Part 2
With Ozai:
At first he didn't accept the fact that you, his youngest child, is a non-bender, and ignored your existence.
That was until he noticed how his older brother, Iroh, spends time with you, Ozai got extremely jealous.
And decided to spend time with you, only to realize that you are his favorite child, and felt like an actual father.
Yes, you can't firebend nor do you even have the ability to protect yourself.
But why would you need to protect yourself when your father is going to be the Phoenix king of the fire nation?
Ozai will burn down the world for you.
"You, my sweet child, will grow up in the presence of a very powerful father"
With Ursa:
When Ursa found out that you couldn't bend, she became overprotective of you to the point of paranoia.
Since childhood, she refused to allow you to play with anyone except Zuko.
One time, one of her handmaidens scolded you harshly for playing outside without your mother's permission which resulted in you bursting into tears.
The next day, that handmaiden was fired and Ursa made sure that she gets no other jobs.
While thinking of escaping, she thought to take you with her.
However, Ozai has forbidden that from happening.
"When you find out the truth, promise to come find me"
With Azulon
While still alive, he made sure you had the best education and guards.
Azulon also made sure to have you believe that the fire nation is without mistakes or faults.
He tried manipulating you into believing that just your loyalty to your people is enough duty.
However, you are kind, too kind.
Yet, he Azulon didn't hate you for it even if he considered a weak trait to have in the royal family.
He also still has the flower crown you made him stored away safely so it doesn't rot.
It is rumored that the last word he muttered was your name.
With Iroh
Uncle Iroh isn't really as possessive as the other characters, but he focuses on advising you from time to time.
You enjoy drinking tea with him and gossiping about everything.
Even though, Ozai has forbidden him from speaking with you, you would sneak behind your father's back to drink tea with him.
After the loss of his son in the war, Lu Ten, Iroh felt depressed.
Yet you managed to comfort him with your cheerfulness and playful attitude.
It reminded him of his son.
"The best quality in a princess is her kindness, something which your sister clearly lacks"
With Zuko
Zuko thought you would be like Azula but you have proven him wrong.
You are kind, gentle, and nurturing just like your and his mother.
That's why Zuko always found himself by your side, being your playmate...being your protecter.
His mother told him that it's his duty to protect you from danger considering that he is your older brother.
Even though Azula has never hurt you, but Zuko was always wary of her, especially after his mother disappeared.
When Ozai challenged him to an Agni Kai, you were the first to cry out and plead with him to let Zuko off, but Ozai felt jealous of your relationship with Zuko and was determined to teach his son a lesson.
However when your brother got banished, Zuko took you with him in secret not wanting you to be left with Azula.
"I know the journey will take long but once I restore my honor we can return home together"
With Azula
Azula was extremely jealous when you were born, thinking that you will take all the attention from her.
But she realized that you deserve all the attention.
You didn't treat her like a monster, you weren't scared of her.
Instead you showed her love and called her 'big sister'
You would cling to her as a toddler, whenever there was lightning, you would secretly sneak to her room and sleep beside her.
"How can you be scared of lightning, we control it, silly"
Mai and Ty Lee saw how Azula softens whenever you are around.
And when Azula discovered that you have left with Zuko, she destroyed everything in her way and burned a few servants.
"She's mine, and only MINE"

— ౨ৎ : how would wanda react if you wanted to call her mommy?
─ ⋅ ⋅ ⋅ ──── ♡ ─── ⋅ ⋅ ⋅ ──
Well at first, Wanda might be a little taken aback, not because she’s judgmental or anything, but because she’s such an emotionally intuitive and deeply caring person that she’d want to fully understand where you’re coming from. She knew you had a complicated relationship with your mother, you still do, and she knew how you could be in your relationship. You were innately submissive; always willing to follow or do whatever she said with little to not questioning. It was clear you trusted her. She had also noticed whenever you were struggling, you’d rely on her comfort and affection to bring you out of your funk. No self comfort would work, just Wanda’s soft touch and sweet words.
Her initial reaction would likely involve a lot of gentle questions—her Sokovian accent softening as she asks, "what makes you want this, my love? … does it make you feel closer to me?" She’d want to ensure that it’s about trust and intimacy rather than anything that might make you feel uncomfortable or disconnected. And to be honest, Wanda wasn’t opposed to the idea of being your mommy. She loved taking care of you, and she loved to baby you. Being the oldest sibling and only daughter, it was in her nature to be the more caring partner.
Once you both come to the conclusion that this was something you genuinely wanted to explore together, she’d approach it thoughtfully and tenderly. For Wanda, it was all about the emotional connection, so she’d take the time to research this kind of relationship. She’d even sit you down one evening, and ask you your opinion on this, what you like and don’t like, ensuring everything is consensual and safe. You had told how her you wanted her to be your mommy during bedroom activities and also outside of sex, but you didn’t want it to be as routine as it usually is for people partaking in this. You didn’t want to always call her mommy, just when you were feeling small and needed her to comfort you. She understood immediately, having researched on MDLG as well as other people’s boundaries with the kink. She noted this thought down, a reminder to always be careful and patient during a vulnerable moment like this, making sure she doesn’t mistaken your behaviour as a call sign for this kind of play.
No matter what, she’d want you to feel safe.
Don’t get me wrong, she’d likely be shy about the idea at first, blushing subtly as she tries to have a straightforward conversation with you who was always blushing, but her curiosity and desire to make you happy would win out. She wanted to do this for you—and for her. Plus, the images that would flash through her mind of you underneath her, unable to form coherent sentences as she fucked you silly or the ones of her held you close in her arms, cradling your head as you suckled on her chest helped.
But in practice, Wanda would strike the perfect balance of playful experimentation and her inherently nurturing side. She might even tease you with a flicker of her magic—a gentle red glow brushing against your skin—while whispering those familiar soft reassurances that she loves how good you are for her, and how mommy loves her little girl. Wanda’s ability to multitask with her powers would definitely add a unique layer of creativity, but only in ways you’re both comfortable with and have discussed beforehand.
Ultimately, I think her priority would be your emotional and physical well-being, and she’d by either Wanda, your girlfriend, or Wanda, your mommy, whenever you needed. She’d make it clear that if at any point it became too much or you felt uncertain, you could stop immediately. Or if you needed more from her, more of mommy, you could have her. Always. “You’re my everything,” she’d say, holding you close as she guided your face into the crook of her neck, “and mommy loves you so much.”

To You He Feels Like Home
You were always wild, even as a young child. Part of that could be attributed to who was raising you, how you were being raised, and part of it was because of your personality. It came down to nurture versus nature, or nurture and nature.
You were wild by nurture, raised by the Great Mother, by her forest, and by the animals that inhabited it. In particular there was a mother palulukan who had taken you into her den with her two cubs. She was your protector, your teacher, your mother. She loved you, and that was all you needed.
You were wild by nature, always bouncing around, never able to sit still. You were fierce and strong, stubborn at times, and intelligent as could be, which you used to your advantage. It was good for your survival, but exhausting to your mother palulukan, and the other animals who had taken you under their wings to teach you different survival skills.
They had all had a part in your upbringing, every animal teaching you something different. Their lessons had turned you into the woman you were today, they had taught you how to survive, and not just that, but how to thrive.
The palulukan had taught you to fight, how to attack and pounce, and win. She had taught you to protect yourself in any situation. She had taught you that no matter how small you were, how weak you may seem to your opponent, that there would always be a way to come out on top.
The syaksyuk had taught you how to swing from tree to tree, how to escape from harm's way quickly, may you choose not to fight. They taught you about community and how to work together to get to your goal.
The yerik had taught you how to scare off predators, and if that didn’t work how to run, how to pace yourself and run for longer than you thought you could. They taught you to stay calm, to not let fear overtake you as you ran.
The nantang made sure you knew how to hunt, how to stalk then attack and finish off your prey. They made sure you could feed yourself. They made you work in a team, to take everyone's different skills into account.
The ikrans that visited from the mountains taught you how to navigate the air, although you could only do so with their help. They would show you how different different parts of the land were. They showed you what you and your family of creatures looked from above.
Your upbringing was untraditional and many Na’vi would question how you had even survived, but you knew how. There was a sense of community in your animal family that could never be rivaled. You wouldn't have it any other way.
Of course there were still things you had to teach yourself, like weaving and making clothes. This had taken some trial and error as you had started as a very young child, needing to form this skill for more protection against the elements and the forest. You had figured it out later than you would have liked, but eventually you got there and had created your own outfits.
Then you had to teach yourself how to make weapons, and how to use them. You had mastered making spears out of branches when you were young, and quickly moved on to finding hard enough materials to make knives and other blades. When your mother palulukan had noticed your proficiency of making weapons she had started bringing back lost Na’vi weapons like bows and hunting knives.
After lots of trials and errors, from carving the body wrong to tying the sting wrong, you had mastered making a bow. You had found the perfect type of wood, strong enough to hold up, but soft enough to carve. You had found the perfect string made from woven plant fibers. When you carved your final masterpiece the curve of the wood was perfect and the string strung tightly enough to work perfectly.
Then came using it. You had never seen anyone use one, and your mother palulukan refused to let you anywhere near other Na’vi, so you struggled. You had tried over, and over, and over again, and eventually it paid off. Your stance was wrong to most, strange looking to others, but it worked perfectly for you.
With all of your combined skills, ones the animals of Pandora had taught you and ones you had taught yourself, you had become a lethal hunter. Once you proved yourself capable your mother palulukan let you off on your own.
At the age of eighteen years you had been sent free, allowed to explore as you wanted, and so you did. You ran through the forest with excitement coursing through your veins. You climbed and swung from tree to tree without a care for your safety. You swam in streams and shook the water from your loose hair as you resurfaced. You hunted for your own food, coming up successful every time.
You felt free.
You had been so used to your mother palulukan hunting for you that doing it on your own was enthralling. It gave you a rush unlike any other, but you never took more than you and your family could eat, dragging it back home to your palulukan family’s den.
Your little family had never eaten like this before. They had never had a meal every day, sometimes going as many as five days without food, instead giving leftovers to you, the little Na’vi they had taken in who needed it more than they did. Now you made sure they were fed daily, you took care of them like they had you.
As much as you loved the takedown of your prey, your favorite part of hunting was the stalking. You loved tracking things, finding a scent trail and following it until you found prints in the ground. You loved watching the prey once you found it, staying hidden in the shadows and observing.
Sometimes you would even track when you weren’t hunting, practicing for later or simply wanting to observe the other animals of the forest. You especially loved watching the nantang packs as they were similar to your family but also so different.
Today had been no different, you had been out searching for the trail of a nantang pack wanting to watch and observe. However that plan changed when you caught a whiff of something you had never smelled before. It reminded you of something, yourself, but you didn’t know why.
You couldn’t help but do what you do best, stalk. You followed the scent, staying close to the ground, slinking around, and watching the dirt for prints from any type of animal. When the trail stopped and there were no prints in sight you were confused, where had it gone, you questioned.
Then it hit you, the trees, it had to be in the trees. You weren’t in the mood to climb right now, not wanting a chase in the trees, but you might not have a choice. You took a breath, steadying and readying yourself, slowly looking up to the trees to see what you would be chasing, and once you caught sight of what it was you gasped.
It was you, not quite, but something like you.
He had your blue skin, stripes laid across his skin and white freckles splattered across his body and face. He had your dark hair, but his was put up in braids, something you had no idea you could do. He had your large golden eyes which were widened just like yours right now.
You were perplexed. You knew you weren’t the same as your family, you knew you looked completely different, not the same species, but you hadn’t ever seen another person like you. You didn’t know there were other people like you.
The other person looked just as shocked as you, and he was. You looked Omaticaya, but he had never seen you before, and he had seen everyone in his clan as the next Olo’eyktan in training. He hoped you weren’t Omaticaya because of how rough of shape you were in. He never wanted anyone in his clan to be in this rough of shape.
You had scapes all over your body, little scars scattered where past cuts had been. Your hair was loose and messy, knotted and in need of a good brush and braid. As he studied the strange girl in front of him he was concerned for you, for the state you were in, but to you the unkempt hair and scars and nicks that cover your body are normal.
To you they feel like home.
To you the scrapes and scars, the cuts and nicks, feel like home. They feel like the forest as you run through the underbrush, barely dodging trees and roughly catching your arms against them accidentally. They feel like jumping into streams and rivers, scraping your knees on the rocks at the bottom as the current sweeps you off your feet. They feel like hunting as you accidentally catch your finger with your blade as you finish off your prey.
To him they were worrying, they showed pain and danger, but to you that was normal, pain and danger were regular parts of your life. To him it wasn’t, and he felt the need to make sure you were okay. You were standing strongly so clearly you weren’t too injured, but the idea of you being one of his people made him feel the need to check you over, to help you.
He jumped down from his hiding spot, gracefully landing in front of you, and suddenly you took off. You sprinted away, terrified of the stranger. You wanted to make your way back home, back to your mother palulukan and the den you called home. You wanted to be safe, you wanted to feel safe.
The man lagged for a second, thinking, before deciding to follow you, taking off after you. The chase went on for a while, his lungs burned as he kept up with you, close behind, but he didn’t know how much longer he could keep up, and you didn’t seem to be slowing down.
“Wait, I just want to help!” He shouted after you, but that seemed to spook you more and you sped up.
You had no idea what the strange man had said, but his loud voice scared you. The sounds he was making were foreign to you, and it frightened you. He was communicating in a way you never had before. The way you communicated with your family was hisses and growls.
You were a good runner, had good stamina, but he seemed to be keeping up, although you could tell he was getting tired. The unfortunate part was you were getting tired too, and you would have to stop soon. You figured it would be good to stop sooner than later so you had enough energy to fight in case the need arose.
You saw a clearing to the right and zagged that way before stopping on the far end of it, crouched down like a palulukan, ready to pounce. The man stopped on the other side, hands on his knees as he caught his breath. Like this he looked less scary, he looked weak as he was out of breath, like you could win this fight easily.
He looked at you through the braids that had fallen in his face, and his eyes held no malice. He wanted you to feel safe, or as safe as possible, around him, so he showed his weakness as he was out of breath. He wanted you to know he wasn’t going to hurt you as he showed you had easily outran him.
However you still felt threatened.
Your eyes were blown wide, adrenaline coursing through you as your mind ran a mile a minute. Your ears pinned against your head and you let out a wild hiss at the man, bearing your teeth and snapping them together a few times as a threat.
He didn’t challenge you back, instead dropping to the ground to sit with his legs crossed, arms in the air as a sign of surrender, or peace, that he meant no harm. He tried to make himself look harmless, tried to make himself look smaller.
Your face scrunched up in confusion, why wasn’t he challenging you, you asked yourself. You weren’t convinced he meant to harm You couldn’t let your guard down, and your hand flew to your knife at your hip as you snarled at him, trying to elicit a reaction.
He then realized he had his own weapons on him and he lifted his bow over his head from where it rested against him, and threw it to the side. He hesitated as he took his knife out of its holder, but he threw it next to his bow a few feet away.
“They're gone, okay.” He pointed to the weapons where they laid, “I want to help you. I’m not going to hurt you.” He tried to explain.
Again you didn’t understand him, ears twitching at the unfamiliar sounds. Now you were more stressed than before. You stayed in place, ears pinned to your head again as you growled, but your hand moved away from your knife.
“There we go.” He spoke as your hand fell to your side, “What's your name?” He asked.
You felt the adrenaline wearing off, exhaustion starting to catch up to you and making you less hostile than before, blurring the lines of your fear. Your eyes were narrowed as your head tilted to the side, a questioning look on your face. You were scared because you couldn’t understand him, but you became more curious the more he spoke.
His voice was interesting, smooth and calming. You hadn’t heard anything like it before, and although you looked similar you weren’t sure if you could make the same sounds as him, accustomed to growls and hisses.
When you didn’t say anything back the man tried something different. He pointed to himself, “Neteyam.” Then he pointed to you, humming, “Hm?”
You growled back, trying to communicate the only way you knew how. He just cringed, taking it as aggressive while you were simply trying to voice your confusion.
He tried again, “Neteyam…” He pointed to himself, not saying anything else afterwards.
“Neteyam.” You whispered, only loud enough for you to hear. Then you cleared your throat, “Neteyam.” You parroted.
“Yes. Neteyam.” He nodded, happy you seemed to be getting somewhere, “You?” He asked, pointing to you.
“Hm?” You hummed, copying the noise he had made to you earlier. You thought it was a questioning sound, and you hoped your assumption was correct.
Something clicked to Neteyam, “You can’t understand me, can you?” He asked, not particularly expecting an answer.
“Hm?” You questioned again.
“Okay…” He took a second to think. Who were you? Where did you come from?
“Neteyam.” You spoke again, getting his attention. You then pointed to yourself and growled, you seemed to be trying to communicate something, and you were. You had growled your name, what your palulukan family called you.
He didn’t quite understand you, “Hm?” He asked.
You just growled again, pointing to yourself. Clearly this wasn’t getting anywhere.
“I’m going to give you a name, or a nickname I guess.” He told you, but you didn’t understand. If you had known what he had said you would have disagreed adamantly, you don’t need a different name, you have one already, but you didn’t understand, so when he pointed to you and said, “(Y/n).” The name sounded beautiful, and you loved the way it rolled off his tongue.
Your head tilted to the side, confusion written on your face, but you didn’t protest. Instead you nodded your head, seeming content, “Neteyam.” You pointed to him, “(Y/n), hm?” You pointed to yourself questioningly.
He smiled, “Yes.”
“Yes.” You copied him, but you weren’t smiling, still confused by the foreign words.
He patted the ground in front of him, inviting you to sit by him, but you don’t approach, instead sitting where you were a few feet away. He seems so calm, so relaxed, as he sits with his legs crossed and arms behind his as he leans on them. You however are stiff, skittish, as you sit on your knees, hands in your lap. You looked ready to take off at any second.
Neteyam tried to calm you down with reassuring words, even though he knew you couldn’t understand him, his calm tone seemed to take off the edge. You were scared of him, but slowly starting to believe he meant no harm. He wasn’t dangerous.
As you sat there with him he went on, and on, talking about whatever came to mind with that smooth tone. You could sit there and listen to him talk forever, but soon the sky is darkening and you realize it is time to head back home, to the comfort of your den, your mother would be waiting for you when you get there. She would be ready to allow you to cuddle up next to her and let go of the stress of today.
You’re not frantic when you stand up, instead more fixed on having a mission, to get home, but Neteyam doesn’t understand that, and so he stands up after you. You don’t pay him any mind until you start walking away and he follows you. Frustrated that he’s trying to follow you, you hold your hand out towards him, hissing.
“No!” You shout, a word you had picked up from Neteyam talking to you.
“Oh.” Neteyam simply comments. You were a quick learner apparently, picking up on the word and figuring out how to use it already.
You turn away and start walking off, and this time he doesn’t follow you, waving towards you and saying, “Goodbye, (Y/n).” He pauses before saying quieter, “I hope I see you again.” Not loud enough for you to hear.
Your mother palulukan was confused that night when you came home without a meal, but when you broke down in tears she moved to comfort you. You let out all of the stress from over the past few hours in tears and sobs, and eventually you stilled, fell asleep on her large warm body, and finally you rested.
You had intended to never see Neteyam again, but you kept running into him. It was frustrating and confusing. You had no idea why it kept happening, but of course you knew Eywa had a plan for everyone, and everything happens for a reason, but you weren’t sure why she was so insistent on putting you and Neteyam together.
The day after your first encounter you had your second meeting. You had been trying to hunt when you somehow ended up back at the clearing. You weren’t sure how you ended up there, but you gave in, sitting with him for a while before continuing your hunt.
The third time, the third day in a row now, you had been napping in a completely different area of the forest when you woke up to Neteyam looking at you curiously. It wasn’t necessarily in a creepy way, but it had spooked you at first before you calmed down. This time you did not stick around, walking off with a dismissive grunt to Neteyam.
The fourth time, a few days later, he had found you while you had been frolicking around in the Hallelujah Mountains. You had been hiding out there, trying to avoid him by not even being in the forest, but he had found you again somehow.
That went on, and on, until you admitted defeat, accepted your fate, Eywa was determined to have you and Neteyam together, and who were you to deny the Great Mother’s will. She knew all, and you trusted her, so you took her lead.
Every time you ran into Neteyam you would spend a little more time with him, and eventually that time built into hours, and then days, from sunrise to sunset you would spend your hours with him. You cherished your time with Neteyam and he certainly enjoyed your company, your attention.
Your palulukan mother was less than pleased with how much time you were spending with the Na’vi boy, but she understood you needed companionship with your own kind. She figured you would grow curious eventually and would venture out in search of people like you, and she was proud of you for making a friend, but she wished you would be home a little more.
When you finally gave into spending time with Neteyam you figured you should learn how to communicate, learn to speak his language. You would much rather teach him yours, but yours was more general emotions and less words, less actual conversation and more communicating how you're feeling through growls and hisses, hunched shoulders and bared teeth.
Today you were sitting by a river, somewhere Neteyam had shown you, as he tried to teach you the Na’vi language.
Neteyam pointed to different features on his face as you named them quietly, touching them on your own face as you went, “Ears. Eyes. Nose. Mouth.”
“Good job!” He praised you, a smile on both of your faces.
You were learning slowly, struggling to pick up a second language so much different from your first, but when you grasped a certain word you had it for good. You had started using the words you knew in basic sentences like “How you?” when you would first see him. You would listen intently as if you knew everything he was saying although you only picked up on certain words.
What really got Neteyam was when you would say goodbye when you parted ways at the end of the day. Instead of saying “Goodbye.” or something similar you would blurt out “Love you!” as you walked away.
It always got Neteyam’s heart beating in his chest, hard, and he couldn’t help but smile every time. He would say, “Goodbye (Y/n). Love you too.” because the one time he hadn’t reciprocated you had pouted and nearly cried.
He didn’t think you understood the significance of those words, of the word love, but you definitely did. You didn’t use it lightly, it being the only word you had learned to describe how you were feeling for Neteyam, and it described your feelings perfectly.
You truly did love him, as a friend, maybe more.
You appreciated what he did for you, but it went so much deeper than that. You loved how he was patient with you, giving you all the time you needed. You loved his voice, how he would talk to you even if you didn’t understand. You loved how he laughed, how he smiled, how his eyes seemed to glow when he was around you.
You love him.
You loved him like you loved the forest, it’s green foliage keeping you safe throughout your life. You loved him like you loved your mother palulukan, like a warm hug at the end of the day. You loved him like you loved the sounds that played all around you constantly, drowning out your negative thoughts.
You love him like home.
As you were mulling over your feelings, thinking whatever came to your mind, you had been zoning out, gone silent as you looked off into the distance. Neteyam took this chance to mess with you a little. He scooped up some water from the stream in his hands and threw it on you, bringing you out of your thoughts as the cool water hit your face.
You gasped, “Neteyam!”
He just laughed, pointing at you as your jaw was dropped, brow muscles raised, and eyes open wide. Your look of offense amused him and your look quickly switched to a scowl, and Neteyam felt himself still, that was never a good look on you.
You moved quickly, smiling mischievously splashing water onto him too. He looked surprised, like he hadn’t expected this from you, and you used that to your advantage, splashing him again, harder this time, with more water.
This time he was quick to move, trying to grab you and throw you into the deeper part of the river, but your reflexes were faster than him and you got up, running away like a mad woman. You smiled before jumping into the river, submerging your lower body before he could do it for you.
You thought hard, trying to form a coherent sentence, when you thought you had it you shouted, “Come get me!” Taunting him.
As you taunted him he just smiled, a sense of childish joy overcoming him. It reminded him of when he was younger. When he and his siblings would play in streams closer to home. When his father would play with them. It reminded him of family, you were quickly becoming family, but in a deeper way.
He loved you like family, he loved you like a calm afternoon at home with everyone sitting around, talking and playing games. He loved you like a partner, someone to share his own home with, where his family could come over for dinner and share stories. He loved you like someone new to the family, like someone his family could learn to love.
He loves you.
“Oh yeah?” Neteyam asked, smirking at you. He stayed where we was on the river bank, feet barely in the water.
“Yeah!” You shouted, challenging him by splashing the water around you.
He seemed to be contemplating it, over exaggerating his movements dramatically, “I don’t know… I might just stay here…” He joked.
You frowned, not understanding his joking tone of voice, “Fine…” You turned away from him, getting ready to leave the river.
However you didn’t get the chance when you heard splashing behind you, and it was too late. He ran up to you splashing you, getting your entire back wet, including your hair.
You whipped around, gasping both at the cold water and the shock of not expecting it. You shouted at him, arms crossed over your chest, “Rude!”
Neteyam laughs loudly, “Oh I’m rude? You’re the one who told me to come get you.” He defended himself, rolling his eyes.
“You…” You thought of what word to use, not sure what the word for this action was, you settled on, “hit me first!”
Neteyam was quick to correct you, “Splash, the word is splash.” He really did not want you telling people he was hitting you if you ever met his clan. He hoped it was less of an if, and more of a when.
You took in the information, “You splash me first.” You shrugged your shoulders, feeling you won the conversation.
“And I’ll do it again!” Neteyam laughed, running at you, ready to throw more water in your face, but you turned to run away from his attack.
As you were running you slipped, falling to your knees and feeling pain shoot through one of them, “Ow.” You hissed out.
Neteyam was quick to rush to your side, helping you up and walking you to the edge of the river where you sat down. You inspected the cut, it wasn’t much and you would be okay in a day or so, “I am okay.” You tried to assure Neteyam.
Neteyam frowned, “I’m sorry. Let me fix you up?” He asked.
You knew if you said no he would practically beg you to let him help you, so you gave in, “Okay.”
Neteyam sat down, pulling your leg over his lap so he had better access to your knee. He inspected the small wound, thinking about what Kiri had told him would be best for it.
He was quick to pull out the little pouch of healing equipment he had, herbs and plants, pastes and drinks, he was equipped for anything. He had decided to carry anything he would need to treat your small cuts and scrapes because every time you would see him you would have more and more. They never seemed to stop coming, so he promised he would do his best to help you.
He pulled out a paste you recognized, and before he could speak you mocked him, attempting to copy his voice, “This one will sting.” You fell into a fit of giggles afterwards.
He just chuckled at you, “You’re right.” You seemed to always be right, you picked up on other things, besides learning the Na’vi language, easily.
You smiled, sighing happily, “I know.”
Neteyam hums, smiling at you , “Tell me, how have you been? What have you done today?” He tried to distract you while he put the paste on.
It worked as you quickly responded, “It has been great. I have gotten to see you…” You trailed off, smiling shyly, before continuing, “This morning I went on a hunt, took food home to my mom. My siblings are moving out finally, so it is just us now. Less mouths to feed.”
“Good… Neteyam answered simply, focusing on what he was doing as he wrapped a bandage around your knee.
“Thank you.” You pulled his face up to look at you, a small smile was on your face, lips gently curved, eyes softened to liquid gold, “For everything.”
He sighed, content, as his face melted into your hand, pressing your skin to his, “It’s really no big deal. I would do anything for you. I would get you anything you need, anything you want.” He admitted softly, quietly.
You smiled, leaning in and pressing your forehead to his, “I know, and Eywa do I love it. I love you.”
He smiles back, the happiness reaching his eyes, and if you listen close enough you can hear his heart thumping in his chest, ready to pop out, “I love you too, (Y/n). I see you, and I will show you that every day.
Every time he tends to your wounds he is so careful, he is so careful with you. He is careful in a way the forest has never been, in a way it never will be in the future. The forest gives you safety in the form of protection through the hard and marred skin you have covering your body. The forest shows you its love through injuries you’ve sustained from your years of survival, it gives you love by allowing you to survive.
Now you don’t need the love of the forest, you need the love of him. He feels like scars, and bruises, and cuts, and pain. He feels like safety. Like how you once had found safety and solace in the cuts and bruises you bared, how your unkempt hair and scars felt like your home, to you he feels like home.

