ask him if it’s whereabouts…!” Your voice strained trying to keep composure.
“Oh my, did he trouble you? I deeply apologize on his behalf. But I think I have what you’re looking for.”
You softened your gaze and mouth opening to explain himself. But soon he reached into his coat with his other hand that was not against the wall.
“Deep into the Heart by Nana F. Hopefully this is what you’ve been searching for.”
You stared blankly at the book, your hands reached out and snatched it from his grasp, which he let you do. You really didn’t have any words for him, mostly out of confusion and intimidation.
“Floyd told me that you left it behind when you ran away from him. He brought it back with him to our dorm after reading it through himself. The premise piqued my interest so I also read it. Hopefully it all makes sense now.”
You understood what he was doing when he did all of that. He was just teasing you. He smiled as he stepped away from you. “Also, Floyd stormed out 30 minutes ago. I’m sure he’s found somebody to amuse himself with by now.”
Now you were just embarrassed, you held the book up to your face to avoid eye contact. You were concerned about Jade and Floyd knowing your taste in literature. The unpredictable nature of the two intimidated you. Surely they wouldn’t tell anyone…
“Thank you Jade. I’m going to head back now.” You turned around and lowered the book.
“Allow me to escort you—“ he cut himself off as you sprinted away.
“No thank you!”
“No running in the lounge!”

Alaina Demopoulos at The Guardian:
McKenna, who is 24 and lives in a rural, conservative state, recently got back on dating apps after a year of finding herself. She had two first dates planned for this weekend, but after Donald Trump won the election, she cancelled both. “It’s heartbreaking to know that in this country you only matter if you’re a straight white man,” she said. “It’s just devastating that we’re at this point. So I will not let another man touch me until I have my rights back.” McKenna, who did not want her last name published for privacy reasons, first heard about 4B a few months ago, via a TikTok video referring to the South Korean social movement. The basic idea: women swear off heterosexual marriage, dating, sex and childbirth in protest against institutionalized misogyny and abuse. (It is called 4B in reference to these four specific no-nos.) The mostly online movement began around 2018 protests against revenge porn and grew into South Korea’s #MeToo-esque feminist wave.
In the wake of Trump’s victory, 4B is once again on McKenna’s mind – and she’s not the only one. Trump’s embrace of manosphere figures such as Joe Rogan, the Nelk Boys and Adin Ross means he has strong support among their evangelists – mainly, young men. But for young women, the former president’s long history of misogyny means a vote for Trump is a vote against feminism, especially with reproductive rights as a key issue in 2024. Ahead of the US election, pundits predicted a history-making gender gap, and early exit polls support that prediction: women aged 18-29 went overwhelmingly left, while Trump picked up ground with their male counterparts compared with 2020. With the race called, TikToks viewed hundreds of thousands of times offered one way for women to go for the jugular: 4B, specifically cutting off contact with men. “Girls it’s time to boycott all men! You lost your rights, and they lost the right to hit raw! 4b movement starts now!” one creator wrote on TiKTok in a video viewed 3.4m times. In another video, a woman exercises on a stair climber machine. “Building my dream body that no man will touch for the next 4 years,” reads the caption. The top comment on her post: “In the club, we all celibate.” On Wednesday, Google searches for 4B” spiked by 450%, with the most interest coming from Washington DC, Colorado, Vermont and Minnesota. In South Korea, 4B began as an offshoot of national protests against the spycam epidemic, in which perpetrators filmed targets – most of whom were women – during sex or while urinating in public bathrooms without their knowledge or consent.
[...]
As with #MeToo in the US, men have called 4B an overreach, and discriminatory. South Korea’s conservative president, Yoon Suk Yeol, ran on a platform of abolishing the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, which protects against gender-based violence and discrimination, saying feminists were to blame for the country’s economic woes.
Haein Shim, a South Korean activist and current undergraduate researcher at Stanford University’s Clayman Institute for Gender Research, said in an email that women who participated in 4B protests faced cyberbullying, harassment, stalking and threats of violence. “Many of us wore masks, sunglasses, and hats to cover our faces, and it was common practice to dress differently before and after a protest to minimize being stalked.” There were more nuanced critiques, too. “Some debated if it was a sustainable way to participate in feminism, because it was a total disconnect with men, and some people believe there have to be productive conversations among people with different world views in order for society to move forward,” Lee said. Feminists expressed concern over whether 4B “disregarded heterosexual women’s desires, in order to punish men who may or may not have participated in misogyny”.
Shim, the activist, says that 4B goes beyond just boycotting men, and encourages women to find solidarity with each other. “It’s a new lifestyle focused on building safe communities, both online and in-person, and valuing our existence in this crazy world,” she said. “What we want is not to be labeled simply as some man’s wife or girlfriend, but to have the independence to be free from the societal expectations that often limit women’s potential to be fully acknowledged as human beings.” Second wave feminist groups of the 1960s and 70s such as Cell 16, which advocated celibacy and separation from men, and political lesbians, who opted out of heterosexuality, were historically deemed as extreme – or simply trendy. 4B, a more contemporary movement that mostly lives online, may seem more accessible to gen Z women. On TikTok, 4B posts play as communal and therapeutic, a way to take back control during a time when basic rights are at stake.
Donald Trump's election, combined with the erosion of abortion access post-Roe, has fueled an angry backlash among feminist-inclined women by importing the South Korean 4B Movement to the States.

Another example of an older man who switched to competing against women instead of staying in the men's division where he would be competing against younger men.
by Andrea Mew  December 13, 2024
Five times a year, female Sabot sailors of all ages on the California coast participate in a regatta, or series of sailing races, through the Southern California Women’s Sailing Association (SCWSA). In 8-foot, 1-person sailboats known as Naples Sabots, competitors 18 years of age and up vie for the best score in their respective divisions.
This year, the SCWSA’s female sailors were forced to compete against a 66-year-old trans-identifying male, who entered into the Women’s B division after previously competing and winning against male sailors. Unsurprisingly, the male went on to win the women’s competition as well.
Tumblr media
Pictured: DesCombes (left) winning the Women’s Fleet B Perpetual Trophy with roses.
Susan Jennings, a longtime female sailor and SCWSA secretary, exclusively revealed to IW Features that this man, who goes by the name Jennifer DesCombes, gained access not only to women’s sailing events, but also to the female all-ages locker rooms in the various yacht clubs where competitions are held. The SCWSA does not determine the clubs’ restroom or locker room policies.
To add insult to injury, because the male sailor won each SCWSA regatta, he was able to take home the Women’s B Fleet perpetual trophy, an award that had been given only to women for more than 50 years.
It all began in 2023, when Jennings said the man first expressed interest in sailing at her club. At first, he sailed in the “Mixed C” category as Jeff DesCombes, where less experienced men and women race together. DesCombes ended up winning this category.
Tumblr media
Pictured: Jennings (left) presenting DesCombes (middle) with the Mixed C Trophy in 2023
But then, ahead of the SCWSA’s first regatta of the year in March 2024, DesCombes sent a letter to Jennings’ group announcing his transgender identity and new name and sharing that he was on hormone therapy. He then began sailing in the Women’s B Fleet.
As captain of her club’s A Fleet, Jennings said she had several concerns, especially regarding his presence in the women’s bathroom. After all, at the various yacht clubs which host SCWSA events, girls as young as six years old use that same restroom, and the shower area has little to “no privacy at all,” she said. DesCombes has used the women’s facilities at most yacht clubs he has competed at, according to Jennings.
Making matters worse, Jennings alleged DesCombes told another sailor he was not planning to get sexual reassignment surgery.
Jennings raised this concern both to DesCombes and her fellow SCWSA members, many of whom agreed but worried they’d be inviting legal trouble if they tried to prevent him from using the women’s facilities.
“Everybody has to tell him he can use whatever bathroom he wants. I mean, he’s got free reign to go into the shower area,” Jennings said. “Everybody is running scared for the potential of a lawsuit that we’re ‘discriminating’ against a transgender.”
The threat of a lawsuit is all too probable, thanks to California’s progressive anti-discrimination laws. In 2003, California adopted statewide protections against discrimination based on gender identity or expression and sexual orientation. This law makes it illegal in the state to prohibit individuals from using public accommodations, including restrooms, on the basis of their gender identity or sexual orientation.
DesCombes did not respond to IW Features’ request for comment.
Before the first regatta, Jennings said she tried to rally the Women’s B Fleet to refuse to sail against DesCombes. She said a number of them agreed and chose to protest.
But that meant if they wanted to compete at all, they had to instead sail with the A Fleet, which is made up of more experienced sailors. As a result, several women chose to stay and compete in the B Fleet. They all lost to the trans-identifying male, who had the highest running score after the fleet’s final regatta on Nov. 9.
After winning the Women’s B Fleet, DesCombes will now move on to sail in the A Fleet next year, according to Jennings. But she refuses to compete against him. So in 2025, Jennings said she plans to downgrade herself from A Fleet to B Fleet voluntarily.
“I’m not going to sail with a man,” she said. “I think he’s not a woman, and I won’t put myself in that position to sail with him. I just strongly believe that.”
Her grievances are justified. According to Jennings, men have several advantages in Sabot sailing, though it might not seem that way at first.
Since Sabot boats are small, the heavier and larger you are, the slower you risk going. Jennings said this has led several female Sabot sailors to let their guard down when competing against the male.
Yet, when males compete against females in Sabot, the male sailor will almost always win, Jennings said. In fact, in the Junior Sabot Nationals, where young boys and girls compete against one another, just five female sailors have won since 1948, she pointed out.
From faster reaction time, to larger hands, to superior grip strength, and more, Jennings explained that male sailors have a notable advantage against female sailors.
That’s why World Sailing, the international governing body for sailing, issued its Transgender Participation Policy in October 2024, effective January 2025, stating that males who have undergone male puberty cannot compete in the female category of an event or participate in a mixed category as a “female athlete.”
U.S. Sailing, however, still allows sailors to “self-identify and compete as his/her identified gender” upon providing one form of documentation that proves “the sailor’s gender in his/her ‘everyday life’ matches his/her racing gender.” The SCWSA follows the U.S. Sailing policy regarding gender identification.
Nationwide, stories of young male athletes taking advantage of these looser gender policies, winning female trophies, and earning college scholarships meant for females, are piling up. However, Jennings argued her story proves this issue is affecting all women — not just school-aged girls and collegiate athletes.
“This concerns women of all ages,” Jennings said. “If you are a female of any age, this is probably going to affect you at some point in your life, either directly or indirectly.”
Tumblr media
Though the fight to keep women’s sports female has seen increased awareness, Jennings added that many women may not recognize what’s at stake until they’re forced to confront the issue head-on.
“When it affects you personally, you take a whole different view on this. Suddenly, it’s your kids, your grandkids, and yourself that have to share the space with a man,” she said. And no matter what that man might say, she added, “he’s not a woman.”

