all the discussion about the gods and what medusa talks to percy about in the kitchen - YES MAKE ME HATE THEM!! All of this is adding up to lukes motivations making so much sense in the end

ALSO!! Them harkening back to sallys line in the first episode when she tells percy that not all heroes look like heroes and not all monsters look like monsters - they brought it back so perfectly. Percy wanting to trust medusa because of what his mom said, medusa calling Poseidon a monster, ALL OF IT is so good

When theyre down in the basement and grover puts on the shoes and then just fucking. Flies away and disappears into the darkness yelling a little. and annabeth and percy just kind of helplessly watch him go before being like - welp i guess that plans not working. That was peak comedy

them using annabeths hat on medusa and then using it to kill alecto THEY WERE SO SMART FOR THAT!!! Also percy just the invisible severed head was a hilarious concept to me

when percy suggests burying the hat in the ground with the hat on to make sure no one bad finds it and annabeth just!!! Agrees!!! And then grover has to be like no that hats important to her its a gift from her mother!!! And then percys like well we’ll find another solution then. That whole scene was good yes i liked that

also annabeth revealing that grover was her protector too and percy asks about it and grover just changes the subject and doesnt answer. He is the KING of avoidance

also grover finally interrupting annabeth and percy when they start fighting and giving his whole speech about getting along. That wouldve felt a little cheesy and preachy and out of place from anyone else but considering grover tried to get them to sing the consensus song a few hours earlier i fully believe that he would say that

Honestly, why does Marcy from Amphibia seem more sympathic and good character than Stolas? Like she's willing to atone for her actions but Stolas isn't, and blames it all on the people who "hurt him" how senstive is this prince???

Marcy's actually been a big inspriation for the OC I ship Blitzø with, I don't know I think if Marcy was in the same age group as Blitzø I'd would ship them 1000x over the trash that is Stoliz ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ with other shps like BlitzFizz (+ Ozzie maybe?) or BlitzStrike being my other options...

P.S. Marcy is a lot more relatable and simply adorable (and her voice actress nailed her personality for me) compared to Stolas and his ugly-ass face and overly-dramatic songs :( why are kids shows better written than adult shows (there are a few good ones out there like Final Space or Disenchantment tho, or even Inside Job)

While I think they forgave her a little fast, I agree completely that compared to Stolas, Marcy is a much more likable character and a better written one.

Shamura set their clergy on fire by accident under the crown of war & wisdom, begging for the fire to stop when it was already in motion, accidentally killing the rest of the pastors and cardinals inside ,, remaining as the only bishop left (do you see what i did there) (get it? Because in catholicism theres bishops and thats me saying shamura earned the bishop title in the clergy and- sorry ill take my leave) so they flee after their family attempted to crucify them & lobotomize them

Now for heket,, heket USED to be a really cheerful girl,, she was very likable and she had a lot of hobbies. It wasnt until the day that absolutely ruined her life; the only woman who bothered to raise her, her grandmother, dying of illness

Her other siblings take hekets savings fund from her dead dad after she was busy mourning (so really all just a big hoax to distract heket and rob her)

She loses all hope for pursuing the dreams she wanted

Finds the crown of famine and leaves her town & family to starve, robbing them of her resources like how they did her (even the innocent folk who didnt know heket,, all died from starvation)

So when shes lived alone in the woods for the past three months she gets founded by the bishop of pestillence and bishop of war & wisdom ,, aka kallamar & shamura ,, the first contact shes had with two people in 90 days. She attempted to kill them , but thankfully for shamuras helping hand in fighting they were quick to stop her ,, thats really where the bishop family began when heket was the third sister to be found (while leshy and narinder have Completely different stories compared to the other three)

In a sense they all had that one thing in common by running away from their hometowns,, eventually creating the five colonies together nd waiting for the next two crown bearers left (chaos & death)