mommy's moon sign: a thread ☾ part two — libra thru pisces
if you're looking for part one (aries-virgo), then click here
libra moon: if your mom has a libra moon, she could have been more preoccupied with her relationship with your father rather than putting herself in a position to be focused on her pregnancy + preparing a balanced environment for you. libra moon mamas often go through it with the father of the baby if they prematurely decide to have kids outside of wedlock (we don't judge over here). your mom could have been more focused on the aesthetics of motherhood + also on you being able to have both parents under one roof to be able to fit her ideal family picture. this mentality could have led her to distract herself from the bigger picture which is making sure that she is in a healthy, fulfilling relationship with your father. i wouldn't be surprised if you knew more than you should have when it comes to your parents' relationship as a child. with libra being the sign of relationships, the relationship patterns that your mother exhibited when pregnant with you could have been something that you picked up on, whether it be healthy or unhealthy. beware of issues with co-dependency + people pleasing passed down from your mom as those are big themes that must be overcome in the life of a libra moon mama. libra moon mamas hold a lot of resentment due to being so passive about people overstepping their boundaries + could project that pain onto you if it remains undealt with. as her child, she may be triggered by her relationship with you because she sees you as her mirror. encourage her to have strong boundaries. it's okay for her to say no and she won't be hated for it. respect her decisions. be sure not to be the child that coddles her emotions at the end of the day because she is a grown ass woman, but you should affirm her that it is okay to self-validate without trying to over-rationalize however she feels so that she can move through her emotions + not be avoidant.
scorpio moon: the moon is in a debilitating position (fall) when in scorpio, therefore, it isn't uncommon for women to have a painful pregnancy due to all of the trauma being stored in the womb. your scorpio moon mama may have lived in a state of fear or distrust during her pregnancy + i wouldn't be surprised if she felt alone due to not trusting people. this lack of nurture within the womb was definitely passed down to you if she didn't take accountability to heal from the pain that she experienced. scorpio moon mama would kill to make sure that all your needs are met, but when it comes to handling intense emotions, she may have not known how to navigate those with you (similar to capricorn moon mothers). scorpio moons experience a wounded relationship with their own mother + now that it's their turn to be a mom, they want to be better for their children. motherhood is definitely something that transformed them for the better + they really have the make a conscious effort to not display the same patterns that hurt their inner child. be patient with her + even though you are not responsible for her emotions + how she handles them, provide a safe space for her so that she knows that she is not alone. having emotional boundaries with your mother is also important — not having those boundaries with her can manifest into perpetuating a preoccupied/anxious attachment within yourself.
sagittarius moon: sagittarius moon moms usually end up unexpectedly pregnant. i've noticed that a lot of sag moons are not aware of their cycle which can definitely be responsible for unexpected pregnancies. nonetheless, their pregnancy + motherhood is something they ended up being excited about. they could have had a "fuck it, we ball" mentality because realistically speaking, such is life. lack of preparation could have led to instability in your mother's life while she was pregnant + even after giving birth, bouncing around from place to place. sagittarius moon mamas usually have a youthful + humorous personality, being able to relate with their children + make them laugh. it can be hard to take a sagittarius moon mother seriously because they're usually deemed as the "cool moms" that are very lenient with their children. they can often struggle with disciplining their children because of their own free-spirit nature. if your mother didn't prioritize structure + routine while raising you, it's possible that you downloaded that naturally chaotic, fiery, and unpredictable energy that she also has. sagittarius moon mamas need to be able to teach their children that there are consequences to their actions so that their kids don't end up getting in trouble later on in life or even dangerous situations. hold your own mother accountable for her actions + don't be afraid to put her in her place! she has a lot to learn from her experience as a mother, which includes listening to the ones that she birthed.
capricorn moon: capricorn moon mothers usually have children later on in life (not always though) - either way, the universe granted them their babies when they were ready + prepared to take on this mission as a mother. before motherhood, capricorn moon mommies could have performed the motherly role in other ways (eldest sister, nursing/doctor/healer career, etc etc) so this is not their first rodeo. capricorn moons get a reputation for being cold + stern, which is how they may come across but really they are just not about the bullshit + they take their role as a mother very seriously. they recognize how serious motherhood is and therefore you are going to respect the fuck out of your capricorn mother, even if you don't agree with some of the things that she has tried to instill in you. capricorn moon mothers are focused on legacy + will do her best to make sure that she raises well-rounded children, setting them up for success. so if you have the kind of mother that has tried to shove education + career down your throat, it's because she just wants you to be successful. they also may struggle with being in their feminine energy, especially if your mother is the provider in the house so as her child, you should encourage her to do some therapeutic activities with you to ease some of that stress. though she takes her role as a mother very seriously, there is no denying how stressful the role is on her + can really take a toll on her physical body. if she's open to it because i know how traditional capricorn moons can be, i highly recommend going to therapy together in order to unpack + heal some of those deep seated emotional blockages that can really help to improve + strengthen the family unit.
aquarius moon: these are the unorthodox mothers. the mothers that have instilled confidence in their children from a very early age. your mother may have gotten pregnancy at an awkward time in her life, therefore she realized that she had to start getting real strategic around here to ensure success for this nu era in her life. with an aquarius moon mother, there may have been some distance between you two, whether it be physical or emotional distance. i've noticed that people with aquarius moon mothers were raised by their grandparents or were adopted + don't really know their mother like that (along with pisces moon mamas). if your mother was present throughout your entire upbringing, you may have noticed that she was preoccupied with other tasks such as showing up for her tasks in the real world. there could be strain between you and your mother because you may have felt like she could have paid more attention to you. regardless of how your relationship with your mother manifested, you more than likely came out to be very independent + confident enough to march to the beat of your own drum. these are the moms that started cursing in front of their kids since they were babies. because aquarius moon mamas are very independent themselves, you could have felt like your aquarius moon mama robbed you of your childhood because you too had to learn how to become independent + self-reliant from a young age, resulting in inner child wounds. because the relationship that you have with your mother is not like the traditional mother-child relationship, she can come off more like a friend or an older sister, also resulting in mother wounds because of that lack of motherly nurturance that the child craves + needs. learning to become emotionally vulnerable + transparent with your mother is a theme in order to evolve the relationship. validate where you feel like she may have lacked while also respecting the fact that she did the best that she knew how to. she needs you as someone to hold her ego accountable.
pisces moon: similar to the aqua moon mom, your mother may have been there, but also not "there". there could have been a period in your life where your mother was not physically present + you had to be raised by someone other than her (grandparents, foster care, aunts/uncles, etc). your mother may not have been in the most ideal situation when she got pregnant with you + pregnancy could have also been a karmic consequence for not listening to her intuition. regardless, when she knew she was pregnant, there was no way she could give up the opportunity to be a mother. if your mom was physically away from you, she was always there in spirit, praying for you + making sure that you are spiritually protected even if it's just by asking the powers that be to watch over you. like the other water moons, pisces moon mama may have had a traumatic relationship with their mother + may have transferred over that pain into the relationship that you've had with your mom. having a pisces moon mommy is not for the weak, especially if she didn't do her due diligence of karmic clean up, leaving it for you to take responsibility for. pisces moon mamas may also avoid the accountability + the responsibility of being a mother because the weight of motherhood is just too heavy, especially if she has lack of support, which often times they do. regardless of how your relationship is with mom, the energetic bond runs so deep as you are strongly karmically bound in order for certain karmic missions to be completed. definitely not the most reliable mom, but at the end of the day, it will forever be all love when it comes to her children. it's best to just accept her as is - whatever has transpired is not your fault, but it is your responsibility to do better for your own life.

💐 Daffodil - rebirth and new beginnings.
Ring. Ring. Ring.
Your alarm sounds off and you grunt, hand searching blindly for your phone to turn off the shrill sound.
"Shut up."- you mutter as it rings annoyingly and loudly next to your head before you crack one eye open and finally locate the culprit.
You manage to turn off the alarm, blinking a few times before your eyes travel to your window. Warm sunlight barely peeks through your curtains, casting a glow on your face, reflecting the sparkle in your eyes.
You turn your head away, it's too early to stare into so much light and you stretch your limbs, letting out a little noise of satisfaction.
It's going to be a slow morning at your flower shop, you know it because no one has birthdays, weddings, funerals or anniversaries today.
You know Barbara will probably arrive at 9:00 am sharp to buy a new bouquet for her cats even though they could care less but it makes her happy, and making people happy is what makes you happy.
You've always loved flowers, ever since you were a little child, your mother was always in her garden, her gentle hands careful with the stems, careful with the seed, always dirtied with the precious soil.
Always on her knees, working and working away around her flowers, that most of the time you were sure she loved them more than she loved you.
She taught you everything, the symbolism of every flower was etched in your mind, as you would lay your head on your pillow, she'd sit next to you and tell you stories about flowers before you'd drift off into dreamland.
You kept a little flower diary, complete with dried flowers from the garden and the ones you'd find outside, their symbolism written next to them with the most beautiful calligraphy your little hands could come up with.
As you grew taller, the collection of dried flowers grew bigger, your mother grew older and fell sick, too weak to spend time working her life away in her garden.
The flowers withered and so did she, there was nothing you could do as you watched her being lowered into the soil she loved so much, a flower bed made just for her frail body to decompose under.
You didn't cry that day, not even the next day or that week.
You cried when you stepped into the garden, seeing half of the flowers she so carefully nurtured withering away. You were mad, mad at her for leaving you, mad at the universe taking her away from you.
You were mad at the stupid flowers for getting so much of her attention and love.
But you knew nothing else except them, wanting to honor your mother's existence, you got on your knees and worked away in your garden, your hands gentle with the stems, careful with the seed, dirtied with the precious soil stained with your tears.
You opened up a flower shop on the island, the first and only one, making it also a great investement as it became your livelihood.
The flowers were all you knew, but in a way, you felt like they knew you too. Like they spoke to you with some intricate secret language that only you understood.
The bell on the door chimes just as you were spraying your yellow roses with water, humming along to the music playing lightly in the background, lost in thought.
"Good morning, y/n!"- Barbara chirps happily as she walked into your flower shop, 9 am sharp as she always does.
She smiles brightly, her red dress flowing around her chubby frame, patterned with sunflowers, the symbolism of happiness.
That's what she always was to you and everyone else, at least on the outside. Always smiling, her eyes big and sparkly as she talked about all seven of her cats.
Today, it's Muffin's turn, cat number five, he made a mess in her kitchen today, knocking over one of Barbara's potted plants. She even had pictures to show you as proof. You chuckle along as she shows the video of said cat, staring at her like there was nothing wrong, after completely messing up her marble counter.
She asks for a new bouquet, this time it's orange and purple zinnias, of course on your recommendation since you took the time to always do research, even when it comes to flowers that might be poisonous to pets.
Your hands are careful and gentle as you arrange the zinnias together, as Barbara keeps talking your ear off.
"Oh, did you hear?"- the tone of her voice shifts suddenly, becoming eager and suggestive.
Here comes the gossip part, Barbara knows everyone's business on this island, and she butts into it but no one holds it against her, knowing that for a 50 year old woman with seven cats, she's probably just a lonely soul.
"Hear what?"- you ask absentmindedly, grabbing some orange paper to wrap the flowers with it.
"Apparently some celebrity is coming to stay on the island."- she says as if that's somehow gonna save her from her loneliness.
"Oh yeah?"- you feign interest, celebrity culture was not something you cared about, you always thought all of that bling and flashes of the camera were a fake world, set up by soul-sucking people who only exist to make money.
In the eye of the public, celebrities were just puppets on strings, but any other time they were just normal human beings like everyone else.
"Yes, I don't know who it is yet, but oh, I hope it's some handsome actor!"- Barbara swoons and you chuckle, reaching the polished bouquet to her.
"I'm sure you'll find out soon."- you say as she gives you a 10, a special discount for her since she's a regular, but she always adds a few more coins.
"Oh, I'll let you know when I do."- she winks, thanking you before she leaves the shop.
You could care less about some stuck up celebrity.
Right now what needs your attention is your yellow roses so you concentrate on that, tossing out thoughts of Barbara, her cats and the mysterious celebrity.
The wind. It can be a gentle breeze, caressing your skin like a tender lover that brings comfort to your soul, it can be refreshing as it cools you down on a hot summer night, bringing some air into your parched lungs or it can be cold, cold as ice that prickles on your skin, like frostbite, chilling you deep to your very bones.
But in this case, the wind blowing through Hyunjin's hair, as he leans his hands on the railing of the ship, feels like pure and unaldulterated freedom.
The smell of the salty sea fills up his nostrils, the sunlight kisses his cheeks, he listens to the sound of the waves crashing against the hull of the ship like a passionate lover and Hyunjin wants to laugh like a maniac.
No Charlie anywhere in sight, no crooked faces, no baggies of white, no green dollar bills, no beautiful models, no emptiness.
It feels like a new beginning, a rebirth for him.
He has no plans, no deadlines, no itineraries, no maps, nothing but one suitcase and his will to recover.
Recover from the ugly cycle he threw himself in, from all the things that poison his brain, his body and his heart.
As he finally sets foot on land, dragging his suitcase behind him, he no longer feels like Hwang Hyunjin, the artist. Hwang Hyunjin, the celebrity. Hwang Hyunjin, the empty shell of a person.
He feels like someone else, someone he can't wait to discover.