Hey fam we're gunna inact in some sinful behavior again and get real for a sec here on the shitposting blog so TW: Discussion of substance abuse, mental health issues, SA, etc.
You may have noticed I took a bit of a break from posting for a bit. It wasn't entirely due to Lily's "junkie" rant here, but it was partially responsible.
A lot about Lily high key cheeses my biscuits, I've made that pretty clear. Lily and I have a . . . Strange amount in common in some regards. I'm a trans person myself, I come from a similar, shall we say, "dysfunctional home environment" Lily does. We're even both Canadian, close enough in age I grew up with a lot of the exact same regional-specific media she did. We've had some other life experiences in common.
With that said, Lily's almost like the evil funhouse mirror version of my life. I was sexually assaulted for the first time at basically the exact same age Courtney was. Lily reminds me very much of my first partner, who physically, emotionally and sexually abused me. Unlike Lily, I am from an actual multi-racial family and have had the somewhat unique experiences and gotten the somewhat unique perspective of being a white person partially influenced and organically adopted into more predominantly POC culture. I've had to come to terms with my own white privilege and the ways Western colonialism has influenced me on a level far more personal than it would be for someone from a more monoracial and monocultural family than mine. While also coming to terms with and accepting the ways my family has been judged and discriminated against for being so blended.
There's also just the fact that Lily seems to (I wonder if, on some level, intentionally) act like the alt-right caricature of a progressive leftist in the most performative way imaginable, while also clearly not actually being left-wing at all. My pet theory is that the only thing stopping Lily from going full Blaire White MAGA butt monkey is that her pride can't take it. Being treated like a useful idiot for the right to "prove" they're not bigots while treating her with open hostility in every other regard. So she's as "leftist" as she needs to be to get the 12 year olds she's trying to court on her side because they don't know any better. While being profoundly anti-labor, pro-capitalist. Even though the only reason why the alt-right hyper focus on identity politic bullshit like that is becayse it's a wedge issue that allows them to skirt around talking about actual policy.
There's also just the fact that someone can be so, confidently, shit-eating levels of wrong and stupid about the most asinine things. I actually work professionally in the fields Lily has decided her opinions are worth vomiting out into the ether. Fields people in general are way too comfortable speaking with authority on shit they know absolutely nothing about-- but Lily is for sure a special case.
Point is: I'm very used to Lily making me go into turbo big upsetti spaghetti mode. I've been aware of her for YEARS. I'm over it . . . Until I'm not.
I've alluded to it a few times already: I'm a recovered drug user, though I've struggled with general substance abuse and impulse control issues for longer. Particularly because of untreated mental health issues like C-PTSD, a dissociative disorder, gender dysphoria and ADHD. Particularly because of untreated physical health issues that just a few years ago almost killed me. Issues that caused me significant pain, mental distress, and slowly worsening disability since I was 11 years old. Went totally untreated until they came close to taking my life. It's no coincidence that I started stealing my parent's booze when I was around 12 or 13 years old.
The worst, ugliest, most humiliating aspects of yourself? Addiction will put them front and center. It will cause you to do things, act in ways, find out things about yourself you're never going to be able to unknow. You have to live with for the rest of your life.
You're aware of it-- the whole time. What a fucking creature you've become. How you are hurting the people closest to you. It's not fun. The whole time, you want to stop. But you can't. You don't know why you just can't control yourself, what you're supposed to do. You're afraid of asking for help out of fear of judgement or punishment. Drugs are mostly decriminalized in Canada and still, if someone just took access away from my poison of choice and sent me on my way with no further help--- I would have just walked into traffic.
The worst of my issues happened due to some absolutely insane levels of medical irresponsibility that I won't fully get into because they're too long to explain. But I will tell you that, already aware I had substance abuse issues, I *explicitly warned* the doctor who prescribed me the medication that I didn't feel I could be responsible to be put on anything addictive. She assured me it was not. Spoiler altert: it was addictive. A lot of addicts descent into rock bottom beginning with something they were prescribed.
Drug companies will put in these "anti-abuse" measures into otherwise addictive substances that it takes half a brain cell to circumvent. Just take my word for it.
I overdosed at least once, maybe twice on the drug I was originally prescribed. Alone. By some insane luck I survived both times without getting further medical treatment. But as I built up a tolerance what I was originally prescribed wasn't the *only thing* I ended up abusing in that period of my life. I was going to die if I didn't do something soon, and I knew it.
I was lucky. My sister drove two cities over after a night shift to my rescue and quite literally set me on the road to saving my life. My doctor was compassionate enough to allow me to get off of what I was originally addicted to at my own pace, and correctly identified I needed a medication overhaul to do so. My older brother made sure I wasn't dying of dehydration or starvation during my detox period and made sure to do the daily tasks I didn't have the mental capacity to do at that time aswell. Without them I wouldn't be here today.
NOT EVERY DRUG USER IS AS FORTUNATE AS ME, HOWEVER. And even then, recovery is not a straight line, or as simple as having certain substances kept away. It's a demon you'll be fighting the rest of your life, in many instances. Mine included. Part of getting off the harmful substances I was was getting a prescription to Adderall, as I was partially self-medicating for. Something my doctor still monitors me with to ensure I'm not falling back into bad habits with. Something Lily is CURRENTLY bitching about not being able to get a prescription for-- I wonder why, Lily.
I have now gone through THREE surgeries without painkillers. And in one particularly awful incident, was treated rather cruelly by the medical staff over refusing to take them. To quote, of all things, fucking Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo, "if you live with pain long enough, you learn to enjoy the taste." But nothing is like the nightmare of chemical dependence. Pain is immaterial to that kind of hell.
I know Lily is saying this bullshit just to vaguepost about Courtney, but I don't care. Fuck her. Fuck her for daring to judge me, and those like me. That she was that comfortable being this vile about the matter publically should give you a good indication as to how comfortable even other people are to talking down to addicts.
She wouldn't have survived the shit I went through. I dare her to try. She's way too much of a little piss baby to crawl her way out of that kind of suffering.
I know this is a meme page, but I refuse to be ashamed of talking about it. If anyone would like some more information about my experience or has questions as to why Lily's opinion on the matter is dogshit and vile, feel free to dm me or send me an ask. I'll make it clear why Lily is fucking scum for having the balls to say this publically. I'll make her regret it.

a few years ago, someone in university told me she didn't want to be friends (we had met up for coffee once) because I'm *xyz sign* and her experience has been that *xyz sign* tend to be emotional master manipulators, they like to play the victim in situations where they caused the drama. Obviously every person is entitled to whatever boundaries they want to have for friendship and dating but it's not ok to just accuse me of being a certain way on grounds of... the date I was born lol.
Like I used to think this stuff was ok as long as people didn't take it seriously, and as long as it's just "oh I'm a *xyz* that is why I'm artsy :-)" but now I honestly just want nothing at all to do with it, and I don't want to know anything about it either.
Wow, I'm so sorry you were told that. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Astrology is a form of bigotry, after all. Assuming that a whole demographic (people born in x time) share a series of personality traits, assigning those personality traits to people you've never even met because of this aprioristic belief about their demographic. It's the definition of bigotry.
In Western society, astrology is less of a problem than other discriminatory systems (racism, sexism, homotransphobia, classism, etc) because it's not as widely believed and hasn't become entrenched in the societal organization to be a systemic issue present in the social, cultural, and legal spheres and interpersonal relations that affect us everyday. (That is not the case in other places like, for example, India, where astrology might dictate who you can and cannot marry and where the victim's astrological sign has been used in court to refuse justice to women who have been raped, justifying the man who raped them because women born under certain star positions are believed to be astrologically "bringers of bad luck" and even bringers of death, so they're free game to abuse!)
So I'm not comparing it when it comes to the effects it has, but on a personal belief level it's just as discriminatory. It's as stupid to say "I don't want to be friends with this person because they were born at X time so I assume Y bad things about them" than it would be to make the judgement based on someone's gender, ethnicity, class, etc. There have already been people (in Western countries where we don't traditionally have an astrology-based oppression system) reporting discrimination for their astrological sign: I've heard experiences similar to you with that "friend", but some have even explained how they were not believed about their pain when they could have found out earlier about their illnesses and refused renting a room because the flat bans people of certain astrological signs!
It can seem like it's harmless fun, but this is what the belief is promoting. It's only a logical continuation of believing in horoscopes to start making these generalizations. It also contributes to normalizing these patterns of thought according to which it's "normal" and "truthful" to consider that whole demographic groups share the same traits (that is: bigotry; lowering our guard in front of more serious ones like racism, sexism, etc).
I don't think we should go around shaming people who talk about it, but I am certain that it is a responsibility not to contribute to spreading this form of bigotry, especially now that it's on the rise and becoming more popular among young people. For example, it goes against our interests as queer community to make space for astrology in our events (making people introduce themselves with their name and their sign, or painting astrology as some kind of radical queer thing somehow just because it's trendy??), I think we should stop promoting these beliefs in magazines, and start challenging our friends who believe in it to think of how it works (and how it prepares them for other forms of discrimination).
Idk sorry for answering with such a long text but I'm tired of seeing it rise too and I had a friend who went though that, she got really into astrology because her other friends were into it, and once that anti-scientific proof door was open she got into moon landing denialism and now she believes in conspiracy theories and it's very annoying to talk with her lol.