QUEEN, YOURE BETTER THAN THIS. genuinely tho- nakaba try not to make all your characters pedos challenge (impossible). there are literally so many other ways in which Jericho could have ended up in a similar situation, but nakaba really just chose pedophilia? it couldve been something along the same lines just without the romantic attraction!! a family bond can be just as strong- and it couldve been something like her losing Lancelot or in some other way letting him down, and then thinking that he despises her and holds onto that grudge (which, judging his character it wouldve probably been a small spat that he got over) - but maybe Jericho didnt understand that, or wasnt ready to face him, expecting him to be livid - so she asked for an alternative reality where that didnt happen and they got along great as sister/brother or master/trainee. i wouldnt put Jericho past being so stubborn that she wouldnt believe when Lance would say that he forgave her, and then boom!! same set-up, just without the nasty pedophilia!!

ON THE NOTE OF WHICH- (theres so much of that garbage in nakaba's writing, fucks sake) - i genuinely hate the whole thing happening with Guinevere. the whole non-consensual kiss from a 12 year old to a 16 year old (ewwwww) is one thing, but then when Lance is reflecting on that interaction and he SMILES????

you have no idea how much this panel killed me to see. Lancelot youre better than this,,,, 4 years is not a big age difference when youre in your 30's, but when youre 16???? please,,,, cmon now,,,

Honestly anon fucking preach lol, that’s my thoughts on it!! I don’t think you phrased anything mean, I get the passion behind it comes from an important place! I tend to really bristle at any women being portrayed as stupid, even when it’s done in a cutesy (read: patronizing lol) manner.

NOW I can get behind a one liner joke like “aww she’s so stupid” about any of the yjs bc they ALL have their dumb moments, usually around EMOTIONAL intelligence! But I know what you’re talking about and I’ve seen it too—portraying her or describing her as likable but fucking dumber than a rock is honestly more annoying to me than the evil genius mastermind take most of the time.

It isn’t supported by anything we have of her character. There’s even a BIG point made with Shauna’s hallucination of her, where Shauna recognizes this sort of unfair impulse to jump to diminishing Jackie’s intelligence. I think that shauna simply feels like she needs one thing that’s just hers, one thing that she’s better at, and in her mind intelligence is the only option. But even she recognizes that’s bullshit. I think that yes shauna is framed as more book-smart than Jackie (honestly shauna is framed as the most book-smart, probably tied with Taissa) but we actually know very little of Jackie’s academic achievement, so it’s sort of up in the air.

But as far as day to day intelligence, I don’t think we’re meant to think Jackie is stupid. If anything, I think the lack of woods participation (which, as you said, is fucking depression and suicidality and fear) can be interpreted negatively as laziness, if one is inclined to interpret it negatively, or a fear of failure, more so than stupidity.

To each their own, I don’t think sort of notably off characterization is malicious unless the person is being cruel about it, but yeah I get annoyed and tend to click away lol and I do think there’s a lot lot lot of misogyny that infiltrates some popular jackie takes.

a lot of detective shows (or like. shows in general) will kind of have an implicit moral to them. like columbo, poker face, and knives out have themes that are generally pro-working class. but sometimes they'll have one random really specific moral that would be easy to ignore if it was just one episode, but you kinda notice it when its in like. every other episode. like we've all noticed that columbo is like. pro-smoking right? the people who have a problem with columbo smoking are generally stuffy out of touch and wealthy characters (and often the murderers) while characters who are meant to be likable or murderers who are meant to be more sympathetic will often be fellow smokers.

anyway that wasnt what i was originally making this post about i just sorta remembered that. this is all just to say that i feel like house md is kind of pro-cheating. i dont even really disagree with it or the way its portrayed or anything its just that like after having only seen a few episodes i feel like its really consistent about sympathetically portraying people who cheat on their partners. houses' rare acts of actual kindness are often him helping people who've cheated keep it a secret from their partners. the episode where they diagnose someone's wife by concluding that she probably contracted an sti from someone other than her husband and her husband suddenly being more upset about that than the fact that she might die and cameron straight up telling him that he is in fact a terrible person for feeling that way. i just think its kind of interesting idk

Vampire Knight: Personal thoughts

I just watched the vampire knight series, so here's my honest review. I really liked it. I guess you just have to be the target audience. Beware of spoilers!