Hi there! I would like a request a OS about Peter B Parker x Fem! Reader as a married couple Smut (Reader is Mayday's mother). The Reader is like Starfire (An alien superheroine and a beautiful hot like fire (literally, since her powers comes from the sun) person married to a human) Like Malewife and Girlboss...So when Peter comes home, she's taking care of her daughter meanwhile he was on patrol, so she put her daughter on bed time. She wants to have a night of "fun" with her husband. Taking good care of him with a bath and a dinner so then the "fun" can come. With a purple robe and a sexy lavender lingerie. I can leave the smut part to you with some recommendations Lactation Kink, Praise kink, "Mommy" kink, Oral (Female and male receiving), Creampie, maybe 69 position...
Take good care 🥰
Early Nights Off;;
A/N: Dude, I am literally blowing you kisses and hugging you platonically through my laptop rn. I was smiling and kicking my feet when I saw that you nearly instantly sent me a request for Peter. I am so in love with him, I love my silly goofy DILFs hehe. I have never written for a lactation kink before so I will not be doing that as I do not know how and Idk how comfortable I am with it LMAO I will try and interoperate the rest into this for you though. Thank you again, literally my savior for my brain rot rn. HE IS SO MALEWIFE THOUGH, YOU ARE SO REAL. I hope this is good enough, this is my first Peter fic haha.
Warnings: Breeding Kink (I just know he has one after Mayday.), Praise Kink, "Mommy" Kink sort of?, Oral (F and M Receiving), Creampie (Wrap it before you tap it guys), Reader is an alien (Not proofread, sorry lmao)
Any other day it would be easy for Peter to patrol the city all night. Even if the crime activity was little to nothing. He could spend all day and night swinging from building to building. It beat sitting at home with nothing to do.
Except now he had a reason to be home. Even before the two of you had Mayday, and it was just you. He found himself crawling through the window of your shared apartment earlier and earlier each night. You were his weakness, and he was never ashamed to admit it.
After you gave him his first kid though. There were some nights that he wouldn't go out at all. Too enraptured by baby Mayday to even think about leaving your cozy home. Playing with the baby. Watching you nurture and care for her. Being a dad was something he enjoyed a lot more than he ever thought he would. He had Miles to thank for breaking his fear of kids.
Tonight was one of his early nights. Calling it quits after all he found for crime activity was a man robbing a woman of her purse. Cliché and typical, but he put a stop to it nonetheless. Getting the woman's purse back while also tying the attacker up in front of the New York Police Department with a letter attached to him.
'Caught him robbing a lady, you're welcome. - Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.'
He wondered if they ever actually took in and charged the people he left on their doorstep like that. Or if they simply untied them and let them run because they had no proof they actually did anything wrong? That was a question for another time, though. Right now he was focused on opening the bedroom window. Crawling in and shutting it behind him to keep the muggy air outside from entering the room.
He was quick to take the suit off. Figuring he wouldn't need it for the rest of the night. Pulling a grey shirt on that hung on the side of the bed. Keeping only his boxers on to allow his body to cool down from the warmer conditions outside.
You were in the living room. Comfortable pajamas on while you lulled Mayday to sleep in your arms. A soft hum leaving your throat as you rocked her back and forth. He had to stop and watch for a while. Leaning against the door frame that led him from your shared room to the living room.
"You're back early," you cooed. At times he wished you didn't have the ability to sense him like he could you. It was nice sometimes, though. Not at times that he wanted to just sit and watch you mother his baby.
"I missed my beautiful girls," he murmured, that smug smile gracing his features. You were glad to have looked up and seen it.
"Well, I just fed her and got her to sleep." you informed, and he nodded. Licking his lips while his eyes raked over you. Practically undressing you and imagining all the things he could do to you right now. It had been so long since the two of you had any time to each other. That seemed to be one of the few, if not only down falls to being parents. Sex felt scarce, but that didn't mean it was totally absent from your lives.
"I think I might shower while you lay her down," he spoke, shifting his feet as he went to turn back for the bathroom down the hall. "Or I could run you a bath while I make you something to eat?" you offered and he just couldn't say no.
He smiled, nodding his head while staring you down. So much love and adoration was in his eyes. He was perfect. Mayday was perfect. You were perfect.
"What man could say no to that offer?" He snickered, to which you rolled your eyes. Smiling fondly at your husband while you stood to your feet. Kissing his cheek when you made it over to him. "I'll get that bath running then," you hummed. Heading for Maydays room to put her to bed. Shutting the door behind you before you scurried off for the bathroom. Swaying your hips a little more than normal since you knew he was staring.
He was, too. His eyes eating you up like candy while they took in your form. God, he could eat you alive.
The water was the perfect temperature. The soaps that you put in it had him melting into the atmosphere. Everything was perfect. He couldn't ask for anything better. When you came walking in with food, and that skimpy bathrobe that drove him crazy. He was certain you were praying on his downfall.
"You spoil me," he told you as he took a plate from your hand. Watching as you sat on the edge of the tub with your own plate in hand. The both of you eating together. Peter a little more eager than you. He loved his food.
"Only because you spoil me in return," you grinned. He raised a questioning brow. Taking a bite of the Mac and Cheese that you warmed up from the night before. "How? I don't make enough money to spoil you. You spoil me more that I do you, and it's a little unfair," he pouted a bit. He hated the fact that he couldn't spoil you like he wanted to, but you never seemed to mind. Everything was fine the way it was.
"You find your ways, Pete," you hummed as you put your plate on the sink counter. Climbing off the tub so you could kneel on the floor next to the tub. His eyes were glued to yours. A questioning glint to them that begged for you to explain further.
"You don't need money to spoil someone. You pamper me with little things. Like your affection and how romantic you can be," you smiled, because he truly was a sap. He loved spending nights cuddling with you. Kissing over your body while reminding you how beautiful you were. Praising you for carrying his baby. Your baby. Making dinner for you on the nights that you couldn't bring yourself to. Or simply taking you and Mayday to the park to get some ice-cream and be a family.
"If it weren't for you, I probably would have never had little Mayday, either," you admitted, and he raised a brow. "Really?" He questioned, and you nodded.
"I never really wanted kids. Not until we started dating. You made me realize that I don't need to be scared of that sort of commitment ever again. You gave me a beautiful daughter," he felt his heart racing at your words. "I never really wanted a kid before you, either. It scared me, being a superhero and all." You both chuckled at that. Staring at one another for a moment or two.
"I guess we both spoiled each other in that department," you told him, and he nodded. "Guess so."
When Peter and yourself finally finished eating, that's when you helped him wash his hair. Something that he was going to do himself, but when you offered to do so. He just laid back and let you.
Your fingers pulled through his hair. Nails scratching his scalp just right while you spread the shampoo. A soft moan leaving his lips while his eyes fell shut. It had you smiling to yourself. Biting your bottom lip to try and keep it from growing any wider.
You leaned in to press a kiss to his shoulder. Your hands trailing down his chest while you leaned in closer to his ear. Peter's eyes opening when he felt your breath on his ear. His eyes trailing down to your chest. Catching a glimpse of the lavender bra under your bathrobe. The thought of you in lingerie had him grunting. His cock twitching to life under the water. It had been too long since the two of you had done anything like this. Something that wasn't a quickie before he left for work after his lunch break, while Mayday was down for her afternoon nap.
"God, I love you so much," he muttered, and you giggled. Pressing a kiss to his temple. "Scoot down so I can wash your hair out, goofball," you teased, and he felt his heart thumping. "Yes Ma'am."
Once his hair was all washed it was time for him to call it a night. Eyes begging for you to take him to the bedroom so you could both fuck like rabbits. Before Mayday that's what it felt like you two were. Primal Animals that only knew how to fuck or make love. Whatever mood Peter was in that night deciphered how he screwed you.
Tonight he wanted to pamper you. To really spoil you since he knew you planned to do the same to him. Gosh, "I'd do anything to be between those thighs," He murmured out loud. A dumbstruck look on his face. He hadn't even noticed he said it out loud, and you knew it. A giggle escaping your lips while you leaned forward. Ghosting your lips over his. "Not if I'm between yours first," you cooed, and he shuddered.
His face was a slight red out of embarrassment. He hadn't meant to say that to you out loud, but it wouldn't be the first lewd thing he'd ever said to you. Peter was fairly good at telling you what he wanted and how he wanted to do it. The more lust filled he got, the less of a sensor he had.
It was like a race for the both of you. Peter standing from the tub while flicking the switch so the water would drain. Scrambling out of it while you laughed and giggled with him. The both of you doing your best to be quiet so Mayday wouldn't wake up.
You ran for the bedroom. Feet pattering against the wooden floor while he did the same. Shutting the door behind himself before he pulled you in for a kiss that he craved. One that you both craved, really.
"I know you're wearing it," he spoke against your lips. Pulling the string of your bath robe so it would fall open. He was quick to pull back so he could see your frame better. "You still like it?" You asked, and he was quick to nod. His fingers running up your sides to your breasts. Giving them both a light squeeze with a groan. "Baby, I never want you to take it off," he chuckled, and you both knew that was a lie. By the end of the night he'd have it ripped off you and in a pile on the floor.
His lips came in contact with your neck. Fiery touches that you would never get used to. Your own powers were controlled by the sun, yet this heat was always so unfamiliar to you. So nice.
"Peter," you sighed as he sucked on your skin. Your body jolting when his fingers pinched your nipples through your bra. "You're so gorgeous, you know that?" He asked against your skin. Licking over your collar bone. You chuckled with a nod, "You tell me all the time," "Yeah, well I don't say it damn near enough." You rolled your eyes at his comment, reaching up to run your fingers through his hair. "Yeah, and I don't tell you how good of a boy you are for me enough, either," he let out a grumble of a moan against your skin. It was so easy to rile him up, you loved it.
"May I?" You asked, ghosting your fingertips over his shaft, and he nodded. "Words, Peter," you demanded, and he shuddered. "Yes... Yeah, please," he mewled, and you snickered. He was already a mess.
You shrugged the robe off, allowing it to fall to the floor to give his hands more access to your skin. Your hand quick to reach between your lovers legs and grab him. Giving him a slow stroke before stopping to squeeze the base. His head fell onto your shoulder. A sigh leaving his lips while he gripped your hips.
"I need you," he called, "God, I need you so bad, don't tease me," he cried a little, and you had half a mind to listen, but you didn't want to. You had other plans for the night. You wanted to draw out this time you both had together for as long as you could.
"No," you purred, and the whine that he let out was heavenly. "Now, don't pout, Petey," you purred, "be a good boy for me and I'll reward you," he nodded frantically. He just wanted you to carry on and do something. Anything.
When you started to drop to your knees he felt his heart stutter in his chest. Everywhere your hands grazed as you slid down to the floor was on fire. At this point he couldn't tell if it was from his excitement, or if you were doing it yourself.
Your hand stroked his shaft a couple more times. Peter watching with excited eyes. His thighs shaking while he fought the urge to thrust forward.
"You can touch me, Peter," you told him, and he nodded. His shaky hands coming to tangle in your hair. One staying on the top of your head while the other came to cup the side of your face.
"Will you be good?" You asked, and he nodded. "I know you will," you hummed, kissing his hip. Listening to the moan that left his throat just from having your lips so close to where he wanted you the most. He craved you to the point that it hurt.
When you did finally reach his cock, the noise he made was unreal. Your eyes darting up to his with warning. One of his hands shot up to cover his mouth. A soft 'sorry, my love,' falling from his lips. He truly didn't mean to be as loud as he was. He could never help it. He prayed that one day the two of you could find a babysitter for Mayday so neither of you had to hold back as much as you both did.
Your head bobbed and he felt his knees shaking all ready. His brow knitting together while his chest began to heave. He couldn't take his eyes off of you. You were like an angel. On your knees, committing sin. The thought made him shudder. A hum rumbling from his chest while his head lolled to the side. "Feels so... Good," he purred, and you hummed in response. The vibration sending a wave of pleasure through his body. Both hands shooting to the top of your head so he could stable himself. His mouth slightly parted while his vision grew blurry from the tears that pricked the corners of his eyes.
"God, like that, shit," he spewed out words. You knew he was close, even if you couldn't sense it like he could sense your own approaching orgasms. You would know from how many times you've made him cum in your relationship.
You didn't allow him to, though. Another groan leaving his lips while he buckled forward. His hips thrusting forward a little in an attempt to chase your mouth. "Dammit, I was so close," he slurred, and you chuckled. Leaving an open mouthed kiss on the side of his cock. "I know, and you did so good for me baby," you purred, and he whined. He had such mixed feelings for your praising tease. He loved it, but he also despised it.
"How about I reward you now?" You asked, looking up to your lover with a grin. He was quick to nod in agreement. Licking his lips while he waited anxiously for what you had to say next.
"You wanna fill me up tonight?" "You have no idea," he practically growled. The sound of his voice. The switch from whiny to damn near feral. It went straight to your core. Your breath hitching as he helped pull you to your feet. Pushing you back until you were on the bed.
He fell on top of you. Caging your body with his own. Something seemed to snap in his eyes and it excited you more than taking control over him. It wasn't often that you let him be in complete control, but right now. All you could think of is what he had said in the tub.
"You still want your head between my thighs?" You asked, and his eyes were quick to meet yours again. A smirk pulling at his lips while he stared down at you. "I'd live there if I could, baby," you both chuckled a little at this, but you both knew it was true, too. There were some mornings that you'd wake up to his head between your thighs. Eating you like you were his last meal on earth. He'd just give you head if you'd let him. He never really expected anything in return from you.
He lips crashed down onto yours. A kiss that had you both gasping for air when he was done. Teeth on teeth that led to his tongue exploring your mouth.
His hands were on their own mission. Scaling your body. Taking in every dip and curve that you had. Memorizing you like he did every other time he touched you. If he didn't have any other responsibilities, he could stay in this position with you forever. Touching your body while kissing you with fervor.
One of his hands cupped your breast. The other resting on your thigh. His lips finally parting from yours with a string of saliva still connecting you both. A smug and dreamy smile on his face. "I love you," he hummed, and you giggled. "I love you, too," you told him, and his smile grew. He couldn't believe how lucky he was to have you.
His lips trailed over the top of your breasts. Kissing and sucking. Leaving little marks on the soft skin. His hand on your thigh sliding up your body so he could take both of your breasts in his hands. Squeezing and toying with your sensitive mounds of flesh. Your back arching with soft noises that left your throat. Every sound that you made only fed his ego more than it did before.
His mouth replaced one of his hands. Mouthing over the thin fabric that his your nipples from the air. Saliva wetting your skin through the fabric. A sharp inhale coming from you when he nipped your sensitive skin. Your fingers gripping his shoulders while he teased your body. He knew what drove you crazy. Just like you knew what drove him crazy.
His free hand trailed down to your panties. His hand cupping your sex with a moan. He could feel how hot you were down there and it drove him wild. His middle and index finger running over your mound. Feeling how wet you were through the fabric of the lingerie. It was intoxicating him. Just as much as his touch was intoxicating you.
His mouth switched over to your other breast. Biting the flesh while he pushed your panties to the side to slip his middle finger inside of you. A gasp leaving your throat while you tugged at his hair. "Pete!" you snapped, and he grunted, "'M sorry, you're just so good," he moaned against your skin. His now free hand reaching behind you to undo the bra that kept him from your bare skin. Gibing him the chance to abuse your nipples without the fabric in the way. Though, it didn't last long before his mouth was trailing down your stomach. Leaving wet kisses on his way down.
Once he met your clothed sex with his face he felt himself growing impatient. Nudging your clothed clit with his nose. "You're so pretty like this," he sounded drunk. He practically was. Anytime he had sex he was. He was intoxicated by you. You were his perfect drug.
His fingers hooked your underwear. Pulling them down your legs and tossing them to the side. Peter blew on your sex. Keeping your legs apart with his strong grip. "Stay still for me, please," he asked, looking up with pleading eyes. Though there was a hint of command behind them that had you clenching around nothing. You only nodded your head in agreement, which had him smiling.
He was quick to get to work. Licking up your slit. Your breath hitching while your fingers tangled in his hair. His hips bucking down into the bed to try and gather some sort of friction for himself.
He licked at your sensitive bud. Licking and sucking until you were squirming and on the verge of tears. Biting the back of your hand to hold back the cries that tried to bleed from your mouth.
"Taste so good," he rambled. Reaching a hand down to push two fingers inside you. Curling them up, then dragging them out. Slipping the digits past his lips to take a taste. Moaning around his fingers before slipping them out. "Heavenly," he sighed, before diving in once again. Lapping you up like a dog.
It wasn't long before you were summing on his tongue. You told him you were close, but he knew. Only abusing your clit until you were convulsing underneath him. If it weren't for you pushing his head away, he would have made you cum again, too.
"Peter, please," you cried, and he looked up from between your legs. "Just one more time," he tried to plea. Leaning down to lick your clit again. Your body jolting at the overstimulating feeling. "Peter, if you aren't inside me in the next ten seconds I swear to God," you snapped, and he smirked. "All right, all right," he chuckled, kissing your stomach before pulling himself up so he was positioned between your thighs.
He moved above you for a moment or two. Just staring down at you with those adoring eyes. You hated how he looked at you sometimes. It made your heart ache and wish that you had met him sooner than you had. He always made you feel so special and so loved.
"I want another kid," he blurted, "Maybe a little boy, he could have your eyes," he daydreamed out loud, and you nearly laughed. Yet, you couldn't. You only stared back up at him. Hearts practically in your eyes while you reached up to cup the sides of his face. "Only if he has your smile," he chuckled at your words. Leaning down to nuzzle your nose with his. "Is that a yes to baby number two?" He snickered, reaching down to rub your stomach. He was obsessed with you, and he couldn't get over the thought of you carrying another one of his kids. He was already crazy for you, but seeing you pregnant with his child? It did things to him, and you knew it, too. He wasn't shy about it.
"You like being a mommy?" He hummed, and you nodded, "Only for you," you chuckled, and he snickered. "You're a good one too. So loving, caring, rewarding," he winked with the last word, and you rolled your eyes. Swatting his chest. "Peter," he shrugged. "You are, I'm glad you are, too. Mommy. It's a good title for you," He cooed, leaning in to press a kiss to your lips.
"Peter, it's been over ten seconds," you reminded him, wrapping your legs around his waist. Bringing your hips up to meet his. The both of you shuddering at the friction. "All right," he sighed out, but instead of pressing himself inside of you like you wanted. He pulled away from you. A frown settling on your lips. "What?" "Hands and knees, now," you stared for a second. It never ceased to surprise you when he ordered you around, but you never really complained about it either.
Once you were maneuvered around he was quick to pull you closer to him by your hips. Leaning down to kiss the dip of your back. "Gonna fill you full," he murmured against your skin, rubbing the tip of his dick along the slit of your sex.
"Shit, Peter," you wined, leaning down to lay the side of your face on the bed. Peter let out a moan at the position you put yourself in. Ass in the air, face in the sheets. You were gorgeous.
He hushed you, biting his lip while putting his fingers against your lips. You sucked them into your mouth and he swore it was one of the hottest things you've done.
When he pressed inside of you, you both fought to stay quiet. Peter was practically falling apart above you. The thought of fucking a baby into you had him harder than he had expected. His hips giving a few testing rolls to make sure you were wet enough. Only moving when you gave a nod.
His thrusts were slow at first. Rolling against you with rhythm. Until they weren't. Until you begged him to move fasted and he had to listen to you.
Both of his hands were on your hips now. His own hips thrusting in and out of you at a past that had your whole body trembling. You pawed and gripped at the sheets. One of his hands keeping hold of your hip while the other reached for one of your hands. Intertwining his fingers with your own. Even while he was fucking you dumb he showed so much affection for you. It was almost overwhelming.
Peter leant over you. Pressing a kiss to your shoulder blade while he panted and moaned in your ear. The sound of skin on skin echoing in the room. The faster he got the further you got smothered into the bed. He was chasing that high that the both of you craved. When he felt his approaching, he was quick to reach between your thighs to rub your clit with the speed of his thrusts. Bringing the both of you to the highs that you desired. His hips slowing while he rolled out his orgasm and rubbed out your own.
Peter lay limp above you. His chest heaving on top of your back. One hand running up and down your side while the other squeezed and rubbed at your hand.
"One more?" He asked, and you chuckled. "Your libido's too high for your own good, Peter," you sighed, and he chuckled. Pulling out of you which caused the both of you to groan with distaste. "I'm not hearing a no?" He questioned with a brow raised. Helping you roll onto your back. "One more," you told him with a nod, and he grinned. "Maybe two?" "Pete, don't push it," you giggled, reaching out to wrap your arms around his neck. Peter laughing into the kiss he gave you.