NAME: bae yunha (배윤하)
NICKNAMES: yun, yunie, princess pear (배공주) 🍐
bonus fact: princess pear is spoofing off her name and the translation of princess peach (피치공주), who is yunha's main/ favorite character in mario kart! as for the name thing, yunha's last name doesn't mean pear, but the word for pear is pronounced and spelled the same exact way as her last name (배). so,,, the nickname is kind of princess bae, as in princess bae yunha, but it's also princess pear at the same time lol
GENDER: cis female
STAR SIGN: pisces ♓
HEIGHT: 5'5"
ORIENTATION: bisexual
NATIONALITY/ETHNICITY: korean 🇰🇷
FAVORITE FRUIT: peach 🍑
FAVORITE SEASON: winter 🎄
FAVORITE FLOWER: orchids 💜
FAVORITE SCENT: oddly specific but miss dior blooming bouquet perfume (it's her favorite perfume but she rations it out in the tiniest of portions because it's $$$$$) 💟
COFFEE, TEA, or HOT CHOCOLATE: all of the above! yunha doesn't discriminate against liquids, she just likes them in different contexts. she drinks coffee out of the house at coffee shops, tea at home (unless it's boba, at which point she'll buy it at a boba shop), and hot chocolate during winter, mostly if it's snowing ☕
AVERAGE HOURS OF SLEEP: 10 😴 she likes her beauty sleep!
DOGS or CATS: cats! she likes both, but she prefers cats 🤍
DREAM TRIP: paris and/or france more generally! she's aware it's not, like, the romanticized place it's portrayed as in media, but she wants to go to see the museums and architecture, check out the cafes, and walk around the parks and whatnot
NUMBER OF BLANKETS: just one! she's always slept on the floor on a futon, and in her opinion, it's a bit much to have too many blankets when you're doing that because the blankets aren't really anchored onto anything, so if you have more than one, they start getting tangled and crawling off the mattress in multiple directions
RANDOM FACT: she has an uncanny ability to solve puzzles! she's the girlie you give the "solve the maze without lifting your pen off the paper" challenges, and she's proud to say she has never looked up a walkthrough for games like portal or the stone matching mini-games in skyrim 👑 part of the magic is definitely stubbornness btw. she will stare at the puzzle until it's either solved or the universe decays into oblivion, one or the other! she is otherwise not competitive, though; that attitude is quite literally reserved only for puzzles

just finished blue eye samurai, my extensive thoughts below the cut but tl;dr IM OBSESSED, it was really good, I highly recommend this show. it is gory and beautiful and so fucking good.
spoiler free thoughts first, then will label where I start discussing spoilers.
Ok so first off my thoughts about the title & character design:
i saw a fair amount of discourse before it even dropped about how it was Bad for giving an asian character blue eyes, which like, on a surface level fair! I get it!! it does Shit to the body image for all the Cool Asian People to have light colored eyes. i get being a persom of color and wishing badly for white features instead of my very much nonwhite ones
But the actual story smacked me in the face with like. Mizu is a mixed race person with physical traits that clock them immedietly as mixed race, in a context where they must hide those traits to "pass" or else face discrimination or death. this is revealed in... the first 5 minutes maybe??? and the fact that it is their white features that mark them as "other" "demon" "monster" is because the story takes place IN JAPAN where the ethnic majority is JAPANESE. and that's. like. that's a STORY!!! that's WAY DIFFERENT from "asian character has light eyes bc it looks cool". and Mizu does look cool, that is undeniable. but it's part of the story. idk!!! i just feel those critiques were pushed out way too fast with no understanding of what the show is about and while i think in a vacum we should have more positive, "looks cool" representation of nonwhite features, a story about a mixed race person is maybe not the one to criticize about this specific topic. to me.
NOT SPOILERS REALLY IF YOU READ THE EPISODE SUMMARIES BUT IT WAS A JUMPSCARE TO ME AS SOMEONE WHO WENT IN BLIND re: mizu's gender:
I went in blind and due to the way the story is structured and how it addresses Mizu's gender, I read it as an intentionally transmasc story and was absolutely jumpscared the first time I opened the episode menu and saw it refering to Mizu with she/her pronouns. and then after watching I went on ao3 (as one does) and people also seem to use she/her on there??
and obviously. this is fine. canon, really, considering the netflix episode descriptions. and probably it was way too optimistic of me to even ASSUME that someone would be able to create an intentionally transgender samurai action animation series on Netflix. but i just REALLY see them as either a gay trans man or he/they nonbinary and am just having an Experience reconciling what i got from the show directly vs how I am seeing other people talk about the character/the show.
I would write fic to fix this but my knowledge of edo peripd japan is so slim I feel I would make unforgivable and offensive mistakes... idk... like obviously the show itself refers to Mizu with she/her so I have no leg to stand on wrt feeling upset about seeing it but I sure was surprised.
THEMES OF THE SHOW specifically about race (some spoilers maybe, but not specific late show ones): cw for discussions of historical and canon sexual violence
I am deeply, deeply intrigued and invested in the story, and am specifically fascinated with how it is dealing with like, white imperial violence. Mizu is hated because they are mixed race, specifically mixed Japanese and white. It is shown in the show that white people and whiteness is hated because of the violence that white men have brought to japan; opium, human trafficking, slaughter, and multiple other abuses. Mizu, as well as other theoretical mixed race children exist almost solely due to the rape of Japanese women by white men. They are hated and hunted by both their white fathers and everyone else in Japan (because of their proximity to white imperial violence, even when the children themselves are a product of that violence).
Mizu is on a revenge quest against their white father specifically, who is presumably one of the four known white men in Japan. Mizu faced discrimination and abuse from everyone, but it is their *father*, who they have never met (vs the multiple abuses they faced from Japanese kids, their mother, etc etc etc), that they are hunting. not anyone else. because their father must have raped and abused their mother. their mother who to their knowledge betrayed!!!! them. This is just such an INTERESTING and COMPLICATED and FASCINATING dynamic like. I'm eating it with a fucking spoon my brain is on fire (positive). Probably more to say and I hope/wish I am saying it in a reasonable enough way but. im eating this. I really love this.
MORE THOUGHTS likely spoilers ahead. you have been warned
im chewing the bars of my cage... taigen and mizu need to kiss sloppy style. WHEN MIZU SAW THE TWO MEN KISSING IN THE BROTHEN AND THOUGHT ABT FIGHTING TAIGEN???? this too can be yaoi
when they cut together Mizu GETTING NAKED TO FORGE STEEL and akemi having sex??? CINEMA
there are cocks in this show. i had to DM multiple friends about the cock jumpscare. also there was sex which was frankly awesome. fuck yeah for adult animation that is serious storytelling with beautiful art. the nudity in this show was like less explicit than many HBO shows but it was a similar vibe/energy in a way that felt really cool and normal. it didn't feel gratuitous it felt like "this show is for adults and features sex and ful frontal". more of this in adult animation please
too many occasions of Mizu being wildly hot hot for me to count... they are SO whumpable and also when they fought in the makeup that ran so it looked like they were crying blood??? when they killed all those guys? when they killed all those OTHER guys????? Mizu are you free tuesday. are you free tonight.
THEYRE GOING TO LONDON??? I'm going to die if this doesn't get a season 2 but I'm also so scared like it is so good... what if they RUIN it in season 2. what if all the complicated interesting bits get sanitized. what if they stop letting Mizu kill people. what if they make Mizu have a girl power woman moment. anyway i need this to be renewed SO BAD I need to know what happens. I need Mizu to get bloody revenge on the 4 white men who have brought such pain to the country. MIZU IS GOING ON THIS QUEST FOR REVENGE AND DIGGING 4 GRAVES‼️‼️‼️‼️
Fucking loved the tropes like. Yes they are going to face off 200 armed warriors and kill them all. of course they are.
Akemi was there. ok ok ok actually I really liked her coming into her own and trying to make her own power.... was really sad when that immedietly got fucked up for her. Really interested in her developing in future season(s) into her own person, I hope she doesnt go back to taigan bc i think she can do better and also her story is more interesting when she is trying to Make It And Be Someone vs running after him.
I feel like this show is Saying a lot of things but in a way where it is up to the reader to pick them up and think about them vs sending a soecific message. Which rocks honestly.
Animation, gorgeous. It was 3D it looks like and some tiny bits are less than stellar but OVERALL. fucking beautiful. hot. etc.
Really liked the story. this was really good and I already want to rewatch it. clawing my walls. i could go on but will stop for now