Vampire knight quickly became one of my obsessions lmfao I'm very thankful to my friend for putting me on it. I was crazy about it in 2021 but I never found the time to read the manga. Read tons of comments stating how boring the show is.. For me the first few episodes got me hooked on insanely fast. I was really invested, kept me wanting to watch more and more... It was hard having to control myself to not watch more than 3 eps a day lmfao. Some things aren't explained as well as others, often left me confused and having to pause to think on it. The story is well written and the plot twists were cool. I like that the story takes place in a high school (ignoring the fact that it was pointless). A school was founded with the purpose of fostering harmony between vampires and humans, however, the humans are completely unaware that the students in the night class are vampires?! I guess the explanation is that vampires must learn to not to feed off humans?? Very misleading, but whatever.

I LOVE the art style, it's very beautiful. I didn't quite like how lazily the story progressed in the anime. It felt like 20 filler episodes and 4 eps in which the main plot is actually dug into. At the end Yuki suddenly had to come to her true self, a pureblood princess. It's then revealed that some evil vampire wants to drink her blood. It's also revealed that Kaname is her brother and long destined husband. She had to quickly reconcile with the facts in the last 4 episodes.. The ending really got my heart racing. It's frustrating how Kaname made Yuki rely on him to a large extent, only to suddenly abandon her while she's getting hunted by the evil vampire guy. I suppose he knew Zero had to kill him, but still... What ifff.. maybe only this time there wasnt this unnecessary edging talk and he actually bit her?!?

During the whole anime, Yuki was really out of touch with the outside world. She is cherished and protected, but definitely not an independent woman. Very bubbly, happy and in the same time idiotic. All she desires is to uncover the secrets of her past. Kind of plain and boring. Maybe if she wasn't just a walking blood bank for Zero, but an actual useful character the show would've been even more likable. A strong man like zero has 2 powerful guns to protect the day students from vampires... And a braindead kawaii girl like Yuki... got a metal rod?? She's physically incapable of defending herself, let alone protect another. I sympathized with Yuki as she constantly tries to assist my king Zero (u can tell i resonate with him by the way i talk about him lmfao) in overcoming his vampire instincts, but he refuses to confide in her and instead distances himself. He's probably the most interesting character from the series. Born in a family of vampire hunters. Bro's hatred of vampires comes from his parents deaths. Murdered by a pureblood that took his twin brother away. He's also turned into a vampire in the same night. Zero is what he despises. I felt bad for him when all sorts of awful things happened to him. There was no decrease in Zero's suffering as the story unfolded, displaying somewhat of emotional growth and realization while Yuki persisted in her immaturity and sought affection and protection without recognizing her true needs. Zero felt completely shattered and broken over his loss of Yuki and everyone he cared for that when she finally came to him and told him that the old Yuki was eaten by the vampire part of her, he felt like he had no choice but to cling on whatever glimmer of light was left in his world. Knowing he was not her first choice only intensified his anguish. He is torn between adoring her and resenting her, a decision that surely brings him more pain..

Kaname and Zero are simply not on the same level. Kaname is a pureblood with a mission to protect Yuki. He truly loves her. Though I feel like he often manipulates her and indirectly forces her to follow his orders. I get that they're blood related, but it's odd without any context. [as if no one was aware of their relationship at that moment] He frequently disregards her feelings and views her as childish. Zero can simply be a blip on the radar for Kaname. Kaname's like a god. Though his abilities are vague, he just does insane things. Tearing the ground, wiping out memories, demolishing buildings, causing people to explode, you name it. Both were somehow able to help each other. Zero has the duty to protect Yuki. Kaname "helped" Zero break from his endless suffering cycle descending into a level E and helped him understand his powers and realize what hes capable of... Actually, at first I thought Kaname was a bit creepy.. Obsessing over a teenage girl, but now i kinda get it. Maybe it's all a plan of his? Maybe it can all be read inbetween the lines?? He's still a huge mystery to me. His past is also unclear. He's like a book written in a foreign language that I somehow understand. I always feel like i misconceive his intentions. He definitely is the king of nonchalantness.