*waves* hellooooo ❤️
Just wanted to ask if you could do an analysis for barou too?
thank you so much for requesting this, love Barou so much. Also, this is kinda long cause i yapped away too much
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/616b66a0452b47fd5e0666f36bc238c5/ac94c4559dbb3058-92/s540x810/cee415bb7553fa390b1c3a2859a9cae3263d6042.jpg)
Barou Shoei, also knows as the “King,” is a character full of contradictions. On the surface, his egocentric view on life and arrogant attitude make him easy to label as short-tempered and a “red flag.” But Barou is much more complex than that.
First off, the king persona isn’t just a front. Barou genuinely believes he’s the king of the field. His confidence isn’t misplaced. He knows he has the skills to back it up. This confidence comes from his deep fear of mediocrity and his relentless drive to prove his worth, both to himself and to others.
During the second selection, I initially thought Barou would learn to pass the ball, become a team player, and maybe even become friends with Isagi. Wrong. Barou does the opposite of what’s expected. And that’s what i love. Instead of fitting in, he adapts in his own way, pushing himself even harder and maintaining his individual strength. That’s the beauty of Barou, he’s resilient and unbending. He doesn’t pass the ball, he pushes himself even more to advance Isagi, a threat to his progress and yet at the same time the spark that pushed him to advance.
But Barou isn’t just about ego and power. He’s also incredibly intuitive. In the light novel, we learn about his family, specifically about his absent father and the love Barou nurtures for his mother and sisters. At just seven years old Barou had to witness his father being a deadbeat. His mother, with a one-year-old on her back and a newborn in her arms, tirelessly cooked for him. This experience forged a strong bond between Barou and his mother. As the light novel states, “When his mother was having a hard time, why wasn’t his father there? While thinking vaguely, he devoted himself to keeping the house beautiful.”
It’s no wonder Barou can’t stand people like Nagi, who are too laid-back for his liking. Although his relationship with his father isn’t explicitly stated, it’s clear it’s not a positive one. Barou grew up with his mother as his role model. She worked her ass off to provide for him and his sisters, showing resilience and strength. How could Barou, the self-proclaimed king, give up on his dreams when his mother made so many sacrifices for him?
Which brings me to this. Barou’ behaviour is a byproduct of his upbringing and experiences. Barou’s intensity on the field is matched by his loyalty and protective instincts off it. He may not show affection in conventional ways, but his actions speak volumes about his commitment to those he deems worthy.
His sheer determination to succeed and independence reminds me a lot of the “eldest daughter curse.” The one who always has to put a brave face in front of everyone. The planner. The organiser. The parent. The sibling and the child they couldn’t be. It’s canon that besides for his birth, he never cried afterwards.
Maybe because he feels he does not have the right to? Maybe because he feels other people have it worse so he refuses to cry? Or maybe because after seeing and living with an absent father, picking up the role of the missing parent and emotional supporting figure for your sisters and mother, he kinda became numb. Because your feelings and worries become an afterthought.
So, no, Barou isn’t a red flag. His intensity and harshness are just part of his dedication and his refusal to settle for mediocrity. He’s deeply committed to his goals and willing to endure solitude and criticism to achieve them. Barou’s sense of honor and integrity also sets him apart. He doesn’t cheat or rely on underhanded tactics, he achieves his goals through sheer willpower and skill.
Because that’s simply who the king is. Barou is the essence of what it means to be a striker.

MIDHEAVEN // ASCENDANT at 2°, 7°, 14°, 19°, 26° or Libra/ Taurus can indicate gaining attention online for your beauty/fashion /creative endeavors.
GEMINI ASCENDANT in Webb PC is typically good in my opinion due to gemini being ruled by mercury. Mercury rules over communication, and technology. I've seen this in the pc of those who have a online presence! Geminis can also be very entertaining and creative so I think this also plays into the fact of why this can be a good indication of internet fame. Gemini is also represents the messenger, so typical geminis always have something to say!
EX: Rihanna has Gemini Ascendant at 19°, shows she's very active online, and this is due to her beauty line, and of course to communicate information regarding her business. Also shows her being talked about a lot in the media, and being seen as beautiful , with Her asc ruler (mercury) heavily venusian influenced, it sits in libra 5th house so this also shows fashion, and also creativity/fame etc! Her Mercury is also at 26°! 🤭
MARS IN 1H can manifest in two ways; You could either be seen as a sex symbol online, Or attract alot of animosity and feel the need to defend yourself constantly. This can also be seen as someone who is constantly arguing online.
EX: Kim Kardashian
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/2ca72481e298f280ee725da8c5cdc7c9/f92a8580c6e38697-50/s540x810/fd77d6b55f818a740b7a3f52abc92df97d8134f2.jpg)

Neptune 1H // ASPECTING ASC can show having this glamorous and dreamy presence online. From what I've seen this can really make a Star, and someone who influences others. This placement screams stardom to me, if you have this placement and your not famous online and not want to be then this could just manifest as you literally being nonexistent online, Or if your spiritual then this can show fame for your metaphysical talents! Neptune also rules illusions of course, so this may also show appearing one way online and being completely different in public. People with this placement always have very beautiful posts, and just give off the vibe of being whatever they want to be! May even benefit from manifesting fame online!
VENUS 10H shows you will definitely be seen as beautiful or even setting fashion trends (especially if you have aqaurian influence hitting your venus) Your online presence is heavily influence by your physical and fashion. This could even manifest as art, music, etc.
VENUS IN 3H can be similar to VENUS IN 10H, I say this because 3rd house is skills, communications, conversing with the outside, and social media. The only difference is these people may be noticed for their actual skills instead of VENUS IN 10H is just noticed because of their presence. VENUS IN 3H shows this could be your voice as in singing, and people also talk about how beautiful you are as well. I feel this can make a very popular person. And of course your voice and Intellect.
EX: Rihanna & Beyoncé
FAMA 1H/ LEO can show definite fame online for your talents. Whatever sign it's in can show what kind of talents this may be. I know this girl on YouTube (Nadirah Ali) who has Fama 1h Libra, and she's a model, her shoots are gorgeous!
LIBRA ASC // JUNO ☌ ASC / / JUNO 1H can show your spouse may be involved with your presence online, Libra can manifest different from time to time because it's also creativity, but in some way love or partnership will be involved. If you have Libra Ascendant paired with juno ☌ asc or 1h then this is even more emphasized.
EX: Beyoncé Juno 1H
VENUS ☌ WEBB (3041) online attention for creativity/ visual arts/ beauty. The sign/house these two are in can show how this energy may manifest.
FOR EXAMPLE: Venus ☌ Webb in Cancer 10h can indicate being seen as very nurturing and feminine online, you being a mother could be a big part of your reputation online. You may do a lot of wholesome, and comforting art. Maybe even cooking or home decor.
Venus ☌ Webb in Leo 9h can indicate traveling, and online you are very outgoing. You may seem foreign, and adventurous to outsiders. You could even become famous in foreign lands. You may be very open about your religion/beliefs online as well. You could be the type to go all out for the holidays, and post about this online.
Beyoncé has Venus at 8° ☌ Webb at 17° in Aquarius 3h, so this for one shows how she has really changed the internet game, and has a big influence with her aqaurius influence and also this number 8 energy which also represents change and of course 17 is a longevity degree. So she has a long lasting impact on the internet with her voice, and can feel like whatever she say goes. (I think this is also attributed to the fact she has Pluto in 11h, 11h/Aqaurius rules the masses/ global impacts.) This also shows her beautiful voice/ music!
MIDHEAVEN IN PISCES// AT 12°, 24° gives star qaulity again, this alone won't necessarily indicate your absolutely going to be a star but if you have any other fame indicators then this is a nice add on to have. Midheaven in pisces will most likely be seen as having a other worldly presence online, and truly beautiful!
EX: Rihanna Pisces Midheaven
MERCURY AT 5°,17°,29° shows recignition for your voice. This could be singing or even you just being funny, and making others laugh! Also teaching others.
SUN 7H // VENUS 7H adding onto what I said above about juno/Libra. This can also show that marriage/ relationships and your connection to others whether that be platonic or romantic, may impact your reputation online, and partners will be involved.
LILITH 1H may be outcasted, or feel like the bad guy when they get on the internet. Can result in someone who gets dissed alot online or rebels against the web in some way. This can also show jealousy, and having a big sex appeal.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/6519724e9229f676104cf47494cd4b26/f92a8580c6e38697-d2/s540x810/26622195393a428ef9c3e83b4567abec00c5e6d9.jpg)

PLUTO 1H obsession, stalkers, and jealousy. If you have this placement expect to be seen as someone whom is mysterious, and kind of intimidating. You could change something online or even be seen as someone who attracts a lot of people to them. You have a special affect on people online, and could either be hated or loved. You could also talk about taboo things online, and your online presence may go up & down. Also a sex appeal indicator.
MOON 1H seen as someone who cares, and the mother online. A lot of people probably come to you with their problems. May be the type to post a lot about motherhood, and feminine energies. May be seen as intuitive online, More prone to talk about spiritual things.
NORTH NODE 10H the internet is meant to impact your career/reputation. May be known for having a online presence. Most likely will be very influential.
EXACILBUR (9499) 1H // ASPECTING MC, ASC indicates having a HUGE impact online. Excalibur means being chosen, and having a path that can't be taken from you. So you'll see these natives appearing powerful, and having a breakthrough online!
1H LORD IN 5H shows going viral, you could be super young, and have a huge influence on the youth. More than likely you will be showing your creative talents online!
EX: When I tell ya'll.... I just had a feeling that Ice Spice had this placement..... And I was right. 😌 She definitely has become a trend through her mannerisms, and music etc lol, and she's definitely influenced the younger generation.
1H LORD IN 2H indicates you attract alot of abundance to you online. You could benefit from having a online business or making money online. This may even be a indication of a online shopper. The internet determines your finances.
1H LORD IN 9H shows learning online, and touching the hearts of foreigners. You may find a lot of luck, and knowledge online. This is a great indication of having a big audience, and people probably watch you online to learn from you! People most likely see you as spiritual, and wise.
1H LORD IN 8H are usually the ones who talk about esoteric topics online. They are seen as very powerful, and someone who changes the minds of others. Usually will have a huge impact on others, and can be seen as someone to be feared. They can attract a lot of hate and rumors regarding their personality, and what they stand for. If not popular online you will most likely be seen as secretive, and private. People may be obsessed with you, and see you as attractive.
EX: I know someone who has this placement, but I'm not going to say their name lol. I just want to point out how powerful their placement is, and how much of their presence enlightenented alot of people online. They are a mercurial ruled rising, mercury sits in the 8th house conjunct their North Node and Jupiter (in 8th). Their purpose was to spread enlightement and knowledge (jupiter). Their voice (mercury) was meant to be heard. Their mercury & Jupiter sits at 11° and Mercury at 9° in Aries. Not to mention they are very blunt, and have a very powerful way of speaking and asserting themselves. I'll give yall a hint but they were a black man. Fox News released an article that, they are a "Violent Cult Leader" (very plutonian but , in his defense it wasn't a "cult") Iykyk.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/6afc39cbc906b223f36e922bedd2c1a9/f92a8580c6e38697-51/s540x810/020937908f740aa20d56fdb359963caafb3a9a0a.jpg)

PLUTO 1H, SCORPIO ASC, 1H LORD IN 8H, adding onto what I said in the previous observation ⤴. I've noticed all of these placements in some way attract jealousy, hate, rumors for what they do. It may not always be as intense but they hold a lot of power and influence. People want to watch them, and they have the ability to uncover a lot of hidden truths, and taboo secrets. Pluto in the 11h can even give this vibe too, but they are even more so having a huge effect on the masses. They can change and bring back trends if they wanted to. They can change their interests regarding what they consume online too. Pluto in 10h has the ability to reinvent their public persona, this is very similar to pluto 1h as well!
10H LORD IN 12H your presence online may be hidden or spiritual. You can be seen as someone who has a healing presence.
MIDHEAVEN AT FAME DEGREES (5°,17°,29°) definitely will be famous online. 5° may manifest as going viral for a short period of time, while 17° and 29° will manifest in long term fame, and impact.
10H LORD IN 8H your online presence may include divination, spirituality, and sexual/taboo topics. You will be seen as mysterious, and powerful. (Definitely should have included this with the ♇ observations above ⤴ lol)
VARUNA ASPECTING SUN, ASC, MC OR IN 1H/10H/11H can show worldwide recignition, may attract a lot of praise especially if it's sun or 11h/10h just because sun is literally where we shine, and talents. 11h is goals, and accomplishments, while 10h is literally achievements.
STELLIUMS IN HOUSES/ 2 OR MORE PLANETS IN A HOUSE can show certains aspects of where your presence online will gain a lot of attention, maybe even what your known for doing. Signs can show the energy of this!
1H STELLIUM emphasis on you, your entire being probably will attract a lot of attention. You may be very bold
3H STELLIUM emphasis on your mind, and speech.
4H STELLIUM emphasis regarding your family, and upbringing.
5H STELLIUM emphasis on your talents, and your talents. Could be children, and creativity maybe even love flings.

hi!! just wanted to stop in and give an idea ig
141 with a reader who’s like a mother hen after a mission, making sure everyone’s not injured, and god forbid they are, she’s trying to stop the bleeding, and scolding soap for being so reckless!! even after they get back to base after a long day, she’s fussy.
IDK JUST A RANDOM BLURB??
A/N: Such a cute idea, not one I would've thought of on my own! Hope I did the request justice <3
Summary: It's in your nature, the motherly role you feel towards the other members of the Task Force. Patching up their injuries, and scolding the two most reckless ones, it's all become routine.
Warning(s): platonic!141, fem!reader, canon-typical violence, blood/minor injury mention, mild language, suggestive banter, no use of y/n