Oooh can I get 23 & 24 for Q and Z? 🤍
Queer (LGBTQ+) AU Headcanon: Eric/Buddy, Fez/Buddy
Eric/Buddy: They enjoy going to car shows together. Eric sighs at all the cars he thinks he'll never be rich enough to own. Buddy rubs his back and says, "I am. Pick out your favorite. I'll get it for you on our eleventh anniversary."
Eric: That's nine years from now, but ... I can wait.
Buddy: Who said I was going by years?
Eric [curious and flirtatious]: What are you going by?
Buddy: The eleven-minute anniversary after you choose the car you want.
Turned on and feeling loved, Eric kisses Buddy. Fortunately, no one sees them (it is the 1970s in Wisconsin after all; they've got to keep themselves safe).
Buddy [teasing]: I hope you love me for more than my money.
Eric: Actually, I'd rather be able to pay for the car myself. I'd also prefer to be the one who can buy you expensive things. So, if anything, I love you in spite of your money.
Buddy [caressing the back of Eric's hair]: We've got to work on your ideas about traditional gender roles.
Eric: But we're both men.
Buddy: And ... ?
Eric [partially understanding]: We're both men! So we can both be the bread-winners, bring home the bacon -- and why are there so many food metaphors for making money?
Buddy: Eric, if you weren't so cute, I'd be pissed. But even if you were dating a girl, she should be able to "bring home the baon," and I don't mean food.
Eric: Right. You're right. ... Say, can we swing by the Piggly Wiggly before going home? I've got a hankering for bacon now.
Buddy: Sure, and you can pay for it.
Eric: And you can cook it because I burn anything that touches a pan.
Buddy: Your mom's a great cook. Didn't she teach you any skills?
Eric: Oh, she tried. And my dad tried to teach me how to aim a flashlight, and you know how that went.
Buddy laughs and slings his arm around Eric's shoulders. "Let's go find your dream car."
Eric stops him and says, "Wait, wait. I already have my dream guy. The car can wait a few more years."
Buddy, touched, returns Eric's earlier kiss. They enjoy the rest of the car show then have an early dinner where bacon is the main course.
---
Fez/Buddy: Fez doesn't withhold his affection for Buddy in school, but he does express it surreptitiously (because 1970s Wisconsin). When leaving notes in Buddy's locker, he copies Jackie's penchant for dotting her I's with a heart so that if people spot Buddy reading these notes, they'll think a girl wrote it.
📝: I'm potentially going to write a Fez/Buddy fic, and I don't want to spoil what I've already planned. That's why my answer for them is short in comparison to that for Eric/Buddy.
Zennie (Jackie/Hyde) Interaction: Eric/Buddy, Fez/Buddy
Eric/Buddy: They go on a double-date with Jackie and Hyde at the bowling alley and have a friendly competition. The scores are close. All four of them are good bowlers, and Jackie and Buddy both have custom-made bowling balls.
Out of respect for the fact Eric and Buddy would put themselves in danger were they to make out during Jackie and Hyde's turns (or at any point during their date in the bowling alley), Jackie and Hyde stick to subtler PDA.
Eric and Buddy, though, have come up with a secret code for what they feel. High fives, low fives, a shoulder pat, a back pat. These all mean different, significant feelings.
Jackie, having gotten close to Buddy and generally having empathy, is angry on his and Eric's behalf that their love can't be expressed out in the open. She and Hyde, who supports Eric a hundred percent, join a movement for equal rights for and ending discrimination against gay people.
---
Fez/Buddy: Jackie invites Fez and Buddy to spend a weekend at her family's ski cabin with her and Hyde. Word gets out to the rest of their friends (Fez was too excited about it to stay quiet), and Eric and Kelso want to spend the weekend there, too.
"It's just for couples," Jackie says.
"I'm dating Donna," Eric says.
Jackie narrows her eyes. "For now."
Eric: What's that supposed to mean?
Hyde: It means, Forman, she doesn't know if you two are gonna stick it out.
Kelso laughs at the unintended innuendo, but Donna is annoyed and says, "We're engaged, so you both can shut it."
After the initial shock -- Eric's included ("That was supposed to be a secret!") -- of Donna's announcement, Jackie says, "Fine. Then the trip is only for couples who aren't engaged."
Kelso: That's not fair! Fez and Buddy'll never get engaged, so they'll always be invited to the ski cabin.
Fez: Kelso, that is not the problem you think it is.
Hyde: Yeah, man. They could get engaged, but no one can marry 'em. Not legally. 'Course, I'm never gettin' married, so they could take my spot if that was freakin' possible.
Jackie: Steven, your ideas about marriage will change. And so will the country's. If two consenting adults love each other, them getting married hurts no one. It'll actually help society! Imagine how much more revenue the wedding industry will generate. It's economics.
Fez: And the rate of divorce among heterosexual couples keeps increasing, so heterosexuality does not automatically equal a happy marriage.
Hyde: Exactly. Which is why I'm not gettin' married.
Jackie: Today.
Hyde: Ever.
Fez: I would like to marry Buddy someday. We've been together almost five years, and we're the only couple among us who hasn't had a break-up.
Hyde: Me and Jackie haven't broken up.
Jackie: Today.
Hyde: What's that supposed to mean?
Fez, Eric, Donna, Kelso: You know what it means.
Jackie: Never getting married?
Hyde doesn't know what to say.
At the ski cabin that weekend, Buddy and Fez give Hyde a talking-to. Hyde thanks them but says he and Jackie'll be fine.
Buddy [holding Fez's hand on the main room sofa]: If you don't care about losing her, you will be fine. I, however, would be devastated to lose Fez. I think he feels the same way about me --
Fez: I do.
Buddy: Which is why we're so careful. One or both of us could get killed simply for loving each other. What's the worst thing if you marry Jackie in the future, that you're happy?
Hyde [after a moment, mumbling]: That we get divorced.
Buddy and Fez: What?
Hyde: Nothin'. ... Nothin' compared to what you two have to deal with. If either of you tell Jackie I'm not against marrying her someday --
Fez [scared]: You'll out us at school?
Hyde [shocked Fez would think that]: Hell no! I just want to tell her myself is all. And, uh ... you guys should invite us to your next activism meeting. Think you'll get two new members.
Hyde leaves Buddy and Fez so they can go skiing together -- and so he can have an important discussion with Jackie.

Jacob Ogles at The Advocate:
When Jessica Norton became “team mom” for her daughter’s volleyball team, she never expected it might cost her job. She certainly didn’t anticipate becoming the face of a national controversy about transgender children’s place on the athletic field. But that changed when the Broward County School Board announced disciplinary action against administrators at Monarch High School and against Norton, who worked as an information management specialist at the school. District officials said the school and Norton personally had violated Florida’s Fairness in Women’s Sports Act.
“I’ve been through the wringer as far as this investigation,” Norton said in an exclusive interview with The Advocate. “That day, I was told that the investigation was going to be 100 percent confidential and that nobody would know what was going on unless I told them. I left [my daughter] at school because they promised me she would be safe. Within two or three hours of me being home, it was on the news, along with my name and the other people involved. The school board did a press conference with the superintendent, and you know, it was on every news outlet in South Florida and apparently everywhere else.” Norton went on to fight punishment from her employer. As things stand now, she has been removed from her current position and was suspended for 10 days but will keep her long-term employment with the school district.
But her daughter, whose name is being withheld out of respect for the child’s privacy, transferred from Monarch and is now enrolled with Florida Virtual School, taking all classes remotely.
While Norton shielded her daughter from the media spotlight and tried to avoid much of it herself, the girl’s gender identity was never a secret to teammates or coaches. In fact, the family filed a federal lawsuit challenging Florida’s sports ban, a law Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed in 2021 (on the first day of Pride Month). The state remains at odds legally with President Joe Biden’s administration, which announced federal rules protecting transgender students from discrimination. A federal appellate court last week said Florida could enforce its trans sports ban other anti-LGBTQ+ policies for the time being. But the manner in which Florida’s law has been enforced against Norton’s family and school alarms Norton’s attorney Jason Starr, director of litigation for the Human Rights Campaign. “This investigation was placed on a track that's normally reserved for criminal conduct or very serious alleged violations of harm to students,” Starr said. “Essentially, these are police officers. They call Ms. Norton into the office. They have guns. They have badges. It had the imprimatur of a criminal investigation.”
It wasn’t until early August, more than seven months after the investigation’s launch, that the district identified a specific policy Norton had violated. The superintendent’s office alleged Norton submitted paperwork to the Florida High School Athletic Association listing her daughter’s sex as female, as it appears on her legal birth certificate and all school forms. Relevant to Norton’s legal challenge to retribution at work, she submitted those documents as the child’s parent, not through her administrative position at Monarch High.
Happy to see Jessica Norton stand up to unjust bans on trans girls’ participation in girls’ sports.