I also absolutely LOVE the soundtracks. Cherry on top. Making it even better! Really suiting the vibe.

Gale's Thoughts: Derision

So the new Episode dropped a bombshell. It revealed just how much Marinette's past impacted her.

And before I write out everything

I will be talking the Good and the Bad

Spoilers obviously

So to make this as simple as possible.

Chloé bullied Marinette for years. While most of the school students were terrified of Chloé. Even the teachers and Principal were afraid to do ANYTHING regarding Chloé. Considering how much influence her father as Mayor had.

Socqueline was like an older protective sister to Marinette. During this time, Marinette developed a crush on Kim, his Himbo butt. Chloé found out about that and used it as an opportunity. Using Kim's inability to tell when something is too far, goes along with Chloé's idea for a prank.

This results in Marinette thinking Kim was serious about a relationship only to be offered a box full of bugs and causing her to fall into a pool as Chloé mocked her. Thus explaining Marinette's MASSIVE trauma on trust and why she plans out everything, why she distrusts any friend of Chloé and why she must know everything about someone before she can let herself confess.

Now this is sort of crucial as it explains why Marinette is how she is. As well as why even though things are going great with Adrien she cant fully embrace it.

Lets start with

THE GOOD:

This allows us to explain a lot of Marinette's insecurity and mistrust. Marinette wanting to NEVER let herself be caught off guard also explains why she is so gunho about planning everything. It also give support on why she was so HARSH to Adrien in Origins. He embodies nearly everything she swore to be against falling for. Mysterious boy, Friend of Chloé, and hiding things. Adrien was Marinette's antithesis as a person to fall for... YET SHE DOES ANYWAY. Showing how good of a person Adrien is, and how Marinette's heart can feel that truth within her. It also explains why Marinette was so obsessive in learning EVERY single thing she could about adrien. It wasnt because she was obsessive or hyperfocusing, she was so traumatized from the pool incident she never wants to be caught in such a position again.

This also goes to show how Socqueline was more of an impactful person to Marinette. But does make me question why she would not even be MENTIONED in season 1 (aside from the obvious that this was tacked on this season). But also explains why Marinette keeps her hair like that, as a sign of respect to Socqueline.

This also shows how great Adrien and Marinette are together. Adrien is ready to defend Marinette, and he is willing to go to great lengths to protect her. (Even kill). It was great to see Adrien be so understanding and wanting to make sure she is comfortable every step of the way. And it just adds so much to Origins.

The Bad:

It really just makes almost everyone else involved seem really awful.

Chloé and Sabrina being such awful people to her that you would think Marinette would NEVER let them touch a miraculous, even if she was desperate. Kim too but... she never initially chose Kim and/or likely repressed that trauma filled moment as a mental defense mechanism. But definitely doesnt explain Chloé and Sabrina.

Damocles, Mendeleiev and even Sabine dont come off that good. Sabine only getting a few points by having Socqueline step in to watch over Marinette. Now I heard its hard to change schools in paris, but I think after 3 F***ING years Sabine and Tom would havve done something. So it really doesnt seem good here.

It also really lampoons all of season 2 and 3 for chloé's development. All those appeals of genuine emotion. Nope, always evil and vile. The fact Marinette and the rest of the class even TOLERATED Chloé is straight CAP.

Kim also just loses a ton of likability here. I dont care how oblivious you are, WHY would you think Marinette would enjoy a prank at HER expense, especially when suggested by someone like Chloé? Did Kim really not get Chloé was evil?