Troublemakers // Drabble
Though you hadn’t said a word on the ride back, at least outside of ones pertaining to the operation, the look on your face said enough. For every mission, no matter the time and place, something goes wrong—someone gets hurt.
“Anybody broken?” Captain Price comes through the comms, the static crackling through the jeep.
“Everybody’s fine, Captain. For now.” Your voice hissed back into the radio, eyes scanning their faces for any signs of an injury. Right now, there weren’t any signs. But the second this jeep stopped, there was no way in hell they were getting past you without you at least checking. It had become your unofficial job; the mother of the team, the medic without an official title, even the ‘buzzkill’ at some points.
There was no time to fuss over them at first, during evac. Everyone had piled into the vehicles too quickly, and you were eager to get out of there just as much. You were a natural nurturer, but not blinded by your instincts—there was a chain of command, after all. When your Captain says to evac, you evac, no questions.
Once the titles and formalities fizzled out, once the comms went quiet, that side of you always came out.
The jeep was moving at high speeds, and the passing landscape was a blur. A secluded, abandoned field where the operation went wrong; the taperings of town turning into the city; fizzled out until it turned into the secluded dry field again—when you reached the base.
In usual fashion, everyone got out first, and you last.
It was second nature, ushering them out like a clown car, then examining the inside of the empty vehicle to make sure nobody forgot anything. It was comical to them, so comical they still shot amused looks as you cased the car. Any further into this role, and you would start saying “C’mon kids” every time you went somewhere with them.
Another challenge to their chivalry was the way you held the door open for each of them, eyes glued to them as pursed your lips in discontent. But, they knew the drill just as well as you did.
First, you peered at Simon, though he just walked by with his usual scowl, probably finding a dark corner to brood in. He was the only one you didn’t bother to fuss over, unless you wanted to get chewed out, naturally.
It was the other two you were the most concerned about—Gaz and Soap, the troublemakers. If you could call them that in the field, you would have a thousand times already, and most likely more than that, knowing them.
Heavy sighs filled the room, sweaty brows wiped as they relieved their bodies of the extra pounds their gear gave them. Vests and buckles undone, muscles stretched as the adrenaline coursing through each of you steadied itself.
For once, you were also overjoyed to see the bland walls of this base, and them too, as much as they gave you grief. Each mission was like watching a toddler climb up to the top of a playset, waiting for the inevitable injury that comes once they fall—and every time, your hammering heart nearly came through your chest.
Yes, they were grown men, trained soldiers, but that instinct still prevailed. You couldn’t trust them with your life if they didn’t have theirs, could you? The world kept turning, and the clocks kept ticking, all as long as you played your maternal part in this arrangement.
You squinted at the two troublemakers, that gut instinct showing itself. “You sure nothing went wrong, you two? No blood?” It was a series of accusations, not naive questions. You knew something was up, there was that bubbling in your chest.
Gaz’s lip tightened into a line like he was trying not to reveal the truth. “No blood.” What a liar, and a bad one at that. Knowing these two, Soap was probably pinching his skin where you couldn’t see, trying to contort it until you were left with no suspicions.
There was no way you could force the truth out, so if they didn’t want your help, they weren’t getting it from you.
With a slow nod, you began to take off your own gear, gathering your pack and all the extras. Perhaps, for once, it would be a happy ending. You would settle into your dorm, lay back on your cot, and catch up on some paperwork, maybe even some light reading—
Well, that fantasy came about as quickly as it went.
Soap’s palm was hovering over his side, letting out a grunt of pain when he put his backpack over his shoulders. He had turned so abruptly, nearly scampering down to reach his own dorm. But he wasn’t quick enough, and your iron grip on his wrist—it was as unyielding as your grit.
“C’mon, I’m fine, Lass.” Soap grunts, like a child embarrassed when his mother dabs his face with a napkin. “It’s just a—”
“—a scratch?” You scoff, lightly smacking your free hand against his tender side. No matter how tough he was, how well he thought he was going to hide it, he had keeled over and held the spot you barely made contact with.
Gaz was attempting to contain his laughter, which was only met with the kick of one of Soap’s legs to his shin.
You couldn’t believe it, from causing trouble and bickering to working as a team and failing miserably.
The grip on Soap’s wrist loosened, instead now on the strap of his bag, gently sliding it off his tender shoulder. “Let me look at it, please.” You pleaded, trying to keep your tone both firm but concerned all at once. It seems it wasn’t just a scratch; once again you were right.
“I got nothin’ but admiration for you, why do you do this to me?” Soap whines, still not budging and letting you examine the wounds.
You ran your tongue over the inside of your cheek, cocking a brow at him. “Sit down, Johnny. Now.”
Your finger was pointing at one of the spare dining chairs in the kitchenette, and it wasn’t a request either. He knew that by now. Soap could try and swoon you, butter you up until you left it alone, but it wouldn’t work.
“Yes, ma’am.” His tone was defeated, but he still had a smirk on his face, like he was enjoying the attention.
Gaz snickered from behind you, and you could hear him begin his trek out of the room. “Better to just listen to the lady, or she won’t stop.”
Before you could even lay eyes on Soap’s injury, your head snapped in Gaz’s direction. He was on just as thin of ice, he was only lucky you could tolerate his jokes. “You’re part of this too, Gaz. I suggest you don’t wander too far.”
It was ironic; men who had worked so hard, trained to kill, and yet, they were downright gutless when in your sights, especially when caught in a lie.
All apart from Simon, who maintained the same distance with you as everyone else—that you could accept, it was just the way he was. But from these two clowns? Not for a second.
It wasn’t coming from thin air, either, this was a two-sided deal. The first time you were injured in the field, you attempted to diminish it, to write it off and suffer by yourself. It went about as well for you as it was for Soap right now—forced into a chair and stitched up with an icy glare, one that says “don’t ever do that again” without any actual words surfacing.
That’s how you knew this wasn’t in vain, even if your work didn’t always come with a response of gratitude.
You were strong where they were weak—and in return, they would quite literally kill for you, in and out of the field. God knows you’ve had to hold them back more than a few times; order comes out wrong at the restaurant, you get ghosted after a date, or someone insults your abilities as a soldier? It’s a mess.
Your eyes stayed on Soap’s pout through the reflection of the window above the sink, scrubbing away the grime on your hands before you got to work on him. In mere minutes, you’d retrieved the very used first aid kit, laying out any supplies you might need. Knowing him, it could be as small as a papercut, or a gushing wound under the fabric of his shirt.
He had already removed his, cheeks rosy and lips crinkled like you hadn’t seen this a thousand times. Not to mention, you were patching him up, not asking for a striptease. He was the one making things awkward, for the record.
Aside from the dirt, the scars, and small scrapes, it was an injury that needed to be looked at, regardless of how stubborn the patient was. A nasty bruise was forming on his peck area and below it a gash with some tiny glass shards still embedded in it. The shoulder had no visible injury, but based on how tender the skin was, he had sprained it again.
“Christ. How do you manage this? It was a simple sweep mission, MacTavish.” You shook your head in disapproval, putting on a pair of disposable gloves with a loud snap of the blue latex.
He takes the hits like a dog that knows he’s in trouble, only it's a look of acceptance rather than apprehension. It was coming from a place of care, not anger, and by God did Soap’s reckless behavior make your heart drop often.
Your rambles continued, almost as if you were talking to yourself. Your fingers worked carefully, using the tweezers to get any debris out of there.
“Can you do anything about this, Captain?” Soap’s words made your work slow, not stop.
“No, I cannot, Sergeant.” Even Price was aware of this dynamic, and frankly, he was thankful for it, one less person to worry about getting in trouble. You scolded it, didn’t partake in it—and that left less paternal instincts of his own to run dry.
Price’s boots retreated without another word, probably to work tirelessly in his office for the rest of the night. Now, it was clear to Soap that there really was no way out of this, no way to shimmy away from your caring nature.
Might as well take advantage of it the only way he knew how. “You look like you need a drink, Lass. Always so tense.”
You stared up at him through your lashes, wrapping the gauze a little tighter than you usually would. What were you supposed to say to that? He was right, you could use a drink, but he wasn’t going to get the satisfaction of being right—being right was your job.
Before you could utter a witty response, Simon spoke up for the first time since the mission. “She has a scalpel at the ready, Johnny. I would tread lightly if I were you.” For once, his cynical humor had landed on your side, and it nearly made you spit out a laugh, if you weren’t so focused.
If you were as childish as Soap, you might’ve said I told you so, but your stern look said enough. After you finished disinfecting the wounds, you bandaged them up, patting the cotton with your fingers to make it stick.
“All better now, just don’t do it again.” A satisfied beam appeared on your face, that worry in your gut dissipating when he was patched up. “Please?” Now, it was desperate and anxiety-filled.
He probably would do something like this again, but maybe next time he would at least think first, and you could live with that.
Soaps fingers find his shirt, slipping it over his head slowly with a pained groan. “I can’t promise that.” Then, they find the nearest bottle of whiskey, in true fashion for him. “But I’ll find you first next time, ask permission to get hurt.”
You scoffed and let out a sarcastic ha-ha, but stepped back enough to give him space, discarding the gloves into the waste basket. Once he had collected his things, keeping them in his uninjured arm this time, a cheek smirk appeared again.
He waited until you had turned your back to wash your hands again, and to be safe, a few feet further from you. “Thanks, Mom.” Soap turned on his heels and whipped around the corner, down the hall before you could show him your face of shock.
On second thought, maybe next time he wouldn’t have to ask to get hurt, and it would be your own two hands making him pay for that comment.

According to the internet, I’m a “boy mum”. It’s not a term I’d heard until I gave birth to a baby boy. Suddenly, I was being bombarded with videos about the nightmare in store for me. This was footage showing the kind of destructive male-toddler behaviour that Jackass stars Johnny Knoxville and Bam Margera would deem too risky. Meanwhile, their mothers were portrayed as longsuffering, harried, hard-as-nails veterans of the boy-toddler insane asylum.
My son is very physically active, but he’s also a gentle, cautious child, so this doesn’t resonate with me, or with several of the “boy mums” I know. (Meanwhile, some of the “girl mums” spend their days chasing their Tasmanian Devil-esque daughters like they’re in a Looney Tunes cartoon.) Yet it’s everywhere. Then, last week, I saw a report that found girls were playing outside less than boys, even at two years old – something that shocked the researchers, who hadn’t expected to see socialised gender roles emerging so early.
It didn’t shock me, sadly. Not when I’m regularly tearing my hair out in clothes shops trying to find something for my two-year-old son to wear that isn’t black or camouflage, like he’s a ninja, or a small soldier already primed for aggression.
“It’s not our fault, but we’ve all internalised that ‘boys-take-up-more-space’stereotype,” Kirstie Beaven, the founder of Sonshine magazine, a publication geared towards raising boys for a more equal world, tells me.
“Girls’ clothes are made for sitting still and looking pretty, while boys’ clothes are made for activity, even in the baby or toddler sections. Parents of babies tend to underestimate girls’ gross motor skills – expecting they will be less competent than boys at crawling or climbing – and we’re all more likely to encourage our sons to take physical risks, and expect our daughters to ‘be careful’.”
Beaven says that by the time our children are two years old, we probably don’t expect our daughters to need as much outside time. “Nor are they as comfy or confident when they are outside,” she says. “If your shoes are too flimsy to climb a tree or your T-shirt is cut uncomfortably short and tight, it’s not surprising you want to go home early.”
As a 90s tomboy kid raised in dungarees, this thought breaks my heart a little. A lack of outdoor physical activity will disadvantage girls from a young age, and these gendered expectations harm boys, too, as Ruth Whippman, author of the book BoyMum, tells me.
“The flipside of the ‘boys play outside more’ phenomenon is that parents as a whole give boys less of the kind of quiet indoor-type attention that they give to girls,” she says. “Wide-scale research across countries shows that from as early as nine months, parents spend more time with girls on activities such as learning letters and numbers, singing, drawing and telling stories. Girls now outperform boys at school and researchers believe these differences in parental time inputs account for a significant portion of the difference.”
What I loved about Whippman’s book was that it beautifully conveyed the internal battle many intelligent feminist mothers found themselves having when raising boys who may be conforming to certain stereotypes.
“When my three boys were small, people used to tell me all the time [that] ‘boys are like dogs – all they need is food and exercise, and just try to wear them out’,” Whippman says. “I used to absolutely hate it, as it seemed so dehumanising. But perhaps what I hated even more was the fact that in our case it was kind of true.”
Of course, like most mothers, she initially held herself responsible.
As with many of these questions, a complex interplay between nurture and nature is involved, and it’s stupid to deny biology any kind of role. Whippman highlights how male foetuses get a shot of testosterone in the womb that has been linked in other mammals to a tendency to play more roughly, while girls may be able to sit still and focus for longer at younger ages because the areas of the brain responsible for impulse control and emotional self-regulation generally develop earlier in girls.
The point is, though, that parents often increase this divide by failing to correct their own unconscious biases and help their kids work on the areas where they could improve their skills. As Whippman puts it: “When it comes to gender, as parents, we end up turning small differences into big differences.”
Seeing how much my little boy needs me, how much touch, affection and reassurance he craves, has been one of the most educative experiences I’ve had since I became his mum. I’ve known many men whose feelings as little boys were neglected, often in contrast to the comfort and time any sisters’ emotional needs were given.
“If we don’t let boys express all parts of their personalities and emotional lives because they are just ‘wild monsters’, we are not only doing them a huge disservice, we are storing up problems in how they interact with others in later life,” says Beaven, who also says that the “boy mum” stereotype boiled her blood.
If we are to tackle the crises in violence against women and in male mental health, we need to be open about how damaging these stereotypes are for boys as well as girls. That starts with being honest with ourselves about how much we, as parents, are encouraging them. That’s why you’ll never find me identifying as a “boy mum”, no matter how much the internet wants me to.

The Value of Being a Homemaker, Mother, and Wife
Today, I was struck by a message that said being a homemaker, a mother, and a wife is “useless.” It’s easy to feel hurt or even defensive when your life’s work and calling are dismissed like that. But instead of reacting with anger, I want to approach this sentiment with empathy.
In our world, it’s common to measure value by the size of a paycheck or the title on a business card. Many people genuinely don’t see the unseen work done by wives and mothers as important because it doesn’t fit into these molds. I understand how someone might come to this conclusion if they’ve never been shown the beauty and worth of these roles.
But let me tell you what I see: being a homemaker, mother, and wife isn’t just a job—it’s a ministry. It’s about creating a safe and loving environment where a family can thrive.
For children, it means having a stable, nurturing foundation where they are taught love, kindness, respect, and discipline. It means having someone to listen, someone to guide, and someone to cheer them on. Children who grow up in homes where they feel safe and loved often grow into adults who are emotionally secure and equipped to contribute positively to society.
For husbands, having a wife who values her role as a homemaker can mean coming home to a place of peace and support after facing the challenges of the outside world. It fosters unity in marriage, reminding both spouses that their partnership is about more than just financial success—it’s about building a life together that glorifies God.
And for society? Homemakers and mothers shape the future. They raise the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and caretakers. They create homes that serve as sanctuaries, not just for their families but for neighbors, friends, and anyone in need.
This work might not earn applause from the world, but its value is immeasurable in God’s eyes. Proverbs 31:27 says, “She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness.” This scripture reminds us that this role is active, meaningful, and deeply respected.
So, to anyone who has ever felt like their role as a homemaker, mother, or wife is undervalued: take heart. You are shaping lives, building legacies, and glorifying God in the process. Society may not always recognize the importance of this work, but it is essential, holy, and worthy.
Let’s keep celebrating the beauty of this calling and encouraging each other to embrace it with love and joy.
Kindly,
Thatgentlewife

WHEN you ask anyone what food reminds them of their childhood, they will automatically remember something made by their grandparents or even their parents.
However, for Sunoo, when he talks about any food that reminds him of his childhood, he would instantly remember his best friend.
Y/n has always been an independent child, being that typical child who is praised for being so mature and has high expectations of being an incredible adult.
During elementary school, her parents worked full time and often weren't even able to take her to and from school. Thanks to this, she was kind of forced to mature prematurely, learning to take care of herself quickly.
So, from the age of eight, every single day she was responsible for making her own snack. Of course, for a child she had her limitations, so her mother made lunch.
All the elementary students were enchanted by their independence and had Y/n as the most mature figure in the school, earning daily praise from her classmates.
And this popularity quickly reached the ears of Sunoo, Y/n's childhood best friend. They had known each other since birth, complementing each other and never really being apart from each other for long. Their parents thought this was really cute, so they nurtured this friendship by allowing them to see each other even outside of school.
Sunoo was proud that his best friend was so popular and strong, saying with conviction wherever he went that she was the best friend of all and that he was very lucky to have her. As time went by, she decided to please Sunoo by making snacks for him too and he felt extremely special for being the only one who ate the snacks made by Y/n.
Time passed and Y/n continued to improve her culinary skills and when they were in high school, she knew how to make the most varied foods and was proud of it. One time she even had lunch at her house and invited Sunoo. He swore he had never smiled so much in one day.
Even though she is extremely talented in the kitchen, Sunoo's favorite dish is still the delicious and simple sandwiches she has made since she was little. He felt as if they had a special bond, as if that simple meal strengthened the bonds between Sunoo and Y/n.
And today was no different. Lunch time finally arrived and Sunoo eagerly left the classroom and practically ran down the hall after Y/n. Unfortunately they didn't have many classes together, but at least they had a whole break to talk about anything and everything.
He thoroughly searched the entire length of the school yard, a place where they usually met to eat together, but he couldn't find her anywhere. He inspected the place one last time and went to look in other areas of the school where she was usually located.
After a while, he noticed that the break was almost over. Sighing in disappointment, he walks to the cafeteria so he can at least eat something before the day ends.
❪ 🥪 ❫
The sun was almost setting when Y/n was anxiously waiting for Sunoo at the school gates. Looking at the students leaving, she finally spotted Sunoo and waved at him happily with both arms, being greeted by a warm smile coming from him.
─── Where have you been? I looked for you at lunch, but I couldn't find you anywhere.
Sunoo speaks in a fake disappointed tone, looking her up and down.
─── oh my God! I completely forgot to tell you, I'm sorry. Mrs. Choi assigned me to tutor a boy in my class, so we stayed late in the library. I ended up losing track of time and when I went to notice the break it was already over.
She explains herself as they walk to their homes side by side.
─── Ah, if that's the case... Then it's okay, I forgive you. But please don't ever do that to me again, if I have to eat cafeteria food one more time I swear I'll hunt for worms on the patio floor.
Y/n makes a disgusted face and lightly hits Sunoo on the shoulder.
─── ew! No need to exaggerate, right?
She laughs at Sunoo's exaggeration and he responds with his usual mocking eye roll.
─── Will you be at the library tomorrow too?
─── oh yes. Classes will only last for two more days.
❪ 🥪 ❫
Said and done, the next day, Sunoo wasted no time and ran to the library. The fact that he hadn't had lunch with her the day before left him frustrated, but at least now he could catch up on all the gossip he heard in the hallways and talk about events in his classroom.
He approaches the table where Y/n is happily sitting, but his smile gradually drops when he sees who is sitting next to her.
Lee Joonho.
Why just him?
Lee Joonho is another one of the classmates who grew up together with Sunoo and Y/n. The problem is that he had a crush on Y/n since elementary school. Sunoo still remembers the time Joonho called him to ask if he could give Y/n's number, as he was interested in her. He still remembers the desire to squeeze Joonho's neck.
As he denied Joonho's request, the two never really understood each other again, forming a feeling of mutual hatred. Just imagining what Joonho was thinking when he was alone with you inside the library made Sunoo's blood boil with anger. I mean, he's also a man, so he has an idea of what's going on in other people's heads.
Having no idea what's going on, Y/n smiles happily as she sees Sunoo approaching, but she barely notices the discomfort evident on his face.
─── I'm glad you're here, Sunoo! I think you probably already know Joonho, so I don't think it's necessary to introduce them, right?
Sunoo sits right in front of them, staring deadly at Joonho, who just returns the look.
─── Yes, I know.
With a sinister smile, Joonho feigns affinity by responding in a forced tone of sympathy.
─── I think it's cute that you're still friends after so long. I really thought you guys would stop talking to each other in high school.
He rests his hand on Y/n's shoulder, affectionately stroking the area, but she doesn't seem to feel discomfort or really understand the real intentions behind that touch.
Sunoo closes his fists, pressing the sides of the chair where he is sitting. He wanted to hide his anger just to not make Y/n uncomfortable, but it was really hard not to make it obvious.
Who does he think he is? And why is he so close? Did he come to study or take advantage of sweet and affectionate girls?
Despite the anger in his thoughts, he tries to appear as calm as possible.
─── I think we like each other too much to just stay away.
Sunoo responds sarcastically, almost happy to feel victorious when he sees the anger behind Joonho's eyes.
─── right, boys. What do you think we eat now? That's why you came here, isn't it, Sunoo?
Sunoo's gaze softens as it rests on Y/n's cheerful figure. He nods and adjusts his posture so he can eat properly.
Taking the sandwiches from inside her cooler bag, Y/n takes out the sandwiches and Sunoo couldn't help but notice that she didn't make one more for Joonho. He smiles victoriously, gratefully taking the sandwich Y/n handed him, delighting in the first bite he took.
Sunoo's breath hitches in his throat when he sees her breaking the sandwich and giving the other half to Joonho. He starts coughing, almost choking, and doesn't miss his opponent's discreet smile.
─── Oh my God! Sunnie, are you okay?
His stomach might actually turn in a good way when he hears the old, gentle nickname she affectionately calls him, but the surprise at seeing her share the sandwich with that little piece of shit overcame any and all feelings.
Y/n grabs her water bottle, sharing the contents with Sunoo, worried in case he seriously chokes. He drinks the water quickly, and he definitely doesn't know whether the shortness of breath he feels is because of his surprise or because he drank the water so quickly that he barely had time to breathe.
─── Do you feel better?
At this point in the championship, Y/n came around the table, gently patting Sunoo on the back in a somewhat futile attempt to help him. Sunoo just stares at her with wide surprised eyes, then he stands up and grabs her hand.
─── we need to talk. Now.
─── but-
With no room for further complaints, he pulls her outside the library, a little flustered, but maintaining his usual gentle touch.
─── Look, you- you can only…
He runs a hand through his hair completely nervously, standing in front of her with his head down. He can swear it must feel like a bit at this point, so he takes a deep breath to try and calm himself.
─── why did you do that?
─── hmm? Sunoo… I don't understand anything. Are you well?
Her face is clearly filled with confusion and only now does he realize that maybe, just maybe, he had exaggerated a little. He wanted to hit himself right now.
─── Look, I'm sorry, but... who does that little shit think he is? First, he clearly arranged to take these extra classes with you, since obviously the teacher would ask you to explain the material to him because, obviously, You are the smartest and sweetest girl this school has, as well as being very understanding.
Sunoo raises her voice a little, not really caring about it right now. In fact, he wasn't rational at all right now.
─── and now, I am simply forced to see you sharing the sandwich that we always eat together with him? I mean, I know this sounds stupid, but to me it's not. This is very special to me. You are special to me, and so much! So he has no right to steal this from me.
The fast pace of Sunoo's voice matches your heartbeat. His thoughts were racing and he made every effort to think straight about what he said. When he finished speaking, his breathing was completely unregulated.
Once again in that short period of time, Sunoo is caught off guard by his own actions and words, embarrassment taking him over.
─── Are you… are you done, Sunoo?
He doesn't respond, just looking away embarrassed. Gently, she holds Sunoo's hand with one hand and rests the other on his cheek. Leaning forward a little and placing herself on tiptoe, she places a tender kiss on his cheek.
─── you don't have to be like this just because I shared a sandwich with him. But, if it's any consolation, he would never be able to fill the important role you play in my life, Sunoo. You are the only one for me.
He looks at her in amazement, feeling the phantom touch of the kiss that was just left on his cheek.
───… friends shouldn't say things like that to each other, Y/n.
For a second, he could see a flash of disappointment in her eyes. But then he smiles his usual radiant and contagious smile, returning the affectionate touch on her cheek.
─── but particularly? I don't want us to be just friends. I want to be able to love you the right way, the way I always did.
He wraps his arms around her, where she comfortably rests her head on his chest.
─── so let's make it happen.