Story time
Cw: mention of harassment
When I was in high school around early 2000s I joined “gay straight alliance”. During that time I studied the numbers of those apart of the lgbtq+ were discriminated against in schools when identifying as lgbtq+ and how schools felt with that. It grabbed the attention to our local news paper asking me to make a commentary piece in it. Mind you I was a junior in high school.
I wrote the piece with facts and proof how it was still on going. How schools need to change their policy on “S.H.” To included those apart of the lgbtq+ community. We brought a visual with desks that showed what daily life was like for those who are lgbtq and stories of people murdered based on their sexual and gender identity.
That summer school changed their policy, adding sexuality and identity of lgbtq+ being included based on things I said and did. In my senior year. I was saved by said policy. And here is how. I was in a class where I helped with disabled teens (since I couldn’t do p.e. For my health) there was a student who I friended and who begin reporting false reports I was making advanced on her. This was only when she found out I was a trans. Every day I was pulled out of class for false reports.
On Halloween i was nearly kicked from school till my parents slept in and explained what was going on since apparently nobody else would listen to me. I was was having panic attacks over this. Like imagine this. You’re in a class and being pulled out of it by a police officer to tell you to quit making advances on someone who you weren’t making advances towards. Yeah. That!
The school then finally recognized I was the true victim. Sadly their way of dealing with it was locking me in a class room for my safety I stead of dealing with the student making the false reports. My friends (bless them) took me side and went after the person and called them out on their behavior once they knew what happened.
The person left our school. This person used their religious belief to S.H. Me and make false reports because they thought they could get away with it. So…….
With all that going on in the Linked universe with this server. And then publicly posting (we got recites idiots) of their true behavior and such. Reminds me of this all over again. So no! I Will not let this happen again. NO WHERE IN YOUR RELIGION GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO TARGET US IN THIS FANDOM. YOUR VIEW IS FAKE NEWS! (Also don’t quote the Bible, cause Bible was written like a fanfiction by people who had no connection to god/goddesses.)
So this my personal experience on this issue. Do I hate religion. No. I think religion is good in helping people better themselves in a spiritual side. However nowhere does religion excuse the amount of judgment a person makes. God/Goddesses love you no matter who you are. If your lgbtq+ they love you. If you believe differently (region wise) they love you. Racially different, you were loved.
Along the line of schools showing porn to children, people who have been found to be false. In elementary all we learned in separate gender classes about what to expect from our body changes. Middle school to high school was about being smart and using protection and about sexual transmitted disease. Nothing bout sexuality. Which was hardly touched on. Nothing pornagraphic! Doubt they are doing that even now! Your proof and reports are in fake reports. So hi. We are calling you out because you’re the reason majority of those who identify as lgbtq+ and such are the target of misinformation and people with dangerous ideology. Ones where many may ender their life due to your comments. To lot worst. So don’t “@“ me. I won’t respond, but will expose you, so people know who not to trust.
I am here to protect my fellow people. You didn’t need to say what you said, because now we all know in a app and fandom surrounded by people of all walks of life. Who we know not to trust. Don’t want to make it politics, well fuck. That was on you when you publicly announced the server. “Don’t like pride on a political commercial” guess what. Many died to make pride to happen. That ain’t political or commercial. That was wanting equality rights. To be allowed to love who they love and not be thrown in jail over it. Gay marriage, I can’t tell you how sad it is that people are so stuck thinking gay marriage ruins those who are straight. It harms no one. You’re the one worrying how it impacts you.
Gender affirming surgery is necessary. I know each state delt with that differently and yes a small percentage detransition. However Majora is medically necessary. Many doctors refuse to do surgery on those who are of teenage, unless parental okay and a clinical counselor signs off it is needed so this person gets ontop of hormone therapy. You facts are incorrect and done by people who have been found incredible.
So go on, play like we don’t know or seen your true shit. Your facts are false. Your language is harmful and we ain’t throwing an tantrum. We are calling you out. Your views are false views based of fake documents. And if your religion truely telling you to discriminated a whole community of folks based of how they are. That ain’t a religion.
Any ways. Enjoy your life. Must be hard to spend so much you life hating people based on fake shit.

Hi my Tumblr Peeps😁I really have been thinking about this...🤔Since I have noticed that this Jujutsu Kaisen fanfic I have written with Gojo, Geto, and Toji, has been pretty successful, I decided that having separate fanfics about all 3 of them will definitely be something to write about, possibly in the near future, which would be my 2nd time writing about them as well, however since I have written about Toji Fushiguro alone and I have completed a written fanfic with Gojo by letting him have his time to shine, now is the time to write about Suguru Geto who is about to be the staring character for this fanfic🎍🎑🎎
*Note: There will be 1 or more long paragraphs in this fanfic with possible pronouns in atleast one of the paragraphs😅
Tumblr media
🐉Now Is The Time To End All Of This Suffering🐉(Suguru Geto x Any Gender Reader)
Genres: Angst and Vengeance (Warning⚠️: Spoilers, Discrimination (against sorcerers), Domestic Violence, Abuse, Language, Mentions of murder, Possible Violence, Death, Murder, Possible blood, and Anything up to the reader's imagination)
After Gojo Satoru and Suguru Geto parted ways from eachother, not only he stopped protecting non sorcerers, while killing the non sorcerers instead, he has also saved the non sorcerers, including the girls who were caged (for stuff they never did) by the non sorcerers. After he saved the girls by killing the non sorcerers (who caged the girls in the first place), then afterwards claimed them as two of his children. As years went by, his hatred for the non sorcerers never went away, while his hatred for them only grew more and more every single day.
One day while Geto was in an rural area in a cherry blossom forest to see about having a relaxing, peaceful and quiet day, then he noticed you were hiding behind a huge cherry blossom tree. Luckily he was alone in this forest (besides you who was hiding behind that tree), which gives him good opportunity to check it out. When you first realized you, he found you, you were frightened of him, as you cried, "Please don't return me to my brother's ex girlfriend! I had to run away! She will kill me for sure! Please don't tell me you're a bounty hunter who kills sorcerers like me!", as you begin to sob. Geto felt sad for you after you told him this, as he then replied, "Who? Me? A bounty hunter who kills sorcerers? Not at all! Do you know who I am? If not, then you will know now, as my name is Suguru Geto. I won't harm you. I assure you, I'm a sorcerer myself. And even, if I was a bounty hunter, why would I kill you. You seem too, kind and lovely, already in first sight.", as he petted your head.
You were hesitant to trust what Geto said, then you felt you had no other choice, so you opened up as you said, "I guess, I will have to trust you, since I have no other option, since you cornered me at the tree. You see, Mr. Geto... Sir... This girl my brother used to date... She treated him horribly after she gave birth to my (niece or nephew)... She makes him spend all his money on her... She was very abusive to him... She even broke his jaw, twice... She knew my brother and I are sorcerers, so she used him for everything she used him for... After she was done using him, she broke up with him over the pettiest reason possible, then got full custody, only because my brother is a sorcerer, while his ex girlfriend is not... Then she tried to make where he would have to use all his money on child support, so she can spend all of the money on herself and nothing on my (neice or nephew) and I know she would spend it all on herself, too... I've seen it myself... Sadly she will always win, because she's a non sorcerer... The only reason why my brother didn't have to pay child support, because I pleaded for her not to, so there was a deal in place where I have to be in trapped in a dungeon cell, in her house, where I only get one meal every two weeks and be a slave here or my brother would have to be in prison for him not paying child support due to him being a sorcerer and since I'm a sorcerer also, I had to makesure, my brother doesn't have to suffer. He pleaded for me to not to do this, however I felt like I had no choice at the time.". He was shocked to hear this as he thought this wasn't making sense, so he asked, "Why did you escape, this dungeon inside her place, then?", as he trying to understand more about the situation and you. You then answered him, "You probably won't believe me... It's because she killed my brother, a year after I agreed to be her slave, then she threatened to turn my (niece or nephew) against me, if I don't do everything she says and me to do, and that includes never having children of my own with anyone one day if I do find a soulmate. She's very toxic and I wasn't sure how much longer I can keep dealing with her drama and her constantly abusing my well-being worser than she did with my brother, including his being... She's the reason why I can't even have a life. I had gave up on myself, because of everything she put my brother through... She ruined my brother's life... She ruined my family's life... She ruined my (niece or nephew)'s life... and she even ruined my life... It's not about what happened to me, as I put myself in a situation where I'm in a dungeon, however she ruined my life, because of everything she has constantly put my brother and my (neice or nephew) through!", then you hugged Geto, as you cried on one of his shoulders.
Geto then said, "Regardless of what decisions you made, you didn't know what was going to happen nor did you know that she would target you and your brother, no matter what you would have done. This is not right that you, your brother, your family, and most of all, your (niece or nephew) has to suffer, just because of you and your brother are sorcerers! I will make damn sure, she never hurts anyone, including you, your family, your (niece or nephew), and any of the other sorcerers, anymore!", as he then hugged you very tightly, as hearing all of this really angered Geto. You then knew he was planning on killing your brother's ex girlfriend for everything she did, so you asked him, if you could join, since you've been wanting to get your revenge on her anyways, which he was perfectly fine with coming with him, no matter the reason, since he already trusts you, anyways.
Later that fateful night, when your brother's ex girlfriend came out looking to hunt you down, since all of her other allies never came back, she found out that all of her other allies are killed off, even the man she cheated on your brother for. The next thing that happened was you snuck in her house you took your (neice or nephew) with you, right after she went out of her house. When she looked behind her, she was gonna kill you, then she realized someone was behind her, as she hears a voice saying, "I wouldn't kill that precious angel, if I were you...", she then looked behind her and there was, an angry, Suguru Geto. She was shocked about it, as she then said, "Who the hell are you?! I have an escaped fugitive to kill, since ((s)he/they) agreed to be my slave, since (Any Gender Reader Name) is a sorcerer like my ex is. They both deserved everything they got! And ((s)he/they) also deserves what ((s)they) will get by my hands, even death! Therefore, since I'm the mom and a non sorcerer, I'm automatically entitled to my fucken child! Not my ex! And certainly I'm entitled to do whatever I fucken want to my ex and his fucken sibling due to the fucken fact that they're sorcerers and I'm not, you fucker!" Geto was more displeased with what she said, so he replied, "Wow... What a horrible mouth you have on you, child... And is this how you talk to me?As in me who's your elder, young lady! And non sorcerers like you are the reasons why I hate non sorcerers! How should I teach a disgusting thing like you, a lesson?" (How Geto kills the brothers ex girlfriend, is up to the reader's imagination).
You came back with your sleeping, (niece or nephew) to watch what Geto did. For your end, it's simple, really... All you wanted for revenge is to take everything away from your brother's ex, even rescuing your (niece or nephew) from her, and you also wanted to watch her suffer, even if it has to be by Geto's hand. So, eversince that day you met him and the night your brother's ex girlfriend was killed by Geto, he made it clear that if you, nor the sorcerers he considers as his children, nor the other sorcerers are not happy for any reason, Geto won't be happy and will kill those who made you, or the sorcerers he considers as his children, or the other sorcerers he had rescued very unhappy in any way possible.
Months went by you became Geto's spouse, as all of the other sorcerers he rescued cheered with glee, especially the sorcerers who were like children to him (which one of them is holding your (niece or nephew)), as they're very happy for both you and Geto, especially with the fact that both you and Geto are finally married to eachother. Thanks to Geto, you were able to escape the nightmare that you used to fell obligated to live in, to be able to have a peaceful and wonderful life... And to also have a happy ending.
🐉The End🐉
I do hope you enjoyef the fanfic my Tumblr Peeps😃👍I have been working on this fanfic with atleast a couple to a few other fanfics (as well), while my mind did got really clouded up yesterday evening, where I couldn't come up with alot of ideas at that very same evening, so writing this fanfic the way I did, was pretty much a few of those idea I could come with😅 For any1 upset in anyway about the ideas I put in this fanfic with Geto, then I do apologize, as my mind was really clouded due to private stuff that happened yesterday evening before I even realized it got clouded to the point of not being able to focus on alot of ideas at the moment which I honestly am upset with myself with my mind being clouded like that😅 So, I figured out these fun ideas in for this fanfic, because hopefully after this fanfic, my mind will no longer be, as clouded as it was, to the point I can focus on putting extra ideas for the other fanfics I'm currently working on😃👍In the meantime, I honestly hope this fanfic with Geto puts a smile on your face, my Tumblr Peeps😁👍

