also i talk about 'getting lucanis out' like it's an easy thing but i do genuinely wonder if he experiences cognitive dissonance over it all. surely he must know if he stays with the crows and stays first talon, he's stuck in this state forever. he can change things, but how long does that last? how many times has he thought, guilty, 'maybe after caterina dies, i can be free'? how many crows will be waiting for him to die, so they can go back to killing for coin without thinking of the innocents lucanis wants to save? how could he ever ensure that? and if he has kids (i don't even think. he wants kids frankly.) i refuse to believe he would abuse them the way caterina abused him. like how does he raise any child to take over a guild that is infamous for infighting. he doesn't need to look far to know how that goes. the dellamortes used to be 14 members strong, and within a few decades that number gets whittled down to 3. lucanis stays with the crows? it can be whittled down to 0. but the dellamorte legacy remains. how on earth could he ever extract himself from the mess he's inherited. how could he ever trust any other hand except his own

I think the most baffling thing about the Tulpar as a vessel to me is the fact that the ship really did only have a one way communication system.

I know it was cheap but even the most basic of vessels regarding major transport would have some way, shape or form for outside communication. Not only that but there was absolutely no form of innate emergency signal to show they may have been offline or in trouble despite clearly having a system to dock credits if they went off course. It's another factor that really shows that bad situations are made to get worse by design. One person who is required to relay all information to the crew and make all the choices without feedback. No way to update or call for help in case of a dire situation. No way to inform of inner personal conflicts and acquire procedures accordingly.

It really is like they are all in some sort of fucked up solitary confinement. They have their own world with strict roles that are meaningless in the end, as long as the cargo makes it, it doesn't matter what happens on that ship to the company. They don't want to hear anything and will come to conclusions on what happened based on how much pay they can withhold from the workers. Even what they do send is short, sterile and corporate to the extent it was likely written and sent out with a command by some random unmanned computer in an office.

There's something to be said about how unfair it is to force absolute power and control onto one person when you as an entity could do so much more to offload it but I've said it many times before so I won't again.

so my tablet is still on its death bed buuut i had a bunch of outfits from the sims saved from my introductory posts so here's the rest of them for my hss prime and hwu mcs!! i could spend hours on cas. ive had a very productive week. totally.

vivienne: vivi's style is very much inspired by the prep movement that happened in the late 2000s - early 2010s. though it's a little more lowkey and practical (as practical as a girl can get in an plaid skirt!). browns, whites, blacks and occasional dark greens are usually the colors she chooses to wear her love for the color brown is so strong that it even transferred to her hair! common clothing choices are skirts (duh!), mary janes or heels, sweaters, barrettes, necklaces and bow motifs on her dresses. she doesn't experiment with her style a lot (preferring to play it safe) though she falls in love with legwarmers after stumbling across 2000s j-fashion blogs in 2014. when she gets older she basically almost always wears dresses, and yes, with large bows on the front.

agnieszka: her style is a lot more spontaneous. though there is some common patterns. blacks with pops of bold colors, washed out denim, belts, caps/bucket hats, tights, platformed shoes and cropped tops. her style is quite modernized which is mainly bc ts4cc for 2010s fashion is very limited but i'd like to say she was just ahead of her time. after she stopped being so financially dependant on her family she would go to thrift stores and experiment with the clothes she bought from there. she never really belonged to any subculture but this is mainly due to her lack of identity within herself (which i'll go into a whole other time). i think this is what makes her more prone to playing around with colors unlike vivi who mainly sticks to the same browns/whites. when she gets older her style does mellow out a little but it still has the exuberant edginess that her style had at hollywood u.

fun little fact but in color psychology🤓brown is associated with dependability, resilience, comfort and warmth while black is associated with mystery, strength and protection. i think this could align with their characteristics but i DO NOT want to ramble on too long. bring up color symbolizing to me and i'll ramble for hours (studying graphic design and constantly having to work on color theory has ruined my life).

I think in game it's kind of presented that Julie Farkas thinks poorly of, if not outright dislikes, the Great Khans which I guess is fair enough but also reeks of the attitude of the writers viewing drug addicts and raiders as subhuman. And I don't think really it lines up with either the Khan/Follower relationship depicted in game nor does it Follow Julie's reestablished personality. I think she's a little exasperated with them but not enough to warrent the "who? Oh you mean those raiders who used to clash with the vegas tribes 🙄" line that she has about them like cmon girl 1) people are like your only allies outside of Freeside and 2) why are you taking the Three Families side in this??? They're causing just as many if not more issues than the Khans even Arcade has lines about how the Families are exploiting Freeside and I can't think who else she means by "vegas tribes" Anyway. It does make sense for her to be annoyed with how they're causing more drug problems in Freeside but i don't think it makes sense for her to be written in a way that makes it sounds like she's angry with the Khans for *using their precious medical knowledge to make the evil morphine rather than the morally good morphine* when really she should be more angry with House/The Families for causing the poverty in Freeside and the NCR for forcing the Khans into the precarious position they're in while disallowing the Followers from truly helping them. The fact that by the time that Fnv comes around the Followers and NCR's relationship has broken down should be enough for the Followers to revisit relations with the Khans since, as I said, the Khans have been the only truly consistent allies of the Followers and more importantly, the NCR JUST MURDERED ALL THEIR CHILDREN. Separately, another problem that I had is how mutant unleashed game made a female character who's a threat who was also having that temporarily female character syndrome (1. Laird-fever as in "she was never seen again" trope (except when nobody forced you to do that, the way he had creative rights like before. To about fridge female characters like in an ugly gwen-stacy syndrome mentality, narrowminded and negative strawmen approach since the 70s)), 2. Ciro's-antifan/antishipper toxicity tendencies (treating their core fans poorly since being called out on their poor and OOC portrayals on female and minority characters. Typical.), 3. Model Minorifying or Narutifying traumatised characters, *insert a LOTR meme* smb simply doesn't like the people, that's all, that's ok, that's totally fine)

Sunita can be written as a troubled girl like 2003 Quarry who really stuck as a rock-monster underground but would really want to be a human. (Or talisman has ben10ability but that's another story). Added with big ma and Frida. Make their dynamic not so on the surface level. And if keep the tone of the rise with pure motives and dignity.