My Reason For Smiling ~ Sasaki Kojiro x Reader
Such a pathetic end to life... Kojiro thought to himself, staring up at the cloudless sky. Surely, this can't be the end... Can it?
He still has so much to learn, so many matches to fight... He can't be killed by a nasty thief who slashed him in his sleep... Right?
Ah, but he's bleeding so badly, in the middle of nowhere, with no village anywhere in sight. Was he truly so luckless that he will be succumbing to a wound like this, not from an honorable fight, but from the cowardly blade of a damned criminal who stole all of his supplies and ran away, leaving him for death - Or to become food for the wilderness?
"Oh? Shika-chi, why are you tugging on my sleeve?" could it be...? The honeyed voice of a maiden, approaching him? Sasaki wanted to call out for help, but his body was working against him, how pathetic. He felt like a man no more, powerless, useless. "Is he alive?" Sasaki internally sighed in relief, hearing the rustling of the leaves and the woman kneeling by his side, checking his pulse. "That's one nasty cut. Are you awake?" he grumbled weakly, but it was enough of a statement of his livelihood. "Hang in there, will you? My cottage is nearby."
All of a sudden, Sasaki found himself being held up like a samurai would hold a pretty little lady who broke her sandal strap. He wanted desperately for his vision to unblur and get a look at the woman struggling to bring him to safety - He could feel her arms were much thinner than his, and she was barely walking with him in her arms - But she couldn't keep him on her back, or the wound might get worse - Smart cookie, Kojiro would have laughed in delight, was he not so drained. "Goodness, you're so heavy..." what an adorable lady, the man thought as he was clumsily placed on a comfortable bed. The tremble of her whole body shook him as he was being carried - At least the bed was static.
Ah, how good it feels - He hadn't slept on a bed in ages! Always sleeping outside, in the wilderness, with a log or a rock in place of a pillow and his haori alone for a blanket. He hadn't felt the comfort of a peaceful sleep since he left his home; Perhaps he will be able to rest properly now, in the care of such a lovely woman.
For a few good days, even though he felt better, Kojiro felt like lazing a bit, enjoying the nurturing way this missy spoiled him so carefully, her delicate hands working on his skin day in and day out. She would help him stand up and even helped him eat! Ahh, even his own mother hadn't spoiled him this way - How was he supposed to let go of all this pampering?
"Are you feeling any better?" the lady would ask in a gentle voice - No, it wasn't just gentle, it was rather tired also. Kojiro was beginning to feel a little guilty for abusing her kindness, in detriment of her exhausting herself. He hogged her bed, while she was just sitting in a corner of the mattress, leaning on the wall as she held one hand gently cupping his cheek, to feel his body temperature, while the other was holding his wrist to her neck, her thumb over his artery to feel his pulse. When sleep would take over her, he wasn't sure, but he was a man, and no matter how much he loved a woman's care, he couldn't let her ruin her health for him.
"Yep, all good! I'm fit as a fiddle! I have been reborn!" Sasaki jumped out of the bed all of a sudden, surprising the lady. "Ah, you little troublemaker, you're pretty bad at faking your health status, you know? You have been good for a few days now." she scoffed at the flabbergast man as she pushed him back down to sit on the bed while she finished cooking the porridge. "Sit down, lunch is ready. It's not good to eat while standing." Sasaki grinned sheepishly, scratching the back of his neck, thanking her for the delicious hot meal. "If you knew I was fine, why didn't you call me out sooner?" The lady shrugged carelessly, not bothering to look up at him. "I've been a bit lonely the past years. Nobody really comes around these places - Not with good intentions, at least. Figured a little human interaction wouldn't hurt." Kojiro's smile fell, and his eyes scanned the woman before him, apparently careless about anything surrounding her. "I can stay a while, if you want!" Once again, she shrugged. "Whatever you want. I'm not forcing anyone to stay here. It's not exactly the life anyone would want, anyway. You're a wanderer - I doubt you'd want to be tied to a spot for more than a week or so." that cunning smirk of her amused the man, though he knew she was right. "Well, why do you stay around, if you say you get lonely often?" Y/N hadn't replied, up until the point they both finished eating. With the plates discarded, she guided the man outside, so she could show the vast vegetable garden, the orchard, the berries - And a little farther away, to the other side, some sheep, even cows. A prosperous and abundant livelihood she had, but also, a very lonesome one.
"This place has been our home for generations - Or so my parents told me. I don't know, I can't prove anything. Well - My parents died when I was 10 years old, and with no other relatives anywhere, I learnt to take care of myself here. It wasn't easy, learning how to survive, a lone little girl in a place like this. Bunch of hermits, my family." she chuckled, strolling leisurely around the place. "I just about became a forest witch or something. Wild animals of all kinds appear out of nowhere. I had a deer when I found you. And just two days ago, a wolf stumbled around. At least with them, I feel safe. Humans usually are pretty nasty." "Gah, yeah, I get you. A thief struck me down while I was sleeping and stole everything I had. Bunch of honourless cowards." Sasaki sighed, shaking his head. "Wait, hold up - But if you're so scared of thieves, how come you trusted with me being in your home?" "Ah, well- About that..." Y/N coughed lightly, looking away. "You looked like a dumbass who really needed help."
Sasaki's eyes widened in shock at such a blunt confession, only to let out a loud guffaw which resounded through the forest. "Well, lucky me, then! I got pampered by a beautiful woman - I sure am the luckiest man alive!" "You're just exaggerating. Silly man." despite saying that, Y/N had a small smile gracing her beautiful features. "And you're being modest!" he shamelessly stepped in front of her, pinching her cheeks to force a smile on her face. "You look gorgeous when you smile - You should smile more! Happiness looks beautiful on you!" his own grin was so wide that it threatened splitting his face in two.
"Dumbass." Y/N groaned, slapping his hands away from torturing her soft, mochi-like cheeks which turned red from the abuse. "Anyway! So, what do you do for fun? Don't you get bored everyday?" the two went to sit down at the edge of a lake. "Nothing." she bluntly answered. "I have so much work to do around the house and the gardens that whenever I'm close to finishing, it's already dark outside and I'm too tired to do anything else." she shrugged simply. "At most, I find some time to seam some clothes, but even that isn't easy. The traveling merchants hardly come by anymore, and they don't really accept trading... They all just want money, and I have none of that." "Don't you get bored at all? Working all day can't be making you happy, can it?" Sasaki's voice turned a little lower, with a tinge of sadness. "I am not happy. Happy would be a person living. When you're just struggling to survive, you are not happy, nor sad - You are neutral. Simply put, you are content." she explained, watching the Sun slowly go down, and the ethereal painting of the sky twinned its image into the water sheen. "So, you're bored. Did I get that right?" Kojiro asked, turning his gaze at her. "You don't smile often, do you?" "Hella bored." she scoffed, resting her jaw on her palm. "I've lost precious time taking care of you. A tremendous amount of work is going to pile up on me once you leave. It's gonna take a while to get it done." she sighed theatrically. "What a drag."
The lone wanderer remained silent for a little while, a pang of sadness hitting his own heart, seeing the lady depicting the very same loneliness and exhaustion as so many other people he knew before, though at least they lived in a village, and could converse with each other. She was all alone, with just a bunch of animals to keep her company.
"Do you want to come with me?" the man found himself asking, all of a sudden. "I have no destination. My only goal is to get stronger. I want to battle all the master swordsmen and get stronger and stronger with each fight." "Admirable wish, Sasaki. I will be cheering on you from here." his smile fell. "I am a woman, you know. Women don't like traveling around the world with no aim and no stability. That's a man-thing. You don't care if you don't bathe for years, or if you don't change clothes, or care for your looks. Women like comfort and cleanliness." Kojiro found himself smiling tenderly at her. He knew she was right, but a little part of him didn't want to ever part with her. "I'm sorry, Y/N." the woman looked at him with a questioning eyebrow risen. "I wish I was a rich man, so I could provide for you - Or, at least compensate you for all the kindness you've shown me. You're a lovely person, and... Well..." his tanned cheeks flushed a little, a boyish smile, innocent and crushing on the lady. "Men like making pretty girls smile. We like to provide for them... But often, we don't really have any money, and clothes and accessories are so expensive." Y/N's piercing eyes bore into him with such blunt intensity that Sasaki almost felt embarrassed for saying something like that. "Jiro." she called out his nickname. "You don't need to buy me anything to make me happy. Your smile is enough of a reason to feel happy."
Far more amplified than before, Kojiro's cheeks were deeply red, and he felt a rush of love forcing his heart to pound swiftly against his chest. "Oh man... Men are supposed to seduce and compliment girls... But you were so cool... For a lone woman, you having fantastic charm-skills! You have to teach me!"
Y/N rolled her eyes playfully as she stood up, offering her hand to help him. Sasaki wondered at the feeling of a woman's hand holding his own - It wasn't soft and delicate like a flower's petal, but he expected nothing different from a work-ridden person like herself. He cursed himself with his inability of providing for her, or at least lessen her harder chores. Yet, despite her calloused and rough hands, they were so small, and her fingers were so slender; Her hand felt so good in his own, he didn't want to let go of her.
Much to his surprise, however, Y/N kissed his cheek, blanking his mind - Only to push him into the lake and leave back home. What a kitsune! He didn't even realise he was so tightly wrapped around her finger - When did this happen? No use denying though. He is very much smitten.
Without even realising when days passed, Kojiro found himself in perfect health, helping Y/N with work around the house - He'd cut wood and carry it for her, and he'd help with the vegetables and the trees. He had to be careful though, as very often, his eyes would linger to the woman sitting at the base of a tree, patching his clothes up.
How was she able to act so naturally with him, when he'd get all blushy around her and act like an idiot? He was even showing off his toned physique, and not even a compliment on his looks! She was so cool and composed that Sasaki felt envious at how level-headed she was.
Still! He was so happy that he could lay off some of her work, offering her some time to relax every once in a while. They would go strolling through the forest and watch the sunset, or climb on some trees to get the ripest fruit. On few occasions, they would go swimming in the lake - Though Kojiro was used to bathing all naked, he couldn't do that in front of a lady, obviously! Not that she gave him any choice to begin with, for their swims usually started with her pushing him in the water. Playful little minx.
On even fewer occasions, she would join in the swim also, instead of just making fun of him from the shore. But there came that one single time when Sasaki braved his awkwardness and pushed Y/N in the lake - Oh, the audacity! To pay back, she pretended to drown, only to pull at his leg to scare him off. As soon as his head reached the surface, she bopped his head back in the water before sitting on his shoulders. "Oh, what a lovely sight - Is this what it's like being tall? What a fortunate gift, being born so tall!" "You are one ruthless lady."
Every day spent with Y/N was a bliss for Sasaki, and he thought there would be many, many more days like that in the future - Alas, one evening when they came down from the mountains, they returned to a pillaged cottage, with all the vegetables either picked or ruined and all the animals slaughtered and stolen. Lifetimes of diligent work put into that home were completely obliterated by a bunch of ravagers.
Nothing Kojiro said was able to simmer down Y/N's rage, and for the first time since they met, he witnessed her being fully manipulated by the burning rage bubbling through her veins. With long strides, Y/N went in the hut and retrieved a samurai sword, so beautiful and evidently untouched in a long while - She rushed, following the traces of blood left behind by the evil-doers, and soon enough, they found their temporary camp - They were munching on her animals' meat and her well-tended vegetables, drinking her mead and wine. Y/N was pissed.
"My blade shall deliver divine punishment on the sinners who destroyed my family legacy." Sasaki could only watch in awe and wonder, stunned at the beauty of her swordsmanship, elegant and swift, agile and graceful; Ribbons of blood were spilling everywhere, and the many criminals were being cleanly cut to pieces before his very eyes.
All his life, Sasaki Kojiro only dreamt of meeting strong Sword Masters to fight and learn from them - Yet he had been living with one for over a month, and he had no idea! He should have known, but he didn't - Such discipline over her diligent work, such a perfect grasp of her emotions, keeping herself balanced and level-headed at all times; And now even, turning wrath into focused strength...
Ahh, he was so in love and so pumped up that he wanted to fight her himself! Alas, with the sad situation of her home being destroyed, it clearly wasn't the time and place to bring that up.
Instead, he brought Y/N into a strong embrace once she was done with her revenge, letting her vent out her anger and sorrow through her tears.
"It's alright, Y/N, it's alright. I'll take care of you, I promise. I won't ever leave you. We can build a new life - The two of us. And it won't be boring; I want to see you smile and be happy, okay, Y/N? So don't be too upset - There's so many fun things to do out there - And I'll help you experience all of them."
At first, Y/N hardly had the strength to smile - But as soon as she looked up and saw that goofy and bright grin of his, somehow, her heart felt lighter, and the burden on her shoulders seemed to reduce. Though it was faint, her lips turned into a small smile, and she embraced the man. "Fine, you win. Let's go see the world and walk an aimless road."
They walked together, a lonely road, one man and one woman holding hands through any hardship that they faced. As promised, Sasaki protected Y/N, though she needn't it, but she felt good, finally being pampered for once. Be it wind or blizzard, heat or rain, they found shelter within each other's arms.
He told her stories of his childhood and the people who trained him at the dojo; A lazy bastard, always late and never diligent in his work - Or so everyone thought. Sasaki's greatest strength was in over-analysing every move of his opponent and shadow-fighting that person, all by himself, until he manages to dominate in a win.
And so he did, with every master swordsman he encountered, from the very first, to the last one, and every single one which he will continue to meet in the future, with Y/N by his side... To witness his glorious defeats.
"You truly are Japan's greatest loser." Y/N scoffed in amusement as Sasaki, once again defeated, let his head fall in her lap to be pet and comforted for his wonderous loss. "But you did far better than last time, at least. It's an evident improvement." "I love it when you praise me!" he declared, as easy going as always. "Maybe if you'd win for once, I'd have a reason to praise you." she teased him, though she continued to spoil him. "If I want to win, I have to fight you too!" Y/N looked down at him with an amused. "Me? Fight? Ha! Don't kid. That's silly." she mocked him. "Don't say that! You were so cool back then!" he praised her, getting up on his knees, his face dangerously close to her own. "Come on, please~? I've been asking you that every day!" "You're such a menace, Jiro. You're acting like a petulant child." she rolled her eyes, pushing him away, only for him to keep persisting over and over again. "FINE!" she yelled at him. "Goodness gracious, you are more of a child than you are a man." "HELL YEAH!" like a hyperactive child, Sasaki ran around in circles before getting his and her swords, ready for a spar. "What if we get hurt though? I don't exactly have the medical resources to treat you like I did a while ago." was her last attempt at avoiding the sparring session. It failed.
Once again, Sasaki Kojiro lost miserably. Day in and day out, Y/N would watch her lover lament over their fight together, yet not even once did he continue pestering her with a fight. It was a lovely peace that Y/N never thought could appear - But it was so good watching him do his best; Not only that, but she felt rather flattered that it took him so many days to defeat her - In his mind, at least.
Though the day did come that Kojiro defeated her, and Y/N got once again pestered with finding a new challenge. In spite of this, he knew just how to alleviate her annoyance with him - It was something only he was capable of doing - Only he could make her smile.
"Y/N." Kojiro ran up to her one day, as she was perched up on a branch and collecting fruit. "Can you come down, please?" "Yeah, sure, one sec. Catch the basket, will you? It's full of sweet pears. You can thank me later." she gave him no second of reaction, for she let the basket fall. On his head. The young man groaned, rubbing his head in pain as he stumbled about to collect the fallen pears and put them back on the basket. "Can you come down now?" he asked - Though he would regret that question, as Y/N let herself fall down the branch with perfect aim. "Trust fall." thankfully, his reflexes were so great that his whole body moved on its own to catch her in his strong arms. "Let's not do that again, please. That was stressful." he let out a breath of relief, gently placing her on her feet. "Maybe for you. I had fun watching you panic." she chuckled leisurely at him. "That's a beautiful smile you have." Kojiro's panic-stricken face turned tender. "I hope to see your smile every day when I wake up, and as the last thing, before I fall asleep, with you in my arms." he held her hand gently, kissing her fingers. "I know I can be a menace of a man, and you always have to take care of me - But... Will you be my wife?"
Sasaki has never seen such a love painted expression on anyone before, not like the way Y/N smiled, breathless, her eyes gleaming with tears of pure glee. "Nothing in this world would make me happier." He grinned so widely, even giggling a little from excitement, as he took out a ring he made from a pretty flower, and he put it on her finger. "I don't have much money, nor can I afford to gift you any pretty kimono or hair accessories as I'd like to pamper you with. You are the most beautiful woman in the world, and I wish I could pick the stars from the sky and put them in your hair. I wish I could give you the things that a rich man could. In spite of all this... I swear... I love you more than life itself."
Y/N must have felt so overwhelmed by such a heart felt and truthful confession, that she threw her arms around his body, holding him tightly and not letting go. They truly were happy together, with fate guiding them forwards.
At only 37 years old, however, Sasaki Kojiro would meet his end during his most exciting duel against Master Miyamoto Musashi; A fight to which he wanted no end, a fight so fun that he forgot everything in this life, except for the love he had for his opponent.
Y/N could only stand and watch with dread and misery in her heart, knowing that she had to accept the ultimate death before her very eyes. As Musashi delivered the killing blow, praising Sasaki for his skills, Y/N caught him in her arms, holding him dearly. "Not only are you the greatest loser in history, you are also the biggest idiot in the world." one by one, her tears would slide down her cheeks, and onto his face - He was smiling. "Are you happy?" "Yes. I am the happiest I've ever been." hearing his words, Y/N let out a broken sob, hanging her head in disdain. "I promised to protect you - Can you forgive me for breaking that promise?" he asked. "I promised to make you smile every day and protect your happiness and heart. I am really... A terrible man, aren't I?" "Shut up, will you?" Y/N whispered in a shaking voice. "The only thing I ever wanted from you was to see you happy. I only ever wanted to see that beautiful smile of yours. How am I supposed to smile again, without you next to me?" "Ahhh, Y/N, I feel so happy knowing that you love me so much." Sasaki's grin, although wide, was also bittersweet, watching the deep sorrow plaguing his most beloved darling. "The only regret I have is never being able to hold your hand again, or see you smile." "I won't ever smile again, Jiro." Y/N held him tightly in her arms. "You were my only reason for smiling." "Y/N..." Kojiro sighed softly. "I hope you will find your happiness without me." she hadn't replied, between her tears. "Will you sing for me, Y/N?" "You, idiot - How can I sing when I'm crying?" she scolded him. "Doesn't matter. I just want your smile to be the last thing I see in this world, and your voice to be the last thing I hear. I know it's too much to ask - But can you please do it? For me?" "I swear... You really are more a child than a man." she shook her head, and with her last bit of strength, she forced a smile on her face. "I truly... truly love you, Sasaki Kojiro. Rest well, my darling."
Just sleep in my tender arms, Don't worry about any harms, All because I'm right here, with you.
One day, you'll become so strong, And someday, I might not see you, Will you come by and say hello?
"I will go." a mystical and wise voice spoke all of a sudden, appearing out of nowhere in the human selection room, ready to battle the Gods.
Sasaki Kojiro/Japan
The image displayed on the holographic screen depicted a young man, not even in his 40s; A strong and fearsome warrior, brave like no other, and just as solemn.
The three Valkyries watched the old man presented before them with confusion - They could see the similarities between this elderly one and the young lad from the screen, but it hardly made any sense. The soul was supposed to appear as he was at his strongest, in his Golden Age - So why was this supposed Sasaki Kojiro so damn old?
"You look so different - You look kinda old! In fact, you're a total geezer!" the youngest of them, Goll, gasped loudly, making him frown a little. "What's going on? I thought that the souls summoned to Ragnarok take their strongest form; their form during their peak, regardless of their age at death." "That's exactly right. So how come you're..." as the young woman with long purple hair rose up to her feet, she knocked over the carafe of milk.
With a simplistic move of his warm and the undeniable grace of a maple leaf swayed by the Autumn breeze, the old man used the tip of his sheathed sword to catch the handle of the carafe, not spilling a single milk drop, before taking a drink. "I got you." he drank it whole, before placing the recipient back on the table. "Is this cow milk? That was good." the Valkyries all had wide eyes filled with shock, their bodies rooted to the spot.
Funny enough, he also crouched to the ground, eating a bunch of pie pieces from a shattered dish. "No doubt about it. He's the real thing." Sasaki grinned like a sly fox. "It has been over 400 years since I passed on. During that time, I have never ceased honing my swordsmanship. My Ganryu's evolution has not yet ended." Brunhilde's eyes sparkled with joy at the man's determination and evident confidence in his skills. "In other words, this is the golden age of Sasaki Kojiro!" "Hrist - You'll go, won't you?" the woman in front of him looked gentle enough, though she hid a great wrath inside of her - The Valkyrie hiding a double personality, the One who trembles with Fear and Anger.
As Sasaki was guided towards the entrance to the arena, he noticed a silhouette in the middle of the corridor. It looked feminine and small; Whoever it was, she was wearing a gorgeous and rich kimono, and her hair was let loose, though it was graced with a lovely golden accessory embedded with gems.
The more steps he took towards the woman, the more excited the warrior became - Somehow, he needn't see her face, for his heart knew who it was. He could tell her apart from a million women. On her finger, a pretty flower ring stood out, the only modest bit from her otherwise glamorous outfit.
"All my life, I wished to see you shining like a princess. All this must have cost a fortune. I am glad that, at least now, I can see you radiating. Y/N." he picked her hand like a gentleman, kissing her fingers. "To think that, through all of these richness, this little thing would carry on with your soul. I feel flattered, truly." his thumb traced gently over the finger with the ring. "And yours hands feel so soft now. I don't know what happened, but... You seem well taken care of. That makes me happy." "I don't understand." Y/N spoke softly, her hands reaching up to cup his face. "You have never reached to see your old age, yet your soul is grey and wrinkled, whereas I died old and ugly, and I look the same I did when we first met." "How about I tell you this little secret after I win my fight?" Y/N's smile suddenly vanished, and she looked down. "Must you truly go and fight? Have I not lost you once? Must I see you die again?" Sasaki's smile only grew. "There is no more room for growth anymore. You canno lose and beat your opponent again later, as a shadow. You'll die, for good. Your soul also. There is no trying again or getting better. It's the end." "Do you have that little faith in me, darling?" he hummed in amusement, watching her worried look. "Yes." her blunt statement made him laugh. "I watched two other incredible fighters, and they lost. I just..." she sighed. "I just don't want to see you die again. It was painful enough the first time, I... Don't think I can take it, a second time." "Y/N. Look at me." she did as such. "For you, I am going to win. This promise, I vow I won't break." "... Fine." she shook her head. "Wipe the floor with those arrogant jerks. Show them that even the greatest loser in history can win, when it matters most." Humming, Sasaki smiled, turning to step away from her. "Then, I will go win and we can catch up later." "Are you going to run away without as much as kissing your wife?" he turned abruptly, watching the small smile on her face. "I don't dare kiss you, when you're so young and beautiful, while I'm just an old and wrinkly geezer."
But Y/N's zori sandals clinked softly against the pavement as she rushed to him, throwing her arms around his neck, pulling him down into a sweet kiss. "In life and in death, old or young - You are still the same Sasaki Kojiro that I love and cherish more than life itself. My husband, who's going to win his very first match." He grinned widely, letting out a loud guffaw. "Wait for me, wifey! I'll make you proud!"
Y/N watched the admirable samurai step towards the arena, and she could only smile. "I've always been proud of you. Silly man." she hummed, walking back towards the stands. There, she found the gallery of Swords Masters, all of them cheering for Sasaki. She easily found her way in front of Musashi, who grunted at her in acknowledgement. Though he had a face of icy stoicism, not even Master Miyamoto was safe from the shattered heart of a woman in love. Thus was the fate of men who strive to become stronger - You either live to reach the peak of strength, or die trying.
The arena was flooded with water now, no doubt, as an homage to the God of the Seas, Poseidon himself. She couldn't care less for their arrogance; Her heart leapt in emotion as she saw the small boat, and her loved standing on it. The presenter announced him in the oddest way -
"Who is the greatest swordsman of all time? Is it the demon of Mt. Kurama, who sliced up the Taira clan - Minamoto no Yoshitsune? Nay!" he began. "Is it the founder of the Shinkage School who struck fear into Takeda Shingen - Nobutsuna Kamiizumi Ise-no-kami? Nay!" how dramatic. "Is it the master of the silent sword, who the great Shusaku Chiba said he was no match for - Matashiro Takayanagi? NAY!" Y/N couldn't help but sigh dramatically, pinching the bridge of her nose. No doubt, Kojiro was enjoying the attention. "I would venture that it is THIS man who is the greatest! How can it be that this loser is the greatest in history? Is it due to his ultimate move, the Tsubame Gaeshi? Or is it due to his desire to get vengeance on Musashi? Nay! Nay! NAY! No! That's not why at all!" "Get it over with already!" Y/N let her head back, groaning a little in disdain - This Heimdall guy sure was pretty annoying. "Even in defeat, he evolves! Even in death, he evolves, step by step to become the greatest! Even now, he continues on his road to become the greatest! The greatest Loser in history!"
SASAKI KOJIRO!
Of course, nobody could understand why an old man like Sasaki would be chosen as Humanity's representative, especially considering he'd be fighting Zeus' own brother, Poseidon. Even Musashi's own child, whose soul transformed into his child's form, was throwing a tantrum, so bitter and salty that his own father wasn't chosen as the fighter, that Y/N took one of the Scrolls with the Book of Five Rings written by Miyamoto and bonked him in the head. "Forgive me for hitting your child, Musashi-dono. I don't take kindly to people looking down on my husband." she huffed, watching the man nod in agreement with her. The child looked up at all the other masters around, asking for their opinion - They agreed that Musashi was the overall master who defeated even them, and it was weird that it wasn't him chosen for this fight. Miyamoto, however, remained silent.
In a beautiful, fluid move, Kojiro took out his trusted sword, merged with the soul of the Valkyrie Hrist, and eyes the God in front of him carefully, yet with a confident smile. The waves have calmed, and Musashi snapped alert. "There he goes again, showing off." Y/N giggles softly. "Hey, stop being so surprised! That's just some dumb deception by that Sasaki!" the child scolded her, and the other masters around. "Do you want me to hit you again?" Y/N's smile sent a shiver down his spine. Instead, his own father flicked his sword out, ripping apart all of the scrolls along with the boy's blouse. "Father, why did you slice up The Book of Five Rings?" the boy asked, surprised at what just happened. His father's greatest legacy, his life's work - All sliced to shreds. "They are no longer needed!" Musashi was crying rivers, along with all the other master swordsmen around. "He has achieved the state that all sword practitioners strive for. The Number One Under the Sun! Sasaki Kojiro truly has become The Number One Under the Sun!" "That's right! Have some trust in my husband!" Y/N's grin mimicked his own shrewdness.
The tension in the ring was through the roof, yet none understood why none was stepping forward, or even why the human was sweating. They didn't understand how Sasaki worked, how he fought; His greatest strength was that shadow fighting of his which never failed. "Heh! He's exhausted just keeping his distance! That Sasaki Kojiro is as much a loser as he ever was!" "No wonder you're still a child, even though you died old. You cannot comprehend the genius of a Master Swordsman." Y/N shook her head in annoyance. "Kojiro is fighting millions of battles - All in his head. He's devising the perfect strategy against that foe." "That Poseidon truly is powerful. I wonder if there even is a way to defeat him." one of the masters sighed in fear. "If there is one, Kojiro will find it." Y/N huffed at them. "Why do you keep taking his side, anyway?! What do you even know of him?" the child shouted up at her like a brat. "Do not speak with such disrespect to Sasaki Kojiro's wife." Musashi grunted at his son. "Wh-What?! Wife?! But -- But that guy's so old, and you're -- You're...!" Y/N simply smirked, shrugging at the boy. "That man may look old, but he's as much a child as you are." Y/N giggled, watching Sasaki let out a sigh and sit on the ground leisurely. What a brat.
"Ahh, I sure don't want to die, but I doubt I can get away with surrendering this time." his eyes never once left the God. "I can't afford to look uncool when Y/N is watching and praying for me to live. What to do, what to do. I am a man, I want my wife to be proud with me. I gotta show off for her." he bowed to the God. "Please allow me to fight you." Sasaki looked at his opponent who completely disregarded him. "I guess I've got no choice but to go after him."
He lifted his sword up above his head, thinking of all the people who have supported him throughout his life, the people whose skills he assimilated whole-heartedly, those who believed in him and who dedicated their whole lives to getting stronger and teaching others. He couldn't afford to dishonour them. A strong gust of wind surrounded him, and the whole arena, symbolising his imminent strength - He was ready for his first move.
For Sasaki's first strike, he swung his nearly meter-long blade, the drying pole, made by Nagamitsu Bizen, downward from over his head, with all his force behind it - However! At 1,5 times the weight of a normal blade, the drying pole sped downward. The laws of physics would dictate it impossible to stop the move instantaneously; Since it resembles a swallow reversing at 200 kph, the swift strike is known as the famous Tsubame Gaeshi! Though he didn't manage to draw blood, Sasaki cut away at Poseidon's golden locks - The God finally looked his opponent in the eyes.
"Sasaki!"
Musashi remembered that faithful day, April 13th 1612 in Funashima, where he encountered this man and they fought to the death - That time when he used the very move on him, slicing at his face at lightning speed, from his opponent's blind spot - A slashing swing impossible to defend against or dodge! "That really takes me back, Sasaki." the Master grinned, proud at the man. "Listen, God of the Seas - I don't care if you're a God, but if you think you can face the man who achieved the level of Number One Under the Sun without defending yourself - You are mistaken!" not only Musashi and Y/N, but all the sword masters around them chanted together in pure support and confidence in the man known as Sasaki Kojiro.
Without as much as breaking a sweat, Poseidon stepped forward, unleashing his trident thrust barrage move, named after his wife, Amphitrite - One thing he and his elder brother, Hades, shared was their love for their wives and the way of honouring them through that which they did best - Fight. Hades was the only God Poseidon could stand; Or, rather said, like.
In the face of Poseidon's raging assault of strikes, Kojiro weaves and dodges, avoiding every one of them. He had already experienced each and every one of these hits - How many times has he already fought Poseidon before even stepping forward to attack his physically? Not even he knew. Countless times.
Finally, mankind was cheering for him.
A whistling tune came from Poseidon, surprising the whole arena into remaining quiet as he took a stance, lunging forwards, faster than Sasaki predicted - Much, much faster. So fast that he got sliched in the side with that damn trident.
"JIRO!" Y/N found herself shouting, her body pushing forward into the stands. "Damn that stupid God." she sneered, hearing Musashi's incredulous gasp behind her. "GET UP! GET UP! GET UP!" she continued to yell, watching her husband fall to his knees, spitting quite the amount of blood. Was that injury more than a nick of his flesh, then? Damn, that's not good at all. "What's wrong?" it was the first time this God had spoken to a human. "I thought you were able to read your opponent's moves. You loser!" Poseidon's wicked grin, full of disgust, was addressed to the warrior. "I'LL RIP HIM TO SHREDS!" it took Musashi, his child, and a few other men to hold the angry woman from running into the arena to defend her husband. Though none of the others knew of them during their time together, Musashi was there, and Musashi killed Sasaki. It was only him who saw her desperation and heart break, all caused by the deep love they had for one another. That woman's rage could drive her to fighting a God for Kojiro, even without a Divine Treasure weapon.
Sasaki grinned, in spite of his pained body, yet he bore through all it, and he stood up, gripping tightly onto his sword. All the Gods were cheering for him - Only for Poseidon to glare at them with such intensity and darkness, that they were all reduced to a deep silent. "Lowlifes."
Sasaki was deeply surprised when he heard the God's radical stance of the others of his kin and the idea of friends - What a pathetic existence, he declared, angering Poseidon so much that he sprung up with a rain of trident strikes from above - Chione Tyro Demeter was a force to be reckoned with, but Sasaki's Senju Musou was far too advanced to fall for this - His sword has surpassed the limits of humanity and approached the level of godhood.
However, his opponent was as much of a beast as he was, reading him and dodging his attack, striking from his blind spot, continuing yet again with a rain of strikes. No matter how close Sasaki gets, Poseidon feels one step ahead.
No. Sasaki will persevere. He can do it. Ganryu Hiyo Torakiri - And his blade was shattered. "Don't push your luck. Maggot."
"Th-That can happen even with divine weapons?!" Y/n gulped, seeing the petrified expression on her husband's face. "How can he win without his Divine Treasure? Man-made weapons can't harm Gods!" Y/N was outright freaking out.
"I... Surrender." came Sasaki's soft voice. "Or so I wish I could say that now." he rose the broken sword to his eye level, smiling. "But this time, that won't do. Not like back then." in the reflection of his blade, he could see his beautiful wife whom he worried to hell and back, and the powerful Musashi right behind her. "My wife is watching me - I cannot disappoint her a second time."
It was the same back then also - He had every right to surrender, being at an evident disadvantage and needing so much more to learn to defeat Master Miyamoto - But he couldn't find it in himself to surrender - If he did, he'd never forgive himself. He was having so much fun fighting this man, as he's never felt before with any other Sword Master! Ahh, but he made his poor Y/N cry - He makes his wife cry, yet he calls himself a man. Just a bit of a jerk. Surely, she will forgive him though - This fight made him the happiest man in the world. If he quit now, he would regret it for the rest of his life - And he said it with such a bright smile on his face! Wasn't he ashamed of himself at all? What a child.
Still, Musashi gladly took him head on for the few minutes that it lasted, a time of true contentment for the both of them - One man loved the sword and was taught by all of creation, whilst the other lived a proudly independent life in pursuit of becoming the Number One Under the Sun.
Sasaki carried himself to pick up the discarded piece of the sword. "Hey, Mr. God of the Seas - Have you ever practiced your swing all night long, until the break of dawn? Have you ever wept tears of gratitude to a foe who made you stronger? Have you ever felt a fervent love for a foe you dueled to the death? Ahh, nevermind, sorry I asked." his bloodied hand held tightly on the blade. "I know there's no way you ever have!" he grinned widely, mocking the God for his ignorance. He continued explaining that him, and the sword, all of his fighting prowess are the combined passion of all the fools against whom he dueled - An emotionless man like Poseidon who didn't understand the excitement of fighting could never defeat him.
Through his passion and love, combined with the trembling soul of the Valkyrie Hrist, Sasaki's two broken sword pieces transformed into the different swords, adopting the duel-wielding style of the great Msuashi-dono; Niten-Ganryu, Sasaki Kojiro. Whether it was through his deep love for his wife, or the way he valued everything that she taught him, the smaller sword forged from the broken piece became an exact replica of her own - No, it wasn't a replica. It was Y/N's heirloom katana. She was fighting with him. Her soul was there to guide and empower him. He truly was the luckiest fool.
"Loser" Poseidon insulted him once again, before the two went on to battle again; This time, none of the Amphitrite strikes landed. For a second there, Musashi's child saw not Sasaki, but his own father - Kojiro not only managed to mimic and learn all of Musashi's school, but even surpassed him. He gained the small sword technique of Toda-ryu, and the flowing footwork of Yagyu Shinkage-ryu, the destructive power of Itto-ryu, the infinite variety of strokes of master swordsman Nobutsuna Ise-no-kami Kamiizumi, Musashi's Niten Ichi-ryu and he even acquired Y/N's harmony with nature and foresight. Sasaki managed to slice the God's face with the aid of all the people that supported him for the past four centuries.
Sasaki Kojiro isn't mimicking or imitating any of them. They all dwell within his soul. He is the compilation of all the swordsmen; After the ultimate in training, he has reached the pinnacle at last!
All of humanity was cheering and chanting Sasaki's name, calling him the God Slayer. Poseidon, once again, began whistling his tune, watching the blood he shed, painting his palm. He smirked impishly, slicking his gold hair back with his own blood. "You claim to be able to read my every move? Such arrogance." the God's muscles bulged and he sprung forward with such speed that it was barely visible, managing not only to strike Kojiro's shoulder, but graze his temple also. With his speed, the Senju Musou wasn't as effective anymore - Though he can see his attacks, they are so fast he can't avoid them.
More and more strikes, at such an abnormal speed, kept rushing him down - He felt as though he was drowning in bottomless ocean of despair and hopelessness - How can he defeat such a monster? It went beyond humane capabilities... Yet, as he was succumbing farther down into the sea, his eyes snapped open, feeling the gentle caress of his face. He saw Y/N, smiling at him. All around him, the people whom he battled grasped at his body, stopping him from succumbing any further, like a heavy rock.
"KOJIRO!"
Sasaki looked back, seeing all the swordsmen there, chanting his name, repeating the basic sword move as an homage to him, encouraging him to continue with his duel. He can't sink now, people depended on him. His wife depended on him. He can't look like a fool no more, he can't worry Y/N any further than he already did. He died once, from his own whims and wish to have fun - He was a man and a child at the same time - But not now. Not anymore.
"I WANT TO WIN TOO!" he yelled at his opponent, parrying his strike. That was the moment that the tip of mankind's sword reached the very bottom of the depths of the deep, dark ocean. He reads all of creation, not just the moves of his foe, but also the flutters of the air and the vibrations in the earth. Every element of the cosmos told Kojiro what the God would do. Manju Musou! Not even the lightning-fast strikes of Poseidon could graze him anymore. How many millions of moves ahead can he predict?
At last - He made it this far, standing right in front of the God of the Seas. "SASAKI!" Musashi and Y/N yelled at him from the stands. Swordsmen have always staked their lives on their forged hunks of durable steel; All these men have shaped the history of the sword - Niten Ganryu Ougi - Soen Zanko Banjin Ryoban.
Poseidon's trident arm was slashed right off, flying away. Though the God didn't seem to flinch, and easily grabbed the trident with his other hand, that, too, was cut clean off. With no more arms to fight and the weapon flying away, the God held the trident in his mouth - Sasaki double slashed his torso in a wide X. "You... You loser..." were Poseidon's last words, as his whole body crumbled in bits of flesh and viscera, on the bloody arena.
All of humanity was screeching in glee that they won, whilst the Gods remained deeply silent, flabbergast that a human actually managed to kill not just a God, but the Zeus of the Seas, King Poseidon himself. "Pfew, I actually won. This feels pretty darn nice." Y/N was squealing in joy, tears of happiness overwhelming her as she pushed everyone out of her way so that she can find a way towards the arena. That fool was injured enough, he needed medical treatment - And a lot of pampering. Lord knows, that idiot missed her pampering him. The winner of the third round is - SASAKI KOJIRO OF MANKIND!
Poseidon's body shattered into small shards of glowing green, scattering into the air, whilst Sasaki looked up at the beautiful clouds embellishing the azure heavens, feeling fulfilled with the greatest win he could ever dream of achieving. Even he was shocked he managed to win, against a God, of all things. He turned around, bowing in appreciation and gratefulness at the humanity that helped him. "Whoa, what a racket. Well, this was my first victory - I guess I'll bask in the glory a little while longer." he grinned widely, hearing his name being sung like that with laurels and praises.
A bridge formed from the ring to the corridor leading inside the arena - He was certainly glad he needn't row a boat again. This surely tired him to hell. Sasaki could only see the faint silhouette of a running woman - Ah, that must be Y/N, he made her worry again even though he won. What an unreliable man he is. In spite of all that, he still smiled happily. "Jiro!" his body failed him, strength depleting as he collapsed. Before he could hit the ground, Y/N slid swiftly, catching him; Hrist also, transformed back into her humanoid self, worrying over him. "You are always going to make me worry, aren't you, you big baby?" Y/N chuckled softly, holding him in her arms. "Last time I held you like this, you died. Let's not have a repeat of that. We're going to the medical wing." "Awww, that brings back memories of our first meeting. Isn't that nostalgic?" he giggled weakly. "Won't you tend to me again?" "Silly man." perhaps it was the strength of the soul, or some godly power she possessed in the after life, but Y/N picked her husband up once again, as though he was the bride, and followed Hrist to the medical wing. "I'm blushing." he grinned shamelessly. "I can see that."
The fantastic medics were able to heal him for the most part, and even sewed the hole in his gut, though he insisted that Y/N takes care of him. Jerk. He always liked giving her so much trouble. Just as when they first met, she had her hand delicately over his cheek, feeling his temperature, whilst the other hand held his wrist, her thumb feeling for his pulse. How reminiscing of the past.
"I'm glad that you were happy. Silly man." as soon as everyone else left the room, she spoke to him. "Happy, and selfish also." he chuckled weakly. "You weren't happy, were you?" "Nope." she smirked lightly. "My reason for smiling died in my arms, in case you've forgotten. You do tend to be rather forgetful." "Aw, man, don't call me out like that." he whined playfully, relishing in her gorgeous smile. "What have you been up to?" "After you oh so selfishly left me all alone in the world..." she purposely teased him. "I wandered around aimlessly, until I found a pretty fine village. Took on some jobs here and there, and this dumb guy took a liking to me, for whatever reason. Maybe because I threatened to kill him every time he crossed my path." she hummed in amusement. "Funny enough, his mother was desperate to marry his good for nothing son to someone who won't throw the whole legacy down the drain, so she begged me to marry him. I shamelessly married rich without as much as bothering to even stay around that poor bastard." she laughed, leaning into his touch. "He died young from a disease anyway, and I and his mother remained the women of the house until our death. It was kinda fun actually. Had a bunch of girls around and we taught each other random things, gossiped a lot also. I died sooooo old and wrinkly - I was even uglier than you are now!" she continued making fun of him. "I bought myself all the prettiest things you said you wanted to gift me, and I just pretended they were from you." "You haven't smiled since that day, did you?" she shook her head. "No. But I am smiling now, aren't I? I lived a comfortable life until my death, and now, in the after life, I am reunited with the love of my life and I can smile again. Not only that, but I got to watch the greatest loser humanity ever had actually win so gloriously against a God. Now that - That was fucking awesome." Sasaki's beautiful dark eyes widened in shock, and his cheeks flushed as innocently as when he was a young lad. "You cursed! You never curse!" "Oh, shut up, you big baby." in a single mischievous move, Y/N pulled him into a deep kiss. "Ohh, so bold! My beautiful wifey became so bold!" he giggled like a child getting a new toy. Without the least bit of care for his well-being, Kojiro pulled Y/N on the bed next to him, his arms wrapped tightly around her, playfully peppering her face with tons and tons of kisses. "You have no idea how much I missed you." "Likewise." she stopped his kisses by cupping his face dearly. In front of him, Kojiro saw the most beautiful woman in the world, wearing the most loving and tender smile that he's ever witnessed before. "I can't stop looking at you. You're just so beautiful and I love you so much." her voice vibrated softly, tears prickling at her eyes, escaping down her face. "I wish I could have seen you like this when we were still alive. I wish we had more time together. Life was so bleak and lonely without you. I just hoped I'd die faster in hopes that I'd be seeing you again somehow." the beautiful blush on his tanned, scarred face, and all those gentle features of his, roughened up by the battles he fought in; His long hair, such a beautiful shade of silver, and all those wrinkles everywhere on his body - Everything about him was old - Everything, but his eyes. His eyes, such a beautiful brown, so warm, so welcoming, so happy... Those eyes of his were sparkling with love and vitality the same as when he was alive and young. "I just love you so much, Jiro."
His heart was throbbing with overwhelming emotions, all of them powerful and positive. He couldn't take his eyes away from his soulmate, the only person who could ever stir such a strong reaction out of him. His lips trembled into a smile, and he embraced his darling in his arms; Gently, with one arm keeping her body flushed against his own, and the other hand stroking her hair. In life and in death, they were connected. "Just seeing my sweet wifey is the only reason an old geezer like me needs to keep smiling." and for the first time, Y/N heard her husband singing; the very same song which she sung to him upon his dying breath, as he lay resting in her arms. This time, the bittersweet song would serve as a clear bond between them, instead of a farewell into the afterlife. This time, Y/N was comfortably laying on his chest, cuddled into his arms, allowing her whole being to rest and achieved the much needed peace of mind, in the presence of her most beloved person, his old voice humming the tune which had rung into his head every night, in the after life, as she watched the Sun go down, and began counting the stars, wondering whether they were looking at the same thing, from the other side of the life barrier.
Just sleep in my tender arms, Don't worry about any harms, All because I'm right here, with you.
One day, you'll become so strong, And someday, I might not see you, Will you come by and say hello?