This episode also makes episodes such as Animaestro so much worse. Marinette KNEW Chloé's type of pranks and still went along with it. Like even if you repress that traumatic event, the 3+ years of bullying. Marinette's reason for NOT choosing her in Loveater suddenly feels WAY more justified and NOT a mistake. Girl has trauma.

Marinette's empathetic nature towards Chloé now seems completely foolish. Anyone that knew Chloé should be convinced she is a hell spawn.

The fact Lila is friends with Chloé should put everyone on red alert.

This really makes me wonder how Marinette can even be remotely understanding of Chloé. It also makes Maledikator SO MUCH WORSE. Everyone was completely valid in Partying. Like damn.

Though ignoring Chloé, I guess the main thing is that this flashback brings up things that clash so hard with previous seasons and episodes. In origins, it made it seem like marinette had no friends. But in truth, Marinette did have a friend, even if she wasnt in the same year. I know not everyone knows of the prank going too far thanks to Socqueline, but Kim seemed more than happy to talk about the prank. You dont think word spread through his dumbass mouth?

Overall the episode brings up a lot of interesting tidbits about Marinette's character and is a net gain for the Adrinette relationship. But at the cost of previous canon and brings forth more problems than it solves.

I wish this was actually a two part episode where we could have gotten more to flesh things out. Maybe explain that Marinette feels guilty over Socqueline being suspended and stopped talking to her for a while. Or maybe that after the big prank. Socqueline showed up to Chloé's place and told her to back off since now there was NOTHING holding her back from an ass beating. There is more I feel like could have been done.

kung fu panda 4 review - spoiler free

it was solid, not as good as the first three movies, but the og triology set the bar so high even a 'not as good' movie is still a fun watch. The animation is beautiful and you get quite a bunch of awesome action scenes out of it

zhen is a lot more likable when not voiced by awkwafina (croatian dub saved me ✊️) but even that wont save her from her character being pretty bland. ironically the same criticism for her design could be applied for her character as well, not bad, likable enough, just fails to stand out and ive seen it done better a lot of times already

chameleon... oh boy... so much potential, such incredible built up, such luckluster execution... ill talk more abt her in spoiler section, but honestly she was the weakest link of the movie

dont get your hopes up for furious five, they only really exist as a cameo, what you will get is mr ping and li being a very married couple and personally if theres anything worth seeing the movie for its them (still im hoping for at least a short abt the furious five, cmon theyve been non existent since kfp 3)

the pacing was too fast, and there were too many comedic and too little serious moments, glad im not the only one that noticed

ive seen a lot of complaints about tai lung and other past villains not being in the movie enough, but honestly im happy for that bc its not their movie, they all had their own movies to shine and i really feared this movie would rely too much on them to carry the hype and im glad that wasnt the case. PLEASE stop asking film studios to spoonfeed you familiar content

you know, i believe the kfp movies are heavily carried by their villains. they're the ones that set the tone, bring the stakes, and not only are they a foe for po to defeat but represent his internal conflict (tai lung being self acceptance, shen being overcoming grief and kai being self discovery) so to have the villain be the movie's weakest spot is... not great at all

firsty, the chameleon is the first movie villain in the franchise to not have any beef with any of the main characters (like tai lung had with shifu, lord shen with po and kai with oogway) and that couldve been great, give us a villain that doesnt care about po or anyone else and is just doing their own thing, its something new and an unexplored territory, but then they do nothing with it.

what does she want? to rule the valley of peace? all of china? ok and then what? the city shes already rulling doesnt look like its doing too bad to me. why should i care about her being defeated? yeah shes mean, but where are the STAKES

what i did like about her is how they made her get her way through manipulation and intimidation. she's not strong, she's not a skilled fighter, she's not inherently scary, but she uses smoke and mirrors to intimidate people around her and manipulative tactics to get her henchmen to listen which ties nicely into her shapeshifting abilities, just wish theyve done more with it, show us how she spreads horror stories about herself, show us the influence she has over the townspeople, show us just how manipulative she is of zhen, hell have her be all kind and nice to her in moments to bait her to stay under her wing (yk as abusive parents do)

Rewatched the vld pilot i have uhhhh opinions-

First things first, it was good!!! Like both as entertainment and as writing wise it was good!!! It sets up the characters and introduces the plot really well, it was good ok! It was good!!