Okay, so I just rewatched S1 of Loki. And since the last time I watched, so many opinions of mine have changed. Instead of focusing all on Lokius and their character arcs, I went into this viewing instead looking at Sylvie, completely throwing my initial dislike of her out the window to be unbiased.
And MAN, am I glad I did that. Because I connected to Sylvie on a WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL.
In my eyes, I see her as a trans allegory. Lokis are usually genderfluid, right? I mean, that's the impression I get - our main 2012 Loki, who's only difference from the Sacred Timeline was escaping with the Tesseract, is classified as genderfluid. And that makes perfect sense, he's a shapeshifter and all that, yadda yadda stuff that's already been said, love it.
But here's the thing. The thing that made Sylvie a Variant, to our knowledge, was that "she is a woman!" So, let's think about this for a second. She's different because she's STRICTLY a woman. Not genderfluid. She/her in her bio. And it finally clicked for me that she's... trans. Literally trans. AND THATS WHAT GETS HER ARRESTED BY THE TVA! She wasn't the right gender, she dared to do something nobody wanted her to. She was different, unexpected... a Variant. And she had to be annihilated because of that.
I know, I know, I'm just stating what all of us already know, we KNOW thats why she was arrested. But you have to actually think past the annoying "oohhh she's the only girl Loki great original idea Marvel" in order to sympathize with her character, because she is VERY sympathizable.
She's literally just a kid, living as her truest self. She's ripped from her family by essentially the government of the universe. She's taken to a trial that nobody walks away from innocent. But Sylvie is different. Lokis are the definition of chaos, the unexpected, defiance. And she's the most defiant of all, because she defied even the preset she was given as a physical person. Nah, she didn't want to be a man or even nonbinary. She was a woman, and they wouldn't let her be. That wasn't allowed. They would hunt her down just for fucking existing in a way that didn't match up with their perception of Lokis.
Her entire life was fighting against a system that wanted her dead. They would rather have order and their precious little clean, easy system (that in reality is harder to maintain than letting people be free) than to let her just fucking exist as she wanted to.
The resentment grows. Of course you want to take down the entire system. Of course you want to burn it all down. Because not only did the government hunt you down, they had already hunted down an infinite number of people just like you. People who didn't find happiness in what was force-fed to them. People who didn't want to tread down the only path provided.
Isn't that what all of us people in the LGBTQ+ community want? To tear the system to pieces, to start over anew? I mean, that's what I want. Because it's flawed right to the very core - at least, where I'm from (the USA), it is. It was made to keep rich, white cishet men in power. A system built from discrimination and power-hoarding cannot be reformed. And even if you tried, it would take too long. It HAS taken too long, and it's cost countless innocents their lives.
You can't undo all that trauma instantaneously. Of course Sylvie would burn it all down. Of course she would kill He Who Remains. Of course she wouldn't want the TVA to keep existing. Yes, there are people in the TVA now that want to change it for the better. Yes, she needs to open her heart and realize burning it down doesn't fix everything. Because you can't rip everything to shreds and not create something new in its place. Fighting tyranny doesn't just end with kicking the dictator out of power - you have to set fair rules to prevent the same thing or worse happening again.
I understand why she didn't want to come back. She had fulfilled what she thought was her only purpose, and finally settled down into the life she utterly deserves. But her story isn't over yet. She can be at peace with having created a new world in which the tyranny is over. In which everyone makes their own choices. In which she can be a woman and never fear time itself imploding. It's just hard to let go of something you've been holding onto for so long. You've been fighting to keep yourself alive and true, and it's hard to accept when maybe... you are winning.
You are not a Loki because you are Sylvie. You broke your guidelines so deeply that you are your own person. There is nobody like you because deep in your very soul, you are the truest Loki to ever exist. You defy. You survive. You and your glorious purpose, to smile and know you are a woman and nobody can tell you any differently. You are exactly whatever you choose to be.
THATS NOT EVEN ALL OF IT THOUGH. THERE'S MORE. And yes, it's about our main Loki and Sylvie's relationship.
I'll come right out of the gate: I've been a Lokius shipper since literal day 1, and nothing will ever change that. I don't ship Sylki and I never will, end of story. I don't see them as romantic at all. What I DO see, however, is looking yourself in the mirror and feeling love for yourself, having survived everything and still more. Let me explain what I mean.
The whole first season, Loki gets to know Sylvie and more of her backstory. And obviously they have the fun dynamic of being two "Lokis" (I hesitate calling Sylvie a Loki anymore) because they're both insanely arrogant and backstabby, yadda yadda. But Loki becomes fonder of Sylvie. Why?
Because they see this other version of themself that went through something so similar yet so incredibly different than them. They are still genderfluid - and bisexual - and they went through that journey of self discovery. They realized they didn't exactly fit the mold, classic trans story. But the difference is that while their family came to accept that and they got to live their life as themself, they see this distorted mirror of what could've been. They see a life where Odin and Frigga didn't accept them. They see the life they were lucky to escape, a life of hardship and a battle they never had to fight.
Sylvie was so brave. But she's been broken time and time again, and she's lonely, and she's never had anyone to care about her. It's you. She's alone and you've just been told by an old friend that you will be alone until the end of time. That you are unlovable. You are the same. You feel so much empathy and you realize something important.
You're looking at this beautiful person. A person who has endured so much pain, and she is beautiful because she is herself. She fought so hard to exist and she has never had a win and she's never had anyone who ever truly understood her. She is you but not you because she is herself.
It's a similar feeling to looking into a mirror and seeing yourseld as a child. Different but the same. Your lives as a whole are completely different. But you still face the same issues. You look in the mirror and the other you is broken. The other you, just like you, thinks they are unlovable.
But you know what they are going through. And you love them more than anyone ever could. You understand more than anyone ever could.
As someone who is on the aroace spectrum and struggles to parse if I'm feeling romantic or platonic feelings (I won't even get into that), I see the Sylki kiss as a complicated but understandable action. The idea of feeling romantic feelings towards yourself is something unfathomable as nothing really can equate to it in our world. I won't get into the morality of it, because honestly, the answer to that is completely based on subjective opinion, since it's an abstract concept. Anyways, my point.
My POINT is that Loki has a lot of feelings and doesn't really know how to express them. Also, like, I'm pretty sure Sylvie only kissed him because she wanted to trick him into letting his guard down to kick him back to the TVA lollll.
As for the end of S2? Well, after the incredible mind-boggling Ep4, I have no idea what way the plot will turn from here. But as for character arcs, I think Sylvie will come to realize that this new TVA can be a force for good. With a new code for keeping the timeline safe from multiverse jumpers who wish the conquer multiple planes - AHEM Kang or others -, and NO PRUNING INNOCENT TIMELINES, why not keep it around? It's a whole different system at that point. It's no longer forcing people to be exactly as intended. It let's them live out their lives however they want to, safe from existential threats.
Sylvie can sit in the back of her truck looking up at the stars in her McDonald's uniform, breathing in fresh air, and thinking about how good it is to be no longer the only one like her.