Giving Birth/Them as a Father
𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘩𝘶𝘴𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘯𝘴
<<< 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙖𝙩𝙨𝙪🐉| 𝙏𝙤𝙧𝙖🐅| 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙖🐕 >>>
Gwen's Note: babies are only fun in fiction, lol
🐉𝒯𝒶𝓉𝓈𝓊🍳
–he is so prepared! Even more prepared than you, honestly. He’s read every article and book there is with updated info about which positions to give birth in, how to naturally alleviate pain, the sterile process everyone must take to ensure no infections or illnesses are spread. He will be watching everyone like a hawk
–you go a week past your due date, which worries Tatsu, so he does some light exercises with you hoping to induce labor. Wouldn’t you know it, half an hour later your water breaks. Cue Tatsu grabbing the bag he packed six months ago and whipping out a wheelchair you didn’t know you guys had
–Tatsu is great during labor, though he’s secretly very nervous something will go horribly wrong. What will he do if he loses you? What if he loses you BOTH? He was a yakuza, though, so he manages to keep his cool on the outside, saying encouraging things to you the entire time, and lets you squeeze his hand as hard as you can
– “You can do this, {Y/N}! Focus! Push that little sucker out!”
– With your husband’s encouragement, your labor (mercifully) goes quickly, and within four pushes they’re out! Tatsu comforts you with kind words, shaking with anxiety and adrenaline as he sees your baby for the first time
– Tatsu stands over each medical personnel to make damn sure they’re being sanitary as they pass the baby around, finally handing them back to you. Tatsu allows himself to smile, seeing your happy tears and the cries of your child–he would have never in a million years expected this sweet scene to involve someone like him
– “Aww, Tatsu, you’re crying!”
– “No I ain’t! It’s just the lighting!”
–can you say GIRL DAD?!!! Tatsu sobbed when they said your baby was a girl. He’s so excited to do dress up and have tea parties and tutus and worry about her every second of every day…very excited. (Secretly, this is because he thinks a girl would be more like you than him. He’d rather have a mini you than a mini him)
–You wanted a pretty name, but not something overused; Tatsu said no daughter of yours was going to have a typical “scrub name,” so you go with the cute but not common Shiori. Tatsu nicknamed her his little dragon immediately
–When you go home with your little girl, Tatsu is fretting about EVERYTHING. The man has prepared for things you never would have thought of, but he knows that babies always surprise their parents, and that makes him nervous. He never takes his eyes off Shiori, overreading into every little thing she does as a possible sickness or issue
–Tatsu will absolutely wait on you hand and foot. He does that anyway, but now it’s x50. He will prepare bottles, get diapers ready, clean puke stains, and in between that, will give you massages, make your favorite foods, bring you snacks, tea. He will literally wash your hair for you if you ask.
–you need a break from breastfeeding and sitting in bed all day? Tatsu is already ready with a spa day coupon for you. He can’t imagine how hard it is on your body as well as your mind, being a new mother, and whatever you need to do to feel your best, Tatsu is your number one supporter
– “If my beautiful wife needs a break from nurturing our daughter, you bet yer ass she’s gonna get it! Here’s a 30% coupon. I got it from a tomato growing contest.”
–Endless picture taking! When he isn’t worrying or rushing around trying to make things easier for you and your little dragon, he is filling his camera roll with adorable pictures of Shiori. And his beautiful wife, ofc. The last 500 pics on his phone are of you, Shiori, and quite a bit of selfies with him and his little girl. And it’s only been one week
–Tatsu’s heart is overflowing with love upon becoming a dad, filling your head with deep appreciation and revere for allowing him to pass this milestone with you. He quickly becomes the most popular dad on the block, admired and respected by everyone for his loud, but gentle parenting
🐅𝒯𝑜𝓇𝒶𝒿𝒾𝓇𝑜🍰
–Tora is constantly checking his phone, always on edge that you might suddenly go into labor. One day when he’s at the crepe truck at three in the afternoon, he’s in the middle of whipping up a crepe when you text him SOS,BB OTW! He has never dropped a crepe so fast
–He meets you at the hospital, breathless and yelling for someone to tell him where his wife is. Tora sprints into your room all dramatic like, rushing to your side with immediate worries and demands to know what’s going on
–Tora hates seeing you in pain, which makes it hard for him to watch you in labor. He knows you’re doing it to bring life into the world, life he helped create, but it hurts him to see you yelling and crying in agony. He’ll do his best to encourage you, trying to hype you up for that last push
–He is more focused on you when the baby actually comes out, constantly asking if you’re okay, if you need anything, etc. Then when they push the baby at you guys he’s like “??? Oh, yeah!”
–Much like Tatsu, I think Tora is such a girl dad!!! She would be his angel from the first moment you place her in his big hands. He is her protector, her tiger. Speaking of tigers…
– “How bout we name her Tigress? You know, from Kung Fu Panda? What a boss!”
– “Tora…no.”
– Neither of you want a traditional Japanese name; you settle on Sakima, which means ‘warrior queen.’ Enough flare for Tora, enough uniqueness for you. Her nickname quickly becomes Kima the Killer, courtesy of her father
–Tora does not like random people handling his daughter, even if they are “medical personnel.” He glares at everyone, always asks questions on what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. You have to cool him off sometimes, reassuring your husband that they’re just making sure Sakima is healthy
–Back at home, Tora loosens up a bit. He smiles big smiles, slows himself down and really admires his little girl, staring at and watching her for hours on end. It’s a softer side to Tora no one else usually sees. Feels so relaxed around his little killer who loves tickles and kisses
–Absolutely sends a million pics of him and his daughter to Tatsu, bragging like you wouldn’t believe. Not that you can blame him, Kima is very cute, and already has her father’s intense gold eyes that demand respect
–Tora will take on any challenge brought to him, which includes dirty diapers, spit, puke, snot, spilled milk, anything, and he won’t complain at all, not even silently. Nothing compares to blood and guts anyway
– “It’s an honor to serve my family and get my hands dirty!”
–He is always the one to get up in the middle of the night if Kima cries. In his eyes, you’re already doing so much, have already DONE so much, giving birth and all, Tora won’t let you lift a finger. His wonderful wife is gonna get her beauty rest and not have to worry about a thing
-Tora loves being a bad ass dad and strolling around the neighborhood with his adorable little baby girl and his hot wife, whom he vows to protect with his life. Insert DILF era!
🐕ℳ𝒶𝓈𝒶🥡
–you go into labor in the middle of the night, and it takes you a good five minutes to wake Masa up. Dude can sleep forever, so you pinch his side hard to get him alert. When you do, he still needs to be told several times that you’re going into labor before his brain catches up
– “You’re…huh? Labor? You mean, like…the thing that…you know…really?!”
– Calls Tatsu on the way to the hospital in a panic, having forgotten everything he should do to ease your anxiety. Tatsu talks him through it, but it’s pretty clear that Masa is panicking just as much as you are. Luckily the nurses at the hospital know what they’re doing
–Masa tries to be brave and goes into the delivery room with you. He really doesn’t think it’s a good idea, but the boss said he’s gotta do it, so here he is. Poor boy tries hard to be supportive, but his ramblings only make you more anxious because you can tell HE’S nervous
–as soon as he sees the baby’s head popping out…yeah, he passes out cold, lol. Gory yakuza movies are great, but this kind of explicit imagery is too much for his manly brain to handle. Sorry, but you’re on your own now, kid, lmao
–Tatsu wakes Masa up and waits for everything to be cleaned up before bringing him back in. Masa is scared shitless, eyes wide, hands shaking as he approaches you and your newborn; but the second he sees your tearful smile at him, all his panic drifts away
– “Woah! We really made this thing? Dope! …Huh…it’s kinda ugly, isn’t it? Why does it look like that?”
– It takes some convincing, because Masa is afraid he’ll drop your baby, but you do get him to hold it, and a genuinely excited smile finally comes through. He’s in disbelief about being a dad until he holds the baby in his own arms, amazed at the lively little thing squirming about
–I can see Masa as being a boy dad. He’d be so stoked to have a mini man, would probably try to name it something like Kazuma, Yami, Link, anything from a video game he loves. You would compromise and go with Shinji, a nice name that can also be connected to several games and anime
–Masa feels clueless when you take your son home, anxious about everything you have to do right away…he spends most of his time just staring at the little guy, though, overwhelmed with awe that you two created this. It blows his mind, and he has no idea where to begin
– “So like, what do babies eat? I’ve got like, ten yen…maybe we can get them something small from the convenience store?”
– “Babies drink breast milk for the first year of their lives, Masa.”
– *Masa malfunction*
–For probably the first time in his life, Masa becomes focused, worried that he’s doing everything wrong when really, he’s doing a great job trying to keep up with your newborn. He’s doing his best, and that’s all you could ever ask for; the bags under his eyes prove it
–brags endlessly about his baby boy! He’s YouTube and Instagram famous already. Masa wants to set Shinji up for success and fame
–Although he might whine on the inside, he’ll clean diapers, wipe boogers, clean up puke, get up during the middle of the night, whatever! Masa wants to be as good a father as Tatsu says he can be. Whatever you ask him to do, he’ll do it, even if he feels like he isn’t doing things good enough
– Babies fascinate Masa, lol, and his son is especially interesting to him. He gets so excited whenever Shinji makes a new noise, or a new movement, or just does humanly things in general. He becomes convinced that Shinji’s quick fingers mean he’ll be a great video game player one day
– Speaking of video games, Masa sets his baby son down on the couch with him as he plays, explaining the lore in details a newborn could never understand. He claims Shinji is his good luck charm, and frequently casts a look down at his son to ensure he’s okay. You think it’s cute when you find Masa and Shinji asleep on the couch after completing a hard level together, your two silly boys the best of friends already
–Like Tora, Masa loves showing his baby off, feeling like a real adult when he whips out pictures of Shinji at his first photoshoot; really, it isn’t pride he’s feeling, but just pure, unfiltered happiness he wants to spread to everyone he meets. Masa might worry a lot about his parenting skills, but with you there to help, he thinks he might turn out to be a great dad