It also hurt SO MUCH knowing what happens later on like both because so many things in the pilot gets undermined or completely forgotten and because the show really had a lot of potential

Like it sets up so many themes that really didnt go anywhere- Shiro's backstory, whatever shitty energy thing Keith has, Lance's potential arc, Allura's arc, Lion bond, destiny etc etc

It feels so nice to be vindicated about Hunk. Like he is bitchy! He loves to complain! He will go through your personal stuff! I love him, he is kind but absolutely not nice, i love him!

Could have done with less fat jokes though like ugh stop

Also Lance really was great here, like i might be biased but like he was genuinely more complex than people give him credit for. Like he is showboaty, a jerk and a pompous cunt, but he is also great at noticing what people need, making right snap decisions under a lot of pressure, knowing when to jump in but also when to not do that and is genuinely kind and accepting, but also all of this undermined by his fucking personality

Also where are my 1000 and 1 fics of Lance who genuinely thought he saw Hunk die and when the battle is over he is getting a bit protective of Hunk to the point of being overbearing.

And i love how Coran and Lance did not like each other makes whatever is going to happen next all the more compelling

Also why the fuck do people act like Lance bullied poor Keith like the garrison trio are WAY bitchier and meaner towards each other, like Keith is not a victim and he's definately not passive and defenseless about it either he was literally calling Lance a non essential weight

Also speaking of Keith, he was BARELY there, like aside from the story taking its time to go on about how special and amazing Keith is, the bike and the red lion scene he was just barely there. Like the others felt like they were present even when the scene wasnt focusing on them but you can easily forget Keith is supposed to be there

Like seriously even Shiro was more focused with Pidge

Like no wonder they had to screw over and undermine the entire cast and the plot to make Keith the Protagonist™ because otherwise he would not have been this popular

They should have kept this trend honestly

Also god i missed Pidge being actually interesting and likable, like she was flawed and could be mean but also just a girl desperate to find her family, god if only LM didnt decide to make her a flawless self insert

I still think they should have killed her father and/or her brother, like just for the flavour it would have been great

So I recently finished playing Dangonronpa v3. @sapphictigress was watching and we make it a tradition to do a “first impression” Tier list and then an end of the game tier list. V3 I feel like I had pretty strong feelings about afterwards

First Impressions:

No one is in S+ at this time because I don’t know anyone yet. This was after meeting the cast for the first time so the only reason Gonta was in F is because all I knew is he liked bugs a lot and I have a big fear of bugs.

AFTER the game ended:

Tbh most people in C or below I don’t really care about. But I’ll be talking about the people I have any opinions on now so if you are interested then here it is:

Korekiyo: I was SO ready to like Korekiyo considering he has one of the more interesting Ultimates. And then he had to go and betray me by being a sister lover. Unforgivable I can’t even pretend to like him. Even though I know it’s not his fault since none of their personalities were actually them but simulated feelings are still real feelings because he has to feel them into some extent to act that way.

Kaito: I’m sorry Kaito lovers he was just SO annoying and not helpful in the slightest until his trial, AND THAT WASNT EVEN HIS IDEA! He was trying to be a Kaede replacement type but it just wasn’t working and instead came off like he didn’t know what he was talking about and trying to make everyone else be the hope pushers.

The C’s: I probably should’ve put Rantaro in C because he didn’t do anything wrong. Himiko and Tenko are there because I don’t really have much to dislike about them other than they were just a little obnoxious at times.