Alex Bollinger at LGBTQ Nation:
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) claims that she tried to have transphobic wrapping paper made but that the vendors she contacted refused to make it because it was “offensive.” Mace, who has been making headlines for the past month because of her crusade against Rep.-elect Sarah McBride (D-DE), the first trans person elected to Congress, posted on social media that she tried to get wrapping paper made, presumably to sell to raise campaign funds. She posted a picture of the wrapping paper and it had a pattern that alternated between a graphic that reads, “No [picture of balls] in our stalls,” and her campaign logo. “My team just informed me that no company would make this wrapping paper for us because it’s too ‘offensive,'” she wrote. “What I find offensive is men in women’s bathrooms.”
[...] Mace has been using transphobia to build her political career since before she was elected to Congress. In her first campaign for Congress, she made up a law that she claimed required “transgender equality in the military,” said that her Democratic opponent was responsible for it, and said that it would result in a Marine Corps base in her district getting shut down. It was all a lie – there was no such law and the Marine base is still in operation today – but it helped her secure her seat in Congress.
In her second run for Congress, she accused her opponent of providing “SEX CHANGE SURGERY. PUBERTY BLOCKERS. GENDER CHANGING HORMONES. FOR CHILDREN?” in an ad, even though her opponent was a doctor who worked at a hospital that didn’t provide gender-affirming care for trans people at all. Her opponent was forced to resign from her job. Mace has a poor record on LGBTQ+ rights in Congress, getting scores of 15 and 14 out of 100 on HRC’s Congressional Scorecard, and she even voted against the Equality Act, which would ban discrimination against LGBTQ+ people at the federal level, and against reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act because it would give some protections to transgender inmates. In her effort to stop McBride from using the women’s restrooms at the Capitol, Mace has referred to McBride as “it” and as a “man.” She has also started selling anti-trans t-shirts and said that it’s “offensive” that McBride thinks she’s “equal” to other congresswomen.
Anti-trans extremist Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC)’s plans to see transphobic Christmas holiday wrapping paper went up in smoke.

An intact white male went to a Korean spa and wanted access to the space for nude women, was denied, found another spa that was trans inclusive and is still suing the first spa.
A man who identifies as transgender has filed a legal complaint against a New Jersey sauna over “discrimination” on the basis of gender identity.
Alexandra “Allie” Goebert was denied access to the women’s section of King Spa & Sauna in Palisades Park on the basis of his sex, a move he claims was a violation of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD).
Tumblr media
Goebert, who is a US Army Veteran and law school graduate, filed the complaint to the state’s Department of Law and Public Safety on October 7, 2022 over the incident, which he states occurred last year on August 14. Goebert also is the owner of White Crow Martial Arts, located in Watertown, New York, where he teaches the Korean combat sport of taekwondo.
King Spa & Sauna is a facility inspired by the Korean jimjilbang, a sex-segregated public bathhouse intended for rejuvenation and health benefits. Bathing areas are sex-segregated as they are intended to be used nude. The spa’s website makes specific note of this custom.
“If you are K-spa newbie and uncomfortable being nude, you could skip the bath house. Change to the Spa uniform in the locker room and go straight to the saunas. For bath house users, you must be fully nude,” it advises.
Tumblr media
According to the complaint, Goebert was issued a “male token” when he arrived at King Spa & Sauna, “which did not align with [his] gender identity.” Additionally, Goebert alleges that he was asked whether he had undergone genital surgery by a staff member who stated, “Have you changed your front?” to which he replied, “No.”
In accordance with the facility’s policy, Goebert was told he was prohibited from entering the women’s section, where female patrons made use of the hot tubs and wet saunas, because “those areas required nudity.”
Instead, the complaint states, Goebert was told to use the co-ed areas, which required that guests be clothed. Dissatisfied with being denied entry to the area where women were undressed, Goebert complained. The General Manager then issued him a refund and asked him to leave the premises.
According to the legal claim documents, the general manager of King Spa & Sauna is alleged to have failed “to accommodate Complainant so she could use the facilities in accordance with her gender identity.” As compensation, Goebert “requests whatever relief is provided by the law, including, but not limited to, affirmative relief, and compensatory damages for economic loss, humiliation, mental pain and suffering.”
Goebert took to social media to complain about being denied access to areas where women and girls were undressed. In a Facebook post, Goebert suggested he would instead frequent a different facility, Island Spa & Sauna, as an alternative to King Spa. Goebert claims to have reached out directly to Island Spa in one comment, saying, “I have spoken with them personally and they’re trans-welcoming.”
According to admission policies posted on Island Spa’s website, “All guests, including transgender guests, have the right to access the spa in a manner consistent with their gender identity and gender expression.”
The company further implies that any patrons who object to the presence of a man in a women’s section of the spa may be removed from the premises. “We expect all members, regardless of gender identity, to show respect for others so that all members may have a peaceful and pleasant experience.”
“We have a body-positive and accepting environment; respect your fellow bather and help us to create a safe and welcoming environment for guests of all gender, race and body types. Island Spa & Sauna has the right to remove any guest found to be in violation of these policies,” the website states.
Additionally, rules regarding the bathing area explicitly stipulate that nudity is a requirement: “Bathing suits and clothing are not allowed in the bathing area. Traditional Korean Spas require all guests to be fully nude in our gender separated bathhouses.”
Tumblr media
A woman who was a regular patron of Island Spa told Reduxx that she, and several of her acquaintances, would no longer visit the sauna out of fear for their privacy and safety. The woman, who has requested to remain anonymous, pointed out that Asian women in particular were “horrified” to learn of the self-identification policy.
“It fills me with dread knowing this fetishist is going to be there and we wouldn’t know when. I am never going there again. I am absolutely concerned about other women and girls. My circle is mainly Asian women and everyone was horrified to hear about it. We won’t be going there now,” she said.
“Why should a naked man be in there with the women at all? We don’t care about his gender identity. He can always use the co-ed section. Why does he want to be where women and girls are naked? The spa is used by teen girls, too.”
Island Spa’s admission policy allows access to children over the age of 10 on a regular basis, and hosts “family days” once per month which permit entry to children under the age of 10 years old.
Goebert’s Instagram profile reveals that he follows a range of fetish-related accounts.
Among them are women’s lingerie company Honey Birdette and sex toy retailer Wet For Her. Hashtags followed by Goebert include “lesbian”, “boyinadress”, “menindresses”, and the misspelled “nuedisnormal”, which features photos of naked or nearly-naked women, often in sexualized poses.
On Twitter, Goebert has stated that he has not had any genital surgery, and clarified that he has no intention to do so in the future.
Tumblr media
Goebert’s legal claim comes as “gender identity” policies allowing adult men into areas of undress designated for women and children are coming under national scrutiny. This week, news reports circulated revealing that a trans-identified male is facing multiple indecent exposure charges after repeatedly stripping down in the women’s locker room at a YMCA in Xenia, Ohio, including when minors were present.
In January, a young woman became the target of trans activist vitriol after she took to a city council meeting in Santee, California, to report that she had seen a male in the YMCA locker rooms. 17-year-old Rebecca Phillips teared up as she recounted her experience at the January 11 meeting, stating she had seen “a naked male in the women’s locker room.”
Christynne Lili Wrene Wood, 66, announced publicly that he was the man that Phillips had been referring to in her testimony. Reduxx would later find that Wood had a disturbing social media history that included posting photos of little girls he compared himself to.
In 2021, another Korean spa in the United States became a flashpoint for debates on gender ideology after a trans-identified sex offender had been granted access to the women’s facilities.
Wi Spa, a jimjilbang-style establishment in Los Angeles, California, was the subject of international attention after a video recorded by a female patron went viral on social media. In the video, the woman confronts spa staff because of a nude male who was exposing himself in front of women and girls in the women’s changing room.
The incident was initially dismissed as a “transphobic” hoax by progressive commentators, but would later be verified by police who issued a warrant for the arrest of Darren Agee Merager, a registered sex offender. Merager was arrested in December of 2022.