Hi I'm back again with more mushy future zosan business. This is post-zosan marriage, about a decade in the future; Loof is the pirate king, but the gang has stayed together to make sure everyone achieves their dreams (and also bc they're family).
They're sailing past a smallish island with no plans to stop, until they see worryingly big plumes of smoke, too big for bonfires or cooking fires, so they divert course for a possible rescue. When they land, they find a village that's just been decimated by some outside force. It's a somber moment as they're surrounded by bodies and crumbled buildings, as whatever invaders laid waste to this mostly-defenseless society.
The gang searches for clues as to who could have done this, any weapons left behind, really anything distinct that Robin could research and help them exact revenge for these helpless people. While digging around, Usopp finds something—or someone: a baby, hidden away for safety, not far from her deceased mother, who was obviously hoping for someone to find the infant. It makes everyone even more angry and sorrowful, wanting revenge for this baby.
They take the baby onboard and let Chopper check her over for injury and general health. Zosan both immediately take to the baby (several nakama point out that they both have a protective/nurturing instinct), and it's pretty much left up to them to figure out what to do with the baby. And, um, here's a little scene about it from the fic I'm gonna write:

(Spoiler alert: they end up keeping the baby as their own.)
In this scene, they then have a conversation about what to name her; and Sanji immediately tosses out naming her after a dead family member (so no Kuina, Sora, or even Tera) bc according to him, that's a lot of weight and expectation put on a child, and she should be able to live free of expectations and do as she pleases. They end up naming her something that Zoro liked from his childhood/from Wano (so basically a Japanese name). The next morning, at breakfast, Sanji announces their decision to keep the baby with, "Introducing the newest member of the Straw Hat Pirates: Roronoa Firstname!" And everyone cheers bc tbh they've all been loving on this baby and love being aunts and uncles (and also still have revenge in their hearts).
The crew has a little "break" planned soon at Syrup, so Usopp can spend some time with the wife, and everyone gets some time to chill: and Dr. Kaya is overjoyed to see the baby and buys all kinds of supplies and clothes and books to help.
(The Straw Hats do end up figuring out the perpetrators of the attack, and exact revenge on them for their youngest member.)
(I don't have much figured out about this baby/child OC except that she has peach-colored hair. I also like Spanish-speaking Sanji bc of Taz and his accent, so Sanji calls her duraznita or duraznaja—little peach—bc of her hair. 🥰)
#nic glyphs#zosan#again: pls be kind bc i am new here#i love writing fluff and romance and humor and family stuff 🥺#i also know there are some mixed opinions on opla; particularly characterization. but im just picking some small 'cosmetic' details from it#like sanji's accent and zoro's freckles. stuff that doesnt affect plot or characterization