Tsumigi: Tsumugi was just annoying with “I’m so plain” and I’m sure it was to help hide the fact that she was the Mastermind but she could’ve been more interesting. I mean she’s the ultimate cosplayer! That’s such a cool one! But she sucks! I wish she did more throughout instead of coming in at the last minute to be revealed. I think it would’ve been cool to make her super likable just to have it turn around and be like “hahaha she’s the one who does the evils!”

Kokichi: Kokichi was a little shit but if he wasn’t there the game wouldn’t have been more interesting at times and I can appreciate that in a character. Unlikable yet does things throughout the story to help it progress. And then also turns out that he’s not a complete shithead because in his motive video you find out he’s basically just ultimate leader of the prankster squad and they don’t do violent crimes.

Gonta: the ultimate Gentleman. Very good boyo I just don’t like the bugs that’s why he’s as low as he is

Kaede: I miss my wife tails… I miss her a lot… I’ll be back…. I’m a little pissed off we didn’t get a female protag tbh. She was also so cute and awesome!

Shuichi: he’s a good good boy I have no issues with him for the most part. He was a little stupid at times but it made sense at the end when we found out he was just a regular guy

Maki: I LOVE HER SO MUCH KAITO DOESN’T DESERVE HER SHES TOO COOL FOR HIM

Blitzo theres nothing wrong with him having trauma but often hes behavior are not framed as wrong and always giving excuse. Blitzo is unlikable but he was supposed to be likable thats the issue. Blitzo having trauma while also being a jerk is something helluva boss barely touching on. Blitzo is both abuser and abused he also the lowest rank of demon

This show only tell barely showing us. We never see how the abuse cash inflicted on blitzo whether covert or overt the discrimination he went through as imp. We actually did see it but never being brought again the SA he went through again is not framed as something serious. How he treated moxxie its just to showed me how he try to have power over moxxie and how he also threaten to rape him & millie. Stolas do that several time to him even groping him so that make blitzo think is normal something like that to other demon. The discrimination we see in western energy is not enough i need a little bit more. Because of blitzo behavior often nobility felt the right to bully him , they victim blaming him. The racism he experinced is mixed with covert and overt. Moxxie since he is more palatable and polite often royalty chatised blitzo even outright comparing him. So thats why he often threw hes frustration toward moxxie

This is very interesting. I dont like Blitzo either and is true that they dont show us exactly what happened, only suggesting and stuff. Also, HIS MOM. HOW WAS SHE WITH HIM? HOW WAS SHE? About Blitzo and Moxxie, if he doesnt apologize and STOPS the abuse, Im gonna hate him forever, because Moxxie is my favourite character. And about Blitzo and Stolas... even if I dont like Blitzo, he deserves better. Stolas is a piece of shit, we all know that. Im not saying he deserved the abuse, I have a different opinion, but, what happens to Stolas AFTER what he did to Blitzo, he does deserve it. (STRIKER KILL HIM, PLEASE).

And one last thing: yep, the show, like with Stolas, excuses and doesnt make Blitzo take acountibility. Maybe with Fizz, but is just I hate the "but you have no idea what I lost in that fire" BITCH thats not how you apologize.

The cake thing is so stupid.... It wasnt his faulth, is because someone else was there! Oh, I never talked to you? Is because someone else stopped me!

Hi, i wasnt sure if my ask got lost or if you haven't answered it yet (if do you have it please ignore this) but i was wondering if the heart necklace elizabeth wore as candy was an actual item candy wore (possibly pat giving it to her) or whether it was just the costume department giving this to her to wear? Since she pretty much wore it the entire show.

When I saw the final ep i was so surprised by the full murder scene, especially when the axe went into betty's head i was just 0_0. Next time I do watch it tho I'm def gonna have to count the times she swung it, to see whether they did 41 hits, i dont think they did and just skipped ahead. I think they should have made her keep going to get the full feel of just how many she did.

I have two other questions to ask since I didn't get them.