Hello, that "creepy" question about if you have kids was me, a bit of an incomplete thought on my part so my apologies. I really do not care personally how many kids you have if any at all. I was asking this as I have others IN REAL LIFE because multiple times in the past, you seemed a bit defensive of Gen at times when it came to questions about her parenting.
I saw your comments prior to them being deleted and that of the other user's. Frankly, I think you missed their overall point. Generally you don't miss the mark with Gen but when it comes to the kids and what is being shared, you sometimes word things in a way that makes me think "hmmm, maybe this person doesn't have children", almost a bit more clinical than not. That's 💯 okay but there are some differences in how parents versus non parents speak when it comes to any topic pertaining to children. Yes, Gen overshares like you said and the other user was aware he was "overwhelmed with love"... but also aware he seemed upset about Jared seemingly departing to film Fire Country.
I get we all have bad days or moments we feel like being bitchy or petty or whatever. Personally, I think your answer was at best a knee jerk reaction and that is generous. I know you've disagreed with this user in the past multiple times, and it is your right to block whoever you want. Calling her and the others you've blocked bigots is a stretch at best and frankly is a statement you are making because you got heated and probably still are. According to Oxford languages, a bigot is "a person who is obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion or faction, especially one who is prejudiced against or antagonistic toward a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group." (Hence the last 9 words and is the point of my sharing this definition word for word from a quick Google search).
Yes, she stuck to her guns and may have come across as stubborn for not agreeing with you but a bigot? Please refrain from calling people bigots until you see actual proof they're discriminating against someone based on their socioeconomic class, race, political group, sex or gender, etc. I think based on your last few posts going back to that post, the one clutching their pearls is in fact you. Your followers may not agree but I believe you should do some self reflecting before you call others bigots simply because they disagreed with you and stuck to their guns.
That question about the photo was NOT that other user you think it was you were going back and forth with, nor was the post asking if you've had kids. Both of those were me in fact on my main account. I went anonymous merely for the sake of encouraging possible discussions maybe without biases attached based on who it is coming from. It has absolutely nothing to do with being a coward or hiding. I've sent you other asjs in the past anonymously for the purpose of encouraging some more in depth conversations.
I promise you, I have absolutely no qualms with saying or asking unpleasant things to people right to their face, even if they blow up in my face in the flesh. That is just how I roll, I believe in giving it straight even if people get their panties bunched up over it. Frankly, I liked your page because you often come across as someone who can be welcoming to others' opinions. I do have to ask, why does it matter whether someone is right winged or left winged for why they dislike Gen? We can unite on our opinions of something or someone regardless of our backgrounds or other views. I thought this was how you felt too but perhaps I was wrong. Before you go calling people bigots for disagreeing with you, perhaps you should rethink some of your statements.
You are again free to write what you want and block who you want on your page. I wanted to just clarify my intentions and reasoning on why I sent those asks. This isn't me wanting to start an argument or be rude, this is merely me saying do a little more self reflecting on things.
Whew…I have been putting this off, as I’ve already mentioned, just due to being busy and overwhelmed with life but also because I didn’t even know where to start.
Buckle up, reader, this is going to be a ride. It’s probably not what you expected when I said I was going to respond to a blog who had been throwing my name around, but I will get to that later.
I’m going to begin with a timeline of how we got here, Khalaseer7. I bet you will disagree or deny from wherever you are, but that part isn’t important to me. I will answer some of your questions on my way to a big finish where I will address the remaining…claims…in this ask directly.
A couple weeks ago, I mentioned having been followed and reblogged by some “right-wing” blogs that I didn’t want to be associated with (link). After their interactions with my blog, I had looked at their blogs and found content that I just outright didn’t want to be connected to, so I blocked them. Not everyone has to run their blog that way, but I do. If you’re out there pushing a MAGA agenda and spewing misogynist and anti-trans rhetoric on your blog, for some examples, I don’t want you sharing my content. We are not cool with each other. That’s just how I feel. I don’t believe that your interest in anti-gen content should preclude you from criticism and/or consequences for your dangerous takes. I don’t need friends that badly.
I don’t feel like it’s my job to kindly interact with blogs who display hateful content. I’m not a peacemaker in that way. That’s not what I’m here for and I don’t believe that entertaining oppressive ideas with openness, especially on this type of platform, ever brings about the types of change that I would want to see. I’m a firm believer in the quote by Desmond Tutu: “If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.”
I hope that answers one your main questions, Khalaseer7.
But there’s actually a bit more to the above linked post than meets the eye. This ask about witchcraft clearly had an agenda, because a nearly identical ask showed up on another blog.
Let’s call that blog, Blue (because even though that blog has called me out by my name, I’m not interested in doing the same to them, and a pseudonym feels like I’m drawing less attention to them and therefore not giving them what they so desperately want)…Blue and I had some chats via dm previously and had overall cordial interactions. But in their response to their witchcraft anon, they took issue with MY response and felt called to defend themselves:
Tumblr media
I had gotten the feeling through my interactions with Blue that they wanted to provide me with their own research in the hopes that I would post about it, but it usually wasn’t topics in which I had much interest so we chatted a bit but that was the end of it. Sometimes anons in my inbox seemed to mirror my conversations with Blue. Almost as if they were baiting me to continue the conversation outside of private messages. It doesn’t feel like a stretch to me to say that witchcraft was a topic of THEIR interest that they were hoping I would help them launch. And when that didn’t work, they or a buddy or a sock account supplied their blog with their own ask.
Now, why would one take personal offense to my response and feel compelled to defend their political leanings for several paragraphs (which I won’t be including) if they didn’t write the ask? Hmmmm 🤔 🙄
To clear it up now, Blue was NOT one of the blogs to which I was referring when I said “right-wing.” Blue did, however, entertain one of those right-wing blogs’ ideas about how Out Youth, the Austin LGBTQ+ non-profit org, “grooms” children. This far-right blog believes that Gen forces Jared to interact with Out Youth and can’t fathom a world where Jared would support LGBTQ+ causes of his own free will. Let’s call that blog Thor. (Not going to link or screenshot the post…too gross and not enough room.) Grooming on the part of the LGBTQ+ community or drag artists is a baseless claim rooted only in hatred and bigotry. It’s not something to invite more conversation around. But Blue did just that:
Tumblr media
(And by the way, those “facts and logic” around the grooming allegations were never presented by either party. At least not in the reblogs where it would matter. Just a bunch of anti-trans generalizations…aka bigotry.)
Also on 8/23, I responded to this anon (link) that resulted in a back-and-forth in the notes (summarized in this link) with a blog we will call Other Blocked Blog, or OBB for short. That exchange was quickly followed by the ask about whether or not I have children (link) for which Khalaseer7 is now taking credit in the above ask received on 8/28.
(For full context, on 8/24 I used the word “bigot” to describe some blogs which will come up later (link) as it is referenced by Khalaseer7.)
On 9/4, I had not yet been able to respond to Khalaseer7 and I was directed by a mutual to the following anon on Blue’s blog:
Tumblr media
Lol, this is so transparent and childish.
When that didn’t get a response out of me either, Blue and her crew/sock accounts continued the conversation the next day with this more detailed critique of me and arrogant praise for themselves:

Hey real quick, how does one be “CIVIL” and have “sound reasoning” for anti-trans beliefs? Or for dangerous, unsubstantiated beliefs that accuse people of grooming children? If it sounds civil and sound to you, that’s because you agree. It’s not because you’re such a benevolent good listener who values unity. Hop off your high horse made of love and light.
And now we’re all caught up…
Khalaseer7 is an admitted sock account, per their own admission all the way back at the top of this post, but they have left me several clues to their identity/main account.
Spoiler alert: It’s none other than Blue.
I know this because of the writing style/length, the propensity for using the dictionary as smug proof as evidenced in several of Blue’s posts, and most significantly both Khalaseer7 and Blue referring to me as defensive as the basis of their critique while also hiding behind a persona of good-vibes-only. And then there’s the major clue in the username itself. A seer is exactly how Blue describes themselves on their main blog: a person who uses divination.
Khalaseer7 is Blue. Hey girl! 👋🏼
Let’s try to wrap this up, Khala-Blue. You’ve had enough of my time:
1. If you did not care about how many kids I do or do not have then you would not have asked. You had an agenda with that question. So own it. Stop hiding behind disingenuous niceties and “curiosity.”
2.) I’m not “defensive.” I’m everything that you wish you were: factual and logical in my responses. I pay attention to tangible patterns and practice emotion regulation when coming to conclusions. I don’t swing a pendulum or ask Posiedon. (That’s a clue. If you know, you know.) Since you like the Oxford dictionary so much, here it is again from another “quick Google search,” no less: To be defensive is described as very anxious towards challenge or to avoid criticism; self-justifying or oversensitive.
I think the word you were looking for is “discerning,” but I think that’s a new one for you.
3.) I didn’t miss the point of OBB’s argument. They presented assumptions and projections as facts, to which I provided a counter-argument. Your condescension when stating that there are differences between how parents and non-parents speak about issues pertaining to children is noted. And to use your words: that’s 💯 okay. But what you’re describing is merely “bias”…and parental bias doesn’t mean that you or OBB was correct. In fact, you’re still assuming that Jared was leaving in that photo based on nothing more than confirmation bias. Because where exactly was it confirmed to be a photo of Jared leaving for filming?
(Answer: Nowhere)
4.) You can keep your so-called generosity in calling me knee-jerk in using the word “bigot.” I’ve already explained where I stand on this in the first couple paragraphs of this response. Even bigot-adjacent is too close for me.
OBB had come in my notes with her own unearned confidence and borderline disrespectful sarcasm more than once, and I wasn’t interested in providing a space for it to continue. So she was blocked. Before that though, I peeked at her blog and saw this reblog:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The OP shared a question from a recent con in which the guys are asked hypothetically who they would want to play them if Sam and Dean were gender-swapped in an episode. And OP was celebrating Jared’s response.
The first reblog is the anti-LGBTQ blog from earlier, your pal Thor, who has misunderstood the question and Jared’s answer completely having been blinded by their ultra conservative lens. It’s a hypothetical, innocuous question that, to me and my lens, seems to be attempting to be outside of the box for the purpose of keeping the cons interesting. And would you look at that? That’s not me clutching my pearls in the thread, Khala-Blue, that’s you! You’re the one I’ve smudged out in blue responding affirmatively to Thor’s rantings and egging it on. “Yeah! Stop catering to those people and their woke bullshit!” (Is the woke bullshit in the room with us??) And I can only assume that OBB agrees with you and Thor as she is reblogging without comment.
These were the connected dots I was referring to and no one was called a bigot only because they disagreed with me or “stuck to their guns.” I had planned to keep all of this to myself, but since you presumed to know my train of thought, I’m here with proof to clarify. You don’t know nearly as much as you so confidently claim. Please keep that in mind the next time you try not to be rude while also calling someone a defensive fence-sitter who needs to reevaluate their thought processes.
I don’t need to rethink a single thing or self-reflect around this particular issue. Your arrogance knows no bounds with all your polite little suggestions. I’ll repeat: Bigot-adjacent is too close for me. You’re not honoring diversity or building unity as you think you are. You are merely empowering oppressive language and ideals. No one needs that kind of faux “diversity.” If you’re making a space where people feel comfortable regurgitating hateful misinformation, then I don’t want to be in that space and I don’t want you in mine.
Cope how you need to.
5.) Finally, thank you for confirming that you’ve tried to manipulate my content both in my dm’s and my inbox so that you could riff off of it and generate your own blog activity. I always knew it, but this validation is a bonus. I’m honestly glad that you’ve decided to try your hand at your own anti-Gen posts that speak to your individual concerns. Let’s keep it that way and keep my name out of your mouth from now on, whether that be on your main or any sock account you create.