1:who the heck was that random woman who was with allan?? i mean she came out of now where and suddenly they were making out and i'm just???? i guess it sorta showed how little he really cared about his wife being murdered??

2: i dont really get what happened with don and the judge, when he had to give the court money, and then he went to jail for 24h? then later on he had to give them more money and he said in jail for 3 days? i dont know if you know more about what was going on and why he was in a cell for days?

What were your final thoughts on the final? I also found the ending..not weird but like..oh?? like them riding off into the sunset, and of course going past the motel.

well in the book she reaaaally liked those cheesy romance cards, she used to exchange them with pat all the time so i guess that was maybe related to it??

honestly i thought it would be more graphic because the book went into a lot more detail (but ofc tho like.. you’d have to be kind of ill looking for scenes in film that perfectly portray how the murder went in books because they tend to be a lot more descriptive, like the way the skull was broken into by the axe for example)

1. the random woman was a neighbor i believe or someone he worked with! in the book it was only implied they had a relationship or assumed by witnesses, but maybe i didn’t read into it right and it was for certain that they did have a thing. tho yes there is some passiveness from allan with the whole thing, he’s not really a likable person in my opinion

2. not sure if this law still applies and if it’s the same in every court, but even lawyers have to follows rules n stuff, so because don kept speaking out of line and kept breaking all these rules like don’t talk to the media, he was charged a fine and had to stay in jail for an amount of time

i talked more ab how i thought of the finale in another ask and i don’t wanna bore u if you already read it xddd but in case u didn’t, i liked the ending! in the book they only ended with the montomerys leaving wylie but i really loved how love & death added that sort of reflective part to all of it, and i really liked how they added the where r they now kinda thing at the end

TERRIFIER 2- 2022 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I turned off the first Terrifier at the point he saws a woman in half starting at the pussy? Really not my kind of horror, thought the gore was far too gross and didnt really like the film anyway.

Wasnt expecting to watch the sequel, but have heard so much hype about it i couldnt resist.

Many reports of people passing out or hurling at screenings, always good advertising for a horror movie....

Terrifier 2 picks up right after the end of Terrifier 1 where i found out Art the Clown was killed and then comes back to life to continue his killing spree in Miles County....

In this film, he targets Sienna and Jonathon, a brother and sister who both have visions of him and a family history that involves him in ways they dont know about yet...

Some of the kill scenes were absolutely disgusting and i had to look away. The bedroom scene seems to have been the most controversial, i thought it was pretty gross and looked away for a lot of it. However, a few of the other gory scenes i quite enjoyed, some were a bit funny and didnt make me want to hurl.

However, the gross bits were spaced out quite a bit more in this film and not all the kills were like that. The shotgun kill was great. The off camera beheading was great. There were many effects that were really impressive. Particularly as they were about 99% practical and 1% cgi.

I also loved how creative some of the scenes were. The clown cafe scenes were creepy, hilarious and brilliant.

Popped big for Chris Jerichos appearance in this film. He appears in the extended post credits scene as a security guard. If Terrifier 3 picks up where Terrifier 2 left off, he will hopefully reprise his role.

Always enjoy when you see people watching horror movies in other horror movies. In this film we see the original house on the haunted hill, night of the living dead, and the wizard is watching Plan 9 from outer space, a man of taste....

In the first film i didnt take a liking to any of the characters at all, and couldnt get into the story much. This film is 2 hours and 20 minutes long, giving much more time for both to develop.

Although, i did feel that the film started to drag a bit towards the end.

Terrifier 2 was made with a 250,000 dollar budget and has already surpassed 10 million dollars at the box office making it a big success.

Directed by Damien Leone.

Really enjoyed the synth score that played throughout the film, gave it a fun retro feel.

My favourite part of the film by far, was Sienna, played brilliantly by Lauren LaVera. Sienna had a great backstory, a very likable personality, and a big pair of jugs. She was an excellent final girl and would love to see her return.
